School in the United States was so different from Japan, instead of staying in one classroom with the same set of classmates for years, instead the students are the ones who go from classroom to classroom not the teachers. Also the classmates change can change from classroom to classroom, so instead of the same faces there's a change to the faces. There's no pressure to conform to the group, that grades are everything, that the school you go to will determine your future. And most importantly there no quirks are everything like it's in Japan.

Izuku having been to many places in his dimensional travels gotten use to culture shock. He's been to too many strange worlds not to get use to different cultures. But it was nice to be in a seaside city that isn't so dense and the beach isn't covered in trash. The people aren't centered around having heroes handle everything for them but actually take care of problems themselves. And that the quirkless aren't looked down upon, unlike back in Japan.

He no longer had anything to distract him and with the support of the girls, he's getting the help he needs. The nightmares of what he saw and what he had to do to survive. The first time he took a life, the monsters of all shapes and forms he had to face, the hard choices he had to make, and other horrors that he had to endure. The girls have all been supportive of him and getting him to do what is needed for him to heal. He has mental trauma that needs healing and if he had stayed in Japan, he wouldn't had gotten it.

In the principal office -

"This robot body I was given is wonderful," principal Clawdia said in the custom build robot body.

The body, head, and arms of a robobrain and the lower half of a assaultron. The braincase where the brain would have been is where principal Clawdia is housed in saltwater. The robot body is controlled by Claudia's thoughts and the voice box of the robot speaks for her. Thanks to the technology from the Nile Galaxy for races who while sapient can't communicate outside of their own race

"It is nice to speak to you without the clicks," All Might said over a video call.

"I no longer need a translator and can just talk with my students. Speaking of which why are you calling? The last time we met was years ago when you stop by at the school. Hoping to get some information or calling in some old flavors?" Clawdia asked.

"Yes, we been changing things here in Japan," All Might said.

"After queen Torrent exposed all the corruption of the hero committee over there and how the very culture of Japan with flashy quirks and only those with quirks being allowed to be heroes. The post of how the princesses ran rings around your old mentor Gran Torino, showed that the Japan pro heroes would have no idea how to train a quirkless student. Seeing how the lasso force him to tell only the truth, he couldn't lie or talk around any of their questions. The only one who could train him is Knuckleduster which Japan is using to show that they will let quirkless be heroes. Also the old shame of him having his pants and underwear pulled off by the late Ms. Poppins," Clawdia said.

"The other old heroes of his generation are all making fun of him again for that," All Might said.

"Being a small public school does allows the students not to have the burden of the school's reputation on their shoulders and the other pressure of Japan schools and culture. No matter what he is still a child who had to deal with horrors and hardships as he tried to find his way back home. I know that therapy is hard to come by in Japan. Seeing how Japanese culture, mental health issues are heavily condemned and discriminated against," Clawdia said.

"Yes, that is a problem here, which we are changing," All Might said.

Once word got out that Izuku is suffering from PTDS and is the reason why he's going to a small public school to relax and get the therapy he needs to help him, which couldn't be found in Japan thanks to its culture of not actually having a support and therapy for people with mental health issues. The new hero committee is now making it mandatory for all hero agencies to have a therapists and all hero schools to have one as well. Which resulted in revealing that many of the pro heroes having tons of mental issues, with All Might himself having issues. (1)

"Well you need it the most, you only became the number 1 hero because you do nothing else. You have no life outside of being a hero. Lark is telling everyone that the reason why is because you're dying from the wound One for All gave you," Clawdia said.

"What?" All Might asked.

"She is a villain and her mother did hack the files of the HPSC. You should just go to the Nile embassy and ask for medical aid. With their advance technology, whatever injury One for All gave you should be a simply matter of fixing," Clawdia said.

"I was wounded but…. How wide spread the story is?" All Might asked.

"It's already spreading around here. Another thing queen Torrent has no quirk but is already made herself into the most feared villainess in the world. Her daughter Lark has also established herself as the most feared student in student in school, she made it known that she'll be going after the bullies as only she gets to be the villain around. But she's easily handled by her husband to be, so she's doesn't actually do any bullying just intimidating the other students. And her mere presents in Oceanside has caused a drop in the villain and gang related crime. No one wants to get in her empire's radar. She's been saying that Japan only made the changes to kiss up to Izuku to keep him in Japan for what she and the others could give to Japan. That she has no quirk and yet on the danger scale that Japan gave the princesses and their kingdoms, she comes second to Cleopatra who also has no quirk. My point is, while Japan has downplayed the quirkless and that only those with quirks can be heroes, I would have thought that your time here in the states would had taught you that you don't need a quirk to be a hero or a villain. After all you almost died at the hands of Trapper," Clawdia said.

"I only survived because of Starbolt and Black Clover," All Might said.

"And Black Clover is quirkless. You really should had used your position as the number 1 hero of Japan to push for quirkless heroes when you had the chance. Now your country can only do what it can to catch up," Clawdia said.

"Yes, I should had done better," All Might said.

"Japan's society isn't suited for Izuku being quirkless and that's that truth. I know that people will hear this or are already listening in. Your country will have to make lots of changes to even get him to even think of returning. Seeing how the girls tell him all the time he shouldn't bother with going back. Telling him that if it wasn't for them, Japan wouldn't be making changes. And the rat brings shame to other animals who are sapient with how he allowed the school to be run," Clawdia said and ended the call.

Author's Notes -

1 - Like in real life Japan of My Hero Academia is bad at treating mental problems. Which is why the mangas and animes have the main cast with mental issues never being treated.
