I don't really write stories, brain doesn't work that way. Please feel free to use this plot outline for a story

However, here is a storyline I worked out with our Supreme AI Overlords . I enjoyed it enough to want to issue a challenge hoping someone with actual talent (read: not me) might write a story.

Synopsis:

Harry Potter wakes up in his twelve-year-old body at the start of his second year at Hogwarts, realizing he's been sent back in time. Instead of freaking out, he immediately decides to use his knowledge and latent magical potential to fix everything—and in the process, accidentally becomes an all-powerful wizard with a growing entourage of awestruck underclassmen and a ridiculously devoted harem of witches.

Unfortunately for him, his newfound competence does not go unnoticed. Dumbledore suspects something, Snape is furious at his new smugness, and Voldemort—who keeps getting comically foiled—believes Harry is some kind of divine force sent to torment him.

With no moral considerations holding him back, Harry is about to have the most insane school year ever.
