"C'mon! C'mon!" Faybelle gripped Raven's hand and dragged her out the door. She nearly tripped over the threshold, and the motion made her tug too hard on Raven, who did trip, pulling them both down. They went tumbling into the snow.

Raven's face was covered in snow. Faybelle laughed. "You look like a snowman!"

Raven looked at her in confusion. "What's a snowman?"

Faybelle gasped, "You don't know what a snowman is?" She hadn't known what a snowman was until yesterday, when Ginger had asked her that same question.

"No."

"Well, it's a man that's made out of snow!" Faybelle frowned. "Well, it doesn't really look like a man. And it's not alive either. But it's fun to make one!"

Raven just looked even more confused.

"I'll just have to show you. Alright." Faybelle clapped her hands together to show that this was serious. "We need to roll some snow into a ball."

Raven grabbed a handful of snow and carefully patted it into shape. She showed it to Faybelle. "Like this?"

Faybelle grabbed her shoulders and leaned it close. She grabbed her own handful of snow and slapped it on top of Raven's ball. "Bigger."

Raven's eyes grew wide. "Bigger?"

Faybelle grinned and took the ball from her. "Bigger!" She started rolling it around in the snow, gathering more and more into it.

Raven gasped in amazement as she watched Faybelle work. It made her chest puff in pride because, yeah, she was amazing. When their little snow ball came up to her knee, she stopped.

"Alright, we need two more. Grab some snow and let's do this."

Once they had three decently sized balls, Faybelle instructed Raven on how to properly construct a snow man. With only a little bit of struggle, they managed to stack their snow.

"Is it a snowman now?" Raven asked.

Faybelle shook her head. "No, we need to give it a face. We need to find some stuff to use."

Off they went to gather supplies. When Faybelle made a snowman with Ginger, they had used some candies to make the face and buttons, but she didn't think Raven's mom had any candies. She looked around for anything that looked similar, but she couldn't find anything. So, she just grabbed two long sticks for the arms and headed back.

When she saw the snowman, she dropped the sticks. "RAVEN! That looks so cool! Is that your mom?"

Raven smiled and nodded. "Yep, I even made her crown." She showed off a bundle of twigs and leaves that looked slightly crown-shaped. Faybelle was in awe. "We need to make my mom, too!"

The girls put together another snowman, and Raven showed Faybelle how to make a crown. Faybelle gathered up a whole bunch of sticks and stuck them into the snowman in a way that mimicked her mom's wings. When she was done, she turned to Raven. "Ta-da!"

"She looks so cool! Now we can make my dad."

"You have a dad?"

Raven nodded. Faybelle was getting tired of making snowmen, and she was cold, but she decided she could help her friend make one more. So, they rolled up the snow and Raven gathered up the sticks. When she was done decorating the face, Faybelle looked at it excitedly. She had never seen Raven's dad before.

"Wait, why is he smiling?"

It was weird. Faybelle's mom always frowned. Raven's mom always frowned. Their snowmoms were frowning. Why wasn't Raven's snowdad frowning, too?

"My dad always smiles," Raven says simply.

Faybelle didn't believe her. "No way."

"Yes way. He's the Good King. He's always nice and he always smiles."

"I wish I had a dad. Dads sound great."

Raven nodded. "They are." Then, she hesitated before saying, "We can share my dad if you want."

Faybelle turned to her with glee. "We can do that?"

"I think so. My mom's always talking about how much children the Charmings have. They've got to be sharing parents."

"Does that mean you're my sister? I get a dad and a sister?"

Raven smiled. "Yep."

"This is so cool!"
