A/N: Here's a mass update for the holiday!
To those who'll celebrate it, I hope you have a safe and Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or whatever you celebrate, and a safe and Happy New Year! (Especially if I update something you haven't read before then.)

Chapter VIII: Child's Play.
Last Time.
W.O.O.H.P–1203 PM.
"Jerry! You're here!"
Clover exclaims before seeing Naruto then jumps to hug him. "Naruto!" She yells before explaining his ancestor.
"Really? A king? Huh, guess that's why I like medieval movies and shows."
Beverly Hills High –0719 PM
Naruto dressed as a king danced with Clover at the party. "So, why didn't you tell us it was your birthday?"
"Never really celebrated it before, I became an orphan around 5 years old and the older you are, the harder it is to get adopted because the parents want the firsts."
"Firsts?" She asked as Naruto nodded.
"Yeah, first word, first step, the baby teeth. They don't want to miss those milestones so unless they did have a kid before, babies are usually the ones who get adopted over the older kids on up to 18." Naruto explained to her.
"So you're…"
"A ward of the State, yes."
He then had a dance with the others as the music continued to play.
Now.
Los Angeles Mall –11:30 AM
"Fire!"
Someone yelled as fire broke out over the mall the firemen, played with toy firetrucks while police played with toy guns.
Beverly Hills High School –03:00 PM.
"No way."
"Way."
Clover smiled as she and the girls walked to the street of the school. She's wearing a green over-the-shoulder top with a blue flower on it, a light green skirt, and pink sandals.
Sam's wearing an aqua blue top with the straps down on her shoulders a purple skirt and matching sneakers.
Alex's wearing a pink sleeveless top that barred her midriff, orange pants with pink knee pockets, and pink shoes.
"So then what'd you do?" Sam asks as Clover smiles.
"The only thing I could."
"No way."
"Way!"
"You're so cool," Alex says before they hear a motorcycle.
They looked to see Naruto driving a black 2001 Ducati Monster 600 motorcycle.
"Wow."
"What is it, Clover?" Alex asks as Clover smiles with a blush.
"I'm in love."
The other two sighs as Clover walks over to Naruto. "Why hello, Naruto."
"Hey, Clover."
"Where's-"
"Truck needs some new parts, can't get them for a couple of days. I got this for those instances as getting a cab would be expensive going to school and back."
"How would you love to give me a ride to the mall?" She asked having him blink.
"… Sure..."
"We'll follow." Sam sighs walking to her car that's a blue convertible.
Beverly Hills Mall –03:42 PM.
Naruto stretched as he sat at a table with Clover before seeing a blonde woman walk by in a business dress, pantyhose, and heels, top buttons unbuttoned showing some cleavage. "Huh, that really makes her look mature and dignified."
Clover blinks as she stares at the woman who is walking away.
Later, Clover was in a clothing store with Sam and Alex wearing a business suit.
"Maybe you should just be yourself, Clover," Alex said as Clover looked at her through the mirror.
"Be myself? Hello?! Naruto's into mature and sophisticated women."
"Yeah, but if a person doesn't like you for who you are…" Sam trailed off as Clover smiled.
"You guys, we're in the spy business. Reinventing ourselves is what we do."
Suddenly, the mirror glowed and pulled the three in. Outside, Naruto was sitting by the fountain before the bench tilted back pushing him in the water. "What the fu-!"
He then fell on the floor of a W.O.O.H.P. helicopter as the girls were scattered on a pink couch. "OK seriously, unless I'm swimming no water woohping!"
"Spies, we have a worldwide problem on our hands," Jerry said to them as the four turned to him, Naruto behind the couch crossing his arms. Jerry then showed footage of first responders and doctors just paying with toys.."Vital members of society have stopped doing their jobs. They're only interested in playing with toys."
"Toys?" Alex blinked as Sam raised an eyebrow.
"You're kidding, right?"
Jerry shook his head at that. "Unfortunately, I'm quite serious. This chaos will turn into pandemonium unless we nip it in the bud. And so, your mission is to go undercover as buyers."
"Finally. A mission I can relate to." Clover smiles as Jerry holds up IDs
"As we speak, there's a toy fair in Taiwan. Perhaps you can find a clue there as to who's behind this bizarre phenomenon. I've assembled some gadgets for you. There's the Magne-Belt." Jerry brought down the belts for the girls.
"Yeah, that's a little too Elvis for me."
"The T.A.D., or Tracking Accessory Device. It can be activated by your compowders. Infrared heat detector glasses. The manicure kit with press-on sticky fingers and laser nail file."
"Ooh, does it have cherry blossom red in it?" Alex smiles as Jerry holds the file.
"And electric blue."
"Perfect."
"And lastly, the ejector bead bracelet. Be careful with that one. It's still in development." Jerry then brought Naruto's gadgets down. "In with your shooters, we have the web ball, the concussion blast, and the invisible cloaking device that's added onto your suit. By the way, I like your new look, Clover. Very sophisticated. My mother has a suit just like it."
The girls snickered at that before all four had helmets placed on and were dropped. "YOU SUUUU-!"
Jerry smiled as he closed the door over Naruto's yelling.
The spies fell onto a mountain with the girls onto a pink snowmobile and Naruto onto a black snowboard and they traversed down the mountain. As they got to the bottom, the snowmobile turned into a trike and Naruto's into an electric dirt board. "Cool!"
Taipei Toy Fair –04:17 PM
"Look at all the toys."
Clover said as they still in their regular clothing walked the indoor fair "How...
"Awesome."
"Cool." Alex and Sam said as Clover looked over.
"… Childish."
"Did you see how wonderful the Vladimir Kozyrev Line was?"
"2 You have to see that Vladimir line."
"Vladimir Kozyrev is the most popular at the convention."
Naruto heard various people speak. "Guess we know where to start." He said as they walked to the Vladimir line and looked at all the various toys
"I'd say we're definitely in the right place," Sam says before a tall man with short blonde hair, glasses, and wearing a white suit walks up to them.
"Welcome to the Vladimir Kozyrev Booth."
"Thanks. We hear your toys are all the rage." Alex smiled as Clover looked at him.
"What my associate means to articulate is, is that we've, uh, observed a positive reaction to your toy line."
"Yeah, they're all the rage." The man nodded as Alex put her glasses on and picked up a toy before scanning it and others to see the dates on all the toys were the 70s. "I've never heard of Vladimir Kozyrev before. Are his toys in stores yet?"
"No. We're a brand-new company." The man replied as Naruto looked at him.
"Really? No one's had a chance to play with them?"
"This is our big debut." The man replied to him.
"I see."
"Why don't you take some toys?" He gave them all several toys.
"Hey!"
"Go on. Open them. You'll see their appeal instantly. Really."
"Maybe later. Right now we need to make a phone call." Alex says before they leave.
Taipei, Tai Hotel –08:00 PM.
The spies took an elevator up as Sam held a robot dog out of the package before Clover called Jerry. "Hello, spies. How's the toy fair?"
"We're sending samples your way from the Vladimir Kozyrev Toy Company," Clover replied having a beam hit the toys minus the one Sam's carrying and sending them to Jerry.
They then saw them drop onto him "Ow!"
"The rep said the company's brand new, but the packaging's ancient. Like from the Seventies." Alex said before Sam looked down.
"Not only that, all the toys in the W.O.O.H.P playback were from their toy line."
"Good work. I'll let you know what we find out."
The elevator stopped and opened to reveal a restaurant. They all walked in and were seated at a table before ordering burgers. "Let's go over the mission while we wait to hear from Jerry," Sam says while picking her burger up.
A few minutes go by before the compowder starts ringing before Alex answers. "That was fast. Huh? Jerry says there's no record of a Vladimir Kozyrev company anywhere."
"Well, somebody has to be making these toys," Sam said picking her dog up.
And had a beam hit her eyes from the dog's own. "Sam? Are you OK?" Alex asks before Sam starts throwing her food.
"Sam stop!" Naruto yells before seeing she is acting like a child. "You behave, young lady, or you're going to your room."
That stopped Sam before they all walked back to the elevator. "We better tell Jerry what's going on," Alex says as Clover calls him and sees him playing with the toys.
"Hi, Jerry."
"Look, everyone. It's Clover. Red Rover, Red Rover, send Clover over." HE says as the spies stare in shock as other agents join in with Jerry laughing.
Clover closes the compowder as Alex looks up. "Oh, no. Not Jerry too!"
"We have to figure out what's up with these toys before Jerry and Sam and everyone are stuck like this forever." She says before they started going back down.
Later, the four are in their catsuits walking back to the Vladimir booth. "It's just the same old stuff we saw when we were here before." Naruto mused before Sam picked up a toy.
"The Barkaroo!"
"Shh!"
"Ooh, Megatronic-action hero!" She said as they tried shushing her.
"Shh!"
"The Beauty Queen! Yeah!" She said picking up the doll.
"Shh!" The others shushed her again.
"It's Mommy's doll. They have Mommy's doll!" Sam picked up another doll as Alex looked at it.
"Hey, my mom had one of those, too. The Little Ann. She said it was the hottest thing when she was a kid."
"Why? It doesn't even light up."
"This was back when toys were meant to be played with outside." Naruto said to Clover." Now, toys break soon after you play with them so the company will get more money out of you buying another."
"You sound steamed." Alex mused as she looked back from placing her hands on her knees to look at the doll.
Naruto briefly checked her out before replying. "Yeah, as I said, these companies started out wanting to make quality because they were just starting now the grandkids just want more money and will just profit off their family name."
Alex then brought her compowder up to type. "Let's see who manufactured this baby. The Little Ann…"
They stopped as a flashlight shined and they saw the spokesman from before. "Hey!"
"Run!"
They ran to the exit before the man reached for his ear. "Trespassers are headed for the alley. Get rid of them. Permanently."
They ran out to see a group on motorcycles. "I don't think that's a welcoming committee."
They got on the trike and dirt board and went down the street with the men following before going through traffic as buildings were on fire and doctors played as cars crashed into each other. "Jerry was right! Chaos is turning into pandemonium!"
They got to an alley where Clover pulled her manicure kit as the men stopped by them. "Time for a manicure."
"Do you really think there's time?" Alex asks as Naruto throws his hands out and has air blasts shoot the men back off their bikes.
"Well, that works."
"Press-on sticky fingers." Clover puts gel on the girls' hands as Naruto uses his webbing to pull himself up and over the wall.
They climbed up the fire escape as Naruto put webbing on the ladder before getting to the top of the building. They started running along the rooftop before Alex's compowder started ringing. "That must be the info on the Little Ann doll." She answered and saw the info on the doll. Says it was manufactured by The Little Ann Toy Company in Russia in '74. They stopped production a few years later."
"Didn't you say the packaging on the Vladimir Kozyrev line was from the Seventies? See who owned the Little Ann Toy Company." Clover says as Alex follows and her eyes widen.
"Vladimir Kozyrev?! Of course, they're the same. He's still using his old factory to make these new toys."
"Guess we know where we're headed," Naruto says as he starts running again.
Somewhere Over Russia –01:15 AM.
Clover piloted their jet over the air before landing behind the toy factory and saw guards with clown makeup and heard dogs barking.
"Who needs this much security for a toy factory?" Naruto asks as they hide behind a wall as guards load human-sized dolls onto trucks.
"Oh, look! I want one." Sam said as the others shushed her.
"Shh!"
Later, the girls are dressed like the dolls and Naruto turns invisible before they go inside and hide as a light starts to look around as Sam continues. "Sam, stop! Sam!
"Simon didn't say!"
"Simon says stop, Sam," Clover yells having Sam stop just as her foot hit the light having guards come over to see the three spies frozen.
"Who put these here? They're for the next shipment. Rodney, help me get these inside." One said as the guards grabbed them and started walking before Sa knocked the hat off the one carrying her.
"There's a malfunction in this doll."
"Trash it."
They walked in and put the girls with a group and took Sam to the incinerator before Naruto webbed the guard's mouths and then knocked them out.
They went farther into the factory and saw a machine putting chips in the dolls and shining a laser into their eyes.
"Huh… Chips in toys… If it's military I think I saw a movie about this." Naruto mused as they went to the computer and pulled the plug before guards came up.
"Last one out of here's a rotten egg!" Naruto yelled to get Sam to follow and they ran out and up to a man.
He has brown hair and is dressed in a 70s disco suit.
"How lovely."
"What are you thinking?" Clover asks him
"Revenge, of course. Children who once adored my Little Ann have grown up and forgotten the joy. The simplicity. They're only interested in high-tech gizmos and silly electronic toys."
"Uh, dude, I think she was talking about the outfit." Alex deadpans at him as Clover nods.
"Totally. Now, about this whole "revenge thing." It won't bring back the Little Ann."
"Of course it will." He said to them. "Adults across the world will be forced to remember the joy of the Little Ann as soon as I regress them to the children they once were." He points to a toy rocket ship as Sam smiles.
"Oh, please, oh, please, can I go with you? Please?!" She said as guards came up and gave Vladimir a winter jacket.
"Now, why can't you have an attitude like that? Hop aboard, my little elf.
"No, Sam! Simon says, 'No.'" Alex yells as Sam runs over and leaves with the villain.
Naruto sighed and ran up to a guard, webbed his feet to the floor, and punched him to the floor. He then webs another hand spin jumps over him and pulls his right arm down hard having the guard knock himself out. He then webs another to pull himself onto the guard punches him back then webs him back for a kick.
He then webs the last three to the wall and had them struggle before refilling his shooters. The girls changed into their catsuits and got back to the jet to follow after Vladimir.
Once catching up, they saw the dolls attacking people before catching up to Vladimir. Alex then repelled out into the rocket and tricked him into taking his last toy doll and had it change him into a kid before forcing him to turn everyone back to normal.
Beverly Hills High School –11:10 AM.
"No way."
"Way."
Alex said as the girls walked out of the school, Clover now dressed in a business suit.
"Clover, did I really act like a kid?" Sam asks her.
"Only slightly more than usual." Clover then runs to Naruto who is sitting at a bench.
"Hi, Naruto. I have two tickets to the opera. Would you care to join me?"
"Opera?" He blinked as he looked up from checking on his shooters. "Nah, too boring."
"But I thought you liked mature stuff? The other day at that mall."
"Just thought that woman looked nice." Naruto shrugged. "Doesn't mean I'm into that style."
"Nice outfit. PTA meeting?"
Clover bristled as Mandy walked by with a laugh. "You wanna go see a movie though?" Naruto asked as he stood. "Provided you change-!" He stopped as Clover disappeared leaving a dust cloud before reappearing in a denim skirt, a pink top, and strapped heels.
"Bein' mature is overrated anyway!" She says and pulls Naruto to his bike to go to the movies.
