SK Future: Cornaria City
The Starship Phonix lands on the planet Cornaria, home of the space fighter team led by the Soul Princes' Guardian of Freedom. What do they find? Absolute chaos.
Sora speaks first as the group looks over the scene playing out before them. "…Is that the Cornarian Army? Why are they attacking their own base?" "Everyone who thinks this is Sin related, raise your hand." All the Soul Princes and Nobodies raise their hands. "That answers that. We need to find someone from Team Star Fox. And quick, because I don't know how much longer that base is going to hold out."
Cut to gameplay. This section definitely feels like a military battle, and I'd imagine the skybox here would be expensive to make… anyway, after fighting their way through the enemy forces, they come upon…
"Is that Falco?" "He's possessed by a Sin. Any idea why?" Bentley responds with, "Are the Sins even aware of what happened in Ned's dreams?" "On second thought, the answer is no." "So the Sins moved down the list, and set their sights on Falco?" "Seems that way. Let me know when your preparation is done, and we'll move in." After a quick heal and save, the Soul Princes head into the room where Invidia, the Sin of Envy, possessing Fox's best friend Falco, is trying to break down the door to bring in some Landmasters. As we cut to a timed fight, Murray says, "Those tanks know friend nor foe. Only destruction." Bentley responds with, "The big guy's right, Sly. There's going to be significant casualties in this base if we don't do anything…" "Don't worry. We'll take care of it quick…"

Gameplay boss fight, and after defeating the shadow, Invidia flees. Falco keels to the floor, heavily weakened. Sly went up to the avian.
Sly: Falco, you all right?
Falco: Yeah... Yeah, I think I'm alright. What exactly happened?
Sora: We found out that Invidia was possessing you.
Sonic: And had you attack Corneria City with some troops.
Falco: Last thing I remember is... Fox telling the troops in the fleet to attack the city.
Link: What?! Fox gave the order?!
Falco: I thought something wasn't right, so I confronted him. But then, something snuck up from behind... I don't remember anything after that.
Rayman: Why would Fox give the order to attack the city? (Thinks for a moment and realizes something) Unless...
Mario: He must be possessed by one of the Sins!
Roxas: It wasn't just Jak and Dax after all!
Sicön: We have to stop him!
Aaron: Falco, do you know where Fox might be right now?
Falco: Probably back at the bridge on the mothership.
Sora: Then, that's where we need to go.

Cut to gameplay as the Soul Princes storm the Great Fox mothership in a section not unlike when the Galactic Rangers were attacked on the Phonix during Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal. Said mothership is Darkness infested at the moment, it's not going to be easy. But eventually they reach the bridge and the traditional pre-boss fight save point and shop. After preparations are complete, the Soul Princes head to the bridge. "Fox! We would ask if you're OK, but we're pretty sure the answer is no." Kaden responds with, "Luxuria! We know you're in there! Stand down, or we'll have to get rid of you the hard way!"
"Try beating me… if you can!"
And so begins the Sin-Possessed Fox boss fight. This takes inspiration from Fox's Smash Bros moveset, and you also have to climb into the Gummi Ship to shoot down Fox's Arwing after Fox runs out the door, and eventually it goes down. It's a similar section to when you're in a boat in Venice chasing Octavio through the canals during Operation: Tar-B-Gone in Sly 3. Bentley immediately wheels over to the crash site. "Well. I'm extremely relieved to say it looks like he's going to make it. Although, it's going to be a tough recovery. Jak and Daxter already had experience with Darkness being inside them, so they knew what it felt like. Fox is a different story." "We'll keep an eye on him. Which Sin are we going to stop next?" Bentley responds with, "We're headed to the Dream Galaxy. Let's go see how Klonoa is doing…"
