Music - Data Select (Sonic 3 & Knuckles)
Three weeks after the crash of the Death Triangle, Vent and Aile retire to their small house on South Island. Of course, they had just experienced the most stressful event of their lives (Death Triangle Zone). So, what better way to ignore it than by playing Mega Man 4?
"Vent?" Aile said, clearly annoyed at something. "Where's my copy of Mega Man 4?"
"I don't know," Vent responded. "You sure you're looking in the right place?"
"100%. It's between Mega Man 3 and Mega Man 5, on the second row." Aile asserted, now very much pissed off at Vent.
"Well, it's not there," Vent countered.
"Vent, I paid 40 bucks for that game, and I am getting it. Understood?" Aile proclaimed. She cared way too much about Mega Man 4.
Vent sighed. "Fine. Do I at least get to play it—"
"No," Aile stated firmly. "We all know what happened the last time you played Mega Man 4."
Vent then proceeded to completely annihilate the five ring monitors in his room, grab the Chaos Emeralds from their case, and go Super.
"I have 50 seconds until I run out of ring energy, let's do this!"
And thus, a saga that didn't need to exist was started.
