The light was shinning through the window when Avrail woke up. She went to the bathroom, then she checked on Terran, who was still sleeping. She went back into the bathroom, and took a shower. When she left the bathroom, Terran was awake. He was sitting up in his crib. Avrail picked him up, then went downstairs. Mike was in the kitchen, he looked up when she walked into the room. Avrail said hey, and he replied with a hey. Avrail went to make Terran a bottle. She gave him some juice in his bottle, and sat in the living room with him. Mike came in a few minutes later, he turned on the television, and his phone rang. He picked it up and went outside the double doors to speak to the person who called. Avrail put Terran in his play pen when he was done drinking his bottle. Mike came in a few minutes later and said that Terrance had called. He was able to stop the virus with 2 more people that were turned. Avrail asked when they knew the vampire was turned. Mike replied that they were both cleared within 24 hours. Avrail said alright.
They were going to visit Mack and Stacey the next weekend. Eric and Angela were going with them, and they would stay in the same location that they had been in before. They had been there in the summer before but this time it was winter.
Later that night, while in bed with Mike, Avrail was sound asleep. She had a feeling that she was about to awake suddenly. She saw a figure in the woods, she was by herself, and she started to follow it. The came through the woods and we're now in the street. He turned to her and she woke up. She snuggled into Mike, and tried to get the dream out of her mind. She had heard from a book, that figures who didn't say much meant that she was aware of the situation that the dream put her into.
It was the day of their trip to visit Mack and Stacey. Eric was at their house waiting for Avrail and Mike to finish packing. Mike put the last bag in the car, while Avrail was getting Terran in his car seat. Eric asked if they wanted to follow him, and Mike replied yes. They drove out of the town of forks. They had a few hours before they were in Oregon.
When they arrived, Mike stopped at the cabin's front desk. They were in the same cabin that they had the last time they were in Oregon. Avrail got out of the car walked over to where Mack and Stacey were. After greeting each other, Stacey said that she had some photos of wolves to show her. When Avrail looked at the pictures, and saw that they wolves were not bothered by the snow that was surrounding them. Mike who was standing next to her, looked at the picture, and nodded. They walked back to their cabin and decided to get something to eat before it became too late. The four friends walked to the cafe and talked about what they had been doing since the last time they saw each other.
