3rd Person POV:
Issei vs Vali:
Battle BEGIN!
A white & blue blur flew through the air at breakneck speeds, a crimson blur hot on its tails as a pair of emerald eyes shone brightly.
Vali grunted as he came to an abrupt stop and quickly flipped over Issei, a magic circle appearing in front of him before he unleashed a barrage of elemental rays at the Red Dragon.
However, it was not enough as Issei rocketed right through them, Vali wheezing as an aura-coated fist smashed into his chest & had him gasping.
Issei was not done as he grabbed Vali with his free hand, the White Dragon grunting as Issei landed fist after fist into his skull before the silver-haired teen grabbed Issei's fist mid-strike.
Issei grunted as he let go of the hand holding Vali and swung for his gut, but Vali was prepared this time as he blocked the attack with his shin before Issei's vision went white as a rising knee crashed into his chin & sent him stumbling backwards in the air.
Vali was quick to capitalize on the teen's dizziness as he dashed & flew behind Issei, grabbing him by the back of his neck before heaving & throwing the brown-haired devil to the ground.
Issei groaned as he was sent barrelling through the air before the devil growled as he flipped & landed feet first on the ground, quickly raising his arm above him just as a leg came down onto his arm with a vengeance.
A shattering boom echoed through the air as the two Dragon Emperors glared at each other, both young adults snarling as their auras increased tremendously.
[BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST]
{DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} The voices of Ddraig & Albion echoed in the air as boost after boost was activated by Issei only to be cancelled by Vali, but the White Dragon didn't cancel them all as he felt the increased power from Issei's kick as it sent him flipping through the air and onto the ground.
Quickly leaping to his feet, the White Dragon was quick to jump back to avoid the axe-kick, though that was just a feint as Issei pulled his leg back & spun across the ground, Vali choking on air as a heel kick dug into his side & nearly shattered a few ribs.
The armour coating his side shattered, but the young man just snarled as he grabbed Issei's leg and pulled him towards him, the Red Dragon gasping as an aura fist smashed into his chest & destroyed the armour covering it. Both fighters leapt back from the other, their armours slowly regenerating as Vali sighed.
"You know, even after all of this, I still can't believe that I was cursed with such an idiot of a rival."
"And I can't believe that I'm actually standing there & listening to you spouting your bullshit. Can we just get on with the fighting?"
"Here you are. The son of a middle-aged, normal human couple that was destined to be my true rival." Vali ignored Issei as he continued speaking, the Pawn in question groaning as he rolled his eyes before he blinked as he noticed the leaders paying close attention to his battle, which he supposed made sense.
After all, no one wanted either of the Two Heavenly Dragons to run rampant.
"And here I am. The descendant of Lucifer the Morning Star & destined to be the strongest White Dragon Emperor in history. Truly fate is a cruel mistress."
"Wait, what?!" Issei noticed the leaders quickly snapping their heads to stare at Vali, though the brown haired devil could only snicker, drawing a confused frown from Vali.
"What are you snickering like a loon for?"
"Oh, no reason. It's just I can see why you're so arrogant. Your ancestor was said to an arrogant cunt that thought the world had to worship them & it appears the apple didn't fall far from the tree. I'm guessing your family is the same as you, aren't they?"
"Don't you dare compare me to them." Issei was surprised to hear Vali snarl at his words, but the Red Dragon Emperor just smirked as he chuckled.
"I hit the nail on the head, huh? Hahahaha! You're just like your ancestor. Nothing but a pretentious dickhead that can't amount for shit in this world." And Issei quickly leapt into the air as the ground of his previous location were completely eradicated, the armoured teen blinking in shock at the sight of Vali kneeling on the ground with a vibrant bright blue aura surrounding his form.
However, he quickly lost sight of the White Emperor as he disappeared, spittle & blood coating the inside of his helmet as a heavy gut punch crashed into his chest & nearly knocked him unconscious.
{DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} Issei stumbled in the air as he felt his power being reduced drastically, his limbs feeling as heavy as lead before he gasped as Vali buried him skull first into the ground.
"You're not even close to being on my level. You're a disgrace to the title of Red Dragon Emperor." Vali growled before his eyes widened slightly as Issei chuckled before grabbing tightly onto the arm holding him.
"I may not be strong, but I can dam well keep up with the strongest. Ddraig! Now!"
[BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [BOOST] [TRANSFER!] Vali felt his head spin as a gargantuan amount of power & adrenaline pumped through his veins, watching as Issei slowly reached back before throwing a heavy fist towards his skull and yet, he couldn't do anything but watch as blinding hot pain slowly spread throughout his head & sent him spinning through the air.
[That Azathoth truly comes up with the best uses for our abilities.] Ddraig said to Issei with a grin, to which Issei just chuckled as he shook his head while leaping to his feet & bolting towards Vali as he rolled across the ground.
'What the fuck was that?'
{I don't know, Vali, but be on guard! He's coming.} Vali blinked away the dizziness before his eyes widened at being face to face with the helmet visage of Issei, hearing the crazy cackling from Issei just as a fist crashed into his chest.
He gasped as the feeling of intense power flooded through his body & the world around him slowed down once more, unable to do anything but feel blaring pain exploding his chest & skull as Issei landed blow after blow into his form.
Vali tried to counter & parry Issei's attacks, but he felt his body moving in slow motion & unable to block a single one as Issei ducked under a slow hook before Vali gasped as another heel kick dug into his sore side & sent him flipping through the air.
"Using…fight…boosted…the struggle, huh?" Vali blinked as he only heard snippets of a sentence coming from Issei, shaking his head & landing on his feet while stumbling to stay upright as he frowned.
{Be careful, Vali. He's boosting your senses with every blow while leaving your body as is.}
'So, it knocks my entire being into disarray by making me think that I'm faster than what I actually am? Hate to admit it, but that's a good way of using his Boost to mess with me.' Vali grumbled with a frown as he felt his senses slowly returning back to normal, growling as he saw Issei waiting leisurely for him before he expanded Divine Dividing fully & dashed forward.
Issei leaned back as a foot sailed over his head, flipping backwards & kicking up at Vali only to grunt as Vali spun in the air & blocked the attack. The force of the attack sent him flying upwards, but Vali just growled as he created a series of magic circles in front of him & let off a massive barrage of elemental spells at Issei.
However, that was all for naught as a multitude of small crimson orbs appeared above Issei, the Pawn pulling his fists back before he sent them flying into the orbs, the orbs glowing before they all unleashed a barrage of crimson energy blasts.
The air shook as draconic aura met draconic aura, both Heavenly Emperors cackling gleefully as the spells crashed into each other.
However, Issei frowned as he saw Vali raise a hand, seeing nothing but a small blueish white orb appearing in his palm before he heard Ddraig roar.
[Partner, RUN!] Knowing that the dragon wouldn't say that without warning, Issei dove out of the way, rolling to his feet before his eyes widened as he saw that the tree behind him had shrunk to nearly half the size of the other trees surrounding it.
[Half-Dimension. It lets him divide the mass of an object by half.]
'…Ddraig, do you have any other cool abilities besides Boost & Transfer?'
[One is still sealed away & the other will burn all allies & foes around you until they are reduced to atoms, so no.] Ddraig said in an amused tone, Issei sighing before he looked up at Vali, who looked smug as he crossed his arms.
'His sense altering attack won't work unless he touches me, so all I need to do is keep my distance & take him out with a sneak attack.' Vali thought with a smirk before chuckling as he saw Issei looking around.
"There's no one who is going to come & save you now, so why don't you roll over & let me kill you?" Vali said with a smirk & Issei snorted before he blinked as he caught sight of something shining on the ground, grinning widely under his helmet as he walked over to the light blue orb on the ground.
'Hey, Ddraig. The boss said that Sacred Gears can take in objects & adjust themselves to their user's wishes.' Issei thought with a smirk, picking up the orb as he heard Ddraig's cackles.
[HAHAHAHA! You're a crazy one, partner, but I like it! You only live once!] Ddraig roared & Issei laughed as he ripped out the emerald gem in the middle of his chest plate, Vali blinking in surprise before his eyes widened as Issei slammed the blue orb into the empty slot with a grunt.
Instantly, a monstrous aura ripped through the school ground as a whitish blue aura covered Issei's body, although the Pawn couldn't think of anything but agony as PAIN flared throughout his body.
He could feel his blood bubbling, the air inside his lungs burning and his muscles deteriorating, but he growled & gritted his teeth as he focused on the aura inside of the orb on his chest.
Forcing it to submit to his own, Issei & Ddraig roared in unison as a deep crimson aura completely covered the blue one around his body, Vali raising an eyebrow as the auras disappeared & Issei took deep breaths.
"Hah…hahah…hahahahahaha! Yes! This is it, Ddraig!" Issei roared with glee as a manic grin appeared on his face, Vali raising an eyebrow as Issei's Scale Mail deactivated before his eyes widened as two gauntlets covered the Pawn's arms.
Vali didn't care for the crimson & emerald gauntlet covering Issei's left hand as he stared in shock at the white & blue one on his right hand, feeling Albion's shock as they both felt the aura of the gauntlet matching the one coming from Divine Dividing.
"You ready, Ddraig?!" Vali snapped out of his shock as he heard Issei speak, looking down to see the Pawn giving him a wide grin.
[Of course, partner! Let us show these two who the real Dragon Emperor is!]
"Balance…BREAK!" Issei roared & Vali blinked as the crimson Scale Mail of the Red Dragon covered his form, though the armour had a new addition as light blue orbs had replaced the emerald orbs on the armour & a pair of wings made out of emerald light were on his back.
"Heavenly Dragon Scale Mail!" Issei declared with glee before he rocketed upwards, Vali surprised at the increased speed from Issei as the Pawn was in front of him before he could blink.
{DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} {DIVIDE} [DIVIDE] [BOOST] [DIVIDE] [BOOST] [DIVIDE] [BOOST] [BOOST] Vali & Albion were both shocked to hear Ddraig calling out the same words as the White Dragon, half of the siphoned energy quickly returning back to Issei before Vali's vision went white as an aura-coated kick smashed into his side.
[This is like your boss' Abyssal Break, partner. Another ten seconds & I'll force you out of it before it starts draining your life force.]
'Ten seconds is all I need.' Issei thought with a grin as he flew after Vali, who was coughing for air before he looked up & sent a fist flying at Issei.
The Pawn just grinned as he parried the punch to the side before he gasped as a fist smashed into his skull, sending him floating back just as another fist smashed into his injured side & made him bent over for air.
Issei was grinning maniacally as he laid blow after blow into Vali, a rising knee snapping his head up into an elbow that sent him floating to the side & into a kick that made him fold over his leg before Issei roared as he flipped forward & landed a bone-breaking axe kick directly into Vali's back that sent him crashing into the ground.
[Burst!] Issei gasped as the power boost from the Scale Mail disappeared, taking deep gulps of air as he floated down to the ground & stood just a few paces away from the crater that Vali laid in.
The White Dragon took deep yet raspy gulps of air as he slowly pushed himself to his feet, Issei groaning in exhaustion as he saw the silver-haired teen glaring at him though he smirked as he saw Vali's left leg & arm bent at an awkward angle.
"You…will rue…the day you pissed me off." Vali growled and Issei gave a raspy chuckle as he felt his fists up.
"Then, let's go, bitch. I'm ready whenever."
"And I'll be helping." Issei's grin widened at the sound of Samson's voice, Vali frowning as the giant man stopped right next to him.
"Meredith is with Saji and Valerie & Bardou are going to help Lord Isaiah." Samson said & Issei gave a nod before they turned to Vali, who frowned before he sighed.
"I know when I'm defeated. Be wary, Issei Hyoudou. This is not over." And both fighters blinked as a golden crest appeared under Vali before he vanished. Issei frowning at the devil's last words before he blinked as Samson patted him on the shoulder.
"Don't worry. I was watching the whole time as Lord Isaiah wanted you to have your first one on one fight. Next time, he's going to have to beat all of us to get to you."
"Why do I feel that you won't be helping?"
"Why would I get in the way of you becoming stronger? Now come & let us go see if we can't help Lord Isaiah in his battle."
"I'm injured." Issei groaned and Samson chuckled as he turned & walked away.
"Pain is a great teacher." Issei just grumbled under his breath as he hobbled after Samson, the two heading over to where the fight between Isaiah & Cao Cao were taking place.

Battle BEGIN!
"So, you're the one who killed Cu, huh?" Cao Cao asked with a smirk as he tapped the staff part of True Longinus against his right shoulder, Isaiah smirking as he nodded.
"And you must be the boss he mentioned. I must say I didn't quite expect you to personally come for me."
"Well, it's not every day one of my top lieutenants is taken out by a simple reincarnated devil with no special bloodline or Longinus Gear. However, it appears that even with all your strength, you are not strong enough to resist the True Longinus." Cao Cao said with a smirk as he shifted to a fighting stance, Isaiah just frowning as he kept his eyes on Cao Cao's shadow & didn't dare look at the spear.
"I've read of High-Class devils that have been killed by previous wielders just from looking at the spear, so I'm not that keen on dying." Isaiah said & Cao Cao chuckled before Isaiah quickly shifted to the side, the blade of True Longinus just barely missing his face as Isaiah smirked.
Instantly, Cao Cao grinned as he held True Longinus out sideways in front of him, the ground cratering under him as Isaiah slashed downwards with a massive greatsword.
"Not bad for a devil." Cao Cao said as he pushed Isaiah away, the devil flipping back to his feet before he created a shield of Holy Demonic blades on both sides and leapt back just as two Holy energy beams crashed through the shields & left behind a large explosion.
"Tensa Zangetsu x Kōkō Gonryō Rikyū." Dual pitch-black Holy-Demonic rapiers appeared in Isaiah's hands as the bright blue aura of Storm God covered his form, the devil only giving Cao Cao a smirk before he blurred forward.
Sparks flew as Cao Cao parried Isaiah's strikes to the side, the human chuckling as he batted a strike from his right to the side before ducking under a swift barrage of stabs that nearly turned him into swiss cheese.
Spinning his spear behind his back, Isaiah frowned as the rapiers turned into silver daito blades and blocked the spear blade that nearly disembowelled him, jumping back with the attack just as a multitude of spears made out of Holy Energy shot out of the ground & nearly gutted him.
"The same to you. Usually by now, my opponent would be dead." Isaiah said with a nod & Cao Cao chuckled as he shrugged, rolling his neck & shoulders as he took a deep breath.
"Well, time to take you serious." And as the devil blinked, his body shattered like glass as Cao Cao crashed right through him, Isaiah grunting as he barely blocked Cao Cao's thrust with Nozarashi while Kyoka Suigetsu fell to the ground & shattered.
"I've been studying every fight you've been in before I came here. I know that you like to use that green katana to hide away while your illusion fights to get more information from your enemy."
"I see. I can respect the information gathering." Isaiah said with a nod before Storm God's Aura raged to life as he pushed Cao Cao off of him, watching as the human blinked in slow motion before the devil moved.
Isaiah was nothing but a blue & white streak of light as he moved around Cao Cao's still form, the world moving at a snail's crawl as Suzumebachi's glove appeared on both of his hands before he spun & rushed towards the human.
However, he blinked as a white & gold aura covered Cao Cao's form, the human looking faster as his head twisted to stare at Isaiah just as the devil appeared face to face in front of him.
Quickly pulling back Suzumebachi & stabbing at Cao Cao's head, he cursed under his breath as Cao Cao barely leaned out of the way, though not fast enough as a deep cut was slashed across his face.
The human growled at the pain, but didn't look away as he slammed the end of True Longinus into Isaiah's chest, the devil gasping as an absurd amount of Holy energy crashed into his chest & sent him flying across the ground.
"His Touki is powerful enough to boost his reaction time that much? Man, he's just as strong as the original from the canon universe." Isaiah just nodded at Mel's words as he flipped to his feet, skidding to a stop before his eyes widened as Cao Cao appeared in front of him.
Activating Storm God at full power once more, the world once again went slow, but this time he was ready for Cao Cao's speed as Suzumebachi's gloves disappeared and the silver ninjato that is Kamishiri no Yari appeared in his grasp.
The True Longinus wielder blinked before he ducked & slid on his knees just as a pillar of silver light sliced through the space where his head was & nearly eviscerated his skull.
Cao Cao leapt to his feet and stabbed his spear into the ground, using it as leverage as he spun around & lashed out with a hook kick at Isaiah only to scoff as Isaiah blocked his kick while also kicking backwards.
Blocking the kick with his other leg, he grunted as the electricity coating Isaiah's leg flew through his body, forcing him to grit his teeth as he was sent flying backwards while his muscles locked up.
'Satan fucking damnit! Longinus gears are complete cheat codes.' Isaiah wheezed as he glared at Cao Cao, feeling the searing pain in his chest from where True Longinus had hit him.
He knew that as the strongest Longinus & the strongest Holy Relic, being hit by the Holy aura of True Longinus would have hurt, but if he hadn't coated his body with Holy energy dampening runes, that blow would have either burned him severely or disintegrated his chest.
Yeah, the Longinus gears are definitely nothing but cheat codes.
'He isn't a descendant of anything and he only has two Creation-Type Sacred Gears on the same level as Jeanne's, but with just those, he's still able to do this much damage to me.' Cao Cao thought with a frown as he rolled to his feet as soon as his muscles stopped shaking, taking deep breaths as he flexed his muscles to wake them up.
Lifting his hand to the side, the True Longinus shot out from the ground in front of Isaiah and back into Cao Cao's graps, the human sighing as he spun the spear before pointing the blade at the frowning devil in front of him.
"I was trying to capture you, but it appears that will be far harder than I expected. I suppose it's time I put an end to this & get on with my day."
"Hahaha! I was going to say the same thing, Cao Cao." Isaiah growled as he felt his body mass grow, Cao Cao staring in slight surprise as Isaiah's grew taller with his nails & canines growing longer & sharper. Storm God's Aura roared back to life, but his Touki joined it as a pair of ears & a fluffy tail made out of lightning grew from the top of his head & his tailbone respectively.
"Fucking hell! I was wondering if you had forgotten about the partial wolf form & Storm Wolf's aura or something."
'Well, just using it right now is breaking my body apart, so I guess it's a good thing I didn't use it.' Isaiah thought with gritted teeth, feeling the burning pain flowing through his body from using his Touki on top of both Storm God & Storm Wolf.
Maybe stacking these many moves wasn't the best of ideas.
Before Cao Cao could even speak, the human gasped as a deep cut exploded on his chest, staring in shock at the blood spraying into the air before his senses blared at him & he ducked, just barely avoiding a sword cleaving through the space where his neck was before he gasped as a foot kicked into the wound on his chest & sent him airborne.
A Hindu magic crest appeared on Cao Cao's chest and a golden glow covered his form as he quickly dove back to the ground, hissing as he used his Holy aura to burn his wound shut while the air above him warped as Isaiah barely missed another cut for his neck.
'How much longer, Mel?'
"Thirty more seconds! Keep going!" Isaiah nodded as he reoriented himself to face Cao Cao before he vanished, the Longinus wielder's eyes widening in shock as hundreds of blurry blue figures appeared all around him.
"Piercing Fang: Omni-Directional Sandanzuki."
"Jaivardhan." Isaiah blinked at Cao Cao's words before his eyes widened and he quickly leapt back as far as he could, watching as a monstrous dome of Holy energy surrounded Cao Cao and burned away every single one of his afterimage clones that tried to hit him.
As the dome shrunk back down, he frowned at the golden glow coating Cao Cao's body before he quickly stomped on the ground and grinned. Layers of Holy Eraser blades shot out from the ground in front of him along with each blade having a series of Holy Energy Dampening runes only for his eyes to widen as he quickly rocketed up skywards, staring in shock at the massive beam of Holy Energy that had carved cleanly through all of the blades and the runes.
"You think that's enough to stop me? No, I was trying to make this easy and just capture you, but now you've pissed me off! Balance…BRE-!" Cao Cao stopped shouting as his eyes widened, Isaiah frowning as the expression on the human's face went from shocked to confused to angered to finally settling on resignation & disappointment as he glared at the confused devil.
"Thank your lucky stars that you live another day…Isaiah Azathoth. Our next battle will not be…in your favour.." Cao Cao growled & Isaiah blinked as a magic circle made out of Hindu runes appeared under the spearman before he disappeared.
Isaiah vs Cao Cao:

Isaiah was still shocked as he stared at the empty air where Cao Cao previously stood before he sighed as Mel spoke up.
"I'm guessing Rizevim called him back. That's good for us or else he would have killed you with his Balance Breaker."
'Hey, I had him on the ropes. A few more seconds and I'd have cut his head off.'
"Nope. Not at all. He only started taking you serious at the start and he destroyed your best protection against him with a single Holy Energy beam. If he was serious from the start & used his Balance Breaker, you would have been killed. No ifs, ands or buts. You either need to perfect & master using that combination of Storm God, Storm Wolf & Touki, master using Gremorian runic patterns in battle and awaken your True Form. When we return to the Underworld for that Young Devil Rating Game thing, go to Sirzechs & ask him to train you in accessing your True Form."
'…Fine.' Isaiah sighed as he deactivated his aura, hissing softly at the pain from using so many enhancers at the same time before he blinked as he heard footsteps approaching him.
"You're okay!" Isaiah chuckled as he heard Akeno's voice, turning around before hissing as the girl punched him on the chest.
"Owowowow! Oi! Watch the wound!" He exclaimed, grumbling as Akeno just rolled her eyes before she moaned as he flicked her on the shoulder where he saw a light purple bruise.
"Mmm~!"
"...That was stupid of me." He said, to which Akeno just giggled before Isaiah rolled his eyes as she wrapped her arms softly around him.
"Don't worry. Apart from getting hit in the chest by the butt of the spear, he didn't get any more hits in."
"Just one hit was enough to have you winded like this?" Sona asked in surprise & Isaiah sighed as he nodded.
"Yeah, that spear isn't a joke. Just catching a glimpse of it felt like being hit in the gut and being struck by it felt like I took ten of Sairaorg's punches with no protection."
"Well, you are a devil taking a blow from the strongest Holy Relic in existence. We would have expected it to at least be that strong." Isaiah smirked as he heard Sirzechs' voice, the four devils turning to see him along with Azazel & Yeshua walking towards them.
"Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Still a bitch to fight against." Isaiah grumbled before he along with everyone blinked as Yeshua walked up to him.
"If you wish, I could undo the seals Father placed on your Sacred Gears."
"Wait, seriously?" Isaiah blinked in shock, the girls looking just as shocked as he was as Azazel rolled his eyes and Sirzechs chuckled.
"Of course. Being Father's heir meant that I can access the Sacred Gear System & while I can't give you another one, I can remove the seals surrounding the two Sacred Gears to make them fuse further with each other. Also, this will be a way to show the rest of the mythological world that the angels & devils are now a united front."
"Hey, if you can, by all means." Isaiah said with a shrug, to which Yeshua smiled before he reached out & placed a hand on Isaiah's head as his eight pairs of golden wings flared out fully behind him. Isaiah could hear Yeshua chanting under his breath and while he caught a few words of Enochian & Divinitin, the rest sounded like gibberish to him before he gasped as he felt something inside his body, the feeling of exhilaration flowing through his form before it disappeared & he finally noticed everyone looking at him.
'Mel?'
"Three years of hard work…and he finished it within just a few seconds. I hate him now." A grin appeared on Isaiah's face as he registered his subconsciousness' words and he looked to see Yeshua smirking at him.
"I take it the process worked?"
"Oh, you just saved me a few years of training, so yeah, it more than worked."
"Um, Lord Yeshua, can you do that to any Sacred Gear?"
"No, only to Sacred Gears that aren't fully attuned to their wielder, I'm afraid. I've only scratched the surface of Father's System." He said with an apologetic smile and Rias just smiled softly & nodded as Isaiah chuckled.
"Always looking out for ways to make everyone stronger, huh?"
"Hey, I just wondered if Gasper could use a short cut to get stronger, that's all." She whined and Isaiah snorted as Akeno giggled while Sona rolled her eyes.
"So, can we get back to the actual reason for this meeting before this turned into a shit storm? Are we all in favour of the peace treaty?" Azazel asked with a groan, everyone rolling their eyes at his whining before Sirzechs sighed.

"Then, as of this day, the Peace Treaty of Kuoh between Heaven, The Grigori and the New Satan Devils is officially established." Azazel & Sirzechs smiled as they nodded before the Grigori General spoke.
"That leads to the next question. Who's going to be the leader/ figurehead?"
