"Come back here, you rogue heretic!" Xenovia exclaimed as she leapt through the air, Freed grinning as he swung the Excalibur fusion and disappeared into thin air. She frowned before she spun her Excalibur Destruction and smashed it into the ground, a destructive explosion ripping through the ground and sending a dust cloud into existence.
"Xenovia! You okay?!" Irina shouted as she ran towards the cloud before her eyes widened and she slid across the ground on her knees, barely ducking a quick slice towards her neck before the sword in her grasp turned into a whip and she swung it in a wide circle around her.
Freed growled as he parried the blade away from him, jumping back as Xenovia's blade crashed into the ground where he previously stood before he gasped as a heavy punch smashed into his back.
Issei grinned at the glare Freed aimed at him before he leapt back as the priest swung his blade in a flurry behind him, his grin widening and Freed's eyes widening as Tomoe appeared besides him and swung her katana.
Freed stifled his scream as her katana sliced deep into his chest before he wheezed for air as Tsubasa appeared from besides him and smashed a hook into his wound, sending him skidding head over heels across the ground.
'It was a good idea to give each of them a double boost and make the ambush plan.' Issei thought with a smirk as he watched Tsubasa and Tomoe stare at their bodies in surprise before they grinned as they waited for the priest to get back up.
Thank the Satans Kuroka and Isaiah forced him to learn some strategy during that year of training with Buddha.
"Wow~" Irina said in awe as she watched the devils systematically take out Freed in quick succession, Xenovia grumbling under her breath about 'interrupting fiends' before they all watched as a bloody Freed stood up from the ground, using the Excalibur blades as a cane as he glared at them with a snarl.
"You…fuckers…have pissed me off…for the last…fucking…time!" He roared before their eyes widened as he disappeared, reappearing in front of Tomoe as he swung his blade towards her neck.
He snarled as Issei appeared in front of her, covered in a bright emerald glow as he blocked the blade with his Boosted Gear before gasping as Tomoe spun around him and cleanly sliced his sword arm off at the shoulder.
He stared in shock at the missing limb before gasping in pain as Tsubasa appeared behind him and landed a roundhouse to the back of his head, disorienting him just in time as Irina appeared above him and smashed a glowing hammer into his skull, burying him into the ground head-first.
"Whew~! Hammer for the win!" She exclaimed with a happy smile, Issei and Xenovia rolling their eyes as Tomoe giggled and Tsubasa shook her head.
"Irina, please calm down." Xenovia muttered as she reached for the fused Excalibur on the ground and picked it up, putting it in a pocket dimension before grabbing Freed by the leg and dragging him behind her.
"Let's go before that Azathoth fiend finishes his battle." She said as she picked up Excalibur Destruction and walked towards the main gate, Irina skipping after her as the three devils just stared at them.
"A fun one, isn't she?" Issei said with a smirk, Tsubasa just nodding and Tomoe giggling before they followed them.
Xenovia, Irina, Issei, Tomoe & Tsubasa vs Freed:

A few moments earlier:
"Remember! Keep together and work together!" Isaiah shouted, all of the devils nodding as they readied themselves before they attacked.
Isaiah bolted forward through the Fallen army and towards Kokabiel, who grinned as they both created a sword before clashing, shock waves rippling through the air as they two battle maniacs pushed off each other and attacked once more.
The Fallen Angel army tried to fly after him, but they were all cut off as Samson appeared in front of them in a storm of blades and chains, slicing and dicing through any Fallen Angel in front of him while Kuroka and Akeno fired off spell after spell that either burned a hole through their bodies or turned them into nothing but ashes.
As he smirked at the devil prodigy in front of him, Kokabiel was then surprised to see Bardou appearing to his right and back in his hellhound form, Rias riding on his back as she fired a barrage of destruction bullets at him.
Pushing Isaiah back, he flew up before he grinned widely as Sona was waiting for him above the army, a monstrous sea serpent slithering in the air around before she waved her hand and brought it down in a devastating torrent.
With naught but a grunt, his ten wings slashed through the air and created a storm of air blades that easily sliced through her serpent and flew towards her before she smirked as Samson appeared in front of her and parried the blades into a dozen Fallen Angels that tried to attack them from all sides.
"Thank you."
"No problem." Samson said with a grin before he blitzed down towards the Cadre, Kokabiel creating another light sword as he flipped through the air and blocked both Isaiah and Samson from hitting him from both sides.
His eyes then widened as a destruction bullet curved around Isaiah's head and smashed into his chest, burning away the weak light shield he hastily created before gasping as Bardou appeared in front of him and sent him crashing towards the ground with a double stomp.
The trio were then surprised to see the 8-winged Fallen Angel woman appear behind them before the woman gasped as Kuroka appeared behind her and threw her towards the ground.
Akeno was not too far behind as she followed Kuroka's attack with a storm of thunderbolts that sent the 8-winged Fallen deeper into the crater she created before the woman barely rolled out of the way as Tsubaki stabbed Gáe Bulg into the spot where her head previously was.
"You all worry about Kokabiel! We can take care of her!" Kuroka shouted as she flew after the woman, the army of Fallen Angels trying to block them off before they were all wiped out as Akeno, Rias & Sona waved their hands and released a bombardment of Holy Lightning, a storm of Destruction energy and high-pressured streams of water laced with electricity onto the group.
"Now, then. You worry about us, dear miss Fallen." Akeno said with a smile as she floated down to stand in front of her, the 8-winged Fallen frowning deeply as Kuroka floated down to her right and Tsubaki walked to be on her left.
"Ariel! Do not worry for me! Be free to fight as hard as you want!" Kokabiel shouted with a grin as he pushed himself out of the ground, not a single wound on him apart from a slight scratch on his chest from Bardou's fire-infused stomp.
Kuroka, Akeno & Tsubaki vs Ariel:
Match BEGIN!
"As you wish, Lord Kokabiel!" Ariel said with a nod before she turned to the trio of Queens, who all frowned as a staff made out of dark oak with an amethyst appeared in her grasp.
"So, what are you? A concubine of sorts?" Kuroka asked with a raised eyebrow, Ariel frowning before she smirked.
"Fortunately no, for Lord Kokabiel is not as pathetic and weak-willed as that foolish fiend Azathoth that needs three concubines to tell him how amazing he is."
"Sounds more like you want it to be like that." Akeno said with an amused smile before Tsubaki smirked.
"You're an ex-fling, aren't you? Kokabiel wanted to see what sex was all about and you volunteered to be the one to sleep with a Cadre. Now, you're not good enough for him and is just trying to find a way to get into his pants again." Ariel frowned and glared at the Gáe Bulg wielder as Kuroka snickered and Akeno giggled.
"Ooh~ I like that story." Kuroka said before Ariel waved her staff, a dark purple crest appearing under all four of them before Akeno frowned as she waved her hand and couldn't feel her demonic energy.
"So, you actually have Trick Vanish or at least a variant of it that you probably stole from a human." Kuroka said with a frown before she smirked and Ariel's eyes widening as a dark purple aura roared to life around her and four Fallen Angel wings released from Akeno's back.
"You thought that we were dependant on just demonic power, didn't you? You will learn that we aren't just ordinary Queen pieces." Kuroka said with a smirk before she traced her finger through the air and a large purple cube sealed them away before a faint pink mist slowly filled the cube.
"That mist is fatal to all who inhaled it, so you have about a minute to beat us as well as find a way to destroy the cube." Kuroka explained with a smirk, Ariel frowning before she unfurled her wings and rocketed towards Kuroka.
With a glare, she stabbed her staff in a flurry at the neko-devil, light energy coating her staff and turning the end of it into a spearhead as the Nekoshou giggled and waved her hand, the ground under her twisting and turning into a rock golem that took the blow for her.
The light energy around her staff glowed once more before it transformed into a large battle-axe, Ariel spinning it above her head before bringing it down in a heavy blow.
Kuroka just smirked as she waved her hand once more, more dirt rising up before it merged with the golem and transformed it into a rock wall that blocked the attack before Ariel's eyes widened as static appeared around her and a bright blue bolt of lightning came down onto her.
A silent scream escaped her lips as she felt the bolt ripping through her body, her muscles twitching before she forced her wings to move and push herself out of the way just in time as Gáe Bulg pierced through the air where her heart previously was.
"Aw~ We almost had her." Akeno groaned as she snapped her fingers, thunder booming as bolt after bolt was sent flying at her, Ariel spinning her light-coated staff before releasing spear after spear at the lightning bolts.
A loud boom echoed throughout the cube as light met lightning over and over again, Ariel gritting her teeth as Akeno smirked before she waved her hand and the lightning bend around the spears.
Ariel snarled as she swung her staff through the air and a sphere of light appeared around her, blocking the lightning before she gasped as Kuroka appeared from thin air in front of her, a Rasengan glowing her hand before she smirked as she sent it rocketing towards the barrier.
The barrier didn't stand a chance as the Rasengan smashed right through it and Ariel barely had enough time to put Trick Vanish in front of her before the Rasengan smashed into her.
She was sent flying off of her feet and crashed into the barrier with a grunt as the Rasengan continued to grind into Trick Vanish and with gritted teeth, she dismissed the Sacred Gear before ducking out of the way just as the Rasengan crashed into the cube wall and fizzed out of existence.
"Got you." Her eyes widened as she heard a whisper before giving a silent gasp as pain ripped through her chest, looking down to see a bright crimson spearhead sticking out from her chest.
"You forgot that you were fighting three Queens, not two." Tsubaki said with a smile before she ripped Gáe Bulg out of Ariel's chest, leaving a gaping wound, but Tsubaki was not done as she pulled her naginata from her pocket dimension and sliced through her neck.
The last thing Ariel saw before she passed were the smiles on the Queens' faces as Tsubaki put her naginata away before her head and body were disintegrated thanks to a barrage of lightning from the resident sadist.
"Whew~ That was fun." Akeno said with a smile as she put her wings away, the sealing crest under them shattering as Kuroka giggled and Tsubaki smiled as she rested Gáe Bulg against her shoulders.
"For an 8-winged Fallen Angel, she wasn't very tough, but then again, we're all Ultimate-Class and over, so that must have been very tough for her." Kuroka said with a smile before she turned and looked up to where Isaiah, Rias, Sona, Samson and Bardou were busy fighting the Cadre.
"Think we should interfere?" Tsubaki asked and Akeno frowned before she nodded.
"Yeah, but not yet. Let's plan a little something." She said with a smirk, Kuroka smirking excitedly as Tsubaki sighed and shook her head.
Kuroka, Akeno and Tsubaki vs Ariel:

'Kokabiel, a Cadre known as the Fallen Angel of the Stars. A 10-winged Fallen Angel that took the attacks of Issei Akeno and Rias in the canon universe and was still looking for more. It took Vali dividing his power three times before he could even be taken down and this one is probably stronger.' Isaiah thought to himself as he went through every little thing he could remember from what he watched and read of High School DxD before he frowned.
"Samson, Bardou, you two are with me. We don't give him time to rest. Sona, you're on support. Try to disorient and him as much as you can and keep him off-balance."
"And what am I doing?" Rias asked and Isaiah smirked before her eyes widened as he created a crimson Holy-Demonic blade and handed it to her.
"That's a little something I've been creating just for you. It can store a lot of demonic energy thanks to the seals. I'm sure you know where I'm going with this, right?" He said, his King grinning widely as she nodded before he grinned and turned back to the amused Kokabiel, who was waiting with his arms crossed.
"Are you done strategising?"
"Yeah, but you're going to regret giving us the opportunity to come up with a plan of action."
"No plan of action survives first contact with the enemy, my dear Isaiah. Besides, what fun would it be to fight you if I didn't give you a chance to come up with a plan to fight me?" Kokabiel said with a cocky smile as he created a sword of light in his right hand, Isaiah chuckling before Storm God's Aura roared to life and he appeared in front of the Cadre.
A deafening boom ripped through the skies above Kuoh Academy as divine light met Holy-Demonic steel, wind and lightning raining down on the school grounds as shock wave after shock wave made heaven and earth quake.
Samson and Bardou just grinned widely as they were not too far behind, both fighters appearing on the right and left respectively as Isaiah grinned at the excitement on Kokabiel's face.
It was as if Gaia herself had awaken to deliver wrath upon the world as these three devils clashed against the Cadre, flying and blitzing through the sky as Kokabiel rapidly parried, blocked and maneuvered around the coordinated attacks of the devil trio.
A slash from Isaiah was parried to the side that sliced through a barrage of fireballs from Bardou, giving the Cadre enough time to catch the double slash from Samson and kick off of his chest to dodge the downwards heel strike from Isaiah.
A storm of blades chased after him, each coated in a dense demonic aura and despite each blade having enough power to fatally wound him, Kokabiel had the biggest grin of his life on his face as he created a horde of light spears around him before sending them crashing into the swords.
As he watched the fantastic show of light crashing into metal with devastating explosion after devastating explosion, he was surprised to see Bardou diving right through the explosions, his grin widening as he created a light shield in front of him that blocked a blazing drill made out of black flames that smashed into his barrier.
"Bahahaha! I underestimated you, hellhound! Let me rectify my mistake!" Kokabiel exclaimed as he dove towards Bardou, who grinned as he and the Cadre flew closer and closer until his grin turned into a victorious smirk as he dove downwards, Kokabiel's eyes widening as a water spear was sent blasting at breakneck-speeds through the explosions and crashed into his chest.
Unfortunately for the devils, Kokabiel barely managed to twist his body to the side as well as creating a weak shield that parried the blow to the side, but he did not escape unscathed as the spear cut through his side before it was sent flying off to the side.
The Cadre grunted as he felt the wound before he gasped as that was enough of a distraction for Samson, who came down from the air behind him and raked his serrated cleaves across his back whilst barely missing his wings.
Kokabiel, however, was not one to let pain stop him from fighting as he rolled with the blow, flipping backwards through the air and with a dense light aura coating the tip of his foot, sent it smashing directly onto the top of the Rook's skull before grunting as he sent him crashing into the ground with a devastating boom.
"Hah…hah…hahaha! Nice! Nice! I did not expect that blow, Sitri!" Kokabiel exclaimed at Sona, who smirked before she waved her hand and a sea of water surrounded him, the Cadre chuckling before his wings flapped and sent a barrage of air blades out that cleaved through the air.
His eyes then widened even more and a gleeful smile appeared on his face as the globs of water was transformed into platforms, Bardou leaping from platform to platform at such a high-speed that he was nothing more than a black and blue blur.
"Prometheus!" The lycan hellhound chanted with a grin as afterimages appeared around Kokabiel from all sides, the Cadre grinning as each hellhound was carrying a large blue fireball in their hands before they all sent them flying at him.
A searing heat wave rippled through the air as the fireballs crashed into Kokabiel, the Cadre's smiling visage being only seen for a split second before it was obscured in a blazing ball of heat and plasma.
Bardou grunted as he was sent flying back, Samson catching him before water whips wrapped around their waists and pulled them away, both Rias and Sona catching Samson and Bardou respectively before they dove down to the ground and landed next to the confused Queens.
"Barriers now!" Rias exclaimed with a concerned look, the Queens all frowning at her concern but they didn't let that stop him as they created layer after layer of condensed shields around them before everyone's eyes widened as they looked past the blazing sun above them.
"Hahahahahahaha! Yes! You are truly Father's Chosen!" Kokabiel exclaimed with a cackle as he pushed himself out of the makeshift sun, a gargantuan crimson blade of destruction energy floating in the sky above him with Isaiah grinning as he held the blade above his head.
'I've always wanted to do this.'
"Getsuga…TENSHO!" Isaiah roared as he brought the sword down, Kokabiel grinning as he raised his hand to the side before a sword just as big as the crimson guillotine before swinging it with a roar.
The light sword didn't stand a chance as the destruction sword easily devoured the light, Kokabiel's eyes widening and giving his first scream of agony as the blade crashed into him and sent him crashing into the ground.
A deep crevice was cut across Kuoh Academy from side to side as the destruction blade nearly destroyed the entirety of the school, hurricane force winds and bolts of dark crimson lightning destroying everything they touched.
It was, ironically, a miracle that the devastation was stopped by the trio of Queen's barrier shields as the walls of the barrier around Kuoh Academy bulged out obscenely, Meredith gritting her teeth with a nosebleed as she, Momo and Reya barely managed to keep the barrier from crashing down.
"What the hell was that?!" Issei shouted as Valerie and her group barely managed to get to them and protected the two groups from the devastation, Issei boosting her with the Boosted Gear and Saji giving her energy from everyone with Absorption Line.
"Hah…hah…oh…fuck. I'm…never…doing…that…again." Isaiah groaned in pain as he slowly floated back to the ground, feeling his muscles torn from swinging the blade down as well as the burning pain from the open wounds where the destruction energy had eaten away at the flesh at his arms.
"Isaiah! You okay?!" Akeno shouted up at him before she sighed as he only gave her a grin and a shaky thumbs-up.
"N-N…never better." He got out as she shook her head and floated up to him before she was surprised to see Asia floating up next to her and starting with healing him.
"Where have you been?" She asked her with an amused smile and Asia blushed slightly as she looked down.
"Um, h-hiding under an illusion spell." She said shyly, Akeno giggling before they helped Isaiah float down to the ground.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Rias asked as soon as they landed, to which Isaiah just chuckled as he patted the blushing Asia on the head.
"We got our White Mage here, so I'm going to be A-okay." He said with a smile, Asia's blush brightening as Rias shook her head with a smirk and Akeno giggled at that.
"Don't worry. If she can't heal your serious wounds, I'll fix the rest later." Kuroka said with a suggestive smile, Isaiah shaking his head before she yelped as Tsubaki smacked her across the back of the head.
"Keep it in your pants."
"Spoilsport." Kuroka grumbled, making her sigh before they turned to Isaiah, who gave Asia a thankful smile as she finished healing his major wounds.
"Thank you for that. Now go and heal the others." She looked a bit hesitant before she nodded, rushing over to Samson and Bardou before both sighed in slight relief as they felt their wounds close up.
"Now, then, time for-!" Isaiah was cut off by an explosion behind him, twisting around and creating a Holy-Demonic sword in his grasp as he stared at the dust cloud before his, along with everyone else's eyes widened as a bloody and injured Kokabiel walked out.
He was missing four of his wings and a left arm along with his left eye swollen shut and a broken right leg, yet that didn't stop the bloody grin on his face or the look of battle mania in his eyes.
"N-Nice! Hahahahaa! Well done, you fiends! Despite your age…you managed…to wound me!" He exclaimed with a grin before Isaiah's eyes widened as the Cadre reached into his jacket and pulled out a vial, in which a serpent made out of purple wisps of energy slithered.
With a grunt, Storm God's Aura wrapped around him and he bolted forward, but he was too late as the Cadre opened the vial and swallowed the contents, Isaiah cursing under his breath before he wheezed for air as a fist buried itself into his chest.
"You are far stronger than my calculations indicated, so let me take you seriously." Kokabiel said with a deep sigh of satisfaction as he grabbed Isaiah by the throat, the Knight gasping for air as the Cadre's wounds healed before Isaiah's eyes widened.
The reason for his shock was not the fact that Kokabiel's missing limbs and wings also healed back, but also the fact that two extra wings sprout from his back and flared out with the other 10 to their full size.
"T-Twelve wings?!" Rias gasped and the Cadre smiled before he tossed Isaiah at them, the Knight quickly flipping to his feet midair before his eyes widened as the Cadre blurred to in front of him, his fist pulled back and coated in a disastrous amount of light energy.
Quickly creating a row of zweihanders in front of him, Samson and Bardou also appeared next to him and tried to block the blow, but Kokabiel just smirked amusedly before he grunted as he swung his fist, crashing right through all of the blades before crashing into the trio of devils and sending him blasting backwards.
"Isaiah!"
"I'm okay!" Isaiah shouted back as he unfurled his wings and got back to his feet, Samson and Bardou skidding to a stop next to their King before all three glared at the 12-winged Cadre.
"So, how are we beating a 12-winged Fallen Angel?" Bardou asked, to which Samson shrugged as Isaiah chuckled.
"I guess we either kill him or we go down swinging."
"That sounds like a good enough plan." Kuroka said with a nod as she walked to stand next to him, Bardou & Samson chuckling and Isaiah shaking his head as Tsubaki, Akeno, Rias and Sona walked to stand next to them as well.
"Fine then. You have enough energy for one more, Rias?" Isaiah asked his King, who frowned in hesitation before she nodded.
With a quick wave of his hand, Isaiah created another Holy-Demonic destruction sword before handing it over to Rias and she quickly walked to the back of the group with Asia, Akeno and Sona.
"So, you ready to fight with me?" Isaiah asked Tsubaki, who gripped her spear in slight nervousness as she smirked and nodded.
"You always brag about fighting gods on a daily basis, so let's see if there's any truth to the story." She said, to which Isaiah chuckled and nodded as they turned to face the Cadre.
"Okay then. Let's do this." Isaiah muttered with a smile as he bounced on the balls of his feet, re-igniting his battle mania before he crouched and bolted forward, with a grinning Samson and Bardou on his heels while Kuroka gave Tsubaki a comforting smile and the two girls flew after the trio of fighters.
"Yeahahaha! Let this be the battle of the ages!" Kokabiel exclaimed with a grin before he flew forward as well, creating dual light swords just as Isaiah appeared in front of him and both fighters grinned at each other before swinging their blades forward.
A/N: And there we go! Another chapter, another week!
The idea of Kokabiel using an Ophis snake to become a 12-winged Angel just came to my mind while I was writing this chapter, so I just decided to add it.
Also, I know that people are going to be mad about Ariel and Freed dying that easily but those people have to remember one thing.
Issei spars on a daily basis with Samson, Bardou, Saji and Isaiah, so a simple human even with four Excalibur fragments is not going to be on his level and with two people also having Excalibur fragments and two devils that were boosted considerably helping him, he would be able to take down Freed with their help.
As for Ariel's case, both Akeno and Tsubaki are Ultimate-Class level fighters with Kuroka being even stronger than them and Tsubaki also had a weapon that could cut off Isaiah's arm while he was using Storm God's Aura so killing a simple 8-winged Fallen Angel with a sneak attack...completely easy.
Anyway, next chapter, Kokabiel vs Devils as well as a very big twist. What that is, find out next time on The Unholy Wolf!
