Nakashima Kazuma has grown up in his hometown of Winter Bluffs, a city located north of Domino City, having been raised by his aunt and uncle following the passing of his parents. He balanced attending college with hanging out with his friends, playing video games, and doing schoolwork. However, his life changes when he ends up critically injured by a kaijin known as a Darkmare, created by aliens known as Giganoidians. However, a group of scientists affiliated with the Multiversal Defense And Emergency Response Squadron save Nakashima's life by converting him into a cyborg. Now, Nakashima travels throughout the Multiverse, helping it's denizens as the warrior of the cosmos, Kamen Rider Nebula! And, along the way, Nakashima finds himself developing feelings for Ayame Shimada, the lieutenant of the MDAERS

For as long as time can remember, there have existed armored warriors who fought for the sake of justice. These warriors are known as Kamen Riders, ordinary humans who were given power to fight against monstrous foes that terrorized humanity.
In 1971, a young motorcyclist and college student known as Takeshi Hongo was captured by a terrorist organization known as SHOCKER, who modified him into a cyborg soldier, but Takeshi managed to escape before they could brainwash him and make him a weapon. He took on the name of Kamen Rider Ichigou, and used his abilities to combat SHOCKER's forces. He had an ally known as Hayato Ichimonji, aka Kamen Rider Nigou. After the downfall of SHOCKER, Ichigou and Nigou were succeeded by a young man named Shiro Kazami, who became known as Kamen Rider V3, and used his powers to fight the monsters of DESTROM, when they claimed the lives of his parents and younger sister. Shiro had an ally named Joji Yuki, aka RiderMan, who lost an arm due to DESTROM's actions, but was fitted with a form changing prosthetic. Years later, a young man named Keisuke Jin was modified into a cyborg Kamen Rider known as Kamen Rider X by his dying father in order to combat the monsters sent by the organization, G.O.D. Time passes, and a man who grew up in the wilderness known as Daisuke Yamamoto was fitted with the GiGi Armlet, and became a warrior of justice known as Kamen Rider Amazon, fighting against the Beastmen sent by both Gedon and the Garander Empire. Time passes, and a young man known by the name of Shigeru Jo was modified into a cyborg by the Satan Empire, but uses his powers to defend the innocent as Kamen Rider Stronger.
Years pass, and a scientist known as Keitaro Shido was kidnapped by Neo Shocker, as a means of exploiting his robotics expertise. However, Keitaro secretly operated on an injured camper named Hiroshi Tsukuba, turning him into the heroic Skyrider, Hiroshi used his skills in defeating Neo Shocker's numerous monsters.
In the 1980s, a young man named Kazuya Oki was turned into a cyborg known as Kamen Rider Super-1, as a means of surviving in outer space without the need for a bulky external space-suit. But the scientists who did the operation were slaughtered by the Dogma Kingdom. However, Kazuya, as Super-1, managed to defeat the kaijin of the Dogma Kingdom, and send their leader to Hell.
At another point in time during the 1980s, Kotaro Minami, a young man born under a solar eclipse, was captured by the Gorgom Empire, and fitted with cyborg technology, as well as a gemstone known as the Kingstone, and became a warrior of justice known as Kamen Rider BLACK, fighting against both Gorgom's forces, and his stepbrother, Nobuhiko Akazuki, who had become known as Shadow-Moon. Following the fall of Gorgom, Kotaro lived a normal life with the Sahara Family as a helicopter pilot. Until he was captured by the Crisis Empire. His Kingstone was broken in half, but as he was sent into an escape pod to the sun, where the solar radiation mutated his Kingstone Belt, and Kotaro became known as Kamen Rider BLACK-RX, where he fought against the forces of the Crisis Empire, and their leader, General Jark, and he finally laid his brother to rest in one final battle.
In 1983, a young aircraft pilot named Ryo Murasame was shot down by the Badan Empire, and converted into one of their cyborg soldiers. Ryo's sister was murdered by Badan's forces, and Ryo was brainwashed, but regained his memories, and became the 10th person to take up the mantle of Kamen Rider, having defeated both the Generalissimo Of Badan and Ambassador Darkness.
In the 1990s, a young man known as Shin Kazamatsuri was operated on by his father and a fellow scientist named Giichi Onizuka, not knowing their research was being funded by a group known as the Foundation. Shin had become a mutant Kamen Rider known as Kamen Rider Shin. Shin, using his powers, had slain the mad Goushima, who had become a grasshopper monster himself.
A young man known as Masaru Aso, who was the lab assistant of Professor Mochizuki, was converted into the cyborg warrior, Kamen Rider ZO, and fought against the monsters of Doras, before finally slaying the main creature, Neonoid Doras.
An environmentalist known as Kouji Segawa, while investigating pollution by the side of a lake, was murdered by the underlings of Machine-Beast Mothership Fog-Mother, but was revived by Gaia to become a hero known as Kamen Rider J, allied with the talking grasshopper, Berry, Kouji defeated Fog Mother's monsters, before destroying Fog Mother once and for all.
In the early 2000s, a young man known as Yusuke Onodera, when he encountered a monster known as a Gurongi, found an ancient belt known as the Arcle, and became known as Kamen Rider Kuuga, using his powers to defeat the Gurongi, alongside their leader, N-Daguva-Zeba. Following in Yusuke's stead was an amnesiac man known as Souichi Tsugami, who possessed something known as a Seed Of Agito, allowing him to become a warrior known as Kamen Rider Agito, and fought against the monsters known as the Lords. Following the defeat of the Lords, a young man named Shinji Kido, came across what was known as a Card Deck, and became known as Kamen Rider Ryuki, and was drafted into an event known as the Rider War, where he fought against both Mirror Monsters and fellow Kamen Riders to get a wish granted. However, in the climax of the war, Shinji was fatally wounded, out of sorrow, a man known as Shiro Kanzaki, reset the world so that the Mirror Monsters had never existed, and the riders could live normal lives.
In 2005, a young man named Takumi Inui had found a device called the FaizBelt, and became known as Kamen Rider Faiz, where he fought against monsters known as Orphenoch, not knowing that he was an Orphenoch himself. Takumi had died in a car accident, and was revived as a Wolf Orphenoch. Takumi, alongside Masato Kusaka, AKA Kamen Rider Kaixa and Syuji Mihara, AKA Kamen Rider Delta, managed to stop the Orphenoch, and their leader, the Arch Orphenoch.
A year has passed, and a government-funded group called B.O.A.R.D was founded in 2006 to combat immortal monsters called Undead. Their riders were Kazuma Kendate, AKA Kamen Rider Blade, Sakuya Tachibana, AKA Kamen Rider Garren, Hajime Aikawa, AKA Kamen Rider Chalice, and Mutsuki Kamijou, AKA Kamen Rider Leangle, and together, they defeated and sealed away the Undead, saving humanity from another Battle Fight.
A year passed, and Humanity was plagued by monsters called Makamou, which fed on humans. The Makamou couldn't be killed by conventional means, so a new kind of Kamen Rider in the form of Oni was revealed, combatting the Makamou using the Sound Of Purification, weaponizing music to destroy the monsters. One of the Riders was Hitoshi Hidaka, AKA Kamen Rider Hibiki.
Following the defeat of the Makamou, a meteorite struck Earth, revealing a race of insectoid aliens known as the Worms, a lone wanderer by the name of Tendou Souji took on the name of Kamen Rider Kabuto, and fought alongside the Riders of ZECT as a means of defending humanity.
In 2007, a young man named Nogami Ryotaro, who lived with his older sister in a coffee shop, who had a severe streak of bad luck, came into contact with creatures called Imajin, and became known as Kamen Rider Den-O, with five good-natured Imajin, Momotaros, Urataros, Kintaros, Ryutaros, and Seig, in combating enemy Imajin, Ryotaro and co. had an ally in the form of Yuuto Sakurai, AKA Kamen Rider Zeronos, and his Imajin ally, Deneb.
A year has passed, and a new kind of monster plagued Humanity: the Fangires, which fed off of the life-force of humans. However, a young man named Wataru Kurenai, became known as Kamen Rider Kiva, due to the fact that Wataru was a Human-Fangire hybrid. Wataru had some friends in the form of Kivat III, Shizuka Nomura, Kengo Eritate, Mio Suzuki, Jiro, AKA Garulu, the last of the Wolfen Clan, Ramon, AKA Bassha, the last of the Merman Clan, Rikki, AKA Dogga, the surviving member of the Franken Clan, as well as Keisuke Nago, AKA Kamen Rider IXA, and Taiga Nobori, who was revealed to be Wataru's older half-brother.
In 2009, a young man named Tsukasa Kadoya found a belt, and became the dimension-hopping warrior, Kamen Rider Decade, teaming up with alternate reality versions of past Heisei-era Kamen Riders, as well as the dimension-hopping thief, Kaito Daiki, AKA Kamen Rider DiEnd. It was later revealed that Tsukasa was the leader of Dai-Shocker, but he rejected that fate.
In the town of Fuuto City, criminals and people who have been spat on by society had been given USB flash-drive like objects called GaiaMemories, and became known as Dopants, however, two young men, Shotaro Hidari, and Philip, used a belt to become the two-in-one Kamen Rider known as Kamen Rider Double, they, alongside Ryu Terui, who became Kamen Rider Accel, fought against the Dopants, as well as the Museum crime family, led by Ryubei Sonozaki, as well as Isaka Shinkuro, the Weather Dopant, and even the terrorist cell, NEVER, and their leader, Katsumi Daido, AKA Kamen Rider Eternal.
Time passed, and in Japan, a young man with a tragic past known as Eiji Hino came across coin-based homunculi known as Yummies, and their masters, the Greeed, but an antiheroic Greeed named Ankh gave Eiji a belt, and objects called Core Medals, and Eiji became known as Kamen Rider OOO, defending innocent people from the Greeed and their monsters. He had help from Akira Date, AKA Kamen Rider Birth, and others to name a few.
Years later, in Japan, a young highschool student named Gentaro Kisaragi, who had a delinquent look to him, but a drive to befriend everyone, became known as Kamen Rider Fourze, and fought against monsters called the Zodiarts, which were people that became kaijin based around the 88 modern constellations.
Time passed, and we were introduced to a young man named Haruto Souma, who became known as Kamen Rider Wizard, and fought against monsters called Phantoms, which were born from humans who succumbed to despair. Haruto had an ally in the form of Kosuke Nitou, AKA Kamen Rider Beast.
In another location known as Zawame City, dance-crews were formed due to a corporation known as Yggdrasil, which was making the city feel like a country state. A young man named Kouta Kazuraba, while in a location called Helheim, found a belt called a SengokuDriver, and became known as Kamen Rider Gaim, fighting against monsters called the Inves.
Time passed, and in Japan, androids who could think and evolve called Roidmudes, attacked the city, but a police-officer known as Shinnosuke Tomari, armed with the Drive-Driver, a belt housing the digitized subconsciousness of it's creator, Krim Stienbelt, became known as Kamen Rider Drive, the first Heisei Rider to have a car instead of a motorcycle. Shinnosuke had allies in fighting the Roidmudes, such as Gou Shijima, AKA Kamen Rider Mach, and an antiheroic Roidmude known as Chase, AKA Kamen Rider Chaser. The three Riders fought the Roidmudes, as well as Gou's father, Dr. Tenjirou Banno, and the Singular System.
Time passed, and a young man named Takeru Tenkuji, a ghost hunter, was killed by interdimensional monsters called the Ganma, and became a Ghost himself. Now given a 99-day time limit to come back to life completely, Takeru must find the 15 Historical Figure Eyecons, and use them at the Monolith in the Daitenku Temple. To do this, Takeru had to become Kamen Rider Ghost, and fight against the Ganma. Takeru's allies were Akari Tsukashima, who believed in science, Onari, a monk of the Daitenku Temple, Makoto Fukami, AKA Kamen Rider Specter, Makoto's sister, Kanon, and Prince Alain, AKA Kamen Rider Necrom.
Following the departure of the Ganma, an ER-doctor named Emu Hojo, who loved playing video games in his spare-time, became the first Kamen Rider themed after platform video games known as Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. His allies were Hiro Kagami, AKA Kamen Rider Brave, Taiga Hanaya, AKA Kamen Rider Snipe, Kirya Kujo, AKA Kamen Rider Lazer, and an unlikely ally in the form of Kuroto Dan, AKA Kamen Rider Genm. The Riders faced off against the Bugsters, a new kind of computer virus that infected humans, as well as Kuroto's father, Masamune Dan, AKA Kamen Rider Chronos, who was an index-case just like Emu.
Following the defeat of the Bugsters and Masamune, in another area, Japan had been divided into Touto, Seitou, and Hokutou, after an object known as Pandora's Box was found on Mars, causing an event called the Sky Wall Crisis. An organization called Faust had caused monsters called Smash to appear, and the robot soldiers of Hokuto, Seito, and Touto, the Guardians, were reprogrammed into serving Faust. However, the people of Japan had a common hero named Sento Kiryu, an amnesiac scientist who originally went by Professor Takumi Katsuragi, but he had his memories altered by an alien being named Evolt. Sento used the Build-Driver and the Fullbottles to become Kamen Rider Build, defeating the Smash before extracting the Fullbottle Essence from people. Sento had help from Ryuga Banjoh, a prison escapee framed for a crime he didn't commit. Ryuga was given his own Build-Driver, and became Kamen Rider Cross-Z. Other allies they had were Kazumi Saruwatari, who used a Sclash-Driver and the Robot Sclash-Jelly to become Kamen Rider Grease, as well as Gentoku Himuro, AKA Kamen Rider Rogue. After Evolt's death, the reality had been rewritten.
In 2019, a high-school student named Sougo Tokiwa, who dreamed of becoming a king, was encountered by a mysterious girl named Tsukuyomi, who came from an apocalyptic future where Sougou was an evil ruler, but a man named Woz gave Sougou a belt called a ZikuDriver, and Sougo became the 20th Heisei-era Rider: Kamen Rider Zi-O. He faced off against the Time Jackers, who turned ordinary people into monstrous doppelgangers of past Kamen Riders known as Another Riders. Sogou had an unlikely ally in the form of the Resistance Fighter, Geiz Myokouin, AKA Kamen Rider Geiz. Woz became known as Kamen Rider Woz. One day, while fighting the Time Jackers' leader, Swartz, as Another Decade, Sougo became Ohma Zi-O when Geiz was killed, and after defeating and killing Swartz, the timeline had been altered.
Time passed, and a company called HIDEN Intelligence, manufactured androids with artificial intelligence known as HumaGears, to improve the lives of the people of Japan. One day, when HIDEN Intelligence's old CEO, Korunosuke Hiden, had passed away, Korunosuke's grandson, Aruto, a struggling standup comedian, had succeeded his late grandfather as the company president. When the terrorist hacker cell, MetsubouJinraiNET started hacking ordinary HumaGears, and causing them to become Magias, Aruto became the heroic Kamen Rider Zero-One, defending humanity from the rogue HumaGears. Aruto had unlikely allies in the form of the members of the Artificial Intelligence Military Service, or A.I.M.S, specifically agent Isamu Fuwa, AKA Kamen Rider Vulcan, and technician Yua Yaiba, AKA Kamen Rider Valkyrie. Aruto had a rival in the form of Gai Amatsu, AKA Kamen Rider Thouzer, the CEO of ZAIA Enterprise, who had a hand in the awakening of the Ark, a malevolent A.I. But, Aruto and co. managed to defeat the Ark.
Following Aruto's adventures, a bookstore owner named Touma Kamiyama, who was also an aspiring author, had an encounter with monsters called the Megid, and in order to fight them, was given a Seiken SworDriver, and became known as Kamen Rider Saber, the Swordsman of Fire. Touma, alongside his fellow Elemental Swordsman Kamen Riders, Rintaro Shindo, aka Kamen Rider Blades, Kento Fukamiya, AKA Kamen Rider Espada, Ryo Ogami, AKA Kamen Rider Buster, Ren Akamichi, AKA Kamen Rider Kenzan, Tetsuo Daishinji, AKA Kamen Rider Slash, Yuri, AKA Kamen Rider Saikou, Reika Shindo, AKA Kamen Rider Sabella and Reiko's older brother, Ryoga, AKA Kamen Rider Durandal, fought against the Megiddo, as well as a man known as Isaac, the current Master Logos, who became Kamen Rider Solomon.
Following the defeat of the Megid, a young man named Ikki Igarashi, discovered that he had an Inner Devilnamed Vice, who had been with him since birth, and when monsters known as Deadmans attacked innocent people, Ikki donned the ReviceDriver, and became known as Kamen Rider Revi, while Vice became Kamen Rider Vice, they became the two person Rider team, Kamen Rider Revice. Their allies were Ikki's younger brother, Daiji, who became Kamen Rider Live, their sister, Sakura, who became Kamen Rider Jeanne, the Fenix commander, Hiromi Kadota, who became Kamen Rider Demons, the Fenix scientist, George Karizaki, who became Kamen Rider Juuga, the Weekend member, Hikaru Ushijima, who became Kamen Rider Over-Demons, Hana Natsuki, who became Kamen Rider Aguilera, Daiji's Inner Devil, Kagero, AKA Kamen Rider Evil and Ikki, Daiji, and Sakura's father, Genta, who became Kamen Rider Destream. Following the downfall of Deadmans, and their leader, Giff, Ikki and Vice had one final bout to restore Ikki's memories of his family, at the cost of his memories of Vice, and Vice ceased to exist.
After the fight against the Deadmans, the city of Japan was set as the grounds for an event known as the Desire Grand Prix, where people were chosen to become Kamen Riders as a means of saving people, fighting against monsters known as the Jyamato, and bringing their ideal world into reality. Amongst these Riders was Ace Ukiyo, AKA Kamen Rider Geats, who participated in the Desire Grand Prix as a means of uncovering the truth behind the whereabouts of his mother, Mitsume. After learning the truth, and becoming a God Of Genesis, Ace had defeated the masked fiend known as Sueru, with help from Keiwa Sakurai, AKA Kamen Rider Tycoon, Neon Kurama, AKA Kamen Rider Na-Go, and Michinaga Azuma, AKA Kamen Rider Buffa, and after Sueru's defeat, Ace had erased the Desire Grand Prix from existence.
Following the erasure of the Desire Grand Prix, a high-school student named Hotarou Ichinose had a chance encounter with a man by the name of Fuuga Kudoh, and discovered the existence of card-based homunculi named Chemies. However, there have been instances of people with darkness in their hearts bonding with Chemies to become monsters known as Malgum. To combat the Malgum, Hotaro was given the GotcharDriver, and became known as Kamen Rider Gotchard, and joined the Alchemist Academy. He gained allies in the form of Fuuga's daughter, Rinne, who became known as Kamen Rider Majade, and a rival in the form of Spanner Kurogane, who became Kamen Rider Valvarad. He and his friends fought against the Three Dark Sisters, as well as the Three Dark Kings, and the rogue Alchemist, Greyon.
We now turn to a new chapter in history's books.
Location: Winter Bluffs
Date: November 16th, 20XX
It cuts to a town located north of Summer Canyon. This was the town of Winter Bluffs, home to a prosperous business district, a wonderful school district, a bustling shopping district, two different boba tea shops, and six different cupcake and baked good shops, with half of the shops using vegan ingredients.
We look to see a young man of about 17 or 18 years old, who had dark-auburn hair and apple-green colored eyes. He wore a white hooded jacket over an indigo-blue vest and a black shirt, blue-gray street jeans, white sneakers, and white fingerless driving gloves. This was Nakashima Kazuma, a college student and martial-artist who looked out for the little-guy. Nakashima was raised by his aunt and uncle after his parents sadly died in a plane-explosion on their honeymoon to Hawaii.
"It's such a perfect day for a jog." said Nakashima, sounding like Kimihito Kurusu mixed with Kakeru Miwa, as he did a jog around town. "Let's see if there's anyone who needs a helping-hand." he looked to see an elderly woman struggling to cross the street.
"Need a hand, ma'am?" Nakashima offered, as he helped the woman cross the street.
"Thank you very much, young man." said the woman, with a smile. "Not a lot of you good samaritans nowadays."
"Glad I can help, ma'am." said Nakashima, as he and the lady went their separate ways.
He then jogged around town, and stopped to have some custard-filled taiyaki. He then heard a commotion, and looked to see a woman being mugged. He finished his snack, and rushed to the area.
"Hand over the purse, or I'll shank you!" said the thug, holding a flat-head screwdriver like a makeshift shiv.
"Hey, asshole!" said Nakashima as he drop-kicked the thug hard. Nakashima had a drive to help people in need. When Nakashima was eight years old, he was a bullying victim, so his aunt took him to a dojo in the local strip-mall, where he learned three different animal styles of Shaolin Kung-Fu, as well as boxing and pro wrestling. Nakashima then proceeded to use snake-style Kung-Fu to thrash and pummel the thug, and then disarmed the thug, before switching to boxing and thrashing the thug with his bare fists, Kazuma Kiryu style. He then knocked the thug to the ground, hard.
"Nngh…! Shit-!" the thug groaned, wincing. "You little punk!" Suddenly, a policeman arrived, and handcuffed the thug.
"We'll take it from here." said the officer, as the mugger was fitted with handcuffs, and loaded into a police-car.
"Here you are, ma'am." said Nakashima, as he handed the purse back to the woman.
"Thank you." said the woman, smiling at Nakashima. With that, the two parted ways.

It shows Nakashima training at the local dojo and helping at his family's Asian supermarket, while Daigo is participating in an eSports competition, Courtney and Derek are tending to their family's kendo dojo, and Taiga is busy helping at his family's shrine.

Nebula then fights against the Zomborgs using hand-to-hand combat, knocking them to the ground with punches, kicks, and chops before he slides a Grid-Card across the top of his belt.

Nebula then summons his sword, the Stellar-Slasher, and he starts slashing and slicing several Zomborgs left and right, dispatching them all.

It shows various other Veteran Kamen Riders, as well as various other forms of Nebula holding a corresponding weapon, as Nebula fights Zankord in an intense sword-duel.

Chapter 1: Enter: Kamen Rider Nebula!
Later, it showed Nakashima chatting with some of his friends, Daigo Kanezawa, Courtney and Derek Tezuka, and Taiga Segawa. Daigo had black hair and citrus-green eyes, and wore a t-shirt themed after the RX-78-2 Gundam, jean shorts, and converse sneakers. Courtney and Derek were Japanese-American twins, with Courtney having auburn hair and green eyes, and Derek having auburn hair and brown eyes. Derek wore a t-shirt with Spider-Man's emblem from the Insomniac games, gray jeans and black sneakers. Courtney had a t-shirt themed after Sailor Moon, a mini-skirt, arm-length gloves, and ballet flats. Daigo had black hair and citrus-green eyes. He wore a t-shirt with a star on it, a jean-jacket, blue-gray jeans, and red sneakers.
"How's everything going on your end, Nakashima?" said Derek, as he faced his friend.
"Good. I managed to get my school supplies, and I managed to get some inventory done at my family's supermarket." said Nakashima, as he explained his day. "I also managed to save a woman from being mugged by some psychopathic crackhead."
"At least the mugger got arrested in the end." said Derek, as he breathed a sigh of relief. "You haven't lost your touch when it comes to hand-to-hand combat."
"Yeah. I train to the point of near-exhaustion almost every day." said Nakashima, admittedly.
Meanwhile, in deep space, we look to see an alien spaceship with a monstrous looking appearance. This ship was known as the Nightmare Fortress, which was manned by aliens known as Giganoidians. The Giganoidians onboard the ship were the warlord, Giganidas, the onboard computer, ATLAS, the master swordsman, Zankord, the general, Gextral, the assassin, Kenvardon, the resident monster-creator, Zylvex, and the royal fool, Gyrax.
"Report, ATLAS." said Giganidas, speaking to the ship's A.I.
"Database shows that we are in Earth's orbit as we speak, Lord Giganidas." said ATLAS, as he was explaining everything to his masters.
"Excellent. Soon, this universe and others like it will belong to the Giganoid Army!" said Zankord, with a devious smirk on his face. "Now, which Darkmare shall we send to terrorize the people of this podunk, backwater planet?"
"We have a myriad of Darkmares at our disposal, Lord Giganidas." said Gextral, facing the Giganoid warlord. "I suggest that we send them all!"
"No, one monster at a time will be enough." said Giganidas, facing the general. "All of these Kaijin released at once will be far too much to handle, and it will make our conquest of the Multiverse greatly one-sided."
"Perhaps, Spydrax will do." said Zylvex, as he selected a Darkmare that resembled a humanoid spider. "Everyone, I have created a spider Kaijin that can generate ultra-sharp razor webbing and hallucinogenic venom. He will make mincemeat out of the people of Earth." He then inserted the capsule into a device, and a kaijin that looked like a bio-mechanical humanoid yellow garden spider.
"Spydrax, your objective is to reduce a city by the name of Winter Bluffs to nothing more than ruin!" said Giganidas, giving the spider monster an objective.
"As you say, Lord Giganidas." said Spydrax, as the spider Kaijin was beamed down to Earth in a violet-purple beam of light.
Meanwhile, it shows the Earth base for a government-funded military group of soldiers, scholars and scientists dedicated to protecting our world and others like it from destruction. This group was known as the Interdimensional Military Defense Unit. We see it's leader, Commander Leland Tezuka, with Prof. Jerome Darson. Leland was a Japanese-American man in his 30s or 40s who had black hair, pewter eyes, and wore a militaristic version of Jotaro Kujo's attire from Stone Ocean. Jerome had platinum-blonde hair and dark-cyan colored eyes, and wore full-moon glasses, a "Bazinga" shirt with a Periodic Table theme under a crisp, white labcoat, indigo-blue jeans, and brown Italian loafers.
"Are you seeing this too, sir?" said Prof. Darson.
"Afraid so, Doc. It looks like the Giganoids have launched their plan to take over our universe, and others like it." said Leland, with a serious look. "We're going to need all the help we can get."
"We'll need the help of someone who will stand up to fight for what's right." said Prof. Darson, as he then did some searching. "I found the person. His name is Nakashima Kazuma."
"Find him, and bring him here ASAP!" said Leland.
"Yessir!" said Prof. Darson, as he headed off. He then got into an IDMDU Jeep, with several of his fellow scientists, and they drove off.
It showed Nakashima jogging through the town, until he caught a whiff of smoke. His eyes widened, and he looked to see that a building had caught fire. Nakashima sprang into action, and managed to get the door down with a shoulder charge.
'Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaay….. Ow. I am never doing that again.' Nakashima thought, wincing as his eyes watered. He then managed to get several people out of the burning building before they were all burnt to a cinder.
Once the building was completely emptied, Nakashima then grabbed a fire extinguisher, and started putting out the fire, until some firefighters arrived.
"We'll take it from here, kid." said the lead firefighter. Nakashima then nodded in acknowledgement, and headed off, until he looked to see a six-armed bio-mechanical humanoid spider.
"Well, lookie what we have here. A Mister Goody-Goody-Two-Shoes who's playing "hero". Those kinds of people have always pissed me off." said Spydrax, snarling. Nakashima then fought against the spider monster in hand-to-hand combat, trading blows as Spydrax countered with his six arms. He then snapped Nakashima's arm at the elbow, breaking it at two separate areas.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Nakashima screamed, in pain from having his arm broken. Spydrax then stomped on Nakashima's legs, breaking them at the knee. Nakashima couldn't stand up and fight with the injuries he sustained. He was about to be reduced to nothing more than a rotting corpse.
"Who the Hell even are you?" said Nakashima, panting.
"I'm a Darkmare. And the name is Spydrax." said the spider-like Darkmare, as he was about to deliver the killing-blow. "SAY YOUR GOODBYES, YOU WORTHLESS HUMAN!"
"NOT SO FAST, YOU DISGUSTING MONSTER!" said a voice, as Prof. Darson shot at Spydrax with a blaster-pistol.
"GAH! DAMMIT!" Spydrax yowled, having been blasted in his shoulder. He saw that the blaster-wound on his shoulder was bleeding. "We'll meet again, Humans!" With that, Spydrax then teleported back to the Nightmare Fortress. Prof. Darson and his friends then loaded Nakashima's semi-conscious body onboard the Jeep, and drove off.
Meanwhile, back onboard the Nightmare Fortress, the fight was witnessed by the Giganoids, who viewed this via a holographic screen.
"This was unexpected." said Gextral, taking notice of this.
"That man was carrying a weapon that made Spydrax bleed. No normal weapon, Human or otherwise, is able to harm a Darkmare!" said Zankord, stunned.
"That wasn't a normal Earth weapon. It was a weapon made using advanced alien technology." said Giganidas. "ATLAS, who is that Human affiliated with?"
"Database shows that the human is a scientist affiliated with a government-funded military group of soldiers, scholars and scientists dedicated to protecting the Multiverse." said ATLAS.
"Prepare to repair the damage inflicted onto Spydrax, and get him ready for next time." said Giganidas.
"Yessir, Lord Giganidas." said Zankord, as he did a Nazi salute.
Later, it showed Nakashima being operated on by Prof. Darson and his fellow scientists. The college-aged youth was fitted with a fully bionic right arm, two bio-mechanical lower-legs, a tech-spine, and an internal heart-battery. They finished the surgery by implanting a gemstone called the Galaxy Crystal in his waist. Once the surgery was done, Nakashima woke up.
"Easy there, son." said Prof. Darson, as Nakashima slowly sat up. "You've been through the wringer in more ways than one."
"The heck? Where am I?" said Nakashima, curious.
"You're in the operating room at our Earth Base," said Prof. Darson. "My name is Professor Jonah Darson, the head-scientist of the Interdimensional Military Defense Unit."
"I'm Nakashima. Nakashima Kazuma." said Nakashima, as he slowly got to his feet. "What the heck? Normally, I wouldn't be able to walk anymore, with two destroyed legs, or grip anything with a permanently injured right arm. What happened?"
"When that monster nearly killed you, we weren't gonna let it finish the job, so I fended it off with a shot from my blaster." said Prof. Darson. "Then, me and my colleagues repaired your body with cybernetics and prosthetics."
"Long story short: we saved your life, by turning you into a cyborg." said one of Prof. Darson's fellow scientists, Dr. Jerome Martinson.
"SWEET JESUS DIABETUS! You guys put machine-parts inside of me?" Nakashima gasped, shocked. Nakashima was a Japanese Catholic, and went to Sunday-school when he was eight years old during the summer. "How in the heck were you able to pull all of that off?"
"Well, if I may be quoting from The Six-Million Dollar Man: "We have the technology"." said a voice, as Leland arrived. "My name is Leland Tezuka, the leader of the Interdimensional Military Defense Unit."
"Hello there, sir." said Nakashima, as he shook his hand. "So, the Multiverse Theory that Hugh Everett came up with is real?"
"It's real, alright." said a voice, as five aliens dressed in the uniform for the IDMDU arrived. One was a Nautolan, one was a Zabrak, one was a Lasat, one was a Wookiee, and one was a Zygerrian.
"My name is cadet Eli Moray." said the Nautolan, introducing himself. Eli was a Nautolan male who had applegreen skin with an emerald-green skin-pattern on his head and lekku, solid-black eyes, and brown bands on his lekku.
"My name is Gale Kerro," said the Zabrak. Gale was a Zabrak male who had light-tan skin with light facial-tattoos, black hair, and indigo-blue eyes. He had vestigial horns on his forehead.
"My name is Zan Tremon," said the Lasat. Zan was a Lasat male who had purple-colored skin with dark-purple hair and the eye-color of Adrien Agreste as Cat Noir.
"*RAAAAGGGGHHH*" said the Wookiee in his native language, introducing himself as Chrall. Chrall was a Wookiee male who had brown-colored fur and apple-green eyes.
"My name is Mon Tinazac." said the Zygerrian. Mon was a Zygerrian male who had beige-colored skin, reddish-orange hair and apple-green eyes.
"My name is Genjiro Shimada, I'm the field-captain of the IDMDU. This is my son, Shota." said a man. Cap. Shimada had black hair and indigo-blue eyes, and wore a militaristic version of Jotaro Kujo's attire mixed with Roy Mustang's attire. Shota had indigo-blue hair and apple-green eyes, and wore a t-shirt themed after RWBY, indigo-blue jean shorts, and red converse sneakers.
"Hello there." said Shota, as he smiled a little.
"And here is Lieutenant Ayame Shimada." said Leland. A woman standing at 6 ft. 9 in. tall arrived. She looked like Sakurako Hono from Mazinger Angels mixed with Haruka Yamaoka from Undead Unluck. She was totally stacked, muscular, and busty with a thicc rump, elbow length black hair, and magenta-pink colored eyes. To Nakashima, she looked to be the most beautiful woman on the planet.
"Hello there, Nakashima." said Ayame, sounding like Nami from One Piece, but more gentle and seductive in tone. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
"The pleasure's all mine, Ayame." said Nakashima, as he blushed redder than a cherry pie.
"Nakashima, you have been chosen to defend our world and others like it from the Giganoids, a race of aliens who wish to rule over the Multiverse and enslave all races." said Leland, facing Nakashima.
"Nakashima, you have been chosen to become…Kamen Rider Nebula." said Prof. Darson.
"Kamen Rider…Nebula?" said Nakashima, curious. "Uhhh, if I'm being blatantly honest, I don't wanna be themed after a bug."
"Not to worry. Your Rider Motif is a Barbary Lion." said Genjiro, revealing that Nakashima's motif as a Kamen Rider was an extinct species of lion.
"Lemme show you your equipment." said Prof. Darson, as he escorted Nakashima to another room, where Nakashima saw a modified 2024 HONDA CB400SF with a lion motif and a blue, white and gold color-scheme, with the front of the handles having a lion head similar to Brave-Leon, as well as a modified 2024 HONDA NSX with a blue, white and gold paint job and a lion motif.
"The motorcycle here is Cosmo-Streaker. It can go at speeds clocking at 725 miles-per-hour, is outfitted with front-mounted laser-cannons, and can convert into a robot." said Prof. Darson. With that, Cosmo-Streaker then transformed into a humanoid robot similar to Swagger from Transformers Universe Online mixed with Gaon from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.
"Howdy there, Nakashima-san!" said Cosmo-Streaker, sounding like Blitzo from Helluva Boss. "Cosmo-Streaker's the name, and anywhere ya wanna go, I'll get ya there in a zim-zam second!"
"Cosmo, there's no need to brag about yourself. Only I get to do that." said Prof. Darson, scolding the sentient motorcycle.
"Sorry, " said Cosmo-Streaker, bowing in apology.
"He's a little conceited," said Prof. Darson, admittedly. "The car here is Stellar-Prowler. It has form-changing tires, front-mounted laser-cannons, side-mounted machine-guns, and a damage-proof exterior."
"Handy." said Nakashima, smiling a little. Suddenly, the gang heard an alarm going off. They looked to see Spydrax causing problems in the financial district.
"OH SHIT! Spydrax is back!" said Eli, shocked. "Nakashima, it'll be up to you to stop him."
"Gotcha." said Nakashima, as Cosmo-Streaker then converted into his motorcycle mode.
"For your transformation call, it's "Ectophase Activate". Like what Prince Dex of Edenoi used to become Masked Rider while fighting Count Dregon's forces." said Prof. Darson.
"Gotcha." said Nakashima, as the hangar-door opened, and he zoomed off on his bike.
Meanwhile, it showed Spydrax fighting against some SWAT team members, thrashing and bashing them.
"FIRE AT WILL!" said a SWAT member, as he and his men opened fire on Spydrax, only for the bullets to bounce off of the monster's ultra-tough exoskeleton.
"Uhh, if that's the case: BEAT HIM UP AT WILL!" suggested another SWAT member, as they all charged at Spydrax, who proceeded to humiliate the officers.
"You worthless Humans stand absolutely no chance against me!" said Spydrax, as he had a malicious look on his face.
"THAT'S WHERE I MOST PASSIONATELY DISAGREE WITH YOU THERE, JACKASS!" said a voice, as Nakashima arrived on his bike, and took his helmet off.
"You're that college student I mangled the last time we've met." said Spydrax. "I thought I put you out of commission with permanent injuries!"
"I've gotten better." said Nakashima, smirking. With that, Nakashima dismounted from his bike, and then did the same poses that Kohtaro Minami did to become Kamen Rider BLACK-RX mixed with Geki Jumonji's transformation poses.
[HENSHIN]
"ECTOPHASE ACTIVATE!" said Nakashima, as there were flashing lights. Nakashima was now clad in blue and white colored armor over a silver bodysuit with a lion motif. He looked like Kamen Rider Revi Lion Genome, but his helmet was a merger between Revi Lion Genome, Revi White Leo Genome, and Horan with Kamen Rider Amazon Omega's optics. His helmet had Amazing Mighty Kuuga's forehead piece, and his armor had the color-scheme of Ryukendo's base-form, with golden-yellow colored optics.
"Impossible…! That's impossible!" said Spydrax, shocked by this turn-of-events
"I am the child of the stars, KAMEN RIDER NEBULA!" said the transformed Nakashima, as he did poses like BLACK-RX mixed with Gavan.
"Dammit….! I'LL BLEED YOU LIKE A STUCK PIG FOR THIS, YOU MISERABLE LITTLE NOBODY!" Spydrax roared, as he charged at Nebula, trading blows with the lion-themed cyborg Kamen Rider. Nebula used leopard-style Shaolin Kung-Fu, striking hard and fast as he thrashed and pummeled Spydrax.
"I'll rip you apart!" said Spydrax, as he shot some razor-webs at Nebula, some of the webs sliced the concrete.
"Not gonna happen, ya eight-legged jackass!" said Nebula, as he kneed Spydrax in the groin, hard. Spydrax's six eyes widened with alarm.
"OWWWW! YOU LITTLE PUNK!" Spydrax yowled, as he staggered back, clutching his bruised "family jewels" as his six eyes watered in pain "THAT…THAT REALLY FREAKING HURT! DON'T YOU HAVE ANY DIGNITY AS A MAN!? NOBODY LIKES GETTING HIT IN THE NUTS LIKE THAT! CHRIST ON A STICK!"
'Wow. I never knew that Kaijin even had nards.' Nebula thought, stunned.
"YOU LITTLE PUNK BITCH!" Spydrax snarled, his voice raising in volume. "You're gonna suffer, you know this!? You're gonna suffer, and you're gonna die! Same goes for EVERY goddamn person you know and love!" He threatened everyone that Nebula cared for.

"I'm NOT gonna let that happen!" said Nebula, as he focused energy into his fists, and began thrashing and striking Spydrax with a flurry of punches, kicks and chops. He then focused energy into his right gauntlet, as it glowed cyan-blue
"RIDER PUNCH!" Nebula bellowed, as he then cracked Spydrax in the jaw, staggering the spider monster. Cosmonyte then jumped into the air and spun mid-air before coming back down with his boots shining cyan-blue
"GALACTIC RIDER KICK! AIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" went Nebula, as he finished the monster off with a flying side-kick.
"DAMMIT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!" Spydrax bellowed, as he fell backwards and exploded into slag.
"Adios." said Cosmonyte, smirking under his helmet. The SWAT troopers then walked up to Cosmonyte.
"Thanks for saving our asses," said the SWAT leader. "You got a name?"
"I'm Nebula. Kamen Rider Nebula." said Nebula, introducing himself. "And my motto is: No matter where I am, I'll always be there to save the world from monsters."
"Can I take a photo with you?" asked a SWAT member. "One of my kids is a huge fan of superheroes."
"Sure thing." said Nebula, smiling underneath his helmet. He then did a peace-sign with the SWAT member, as he got his photo taken. Cosmonyte then got onboard his bike, and drove off.
Meanwhile, back on the Nightmare Fortress, Giganidas was absolutely furious.
"No! NO! NO! SPYDRAX HAS BEEN DEFEATED! CURSE YOU, KAMEN RIDER NEBULA!" Giganidas bellowed, as the Giganoid warlord had a look of absolute rage on his face.
"Tch. He's green as grass." said Zankord, scowling. "He managed to defeat Spydrax out of sheer dumb luck."
"No matter. We can always try again next time, milord." said Zylvax. "And we have a myriad of monsters to terrorize mankind."
"Precisely. Yesss…" said Giganidas, smirking.
Later, back at the home-base, we look to see a large ship that was built for the sole purpose of interdimensional travel.
"Behold, the Multiverse Hopper Nightstreaker-IX." said Prof. Darson, revealing the ship's name. "With this, we'll be able to travel throughout dimensions and fight any monsters that antagonize the people of certain worlds."
"Nice." said Nakashima. He then realized something. "OH, CRUMBS! My auntie and uncle are worried sick!" he gulped, eyes wide.
"Not to worry. We informed them, and they're OK with you being a hero." said Leland, reassuring Nakashima.
"Your friends are tagging along as well." said Prof. Darson, as Daigo, Courtney, Derek, and Taiga arrived.
"That's right, Nakashima. If this "Giganidas" asshole thinks he's gonna terrorize our world, and others like it, he's got another thing coming." said Taiga.
"Our first destination: Beverly Hills, California." said Prof. Darson. "In the Totally Spies universe. We'll be teaming up with the spies affiliated with the World Organization Of Human Protection, and it's paranormal branch, The Center."
With that, Nakashima and co. boarded the craft, and the Nightstreaker-IX then lifted off and flew through a dimensional rift.
