The Day of the Dragon

After rounding up many of Chen's cultists, the Elemental Masters then started destroying any way off the island for them, starting by deflating the blimp and they all cheered. "Yeah! Ha, ha!" Turner cheered as he high five a prisoner.

"Sink the ferry." Jay ordered, "No one is getting off this island."

"Yeah!" Bolobo called as he focused his natural power onto the Ferry, which was wrapped by seaweed before sinking to the bottom of the ocean as they all cheered while the cultists struggled to break free of their ropes.

Then the Ninja re-grouped together while Cole was in a jungle ninja gi similar to the others. "The palace and sleeping quarters are all clear. Still no sign of Chen and Clouse." Cole informed

"What about Skylor?" Kai asked in concern.

"Still no sign of her, Kai. It's likely Chen has her." Melissa said with a frown, knowing that Kai is really worried about Skylor.

"She may not have been able to pick her family, but she was able to pick her friends." Lloyd said in comfort, "And since she's your friend, that means so are we. We'll find her."

"He's right." Cole said in agreement. "With no way off the island, it'll only be a matter of time."

"Especially with almost all of Chen's army and his vehicles being trashed or confiscated by us, he will be outmatched." Zane said with a smile as Misako and Garmadon walked up to them.

"We're proud of you kids." Misako said with a smile, "You've done what your predecessors could not, stay united."

"But do not rest on your laurels, for your guard us down when you sleep," Garmadon warned them seriously.

In the forest at the back of the palace, Nya was in the D.P. Express while Karlof works on Jay's mech while the Roto Jet and a few other of Chen's cultists vehicles were around while Nya spoke through the communication monitor. "The island is secure. We destroyed the Elemental Staff, and Chen's attempt to turn his army into Anacondrai has rolled up snake eyes." She informed them with a smirk.

"Good work, Nya." Wu spoke through with Seliel, Rachel and Luci watching with Zane's falcon flying in.

"How is Zane?" Rachel asked.

"Is he doing alright?" Luci followed.

"He's good." Nya answered with a smile. "A little different, but then again, aren't we all?" She joked.

"Alright, Bounty's almost ready by the way," Seliel informed as Zane's Falcon came to land on her shoulder, "As soon as she's up and flying, we'll come get you all."

"I look forward to coming to see you four," Nya said as the Falcon squawked and pecked at the screen. "I mean, you five." She corrected herself with a chuckle.

Meanwhile, in the jungle behind a waterfall, the remaining of Chen's cultists and it's stationed there as they have a few vehicles they manage to save while Chope and Kapou are guarding Skylor, who is chained up in Vengestone behind a wall.

"I hate to admit it, but maybe Chen losing his army wasn't just a bad thing," Kapou said optimistically.

"I know, I was thinking the same thing!" Chope said in agreement.

"Look at us. We're in his inner circle!" Kapou cheered with a twirl.

"And he trusts us to guard his daughter," Chope said as he gestured to Skylor, who was listening to them in annoyance as she rattled her chains, which caused them to gasp as they turned to her with their spears aimed at her.

"I have to scratch my face," Skylor said in annoyance as Kapou and Chope looked at her in confusion, since her hands were tied down, she could not reach them. One of them aimed their spear close to her, which she gently scratched herself with as she then stopped after a moment. "Thank you."

Eyezor heard them as he turned and growled at them, which Chope and Kapou quickly returned to their post.

Back in the skeleton room, Clouse and Chen are in while Clouse is kneeling down at the spot where the Anacondrai Serpent was buried while Chen relaxes on the boulders while Clouse mourned his pet.

"I couldn't have asked for a better pet." Clouse said while looking at his snake's tongue before he gave a vengeful look. "Garmadon will pay for what they've done." He growled.

"Yeah, yeah, big tear for the big snake." Chen interrupted as he got up and got off the boulders. "Can we get on with it? The Blade-Copter should be fixed by now and I have to get off this island." He said as he kicked a skeleton head before he turned to Clouse. "You serve me, remember?" He reminded him as he walked off.

"She's not a snake, Master, she's a serpent." Clouse corrected with a look. "And might I remind you my pet never betrayed us. That was your daughter."

"Leave her out of this!" Chen shouted in defense, "She held up her end of the bargain and used her powers to break them up." He stated as Clouse began to think about that part. "It's not her fault she got a little boy crazy in the end."

"That's it! She's absorbed all of their powers." Clouse said in realization. "How could we be so blind?"

"Right. We're not blind. We see clearly." Chen said to him before he gave a confused look. "And what is it that we see so clearly?"

"Master, perhaps there's another way to get what you want." Clouse said with a smirk.

Back at the waterfall cave, Chen walked up to his daughter. "Free her." He ordered Chope and Kapou.

"Uh, but Master Chen, she still has her powers," Kapou reminded.

"And I still have the power to stuff you in a fortune cookie!" Chen retorted back. "Free her now!" Chope and Kapou quickly complied as they unhook the chains on Skylor, who was still glaring at her father. "Skylor, how dare they tie you up. I blame myself for your slip in judgment."

"It wasn't a slip in judgment," Skylor responded with hate in her voice. "The Ninja were right."

"And I was wrong," Chen admitted innocently. "Wrong to steal their powers. Wrong to want to transform myself into a Serpentine. Wrong because you needed a father, and I wasn't there."

Skylor looked at him for a moment and knew this was an act before she realized something. "You think my powers can still turn you into Anacondrai." She said in realization.

"You have absorbed the powers of every Elemental Fighter." Clouse spoke up as he approached them.

"But the staff Crystal was destroyed," Skylor reminded them.

"And that crystal was obtained from the Crystal Caves here on the island, which we can go to now, to complete the spell," Chen finished as Skylor gasped in shock. "We have everything we need to make everyone happy!" He declared excitedly as he rushed up to Skylor. "Isn't that great news!?"

"But this isn't just my power, it's all of it," Skylor pointed out as she walked backward as Chen kept advancing towards her, backing her up against the wall. "Taking everything from me could hurt me. Or worse."

"Heh, no plan is perfect," Chen said with a shrug.

"You care more for your power than your own daughter!" Skylor shouted with a glare at him.

"Without power, I'm insignificant," Chen retorted before donning an exaggeratedly sad face. "Is that what you want? An insignificant father?"

"I never had a choice, did I?" Skylor questioned angrily. "You should have never taken off the chains."

Chen then glared at his daughter. "Get her!" he ordered.

Kapou and Chope then tried to tackle Skylor, but she did a flip as the two guards fell to the floor. She then used shadow and disappeared and reappeared on a boulder as she glared down at Chen.

"You're not insignificant, you're pitiful!" Skylor yelled as she disappeared again.

"How long do I have to listen to these insults?" Chen questioned in irritation. "Will someone please seize her?" he demanded.

Eyezor and the remaining guards then tried to surround Skylor, but she used the power of Gravity to fly around, Zugu then grabbed her hooves, which caused her to flip and fall into a vehicle. Zugu was about to land on Skylor, but she used Smoke to dodge it as she bucked Zugu off the vehicle before she grabbed what looked like a hoverboard as she tossed it down and it started activating. Skylor then jumped on Eyezor and Zugu as she hopped onto the hoverboard and took off.

Clouse then started using their dark magic to try and catch her, but Skylor managed to maneuver out of the way as she dodged the magic blasts and went out of the cave. Eyezor and Zugu stood up with a groan as Zugu turned to Chen.

"The Blade Copter is fixed. Do you still want to leave the island?" Zugu asked.

"Argh! What do you think?! Chen asked rhetorically. "Course not, I want her!" Soon his henchmen took off on their serpent bikes after Skylor before Chen went over to Kapou and Chope. "Kaput, Flip-Flop, after her!"

"Actually, it's pronounced Kapou and Chope…" Chope corrected as Chen growled angrily.

Kapou quickly grabbed Chope as he dragged him to the two blade bikes as they jumped on and drove off while Clouse used the Blade Copter as he landed beside Chen.

"Why didn't anybody ever tell me raising a daughter would be this difficult?!" Chen questioned them in frustration.

At the palace, Turner and Neuro are guarding the tied-up cultists with Turner holding a spear. "Looks like all the action is over by now," Turner said as he kicked a rock away. "Put me on 'Most Ultimate Extreme Ninja Challenge' and watch me smoke that course. I'll just…" He was cut off when Neuro clutched his head while groaning. "What is it?" he asked in concern.

"Skylor's sending me a message," Neuro said seriously as he turned to the back of the palace. "We have to tell the Ninja."

Turner quickly ran into the jungle where the Ninja had regrouped. "Chen just figured out Skylor's powers can finish the spell," He warned them. "She's in danger!"

"He's replaced his Elemental Staff with the elements in his own daughter," Garmadon summed it all up.

"That's not good." Ryan muttered in concern.

"What do we do?" Jasmine asked.

"Where is she?" Kai asked.

"On the other side of the island," Turner answered.

"I'm going after her!" Kai said, rushing to a Condrai-Crusher.

"You all are." Garmadon corrected as he turned to the others. "Jay, Zane, you take the Mech and Buggy." He instructed as Jay and Zane entered their respective vehicles, "Cole and I will take the Roto Jet. Lloyd, Melissa you both got your dragons. Nya, how fast will she go?"

"Fast enough." Nya said with a smirk as she started up the DB Exptression

"But what about us?" Ryan spoke up.

"Yeah, Ryan and I are still a bit new to this whole Ninja thing." Jasmine pointed out.

"You two help the other Elemental Masters keep an eye on the cultists and guard the palace." Misako told them. "And make sure that they don't escape."

"Good call." Ryan said as Jasmine nodded as Lloyd and Melissa focused their powers and brought out their power dragons as they roared and took to the air. "Okay, that is cool."

"I wish I could do that." Jasmine said in awe.

Karlof gave a sigh. "Karlof does too" He muttered.

"NINJA, GO!" The rest of the Ninja took off in their vehicles as they went into the forest.

Dareth was left alone with two Kabukis he was flirting with. "So there I was, the Helmet of Darkness at my feet, destiny in my grasp…" He started as the two Kabukis laughed before Dareth saw the others were gone. "Wait a minute, where'd everybody go?" He questioned as he lowered his sunglasses.

Meanwhile on the ground, Nya, Kai, Jay and Zane drove on the path while the rest of their team were above the sky. "Watch out for booby traps. Chen's rigged this whole island," Nya reminded them.

"Read you loud and clear," Jay said from behind Nya while running on his mech as the Ninja continued onward.

Zane took the lead as he drove his buggy at high speed, and he was seeing a warning sign as Pixal spoke up. "Be careful, Zane, at this speed, I cannot analyze approaching obstacles," She warned.

"There isn't any time," Zane said to her as he did not see some incoming rocks ahead. "We have to-" Suddenly, he hit the rocks as his buggy flipped over as he started screaming.

"Zane!" Jay called out as Zane screamed as he flung out of his buggy.

Zane hit the floor as he rolled on the ground while his buggy crashed. Zane grunted from the fall as he stood up, but he then tripped on a root. "Whoa!" he yelled again as he fell into a hole as Jay and Kai looked down where Zane fell.

"Zane! Are you okay?!" Jay called out in concern.

"I'm fine!" Zane called out in assurance as he was now in a cave. "Carry on the mission without me!"

"He'll be alright," Kai said to Jay. "We have to stay on Skylor! She's too important!" He said as he drove off as Jay nodded and rushed after him.

In the cave, Zane took a hard hit as one of his eyes started flickering as he stood up and rubbed his head from the pain. "Perhaps I should've listened to you," he said to Pixal.

"'Perhaps' is an understatement," Pixal said dully to him.

Zane looked around the cave as something about it felt very familiar to him as a flash of his dream and an ice cave went through his head. He then heard something coming from the shadows of the cave that sounded very familiar to him before he saw the ice dragon emerge from it, roaring as it struggled in the chains.

Zane let out a gasp when he saw it and backed away in fear. "Your anxiety levels are rising. But there is no visible threat," Pixal said in confusion, monitoring Zane when she noticed that he was afraid.

"The Ice Dragon from my nightmare," Zane said in fear. "It's quite visible and quite angry." Through his eyes, he could clearly see said dragon while Pixal could not.

"There is no dragon," Pixal told him. "It's only in your head."

"No. It's going to devour my head," Zane spoke in fear while he continued to back away from it.

"You didn't listen to me last time. Listen to me now," Pixal told him. "We must get out of this hole. There is no dragon."

Zane only backed himself into a wall as all he could see was the dragon from his nightmare.

Meanwhile, in the jungle near the ruins, Skylor is still on her board as she rides at high speed with Chen and his minions on her tail.

"Now she's heading east! Now west!" Chen called out as he pointed to a direction as Chope and Kapou turned to said direction.

Skylor continued to make sharp turns to try and escape her father and his followers. She looked behind her and saw that they were still on her tail. Chope turned on the blades on his ride as he was getting close to her. "Whoa!" she gasped when she saw the blades getting close. She quickly made a sharp left turn to avoid the blades with Chope and Kapou following behind.

Skylor quickly turned into smoke as she avoided them as her board went underneath their bikes as Skylor appeared on the other side. Chope and Kapou screamed as they hit the wall with an explosion as Skylor drove off with Eyezor and Zugu following from behind.

Chope and Kapou were left behind as they groaned in pain from the crash. "That wall was awesome…" Chope said as he was stuck, upside down in the wreckage.

"I feel more dead than a dead-end street," Kapou said while in a tree.

In the air, Chen glared at where Skylor went too. "Nowhere to run. Setting blast to stun!" he shouted as he was aiming for Skylor. He was about to fire before a blast suddenly hit the copter he and Clouse were on. They tried to stabilize it as the blasts kept on coming. "Someone stop firing at me!" The ones that were firing at them was Cole in the Roto Jet as he charged right at him. "Take care of him!" He ordered Clouse.

All three flying vehicles did evasive maneuvers before Chen and Clouse managed to get under them.

"I can't see them!" Cole called out as he could not get a visual on them.

Clouse went out of the copter and looked down before Chen flew above the Roto Jet, which allowed Clouse to jump off the copter and land on the wings of the Roto Jet.

"Where did he-" Cole was caught off guard when the jet shook as he and Garmadon turned and saw Clouse tearing parts off the wings, causing the jet to lose control as Cole tried to keep it stable.

"Keep her steady, I'll handle this." Garmadon instructed as he opened the hatch and quickly got off and walked on the wing as Cole closed the hatch up as Garmadon and Clouse glared at each other before they lost balance while holding onto the jet while Cole tried to keep it stable.

"A bit of a breeze up here!" Clouse quipped as he and Garmadon glared at each other. "I wonder which one of us will stay on their feet longer?"

"How about neither!" Garmadon shouted as he tackled Clouse, which caused the both of them to fall off the jet as they hit and fight while free falling before they fell into the jungle as they crash into some leaves and trees before they landed on the ground with groans as Garmadon stood up and stretched his back in place as Clouse glared at him.

"One of these days, your son will have to stand on his own without his dear father." Clouse growled.

"Not today!" Garmadon yelled as he and Clouse then started fighting each other.

Meanwhile, Skylor continued to fly on the hoverboard as she struggled to keep it balanced. "Whoa! Ah!" she shouted as Eyezor was getting close to her. But when Skylor turned a corner, Eyezor and Zumo then crashed into another incoming buggy as they crashed into each other, which Skylor saw that the other buggy had Kai on it as he groaned from the crash before Skylor flew to him. "Kai!" she called in surprise when she took off her hood.

Kai got out of his buggy and noticed the hoverboard Skylor was on. "That looks like fun, mind if I join you?" he asked as he took out a hoverboard from the buggy. He jumped on but was having trouble in balancing for a moment before he and Skylor took off while Eyezor and Zumo growled as they were stuck in their crash buggy.

Kai then turned towards Skylor with a smile. "You okay?" He asked before he flipped by accident.

"Faring better than you!" Skylor replied with a small giggle before she did a trick flip. The two of them quickly flew off through the jungle with him on their tail. Chen let out a maniacal laugh as he had a sinister smile on his face. "I have an idea!"

"You're reading my mind," Kai told her as they both knew what to do to escape Chen.

"Fire~!" They both sang as they both used fire to create a smoke screen to blind Chen.

"Ah, smokescreen!" Chen called out as he started coughing from the smoke. "No fair!" Soon, he noticed that only Kai was there while Skylor was gone as he flew around him. "Oh! Where did she go? Where did she go?" He looked for any sign of his granddaughter. "Oh, turn around."

The Blade Copter turned around and flew off in another direction, leaving Kai behind. But when he was far enough, Kai gave a laugh before he flipped his board around, revealing it to be Skylor, who used the Power of Form to trick him. She then flew down to where Kai was hiding and hopped off her hoverboard before the two of them shared a hug together.

"I alerted the team we found you and are heading back," Kai informed her.

"Are we in the clear?" Skylor asked with a smile.

"I guess," Kai replied as they started to walk back to the others. "Hey, this is a pretty cool place, by the way," he commented while gesturing to the ruins.

"You want to play tourists?" Skylor joked, unaware that they were being watched.

"No, no. You're right," Kai told her. "Let's get back to the good guys. They are all waiting for us."

Suddenly, a net was fired right on top of them by both Chope and Kapou as they were on top of a roof. "Kapou! Ha, ha, Venge-net!" Kapou declared.

Chope started cheering as he and Kapou did a victory dance. "Let's see you work your powers on that!" he mocked Kai and Skylor, who were struggling to break free from the net. The two of them then jumped down from the roof as they kept taunting them. "This is awesome!"

Back with Garmadon and Clouse, they are still fighting each other as Clouse sends a dark magic blast at Garmadon, who dodged it as it exploded behind him.

"You're gonna have to do better than that if you want to get rid of me, Clouse!" Garmadon shouted as he flipped over to Clouse and they exchanged blows to each other before they kicked each other back and got some distance away from each other.

"I have other things up my sleeve." Clouse said as he then focused his dark magic while chanting a spell as he shot it towards Garmadon, which created a portal that Garmadon was familiar with.

"You've opened the Cursed Realm! Are you mad?!" Garmadon yelled in shock as the portal started sucking him in as Garmadon quickly grabbed hold of a branch.

"You banished General Arcturus and his commanders there!" Clouse told him with a glare, "It's time you answer to him!" He declared as the portal grew larger as Garmadon was losing his footing and held onto a vine when the branch snapped.

"You coward! Letting a dead General do your dirty work!" Garmadon called out with a glare.

"You've grown wiser in your years, Garmadon!" Clouse called with a smirk as Garmadon tried to hold on,but the vine was being stretched out as he gave a yell. "There's nothing to save you. Take in your last moments, Lord Garmadon, and know that it was I who defeated you. And I will take your title. I, Lord Clouse!" He exclaimed.

"Never rest on your laurel, because you lower your guard!" Garmadon yelled as he broke the vine and jumped towards Clouse, wrapping the vine around his leg as Clouse gasped as he was pulled in as his vine snapped, which is dragging him and Garmadon to the portal as Clouse clawed the ground desperately.

"N-No! Y-Y-You fool! You're, you're pulling us both in!" Clouse shouted to Garmadon as he held onto the edge of the portal while Garmadon climbed from the vine and onto Clouse just as he tried to hold onto the edge as hard as he could as Garmadon grabbed him by the shoulder.

"No! Just you!" Garmadon called as he jumped away from the portal while pushing Clouse, making lose his grip.

"NO!" Clouse screamed as he fell into the portal as Garmadon rolled away from the portal just before the portal closed, locking Clouse in the Cursed Realm.

Garmadon took a moment to catch his breath as he stood up. "I've always hated magic." He muttered while rubbing his head.

Back in the cave where Zane is, he is still back to the wall while still seeing the Ice Dragon that is not there.

"But it's there. Right in front of me," Zane said fearfully as the Ice Dragon roared at him.

"You are not afraid of dragons. You used to have one," Pixal said to him, still not seeing it since it was all part of Zane's fear.

"I'm afraid of this one," Zane said while clutching his head before he sat down. "And my memory doesn't remember everything from my past."

"You must remember who you are," Pixal said softly to him. "You are the White Ninja, built to protect those who cannot protect themselves."

"I am not the White Ninja. I am just a replica," Zane said to her as he kept seeing the dragon. "I am afraid ." He soon shot his ice powers at the dragon.

"You are the Ninja of Ice," Pixal said to him as Zane kept shooting his powers at the dragon.

"But my powers can't stop him," Zane told her as he kept shooting the dragon, when he was just shooting the ground.

"Because there is nothing there," Pixal told him as he stopped. "It is all in your head. Close your eyes. Close your eyes and see there is nothing to fear."

Zane did what she asked and closed his eyes. Even with his eyes closed and could not see the dragon, he could still hear its growls and roars.

"But I hear him," Zane told her.

"What else do you hear?" Pixal asked as Zane could hear a heartbeat.

"I am not the White Ninja," Zane answered a sad tone. "I am not the White Ninja." he repeated as he saw Pixal walked up to him and after a few moments of looking into each others eyes, she held his cheek delicately.

"Who are you then?" Pixal asked him.

The dragon kept growling as Zane opened his eyes and took in a deep breath with a confident look on his face. "I am the Titanium Ninja!" he declared as in his eyes the Dragon smiled as it nodded its head while growling. "I am the Titanium Ninja!" He then saw the Dragon wagging its tail with the chains on its body vanishing. Zane then had a smile on his face as he approached the dragon and began to pet its head. "And you are not here."

"Yes. Anxiety levels are going down," Pixal informed Zane as the ice dragon backed away and disappeared before she noticed something happening. "But the elemental reactor levels are rising! Zane, the readings inside of you are through the roof!"

"I am the Titanium Ninja!" Zane declared as his whole body glowed bright in an ice-blue glow.

Back at the palace, Cole and Nya were hauling over Zugu and Eyezor and Karlof took them, "What about Chen?" Misako asked them.

"He escaped, but we'll find him." Cole said to her. "Did Zane ever return?"

"He hasn't come back since you began your search." Misako informed before Garmadon came into view

"Dad!" Lloyd called out as he rushed up to his father and gave him a hug of relief as Miskako joined in as they hugged for a moment.

"I don't see Skylor, or Kai." Garmadon said, noticing that Kai and Skylor weren't there.

"They said they were on their way." Melissa said as she stepped forward.

"Let's hope that Chen hasn't captured them." Ryan said hopefully as Garmadon's snake tattoo began glowing which made him groan and fall to his knees, which made his family worried.

"Garmadon!" Misako said as she held him, "What's wrong?" She asked in worry.

"I don't know." Garmadon groaned before they saw his tattoo glowing.

"Your tattoo." Lloyd said in concern as Garmadon clutched his tattoo.

"Something inside of me. Something is happening." Garmadon groaned as he felt his body changing.

At a crystal cave, Skylor and Kai were chained to crystal pillars while Chen, Kapou, and Chope stood by while the two cultists read the spell page.

"'Trayeaux, keelie, neptide'," Kapou recites as Skylor groans and struggles to break free since she can feel the spell affecting her powers.

"No!" Kai cried out as Kapou cleared his throat.

"'Eek, mojo', uh…" Kapou muttered while trying to sound out the words. "Gloop?"

"Not Gloop! Glop! Glop!" Chope corrected his partner.

"Um…" Kapou then turned to Chen. "Master, shouldn't Clouse be reading this?" he asked since the spell was tricky to sound out.

"It doesn't matter! He's not here!" Chen stated since he heard and saw that Clouse was defeated and banished to the Curse Realm. "Keep reading!"

"Oh, okay," Kapou said before he continued to read the spell. "'Trayeaux, keelie, neptide.'"

Chen could feel his body in pain as a sign that the spell was working as magic swirled around him. "It's working. It's working!" he told them through his pain. "Finish the spell!" He ordered.

Kapou however felt the pain course through his body and couldn't continue reading the spell as he handed it to Chope.

"'Vein, donner, klactu, barnato'," Chope read as he felt light headed as Kai looked towards Skylor who was slowly changing into something else.

"Kai, don't look at me!" Skylor told him as her coat turned purple as scales formed on her body.

"Fight it, Skylor! Fight it!" Kai urged as he used his fire to burn the chains. Skylor struggled to fight the spell as her legs ripped through her pants and shoes, merging into a purple Anacondrai tail.

"I… I can't!" She cried out as her own tongue became a Serpent's tongue while her sleeves ripped open, showing her claw hands. She was not the only one, as Chen had also transformed into an Anacondrai along with Chope and Kapou.

"Now I am the mosssst powerful warrior to ever rule Ninjago!" Chen declared as the transformation was complete, while he let out a maniacal laugh.

Back at the palace, everyone huddled around Garmadon as he transformed into an Anacondrai himself with his pants and sleeves ripped.

"The ssspell… The ssspell, it'sss completed." Garmadon hissed as the others all looked in shock. "If everyone with the Mark of the Anacondrai isss affected, that meansss…." He traied off as he stood up as they all turned to the captured Cultists, who are now Anacondrai themselves, though they had the same basic purple form of Anacondrai they lacked the black markings the Real Anacondrai had and instead had tan belly scales.

"Oh sweet mother may I." Melissa said in shock.

"T-That's a lot of purple snakes." Jasmine muttered nervously.

"No." Lloyd said in despair as he looked at his father.

"Don't worry, I am alwaysssss on your sssside." Garmadon assured his son, putting a hand on his shoulder.

The Elemental Masters got their bearings before they charged at the turned-Anacondrai cultists. "Let's get them, guys!" Cole called as they all started fighting the new Anacondrai, but when Tox used her poison on them, they were unfazed and engaged the elemental.

Cole rushed up to the vehicles as he was about to enter his jet, but an Anacondrai jumped in front of him. Cole was about to give a punch, but the Anacondrai grabbed his arm and Cole groaned as he felt the pressure. "They're too strong!" He called out as he fell to his knee.

Turn sped very fast one of the Anacondrai, but when he tried to attack, the Anacondrai blocked each strikes with ease as he smirked at him.

"They're too fast!" Turner yelled in shock, seeing the Anacondrai were faster than him as he was tossed aside.

Garmadon jumped on top of three Anacondrai but more soon jumped on him and the ones he tackled got up and started hitting him. "And there are too many! Retreat! Get everyone to the palace!" He called out before he managed to get the Anacondrai off him and slithered off to the palace.

"Everyone, to the palace!" Lloyd yelled out as Karlof and Ryan punched back a few Anacondrais as some slithered on the side wall.

"Retreat! Everyone retreat!" Karlof yelled out.

"Get to the palace doors!" Ryan shouted, seeing this was getting out of hand.

"Fall back! Fall back, now!" Melissa ordered as she blasted an Anacondrai away as every fall back to the palace.

"Behind you!" Neuro read a mind as Shade helped him up before he hit an Anacondrai from behind them while Turner sped past and knocked a few back.

"Come on!" Shade called as he helped Neuro up and they all went through the gates before they barit, preventing the Anacondrai from coming in.

Jay then noticed Garmadon's Anacondrai form and powered up. "Snake among us!" He exclaimed.

"No, don't!" Lloyd exclaimed, getting in front of Jay. "That's my father!"

"First it was four arms, then you became a dragon. Would it kill you to pick a body and stick with it, please?" Jay questioned in annoyance as the door kept banging.

"Could use a little help!" Cole shouted as they all held the door back.

"How the hell are we supposed to take these guys down?!" Melissa exclaimed. "We've only faced one Anacondrai in our lives, how are we supposed to take down an army of them?!" She called out as the Anacondrai kept trying to bust the door down.

Back in the Crystal Caves, Kapou and Chope looked over each other and were amazed by their new looks.

"Oh, man. Look at you!" Chope told Kapou. "You've got a snake tail, ha, ha!"

"No! Look at you!" Kapou spoke next while pointing at Chope. "You've got fangs!"

"You know what I'm thinking?" Chope asked him with a smirk.

"We're going to need cooler names!" They both said together as they gave a laugh, but then a fireball nearly hit them as they gave a startled scream and turned to Kai, who was now free with his hands lit on fire.

"You're both still ugly!" Kai snapped as he threw a fireball at Chen. "Fire!" he called, but his fire did not hurt Chen in the slightest as he just shrugged it off.

"You think a little fire can hurt the thick hide of an Anacondrai?" Chen questions in amusement before he tunnels beneath the floor as Kai looks around for any sign of him. But with his back turned, Chen appeared behind him as he whacked Kai to the floor with his tail.

Skylor managed to get free from her chains before tackling Chen away from Kai. "We mussst get out of here," She told him as she offered a hand up as Kai took it and stood up, "I look hideousss don't I?" She said in shame.

"No matter the face, you're still pretty hot to me," Kai told her with a smile, making Skylor smile too, "Let's do this," He said as he took her hand and they made their way out.

"Uh, SSShould we, uh, ssslither after them?" Kapou asked Chen, who got up from the ground.

"Why? They're no longer important," Chen told them. "It'sss time we leave thisss wretched island!" He declared.

Back at the Palace the Anacondrai Cultists were still banging on the door as the Elemental Masters struggled to keep it locked,

"We can't hold it, any, longer!" Chamille strained as the Anacondrai's swords pierced through the wood.

"Does anyone know any knock knock jokes?! Cause this ain't funny anymore!" Cole shouted in fear, but then, the yelling and pushing stopped as everything went silent, which made them confused.

"Where did they…?" Nya asked in confusion as Cole slowly cracked the door open.

"D-Don't!" Jay told him as Cole quickly closed the door again, "It could be a trick," He said, thinking the Anacondrai were trying to fake them out.

Jacob then put his hand to his ear, "What is it?" Mr. Pale asked as they turned to the Master of Sound.

"I hear something," Jacob said, listening carefully, "It sounds like plane engines. A lot of them." He said and soon they all could hear it.

"Oh no." Melissa muttered as they all rushed up to the top wall before they gasped when they saw Chen and his army took the Roto Jet and Blade Copters into the sky.

"Take care of the island, it's yoursss." Chen called out with a smirk while on the Roto-Jet. "We'll be taking Ninjago now!" He declared before he started firing on the Elemental Masters, who avoided the bolts as Chen gave a maniacal laugh before he and his army took off.

The Masters looked out to the ships in horror while Jay sputtered in disbelief, "This, this is just priceless!" Jay stated, "He took the Rotojet, and all of the Bladecopters!" He exclaimed with his arms up.

"What have we done?" Nya asked in horror.

"We all have families in Ninjago." Turner said grimly.

"Argh! And we had to destroy any other way off the island!" Jay ranted as he paced around. "Who's idea was that?!" He questioned.

"Uh, yours, pinhead." Jasmine said with a look.

"Your father was right, Lloyd." Cole said as he turned to Lloyd. "We thought we had the upper hand. Our guard was down and look what happened." He said in dread.

"Nobody listens to me!" Jay exclaimed as he continued to rant. "You all say I overreacted, but no!" He continued before Melissa got annoyed and slammed her foot down on Jay's. "Aah!" He cried out as he jumped on his other leg. "Why me?!"

"Will you ever stop ranting or making dumb words, Jay?! We're already in a bad spot as it is!" Melissa yelled in frustration.

"Melissa's right." Ryan said in agreement. "But how are we gonna get off this island and get back to Ninjago?"

"Melissa and I will go alone." Lloyd said to them.

"And take on his whole army?" Nya asked, seeing that it was a bad idea.

"We've faced an Anacondrai before Nya." Melissa told her.

"Yeah, One Anacondrai." Nya emphasized. "You two are no match for an entire army."

"Nya, we don't have Ultra anymore." Melissa told her. "And me and Lloyd are the only ones with Elemental Dragons."

"Not anymore!" Zane's voice spoke up as they all turned and gasped at what they saw. They saw Zane riding on the dragon he saw in his dream as it gave a roar before landing near the others.

"He unleash dragon too!" Karlof said in shock and slight envy.

Jay gave a chuckle. "Zane, none of us could do that before. You gotta tell us how you did that!" He urged with an exciting smile.

"I faced my fear." Zane said to him with a smile. "When I realized it wasn't something in front of me that held me back, but something inside me, I found a deeper power. A dragon power." He explained with a determined expression before they saw Kai flying in on his own Elemental Dragon with Skylor riding behind him, which made them cheer again.

"Zane's right, we all have this power inside us, but you have to see it's not the Anacondrai that we're afraid of, it's our doubt!" Kai called out to them as they all cheered. "Divided we failed, but together, we will succeed!" He announced.

"Well, you heard him, guys! Let's go!" Melissa cheered as she jumped over the edge, "Darkness!" She declared, summoning her Elemental Dragon as Misako jumped on behind her.

"Light!" Lloyd declared as he summoned his elemental dragon with Garmadon riding with him.

"Lightning!" Jay shouted, jumping over and summoning his own Elemental Dragon with Nya riding with him.

"Earth!" Cole called, summoning his Elemental Dragon behind him.

"Metal!" Ryan called as he jumped and summoned his dragon as well.

"Plants!" Jasmine called, summoning her dragon as well.

"Armor!" Karlof declared as he summoned his dragon next.

"Speed!" Turner called as he did the same as the other Elemental Masters followed.

"Mind!"

"Shadow!"

"Invisibility!"

"Poison!"

"Smoke!"

"Form!"

"Gravity!"

"Sound!"

"Nature!"

Soon, every Elemental Masters flew on their own Elemental Dragons as they flew side by side with each other. "Armor Dragon make Karlof very happy, happy!" Karlof cheered with a smile.

"This is so cool!" Jasmine exclaimed.

"The battle of our past has returned, but we will rise to meet that challenge!" Garmadon called out with determination.

"Chen brought us here and said that when this tournament ended, Only One Can Remain," Kai said with a smirk. "Well, we are one!" He called out as the Elemental Dragons took formation as they flew their way back to Ninjago to stop Chen and his Anacondrai Imposters.

A/U: And that way Day of the Dragon, and it looks like Chen has turned himself and his cultists into Anacondrai and now The Ninja have to stop him before they take over Ninjago, but at least Clouse is taken care of.
