After Psykos flies away from the city she destroyed, she lands on a building where she vomits out her lunch

Soon after, she go to the abandoned city, and there she found the underground city for her to create her monster army.
For the first 2 weeks izuka would try and experiment many animals, plants, and random items, all of her experiments were failing, she was having a few money left she wouldn't survive for another week, she decided to walk more into underground city in there she found an underground mining were there many gems like diamonds, rubies, and gold, she would sell them at a jewelry store next city over, with all the money she would buy many things to support her and her project with all her money well spent she made a better labatory deep underground in there she finally made the source to create monsters, which was a pulsating organic lump of flesh and is roughly the size of a normal human hand, then she would make her first monster which was an stray dog that she outside looking for scraps, it grow extremely large and she named him Overgrown rover,
With her success, she decided to call the fleshy lump of the cell, the monster cell, and she tested on the cells on how would a being consumed it. She cooked it and gave it to animals, which led the animal to have diarrhea, then she would would squeeze the juice out of the monster cell and put it in a dropper or a spray bottle, there she would spray onto many plant life and objects, where they all turned into monsters, then she decided it was time for her to get humans to see how would it work on them, psykos made many pamphlet and give to it to people who seem like the lower class of society, she told them her name and told them if they come with her they receive strength, food and place to rest.
they were persistent at first, but then they ate the monster cell and transformed themselves into monsters. 20 of them tried to attack Psykos to show dominance of strength but stop them by crushing them flat on the floor, killing them instantly.
"So this is what going to happens when you try to surpass me?" said psykos
"We would never surpass lady Psykos since you give us opportunity we will serve you to the very end," said a female humanoid monsters with blonde hair
"And will kill if necessary," said another female humanoid monster with electrical powers with drums surrounding her, with the others agreeing with her

"I'm hayaki kaminari." Said the one with electrical powers
"Me, I'm akemi kayama," said the female humanoid monster
"So, are you related to midnight or something?" Question Psykos to akemi
"The bitch is nothing but my aunt she was supposed to take care of me, when my parents die to a villain attack that she was responsible for letting the villain out of her watch, she promise them that she would take care of me, but no she neglected me and told me to have the apartment clean since she has to bring in guests, which is bunch of guy to gangbang her, i had enough of her and decided to leave, I decided to get a job but no one would hired me cause i was quirkless, but that's when i met you" explained akemi

"You see, when I created the monsters cell, the cell will change everything inside the body, changing it into a stronger body and new abilities that can not be detained with anti-quirk materials and besides your powers can not be stolen or erase or copy matter in fact" explained psykos
"So that means I have powers?" Said akemi as tries feel her power then grabs a rope laying around and use it as a wip and swings it around and hit some monsters turning them into her slave, she excited about her powers

Good, now that all of you are no longer humans, you will have no names forgetting about your old life cause here is your new life, and your purpose is to protect and serve the monster queen, under" Yelled out Psykos as they cheered for her
"I want my name to be maiko plasma," said hayaki, who changed her name to maiko Plasma
"I would like to be called Do-s," explained akami, who changed her name into Do-s
"Ok then, We going to have our first meeting and after that I want some of you to go out there and give out invitation to anyone strong for our new organization, and they don't join force them no matter what, but guessing that only do-s can do that better" said psykos

Psykos then told them to go much deeper underground there were going to have their very first meeting, in there was around 238 monsters gathered around to hear what their leader had to say, and then came out Psykos wearing a long white dress with a black square part covering her stomach area with snake patterns around her waist, along with golden snake earing but dress did not hide her very developed body then she began her speech
"All of you been beaten, ridiculed, and neglected by others just because you had a weak quirk, a mutation quirk, and lastly, you were just quirkless, but that day has ended cause we no longer humans, we are monsters and we don't listen to rules of this humans especially the heroes who say they would help the defenseless but only help the strong" Yelled psykos as bunch of monsters began to agree with her then she spoke again,"Hypocrisy and Arrogants is what runs the hero association and that should be destroyed and the only to destroy something is by the inside, when we attack, you will all attack city's and fight those heroes cause they are weak against us"
"What if we face the S-rank heroes, they are much stronger than us?" said a random monster
"That is a good question. That is why I will have the strongest monsters as my generals. They would do the most dangerous job of killing the top strongest heroes, " explained Psykos
"So who would be you're general's?" Asked a random monster
"You see when you ate the monster's cell, I sense of how strong a monster is, so I decided to make a category of the danger level for a monster" explained psykos as the monsters were interested in, just then Psykos show them the tier list, "here is the threat level for us monsters from the bottom to the strongest"

The monsters saw the list, and they were afraid when they saw the threat-level God and wonder who could be in that level must stronger than anyone on this earth they all thought, soon images of monsters appeared on screen showing which disaster level they belong to and the results were in 90 wolf-level, 80 tiger-level, 64 demon-level and 4 dragon-level monsters
"Now then, I want those who are Dragon-level to come front and center," said psykos as 4 monsters appeared one look like a disheveled-looking human male. He had long, unkempt black hair and a short beard, and he had bags under his eyes. His shabby outfit consisted of a dark tracksuit along with a pair of fingerless gloves, a tattered cape tied around his neck, and a small crown on his head. The second one was a tall, obese, ugly man with grotesque facial features, where he dresses in a dark middle school uniform, although the jacket is too small for his large belly. The third one was an odd-looking humanoid monster of diminutive stature. He has a completely black body and a pale, white face with black eyes and a tail-like protrusion on the top of his head. The last one was Overgrown Rover , whose appearance was very large, black, a six-eyed dog monster.
"So we're your generals or something," said the small black humanoid monster
"Oh yes, you are, but you are not called generals but cadres, so tell what are names," said Psykos
"Names homeless emperor," the homeless-looking human monster
"Black sperm and don't even think about looking down me," said the short black Teletubby monster who glared at the other monsters
"Fuhrer ugly, but hey, you're a pretty woman, I bet you never suffer in your entire life," said the ugly humanoid monster as he was slammed to wall
Psykos, with a strong surrounding her, looked angry at Fuhrer ugly and told him, "Say one word of me living a peaceful life, I ripped that ugly ass face and shoved it up your ass. "
Fuhrer ugly understands and nods his head quickly while black sperm is laughing his ass off when further ugly gets his ass handle
"You want to laugh at me, peap-squek how about you come here and fight me," said Fuhrer ugly
"So you're looking down, how about I beat some sense into you," said black sperm as he extends his body into a giant muscular arm
They both charge at each other, causing a shock wave through the base. Fuhrer grabbed Black S head and slammed to the ground but didn't notice a clone of black sperm behind him kicking him on the head and flying through the wall

" Oh, I'm still not done with you yet," said Fuhrer ugly
as he punched the floor cause it to shake the floor as black sperm tried to hold still but noticed Fuhrer ugly trying to tackle him but jumped out of the way, but black sperm and Fuhrer ugly got hit by an tiny energize orb causing a small explosion
"Hey, what the hell was that for said black sperm who was yelling at homeless emperor
"You two were getting annoying, and beside I don't think ms Psykos seems happy," said homeless emperor as points toward psykos who is more angry and annoyed
"Thank you, homeless emperor, now let's continue our introduction. The big Black dog you see behind you is the first monster I created his name is Overgrown Rover, and he is going to the guard dog of this place, so I would mess with him, now you can all explore the blase, also I want some of you to go give out invitation to our group secretly"
The monsters nodded and went to do their job, psykos went to her labs and thought of a plan for her infatrading the hero association and destroying from the inside. She was watching the news about the city she destroyed 2 weeks ago talking about not having enough funds for the repair and donations of food and shelter to the people that lost their home, then it hits psykos with an idea she would be the hero for this people not knowing that she cause their problem, so problem solved on her behalf

After Assmight gave Ofa to izumi and went off to train for Ofa on the beach, they were coming back by city but notice it was attack by someone with lots of heroes helping out people out of the destroyed buildings and paramedic helping the injured, Toshino went to his Assmight form and went to help and see what happened along with Tatsumaki, while izumi stayed in the car looking at all the destruction
"FEAR not for I am here," shouted Assmight as he did his superhero landing
" All-might , it's great to see. You can help us here, " said a random hero who was trying to lift off a giant piece of wall off of a woman's leg
Assmight went to help the woman and lifted the wall off of her. The woman thanked Allmight and was taken to the medics
Tatsumaki was lifting the heavy buildings up, so the heroes go and help those that were stuck after everyone was rescued, Allmight spotted his friend Detective naomasa, who was getting information from people of what happened
"Hey naomasa, can you tell me what happened here?" Ask Allmight
"Well, apparently, someone used their quirk, which was most likely a esper type quirk and made a huge mess in the city, killing and injuring lot's of civilians and killing 10 pro heroes and cameras were destroyed along with its memory to see who attacked" said Detective naomasa
"So it was a villain attack, so how many deaths?" Asked Allmight
"About 931 people have died, but one of the bodies seemed to be not like the others," said Naomasa
"What do you mean?" Question Allmight
"The person was killed like she pop leaving only her clothes and part of her blood, we did dna test to see who she was and your not going to like what you going to hear" said naomasa
"Hey, dad, so what happened here?" Question izumi along with inko who come floating down

Izumi, who was starting off to deep space and have memory flashbacks of her bullying her sister along with her friends and telling her to kill herself as her lips started to whimper she led tearful cry
"My sister is dead, and it's all my fault, please I sorry izuka, please forgive your stupid sister, I'm sorry that I broke your trust."
Allmight I just standing there, gritting his teeth cause of his stupidity cause he remembered that he was quirkless and destroyed his second daughter's dream of becoming a hero by not giving her Ofa as he punches a wall leaving a spider crack on the wall Allmight just cuss, " Shit, damn it how can I be number 1 hero if can't protect my very own child
Naomasa was watching yagi, who liked they were having so much regret of one of their daughters' death, he wanted to ask questions right now, but let them have their family mourning
After that, the yagi went off to their home and went to check on Izuka's room, which was the basement and how it was destroyed along with her hero collection of themselves now knowing that she must have heard about their secret and One for All.
The news of izuka yagi was killed along with 930 people in a mysterious villain attack. It was enounce to her own school some people were glad that she was finally gone from this world while others were having a bit of regret of what they done here and those people were the main bullys
"Damn it nerd your we'rent supposed to died," said Katsuki, who was hugging his sister Katsumi was was tearing up on his shoulder
Shoto and shoka were having regret cause they remember how they were 3 years old and burned on their eyes. By accident, they were bullied by some older kid calling them names, but izuka stood up against them, telling them a hero would stand up against anyone, one who go to hurt someone appearance
They started to shed a tear, knowing that they betrayed her after she was announced quirkless

"I'm saying we should break up cause we were only dating just to make izuka miserable and didn't think I like you a lot for us to date. Don't worry, we can still be friends, " said izumi

A week later, a small funeral was held for izuka with the yagi, bakugo, and todoroki family along with Grand torino to attend the funeral service. The todoroki and bakugo family Grand torino were not talking to the yagi cause they were told how they treated her and knowing that their children also attended these treatments. After that, they bury the empty tomb underneath with sadness and regret hitting the yagi hard. They don't know that a monster was created by their own neglect and abuse.
