Location: Burned Kowan Village.
It's the aftermath of when the Flame Dragon attacked Kowan village. Japan, US, and South Korean small groups of teams were tasked to make contact with the locals. They had visited three settlements so far and All of them said the war was the business of the lords and had nothing to do with them, and didn't seem to express dislike or hate for Itami and the others.
What happened during the first wave of invaders? They had been demolished, no one survived. After that, the Empire had sent help from other kingdoms to fight the so-called "barbarians", but they were also got demolished. Only one of the were able to survived, and that was King Duran. He was the only survivor from those the battle was over, the 175 natiton militaries from Earth have built a base around Alnus. With a little teamwork, they have finished some necessary facilities within the base.
Right after the Coda village, the three nations recon groups reachedthe plain before the forest. The first thing that caught their eyes were raising columns of black smoke. That's when they saw the Dragon burning the village down after looking through their binoculars. And here they are, in the aftermath of it.
American Lieutenant soldier: Jesus, everything's burned out.
Itami: You could say that again.
SK Private soldier: Are there any survivors here?
(Note: Some of them can speak and understand Japanese.)
The American Lieutenant, Terry Nill. He is from the United States Ground Forces in Yokota. He was sent here to join Japan's 3rd Recon team. He also has his own recon team called 10th Eagle team. The South Korean private, Lee Min-Jae. He's the new soldier among his team and two other nations team. Even though he is new, his higher up had put him in the position of leader to his team due to him having the inteligence and survival instinct. His own version of 3rd Recon Team are called Daegu recon team.
Surveying the area, Itami could see signs of several buildings... And several blackened Human-shaped objects. Instead of Human-shaped objects, it would be more appropriate to call them burned mummies.
Kurata: C-Commander, it's...
Itami: Don't say it...
Kurata shivered with the thought of those corpses. They all slowly walked around the remains of the the buildings were burned. Everything above the stone floor was destroyed, reducing all of it into piles of rubbles. Blackened corpses lay under these structures. Kuribayashi reported that there were 32 building-like structures within the area, and confirmed only 27bodies. Itami and the other group leaders sighed. They don't anything about the Special Region works yet. But what they do know is that fantasy are real in this world... How foolish of them... They are unaware of their Gods and Supernaturals watching them.
Itami realized he was running low on water after placing his mouth onto his bottle. After swirling it around for a moment, he looked around and realized there was a well behind him. Grabbing the bucket beside him, he prepared to lower it into the well and pull it up with the rope. He dropped the bucket into the well, and when he did that, he heard a sharp 'donk'.
Itami/Terry/Min-Jae: Hmm?
They were expecting a splashing sound instead, so the four looked into the well in curiousity. Kuribayashi lean forward and looked down curiously too as she mumbled "What is that?"
And then, to their surprise, there was a young girl with long golden hair and a bump on her head floating in the water like a puppet with its strings cut.
Itami: There's a person!
Terry turned away his gaze from the well and shouted to the rest of the groups.
Terry(English): We've got a survivor!
Min-Jae(Korean): Someone bring us more ropes, now!
When they heard the order, they rushed to get the ropes and brought to their team leader. They tied Min-Jae around his waist since he's the light one. He went down and picked up the girl before they pulled him up with a light military truck from the well with he rescued her and brought some med-kit, they observed her appearance. They were surprised that she's an elf. The med team took her inside the truck and checking vital , outside the truck, Kurata felt joy like never before in his life.
Kurata: It's an elf, guys! And a blonde too, no less! Ku- There is still hope!
Itami was sitting on the same well, while Terry and Min-Jae were standing besides him. Terry has his arms crossed while watching Kurata's hype. Min-Jae just awkwardly laugh, but understood his feeling, the same as Itami.
Terry: Dude, are you really into moe elf?
Kurata: Not really, butIf there are Elves, there must be lusty witches, pure succubus, passionate vampire girls and elegant monster girls right? By the way, a naughty cute werewolf girl is fine too!
Images of lewd and non-lewd doujinshi describing these girls came to their minds... But they felt a bit terrified that they really do exist. What they were imagining was the Beast Girls would probably look more realistic than the actress who wore make-up in the musical based on a Tezuka manga. If the witches and vampires Kurata spoke of really existed, they would definitely be moe... Boy they haven't seen the Gensyokyans yet and their Gods.
Min-Jae:Well, the chance of them existing is definitely higher now.
Kurata: They definately existed!
Moving away from Kurata who seemed to be burning up while clenching his fist and saying "Horaay for Special Region."
Itami: Well, good luck with that.
Moments later, Kurokawa came over.
Kurokawa: Excuse me.
Itami: Oh, Kurokawa. How's she doing?
Kurokawa:Her body temperature is returning to normal. The bump on her head that looked like something out of a manga had subsided, I think she will be fine... But what do we do next? We can't stay here too long, and it would be too inhumane to leave this girl here alone.
Itami:*Sigh*Let's see... The settlement's been wiped out. Let's take her back as refugee.
Kurokawa:*Smile*I knewyou would say something like that.
Itami:You mean I am a real humanitarian, right?
Kurokawa: Gee, I don't know. I thought it might be rude of me to bring up the fact that you have some odd interests, or that she's an elf.
Itamistarted sweating profusely. Though worried, he awkwardly laughed while looked at Kurata, Terry, and Min-Jae. He gave them a signal and they understood what he meant, so they laughed with him in a very awkward moment.
And so, they began to hit the road back to Coda trip back was peaceful too. It was hard to believe that just this morning a dragon was flying around and annihilated an entire village.A clear sky without clouds and vast plains as far as the eyes could see.
They've arrived again at Coda Village. The Villagers of Coda welcomed Itami and his groups with an 'Oh, you are here again' kind of feeling. They were not hostile and just greeted them looked at his dictionary as he talked to the village chief and explained the situation, how they found the village in the forest as directed, how it had been reduced to ashes by the dragon attack, e.t.c.
The Village Chief: What?Annihilated?
Itami flipped through his tiny dictionary and chose the phrase to say. There were many mistranslated words from Itami, but luckily the villagers are very understandable. Once he explained the situations, The villager Chief, byexpressing his gratitude, Shook Itami's hand, and shouted to his family and the people around him. They began to pack their stuff to evacuate.

On the road, military vehicles were escorting the villagers as theircarriages following behind. A few carriage ofrefugees was slowing them down that it's making them more difficult to progress. The villagers wore depressed expressions. They felt fatigue in their bones, hunger in their stomachs and thirst in their throats. The piercing wails of babies abandoned by their escaping parents permeated the air. People bleeding from accidents on the road. The sun glared heavily on their backs only adding to their struggle. The worst part for the villagers, however, was all the mud. Mud which coated the ground and caked their pants and shoes which they had no time to shake off.
There was one carriage that couldn't move because the road had turned into mush, so the family sat beside it. However, even if they wanted to, the villagers couldn't offer them a hand. They could only abandon the dropouts with blank faces. They didn't have the will or energy to spare. The father carried his child, pleading with the passing carriages to at least save his out from the caravan meant death. They lacked food or water for subsistence, and would most likely fall victim to wild beasts and bandits. It was natural to be abandoned. This was the line between life and death, the law of nature
In their moment of thought, they pray to their gods... But such prayers were gods would not offer salvation. They would not come to help, and would simply stand there and watch from tyrants, the gods ordered them to die. That was why the only ones who could save men were other men. The men wearing green gathered before the immobile carriage. If it was just the wheels stuck in the mud, they could still help.
The soldiers pushed on the carriage with all their strength. After recovering the carriage stuck in the mud, the men didn't even wait to receive thanks before returning to their amazing carriage that was not pulled by villagers wondered just who they were not soldiers of this nation or the residents of this village. They thought they were ruthless soldiers like the Empire... Until they burned the carriages and luggages. But they had their good reasons. Itami didn't want the enemy finds them and they can do is giving a helping hand by giving some of them a ride in their vehicles.
Itami studied the terrain map made from aerial photographs, watching the horizon with his binoculars. He compared the terrain with his current position, calculating the distance they had travelled and how much further they had to go. He recorded road conditions and their steepness.
Kurata: Huh? Someone's coming from up ahead.
Itami looked forward with his binoculars again. He then discovered a girl squatting by the side of the road, surrounded by ravens.
Itami:A Goth Loli?
Kurata: Ehh!?
Kurata took his own binoculars to see the gothic was between twelve to fourteen years old. She looked very attractive, a real beauty.A girl like that was squatting at the side of an empty road, her black jewel like eyes staring this way without even blinking. Sge stood up and walked towards them.
?: Where are you going?
Itami: What'd she say?
Kurata: I have no idea.
Kurokawa: She appears to be a child.
Just then, their backdoor truck opened and three childrens came out to meet the gothic girl which they called her "the Oracle." The rest of the village were also coming to meet her as some of them knelt down.
The oracle(A.K.A Rory): Where did you come from?
Child: We are from Coda Village.
Old Woman: We fled from the Village.
Man:There was a Fire Dragon. We had to run.
Inside the vehicles, they all watched the villagers seemingly like they pray to her.
Kurokawa: They appear to be praying to her.
Itami: So there's a religious reason for that weird outfit.
The girl looked at Itami, accidentally making an eye contact. She examined the vehicle in details.
Rory: Who are these people?
Child: They are our rescuers.
Rory: So you aren't being forced out of your village?
Child: No, they informed us about the Flame Dragon.
Rory: How is this thing move?
Child: I don't know. But it's way comfier than our carts.
Rory: Is that so~, comfier you say?
She gave Itami a side glare and licked her lips. He tensed up for a he could even stop her, the Goth Loli boarded the HMV from Itami's passenger side. She strode over Itami's knees. There were no doors, so she entered easily. The HMV could seat ten , there were already plenty of luggage, children and elderly on the vehicle, it was as packed as a train during the morning rush hour.
Itami: Hold it. This is really thight fit.
He wanted to move her away, but she acted like she's trying to seduced him. It made kurata jealous.
Kurata: That's not fair, Commander!
Because of the language barrier his protests and curses in Japanese like "Hey! Wait! Wait!", "Don't touch that", "Don't touch the pistol and fire extinguisher", "Get out first", "Wah, what the hell are you bringing along!" were ignored completely.
Kurata: No fair!
Itami: I'm not enjoying this!
Kurata: Absolutely not fair!
Itami: Just get off already!
Meanwhile, in the American group...
Terry: ... I wouldn't say that was lucky.
In SK group...
Min-Jae: ... Hangin' there, Hero of Ginza.

Location: Rochie Hill
The convoy are now arrived in Rochie roaring sounds of the engines of every military vehicles. The elderly, women, and children in the vehicles had to endure the rocking of the vehicle from sharp turns and changes in speed, causing their heads and bodies to collide with each other. Gritting their teeth, they endured the pain. Looking out the window of the vehicle, the view was blocked by the escaping Coda villagers. And the black shadow falling on them from the sky. It was the Flame Dragon.
The beast began attacking its prey as it fire breathe the carriages. They villagers who were inside of it knew they were going to die... That's when a space ripping gaps opened beneath and swallowed them whole, and closed before the fire consumed them. No one seemed to noticed this and know where they went. Anyway, thanks to the prior knowledge of the Flame Dragon's appearance courtesy of the JSDF, Coda Village and a few other nearby villages had all simultaneously fled from the Dragon began to search its prey again.
Itami (Radio):All units, concentrate all firepower towards that dragon!
Terry (Radio): Copy!
Min-Jae (Radio): Loud and clear!
Two allied nations commaned their own mens to fire the dragon in their own languages. All vehicles began to move and fired their all types of ammunitions. 50 Cal, 12.7, and more. The vehicles scattered in every direction. It didn't seemed to do any damages until the elf girl woke up and told Itami to aim for the eye. He quickly delivered the instruction to other two military and acknowledged. The Dragon covered his face from the bullets.
It's just making it angry. With no other choice, the combined forces of US, Japan, and Korean brought out their rocket launchers and fired. It hits the Dragon's body and arm. It roared in pain. Furious, it opened its mouth again to fire breathe them. But before it could do that, something hit the Dragon's left face as it exploded upon contact. The explosion was bigger than the one's they launched. It almost stumbled to the side. Then another roared happen, and it was not the Flame Dragon. It was loud and thundering.
JSDF, US Armed Forces, and ROK, looked up to find the source of it. What they saw was something more powerful than the Flame Dragon. In the sky, was a giant long Serpent Dragon. It has its two hands and horns. What's more impressive, is that its size could eat the Flame Dragon in just two bites. The Flame Dragon looked up to its opponent with fury. It didn't care about the Serpent Dragon's size, it was just glad it found a worthy foe. The Serpent Dragon immediately flew down to his opponent as the Flame Dragon charged up its breath.
They were getting closer... Until the Serpent Dragon's did the unexpected thing. It shrunk down to the Flame Dragon size and used its tail to whip slapped the Flame Dragon's face, making it stumbled to the side. And also canceled its charge. The slap had created shock wave impact.
Falmart owned/disrespected count: 1
The Flame Dragon wailed in pain. It tried to stand back up but only to be shot again by that same explosion. It began to bombarded it. The military watched the scene and looked for the source. There, they saw a girl floating in the air. She has a very long beautiful white hair and red eyes, and wore a white collared shirt with red sashinuki hakama wrapped in paper tags and held up by suspenders. Noting her clearly a Japanese girl. They were surprised that she can fly, and kept summoning what seemed to be energized fire bullets.
The Flame Dragon, knowing it outnumbered, tried to retreat as it crawled and spread its wings before flying away. The battle was over. The girl stopped her attack and looked down towards the military. She didn't say anything, instead, she flew toward the Serpent Dragon's head, and holding on its horn. The Serpent Dragon suddenly emits electricity around its body before it suddenly dissapeared. The US Armed Forces, JSDF, and ROK came out from their vehicles and discussing what they had saw.
Terry: ... Okay, what the hell was that!?
Terry shouted. None of them could believe what they had saw. It was a mystery to them.
Kurata: ... That girl... She was Japanese, I'm sure of it!
Min-Jae: How do you know?
Kurata: She was wearing asashinuki hakama, the pants. From my understanding, there are no clothes in Special Region like that.
Terry: But how could she was able to fly? Don't tell me there's some weird supernatural power in your country.
Itami: Enough!
Itami yelled.
Itami: That's not important anymore. We have to count how many casualities we've got. We'll figure it out later.
There was a moment of paused until they agreed on helping the casualities first. As they were counting, Itami and the rest of the group found the remaining of villagers were a few kilometers from the previous battlefield. They recalled when the Flame Dragon fire breathed them in their carriages, they were suddenly transported away from where they were. None of the knows why. It sounded like a fairy tails, but knowing they are in another world, it could be possible. Once they were done counting, they were shocked that none of them died. All of the refugees had survived.
Meanwhile, near Western Desert...
The same Serpent Dragon were flying through the sky, while on its head was the white haired girl. It is revealed that she is Fujiwara no Mokou, daughter of Fujiwara Clan. And the Dragon was Ryujin. As it flying, they suddenly vanished in mid-travel... That was because they have passed through the barrier. Inside the hidden barrier, it had become a really big town. This is the base of Earth' Gods. They built the town in just one day right after they went through the Torii Gate made by Amaterasu and God... But they built another one. The second Torii Gate was added in Gensokyo, next to the original Gate. Earth now has four Gates connected to Falmart.
Ginza's Gate- Alnus
Gensokyo's Gate-Forest of High Elves
Gensokyo's Torii Gate-Western Desert
Takamagahara's Torii Gate-Western Desert
The town has many facilities such as a bar, Cafe, weapon storage, library, and more. it has the mix of modern and traditional structures. There are also a monument of stone with rules written on it.
The rules:
1. Do not make conflict within the town.
2. Be respectful to the local humans, unless they showed hostility and try to murder your people.
3. Be respectful to the local Gods (Optional).
hold back your power, unless it's necessary (Optional).
5. Hear the prayers (Rule for Gods and Goddesses only)
The rules was made by Amaterasu and signed by her. She had her permission from her friend to make that rules of her own. The town has grew lively as ever with Gods and Supernaturals alike. In one of the building, it's the main Earth's Gods HQ in Falmart. There, Amaterasu was making tea in her private office. In the middle of her doing, there's something bothering her, and that is her brother, Tsukuyomi. She was wondering why she haven't recieved his message yet.
?: Ara, still thinking about that Lunarian God?
She heard a voice as he turned around. There, she saw a woman with long blonde hair and purple eyes. She carries a pink lace parasol and a paper fan and rides on a gap that leads to an unknown destination. She wears a deep purple dress, a pale pink mob cap with a thin red ribbon and smaller ribbons tied liberally on her accessories and the tips of her hair.
Amaterasu:*Sigh*Yukari, it's rude of you to appeared like that.
Yukari: Oh, what's this? No gratitude at all? I was hoping you would thank me after saving those villagers.
Yukari covered her mouth while playfully expressing a sad look on her face. Amaterasu shook her head. She brought her teapot to her desk and sat down on her chair. She offered Yukari a tea, and the two began to have girls talk. What happened during the fight against the Flame Dragon? Well, she had asked Ryujin, Yukari, Mokou to protect the villagers. She had a hard time deciding whether or not to save Falmartian people. That was until her friend, Jesus, God the Son, telling her that these people needs saving too. Regardless where they from. That's when Amaterasu made the fifth rule, the most recent rule.
