We start off part way through Red's battle with Misty, Abby vs a Starmie "Bide!"
"Bubble Beam!" Abby absorbed the first! "Bubble Beam!" It knocks out Abby! She couldn't absorb enough…
"Charmeleon is unable to battle! Misty wins!" Announced the referee!
Red went to the Pokémon Center! Having his Pokémon heal, Helix told Red to train, they need to deal with offense! Red comes over when his Pokémon are better! "Guys, we have to beat Misty!"
Training together! Red learned how to dodge! How to flinch! How to move fast! Abby learns to perform Slash! With her speed, it was practically guaranteed to do critical damage!
Red entered the gym! "You want another round? Brock did mention this trait of yours… you're a very determined trainer…"
Seats are filled, with people hearing of Red's rematch with Brock coming for the Misty one! The referee "Leader Misty has accepted a rematch! Red from Pallet Town! Select your first Pokémon!"
"Jay! You've got this!" He throws out Rattata!
"Staryu, I choose you!" Misty tosses out Staryu "Tackle!"
"Hyper Fang!" Red calls out, causing Jay to bite Staryu, causing it to flinch and stop moving!
"Harden!" Misty called, hoping to make Jay's bite less powerful
"Hyper Fang again!" The light on Staryu's gem fades
"Staryu is unable to battle! The Rattata wins!" The referee announces
"Starmie! Let's go!" Misty says "Use Bubble Beam!"
"Quick Attack!" Jay moved with great agility, crashing into Starmie, before being launched into the pool! "Hyper Fang!"
"Bubble Beam!" As Jay leaped at Starmie, before it could bite it was hit by a second attack!
"Rattata is unable to battle! Starmie wins!" Announced the referee! Red's next Pokémon will decide the battle!
"Abby! Let's go!" Red sends out Charmeleon! The crowd is laughing at him! Misty literally taking victory laps, swimming! "Smokescreen!"
"Bubble Beam…" bubbles fly into the cloud of smoke… and out on the other side "Huh? Uh… Tackle! You need to find that Chameleon!"
Starmie got in and out of the cloud, as soon as it hit something Red immediately said "Slash!"
"Bubble Beam!" Misty says! The smoke clears, both Pokémon exhausted, Starmie with a huge gash in it! "Bubble Beam!"
"Get behind Starmie and grab it!" Abby did just that "Seismic Toss!" Starmie was sent up so high it's like gravity for it was turned upside down! It hits the ceiling and then falls back into the pool! The Starmie's light dimmed…
"Starmie is unable to battle! The winner is Red from Pallet Town!" The referee announces
Misty approaches "Wow! You're too much! All right! You can have the Cascade Badge to show you beat me!"
