He floated in the air as summons multiple energize balls sent them in the city, destroying a bunch of buildings and killing a few hundred people, people we're in panic running away from the danger, heroes we're helping them out of danger, energize ball hit near them killing another thousand more, heroes went to stop vaccine-man
"You there villain, put your hands up and comply, then you will not stay longer in prison," shouted a random hero
Vaccine man just looked at the hero and thrown an energized ball at him, leaving only the bottom part of his body. The heroes were frightened by the vaccine-man quirk, which they don't know that he does not have a quirk, 20 heroes went to attack until a S-class heroes came, they attack vaccine man but their quirk attack were nothing but an itch, as vaccine man transformed his arm into a giant one and swipe half of the heroes killing them and for the rest of the heroes he them with his energize ball

Then, a father and mother noticed that their daughter was not with them. They were about to get out to help their daughter, but they were held back by the people telling them that it is dangerous to go outside
"NO OUR DAUGHTER IS OUTSIDE, WE GOT TO HELP HERE," said the father, crying, desperately trying to escape the people grasp on him

With Group 2, they were running the opposite way, as explosion were surrounding them hitting on buildings, which huge bolders fell on some people, then vaccine-man shot energize ball coming straight at them, a man use a force field quirk on a little girl who was looking for her mama and papa

Evrything was destroyed for 30 miles, with only a little girl who survived thanks to a force field that a person sacrificed for her. The little girl was frightened to see everything destroyed, and she started to cry, thinking that her parents were part of the casualties

Watching through all this destruction was a small eye monster with wing
"Hyo hyo, it's like vaccine-man did a huge mess on the city, I wonder which s-class hero is coming to fight him, oh i sense strong Aura coming from different areas coming straight to vaccine-man and I know that aura anywhere," said the little small eye monster as it goes straight to the Aura that it knows
Vaccine-man, who was standing behind the crying little girl, extended this arm into a giant arm over the little girl as he was about to crush the little girl. He gets kicked in the face
"LUNA RUSH," said mirko as she landed a straight kick to vaccine-man face
Kamui Wood uses his quirk to grab the little girl from harms way
Mirko did a cartwheels kick to vaccine-man who got annoyed by it and grab mirko leg and throw her away, mirko landed and charged straight at vaccine-man throwing kicks at him
Vaccine-man was about to grab her but was held by wood made by kamui wood, mirko jumped straight up in the air and did a luna fall onto vaccine-man face, creating a huge crater not knowing that that was just knee scraped
"Hah, beat that villain. Your scummy ass is going straight to Tartarus. " Said mirko looking at vaccine-man who was pretending to be knocked-out
"Mirko, we need to hold him for a moment until the others come," said kamui as he put a quirk-canceling handcuffs on vaccine-man
"Alright, man, this guy was weak. I expected him to be strong, I'm gonna go check the little girl. It seems like she was the only survival, " said mirko
"Okay," said kamui Wood as he noticed a small light orb going straight at mirko, who was picking up the little girl
"SHIIIIT, MIRKO WATCH OUT," shouted kamui Wood as he ran towards Mirko and the little girl and pushed them out of the way as the light orb hits him

The explosion hit kamui Wood he was seriously injured with 3rd degree burns and broken bones
Mirko was shocked to see what happened and saw the villain walking towards her. Her animal instant was telling her to run away, but she put those thoughts inside cause she was an S-rank hero for crying out loud.
She put the little girl down as she sped up to vaccine-man to give a hard kicked at him, but vaccine-man grabbed mirko leg and squeezed them, breaking her leg.

She screamed in pain and was body slammed to the floor, vaccine-man grabbed the other leg, and broke it,
"AAAAAAHHHHH! PLEASE STOP, " screamed out mirko, laying around crying in pain
"You heroes are weak, I was informed that you were an S-rank hero, but no, you're just a weak human that is clogging the air from Mother Earth, and now monster will come and rule this earth with our king ruling over it" said vaccine-man
Mirko was listening to this villain talking about that he's not human and Monsters, saying that his king will rule the world. She is wondering who this guy boss is
"You seem to have a strong will. Why don't you join us so you can become even stronger than you are? " said vaccine-man as he got spit in the face by mirko
"Fuck off I ain't joining your circus freak" said mirko smirking
"Fine then, death it is" said vaccine-man as he kicked mirko stomach vomiting out blood and landing next to the little girl
Vaccine-man walking towards mirko like she was wounded animal, mirko was trying to get up to escape but remember the little girl next to her who was still knocked out, mirko notice a shadow over them and see vaccine-man turn huge and about to slam on them, mirko put her whole body to protect the little girl, as the foot comes slamming down on them they don't notice that hero that nobody has come to save the day
Vaccine-man lifts up his foot to see the dead hero but doesn't see any bloody and turns around and sees a bald man with a yellow bodysuit with a red cape, gloves and boots, this was Saitama the strongest hero in the world carrying both mirko and little girl who are both knocked and putting them down
"You're a fast one, who are you" Asked vaccine-man
"I'm just a hero for fun" said Saitama giving his famous poker face as his cape is flying in the air
"WHAT TYPE OF ASS STORY IS THAT, YOU THINK IS JOKED, I AM VACCINE-MAN I WAS CREATED TO DESTROYED HUMANS CAUSE OF THEIR POLLUTION AND YOU'RE HERE FOR FUN FOR FUN, WELL DO I EXPECTED FROM A DUMB BALD PER- screamed out vaccine-man turns into a huge monster with tusk and spikes on him, he didn't finish his speech as he punch exploding into pieces dying
