Very quickly, it was afternoon time as the exam results are finally here! Everyone are all present in the class, waiting for Miss Simian to arrive with the exam results. Most of the students looks very excited to see their test scores! While some others looks very anxious and nervous. Gumball sits quietly at his spot, he's also excited but also a little nervous about the results. He wonder how much score he would get today. Suddenly, the whole class saw their teacher's entering the classroom with a stack of exams carried on her hand.

Once everything is settled, Miss Simian started.

Mrs. Simian: "Alright! It's time for the exam's results!"

All the students immediately go quiet as they look at their teacher. All of them are quite excited and nervous to see the results, including Gumball. He hope that he would get a high score on the test!

Then Miss Simian started to return the exams to her students as she's also read each students scores.

Mrs. Simian: "Carrie Krueger, 71%, C minus!"

Carrie still hold her usual unamused face as she really doesn't mind much about her exam result. She took her paper silently and just lower her ghost body down.

Mrs. Simian: "Alan Keane, 99%, A plus!"

Alan let out a victorious "Yes!" when he heard his score. The balloon boy looks very happy as he took his paper from Miss Simian.

Mrs. Simian: "Tobias Wilson, 65%, straight D!"

Tobias let out a gasp, looking shocked and utterly upset. The rainbow-colored boy is very frustrated with his low score, he rarely got a D on a test before!

Mrs. Simian: "Penny Fitzgerald, 90%, A minus!"

Penny smiled to herself as she heard her grade. She happily took the paper from Miss Simian as she looks very proud of her score! Right after that, Miss Simian approaches Gumball and Darwin spot as both of them looked at her. They both looks nervous and excited at the same time, they're also a bit curious to see their results!

Mrs. Simian: "Darwin Watterson..."

Darwin heard his name as he looks at the monkey teacher intently and waited for his results. He can feel his excitement and nervousness rise as high as ever!

Mrs. Simian: "78%, C plus!"

Darwin let out a small sigh of relief when he heard his score, he can't help but feels a little bit better knowing that he didn't fail the test. He calmly took his paper from Miss Simian.

Mrs. Simian: "And Gumball Watterson..."

This is it! It's finally the moment for our protagonist to know his exam score! Gumball looked at Miss Simian as he waits for his results to be announced. He can feel his nervousness and excitement are growing stronger than ever in this moment, he wonder what grade he would get on the test!

Mrs. Simian: "93%, straight A!"

As soon as Gumball heard his score, he let out a small gasp! He looks overjoyed and amazed by his grade, he really didn't expect to get such a high score on the exam! This made his confidence and excitement rose to a new level as he happily took his paper from Miss Simian.

Mrs. Simian: "Great job, Watterson! You should be proud of yourself here!"

Gumball: *nods and smiles* "Thanks, Miss Simian! I'm surprised that I did really well on my test! I was expecting to get a C or a B, but I didn't expect to get an A on the test at all!"

Mrs. Simian: "Neither do I."

As Miss Simian turned away from him to continue to return the exam papers, Gumball looked at Darwin, looking very satisfied and happy right now as he speaks.

Gumball: "Dude! Did you hear that? I got an A on my test paper! Man, I wasn't expecting that at all!"

Darwin: "Yeah! I'm surprised for you too! I guess those study sessions with Anais yesterday really paid well to you, dude!"

Gumball nodded vigorously as he responds.

Gumball: "Yeah, those times really helped me a lot! I'm sure that I wouldn't have answered most of the questions right if it wasn't for her helping me to understand the lessons better. I'm very proud of myself. Not only that, I also finished the test before the time runs out, too! Hah, how awesome is that?"

Darwin: *nods* "Yes indeed, dude."

Gumball felt even more excited as he thought back to his test just now. He then looks at Darwin and smiles at him.

Gumball: "And you did great too, Darwin! Even though you'd struggled a little in your test, but look! You got a C plus, that's also a good grade and you did pretty well in the end!"

Darwin let out a sigh of relief.

Darwin: "Thanks dude. I'm just glad it's over..."

Gumball: *nods in agreement* "Yeah, same here. I'm also really glad that the exam is finally over, no more stressful studying and worrying about this test anymore now. We're finally free from it!"

Later, when Miss Simian has done returning all of the exam papers to her students, the school bell rang, signaling that it's time to go home.

Mrs. Simian: "Alright! Class dismissed!"

As soon as their teacher finished, all the students immediately began getting off from their seats. They happily talked and discussed to each others about their exam results. Some of them talked about how well they did on the test, while some others complained about their bad score in it. Gumball also gets off from his seat as he and Darwin began to leave the class with their classmates too.

When walking out of the school, Gumball and Darwin saw Anais was standing not far from the school entrance. Anais waves at them once she saw them, signaling that she's waiting for them. Gumball and Darwin looked at each other for a moment before they walked over to her.

Gumball: "Hey Anais. What's up?"

Anais: "Hey guys! I was just waiting for you two, you know?"

Darwin: *nodded* "Yeah, we can see that. So uh, I assume that you want to know how we did in the test, right?"

Anais: "Sure! How did you do, Darwin?"

Darwin rubs the back of his head and shrugged his shoulder as he responded.

Darwin: "To be honest, I did struggled quite a bit with the test. But I got a C plus in the end!"

Anais: *smiles* "That's good, Darwin!"

Then Anais turned to Gumball with a curious look on her face.

Anais: "And how about you, Gumball? Did our study sessions yesterday worked?"

Gumball nodded firmly and happily.

Gumball: "Yeah, those study sessions were very helpful! Thanks to you, I managed to answer almost all of the questions right and finished the test before the time ran out!"

Then Gumball takes out his test paper from his backpack and showed it to his sister.

Gumball: "And look at this, I got a 93%! An A! Can you believe it?!"

Anais looked at Gumball's test paper as she let out a gasp of surprise!

Anais: "Wow Gumball! That's impressive! I'm so proud of you, big brother!"

Gumball chuckled a little, looking very pleased with himself right now as he spoke.

Gumball: "Yeah, I really exceeded my own expectation here! I thought I'll probably get a C or a B at best. But I got an A in the end! I can say that I'm really satisfied with myself right now, sis!"

Anais nods before Gumball smiled at her as he thanked her.

Gumball: "Thanks again, Anais, really! Thanks to your tutelage, I managed to get such a great score this time! I couldn't have gotten it if it wasn't for you, sis."

Anais: *sigh happily* "Aww... It's no big deal, Gummy. As long as you guys are happy, I'm happy."

Gumball smiled warmly at his little sister. He then pats her head affectionately.

Gumball: "I know. I love you, sis!"

Anais: "And I love you too, Gumball!"

Then, both Gumball and Anais hugged each others tightly. Darwin let out a warm smile as he watched the two siblings hugging each others. After a while, Gumball and Anais both let go from each others hug as Darwin speaks to them.

Darwin: "Well, I think it's time to go home, shall we?"

Gumball: *nodded* "Yeah, let's go! Come on you two!"

And with that, the three of them began walking home together as Gumball got excited on the inside of his body. Because he can't wait to show his mom his exam result and how well he did on his test!
