What happened to the Falcones since they were left in the Greater North? Set twelve years after the series finale, Jimmy decides to return to his life of crime, make some cash, and return to NY or die trying. Unfortunately for the Falcones, however, Jimmy's past might finally catch up with them and leave a trail of blood in its path.
