Wealth, power, prestige.

These three simple words had deep meaning in any society and many with these can do both great and horrible things with such words behind them.

Politicians with empty campaign promises.

Greedy bankers and investors who run the global stock market trades.

Even those of wealth who flaunt said wealth like a badge of honor upon their chest like a prize winning dog at a show.

Yet for Izuku, him and his family had all three yet they were a humble family who does neither as his father while considered the richest and most powerful man in the world with a title of nobility in Romania was a humble man who I stilled the same humble and noble virtues into him his son.

His older brother who was a talented and skilled politician honored his promises and instilled the same kind of honor into him.

So one might ask where was this all leading to exactly? Well it was all leading to the fact that izuku who by all accounts and logical sense should have been in the finest private boarding school in Switzerland, should have been rubbing shoulders with the upper one percents children, having play dates with princes and princesses of Europe's royal and noble families, should have been what everyone would expect from the son of a wealth multi billionaire Romanian noblemen.

Yet Izuku, at heart and from his birth was humble, still remembered the struggles of living as the son of a single mother in an apartment. So unlike his fellow peers of the wealthy and politically connected of the world, he simply did not want to be in a simple turn of phrase a stereotypical rich nobleman child.

No, what young Izuku wanted more than anything like his fellow rich friend Momo was to be a hero, a symbol that people could look towards and know they were safe no matter his background. Like his father was to him who gave him this life he knew, of course he would be lying if he wouldn't admit that he also wanted to be like All Might.

But that's besides the point.

The next chapter of our story begins at the prestigious U.A Academy. Class 1-A was the home of the next generation of heroes and were listening to their teacher, Eraserhead. "Just watched through the footage of each of your mock battle trials. Not bad, but I still have notes for you all."

He looked towards Izuku, "Midoriya, you have potential, but your lack of control will not be accepted for long. Either you figure it out or I will suspend you."

Izuku flinched and looked away, much to the sympathetic looks of some of his classmates and friends. Katsuki Bakugo looked at Izuku with a mixture of his signature frown, but also some sort of... Pity in his eyes.

Izuku simply nodded, "Yes Sensei."

Eraserhead added, "And I expect the assignments to be on my desk from the days you missed, wedding or even sick days will not excuse you from doing your school work and that goes the same for all of you is that understood." He raised his voice to the rest of the class.

"Yes Sensei!" The class said in unison.

"Alright, now that you've gotten a feel for what your quirk can do against villains, now we're going to see how well your quirk does in terms of natural disasters when attempting to rescue civilians." Eraserhead said.

And like that, as the Americans would say, they were off to the races as all of Class 1A were suiting up in their hero costumes but the one that was most eye-catching was Izuku whose original idea was to try and be inspired by All Might but after a talk with his father.

And a bit of history about his family line decided to take inspiration from his bloodline which as one can expect got the usual teasing from the resident gossip girl Alien Queen herself. "Wow Izuku! Got that whole edgy vampire knight thing going on here."

Izuku Midoriya wore armor that resembled dragon scales that was black, but with green outlines and a cape made out of scales. "Ah, thanks. It went through several redesigns but I quite like how it turned out." Izuku said with a scratch of his hair.

Mina couldn't help but giggle as she put on the fakest of fake english accents which would have insulted his very proud Welsh Aunty Lenore, "Oh forsooth! Oh noble and brave knight! For thy princess Momo haveth been taken by a mighty dragon! Save her noble knight!"

Momo blushed and spluttered as she exclaimed, "Oh my Kami! No! Just! No! Bad girl!"

Izuku couldn't help but laugh while blushing. "Please stop."

Tsuyu poked her head over the seat as she asked, and thankfully changed the subject, "So how was America? Heard from the teachers you and your family had to go attend a wedding there."

"Oh it was wonderful. I met my father's old friend who told me stories about the old days of Quirks back in America." Izuku explained with a smile.

"Oh I enjoy weddings." Mina said with a hopeful sigh.

Uraka nodded, "OH how I'd love to go to America, I heard everything is bigger over there. I even heard the Empire State Building was bigger than Tokyo Tower."

Izuku with a smile nodded, "It really is! I mean the wedding was held in the state of New Jersey but the city was packed with people! If I didn't have dad and my moms with me, I would have gotten lost! It was so exciting!"

"Alright, quiet down. We're here." Eraserhead ordered before the bus stopped in front of a huge dome building.

As soon as everyone stepped out of the bus, the building before them was massive and highly advanced.

Yet inside was what struck everyone again with awe as each area was set up like a different biosphere of snowy mountains, tropics, oceans, it had it all as Eraserhead announced in a dull voice, "Welcome to the USJ."

Which got a confused class to ask, "Universal Studios Japan?"

Momo turned to Izuku and asked, "Wait, doesn't that mean your father owns this?" Izuku just shrugged as if to say, 'I don't know, maybe?'

"This is the Unforeseen Simulation Joint Facility. Where you will be taught how to use your quirks to save people. I must warn you all about this. Just as your quirks are capable of saving people, it is just as capable to kill." The Space Hero Thirteen warned the students. "So I want all of you to take extreme caution about what you do with your quirks."

Uraraka couldn't help but fangirl a little, "Oh Kami it's Thirteen! The space hero!" Izuku could have sworn he saw stars, honest stars, in his friend's eyes.

Aizawa walked up to Thirteen and asked in a whisper so that the kids didn't hear. "Where's All Might? He's supposed to be here."

"He blew through his three hours, so he's held up at the school." Thirteen replied, much to Aizawa's annoyance.

Aizawa just groaned as he said in a hushed tone, "I don't get paid enough for this."

Thirteen couldn't help but giggle as she returned to the students. "Now! Before we begin I'll be assigning to areas best suited to your quirks."

Izuku listened as did his fellow peers all while his armored gloved hand rested on the hilt of his sword, now to those looking they would believe that this was a simple addition to his costume, something for show. But those people were not Izuku's family, nor were they, as his father told him, descendants of honest to Kami knights. Yet like everything with Izuku, it was not as it seems.

Suddenly, the lights in the area glitched and Izuku looked down at the base of the building and asked, "Uh sensei? Is this part of the training?"

Aizawa turned towards the stairs and his eyes widened. "Thirteen! Get the kids out of here! Those are real villains!"

"I'm afraid I cannot let that happen." A big purple and black mist appeared behind the students. Yellow glowing eyes looked at the teachers. "Apologies for the sudden arrival, but we are the League of Villains, and we have come for All Might."

Bakugo growled as he lunged forward with small explosions building in his hand. "I don't think so!" Roaring, he cocked his arm back ready to deliver an explosive right hook.

Izuku looked on with fear as he shouted, adding to the confusion and fear in everyone present. "KAACHAN NO!!!" Yet to Izuku's horror, his childhood friend and classmate was swallowed up in a black misty void.

"Oh don't worry, he's not dead... Yet. I've simply placed him somewhere else. Speaking of, I ask that all of you BE GONE!" The mist villain spread out to everyone.

Soon as the mist touched Izuku, all he could feel was being cold then a falling sensation only for a hard grunt to escape his lips as his body impacted a hard surface. Upon a quick glance, he realized he was in a boat. "What? Where?" Quickly, he looked around slightly confused.

Dropped next to him was Tsuyu and Mineta. "Midoriya, are you ok?" She asked.

Izuku, now getting his bearings nodded, "Yeah, yeah I'm alright but… Those were villains back there."

Mineta, who was now almost in the fetal position trembling, was saying, "Oh kami… We're gonna die… We're all gonna die… I DON'T WANT TO DIE A VIRGIN!" Only to get smacked by Tsuyu's tongue.

"Get it together, Mineta." Tsuyu said with a blank face before looking at Izuku. "Any ideas, Midoriya?"

Izuku looked towards the water to see several aquatic villains swimming around them. "Why would they send us here? Why in the water district?"

"What do you mean?"

"You work best in water, why would they give you an advantage... Unless they don't know our quirks!" Izuku said, his eyes widened with realization.

She nodded, rubbing her chin. "That's a good point, ribbit. Maybe we can use that to our advantage, ribbit."

Izuku looks at her curiously. "Wait… You weren't saying ribbit before."

Tsuyu looked at Izuku, "What are you talking about? Ribbit."

Izuku shook his head, "Nevermind. Ok, here's the plan."

While Izuku made his plan with Tsuyu and Mineta, over in the canyon area Momo, Jirou and Kaminari were surrounded by villains.

Momo was happy to not be seen as anything other than a hero student instead of a rich girl. However, that was not her current concern. No, her current concern was getting back to Izuku and getting help.

"Ok... A bunch of villains... We got this. We got this..." Kaminari said out of nervousness as he looked around.

Jirou looked over at Momo as she asked in a hushed voice, "Got any ideas, Rich Girl?"

Momo was slightly hurt from that title, but kept it professional as she looked around before focusing on Kaminari. "If he can generate enough electricity to knock everyone out, we can move on to help the others."

"And how are we gonna be of any help if we get fried alongside these freaks?" Jirou asked.

"I can make an insulated blanket to protect us from the pulse." Momo explained.

Jirou couldn't help but smile, "Huh pretty smart for a blue blood, alright. Let's do it." Clearly her punk rocker look wasn't just for looks, Momo's fellow classmate was in fact a punker.

"Kaminari! Go crazy on them!" Momo shouted to him.

"What!? But I'm trying not to let that happen!" Kaminari exclaimed.

"It's the best way to take these villains out! So do it!" Momo retorted as bubbles began to ripple from her back.

"Hey kid! If you were smart, you'd shut up and stop talking about your plans in front of us!" A villain laughed.

Kaminari brought his hands up to his chest, sparks of electricity flew before he screamed and let out a huge explosion of lightning which struck all the villains. Momo's suit ripped just in time for a blanket to cover both her and Jirou.

They all crumbled and sizzled but let out groans, indicating that they were alive.

Jirou and Momo both looked out with awe as the punker girl whistled softly, "Daaaayum Kaminari, that's impressive."

Sadly the hero of the hour just giggled as he said with a slur, "I like turtles." Before falling down to the ground with a laugh.

Momo sighed and started working on creating a shirt to cover up her modesty. "We need to regroup and get him to safety." She then looked out to the horizon with a worried look.

Jirou nodded as she fireman-carried Kaminari "Well let's get going then, One Percent." Already running after Momo as she thought with worry. 'Please be ok Izuku. I hope Sensei is alright.'

Eraserhead dodged a fist before a roundhouse kick to the neck sent a goon down for the count as he adopted his fighter stance once again. 'WHERE THE HELL IS EVERYONE!?' was the repeated thought of the day as he fought for his life against odds that were a hundred to one.

"Look at you, Eraserhead. Taking on everyone all at once. You're so cool." A teenager with wrinkles and hands all over his body said with glee.

Eraserhead groaned slightly as he brought up his fists. "And I'll keep fighting if it means you don't harm my students." With a quick jab of his open palm, he hit another goon in the solar plexus before another hit the throat then a quick move of his feet sent the man down for the count.

That's when the mist villain appeared by the teen's side. "Master Shigaraki... I was compromised, and unfortunately one of the students managed to escape."

The teen, known as Shigaraki, started scratching his neck out of impulse while growling. "If you weren't our escape out of here, Kurogiri, you would be dust right now! Then perhaps it's time we start wrapping things up."

Eraserhead was so focused on the manchild, that he didn't see a grunt about to strike him from behind but what came next was a flash of a cape and then sparks of metal hitting metal.

'A sword!?' Came his first thought before the wielder of said sword was none other than his student holding the sword with both hands in a defensive manner, said student was the number one problem child with eyes hard as steel as he exclaimed, "None shall harm my Sensei or the innocent so long as I stand!"

"Midoriya! What are you doing here! Get out of here!" Eraserhead ordered but Izuku did not budge.

"I'm sorry, sensei... But I'm not gonna be a coward. I may not have good control over my quirk right now, but I can't be a one trick pony." Izuku said as he blocked another strike from a woman with drills for hair. He parried the attack and then gave her a good punch to the cheek which knocked her out.

"Midoriya, the other students need help more than me. Go, I'll handle these guys as long as I can. Go now!" Eraserhead ordered, rubbing his eyes.

Izuku was torn at the order of his sensei as he remembered the teachings of his father. 'A knight shall never falter, a knight shall never yield, and most of all young initiate, a knight never runs from battle.' Holding his blade true he said to his teacher. "I'm sorry but I can not. I am a knight in training of Clan Tepes and a Tepes Knight never runs while a comrade is in need."

Eraserhead looked at his student weirdly, like he was asking 'what the fuck are you talking about?'

Before anything else could be said, the hulking monster roared and jumped towards them. "Dodge!" Eraserhead shouted before the two jumped out of the way. The impact of the creatures' landing left a shockwave across the entire base.

"Like what you see? That monster was designed to kill All Might. Unfortunately, since he's not here, we can't use him to his full potential. But we'll have to settle for breaking a few students. Nomu, kill Eraserhead." Shigaraki said with glee as he watched the Nomu charge after the Underground hero.

Eraserhead tried to use his quirk to stop it but to his ever growing shock, it didn't but his student was there and stopped the monster with a block of his sword which seemed to glow. His armor and everything seemed to glow as it was clear the armor and sword was his support gear and he roared, actually roared as he declared. "My name is Izuku Midoriya! Of the noble family Tepes! Knight Initiate of the Knights tepes! AND YOU SHALL NOT HARM THE INNOCENT SO LONG AS I DRAW BREATH!" With a quick move he moved the fist and even slashed at the creature which seemed to hurt it slightly.

"Uh... Kurogiri, who is this kid and what kind of DD dialogue bullshit is he spouting?" Shigaraki asked, scratching his hair.

The mist villain explained, "That's the son of the CEO of Dragon Shippings. A valuable hostage if taken. He is of actual European Nobility."

"Huh... We could get some big money out of that. Nomu! Grab that kid! We're leaving." Shigaraki ordered. The Nomu growled as it turned its large eyes to Izuku and grabbed him by the waist.

"Midoriya!!" Eraserhead shouted before standing up only to be smacked away hard by the creature.

"IZUKU!!!" Two different voices shouted to which the boy turned to see Momo and Bakugo running towards him.

"Get Izuku! I've got this bird bitch!" Bakugo said to Momo before using his explosions to launch himself at the monster.

It happened all so quick and Izuku didn't know how or why but something seemed to cause his body to go into autopilot as the hand which held the sword came down on the hand which had grabbed his waist and actually cut it.

The sword was a gift from his father, something specifically made to work his powers. It was a conduit to channel his power through to be both his defense and offense. Yet the shock of actually cutting into the monster never left him.

Nomu roared in pain from having his hand cut off before Bakugo landing on the creature's head. His palm became filled with little explosions before he shoving it in its mouth and shouted, "I hope you're hungry!"

That's he released a giant explosion which actually managed to blow apart it head into pieces.

Bakugo jumped off while Momo pulled Izuku up. "Izuku, are you ok!?"

"I'm alright! I'm alright. You?" Izuku asked, holding her arm while looking into her onyx eyes.

"Lovebirds! Save it until we're out of here! We still got these two bastards!" Bakugo exclaimed.

Momo looked at Izuku as she asked, "Your watch. Is it still working?"

Izuku looked down at his wrists and nodded as she ordered him. "Use it. Hit the panic button." Izuku honestly felt dumb for forgetting that feature and with a quick motion, he hit the button which sent a signal directly to the office of his father's police force.

Getting up with his sword in hand, he stood with his friends as he said, "Help's on the way but we have to hold out until they arrive."

"Fine with me. I can do this all day!" Bakugo said with a smirk as more explosions filled his hands.

Shigaraki laughed. "Nice try, kids. That was step one. But what about two through ten?"

The kids paled as they watched the monster's head grow back as if nothing happened to it. Though Izuku noticed the stump where he cut the hand off was regenerating slower than the rest of the body.

"Do you see now, heroes? How futile your attempt is? Before you die, just know that you all have been chosen to reveal our existence to the world! You will witness what has happened here today and you will tell of it later! Except you won't! Cuz you'll be dead!" Shigaraki then cackled as he scratched his neck more.

Bakugo looked at Shigaraki and asked, almost insulted in his tone of voice. "Did that fucker just quote Boondock Saints!? I'LL FUCKING KILL HIM!"

Momo snapped at him as she faced the monster. "Not now! Focus!"

"That thing's hand isn't healing as fast as the rest of it... If I can cut its head off, it'll buy us more time until help arrives." Izuku said, holding his sword with both hands.

"The fucker's strong, and I don't trust those two to try and stand on the sideline for too long." Bakugo said, bringing his fists up.

Izuku nodded as he held his sword again looking at the monster before him, ready to fight to the end. "Ok then... Momo, any ideas?" Izuku asked as it took a step towards him.

Momo shook her head. "Not off the top of my head, sorry."

"Hey, if you can make anything... Think you can make a cannon or some type of big gun to do some real damage?" Bakugo asked.

"Yeah, we can stun him and I can get in close." Izuku said before the Nomu roared and brought its fist up. Izuku dodged out of the way as it smashed through the dirt, causing parts of the ground to rise like pillars.

Izuku's training kicked in as he slashed at the monster but to his shock, the skin seemed to harden a bit which caused his sword to bounce slightly.

"Give me some breathing room! I'll think of something!" Yelled Momo.

Shigaraki all the while laughed a bit. "Nomu. Kill those two and hurt the boy, really, really bad but don't kill him." The monster roared as he went on the attack.

The Nomu started to crawl on all fours, its hands digging into the ground as Izuku and Bakugo tried jumping out of its way. "Fuck fuck fuck!" Bakugo shouted before pulling the pin on one of his grenade gauntlets. "FLASHBANG!" He shouted as a large explosion impacted Nomu in the eyes.

Izuku saw an opening and with a rush, he brought his sword down at an angle which did cut into the monster's back. But as soon as he retracted, he felt something hard hit his chest that sent him flying. Once, twice, and three times, he bounced off the ground before rolling onto his side with a groan.

"IZUKU!!" Momo cried out before tearing through her shirt as she created a mini gun and began to rain down bullets against Nomu.

Izuku slowly got up and with shock, he saw that his armor was dented. Thankfully it didn't get close to his body and it didn't feel like he had any broken ribs.

But something else did hurt, it was the feeling of his pride, the fear of failure slowly bubbled up. 'Oh Kami… What… What am I doing? I'm gonna die… My friends are gonna die… I'm gonna get kidnapped and held for ransom.'

He closed his eyes and tears threatened to leave him until a memory from his knight training came to mind, his father's words filled his head.

"Son, there will come a time when you are beaten. When you've been hurt and Death may arrive to take you into her embrace. You must plant your feet firmly on the ground. Tighten your grip on your sword, and say with pride, that Death can have you when she has earned it. Now get back up, son. Fight until you have your enemies are defeated, or until Death has earned you." Dracula's voice rang in his head as Izuku looked back at the Nomu and snarled as he stood up on shaky legs.

Izuku slowly stood up with the help of his sword. "My name… Is… Izuku.. Midoriya… Tepes." He groaned as he stood proudly, holding his sword. "of House Tepes. Knight initiate of the Knights Tepes." With a determined glare at the monster before he leveled his sword. "And I shall not dishonor my clan, my code of arms, or my family by allowing myself to be defeated by a monster such as you!" With a roar and pride in his voice at the creature he declared to the world. "SO COME AT ME! AND FACE DEFEAT AT MY HANDS AND MY BLADE!"

Shigaraki looked at the son of Dracula before saying, "You're weird. Nomu, break him."

The Nomu roared and charged towards Izuku as he charged forward as well with his sword. Once the two clashed, Nomu suddenly grabbed his sword arm and tightened his grip, breaking arm before slamming him into the ground a couple times.

Momo just kept unloading all she could onto the Nomu as the villain called it and all the while she watched with shock as her childhood frined Izuku kept attacking it, getting hurt, and repeated. It hurt her that her minigun was only doing slightly little to the thing that kept hurting izuku.

One punch sent Izuku flying to the ground and with it a very audioable crunch of broken bones and now wet coughing as Izuku coughed up blood, his sword having visible cracks on the blade as it was ready to break.

Yet.

Yet Izuku was trying to get up, by whatever force allowed him to he did and kept repeating the same thing over and over. "I… Am… Izuku… Midoriya...Tepes." He coughed up as droplets of blood hit the ground. "I am a knight initiated by the Tepes Knights." Standing now with his armor damaged, blood leaking out, like a dead man walking, he looked on with his one good eye that was not covered in blood. "I shall. Not. Fall. YOU! SHALL NOT! PASS!"

Suddenly, his body began to strain as the power of his quirk that was passed onto him cackled with green electricity. He rushed towards the Nomu, just as its severed stump finally healed and knocked it back.

The two threw their fists towards each other before they connected and an explosion of light blinded everyone in the building.

Once the light passed, all Momo could see was the downed form of her friend, her very dear and close childhood friend. Throwing caution to the wind, she rushed towards his body, but from where Izuku was, he saw the world in slow motion. Periods of darkness and ringing of bells as Momo now cupped his head saying something that he couldn't hear.

Another period of darkness as now Kaachan and her stood in front of him, being surrounded by what was left of the villains and the monster, a cold sense of dread building up inside of him.

"That was cute. Real cute. But this is what happens to idiots with power who think they can be heroes. They just die or become so broken that not even Gorilla Glue can put them back together. While the real prize was All Might, I think seeing several of his students dead will certainly break him." Shigaraki said with a cackle.

"YOU SON OF A BITCH!!" Bakugo shouted as he tried to launch himself at Shigaraki, only for Kurogiri to teleport him into the water.

Momo was tense, even she looked on with baited breath, waiting for her doom only for several shadows to come over them which caused more than a few to look up at the glass roof of the USJ which soon came crashing down followed by a rather all to familiar sound of a certain weapon that Momo had imitated with her powers.

BBBBRRRRRRTTTTTT

Red tracers filled the ground and villains alike and when Momo finally was able to look up, her eyes widened with shock as hovering in the air were not just Blackhawks and little birds, but all a few Hueys, all armed to the teeth, and a man hanging onto the strap of one waving his arm about.

The man wore a full combat kit with a FN FAL in hand as he issued a command into his headset. "Form a perimeter around the students and staff! Then secure the VIP!" He commanded with his angered yet refined English accent.

Ropes were dropped down and men in full combat gear dropped in each and every section of the building to secure the students and take down any villain that tried to attack them.

"The fuck is this!? How did SWAT get here!?" Shigaraki exclaimed.

One of the men in black, full black with red accents on their armor and even fully sealed helmets raised his rifle and began shooting gunning down any who got close. "MOVE!" He commanded a squad as they rushed forward, All watched as these men and maybe women? In full clearly advanced combat gear started just killing any who dared attack them and very clearly weren't in the business of taking prisoners.

Momo was taken out of her thoughts as a squad rushed up to her and Izuku as each of them had a red cross on their armor's shoulders. "Commander! VIP is Critical! Request DUST Off!" The medic called into their radio while another worked to try and stabilize Izuku. "Hey! HEY! Stay awake, kiddo!"

Shigaraki watched all of this before shouting, "Kurogiri! Get us out of here!"

The purple mist villain surrounded the young villain before disappearing right in front of the armed forces. The monster then went still and silent, as if waiting for an order that'll never arrive.

Two soldiers arrived with a medical bed before gently placing Izuku on it. Momo watched with worry as the soldiers strapped the bed to rope. Izuku tried to reach out for Momo before the rope was pulled up, taking Izuku up into the air. "VIP is secure and in the air! Beginning to wrap up!" A soldier reported.

And that's how the events of the USJ would go down in the following days to come, many would shout and cry at the fact a military force had used too much force that 'They shouldn't have killed those that could have been given a second chance.' Yet for the D.S.I. Police Commander Varney, it was just a case of responding to an emergency alert from the son of his boss. An emergency alert which gave him legal right to handle an operation to rescue the child by any means he saw fit.

So as the old saying goes, 'You can't complain to the doctor just because he had to use other more dangerous means to save your life from cancer.' So while the politicians and lawmakers bitched and moaned, all that mattered to one man was looking down at his son, reading the reports and accounts at how his son fought valiantly to the end, pushing himself to the breaking point, all the while upholding the code of the Tepes Knights.

In a way it made him proud, but for now, right now, here and now was the fear that his son wouldn't make it, that he would die right in front of him.

No.

No.

NO!

NO!!! Was the emotion that filled Dracula as he quickly pulled out his phone and began dialing every number, calling in every favor, using his power as both the most wealthy man in the world, as the CEO of a global shipping company, as a Nobleman of Europe, and as the king of the underworld to save his son.

Resources were pulled from every source of the world, the best doctors were flown out to Japan in an effort to save the son of Dracula.

A few days later

Dracula stood over his son, looking at what was done for him. Many of the bruises and cuts were healed, with scratches still present but for the most part Izuku looked healed up. However, one thing could not be saved... His right arm.

Yet even in such a state, Dracula wasn't alone. Standing with him was Joshua, Stain, Varney, all his closest allies who watched as Dracula stood over his son who had been put into a medical coma.

Softly he pets his son's bandaged head and with a soft spoken voice, a voice filled with sorrow, with pain, with hurt of a father. "Look at what they did… Look… Look at what they did to my boy."

No one said a word as Dracula said with a shook breath. "They hurt my boy... They massacred him... Even when he stood up against them... They broke him."

His hands gripped the bed railing with anger, bending the metal to the frame of his fingers. "All of you... I want the location of this... League of Villains found, and when you do... I will personally lead this... And everyone will know just what I am capable of."

Dracula took a deep breath to calm himself as he finished his little speech. "We will kill them all... And I will mount their heads for all to see. Now get to work."

Immediately everyone filed out of the room, with Kaina looking at Dracula, a little afraid, but also just as angry as she walked out as well. It's time she got back into her old uniform.

Before she did, a hand fell onto her shoulder, the hand of Dracula who now looked at her not with eyes of anger, but with sadness and pain. "I have a favor to ask of you, my love."

Kaina placed a hand over his and said, "Anything, Vlad."

He smiled towards his love before he motioned to the still form of Izuku. "Stay by his side. I know Inko will be here and that I fear it will be bad for her health so please, please be here for the both of them so when he does awake he will know both of his mothers are there to greet him."

Kaina looked down slightly before nodding her head. "Ok... Be careful." She then pressed her lips against his in a searing kiss before walking over to Izuku's bed and sat down in a chair next to it.

He smiled once again before leaving the hospital room, which upon exiting he was greeted with wall to wall DIS Guards, unlike his police services, these guards were part of his Private Military branch of the company.

Each one was a veteran in their own right as each stood rigid, unmoving. Their sole purpose being to defend and protect his son.

Walking down the hall he was caught up to by Varney now in his regular uniform. "Don't worry about anything, my Lord. None shall get past the doors from the stairs of the elevator without getting shot up with enough lead to fill the Hindenburg."

"Thank you Varney." Dracula said before continuing to walk down the hall. A few minutes later, he saw Adrian with am unexpected companion with him. "Adrian?" Dracula questioned.

Adrian looked over to him before running towards him. "Father! Is he alright!?"

Dracula stopped him by placing his arms around his shoulders. "He's... In a coma." He replied. Adrian held his arms as the father and son hugged each other.

The small gasps could be heard as Dracula finally looked towards the companion of his eldest. "I see you were given a hero escort, and Miriko no less." He said in an even tone.

"Ah, father. This is Rumi Usagiyama. My..." Adrian said, trying to figure out the correct term for them.

"I'm his girlfriend." Miruko said, trying to sound brave, but even her bunny instincts were telling her to run away from the Alpha Predator that was in front of her.

Eyebrows shot up slightly before he chuckled with an honest smile on his face. "Well, it's about time you started to get serious. Honestly, I was starting to worry that I wouldn't be blessed with any grandchildren."

Adrian and Rumi laughed awkwardly. "Ah well, I don't think we're not quite there yet." Adrian said, rubbing the back of his head.

Dracula nodded in understanding. "Well I won't keep you. Go ahead and see him." Before moving to the side. The couple started walking through the hallway of soldiers that were protecting Izuku's room.

Dracula sighed as he shook his head, "Oh Izuku, I hope when you wake... You find the one who truly makes you happy. Or perhaps… they will find you."

Back at Dracula's mansion, Joshua arrived at his desk and presented a file. "I've found all the necessary information about the League of Villains. A bunch of low level criminals, however the most interesting ones are the defacto leaders of the operation."

Dracula opened the file to see a picture of Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri. Joshua continued, "Officially, they do not exist. However, I looked at the timeline between and Tomura Shigaraki is not his true name. It is Tomura Shimura, grandson to Nana Shimura. A famous hero who was killed two decades ago."

Dracula was surprised as he spoke, "I did not know she even had a family. Poor woman would be spinning in her grave if she ever saw what became of her family."

"There was an incident about a decade ago. A home was destroyed, crumbled into ashes along with the family inside. Tomura was nowhere to be found so it's safe to say his quirk is related to the family's disappearance." Joshua added.

Dracula looked at everything there was before thinking, "This child could not possibly have gathered so many low level criminals on his own. He must have backing of his own."

"I thought of that too, Master Dracula. Which is why I sent Stain to consult with the info broker, Giran. I'm sure his... Words of conviction will give us some more info and a location." Joshua said.

Dracula appreciated it before he switched gears, "What of the meeting with Ms. Daisy? Has the place been selected?"

Joshua nodded as he adjusted his glasses. "Yes sir, I also have information on her which is something rather interesting since at first I thought her a local but… She's American."

Dracula looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "American... She had a Japanese accent. Just who is this woman and what does she want?'

Joshua produced a folder and set it down on Dracula's desk. "Her name is Lilly Daisy Patrick. American from South Carolina who moved to the greater Tokyo area to pursue a masters in Eco Study of plants. Yet she met a man with a tiger quirk and married him. Both ran a little cafe known as the Lackadaisy's Cafe which served American style food."

Turning the page he continued, "However, when the ban came to pass they turned the back room and basement into a speakeasy and as of now, lost a distributor to a rival then said rival and supplier were raided by the police three weeks before she made the call to you." He finished his report. "As of this moment, both are childless after five years of marriage."

Dracula listened to this information, and an idea began to form in his head. "Perhaps we can sweeten the deal for Miss Daisy." He said with his hands interlaced together.

Joshua stood straight as he adjusted his glasses. "I shall endeavor to carry out your wishes, Master Tepes."

"I'll meet with her personally. But first, the destruction of the League of Villains requires our full attention." Dracula said with a small growl.

Joshua nodded but before he could say anything, the phone on Dracula's desk began to ring, not HIS phone but the one for his public face. Picking up, the voice of his office assistant was heard. "Sir, I have a Mister Hand waiting on the line for you." Already that was weird, a 'Mr. Hand' must be a hero wanting to sign up with him.

"Patch them through." Dracula ordered.

"Yes sir." She answered and carried out the order which made Dracula realize that he should probably give her a raise with how much work and hours she put in as of late.

A couple of rings happened before the line connected. "This is Mr. Tepes, you wish to speak with me?" What followed was the sound of a raspy voice, a voice that made the speaker seem to have smoked more than a carton of Winston's a day. Smooth taste, Dracula's undead ass, but his thought of the past was interrupted as the speaker spoke.

"I'm happy you answered my call. Because we wanted to send a message to people such as you. Those who believe they have power because of their money, because of their greed." Great a Communist, that's all Japan needed.

Dracula frowned as he straightened himself in his chair. "May I ask who's speaking to me?"

The rasp of the voice continued "oh i think you know, but i must ask how is your son doing? Heard he got beaten up pretty bad."

Dracula was silent before he asked in a leveled tone of voice, "What do you want?"

A light laugh could be heard as the rasps says "Oh? Straight to business then. Very well. Consider this an insurance policy call. One million and your son will not get hurt, four million and I can assure you he will never be hurt while out on patrol as a lovely hero." Of course, a protection racket.

He had seen such things in Europe and South America. Children of rich or noble families to be extorted as a means to make sure their children would not be kidnapped or worst. So of course those of honest fear for their child's safety would pay whatever if it meant their children were safe. A very human emotion.

But Dracula was not human.

"I don't know who you are, and quite frankly, I don't care. All I know is this, you won't live long enough to make good on your threat. You may think that I'll simply buy your compliance to not hurt my son. And since you brought him up, I can only assume one thing. You're the one who hurt my son, further more, I must be talking to Mr. Tomura Shigaraki, or should I say Tomura Shimura? Here's my counter proposal, show yourself, and sell out whoever is helping you, and I will see to it that you only get Tartarus. Because believe me, that will be a safe haven compared to what will happen when I find you. And believe me, I will find you. I will find you, and I will display your corpse in front of all of Japan. So you better make peace with your God, because the Devil is coming, and Hell is coming with me." And with that, Dracula hung up before standing up from his chair.

Joshua looked at his boss, master, and in a weird way his father figure as he asked, "What is my task, my master?"

"Get me the location of the League, and then prepare the siblings and yourself for war. Because I will be there to see it all burn down." Dracula ordered.

Joshua bowed to his master before he turned on his heal of his feet and walked out, leaving Dracula alone in his office to think on the sheer INSULT That was this child attempting to extort him. HIM! The man who has seen kingdoms come and go, see the advent of human science and art, HE! Vladimir Dracula Tepes!

It didn't help that a small part of him still thought the brat was a Communist. He had seen that first hand and still kicked himself every now and again for not killing that ideology in its infant stage.

Dracula pulled out a special bottle of Fire Whiskey that was around 400 years old and poured himself a double shot and downed it. The fire burned his throat but he made no reaction or noise. The fire in the drink did not compare to the raging inferno that was building in his undead body. He hasn't gotten drunk in quite a while. Having a dead body made it quite impossible.

An hour later, Dracula's personal phone rang to which he picked it up and asked, "I want good news."

"I've got a golden egg for you, Boss." Stain's voice said on the other line. "I've got their location."

Sitting up slightly he smiled. But this wasn't a happy smile. This was a malicious grin that promised blood. "Good, scout it out and keep me informed."

"Copy. Sending the location." Stain said before Dracula hung up and stood up from his chair.

"Sebastian, guard the house. I'll be out for a couple hours." Dracula ordered.

The tall butler with black hair smiled and bowed his head. "Of course, Master. Shall I prepare dinner?"

"Yes, if I'm not back by the time it's ready, keep it warm for me." Dracula replied.

"Of course, Master."

Dracula walked over to a section of the wall which opened to his own personal armory full of his own personal collection of fire arms he had collected over the years. "Tea with dinner, Master?" Asked his ever dutiful butler as he walked with Dracula into the armory.

"Heavy cream." Dracula said before Sebastian bowed his head and walked over to the the revolver section and handed him an old 50. Calibur revolver.

Sebastian said with an elegant voice. "The Smith and Wesson model 500. Very good choice sir, anything else this evening, sir?"

"I'll need a suit for the evening." Dracula replied.

Sebastian nodded, "Casual, sir?"

"Yes."

Sebastian nodded again as he walked over to the rack which held many uniforms and tactical gear. Each and everyone one of them from different eras before he stopped at a simple black suit, white button up shirt. "With or without a vest sir?" Asked Sebastian as he held up both a simple dress vest and a more low profile tactical plate carrier.

"With a vest."

Sebastian nodded as he set down the low profile plate carrier. Which would raise a question of 'why would a vampire need a plate carrier or even a bullet proof vest?' Simple answer. Bullets still hurt, and Dracula has been shot A LOT in his life.

So yes, he was going to make sure he wasn't going to get shot again anytime soon if he could help it thank you very much. After all his soon to be future wife almost shot him the first time around, so he didn't want to temp the Fates.

"Would that complete your order, sir?" Sebastian asked.

"That would."

"Excellent. Do enjoy your party." Sebastian said with a bow.

Dracula gave him a curt nod as he moved to change into the attire he hasn't worn in years, well hasn't worn since his time in America which was 200 years ago.

Once he was properly changed, armed with his Smith and Wesson strapped to his chest, he made his way to the entrance where an armored van was parked outside with Commander Varney waiting outside.

Varney looked down at the weapon and whistled. "Surprised you didn't go with a duster and Stetson to complete the whole 'Cowboy of Death' thing like back in '68."

"I only need one gun and one bullet, for that is all these... Animals deserve." Dracula replied. He didn't see these villains even as thinking beings. He entered the van with Varney entering after him.

The armored vehicle began to drive off with another one not far behind as they began to drive down the streets. Passing the border before going into a more lower class neighborhood where a decrepit bar stood.

"This is the location that Stain gave us. Let's hope his intel is solid." Varney said before the armored van came to a stop near the building.

Dracula snorted a little at Varney before he said to his old friend. "Well it seems your paranoia of those you don't trust is still as prevalent as ever, Commander Varney."

"It's what's kept me alive all these years, sir." Varney said as they climbed out of the vehicle just as multiple soldiers marched out of the van behind them. "Secure the perimeter! Surround the building! Look for any and all breaching points!" Varney shouted orders.

Dracula looked at the building and righteous fury built up in his chest. He was close. Close to exacting revenge for his little boy.

Standing under a streetlamp chewing on a toothpick was a young lizard boy. A lizard thanks to his mutation quirk, watching the bar wearing a suit, trench coat, and a peaky blinder hat showing he was one of Stain's people. So focused on his duty of watching the bar he never noticed Dracula sneak up upon the young man.

"You. What's your name, boy?" Dracula asked the lizard man. Making him yelp and jump before spinning around to look at Dracula.

He stammered a little. "S-Spinner, sir. I-I'm one of Stain's guys… well will be." He was a little nervous considering the man before him was his boss's boss.

"An initiate then? Very well. What have you learned from watching this location?" Dracula asked.

Spinner cleared his throat. "Nothing comes in, nothing comes out. But there's a great smell of decay in that building."

Spinner knew the smell of decay all too well, being shut in due to his mutation. He couldn't hold a job before the crash, after it was much worse, his apartment he barely could afford was taken from him so he lived on the streets until Stain found him and gave him an honest chance at surviving in this harsh world created from greed and stupidity.

Spinner was silent as Dracula seemed to be focused on the building which caused the fear in spinner to raise a bit, finally finding his courage, he asked, "What-" He cleared his throat softly. "What are your orders, boss, I mean… sir?"

"If you truly wish to join our ranks, then I want you to be our overwatch. Having the genes of a lizard means you have superior sight, yes?" Dracula asked as he looked towards Spinner.

He was silent for the longest moment before he just nodded. "Y-Yes sir."

"Good, then if something comes up, I want you to signal us where it's coming from and what you see. Understood?" Dracula asked.

Spinner just nodded and saluted to the King, trying not to show his fear, but what he never knew was that to a vampire looking at the living, be they warm or cold blooded, the hearts were all the same and the beats of fear never changed. Only the rhythm and speed that showed how much a creature feared what stood before them.

In another life, Dracula could've danced to the beat of a fearful heart. But now, his focus was making sure that blood would be paid in full, and with interest.

Dracula then asked, "Are you armed?" Spinner stood dumbly before he nodded again and slowly reached into his hand and produced something he hadn't seen since his time in Cambodia during that little dust in the 60's.

Because sitting in Spinner's reptilian hand was a Norinco Type 54 which was a Chinese copy of the Tokarev in 9mm which was in of itsself a Communist copy of the 1911 concept if dumbed down even further to be made faster and cheaper.

"That won't do." Dracula said before grabbing the gun and crushed it in his hands. He then looked to Commander Varney. "Commander, give our initiate a real gun." He ordered.

Varney smirked as he reached behind his back and pulled out a large blocky looking handgun and gave it to Spinner "HK 45. German, 45ACP. This is a REAL gun. Not some cheap Communist crap ya find on the black market or even at a Yank surplus gun sale."

Spinner grabbed it and held onto it before checking if the safety was on. Despite him being an initiate, he was still taught the basics of handling a firearm. He stuck it in his pants before going off to find a proper vantage point.

Dracula breathed as he did something he hadn't done in a long, long, long time. Slowly reaching into his suit top, he produced a packet of cigarettes, a local brand which infused cherry leaves into the tobacco that gives it a sweet taste. Producing a gold plated lighter which had a golden dragon formed onto the lighter's body, he brought it up to the end of the cig and lit it up.

He inhaled a deep quantity of smoke before pulling the cigarette out and blew out the smoke. "Commander."

"Yes, my Lord?" Varney asked.

"Storm the building, and incapacitate everyone in there. Make sure they cannot use their quirks." Dracula ordered before taking another long drag of his cigarette.

Varney just smirked before his hand became a blur of hand signals which caused the red goggled soldiers to stiffen before moving quickly, quietly, efficiently. Like shadows, they moved in the dark towards their target, skilled they would progress to the building undetected as they prepared their equipment to breach the bar.

Before long, a soldier counted down with three fingers. Then two fingers. And then one finger before they used a ram and breached through the door and immediately everyone began piling in.

Inside, Kurogiri and Shigaraki were surprised before being restrained and pinned to the ground. Varney went inside and looked at the crusty looking kid on the floor. "So you're the ring leader of this League. I have to say, like the Americans I'm disappointed in your bravado. Hold his hands out, but don't let him touch you."

Commander Varney had been briefed about his quirk and decided it'd be better safe than sorry, so he drew a knife out. The men restraining Shigaraki held his hands out and the kid's eyes widened, realizing what he plans to do. "No! No! Get off me!"

Varney then stabbed the knife into Shigaraki's middle fingers, causing the kid to scream in pain as he lost not only his fingers, but also his quirk. Varney then looked to Kurogiri before ordering, "Get a quirk collar on him."

"YOU FUCKING PSYCHOPATHS! WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU PEOPLE!?" Shigaraki shrieked as soldiers searched the building for anything further.

That's when a soldier stepped out from the hallways and spoke, "Clean house."

Varney then stepped out of the building, "They're ready for you, Master." Dracula then walked into the building as the two villains were placed on their knees in front of the King himself.

The young man looked at Dracula and his face was one even the most evil, most darken of hearted could pitty, for his face was one that could only be worn by someone who had to have been stranded in the desert for so long with limited water that every day, every moment, every minute of their life was their lifes being on the edge of death.

"So, I assume you must be Mr. Hands. I must admit, I expected better. You look like all the others. Low level criminals who think they can make a name for themselves." Dracula commented, crouching in front of Shigaraki before allowing a smirk to appear on his face. "I told you I would find you."

Shigaraki just glared at the man before him as he spoke in a rough voice, "You will not win. Master will beat you, Master knows all, sees all, wins all."

Dracula raised an eyebrow at that. "Interesting. And who is your Master?"

The sound of a television turned on which grabbed everyone's attention and even made them raise their rifles towards the TV. "I believe he is referring to me. I must say, it's an honor to meet you, Mister Tepes. CEO of Dragon Shippings."

Dracula frowned as he walked towards the television and spoke. "So you're the one who sent this little brat on my boy at the USJ."

"I assure you, Mister Tepes, that your son was not meant to be harmed. My ward simply found an opportunity to potentially gain more finance for his League." The man behind the television spoke.

"Instead, he gave me an opportunity to cut the head off the snake. Now why don't you reveal your location so that we may settle this face to face?" Dracula suggested as he pulled his revolver out of his holster.

A light chuckle escaped the TV, "I'm afraid that will not be possible. However I will admit, it is interesting to meet one who is like myself, one for whom does not age and has seen the rise and fall of governments due to their own greed and vanity. Yet that is what makes us human does it not?" There was a light jovial tone to his voice when the figure addressed dracula, one that he could not put. Russia perhaps? Italy? Perhaps it was Paris he had meet such a person the voice belonged to.

Dracula frowned at the man comparing him to himself, but would file that for later as he asked. "Then I suppose you won't mind if I kill the brat since he owes me blood?" He aimed his revolver at the back of Shigaraki's head.

The young boy and even Kurogiri tried to struggle, but with Dracula's soldiers being vampires, they were superior in strength. So they held the two down tightly so that they couldn't escape.

The dark chuckle was heard as the figure said, "Of course not, he is only human after all. A useless thrall is no good to have around."

Now that was another piece of the large puzzle that filled Dracula's head.

Shigaraki gasped as he listened to this and tears immediately filled his eyes. "You... You promised... You promised to help me achieve my dream! You said you'd help me get back at All Might!" He cried out.

BANG!

Smoke escaped from the barrel as Dracula placed his revolver back in its holster. Shigaraki dropped like a sack of potatoes while Commander Varney tore through Kurogiri's neck brace, killing him.

Dracula began to surmise about the man on the TV. "So you're an immortal with many connections if you managed to gather this menagerie to stage an attack on the USJ, and it was with the sole purpose of attacking All Might. Even more interesting, you took in that boy who was the grandson of Nana Shimura. I must admit, you're a puzzle that I'm interested in solving. But again, you're responsible for my son being in a medically induced coma. Therefore, you must die."

A dark chuckle escaped the figure again. "And I do not blame you. Then again this isn't the first time we have crossed paths and a small part of me is very tempted to drop you a hint."

Dracula nodded, looking at the TV. "Which would be good if you did."

The figure's shadowy head nodded slightly, "Indeed it would, yet where would the fun in that be? After all you are my Holmes to my Moriarty, old boy." Now his accent went from Japanese to a proper English accent from North London.

Suddenly, Dracula had an enlightening thought. It brought him back to the time Quirks had arrived. When Dracula was just visiting Japan, learning about a growing empire of crime. There was a name for the emperor of this empire. "All For One." Dracula said.

The figure laughed, "Ah it seems your memory hasn't left you yet, old boy."

Even Varney looked shocked as he exclaimed, "Bollocks! We both saw you die! How! How the bloody hell are you still alive?"

"Because he stole many healing quirks and potential aging quirks." Dracula deduced.

"And even then, All Might managed to do quite a number on me. My only question is, could you potentially finish me off? Or will I finally acquire a vampire quirk to finally obtain true immortality without the use of medical supplies and quirks?" All For One asked with a chuckle. He looked at Dracula and said towards him and only him. "Or shall the great game of ours end as it did for Holmes and Moriarty? With our deaths sealed via a great leap towards uncertain death."

"I will tell you how it will end, boy." Dracula growled before pulling his revolver out and fired a bullet into the TV. He turned to his soldiers before ordering, "Comb the entire district! I want any and every single house checked for any sort of access point or warehouse!"

Dracula looked at the TV and he couldn't help but think back to that time in Japan, how he and Varney sat across from a young man of light complexion, platinum blond hair with red piercing eyes as they looked at Dracula's with that damned smirk.

That same smirk he knew that man was wearing right now as he swears he heard him say. "Come and catch me if you can, Mister Holmes." Which Dracula would be lying if he did not admit that during that time. AFO offered him an honest challenge that no other mortal could, well aside from that damned rat at his son's school, even now all these years later a small part of him seemed honestly EXCITED at the prospect of facing his old worthy foe again.

Varney walked over to the King and reported, "Sir, the initiate just reported that police and heroes are here."

Dracula heard the report, but didn't respond to it. Instead, he just called for his name. "Varney." His ever faithful servant and companion stood straight as he asked, "Yes sir?"

Dracula with a small smirk looked towards Varney as he exclaimed with a hint of excitement, anger, and even HEAVILY restrained ego. "Come, the game is AFOOT!"

Varney had his own smirk as he bowed his head towards him. "Yes Master." Everyone began to pile out from the bar and back into the streets as Varney shouted orders to fall in and retreat back to the compound.

When they arrived outside, the area was full of heroes and regular cops including one headache that he had to deal with everywhere he went. A strict, by the rules, no fun whatsoever government stooge.

Dressed in a suit wearing glasses and wearing his hair that just screamed 'OCD CONTROL FREAK' whose glare was fixed on Dracula and Varney. "YOU!" Pointing his finger at Dracula and Varney as he stomped towards the two.

Varney leaned over and whispered, "Bloody hell, they have a Japanese Lestrade… That or it's just that control freak Nighteye."

When Nighteye attempted to march towards them, two soldiers stood in front and aimed their rifles. "Back away sir! We are authorized to fire if you prove a threat."

Everything became tense as everyone watched with bated breath. That was until Dracula ordered the two. "Stand down." The two lowered their weapons and stood at attention.

Nighteye glared at Dracula before he brought up his fingers and listed. "Illegal deployment of soldiers on sovereign soil! Use of illegal military arms! Killing of a suspect in the attack on the USJ. Oooohhhh I have you now, Tepes!"

Dracula on the inside was laughing slightly, oh how the mortals always assumed they had him on one thing or another but for now he decided to have a little fun with the hero, after all it's not everyday you get to enjoy indulging in one's own high functioning sociopathic tendencies.

"Yes, you're right. You have me, Sir Nighteye. Quirk: Premonition. Allows the user to see details of the future. Good for investigation and intelligence." Dracula said as he looked Nighteye in the eyes. "However, you have forgotten one simple detail."

Dracula then pulled a piece of paper from his breast pocket before handing it to Nighteye. "Documentation of approval to this deployment." Dracula said with a smirk.

With a quick swipe, Nighteye began reading the document all with an ever present twitch of his eyebrow before he growled as he slowly handed the paper back to Dracula. "Well… It seems everything here is… indeed… legal" He stressed out the word as if it was the most detestful thing in the world when it's attached to Dracula.

Dracula took the paper and folded it back into his breast pocket. "Now, if you will excuse me. This night is not over until the one who was pulling the strings of this League of Villains is brought to justice." Dracula walked past Nighteye with his arm accidentally touching Nighteye's shoulder.

The hero's eyes widened as he had multiple premonitions. All of them involving Dracula.

One scene had Dracula having a wedding with the retired hero, Lady Nagant. Her smile wide as tears leaked from her eyes as she kissed Dracula on the altar.

Another had Dracula with his son Izuku, training him with the young man acquiring a metal prosthetic arm to replace his missing arm.

Another vision showed a little girl with white hair, a horn on her head as she looked up at a figure hidden in the shadows. His long black hair and glowing red eyes were the only indication of the figure.

And finally, a ruined house with Dracula staring at Principal Nezu. The two prepared for battle against each other.

Nighteye didn't know how long he stood there, but he knew one thing. Dracula had to be stopped somehow, someway. He WOULD stop this man.

Dracula was now back home in his personal parlor wearing his black pants, white shirt with the top buttons undone with a suit vest open as he was joined by Varney, Joshua, and Stain who were smoking, minus Joshua, and drinking as they planned what was to happen going forward.

Which was why Joshua was reading a report while Dracula and Varney played billiards. "So far, the meeting spot has been set up between you and Miss Daisy, as for the Yakuza convoys, they seem to leave the compound every Saturday at five in the morning and return at midnight on the dot."

"Quite the time skip." Varney commented before striking the cue ball, hitting a striped ball.

"And any information on the little girl that is with them?" Dracula asked.

Stain spoke up as he brought Dracula and Varney drinks, a Vodka tonic for Varney and a Brandy on the rocks for Dracula. "Young, white hair, and an Oni's horn if my guys are correct from what little they could see."

"An Oni's horn you say?" Varney commented as he sipped his Vodka tonic. "I must ask if your man has been sampling our product on the job, old bean."

"Hey fuck you Varney. I don't do that shit on the job." Stain sneered as he stood up.

"Quiet. The both of you." Dracula ordered as he lined up his shot on a solid green ball. "It's safe to assume that girl is special to the Yakuza. Whether its her quirk, or her relations to the leader, that is unknown to us. We will continue to gather more information until we know every single detail about them. In the meantime, Joshua I want you to divert your attention to a more... Personal matter."

"How many I assist?" Joshua asked.

"I want you to send word to I-Island. Request a commission for a prosthetic arm for Izuku. Any and all features that will be beneficial to him, I do not care what it ends up being, I want state-of-the-art." Dracula ordered as he shot the ball, landing the green in a hole.

He nodded before he asked, "And on the young master, I have had a message from the order of the knights. The elders ask whether you shall induct the young man to the rank of knight."

Varney nodded as he lined up a shot, "He's got a point, the young man upheld his creed, oath, and duty as a member of the Tepes order." Shooting the striped ball, he missed and cursed slightly.

"I do." Dracula answered simply with that as he lined his shot before shooting a solid red ball into a hole. "Stain. Did you uncover any more information from Giran?"

"Yeah, he was paid ¥30 million about a few days or more before the attack on the USJ. My guess, he got paid by this All For One guy to find the cannon fodder for the dumb kid. We actually acquired it and are just sitting in the vault. Already had it cleared, clean bills. Not counterfeit or anything." Stain explained, releasing a puff of smoke from his mouth.

Varney whistled, "Bloody hell lad, that's a lot of money. I'm impressed."

Joshua adjusted his glasses, "Yes and the money is being used for the young master to help his recovery and replacing his arm."

Dracula nodded, "Good. So All For One is on the rise once more." Dracula then blinked as he realized something. "Wait. All Might said that his quirk was once known as One For All... Then perhaps he has more information about our old friend."

"It may not be my place, sir. But I am curious, who is this All For One?" Joshua asked with curiosity as he adjusted his glasses.

Dracula placed his stick down and looked at Joshua. "200 years ago, when Quirks erupted, one man had a powerful quirk. The ability to give and take quirks away. He gave normal humans quirks, while taking them away from those who either opposed him, or simply did not want their quirks. Varney and I had learned about him during the 22nd century."

Varney chuckled as he leaned against the billiards table. "Aye, and at the time you were working through your Sherlock phase."

Stain couldn't help but chuckle as he asked, "Please tell me he wore the signature hat?"

"They'll never find your bodies." Dracula warned the two as he picked his stick back up and lined up his shot.

Dracula leaned into the shot as he added "However Varney is not wrong, at the time my brain did develop more to the point that it was called my 'Sherlock' phase which was where I was very… well analytical and very… precise." He shot the solid ball into the middle pocket of the table.

Varney snorted a bit as he said, "In other words he was a high functioning sociopath."

"But now I feel the urge to murder my Commander for his cheek." Dracula said before moving to the next solid.

"If I may get things back on track?" Joshua asked.

"Yes please do." Dracula shot another solid into a hole.

Joshua looked at Dracula after slowly getting the pieces of the puzzle. "If what the good Commander says is true, then I can only assume that you and this man's relationship is the same as the one between the fictional characters. Yet I have to ask exactly what happened at the end?"

Varney nods, "Now that lad is a hell of a story. Which involves a train, bridge, and a very long fall to raging rapids."

Dracula was silent as his eyes were laser focused on the cue ball as he said in an almost soft tone of voice, "The day we thought he died."

"The bastard slipped up, forgot about a detail. Next thing you know, we're chasing after him on a train which derails and lands on a rapid stream. Suffice to say, we had a lovely day that time." Varney explained.

Dracula stood by as he watched the balls on the table "All For One isn't just any villain, criminal, or even head of crime. He is my equal in terms of IQ. A man for whom I had played the ultimate game of chess."

Joshua looked at Dracula with a passive face, yet his eyes betrayed his shock as he asked "How close were you to catching him? To win your game of chess?" Dracula chuckled as he looked up at the smoke that lingered in the air with a soft smile almost melancholy in its nature.

"So many times, so many times I had him in my grasp. Yet every time he got away. Every clue he left behind for me and me alone to figure out. It was an honest thriller because it was a battle of our wits and intellectual prowess. An honest duel to decide who among us was truly the best." Dracula remarked before he took a drag from his cigarette.

"So how do we find him now?" Joshua asked.

Dracula was silent as he thought it over before an idea came to him. "All For One always wants to find the best quirks, or ones with the most potential. Every hospital has a scientist or doctor that specializes in quirks. They document each and every single child that comes through their doors. We need to find a doctor that has done shady business dealings."

Varney decided to add in, "Not to mention the fact that he is a human with extreme megalomania, narcissistic, ego driven, control, superiority and even traits of an outright God complex to the point that I suspect that in his own little messed up world he truly believes no one other then the boss man here is his equal, not even that rudy rat who runs U.A." Hitting a striped ball, he looked up to see more than a few eyes widened and some eyebrows raised as he asked, "Wha?"

Stain just whistled, "Never knew you were an educated man."

Varney huffed, "I'll have ya know I'm an Oxford man, thank you very much."

"Well the way you talk, no one would've guessed you went to Oxford." Stain said a mischievous chuckle.

Varney huffed as Dracula lined up a shot. "Varney is correct about that man. He has always seen me as his equal through the lenses of heroes and villains, yet unlike the bombastic displays that you'd see nowadays. Ours were always subtle." Shooting his solid ball into a corner pocket he finishes "they were always of the mind, clues only i could see. I'll admit that in the modern era the only other person who could prove to be a threat to this man would be that Rat Nezu and he hasn't had the gull to try and match me on the battlefield of intellect such as All For One has."

"Perhaps he's buying his time. Planning for the proper opportunity to oppose you." Joshua suggested.

"That is my thought as well. He's waiting for me to make my move. Though I suppose this is it for him." Dracula said.

Varney smiles abit as he slowly swirls his brandy "Well onto a lighter topic, from all accounts. Including friends of the family your boy stood his ground and kept getting back up no matter how many times he got knocked down. If that isn't a clear case of him being worthy of being inducted into his knighthood then I'm a bloody Welshmen."

"They have no reason to lie about my son being a brave man." Dracula said.

They got some nods but Stain added with a hint of worry as he poured a glass of whiskey. "Still. I feel I should blame myself for putting the idea that no matter how bad ya get banged up, you shouldn't give up. Not saying I'm not proud of the kid god knows I am but… to hear from Miss Yaoyorozu about how he declared he wouldn't give up even when one of his arms was just bone powder and mangled meat?" He was silent as he downed his drink and slowly shook his head.

Dracula sighed as he closed his eyes. "It's not just you. It's this whole society. Especially those who are inspired by All Might. He's the single pillar keeping up society, and his foundations are already beginning to crack. He's trying to set up my son as the next pillar, instead of making it multiple. As wonderful and as selfless as he is, my son is selfish in thinking he can handle this burden all on his own."

That got nods of agreement from all present as Joshua was about to speak, a knock at the door was heard. "Excuse me." Turning around Joshua walked to the door and while those present couldnt see who was at the door. Joshua's stiffened body showed it's someone he did not particularly like.

To the two vampires' enhanced hearing, it was something of amusement as Joshua spoke in a hushed tone. "What are you doing here!?"

A feminine creole accented voice greeted back with amusement. "Oh come now cher don't be so mean, after all I'm here to bring an update for wa lannwit lan (The King of the Night)"

Dracula decided to ask out of amusement. "Who is it, Joshua?" Joshua tried to remain stoic as he opened the door and let the woman in.

Stepping through the door with a wink towards Joshua's stoic face was a member of Morana's side of the family "Bonjour, I do hope I am not interrupting anything?" Asked Serafine.

"Not at all. What can I do for you, Ms. Savoy?" Dracula asked, looking towards the woman.

Walking towards the bar she poured herself a glass of something from her personal flask, from Dracula's own noise the proof was clearly high enough that if someone so much as lit a match near the glass it would catch fire. "Well I brought you some news regarding the bullets from the Japanese mafia."

Joshua nodded, "Yes, you said that you had people who could find out the source of the bullets and whose blood was contained in them through your 'peoples methods' which I very much protested since it is not a confirmed nor known science."

"Enough. Tell me what you've learned." Dracula ordered the woman.

Serafine smiled as she produced one of the bullets as she slowly set it on the counter. "The blood is from an innocent, a young girl touched by the spirits and gifted with that of a healer's touch. Yet she is tormented and her gift stolen by those whose greed is fueled by hate for the modern world for they see as filth." She spoke in an almost rhythmic way much to Joshua's not amused face and small twitch of his eye.

Yet for Dracula who has lived in New Orleans and even communed with those of the bayou people and their ways of voodoo and hoodoo, he could understand what she was saying clear as day.

Dracula tightened the grip on his pool stick at the information being brought to him. A young girl being tortured by the Yakuza to fuel bullets meant to destroy quirks.

Stain couldn't help but chuckle as he asked "Ok then, what do your 'bones' tell you we should do?"

Serafine smirked as Joshua glared at the man before she produced a small leather pouch and asked Dracula, "Would you like me to consult the bones to see what can be done?"

Dracula looked towards her and nodded. "Go ahead. Tell me what you know."

Serafine smiled and with a flick of her wrist the sight of bones, stones, and even some feathers landed on the bar top as her hand seemed to dance over the items. "Oh, this is interesting. Very interesting."

Joshua huffed with his arms crossed, "And what is it your 'spirits' say?"

Serafine raised a single finger towards Joshua, "Don't be going and disrespecting the spirits now, even if you are attractive in that serious and no nonsense way."

"Joshua, let her speak." Dracula gently reprimanded him to which he bowed his head.

"Apologies, Master Dracula. Apologies, Miss Savoy." He said.

Serafine just looked at Joshua before going back to the bones. "The spirits speak of a window in five days time, they say you have only then to save the child from her cage."

Stain raised an eyebrow as he leaned forward in his seat, interested as did Varney looking now with great interest while Joshua just looks as impassive as ever.

"Five days to save her. Then it's time we prepared for... A hostile takeover." Dracula said, a plan forming in his head.

Varney grinned, "I think I can call up some old friends from Belfast who could prove to be very good."

Serafine smiled as she motioned to herself, "I and my brother can offer you some much needed muscle and fire power."

Joshua snapped slightly, "Certainly not! From what this sounds like is a need for subtlety and stealth, you and your brother are the exact opposite."

Yet the voodoo priestess wasn't offended, if anything she looked very, very interested in Joshua. "Oh ou jis adorabl." (Oh you are just adorable.)

Joshua was very confused at Serafina's behavior. "Enough. We will take action in five days. We will destroy the Yakuza, absorb everything they own, and the girl." Dracula said in a stern tone.

Joshua nodded as Stain said in a serious tone. "I'll get my boys to look around and see what's going on in five days, maybe even put the heat on the child abusing bastards."

Varney added, "You know me, I'm a copper so I'll put some heat from my end."

Dracula looked towards everyone in the room. "Good. Prepare yourselves. We are in for quite the fight of our lives. So you will have access to many military grade weapons and protection. Five days. Dismissed."

They bowed and left, only for Serafine to stay behind as she enjoyed a whiskey. "I must ask oh mighty king of the dark, what are your views on employees mingling?" She asked with a playful tone to her voice.

Dracula raised an eyebrow at her, "As long as you're professional during work hours, I do not care for it. Why?"

Serafine smirked as her cat ears flicked a bit. "Oh not much, just curious is all. Cause I can't help but see that educated boy Joshua seems to not have a philly in his life."

"I see. I wish you luck on that part, Miss Serfina." Dracula said before beginning to walk out of the lounge room.

Serafine's playful look in her eyes never left as she left the room and began to walk down the hallway. Joshua follower behind her and soon with a swift motion Joshua had the darker skinned cat girl against one of the walls as he looked at her with a piercing glare. "I don't know what you're up to but I won't have it. I don't care what mumbo jumbo you preach but I will not follow what you spout as the truth unless I have hard facts to back up your claims."

Serafine let out a giggle as she looked into his eyes before smirking. "My my, so aggressive~ Good thing I like a bit of aggression~"

Joshua blinked and looked at her in absolute confusion. "I beg your pardon?"

The only answer he got from that was her suddenly spinning them to where Joshua was against the wall and Serfina had him pressed up. Her leg was up against his hip while she suddenly kissed his lips in a deep and sensual manner.

Dracula, who was hiding around the corner couldn't help but shake his fist as he thought in somewhat of a proud manner. 'FINALLY!'

Of course, Joshua was confused as his brain shorted out and just stared at the American voodoo woman before him. "I… wha-wh… uh?"

"Five days, chere. I think it's best if we spend that time wisely, cher~" She said before grabbing him by his tie and dragging him off towards his bedroom.

Dracula smiled as he walked away towards the front door as he looked down at his PDA. "Let's see, get Joshua to finally open up to a woman. Check. Prepare for a gang war with what's left of the old crime world. In progress. Get ready for a meeting with Miss Daisy in..." Looking at his pocket watch, he nodded with a small smile, "one hour. I have plenty of time."

Later on, Dracula was wearing a black suit with a red vest and a cape clipped to his suit. He was sitting in the limo with Stain in the driver's seat. Dracula looked down at his pocket watch as Stain spoke up, "I still think you should have stayed home boss, I don't like the feeling of this one bit."

"I appreciate your opinion, but if it does end up being her, it will be a terrible look on me. I will not be looked on like a coward by others." Dracula replied.

Stain nodded, "Just being worried for your safety is all, boss."

"I know. But I have the best guard with me." Dracula said, looking at the rearview mirror. Before Stain could say anything, a car drove up in front of Dracula's limo. "Excellent. She's on time."

Stain checked his gun and nodded slightly along with checking his blades before he stepped out, mirroring his movement was a large man of clearly balakan descent with an eye patch over his right eye. Leaning to a window, he was seen talking with someone before the back door opened and out stepped a fair skinned woman of clearly North American descent. Yet, what was striking was her choice in clothing as she wore a bright purple coat, a red sun hat, pearls, and finally around her neck was white fur with blue dress gloves adorned on her hands and black high heels.

Stain walked to Dracula's door before opening it up, allowing Dracula to step out and see his latest customer in person. "Greetings Miss Daisy."

Lifting her head, the sight of deep purple eyeshadow was seen on her face along with a rather large emerald stone attached to her pearl necklace. "A good evening to you, Mister Dragon." She motioned with her hand as the large man came forward with a suitcase. "Viktor here has the payment for our order if you have our order?"

Dracula turned his head towards Stain and nodded. The bodyguard nodded and went to the trunk before opening it up. He pulled out a box with the bottles ordered for Daisy. "Everything is here." Dracula said, promising her.

The woman smiled as Viktor opened the case and Stain looked at the money "She's paying American, boss." Now that showed how serious Miss Daisy was for this order. If she was paying in US currency, granted with the economy taking a hit the Yen would devalue somewhat so it's obvious to pay in a stable currency.

However most local gangs, bootleggers, and even dealers would rather pay in Russian rubbles, Chinese wan, or other more regional currency that is near and around Japan, very few pay in the currency of the United States.

Dracula looked at Daisy before asking, "Tell me something, Miss Daisy. How is your speakeasy doing these days?"

This caused both of them to stiffen in alarm as Dracula continued. "American currency. Request for my most expensive liquor. You must be desperate for a supplier. Am I correct, Lilly Daisy Patrick?"

The woman chuckled a bit as she nodded, "You are correct on that, sugah. Since the police busted our last supplier, we have been doing all we can to keep up demand with our customers."

"Then how about a new and more protected supplier?" Dracula proposed. "And I will only take a generous 5% from all sales. After all, it's bad business if both parties are not able to profit."

Viktor seemed to growl but was calmed by Lilly placing a hand on his arm. "This is very generous, however I must think about this." Lilly replied.

"Of course. You have my number when you have my answer. Until then, pleasure doing business with you." Dracula bowed his head before going to his limo and entered inside of it. Stain entered the driver's seat and drove off, leaving Lilly and Viktor by themselves.

Stain looked back at his boss in the back seat "Gotta admit boss, never seen you so comfortable with an outsider. Though, I have to ask, is it because she's a Yankee?"

"Because I believe in giving people hope. More than what heroes and the government can provide." Dracula explained.

Stain snorted before the sight of a shadow passing by caused him to frown slightly. "Speaking of heroes, we got a tail following from the sky."

Dracula looked into one of the side mirrors to find that one of the most popular heroes of Japan was following them. Hawks, the Number 3rd Hero.

Dracula hummed as he looked ahead to Stain, "Tell me, are you familiar with the story of the Albatross?"

Stain looked back at his boss with a raised eyebrow, "Not really boss. Even with all the books you recommend to me, I'm sorry to say I haven't seen that one."

"In Samuel Taylor Coleridge's 1798 poem, The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, the protagonist shoots an albatross with a crossbow. The albatross is a symbol of good luck for sailors, but the mariner's actions curse the ship and its crew. As punishment, the mariner is forced to wear the dead bird around his neck. The albatross becomes a symbol of the mariner's regret and burden." Dracula explained.

Stain chuckles "Sounds to me like sailors are more paranoid than a shinto priest looking for yokai." He commented, keeping his eyes on the road as he drives normally, like nothing was wrong. All while Hawks followed from above, reporting their movements as they drew closer to Dracula's territory.

"So tell me Stain, if such an Albatross is approaching our territory, what exactly will happen when we expose why they're here?" Dracula asked.

"Misfortune for the Commission." Stain chuckled.

Soon as they crossed that line, Hawks stopped much like the North Koreans chasing after a defector who crossed into the south.

Yet, it was clear to anyone with enhanced sight that they could see clear as day Hawks arguing with someone as it seemed said unseen party wanted him to cross the DMZ to continue to spy on Dracula.

Dracula was back in his office with Stain and Sebastian in the room with him. "I think it's time we fired our warning shot." Dracula said with a smirk.

"How so, boss?" Stain asked.

"Release the dirt we have on Hawks. Let the Commission's golden goose lose its shine and respect." Dracula ordered.

"Just out of curiosity, but what's the dirt on him?" Stain asked.

Dracula began to speak, "Hawks. Real name: Keigo Takami. Quirk: Wings. Age: 22. During his time at home, he was abused by his father, kept inside and never allowed to interact with the outside world. Until his father was arrested by Endeavor, and the Safety Commission took custody of him and subjected him to the same training... As Kaina."

"So he became Lady Nagant's replacement." Joshua surmised.

Dracula nodded as Stain clicked his tongue in disgust. "I almost feel sorry for the guy if he wasn't a government stooge, maybe he'll turn stool pigeon once the heat from your oldest is on."

"Indeed. Forward the information to all news stations, and then to my son. Let us see how he can add pressure to the government." Dracula ordered, a little smug grin on his face.

What most would assume is that such information would only cause a small ripple since many would assume that the government of Japan would beholden to the HPSC.

One would be correct on this assumption if a number of factors didn't already cause the Japanese Diet to begin looking at their governmental structure and begin to 'cut away the fat' in terms of useless or not even needed governmental departments and committees.

Which was why within a matter of a week when the information was released the hero safety commission attempted to use its now limited power to try and get the story silenced and labeled as fake news, this failed and only more eyes from the Government to look towards the HPSC with a series of hearings being conducted as well as the Hero Hawks turning informant and naming names.

In a weird morbid way, it was almost a repeat of the McCarthy hearings during the red scare of the 1950s except in this case it was whether or not you supported the government or the HPSC.

A number of heroes who have done business dealings with the HPSC were called in for a hearing to hear their side of the story, including the retired hero, Lady Nagant who revealed that she was their former assassin before Hawks.

Needless to say the hearings would become more and more in-depth as they attempted to get every dirty little secret they could out of the HPSC,

Yet the unforeseen waves which this caused began to stoke up the fires of discontent among the citizenry and even those of rural or even local level governmental powers within Japan who originally had trusted the governmental diet to help guide them through the storm that was the economic crash to even the job riots.

But like with many things, they too began to slowly become disenfranchised with the current government as a ripple effect slowly began to take place among the many prefectures and rural areas of Japan. As long dead movements and murmurs slowly bubbled up from the past of whether or not the larger government truly was the ones to guide their nations or even if they should be a part of Japan's government at all.

This sort of secessionist thought even lead to an uptick in popularity and rival of the Kariyushi Club or better known by its party 'the Republic of Ryukyu' which seeks to make Okinawa into its own nation and return to its original roots.

The hearings caused all of this to happen, the discontent with the government, the distancing of local and federal government bodies, all of this caused by the HPSC and their dirty secrets which caused such a wave of shock that it reached all the way to Chiyoda, Tokyo where the current Empress in waiting resides within her home of the Fukiage Palace. Empress Toga was about to make a very important call to someone who helped her and now is coming to them again to ask for help yet again.

Within Dracula's Office at the DSI HQ the man himself worked tirelessly yet much like any CEO he had his workers and his people to help delegate things towards including his assistant for whom buzzed his office "Mister Tepes sir."

"Yes?" Dracula asked, placing his pen down.

It was clear the woman on the other end of the intercom tried to collect herself as she said in as level and calm a tone of voice as possible "The… it's the Imperial Palace sir. Her… Her Imperial Majesty wishes to speak with you. She's on line one, sir."

Dracula was rather surprised by the call. He thanked his assistant before clicking on another button. "Your Royal Highness, it is an honor to speak with you once more."

"Oh Vlad, it's nice to hear your voice, and please, you don't need to be so formal with me." The voice on the other line spoke. Empress Toga, descendant of the great Empress Cho, one of Dracula's late Generals and close friends.

Dracula chuckled, "I'm afraid Your Highness, it would be rather unbecoming of me to speak in such an informal manner, after all I am but a humble Count and a Voyk (Knight of Wallachia) while you, Your Highness, are to be the next Imperial Empress of Japan."

If one listened they could swear you could hear Toga huff as her cheeks puffed. "Well then I'm ordering you to not treat me like a royal and treat me like a person."

Another chuckle escaped from Dracula as he replied, "As you wish. How may I help you, Toga?"

The line was silent before she said, "I am in need of your help, I fear my nation is on the brink of a civil war and due to the Constitution and limitations placed upon my family I can not do anything to help my people, so I came to you to ask for help… or at least advice on what I can do."

Dracula had a soft frown on his face, "I understand. Dark times are ahead of us, Toga. Do you remember what I once told you when many different voices are speaking at once, demanding to be heard?"

Toga nodded slightly, "Maybe..." A playful pout played on her features that only Dracula could imagine from the tone of her voice.

"Toga..." He said, a slight warning tone in his voice. Warning her not to treat his teachings lightly or with jest.

"It's been really crazy over here, ok! So I might have forgotten some things...or two." Toga almost shouted but more of a whine over the phone.

Dracula sighed gently but spoke, "You silence them with your voice, and force them to listen to you. Once you've gotten their attention, then you may allow one or more to speak their minds."

Toga nodded, "Yes of course, that's right… but how does this help me right now? What can I do that isn't breaking the law considering how limited my powers are?"

Dracula hummed as he looked out the window of his office. "Information will always be your greatest power. Plan your next move, then improvise if necessary."

Toga was silent before she asked, "So… learn all I can and when things do get bad seize power then?" Even as the descendent of his greatest general in the far east, Toga had a lot to learn before she could ever fill the shoes Cho left behind.

"That's correct. Information is your greatest friend, Toga." Dracula said.

Toga nodded, "Ok that makes sense… but that doesn't help my country. I mean what if someone decides to try and pull a coup like they did before World War 2 broke out?"

'Huh, guess she has learnt afterall.' Thought Dracula as he remembered the coup pulled during Japan's Imperial Era and the mess it led to for the nation and its reputation as a whole in the aftermath.

"Then you show your power. Crush the coup attempt, and show all what awaits if they attempt it again. Show them that they will not succeed a second time." Dracula said, making his fist clench.

Toga was silent before she asked in a clearly concerned voice. "Is that...legal?"

If there was one thing Dracula could honestly hate about the modern world and how much the political world had changed, it would be how they treated royal and noble blood.

His hatred doubled for how the Japanese imperial family was all but relegated to nothing more than a symbolic position, yes they had SOME political powers but not enough to put honest change in the nation of Japan. At most Toga could order no confidence in the current Japanese diet and have it disbanded until a new political diet is formed and even then that would take time and tax payers dollars to do and with Japan's current economic situation it made little sense to risk even more damage then what was already done.

Dracula sighed gently, "While no, remember this, Toga. Change is happening, and the government is scrounging to fix things, while only making them worse. I ask that you be patient, Toga. You'll know an opportunity when you see it."

Toga nodded before she asked, "How is Izuku? Many within my court believe he should be awarded a medal for his brave actions. More than a few of the rare samurai clans believe he should be inducted into their ranks."

Dracula almost became sad as he thought about his son, but smiled slightly. "A samurai knight. Now there's a funny idea. But he's stable, still in his coma, but I know he'll pull through."

Toga smiled, "That is good to hear, once he has awoken, please let me know and a ceremony shall be held here in Tokyo for his ascension into knighthood."

"Of course, Your Royal Highness." Dracula said with a smile. "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

Toga sighed "More than you know Count, more than you know but because you're a foreigner, I can't appoint you as a royal advisor so I'll have to use the ones I have." She was silent before she said, "Before I go, I ask that you don't turn my nation into a warzone once I am finally of age to be crowned."

Dracula contemplated her plea, "I will attempt to stop it from happening. However, confidentially, I have something I must do, and there is a little girl I must save."

Toga was silent for a moment before she asked seriously, "What can the Imperial family do?" Gone was her playful teenage tone and instead was the voice of the next Empress of Japan, which was understandable considering what her life was like before Dracula found her and all but gave her a new life.

"If there is a way for you to prevent everyone from knowing what happened, and to cover it up, then perhaps that will make things a lot easier for us." Dracula gently requested.

Toga was silent before she said with a firmness in her voice "I'll see what I can do. When do you need this?"

Dracula looked at his calendar before answering, "In three days time."

Toga didn't even hesitate as she said firmly, "You'll have the full support of the Imperial clan if it means saving one of my people, including a young girls life. Just promise me you'll give her a happy life as you did me when you saved me."

"I swear to it." Dracula said in seriousness. With his decleration, the phone call ended leaving Dracula with much to think on with the short conversation he had with the future Empress of Japan.

Three Days Later

Dracula sat in his limo, looking at his Smith and Wesson Revolver before wiping some gunpowder smudge off of the revolving cylinder. "Are you ready, Stain? This conflict will test all of us." He asked, looking at Stain who was in the driver's seat.

Stain looked up at his boss from the rear view mirror. "Everyone's in position including Joshua while those two Yankees are inching for a fight."

The limo was parked a few blocks away from where the ambush was to happen with Joshua providing overwatch from his perch at a four story parking garage who spoke up with his calm collected voice. "I have a clear view of the road and streets awaiting your order, Mister Tepes." His hand wrapped around the grip of a M110 which was the modern iteration of the AR model 10 chambered in 7.62 nato or for most American markets 308 Winchester looking down a high powered scope watching with pure focus.

Dracula took a quiet deep breath before speaking up. "Let us raise Hell." He said before holstering his pistol and stepping out of the vehicle.

Stain soon followed suit as they waited for the convoy to approach and like clock work the sight of four SUVs with a van in the middle was seen driving down the desolate road not knowing what awaited them.

Slowly they approached the ambush point as Joshua reported. "Targets are hundreds of meters and closing." A few more moments passed. "Fifty meters." Again another moment passed and Joshua reported again as he flicked the safety off his rifle. "Twenty meters, Mister Tepes."

"Fire in ten meters." Dracula ordered before looking at Stain who held a rifle and switched the safety off as well.

There was a tense silence as everyone waited to play their role in this operation and Joshua played his role perfectly as he lined up his sights on the lead SUVs driver side window and for him time seem to slow down as the ticking of a clock played in his ears before he gently squeezed the trigger and ended the drivers life which caused the SUV behind then to rear end the lead vehicle. Clearly they had some plan for this as the rear SUVs and van quickly went into reverse and attempted to drive away only for one of the SDI PTRs to come roaring out of the alleyway and block their escape.

What followed was a symphony of gunfire coming from all sides as they hit the SUVs with everything they had.

Some of the men tried to run out and fight back only to be gunned down with clean and quick precision from Joshua's snipers nest.

The van attempted to escape the chaos, only for the front compartment to be riddled with bullets and even the engine block to all but be killed from the amount of lead that embedded into it.

The ambush lasted all but eight minutes as the last of those who guarded the convoy died attempting to shoot at their elevated positions with a pistol.

Dracula and Stain walked over to the convoy vehicle as his SDI troops checked each vehicle to ensure that no one would ambush them. "Perimeter is secured!" Varney reported to Dracula.

"Keep an eye out, we may have stalled the suits and heroes, but people will come investigate. Joshua, how is it looking from up top?" Dracula asked into his earpiece.

Joshua reported calmly and quickly. "Nothing so far, Mister Tepes, yet that could change."

The savoy siblings were smiling as they both smoked. "Oh my Lord, you know how to show us a good time." Serafine exclaimed with a smile while the barrel of her HCAR still had smoke lingering from the end of its muzzle.

"I aim to entertain." Dracula said before Stain and Varney grabbed a door to the back of the convoy. After a count of three, they opened it and aimed at a man with a plague doctor mask, holding a girl with white hair, a little horn on the right side of her forehead. Dracula pulled his revolver out and pulled the hammer back before aiming it at the man in the mask. "Give us the girl, and we will let you live."

The man growled out with fear. "No! She's important and I know damn well that the boss will do worse than any of you could if I let her go! So back off!" There was a tense standoff as Dracula could see the glint of Joshua's scope showing he was attempting to line up a shot that would end the man's life yet clearly that shot was not lined up.

Even with Joshua's great skills that he has honed over the years as his right hand man, loyal bodyguard, and ever dutiful butler even he would find challenges to his skills, more so with a hostage situation that they all found themselves in.

"And I will not allow her to be tortured anymore. If you value your life, you will let her go now. I'd rather not waste a bullet on someone as minor as you. Let her go, now." Dracula said as he kept his revolver trained on the man.

The little girl was clearly scared as tears leaked out of her eyes with pure fear as Serafine kept her rifle leveled with the man as she spotted softly towards the girl "Hey now chere, everything's gonna be alright."

Only for the hostage taker to yell, "SHUT UP! Here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna back off and I'm gonna walk out of here with this girl." The little girl's eyes looked right at Dracula, her ruby red eyes staring right at him, the eyes of a child stricken with fear, real fear that he had only ever saw once before and it caused his heart to clinch slightly as those eyes reminded him of his son, Izuku.

He looked at her with softened eyes before sighing in disappointment, "I did not want to do this in front of the girl..." He then strangely aimed his revolver to the side of the inside of the vehicle, making the man confused. "The fuck are you-"

Dracula pulled the trigger and the bullet ricocheted from the interior and into the man's head, spraying blood on the scared girl. The hostage taker collapsed against the seat as the girl fell to the floor. Dracula holstered his weapon, which prompted everyone to do the same.

Dracula gently climbed inside and knelt down. "It's alright, dear girl. We're not here to hurt you. We're here to save you." He said in a gentle tone.

The little girl shook and trembled as Serafine came in with a soft blanket and slowly wrapped it around the small child's body. "There we are, chere, just keep your eyes closed, ok?" Softly she spoke as the little girl didn't seem to want to open her eyes as the small child was wrapped up in a blanket like a new born babe as she slowly carried the bundle out from the van.

Soon Varney walked up to Dracula with a soft smile he said towards the man. "I bet it's gonna be a shock to the kid when he wakes up to find he has a little sister." A small smirk played on the corner of his lips.

Dracula chuckled gently before ordering him. "Call it in. We're leaving, and I want security tightened for when the leader retaliates."

"Yes Master." Varney nodded before shouting out orders to get everyone ready.

When news of the attack finally reached the wider world it was seen as mobsters killing mobsters so none really paid much attention to it.

At the Tepes Mansion now turned into a fortress, the little girl, after being cleared by the best doctors on Dracula's payroll, had apparently not come out of the room. She was given yet the food was eaten and her drinks empty which seemed to worry the staff which was why Dracula now stood outside the door to the little girls room.

The King gently knocked on the door, "Dear, may I come in?" It was silent and so Dracula gently opened the door and walked inside to find the girl huddled in a corner of her room. He slowly walked towards her and sat down in front of her. "I promise you, little one. We're not going to hurt you."

She simply curled into a ball and didn't say anything, prompting him to ask. "Would you feel more comfortable speaking to a woman?"

She was silent as within her arms was a stuffed bunny that she clung onto tightly before she asked. "Why did you save me? I'm cursed." Those words the moment they left her mouth were full of pain, true pain showing Dracula how much she viewed herself, that something happened to have the people who held her to cause her to be viewed as if she was like he and his kind.

A cursed being which no child no matter their quirk or even their circumstances should ever have to say about themselves.

Dracula looked at her with sympathetic eyes. "Because you are a child who should not have suffered what you have gone through. It is inhumane. As for you being cursed... The people you were with hates powers. Powers like ours, that's why they called you cursed. I will tell you right now, you are not cursed, you have a gift. You just simply need to learn how to control it."

"What is your name, dear?" He asked gently. "My name is Vlad."

She was silent before she finally answered softly, "Eri." Looking at him she asked, "But how do you know I'm not cursed?"

Dracula sighed with sympathy, "Because I know what being cursed is, child. I and many like me are truly cursed because of what we are, what my kind are." Eri just looked at the tall pale man who had adopted a face of sadness as he slowly leaned his head back against the wall and continued. "For my kind, we can not die as normal humans can, to know that those we love will die of old age while we continue to live. This is what a true curse is, child. The curse of never aging." Eri was silent, still staring at him as the grip on her bunny tightened slightly.

"What you have, the ability to rewind the physical attributes of a person you touch, is special. You can prevent a person from dying, you can rebuild a building that was damaged. There are many ways your gift can aid civilization. However, all we care about right now is you feeling safe, and that includes eating and drinking." Dracula said gently.

Eri was quiet again before she asked, "If I'm not cursed then what am I?"

Dracula smiled as he looked right into those innocent ruby eyes and with conviction he said, "You are blessed Eri. You are blessed with a great gift that can save many."

Slowly he tested the waters as he began to gently take her hand and rub it softly. "In my homeland of Romania, I was like you for a time, I was lost until I was saved. So in turn I did so and shall do so for you Eri for once you were lost until I came to save you."

Eri looked at his hand before looking at him and asked, "H-how?"

Dracula smiled and replied, "By giving you the childhood you deserved, and giving you a true family. One that loves you, and wants you to be happy, to never have to be scared of your power."

Eri looked at Dracula as she asked, "A f-family?"

Dracula nodded. "That's right. A family is more than just being related to one another, it's about being around those who love you, support you, and even when there are days where you cannot stand them, they still love you regardless. It's about who will have your back through every event in your life. That is what makes a family, and I want you to become a part of it."

Eri just nodded as tears slowly trickled down her face which caused Dracula to slowly pull the little girl in a comforting hug as she cried, cried, and cried unleashing all of her emotions into his chest as she held onto him as if he wasn't real all the while he softly rubbed her back.

Dracula gently whispered, "I know... I know... You've suffered so much. Let it all out. I will be here for you always, Eri." His undead heart broke with each passing minute that she cried and let it all out.

After what felt like hours the poor girl cried herself to sleep as Dracila gently laid the girl down on her new bed and made sure the rabbit was tucked in her small still bandaged arms.

With a soft smile he places a kiss on her head before he leaves and softly closes the door behind him with the hall full of his servants who had all stayed nearby in case he had need of them.

Dracula looked at his servants and ordered, "Do not crowd her, speak to her gently, and if she needs me, come to me directly." Before walking away to begin preparations on adopting little Eri. Which was very easy yet at the same time a shock for the man as eri was not in any database, no birth records, nothing which meant that to the world Eri Curie Tepes would be seen as his and Kaina's legitimate daughter.

Of course, the middle name caused Kaina, who was on board for being the little girl's mother even if adopted, to ask her future husband, "Why Curie?"

Dracula smiled as he answered, "Because much like Eri, Maria Curie was a woman of greatness who helped discover radiation and the effects it had as well as the medical benefits it could be used for."

"You sweet man." Kaina said with a smile before laying her head on his shoulder. Dracula smiled and wrapped an arm around her shoulder and rubbed it gently with his thumb.

"Vlad, promise me one thing." Kaina gently requested. Dracula looked towards her as she looked at him with hardened eyes of anger. "When the bastard that did this to Eri comes... I want to be the one to finish him off."

Dracula smiled, not completely surprised at her motherly instincts already kicking in. "As you wish, my love."

Kaina softly took his face and forced him to look her in the eyes "No, I need you to swear to me Vlad." Her eyes held fury, not just one of a new mother, but one of a mother of two children who have been hurt, their children who have been hurt and it's clear she was wanting revenge.

Dracula had a serious look on his face as he replied, "I swear to you, Kaina."

With his declaration, she laid her head on his chest as she spoke in an almost whisper, "I can't Vlad. I can't let them get hurt like this again. Not our son, not our new daughter. Never again, Vlad."

He raked his fingers through her purple hair and kissed her head. "I know. I can't let it happen either, and I will ensure that all of Japan sees the vermin's mangled corpse."

She just nodded before the doors opened and Joshua walked in. "I am sorry to disturb the Master and Mistress' private moments but I must bring forth a protest of that… that harlot who dares to call herself a woman." Clearly this was going to be fun as Karine couldn't help but stifle a giggle.

"Joshua, who are you talking about?" Asked Kaina who clearly knew who but wanted to see how this was going to be explained.

Joshua almost shouted but kept his rather controlled emotions as he almost exclaimed "That harlot Serafine Savoy and her unproven hoodoo voodoo. I have gone on record many times to show why she must go but the most recent… actions she has taken upon me before the rescue of young mistress Tepes has begun to hinder my abilities to conduct myself as your butler."

Dracula chuckled gently, "Joshua, I want you to take a deep breath and explain to me your grievances."

Joshua breathed as he explained, "Master Tepes. That woman has filled my every waking moment, my body trembles when she's near, and most of all, my logical reasoning seems to all but stop whenever she speaks, teases, and outright flirts with me. Even after she forced me to have intercourse with her."

"Did you enjoy it?" Asked karina with a slight grin playing in the corners of her lips.

"I… I beg your pardon, Mistress?" Asked a clearly confused Joshua.

"Did you enjoy the intercourse?" Kaina asked once more.

"I... Won't deny, it was most assuredly enjoyable, but I don't see how that-" Joshua said before being interrupted by Dracula.

"Joshua, what you're experiencing is infatuation. You're infatuated with Serafina." Dracula explained with amusement.

Joshua looked at his master and mistress and began the first stage, denial. "I... no, that can't be. We are completely different in personality, she's not professional, she's brutish, deep in her inane belief in an unproven field that has no scientific or logical backing."

Kaina giggles a little. "Yet you can't stop thinking about her, can you?"

"Well yes but-"

"Despite how much she infuriates you, you like her quite a lot, yes?" Dracula asked.

Joshua was silent for a moment before he seemed to find himself in a chair across from his seated master and mistress. "I… I… Oh God I do. But that is. I am someone who is of logic, precision, and very definition of critical in character and yet to be attracted to someone as… as brash as that woman is… is so illogical."

"Emotions will always be illogical, however it is a vital aspect of human life. And love is something that can not be explained. If you wish for my advice, speak with her about it. Communication will forever be the most vital part of a relationship. So speak with her, and go at it from there." Dracula explained to his butler.

Joshua breathed before he adjusted his glasses. "Very well, if it is as you say Master Tepes, I shall endeavor to attempt to navigate these new emotions as a means to not let them hinder my ability to continue as your ever dutiful servant."

Dracula chuckled and shook his head, "Joshua, this won't hinder your ability. You're simply dealing with new feelings. Now go and talk to her."

Joshua nodded and stood up from the chair before walking away to find Serafina. Dracula decided to make sure she didn't do anything magical to make Joshua fall in love with her. He pulled out his phone and texted her.

Serafina, I need you to give me a straight answer. Did you use any of your spells to make Joshua fall in love with you?

The text he got back calmed his nerves.

Course not, Mama didnt raise no date rape daugther or son. Besides, he needed to loosen up, too tightly wound but worry night king I'll have him learn how to have fun like only we Americans can.

Dracula already knew that woman had an uphill battle with how well he rebuilt and trained Joshua so it was a good challenge to see if she could break the mold he created and if Joshua found honest happiness then that was a plus for him.

Good. I had to ensure this was natural. He pocketed his phone and looked at Kaina with a chuckle. "This will certainly be entertaining to watch develop."

Kaina nodded, "He's going to be wrapped around her fingers, I'm sure of it."

"Or perhaps they'll be something of a switch." He chuckled.

Kaina nods before Inko all but busted down their door. "Izuku! Doctors! Quick!" Was all she could get out before she rushed down to the room Izuku was being housed in within the mansion.

Dracula and Kaina immediately stood up and followed Inko into the room. Kaina gasped, "Izuku!?"

"What happened to him!?" Dracula exclaimed.

Inko, still moving along with Stain and even Joshua and a maid who was carrying Eri all moved in one direction. "The doctors said he's waking up! Our baby boy is waking up!" Inko replied.

Everyone's eyes widened and continued to move further down into the mansion. Eri then asked, "Papa? What's happening?"

Dracula stopped and looked towards Eri and gently took her from the maid. "You're going to meet your big brother."

Eri looked curious at him, even tilting her head as the family dog and Izuku's battle brother seemed to run towards the room. Upon their arrival, they came upon the sight of Izuku now covered in bandages instead of a full body cast which caused eri to ask, "My big brother is a mummy?"

Dracula had a small chuckle before explaining. "No no, Eri. He's healing from a villain attack at his school."

"V-villain attack." She asked scared before stain spoke up "Yeah kiddo, but your big brother was brave, he stood there in his knight armor and kept fighting to make sure people were safe."

"My big brother is a knight?" She asked as her small time with her new family had allowed her to learn new concepts from Europe thanks to stories being read to her about knights in shining armor. In her young mind she imagined her big brother in shining armor fighting atop a mighty horse against monsters and dragons.

"Yes. He's the bravest knight I've ever trained." Dracula said with a smile before looking at Izuku, confident that he would wake up. He even looked at the silver medal arm that had replaced his damaged right arm. The arm was composed of Titanium, with carbon fiber synthetic muscle tendons underneath the silver plating and blue lights around the joints.

Soon movement began to stir which caused both Izuku's mothers to grasp his hands as Inko all but shouted, "Izuku baby! Mommy's here!"

Izuku's eyes slowly opened as he looked around in a daze. "Mo-Mom?" His vision was blurry, therefore he could not see anyone clearly.

Kaina nodded with Inko as both had tears rolling down their cheeks "Yes Izuku, we're here."

"Whe...Where am I?" Asked the raspy voice of Izuku as Stain quickly got a glass of water and a straw which Inko took and put it to his dry lips. "You're home sweetie, drink slowly."

Izuku groaned, his eyes squinting due to his blurry vision. He wrapped his lips around the straw and began to suck down the water, like he was in the desert for weeks.

Soon after he emptied the cup his bed was adjusted so he was sitting up before his vision finally came to and he saw something he didn't expect, a little girl with hair white as snow and a horn on her head. "Moms, Dad. Who is she?"

Kaina smiled, "Izuku, meet your baby sister, Eri Curie Tepes."

Izuku's eyes widened as he exclaimed, "You and mother Kaina had a baby!? How long was I in a coma!? What day is it!? What year!?" Kaina and Inko tried their best but they started to giggle abit as Stain answered in a joking manner. "Four years, your dad is the new ambassador for Romania."

"Oh knock it off." Dracula lightly admonished Stain before answering Izuku's questions, "You've only only been in a coma for about two weeks."

Izuku was gonna react to that when he looked at his right arm, to realize it was not made out of metal instead of flesh. "What... What happened?" He closed and opened his fist to see how responsive the arm was. It was almost like the real arm.

Inko wanted to cry again as she explained, "Your arm was... Too damaged for the doctors to save. They had to amputate it."

"And I called the scientists and engineers at I-Island to create your arm with the best features." Dracula said, kneeling down next to his bed so Eri could see him.

"Hey there, Eri... Must be... A terrible time for us to meet, yeah?" Izuku asked with a weak chuckle.

Eri just looked at Izuku curious as she asked, "Will you still be a knight?"

Izuku looked at his new little sister and with a smile, he nodded slowly. "Of course, nothing will stop me from protecting people."

"Aside from your upset mom telling you to stay in bed because of your injuries." Stain commented.

Both Inko and Kaina chuckled a little as did Izuku before Eri asked, "Does that mean Papa is a king?"

Now everyone looked at Eri as Inko asked, "why do you think Papa is a King, sweetie?"

Eri, with her pure innocence, answered honestly, "Because big brother is a knight and only kings and queens have knights."

Dracula chuckled, "You are correct Eri. I happen to rule a little country called Romania."

Eri tried out the word, "Ro...Ro...Romana."

Kaina chuckles "Romania, sweetie. Ro-Man-I-A"

Eri tried again, "Ro. Man. Ni. A. Romania. ROMANIA!" Throwing her arms up with a bright smile as she finally got the word right.

"That's right. Well done." Dracula praised her with a bright smile. Izuku looked at his little sister with a bright smile. He then looked to his arm before asking his father, "Dad... Do you think you could tell my friends that I'm ok?"

Dracula looked at him with soft eyes and nodded, "Of course son. Now, you relax. You may have woken up, but you still have a while to recover, you understand?" His son nodded and laid his head squarely on the pillow and sighed gently.

Izuku soon brought his regular hand to his face as he said with a sigh. "Dad… I know I was reckless but..." Izuku was silent before he collected his courage and asked, "Were my actions held to the standard of our code?" Eri was confused as to what her big brother was referring to but her papa knew what he was asking.

For Dracula his son was asking him as his Father, Lord, and Knight Commander if he had upheld the Knight's code of the Tepes Knights with the actions which lead him to such a state of being that laid in the bed before him.

Dracula placed a gentle hand on his son's shoulder. "You went above and beyond what our code calls for, son. When you have finished healing, you will be inducted into the rank of Knight. Not to mention, the Royal Empress wishes to make you an official Samurai due to your brave actions."

Everyone's eyes, except for Eri's, widened as Izuku exclaimed, "The Empress!? She wishes for me to become a samurai!? Under whose clan!? I… I..."

Stain nodded, "He's right because he'd be seen as a Ronin if he's not a part of any clan boss! Unless… No… No way."

Kaina looked at Vlad as she asked, "You don't think she wishes our son to be a Samurai of the Imperial Clan, do you!?"

"I believe she does." Dracula said with a nod.

This news caused poor Izuku to faint as a soft thud was heard of his head connecting with the pillow as Inko just looked at Izuku's fainted form and with a smile said to everyone present. "I believe he took the news well."

"Yes I believe he did. Let us leave him be." Dracula said with a chuckle before looking at his butler. "Joshua, please contact Izuku's friends so that they may come over and see them. We'll give them temporary access to the mansion."

Joshua bows slightly before he left to make the calls needed. Of course while they left, Izuku went to sleep and Eri looked up at Dracula and asked, "If you're a King does that make me a princess?"

He looked at her with a smile. "Yes it does, and I will make sure you are the prettiest princess in all of Japan and Romania." He ruffled her hair gently. "How about some food, are you hungry?"

She nodded as her father, the King walked with her off towards the dining room all the while the world seemed to be at peace.

Yet none would know the turbulent years that were to come, a rivalry that was stuff of legends, embers of war that were slowly being stoked. Yet for the Tepes family, it would be peaceful and the moments they have together will be cherished.

But that is a story for another day…
