I decide to do a Rio story. I read a lot of Rio stories and written by authors. I decide to write Rio stories.

For next year of 2025. I decide to write Rio: Summer Vacation and Blu reuniting with his parents.

Chapter 1: Beautiful Day

After the defeat of the loggers. Eduardo finally accepts Blu as his son-in-law as Jewel's mate and he is finally welcomed in the blue macaw tribe flock. After Blu lead the tribe against the loggers, everyone loves him and accepts him, and he wasn't treated like an outcast anymore. One day after Eduardo retire as the blue macaw tribe leader, he will give the leadership to his son-in-law Blu. Blu is happy that he is now loved by his species and he accepts the Amazon as his true home.

The loggers was arrested by the police officers for causing deforestation in the Amazon Rainforest. Thanks to the good humans Linda and Tulio for protecting the Amazon and the animals from the evil humans. The loggers was going to be locked up in jail for a long time. Big Boss was eaten by an anaconda.

Linda and Tulio arrived home in Rio De Janeiro. They went to the news station and shared the Amazon Rainforest to the whole world. The people that Linda and Tulio shared on TV are interested about visiting the Amazon Rainforest and seeing the animals. Linda and Tulio are heroes for finding the colony of blue macaws. Linda understands that the Amazon is where her former companion bird Blu belongs with his species.

As for the evil Nigel. That cockatoo plans to get his revenge on Blu for making him featherless in Rio. He was defeated by Blu. Blu was using the fire extinguisher by hooking it in Nigel's leg and blast him out of the plane. He was taken a picture by a marmoset named Mauro. The humans found Nigel, took him to the vet, and the doctors said he live but he will never fly again. Nigel is shocked to hear the news and he is angry on what Blu did to him. Nigel have minions a poisonous frog named Gabi who is in love with him and Charlie an anteater. After all the evil acts he did in the Amazon by trying to kill Blu with a poisonous dart. Nigel and Gabi was found by Linda and Tulio and taken to Rio.

At Roberto's hollow. Blu and Jewel woke up.

"Good morning my angel." Blu said.

"Good morning my love-hawk." Jewel said.

"What you want to do today my love?" Blu asked his wife.

"To spend time together because I love you." Jewel said.

"I love you too." Blu said.

Blu and Jewel shared a passionate kiss. They hold to each other wings.

"Where are the kids?" Blu asked his mate.

"Bia is exploring the jungle with her friends, Carla is doing music, and Tiago is hanging out with his uncle Roberto and his friends." Jewel answered him.

"That is cool. The kids are thriving and love to be in the wild." Blu said.

"That's right. Blu what changed your mind about staying in the wild?" Jewel asked her mate.

"Well thanks to you. Instead of us living in the city called Rio all the time. The Amazon is a perfect place for us to live." Blu answered him.

"When you left, I thought you was going to abandoned us for Linda." Jewel said.

"No Jewel, I would never do that to you and the kids. You and the kids are more important to me and you guys are my family. You are my one and only and we are chained to each other birds. We will be together until death." Blu said.

"We did say that vow at our wedding." Jewel said.

"Love is for everyone." Blu said.

"Let's see my dad." Jewel said.

"Okay." Blu said.

Blu and Jewel leaves the hollow.

"Good morning Blu and Jewel." Felix greeted them.

"Hi Felix." Blu and Jewel said to him.

"How are you guys doing?" Ella asked them.

"We are doing good. How about you?" Blu asked her.

"We are doing good." Ella said.

"Good to hear. We are about to see my dad." Jewel said.

"Okay." Felix said.

Blu and Jewel went to see Eduardo.

"Hello Jewel and Blu." Eduardo said.

"Hi daddy." Jewel said.

"Hello sir." Blu said.

"You don't have to call me sir. Call me dad or Eduardo." Eduardo said.

"Okay dad." Blu said.

"Good morning pop-pop." Bia, Carla, and Tiago greeted them.

"Good morning my grandchildren." Eduardo said.

"What's up Eduardo?" Blu asked his father-in-law.

"Well Blu ever since you lead us against the loggers. I think it's your turn to be the new leader of the blue macaws." Eduardo said.

"What. Me!" Blu eyes wide in shock on what Eduardo said to him.

"Yes Blu you. I trust you. After the defeat of the loggers, you showed me that you can become a great leader. Your family would be so proud of you." Eduardo said.

"I would be so proud of you honey." Jewel said.

"Me too dad." Bia said.

"Yeah dad, you will do great as the leader of the blue macaws." Carla said as she agreed with her sister.

"Dad you can do it. We believed in you." Tiago said.

"Blu I will give you more time to think it about. If you want to become the leader, let me know." Eduardo said.

"Okay Eduardo, I will let you know when my decision is made." Blu said.

"Understand." Eduardo said as he smiled.

"Dad now we will get breakfast." Jewel said.

"Okay you guys are free to go." Eduardo said.

"Thank you pop pop." Bia said.

"You're welcome." Eduardo said.

Blu, Jewel, and the kids left the hollow.
