Hey everyone! I'm finally back with a new chapter! I've mostly been working on "Ludwig's Empire" and "Serene Isles", but I'm still gonna work on this :) My mom was also on vacation last week, so I wasn't able to write for a bit. But now I can write again :D I hope this chapter is better than the original!
Disclaimer: I only own my FCs!
"Bowser?" A voice said. The young Koopa didn't stay anything.
"...Bowser?" The person repeated. Silence. Growling, they began to yell.
"Bowsie!" The Koopa prince snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the Koopa in front of him.
"Huh? What? Did ya say something, sis?" Bowser asked. Clawdeen, Bowser's younger sister, sighed as she sat next to him and adjusted her glasses.
"Bowser, is something wrong? You've been acting pretty weird these past three weeks." Clawdeen replied.
Bowser rubbed the back of his head. "Well, there is something on my mind."
"Really? What is it?" Clawdeen asked.
Bowser sighed and stared at a book sitting on the table in front of them.
"Well, three weeks ago, I was hanging out with Clawdia." Bowser started.
"Yeah?" Clawdeen asked, wanting him to continue.
"We were talking and, well she told me...she told me that she's pregnant." Bowser finally said. Clawdeen gasped and stared at her older brother.
"You...you two are having a baby?" She whispered. As Bowser nodded, Clawdeen squealed.
"Oh my gosh! I'm gonna be an auntie!" She cheered.
"Clawdeen! We're too young to be parents! We're still teens! Late teens, but still teens!" Bowser exclaimed.
"You're right, Bowsie. But, you guys will be ok. Everyone will help you guys out. Plus, we're royalty! We have enough coins to financially take care of the baby." Clawdeen said.
"Heh yeah. I just can't believe it! I mean, Clawdia and I? Parents? I do want kids, but I never thought it'd be so soon."
"This is so amazing! I honestly thought you two would get married and become king and queen first, but this is still exciting!"
Bowser stared at the book again and began to get lost in his thoughts.
"Married. Me and Clawdia, married..." Bowser smiled more and more at the thought of marrying his girlfriend.
Bowser grabbed his sister's shoulders and looked at her with the biggest grin she's ever seen.
"Sis, you're a genius!" Bowser exclaimed.
"Huh? What do you mean?" She asked.
"Clawdia and I should get married!" Bowser replied.
"Well, do you think you're ready for it? I mean, marriage is very serious, Bowsie." Clawdeen explained.
"I know I'm ready! I'm gonna get Kamek and Kammy to find a ring for her and I'll ask Clawdia." Bowser said, still grinning.
Clawdeen gave him a small smile. "Well, good luck, Bowsie."
"Wow! It's so pretty!" Clawdeen said as she stared at the diamond ring inside of a small box Bowser held in his hand.
"Yeah. You think Clawdia will like it?" Bowser asked.
"Of course! She's gonna love it! So when do you plan on asking her?" Clawdeen replied.
"Huh. I, uh, I never thought about that." Bowser sighed and began to think.
"You're still throwing that party next Saturday, right?" He asked.
"Yeah. Why?" Clawdeen replied.
"I think I'll ask her then." Bowser smirked.
The night of the party finally arrived and the royal siblings were greeting the guests who were arriving. Clawdeen grinned when she saw her boyfriend, Langston, enter the ballroom.
"Langston! You made it!" Clawdeen said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Hahaha! Of course I'd be here, sweetie." Langston replied. Clawdeen giggled and played with his green locs.
Bowser walked over to Clawdia, who now had her pink hair in a long braid.
"You look great." He said.
"Thanks! So do you." Clawdia replied.
"So, how are you feeling?" Bowser asked.
"Still got morning sickness, but I'm alright." Clawdia smiled.
"Come on, guys! Let's dance!" Clawdeen called out to them.
Bowser took Clawdia's hand and walked over to the others.
Everyone was having a great time at the party. Some were still dancing, while others were talking with their friends or eating. Clawdeen and Langston were sitting with Bowser and Clawdia, but decided to dance again. Clawdia chuckled as she watched the two dancing and laughing together.
"They're so sweet together!" She smiled as she watched them.
"Heh yeah. I'm glad Langston treats my sister right." Bowser replied.
"You know, I can see those two getting married someday." Clawdia smiled.
Hearing that made Bowser remember the ring. He cleared his throat and began to speak.
"Hey Clawdia. Can I talk to you alone for a sec?" Bowser asked.
"Oh sure thing." The couple got up and walked out of the ballroom and into the hall.
"What did you want to talk about, Bowser?" Clawdia asked.
"Uh...Well."
"Come on, Bowser!" You got this!" He thought.
"I bought you something." Bowser said as he reached into his shell.
Clawdia grew more curious as she saw the small box in Bowser's hand. She then gasped as she watched Bowser get down on his knee.
"Oh my gosh..." She whispered.
"Clawdia, I wanna be with you and I want us to raise our kid together. Will you marry me?" Bowser asked.
"Bowser...Yes! Yes I will marry you!" Clawdia cheered. Grinning, Bowser put the ring on Clawdia's finger, stood up, and gave Clawdia a kiss.
"I love you, Bowser." Clawdia said as she hugged him.
"I love you too, Clawdia." Bowser replied, hugging her back.
"Let's go back to the party. I can't wait to see Clawdeen's reaction when I show her the ring." Clawdia giggled.
"Hehe alright." Bowser chuckled and the two walked back inside of the ballroom.
I hope this chapter was alright. I'm not sure when I'll work on the next one, but hopefully it won't be too long!
