Chapter Twenty one - Farewell, Indonesia
—
"Take this!" Amelia shouts as she releases her fingers and launches the Kirin's Arrow at Kaela.
Kaela quickly reacts by striking the Kirin's Arrow with her hammer, smashing it into pieces.
Snap!
"So you've eaten the Kirin's flower and become a Kirin." Kaela remarks as she twirls her hammer while walking towards Amelia. "You've gained the power of a god, but it looks like you're paying the cost." She says observantly, pointing to the detective with her hammer.
"If it's for my friend, I'd pay any cost." Amelia replies stoically as she makes a fighting stance, readying herself for the battle ahead.
"I like your determination, time chosen! You might just be an interesting fight!" Kaela says excitedly.
Amelia rotates and swings her right hand upwards, conjuring a vine to spiral out of the ground beneath Kaela.
Boom!
The speedy smith avoids the vine and begins to make her way towards Amelia.
Fwoom!
Fwoom!
Fwoom!
As Kaela draws closer, the detective rapidly fires Kirin's Arrows at her to try and keep her at bay.

But the master blacksmith destroys every single arrow like they're made of glass.
"Is this the best you got, time chosen!?" Kaela taunts as she gets within striking range of her target.
"No way!" Amelia shouts back, pulling right her arm backwards as she draws another Kirin's Arrow.
"You're a one trick pony!" Kaela says as she swings her hammer upwards at Amelia's arms from below,
Thud!
Crack!
Cracking her bones and sending her arms flying upwards.
"Argh!" The detective shouts in pain before swiftly bringing her arms down to form a guard.
Kaela follows up her attack with a left hand punch that slips through the middle of Amelia's arms, passing through the Kirin's guard and hitting her straight in the stomach.
Bam!
"Bleghk!" Blood flies out of Amelia's mouth, her whole body jutting upwards as Kaela digs her fist into her stomach.
Amelia falls downwards, but before she can hit the ground, Kaela grabs her by the hair and pulls her up to eye level.
"This is the legendary Kirin?" Kaela asks mockingly before punching Amelia in the face.
Bam!
More blood spills out of the faux Kirin's nose and mouth as she continues to dangle from her hair.
Amelia twirls her right hand behind her back, creating two vines that sprout from the ground and coil around Kaela's heels.
Noticing the flora on her feet, Kaela quickly drops Amelia and jumps backwards with a force powerful enough to uproot the vines around her heels.
"You won't beat me with petty tricks like that!" Kaela says as she reaches her right hand out, causing her weapon to fly towards her hand, and grabs it.
Amelia gives no response. Instead, she fires back by creating a vine on her palm that shoots towards, and wraps around the handle of Kaela's hammer.
She then pulls on the vine, causing Kaela's hammer and the hand that's holding it to fall to the ground.
Kaela smirks. "Nice job!"
Keeping Kaela's arm low to the ground, Amelia rushes towards the smith with her free hand formed into a fist.
Bam!
She punches Kaela straight in the face, but the attack doesn't faze the confident girl in the slightest.
"That was really something, Amelia Watson." Kaela sarcastically remarks. "But it's not quite enough." She says before slamming her knee into Amelia's stomach.
Bam!
"Aghck!"
Bam!
Kaela bashes the top of Amelia's head with her left hand, causing the Kirin to fall on her hands and knees.
She then rips off the vine around her hammer's handle before placing it on Amelia's back.
"Argh..!" Amelia grunts as the heavy weapon presses on her, pushing her downwards with tremendous force.
"You're a crafty fighter Amelia, I'll give you that." Kaela says as she leans forwards, using her hammer as support to put even more pressure on the detective's back. "If only you were as strong as the space chosen, then you might have had a chance of beating me."
Amelia tries to free herself from the weight of Kaela's hammer, but the smith keeps constant pressure on the heavy weapon, making escape impossible.
"You are the time chosen, aren't you?" Kaela asks rhetorically. "Why don't you rewind time and fight me in the past?"
"That won't work. My own body isn't affected by my time reversal." Amelia replies in a defeated tone.
"Well, it looks like it's game over for you then." Kaela snarkily remarks. She then lifts her hammer off of Amelia's back and rests it on her right shoulder.
"It was fun, Amelia. But I'm gonna go find someone else to play with now." The blacksmith says her farewell as she turns away from the battered detective.
"Wait, Kaela..!" Amelia weakly shouts, causing the victorious girl to turn around. "There's still something I haven't tried." She continues as she slowly stands up.
"And what could that be?" Kaela asks curiously.
With the pointer and middle fingers pointed upwards and the rest closed, Amelia carefully brings her right hand to her face and chants,
"[shed]!"
In an instant, an ocean of life energy wells up in Amelia before bursting out of her in the form of a powerful shockwave that forces even the god-like Kaela to stand her ground.
"I didn't think you had it in you, miss artificial Kirin." Kaela teasingly remarks as she looks upon Amelia's [true] form.
Being the same legendary creature, Amelia's [shed] form looks almost exactly like Fauna except her long and flowy hair is a golden blonde instead of Fauna's natural green.
But everything aside from her hair is identical to Fauna. She's now the same height as her, and even her antlers have grown to match the original Kirin's size. Her power over life has also become equivalent to that of the god of nature's.
"I've never been able to fight the council before, but now the spitting image of Ceres Fauna is standing in front of me!" Kaela shouts in uncontainable excitement, shaking at the prospect of facing a god in battle.
Amelia raises her arms up and pulls back her right hand, drawing the mighty Kirin's Arrow. But this isn't the same Kirin's Arrow that she fired at Kaela earlier, this Arrow is infused with an immense amount of life energy, making it as powerful as Fauna's own Arrow.
Fwoom!
Amelia releases the Arrow and sends it flying towards Kaela at double the speed of her original Arrows.
Swinging with all her speed and strength, Kaela barely manages to hit the Arrow,
Snap
Smashing it into chunks of wood that fly off just mere inches from her face, some splinters even managing to scrape parts of her face.
"Nice one! As expected of the legendary Kirin!" Kaela excitedly compliments her opponent as she wipes the blood off of her cheek.
Amelia bends down and places both of her hands on the ground before quickly raising them up, causing a swarm of butterflies to emerge out of the sandy ground.
The butterflies then fly forwards, the sheer amount of them blocking Kaela's vision.
"Clever trick, but I'll just blow them away!" The smith says confidently as she grabs a ball shaped device from her sash.
She pushes a button on top of the mechanical sphere, activating its mechanism before throwing it onto the ground.
BWOUOUOUMMMM
A powerful vibration comes out of the now shattered mechanical sphere, the vibration shaking the area around it and instantly causing the army of butterflies to fall to the ground.
But even as her vision is cleared of the wall of insects, Kaela still can't see Amelia anywhere around.
"Where are you hiding, Amelia Watson!?" Kaela calls out, only to be met with silence.
Krkrkrkruh
Suddenly, a pair of hands burst out of the ground and grab Kaela's heels, pulling down hard to keep the smith from moving.
Kaela looks down at the hands grabbing her, keeping her attention away from a pile of butterfly corpses in front of her.
The dead insects quickly rise up and coalesce, forming into the upper body of a person, or more exactly Kirin, with the bottom part of her body still being comprised of a mass of dead butterflies.
The newly formed Amelia moves her hands in a bow drawing motion and conjures the Kirin's Arrow, firing the attack while Kaela is distracted
Fwoom!
Crraaacckk!
Splaat!
The Arrow flies through Kaela's left leg, the Arrow cleaving through the smith's limb as it separates it from the rest of her body.
"Nice one, Amelia! You really had me there!" Kaela congratulates her opponent as she sets down and leans onto her hammer for support.
"You're really something Kaela, I don't know who else could lose one of their legs and be happy." Amelia remarks as she fully forms the rest of her body with the butterflies at the bottom of her torso.
"It's hard not to be excited when you're met with an opportunity like this." Kaela replies casually.
"Hard for you." The detective retorts.
"Yeah, yeah. So are we gonna fight or not?" Says the impatient blacksmith as she taps her hand on the handle of her hammer.
"You're still not giving up!?" Amelia asks in utter disbelief.
"Nope! I still got a lot left in the tank!" Kaela shouts as she powerfully kicks the ground with her right foot, sending her flying towards Amelia.
She flies swiftly through the air, keeping her legs up and raising her hammer behind her head as she prepares to slam her hammer into the poor Kirin.
Seeing 173 centimetres of pure pain heading towards her, Amelia quickly jumps backwards to avoid getting pummelled.
BBBOOOOOMMMMMM!
Kaela smashes her hammer into the ground, forming a massive crater where her hammer collided with the earth as rock and sand fly outwards at tremendous speed.
Bam!
A large chunk of stone collides with Amelia, who managed to guard just before it hit her head on.
"Urf!" Amelia grunts as the chunk of rock hits her.
And "Aaargh!" Is what she screams after Kaela kicks her in the stomach.
The smith hovers in the air, having to prop herself up on her hammer to kick Amelia with her only remaining leg.
She twirls along her hammer's handle until she returns to her position prior to her attack, where she then sets herself back down to the ground.
"I must say, it's quite a challenge to go all out like this." Kaela says, wiggling her leg stump to emphasise her point.
"I can't believe your still standing." Amelia says in annoyance as she wipes off the blood she spit after Kaela kicked her in the gut.
"It's probably just the adrenaline." The blacksmith casually replies.
The detective proceeds to jump backwards, moving her hands in the motion to conjure the Kirin's Arrow.
"Looks like you're still raring to go!" Kaela says excitedly as she straightens up, getting ready to avoid Amelia's attack.
The Kirin releases her Arrow, sending the attack barrelling towards the crippled smith, who kicks the ground to propel her body to the side and avoid the Kirin's attack.
And as she lands, she kicks down again, sending her flying towards Amelia this time.
Kaela raises her hammer up as she flies at the detective and,
BBBOOOOOMMMMMM!
Slams hard as she reaches her target. But exactly as her hammer slammed down, Amelia had jumped upwards, allowing her to avoid Kaela's attack while simultaneously keeping her position.
Now that Kaela was in front of her, Amelia takes the opportunity and punches Kaela in the face.
BAM!
"Aurgh!" The smith exclaims as blood flies out of her mouth and her head is whipped backwards by the force of the Kirin's punch.
With knowledge of it or not, Amelia had imbued her fist with life energy, allowing her to break through the godlike Kaela's iron defence.
Before the blacksmith could make any sort of witty remark, Amelia continues her attack by slamming another life energy enforced fist into Kaela's stomach.
BAM!
Sending her stumbling backwards and landing on her back.
"Huff... puff... Aha... You win..." Kaela says, looking up at Amelia as she lays on the ground, bleeding and tired.
"Seriously? You give up?" Amelia asks sceptically, almost in disbelief.
"Yep, you gave me a good fight... almost forced me to go [all out]..." The smith says with a satisfied smile as she taps the side of her head with her right fist.
"I'm glad I didn't get to see that." Amelia replies, grateful to have avoided fighting a stronger version of Kaela.
"So, about that key?"
(Five minutes before Kaela is defeated)
"Playtime is over, pups." Koyori says as she approaches the twins, a red vial in each of her hands.
Mococo is lying on the floor, bleeding out from the hole in her chest. Her sister Fuwawa lies beside her, this hell hound being brought to the ground by Koyori's lightning bolt.
"Mococo, let's do [it]..." Fuwawa says weakly as she stretches her hand towards her sibling.
"Ok, let's go!" Mococo shouts confidently as she joins hands with her big sister.
"[shed]!"
"[shed]!"
The twins shout in unison, merging together and entering their [true] form, a seven foot tall dog with two heads. The hound having pink and blue streaks on its left and right sides respectively, and a collar that chains it's two heads together.
[ Cerberus - The Two Headed Demon Guard Dog ]
""Ggrrrrr..."" The demon dog snarls at Koyori, baring its fangs and staring at the scientist fiercely.
"A joint [shed] form... this is going to be troublesome." Koyori says wearily, stepping backwards and returning the red potion in her left hand to her holster, replacing it with a vial full of gray liquid.
""Baaauuuu!"" Cerberus howls as it opens its mouths wide and absorbs a massive amount of wind, freezing the air already inside it's mouths as it continuously intakes more.
Seeing the beast charge it's attack, Koyori throws the gray vial in her left hand at the ground in front of her.
Crash
The vial shatters on impact, spilling the instant wall solution onto the ground. The gray liquid quickly foams up and solidifies, creating a wall that covers Koyori in under a second.
""Grraaaagghh!""" Cerberus howls, after it finishes charging it's attack, it opens both of it's mouths wide and launches the frozen ice stored inside in the form of a beam that flies towards Koyori's instant wall. [Ninth Circle: Treacherous Ice]
Boooom!
The ice beam destroys the wall, causing it to explode into pieces as the area around it is covered in ice. But Koyori is nowhere to be seen.
On the back left side of Cerberus, Koyori stands, holding a yellow vial firmly in her left hand.
She throws the vial at the demon dog's feet,
Crash
Releasing the yellow liquid stored inside onto the ground beneath the beast.
The serum begins to evaporate, turning into a yellow gas that forms a cloud that surrounds Cerberus.
Koyori quickly pulls out an orange vial from her belt, popping open the lid before drinking the solution contained inside.
"I'll burn you to a crisp, mutt." The scientist says, wiping the orange liquid from her mouth.
Fwooom!
Koyori takes a deep breath before proceeding to open her mouth wide, spewing out a column of fire that launches towards Cerberus.
Booooommmmm!
The fire makes contact with the gas, causing a reaction in the air that sets it ablaze and generates a powerful explosion. Fire and smoke then engulf Cerberus as Koyori carefully watches from a safe distance.
"Phew... that should take care of that." Koyori exhales as she grabs a vial full of green liquid from her holster and pops its lid.
She brings the vial to her mouth, intending to drink the potion when,
Fwoooom!
A powerful gust of wind passes by the scientist, knocking her to the floor as it brings the smoke and fire along it's path.
Crash
The vial in Koyori's hand shatters as she falls to the floor, the shards of glass cutting the skin in her hand.
But she doesn't even notice the pain as she's too distracted by the animal standing in front of her.
""Grrrrr..."" Cerberus growls as it stares at Koyori. It's certainly charred and damaged, but it's still in fighting condition.
Anticipating an attack, Koyori swiftly grabs two red vials from her holster and pulls her arms backwards.
But before she can throw the vials, Cerberus slams it's front right paw into the ground, activating its attack, [Fourth Circle: Greedy Weights]
Instantly, a massive amount of weight is dropped on Koyori, causing the scientist to fall to the ground.
Crash
Crash
As her body slam into the ground, the vials in her hands shatter,
Boom!
Boom!
Creating two explosions that blow off both of Koyori's arms.
"AAAAAAAUUUUUURRRRGGGGGHHHH!" The scientist lets out an agonising scream as the sensation of searing pain spreads through her arms.
Seeing an opportunity to attack, Cerberus closes in on its now immobilised opponent, getting ready to deliver a fatal strike.
But before it can finish off Koyori, the injured Cerberus falls to the floor and splits back into the two twins that comprise it.
Fuwawa and Mococo lie on the floor unconscious, their battle with Laplus's scientist completely wearing her out.
"Pant... Pant..." Iroha breaths heavily, leaning on her sword for support as she's too tired to stand.
"I'll admit, you did well lasting this long against a god." Mumei commends the samurai as she walks towards her.
"Huff... don't talk like... huff... it's already over..." Iroha says with confidence, even in her tired state.
"Hmph!" Mumei just scoffs and raises her right "arm", pointing the mass of firearms at Iroha's chest.
BANG!
Mumei fires every single gun that comprises her right arm simultaneously, summoning a wall of bullets that fire towards Iroha.
"Heavy Comet!"
The swift samurai manages to cleave through the wall of led and dash towards the god of civilisation in just one attack, leaving her standing mere inches from the owl.
"!" Mumei's eyes widen in suprise as Iroha appears right in front of her, the samurai's unexpected speed sending fear through the god for a moment.
"You're tenacity is familiarly frustrating!" Mumei shouts with irritation as she throws her left fist at Iroha's face.
Iroha swiftly jumps backwards, crouching down and sheathing her sword as she lands.
"Meteor Splitter." She utters before dashing towards Mumei at a speed that makes her look like a blur in the god's eyes.
click
Iroha, who now stands behind Mumei, sheaths her sword.
Blood trickles down a newly formed cut on Mumei's neck, the god touching the wound to confirm the damage.
"I figured that if you were going that fast, you'd probably be aiming for my neck, trying to get a quick kill." Mumei says as she turns around to face Iroha. "So I stepped backwards to get out of your sword's reach. That must really suck for you, since you put the last of your strength into that strike."
"Huff.. hugh... fwoo.. hyaagh..." Iroha lies limply on the floor, trying desperately to breathe.
She had spent her remaining energy into the Meteor Splitter, an attack which boosted her speed immensely at the cost of a huge amount of her stamina.
She had also just created this ability recently, deciding to make it after having seen the destructive power of Suisei's Kitsune only a week ago.
Her inexperience with the attack, mixed with the skills immense energy consumption leaving her in this exhausted state.
"You're lucky that I'm just like Fauna, a big softie." Mumei says as walks away from the debilitated Iroha and makes her way towards the edge of her floating gun island.
"I'm gonna let you go without killing you, so you better not get in the council's way again." She leaves her final words before jumping off of the island, falling down onto the battlefield below.
Bam!
"Kuh..! Damn it!" Iroha screams in frustration as she slams her fist against the firearm island's ground.
"Sob... Damn it! Damn it..."
(Shortly before Iroha was defeated)
Kling!
Klang!
Kling!
Gura and Chloe continue their even match, constantly partying each other's weapon without getting a chance to counterattack themselves.
Laplus watches anxiously, fidgeting in place as she watches Chloe struggle against her Atlantean opponent.
'Lui, Koyori, and Kaela have been defeated, and I don't know how much longer Iroha can last against civilisation.' Laplus thinks to herself. 'Forget about the key, if we don't get out of here soon, then we'll all die before anyone can activate the backup bodies.'
"Argh! I'll just finish the Atlantean off myself!" Laplus shouts as she coats her hands in her Atom Splitter, forming them into two purple claws.
Hearing Laplus's declaration, Gura runs backwards out of fear and caution.
"You're not going anywhere, Gura!" Chloe shouts as she dashes towards the Atlantean, detaching the segments of her three-sectioned mop, turning it into a nunchuck like weapon.
She swings the weapon at Gura, the mop's long range allowing it to reach the shark form a further distance.
Kling!
Gura stops and swings her trident to deflect Chloe's attack, swatting her weapon away. But she paused her escape in doing so, allowing Laplus to catch to her.
Laplus quickly swings her right claw at Gura's head, the Atlantean quickly ducking to avoid the attack.
Laplus continues to send slashes towards Gura, who manages to keep avoiding the god of knowledge's claws.
Bam!
"Argh!" As she was ducking one of Laplus's slashes, Gura was stuck in the side by Chloe's mop.
The impact sends her falling to the ground, dropping her trident as she slams into the dirt below.
"That was a cheap shot!" Gura shouts spitefully at Chloe and Laplus.
"You think I care about things like that?" Laplus asks sarcastically as she walks towards the fallen Atlantean.
The fallen god brandishes her claws, getting ready to deal a lethal blow to Gura when,
Fwip
A wooden Arrow blitzes past Laplus, flying just mere inches from her face.
"Gura! Kaela's given us the key, we're getting out of here!" Amelia shouts at her Atlantean friend as she loads another Kirin's Arrow.
"Ame! You're alive!" Gura shouts in relief and excitement as she sees her friend alive and well.
"Chloe, let's go! We lost the key, there's no reason to stay here now!" Laplus says urgently as she takes her subordinates hand and makes her escape. The two of them running in the opposite direction of the Kirin, heading towards the forest.
"You have that arrow, Ame. Are you thinking of using it on Laplus?" Gura asks as she watches the god of knowledge run off.
"No. We have the key now, so as long as Laplus can't enter her [shed] form, she shouldn't be a problem." Amelia replies, disengaging the Kirin's Arrow and dropping her arms.
"Let's just focus on helping Mumei and Ina." The detective says, pointing towards her friends, who are carrying their knocked out friends.
"Alright." Gura replies before the two run towards the both of them.
"Ame, Gura!" Ina shouts as she sees the pair running towards her and Mumei. She's supporting the unconscious Kiara on her shoulders, bring too weak to carry her outright.
"Ina, are you alright!?" Amelia asks in concern, looking closely at Ina and inspecting her.
"I should be the one asking you that, I thought you were gonna die." The priestess retorts.
"Well, I got over it." Amelia responds with a cheeky smile, and Ina replies with a smile of her own.
"Amelia! I need you to carry my chosen and the Jewel Of Emotion." Mumei, who's carrying both demon dog twins, says and Amelia quickly runs to the unconscious girls.
"Where's Nerissa, Mumei?" Amelia asks as she grabs the pair of knocked out members.
Upon hearing the detective's question, Gura's eyes widen before settling into a somber expression.
"While I was busy fighting Chloe, Laplus killed her before she could wake up." Gura explains reluctantly.
"Are you serious!?" Amelia immediately remarks in disbelief, and Gura meekly nods her head.
"Mumei! you think I could-"
"Forget it. Rewinding time damages the fabric of the universe and risks us losing in the new timeline." Mumei cuts Amelia off and completely shuts her down.
"But still! It's cruel to just-" The detective tries to retort before realising the futility of trying to argue with a god.
"C'mon, let's get to the ship." Mumei says as she walks towards the shore, Amelia, Ina, and Gura following behind her.
As she walks, Amelia clenches her fist and grits get teeth.
"Mumei, tell me. When the council sacrifices people for it's cause, do you feel regret?" Amelia asks as tears begin to escape from her eyes.
Mumei stops. And then she turns to face the teary eyed detective. "The council cares about all life, Amelia. Including the ones we "sacrifice". It's because of this care that we do things that you might think is wrong."
"Do you know why we're so concerned about the order of the universe?" Mumei asks, and Amelia shakes her head.
"If the order of the universe is disrupted, it would spell the end of our entire existence as we know it. That's why if we're given the choice to sacrifice a single life for the sake of the universe's order, we readily accept it. For example, imagine if every person you cared about was held at gunpoint, and you had to kill your dog to save them. You would be willing to part with little Bubba in order to save everyone else, right?" Mumei poses her question and it causes Amelia to try. Try to understand something beyond her comprehension.
She had never seen a million of anything in front of her before. A million people, animals, plants, buildings, cars, nothing. The number is just to massive for her mind to comprehend, even now, after she's become a Kirin.
So how was she supposed to consider a trillion, quadrillion lives, like the council does when making decisions?
It's impossible. Maybe she can understand rationally, but emotionally the life of a prisoner she just met a week ago means a lot more than the entire universe.
"..." Amelia silently stares at the ground, wanting to say something to support her point, but she knows that what Mumei says is correct, even if she doesn't agree with it personally.
Mumei watches the detective as she waits for a response.
After a few seconds, Mumei concludes that Amelia has nothing to say, and she gives her some final words. "As you continue to do your work as a chosen, you'll start to understand the council's reason for doing things. Even Shiori and Suisei were like you before."
The god then turns around and continues walking towards the ship.
Amelia just stands in place, trying to digest everything that Mumei had just said.
"Hey, are you alright?" Ina asks as she places her free hand on Amelia.
The Kirin turns her head to face her friend with a solemn expression. "She didn't answer my question."
[Timeline 5 / May 18, 2021 - The S.S Kaela 67]
"Yo, council dogs!" Kaela shouts as she sees Mumei's group walk onto the ship. While Mumei, Amelia, Ina, and Gura were collecting their unconscious allies, Kaela was sitting patiently on the deck of the S.S Kaela 67, waiting for them to return.
"Kaela, start the ship." Mumei commands the second she steps onboard.
"Wow, not even a hello?" The smith replies sarcastically as she watches Mumei, Ina, Gura, and Ame walk past her.
"Hello, Kaela." Mumei says uninterestedly before walking inside the the ship's main cabin.
"Haha! That's the spirit!" Kaela exclaims jovially, jumping off her seat and heading towards the ship's bridge.
As she walks through the inside of the ship, Kaela passes by Amelia, who is sitting Shiori and Bijou down onto the ship cabin's couches. And after making sure that the two girls are secure and comfortable, Amelia goes out onto the deck and stands by the edge.
She looks out onto the sea in front of her, wind blowing on her face, her hair fluttering in the breeze when, she spots a familiar looking vessel on the horizon.
[ The S.S. Kaela 69 - Hololive's god Ship ]
The other boat quickly approaches theirs, causing Amelia to be slightly on guard.
"Help me!" Kaela shouts loudly from behind Amelia, the detective quickly turning around to see the smith standing behind her.
"Kaela! What are you doing!?" Amelia asks in shock.
"I'm gonna make our cruise a little more interesting." Kaela says before running to the edge of the deck.
"Kobo! They kidnapped me! Help!" She shouts at the blue haired girl, who's leaning on the edge of the S.S. Kaela 69.
"Gasp! Auntie Amelia! How could you just take Kaela!?" Kobo shouts, bewildered at her auntie Amelia's heinous deed.
"Wait! She's lying-"
"Don't listen to her Kobo! You need to help me!" Amelia tries to speak when Kaela interrupts her with a crocodile tear filled cry for help.
"Grr! Give Kaela back!" Kobo shouts furiously, fire shooting out of her eyes as her rage rises.
"Kaela! What's happening to Kobo!?" Amelia asks the smith in an anxious panic.
"Kobo's throwing one of her infamous tantrums." Kaela replies as she watches the little rain shaman with excited anticipation.
Suddenly, the sky gets dark as rain clouds appears in the sky above, a sign that a storm is coming.
Down on Hololive Indonesia's ship, the fire in Kobo's eyes grows larger as her rage increases.
Baboom!
Thunder rings through the air, and a heavy rain befalls the area around the two S.S. Kaela's.
"Watch closely Amelia, you're about to see a glimpse of the Prince of Death's power." Kaela says, pointing at the raging Kobo.
A pair of flaming wings have sprouted from her back, and a tail of blazing feathers have appeared on her bottom.
She flaps her wings powerfully, sending her flying swiftly up into the sky. After ending up about a hundred feet in the air, Kobo stops ascending and slumps her body slightly.
A legless skeleton with a nine foot long spine appears on Kobo's back and crawls up her body before stopping and wrapping its arm's around her chest, resting its head on her shoulder.
"Kaela... what the hell... is going on?" Amelia asks as she looks up at the reaper's spawn in bewilderment.
The smith smiles as she looks up at the sky, the orange hue of the flaming clouds above reflecting in her widened eyes.
"The Parade of Fire is about to begin."
