Hey guys! I'm back!

Sorry for the long wait, I originally planned to come back after completing my other story, One's Own Path's current arc. But it's taken longer than expected and since u waited patiently it wasn't fair to keep you waiting so I'm going to start adding now.

And just so everyone knows this will be the Final Saga. The story will end after this arc. I know there've been longer stories but I feel like I can end this story now with the right villain to finish it.

How long will the arc be, I'm not sure but it will be a bit at minimum 30 chapters. I hope you guys can enjoy.

So for now the update schedule for now will be 1 chapter per month, I'm still going to prioritize One's Own Path until it's current arc has finished.

Once it's finished though I'm going to give it my all into DBOT. I hope that's ok with you guys.

Anway on with the first chapter of the Final Saga of OT.

Earned Peace Before A New Threat

Earth.

Decades ago many heroes died for it.

Androids 17 and 18 under the control of Dr. Gero's programmed, had wiped out most of humanity and the Z-Fighters.

After almost twenty years Earth had been saved.

The Androids were killed and brought back to life on accident.

Removing them from their programming.

As a result Earth have gotten three new defenders.

The two Androids who were forced by their programming have accepted their humanity and joined to protect it.

Along with one extra android.

Led by the son of the deceased Saiyan prince.

3 years later the four had fought against Broly the legendary Super Saiyan.

Not long after they had fought the new threat Daburack an evil fusion of Dabura and Bojack.

And they have gained a new ally.

Zangya, the last of the Hera and a key part of their victory.

Six years later, they fought tooth and nail against Baby. The final creation of the Tuffles in search of vengeance against the Saiyans. Using clones of the deceased Z-fighters.

They have one but at a great cost.

They have lost perhaps the most human of their group.

Android 16 had sacrificed himself to destroy Baby, a creation that had used a device meant to give him a human body to wreak havoc.

They have mourned.

While of course trained for the next threat

And now are enjoying a time of peace.

A peace that has lasted ten years.

Capsule Corp

Bulma was hard at work in her lab, she took a huge sip from her mug as she typed on her keyboard. Many lines of code filled the monitor.

She's been busy with her company, while Trunks does help every now and then but he's dedicated to his training as well as Iolite's and Shorz. Plus she didn't want to share what she was trying to do, she didn't want to give the family hope only for it to be crushed if she found out she couldn't do it.

More or less this project is a secret until she knows that she can reach her goal.

So in what little free time she had, she's been working on something.

Restoring their group their family the member they lost.

On the screen was Android 16's face with a chip in his head.

The last surviving piece of him.

It had very little data and is likely damaged from overusing the Infinity core.

She's made some progress restoring it, shame she couldn't rely on the dragon balls for this.

She sighed as she put in a bit of code in hopes of restoring some memory from 16.

With a sigh she pressed the last bit of code.

For so long with what little free time she had, she's been trying to restore 16's data but with little to no success.

She pressed Enter on her keyboard and sighed with closed eyes.

"You'd think I would've put some sort of back up on him when I had the chance." She said to herself. "Sorry for that 16, I'm not sure what else I can do."

She looked down expecting this to have not succeed but then a clip showed in front of her.

It was of Goku fighting Vegeta back when he and Nappa attacked Earth.

As Bulma watched the fight unfold and seeing flaws pointed in his fighting style in hopes that he can use it to defeat him.

She smiled at the sight.

Finally, some hope.

So many countless days of putting in code and she sees hope in restoring him.

With a new vigor she looked at any other scrap of code and did her best to restore it.

Soon they're family will be whole again.

Lapis's Island

A young looking man with black hair sat with a hand under his chin looking over the island.

The endangered animals all were content, none had seen a human aside from their protector.

They were not being disturbed nor have been for a few years now.

This makes being a park ranger of the area an easy job.

But to this park ranger it made it boring.

Lapis was always easy going, he usually went with the flow with everything, the more free time he had the better.

But after protecting the island for years he had a bit of fun protecting the animals from the poachers, even made a game out of it every and then when they came.

Of course, he didn't appreciate their intentions every time they came to the island and always resented them when they showed and gave them a thorough beating.

For three years now no one has come to the island. At least no poachers. Just explorers who needed a guide.

They were fine, they only asked questions, and he always answered.

And that became the extent of his job.

For three.

Long.

Years.

Lapis gave out a long yawn as he lied down bored out of his mind.

"I thought I was the only one who could tire you."

The cyborg turned to see who it was.

Zangya stood tall with her hand on her hip looking down at the cyborg.

"Boredom can be exhausting." He replied as he looked up.

The Hera knelt down next to him.

"Maybe, I can cure your boredom?"

She drummed her fingers across his arm.

"I'm on the clock, maybe later."

Zangya frowned at that.

"But I felt like spending time with you today, Joyaku's in school, I have all the clothes I want, and work has been slow." Zangya listed. "Come on, I'm sure I can provide a way to entertain you. Come on, I know you want to.""

Lapis rolled his eyes and turned without saying a word.

Zangya frowned but she had an impish grin on her face, she might as well have a bit of fun.

"Fine, then how about we multitask."

The Cyborg's eyes widened.

"What?"

Zangya smiled as she walked around and looked at his face.

"Yeah, we can enjoy ourselves, and watch each other's backs in case those poachers decide to come today." She said smiling as she knelt down next time. "After all, even while we make love we can still sense energy can't we? We can sense those pesky humans deal with them and then get back to our fun." She said in a seductive tone as she again drummed her husband's arm. "What do you say to that?"

Lapis looked at Zangya and tried to resort but couldn't. It was one of the few times that he had been force to pause and process her words.

Zangya got close her face was right in front of him, her cool breath on his lips. And he didn't seem to do anything for this.

And the ginger pulled away giggling.

Lapis had a startled look on his face.

Zangya then started laughing loudly.

"Oh, your face, you were considering it weren't you?!" She laughed walking away.

Lapis kept a blank look on his face though their was a red tinge on his cheeks.

"Oh Lapis" She said between laughs. "I always knew you were lecherous deep down. Sorry but I wasn't serious, I prefer you focus on me and nothing else when we have fun." She said smirking.

The Cyborg sat up and glared at her.

"I was just shocked at what you suggested., I wasn't considering it."

"Sure you were." Zangya said smirking and crossing her arms. "The witty Lapis was at a loss for words and definitely not tempted by all this." She gestured to her body.

"You know it's not true." He replied and looked away.

"Oh please, you always cling to me every night." Zangya said smiling. "Even in your sleep you can't keep your hands off of me." She said smiling. "I had to go through quite a bit of effort to pry your hands off of me to get breakfast ready."

Lapis sighed as he stood up and looked at Zangya.

"Dealing with you makes me think Dr. Gero was bullshitting when he told me and my sis had infinite energy."

"And you love that I give you such a workout." She said smirking.

Lapis looked away but smirked. This woman was infuriating, and couldn't imagine himself without him.

His sister was right about marriage, it's a lot of work but worth it.

"I've got some food at camp, wanna grab a bite?"

"Camp food, here and not at a fancy restaurant?" She crossed her arms and smiled. "Oh Lapis, you know how to treat a lady don't you."

"Nah" He replied. "Just the only one who can put up with me."

Zangya chuckled, funny being on this planet was better than she thought it would be. When she came, she thought it would be a nice place for her crew to pillage and make a base out of for future plunders.

She never knew that she would ever start a family, not with anyone on the crew.

And not with a human. Cyborg or not.

It felt so bizzare, and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Her husband and son, truly a life she never knew she wanted.

Orange Star Elementery School

There was a boy with shoulder-length orange hair, pointy ears, and blue eyes with a black dot in the middle.

Behind him, there was a boy his age who had a hand under his chin.

He had lavender hair, blue eyes, and a black dot in the middle as well.'

"Not done yet Joyaku?" The half platinum blonde, half lavender-haired boy asked.

"No Shorz" He replied with a slightly annoyed tone. "Like I told you ten minutes ago."

"Mmm," Shorz replied. "Come on, it's so easy, I'm bored here, I still have to wait to go home after I finished my work."

"Not everyone's a freakish genius like you," Joyaku replied.

Shorz looked sad hearing that.

"Freakish? Grandma Bulma says geniuses like us are gifted." He said in a whiney tone.

Joyaku rolled his eyes and kept trying to do his class assignment.

"Just copy me" Shorz handed his work closer to him

His cousin looked away.

"Stop that or I'll tell your mom that you're trying to help me cheat." He said to him.

"What? No!" Shorz imagined his mother Lazuli glaring at him with red glowing eyes. He pulled back his paper with a panicked expression. "I was just trying to help! You know it's boring waiting for class to end."

Joyaku sighed as he kept working and saw the sad look on his cousin's face. He was so annoying when he didn't get his way.

"How about we play at my parent's island after school?"

Shorz brightened up hearing that.

"Really?! Ok, I'll have to ask my mom but that would be fun seeing all those animals again, man I love playing with the minotaurus!"

"Don't know if my dad will let us try to play with it again, y'know how protective my dad is of that thing."

Shorz looked at his cousin and chuckled.

"Come on, Uncle Lapis is always fun I'm sure he'll let us ride it."

Joyaku chuckled.

"Y'know your smarter than your sister but you're more childish than most kids our age!"

"Hey, I act like any other eight-year-old!"

An eight-year-old strong enough to blow up the planet and smart enough to understand how a spaceship works.

Sure like any other eight-year-old.

Joyaku chuckled as he kept working on his paper.

Deep in the forest there was a young man with long lavender hair.

He wore a capsule corp jacket, familiar white and yellow Saiyan armor underneath. Dark green pants with blue boots and fingerless white gloves.

His eyes were blue with a black pupil, he had shoulder length purple hair and a beard as well.

Trunks stood tall and crossed his arms.

"You ready?"

In front of him was a young woman almost as tall as he is.

She wore a green gi with a black undersuit. Also light green bracers with black cloth underneath and green and black boots. An homage to the late Android 16's outfit.

Her eyes were light blue with a tiny black dot in the middle similar to Lapis and Lazuli, she had long lavender hair reaching to her lower back.

"You bet I am old man."

"Heh" She's just like her mother. Trunks closed his eyes his hair spiked and turned golden. "Come at me Iolite."

Iolite took a fighting stance, her left arm on the side, her right arm raised with a fist and her knees bent slightly. The stance was a hybrid of Trunks and Lazuli's fighting style.

Her hair started to rise and turned golden her eyes emerald.

The Super Saiyans stared at each other for a few moments waiting for the other to make the first move.

Being impatient Iolite dashed forward.

Trunks rose an arm as Iolite punched stright for his face.

She then pulled back and threw a kick.

The half Saiyan blocked as well and threw a straight punch.

Iolite swayed it and threw a palm strike aiming for the side of his face.

And Trunks ducked underneath and kneed Iolite in the stomach.

This forced the younger Super Saiyan to keel over and cough.

Trunks then quickly pulled back and spun kick across her face.

Iolite was sent spinning and crashed through a few trees.

She caught herself mid air and growled.

The woman wiped some sweat off her brow as she stared at her father who floated in front of him.

"I thought I was going to land the first blow this time." She said annoyed.

Trunks smirked at her.

"A palm strike across the face is one of your mother's favorite attacks, but she makes sure her opponents are stunned before trying it." Trunks noted. "It's how she always landed it on me."

Iolite nodded and smiled.

"Got it, but don't worry I got plenty of surprises for you!" She dashed towards Trunks intent on winning the spar.

She threw a combo of punches and kicks which Trunks blocked and was pushed back.

Trunks slammed a fist across Iolite's face, he then grabbed her arm and tossed her on the ground.

He then rose his arms up, a yellow golden ball formed.

"Finish Buster!"

He tossed one of his original moves down at his daughter.

Iolite sees the attack and jumped out of the way as the attack exploded where she was.

Trunks appeared in front of her and threw a fast punch straight for her face.

The lavender haired girl smirked as she reeled her head back as Trunks's fist was almost reaching her.

Her father looked surprised.

Just then as Iolite reeled back she rose her right leg and flipped.

She landed a kick up Trunks's chin making him look up

Iolite smiled as she landed on her feet from the flip and dashed forward. She then kicked straight into Trunks's stomach and sent him away.

She then thrusted her arms in a familiar fashion and aimed her hands towards.

"Burning Attack!" She fired her father's favorite move.

Trunks was still flying as the Ki blast reached him.

He crossed his arms unable to move out of the way.

The blast detonated turning into a yellow explosion that shined throughout the area.

Iolite smiled as she sees a cloud of smoke.

That one had to do it, she laughed.

"I got him!"

But then Trunks flew out of the smoke and immediately grabbed Iolite's arm.

"What!"

He then grabbed her other arm and got her in a hold where she couldn't move her arms.

"Hey how!"

Trunks gave a light squeeze, enough to cause minor pain in her arms.

"This hold could break your arms, it's my win Iolite."

The lavender haired girl grit her teeth but sighed.

"Whatever"

Her golden hair went down back to long lavender.

Trunks had released her and turned to base as well.

"Don't pout, you did good, better than last time."

"Yeah right" She sighed. "You say that everytime."

"Because it's true, come on you are improving."

She sighed and smiled.

"Fine dad, still I wish I could reach the second stage already."

Trunks frowned when she said that.

"It will come I promise, I told you the second stage you need to"

"Accept something in my life and move on." She replied with a sigh. "Yeah I remember, I just wish I knew what was holding you back."

"It will come, come on, let's go I'm sure your mother's bringing back Shorz ready."

Iolite nodded and flew off with her father behind her.

Trunks had a smile on his face, his wife, daughter and son. This life was what he was fighting for and this is what the future will be like.

And he will make sure his children are ready for any threats that may come. While he does hope his family never has to see another threat, he will get them ready for what's next.

No matter what it will be.

Deep in the Demon Realm.

A familiar machine with four legs and a glass dome on top.

On it where you would see the Capsule Corp symbol, instead has a strange X symbol with curved ends.

At the base of the device, there was someone looking at the plans.

A woman with white hair, pointy ears, and blue skin.

Towa smiled as she looked at the blueprints of the machine.

She spent the last ten years studying the time machine, figuring out which part does what, and how to make the fuel.

She looked up at a glass dome with a blue substance floating around.

The only challenge is figuring out how to make the fuel, sadly the machine didn't have any blueprint of the fuel's formula for it. She's repeated this process over and over again.

The good in the glass started glowing.

"Hmm, not quite right," Towa said as she wrote in her notes that had many different formulas. "But I'm another step closer." She chuckled.

Soon, she will have access to the time machine, and make some much-needed changes.

As well as create her dream masterpeice.

On the table were blue prints for an Android, superior to the ones she met here.

An Android named Mira.

For those of you who wanted a peaceful arc first, don't worry you'll still get it. Just reminding you that Towa is back, has a time machine and ready to wreak havoc once she figures out the formula to fuel her Time Machine.

So we got two new kids for the story.

Joyaku, Lapis(Android 17) and Zangya's son.

Bojack's race, the Hera's are named after negative behaviours so I looked up vein in Japanese, Jomyaku and shortened it for their son's name. His skin is the same color as his father's but he has orange hair and pointy ears like his mothers. As his name implies he can be very vein a lot of the time.

Shorz, Lazuli(Android 18) and Trunks's son.

So now Trunks and Lazuli have a son along with a daughter. His name is more on Trunks's side of the family, Shorz is a pun on Shorts. I thought it was best to do that since Iolite is already a name for Lazuli's side. He's inherited more of the brains than Iolite has, not that she's dumb she just wasn't born with Bulma's insane IQ. But Shorz being a kid might use it for things his parents wouldn't approve of as you'll see as the story progresses.

Funny thing I considered naming Shorz, Gohan instead. Buuut, while Lapis and Lazuli may have been mind controlled by Dr. Gero's programming they still remember murdering Gohan, so I thought it be too weird to do that, maybe Trunks and Lazuli can have a grandson named Gohan but I don't think it'd be appropriate to name their son that.

Shorz's hair is like Trunk's only it's half platinum blonde from his mother's side and half lavender. Kinda like Todoroki's half red and half white from MHA.

And Iolite is now 16 years old and is progressing to one day match and surpass her parents. She's been training harder since the Baby Saga and will be invaluable help in the future. As for her not getting Super Saiyan 2 yet, there's a reason I decided that. And don't worry she'll get it before it's time for her to fight.

In this story to reach Super Saiyan 2 you have to have accept something and move forward like how Gohan had to accept that fighting was the answer and for Trunks in this story he had to accept Lapis and Lazuli as part of the group, for Iolite it'll be something different.

And she's definitely more than strong enough to reach it, she's stronger than her father was at Super Saiyan 1 against Baby, there's just something that's holding her back, and like I said when she gets it she'll be relevant to the story and she won't stop there.

Also as for her Gi, I hope you guys like it, I thought it'd be appropriate to have her wear a Gi with 16's colors since she used to love to play with him nd as far as she knows he's gone for good.

Unless Bulma can figure out how to restore him.

It just seems the best way to do it, it began with time travel we can end it with time travel. Don't worry with all the time travel Trunks and Co, will meet all sorts of characters.

Yep, 17, 18, and now Towa were brought back by accident and it will be the final arc.

I'm planning it to go somewhat similar to how your story, Alternates went, with my own twists of course, hope u look forward to it.

Well guess that is, here's to the beginning of the end.
