Business has been slow for Dodger, Tramp and Pongo as mobile mechanics. One day, their lives will forever be changed in the automotive world all because of a police chase. Watch as they encounter tougher and more skilled racers, use their technical skill to build race winning cars, and grow as a family. Rated T for language and minor violence.

After witnessing a street race, Dodger discovers the hidden car enthusiast within him. However, his new found hobby is yet to be tested from both the police, crime bosses, and his family. A story based off of the 1988 Disney film "Oliver and Company" with elements from action shows and movies involving racing and cartoon characters from other Disney and non-Disney movies.
