Marinette's POV

"Sorry, excuse me, pardon me, coming through." I yelled as I raced down the street towards school. After the fight with Stoneheart and Myotis I was running way behind and school was going to start any minute.

I rounded the corner in time to see Adrien getting out of his car. Weird he was usually here a lot earlier than this. I raced up the stairs as Adrien caught up to me. "Race ya to class" He shouted, speeding up. "You're on!"

As we reached the main area and then turned up a flight of stairs into Ms. Bustier classroom. Breathlessly I yelled "Ha, I win" and turned to face him. He was bent double over trying to catch his breath. "Dang I really thought I had that one" He said.

As I straightened out I looked around for Ms. Bustier, but she wasn't there. Everybody was talking and chatting about the party last night. I walked over to Alaya to see her scrolling on her phone.

"Where's Ms. Bustier" I asked as she looked up. "She had to have an ultrasound for her baby so they gave us a free period for her class." She shrugged, "I've been working on this new post for the ladyblog. Apparently there is a new villain in town who is fighting both Shadow Moth and Ladybug. So I don't really know if that makes him a villain or a hero but I do know he is saving people."

"Wait, he's saving people? Yeah just this morning he saved two people from being crushed by a car, look" She showed me a video of a car tossed by Stoneheart that was going to crush a couple on a bench only to be saved by Myotis.

Before I could say anything Chloe went skipping up the aisle beside me. Xander was leaning against Juleka's desk talking to her while they held hands. He turned around in time to see Chloe shove her aside in order to get right in his space. "Oh Xander I am sure you just made a mistake on the guest list last night."

'You would never have left me a queen outside to rot while you let those rift raft peasants party. I am sure that you will make it up to me." He sighed as he responded. " Chloe there's just one queen in my perspective and she isn't you." He turned towards Juleka and helped her up.

"Dang, Chloe just got served!" Alaya whispered excitedly in my ear. I grinned but I knew that if Chloe felt hurt Shadow Moth would surely akumatize her again. I sighed as I knew what I had to do. I knew it was the only way to keep from having to fight another villain.

I took out my phone and texted everyone "plan Chloe de anger-atized." I heard everyone else's phones ring. They all started nodding as I stepped into the aisle just in time to get smashed into by an angry Chloe. I fell to the ground and everybody pretended to laugh. Chloe looked around at everyone then down at me.

"See how pathetic you are Dupin-Cheng everybody sees it," she smirked and walked back to her seat. I got up and went to my seat. Alay winked at me, "nicely played" She giggled. I just sighed and turned to open my notebook to finish a drawing of the dress I wanted to wear. But of course nothing good lasts long because that moment everyone's phones started beeping mega-akuma alert. I sighed as I got up, a super hero's life is never done.

Adrien's POV

As phones around me began to beep about a mega-akuma everybody began to rush towards the exit. This was a perfect time to go transform. I just needed a place to hide. As I ran by a window I saw Ice spreading from the eiffel tower. Frozer must have been akumatized because this had his stamp all over it.

I went down the stairs and into the locker room in order to change. Once I was in a locker Plag came out of my jacket yawning. "Does Shadow Moth ever give up? I was having the best dream about cheese." I gave him a look. "You want cheese here. PLAG, POWER UP" I said as I tossed a wedge of cheese in the air. "PLAG-GLACIER, CLAWS OUT. I transformed into my ice suit and just in the nick of time too.

The ice had reached the lockers and just before my locker froze I burst out. Once I was out of the school I saw Frozer battling two figures. Ladybug and Myotis I realised. I landed next to Ladybug in her ice suit and I was shocked to see that Myotis also had on an ice version of his suit.

His skates were more that of a hockey player than those of an ice skater. His sleeves were decorated with icicle-like patterns that made them look like frozen wings. His chains were coated in frost with snowflakes on the hilt of his daggers.

I looked at Frozer who was looking between the three of us. He didn't seem to know which one of us to attack first. I didn't give him an option. I rushed forward, extending my stick to staff length. "I am not the Frozer you once knew, I am KING FROST."

He blasted twin streams of ice from his hands one at me and the other at the ground. I tried to block the blast aimed at me but the second it touched my staff it froze it to the ground. I jumped away before the ice could reach my hands and looked to see my staff stuck in a block of ice that was as thick as brick.

I started to back up and glanced towards Ladybug but it looked like she had her hands full with an ice sculpture? Not just any ice sculpture, a sculpture of me, Cat Noir. She was fighting with all she had but it looked like even she was having trouble. I looked over to see myotis fighting a sculpture of Ladybug. That left me with King Frost. Hey Frosty The Snowman, try and catch me."

He smirked, "Oh I don't have to." He shot another beam into the ground and from that spot a icy version of Myotis built itself. Daggers in hand he charged. I dodged the first strike and tried to hit him back but the second my fist met the ice it started to freeze. I yanked my hand away and immediately had to duck to avoid a dagger to the head.

I backed up as he began to advance but then I noticed something. He was really slow when it came to walking. It must be the ice was heavy enough that it couldn't move very fast. I backed up and bumped into Ladybug and Myotis.

Myotis glanced over his shoulder and spoke. "Truce till we get out of this mess?" We both nodded. I looked at Ladybug. "M'Lady, what about your lucky charm?" She sighed in frustration "I can't, he froze my yoyo." She pointed to a block of ice about 40 ft away.

"Same with my daggers and chains." Myotis said, pointing to another block of ice a little ways away in the opposite direction. "Cat Noir you're the only one who can use their ability without your weapon. If you can Cataclysm the ice around my yoyo I can use my lucky charm to beat this guy."

Myotis chimed in, "true but what are we going to do about these guys? We can't even touch them without freezing and not to mention King Frost. As soon as he sees what we're up to he will try and stop us. We still don't know what he's capable of if he really tried."

Ladybug looked at him then at me. "He's right we don't have a way to do what we need to. So what are we going to do?"
