Summary: SI is reincarnated into a Yu-Gi-Oh world that is made from DM to Arc-V, where the game has existed for decades, and a new summoning mechanic has just been introduced and is done so as the younger brother of Fem Yugi and Mana Muto. A world that, thanks to his Spirit Partner Diabellstar, he will be wanted by all.

The warm lights of the hospital was a small comfort as I sat outside of the waiting room with my entire family, well, except one, as grandfather was the one who was currently lying on a bed here. This was a weird thing to think as not long ago, I was the one laying in a hospital bed after my old self had been in an Action Duel accident, having suffered a big hit to the head, which was what had awoken my old memories, resulting in a me that was mostly my old self due to being older and more experienced.

So, it had taken a bit to figure out my new identity as Yoru Muto, a midget of a fourteen-year-old who had yet to start high school and was still in middle school.

Yep, I was a Muto in a Yugioh world, though one that was quite different from one I knew as things were jumbled around on the timeline, such as me and my siblings and being born fifty years after Duel Monsters had been invented with the latest invention being Action Duels as a format and Pendulum Monsters with Industrial Illusion being taken over by The Leo Corporation, with Leo Akaba not being a megalomaniacal asshole from the looks of it.

And so, thanks to that, even this family was very different from what it canonically should be, as I had two older siblings, Yugi and Mana Muto.

With this Yugi being very different as she was a half-Egyptian girl and so had a lot more melanin, the same held true for Mana, who I now wondered was a half-reincarnation of the original like Yugi was of the Pharaoh. I, of course, shared the same skin tone, though my biggest difference between the two was I had gotten our deadbeat Father's silver hair and eyes, while they had gotten a lot more from our mother and grandmother, with Yugi, of course, basically being a female copy of our Grandfather in terms of hairstyle.

And speaking of Solomon Muto, he was in this timeline an incredibly based individual who had spent his twenties, thirties, and forties prowling around in Egypt and other parts of Africa, being a successful archeologist and treasure hunter, hooking it up with all kinds of women until he settled down in his fifties with Grandmother who had been twenty at that point in time.

Absolutely Gigachad of a man, and a man to be inspired by.

Now over 30 years had passed since then, with Grandmother getting pregnant with our Mother rather quickly, and then she had gotten pregnant at fifteen with Yugi and Mana, before having me two years later.

That was when our father had left as he didn't want to help raise three children, an absolute loser compared to Solomon, who had supported all the kids and their mothers on his travels.

Again Gigachad.

Though right now, the man was 84 years old and had lived an exciting life, and right now, he was reaching the end of that life.

This was why we were all in the hospital, as he had recently gotten a heart attack, and we were now waiting for the nurse to tell us how much long he had left.

And that seemed to be about now, as from his room, a nurse walked out. "It is as we expected; he is dying."

"Is there anything you can do for him?" Grandmother asked, who was a supreme Egyptian beauty unlike any other with massively perky tits, I had to admit.

"Medicine has come a long way, but we can not cure the progress of time," The nurse said. "He does not have long, so the best we can do is to make the time he has left as comfortable as possible."

Grandmother breathed a sigh of acceptance. "I understand we will be taking him back home; I don't think he wants to spend his last time here."

"He said as much, and we have options to assist with that," The nurse said.

"Thank you."

A few days had passed since the scare with Grandpa, but it was clear that he was going to die of old age within the week, so we were preparing funeral arrangements as he was sleeping for longer and longer as he lay in bed.

And right now, I was doing my homework when my Mother walked into my bedroom, as unlike in canon, Granpa was rich, and so the Kame Gameshop was just a hobby for him as the house attached was much larger, meaning we had our own room each.

"Your grandfather is awake, and he wants to speak with you," My Mother, Zia Muto, said; she was a beautiful half-Egyptian woman who was mostly definitely her mother's daughter, as she had a body that could not be argued was thicc and something she had passed onto my sisters, which I and my old-self had masturbated our rather small penis to over the years.

"I think a Grandson is supposed to do something like that," I replied as I exited my room and headed for one that Grandpa was resting in.

I opened the door and entered the bedroom. "You called for me, Granpa?"

"Yoru," Solomon Muto replied as he used the remote to raise his back, up so that he could look at me, a smile on the old man's face. "Over the last few days, I've had conversations with each member of this lovely family of ours, and now it is your turn."

"Saving the best for last?" I asked as I came over to his side.

"Heh, somebody is finally growing an attitude, good to see; I hope you have a long and love-filled life just like I had," He said but quickly coughed.

"I don't know about that," I replied with my own smile.

"Ahh, I've seen how some of your female classmates look at you, especially those blond twins with the huge twins," He said, the man still horny at the end of his life.

"I don't think Alexis and Asuka would appreciate that comment," I replied as in this world, both characters existed; one was the GX, the other was the Arc-V one if I had to guess, and together they were twins of the Rhodes-Tenjoin household.

"Probably would if you said it, but enough about your potential Harem, young man, my life is coming to an end, and so I won't be able to be there for your birthday this summer or any other ones. So I've prepared a gift for you." Grandfather said as he pulled out a black box out from beneath his covers. "Years ago, I gave Yugi the Millenium Puzzle, which she solved; I gave Mana that staff of hers, and on my very last journey with your Grandmother at the end of last year's Fall, I found this for you, Yoru."

I took the box and opened it to find a red opal that looked like it had eyes in the center, with the gemstone being attached to the chain so that it could be worn as a necklace. "Thank you, Granpa."

"Found it in an underground temple; I hope that it will be able to help you just like the puzzle helped Yugi become a more confident girl and find friends," Solomon said.

"Yeah, and I think she will be forever grateful for that," I said as I put it on, the stone hanging comfortably around my neck.

"Probably, kaaa, cahh," Solomon coughed.

"Granpa?"

"Yoru, my time is almost over, and then I go; you will be the man of the house, so please help out your Mother, Grandmother, and sisters," Solomon stated.

"Of course who do you think me for Granpa? I am going to make them as happy as I can," I responded.

"Good to hear… Good to hear…" Solomon Muto spoke as his words slowed. "Hehehe, lucky boy…"

His eyes closed.

And his breathing stopped…

My mouth twitched as I took hold of his hand, and I couldn't stop crying as the rest of the family came in and realized what had happened.

All the while, the stone around my neck glowed a small red glow that went unnoticed by all that day.
