4 days later…

Thursday…

It's been 2 days since Izuku and Lagoona saved the day and stopped one of the biggest disasters New Salem has ever faced. Automatically, everyone at Monster High and the citizens of New Salem looked at Izuku as a hero and called him an environmentalist. The same attention went the same way for Lagoona.

Ever since that day, their classmates have been looking at her differently, instead of being scared of her, they are happy and cheerful to see her. A ton of sea monsters have become fans of her and started helping around their communities as well. Hell, she's even gotten an entire forum on the monster net where sea monsters talk about her, and her family even expressed their happiness and pride in her too.

It's been so quiet that Izuku has spent the most time with his girlfriends and Lagoona. Besides just sex, the four have been having a wonderful time together, truly enjoying each other's company before something comes along and ruins it. Also, ever since that kiss Lagoona gave to Izuku, she's been eating lunch with him and wanting to spend time with the human shape-shifter hero.

Right now, Izuku was at the Scream Cafe drinking regular monster mochas. All too true that the cafe was now serving human treats and drinks, Izuku wanted to try out drinking a popular monster drink, Electric Berry. He was scared especially since these drinks had electrocuted his girlfriends and friends. Before he could take a sip from the electrical zapping straw that had absorbed a tiny bit of the electricity, he was saved by one of the school's gargoyles dropping a rolled-up old paper at their seat.

Well…

It was more like it landed in Izuku's lap which scared him by the sudden appearance which caused him to drop his drink.

'Thank you, guys,' Izuku thanked the gargoyle for unintentionally saving him.

Draculaura squealed in excitement. She grabs the paper and unrolls it, saying, "It's the schedule for this year's fearbook! I can't wait!" She opens it, and reads out the scheduling, "Looks like I'm first, Clawdeen's second, Izuku you're second to last and Frankie you're last so you'll have the most to prepare."

"Fearbook?" Both Izuku and Frankie said at the same time. Realizing this, Frankie says, "Awe~ we did a romantic partner thing! I've always wanted to do something like that with my boyfriend!" They then grab Izuku and pull him for a kiss on the cheek. He blushed madly given that he was given an open gesture of love.

Izuku then says as he was adjusting to the sudden action Frankie, "Scarebooks, aren't those like yearbooks, they're nothing all too special about them, right?" Despite being in Monster High for nearly a month, he still didn't understand too much stuff or objects of the monster world. So perhaps yearbooks or scarebooks meant something else in the monster side of the world.

Clawdeen then says, "Yeah, it's nothing all too new for the two of us. " She motions towards her and Izuku, "Considering we've been through regular yearbooks at human school."

Draculaura waves her finger and says, "We don't have boring yearbooks at Monster High, we have fearbooks," she pulls her fearbook from last year out of her purse. She brings it down on the table and shows them the photos of the monster students from last year which includes her as well. The photos just seemed like regular photos, however, the monster students in the photos look amazing makes them look like great people, "The camera Monster High uses is a special camera with special powers, it takes photographs that show the essence of the true inner self of the monster that is inside them or in you're case Izuku," She and the others turns their attention to Izuku, "You're inner human, the one that is inside you." Izuku becomes intrigued by He wonders what the camera would reveal about his inner self.

Clawdeen, impressed, jokes, "Cool, a camera that can steal your soul." She laughs for a moment.

Draculaura reassures him, "That'll never happen," adding, "That can only occur with a light spark." Hearing this causes Frankie to spark a little, prompting the four teens at the table to glance her way before returning to the fearbook, "Moving on."

They soon discover Cleo's portrait, leading Clawdeen to ask, "Is Cleo's essence sneezing?"

Draculaura replies, "Eh, there's only so much a camera can do. You have to choose how to showcase what you've got and time it right. It's tragic when it captures an awkward moment, immortalizing it in the fearbook and our IDs… forever." She emphasizes "forever" as it was of great importance. Izuku didn't mind it too much; before he went to Monster High and UA, he didn't have the best record for school pictures.

Frankie looks at the accidental photo of Cleo and becomes worried about they're essence in an instant. They were made up of multiple different monsters, so they were worried about they're true essence and were worried about what would happen to they're photo. They look over at Cleo's location and see that she's struggling to get a drink, the crow needs her student ID to confirm that it's her. But with the kind of photo Cleo has for her ID card, they had to go through the trouble of sneezing just to get a drink.

Izuku sees this worry in his partner and decides to help them. And in all honesty, every part of his stomach and mind was telling him to help Frankie before something bad happened. He didn't know why but for some reason this situation felt like one of those TV show comedies with studio audiences where something goes wrong. Usually for the person who is struggling to get a perfect picture.

Time skip…

After some time of helping Frankie with they're scarebook worries, along with helping them decide the best clothes to wear for the scarebook, which, Izuku suggested just to wear what feels natural. Or at the least continue to wear their current clothes. After the two had a long relaxing, anxiety-removing talk, Frankie was confident in getting their picture taken.

So Frankie's anxiety was over.

Then came his next challenge…

Cleo's sneezing.

After helping Frankie with their problem, Izuku decided to help Cleo with her problem with her sneezing problem and didn't want her photo to be ruined or messed up like last year's photo. So, to help with her uncontrollable sneezing, Izuku decided to get an over-the-counter zyrtZyrtecd after Cleo took the medicine, it worked. Cleo stopped sneezing.

So now, she, Frankie, and Izuku can take their separate photos without any worry.

And Frankie hinted that they have a special surprise for him since he helped them with their problem~

Time Skip…

After the photos were taken, and after Frankie gave Izuku their thanks, Draculaura showed her sister-girlfriends and Izuku the scarebook. In it, Izuku saw Frankie's photo, their photo was of Frankie working on an invention in the background. But what made her photo memorable was that their photo had lightning dividing different parts of Frankie, showing off how they're made up of different people.

Frankie sees their photo and smiles at the sight. Izuku tells them, "You look amazing, you're made up of different parts and despite that, you're still you. Frankie Stein, one of the kindest, smartness, heart-sleave people I have ever gotten the chance of knowing." He turns his head to face them, he sees Frankie on the verge of tears. Izuku, Clawdeen, and Draculaura panic and try to stop them from crying, "W-Wait, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you cry, I swear!"

Frankie lunges at Izuku and hugs him while wrapping their arms around Izuku's neck, holding him close. "Thanks, Izuku." They hear Izuku calling them amazing, the kindest, smart, and heart-on-the-sleeve. What made Frankie cry was hearing their boyfriend admit that, despite being made up of different parts of monsters and humans, Frankie Stein was his person. Their separate person - and their partner recognized that and told Frankie so.

Hearing this from their partner made Frankie overjoyed.

Izuku soon returns Frankie's hug in a heartwarming moment.

Clawdeen and Draculaura join in on this loving and joyful embrace in Izuku's arms.

They were unaware of what was to come for the following days.

This chapter was originally supposed to be longer to align with the show, but since it's February 1st, which was meant to be the day I post part 1 of Amor Monstrusoso to kick off this romantic month and the start of my adaptation of the movie as well.

I planned to make this a three-part chapter after I finished the Vilgax coming to Earth chapter, but due to the current date, I won't be able to at this moment. I will pick up where I left off, but only after I'm done with these three chapters.

In my adaptation, there will be many changes, as expected. It won't follow the canon because it will resemble a holiday special and all that. As you all know, Izuku is Draculaura's boyfriend and won't struggle as much with getting a gift or doing something special for Valentine's Day. He will use his abilities to help create special gifts and dates, so there won't be any of the struggles that Clawd faced in the movie.

Yes, Valentine is in this fanfic as the antagonist if anyone is wondering. He was called to Monster High by someone claiming to be Draculaura's friend to come between her and Izuku. Because Valentine is Draculaura's ex-boyfriend and Izuku is her current boyfriend, jealousy erupts, leading to a sort of competition between Izuku and Valentine to have Drauclaura's hand and heart. This competition will be started in part 2. This competition mostly started because Izuku was worried that Draculaura might go to Valentine instead of him.

Yes, Valentine's Day is still Draculaura's birthday.

This will take place in February, which won't affect the other chapters since it serves as a sort of time skip.

Another thing is that at this point, Clawd and Eyesha are at Monster High. Toralei is part of the harem along with Abby, too. Izuku now knows that the Omnitrix is an alien device and that he transforms into aliens, not monsters.

Before I go, I'm thinking about making a what-if chapter where the world is conquered by monsters and Izuku uses the Omnitrix to fight evil hordes of monsters. He will meet the Ghoul Squad at some point in the chapter. What do you all think about the idea?
