High School detective Jimmy Kudo alongside his friend Clay Jensen starts looking at Thirteen cassette tapes made by the girl herself. While listening to the two-plus Jimmy young brother Conan, start to make notes and leads up to why that young girl would take her life and how to give her justice.

Chloe Rice, head cheerleader of Liberty Tigers; Sebastian Smythe, Warbler Captain and the most popular boy from both schools combined. They had been together for 3 years, having one of the most envied relationships anyone had ever seen, but then Sebastian began distancing himself, and Chloe noticed.
