The next day, Santana stopped by Kitty's bedroom door and gently inquired about how she was feeling. Kitty turned to Santana and confided, "I still feel quite uneasy." She then expressed her gratitude, saying, "Tiger, thank you for bringing me my homework yesterday." Santana smiled and reassured her, "No problem, Kit." Curious about their mother's whereabouts, Santana asked, "So, where's Mama? I haven't seen her since I woke up late this morning."

Kitty explained, "All I know is she mentioned that she was going to stop by grandma's house to pick up something. Then she plans to return before taking the rest of you to Nana's house for the weekend. She doesn't want anyone else to get sick," Kitty said, with concern in her voice.

I'd rather stay here instead of going to Nana's. I'll see you when we get back home, Kit," she continued as she made her way downstairs. She saw her mom, Shelby, hanging up her cellphone and then walked over to her.

Shelby welcomed her daughter with a warm smile, noticing Santana's reluctance to pack lightly as instructed. "Do I have to?" Santana questioned, hesitant about the request.

With a reassuring touch on Santana's shoulder, Shelby replied calmly, "Of course, Tiger. It's just for tonight, and you'll be back tomorrow evening with Quinn and Rachel."

Santana relented and ascended the stairs to pack a small bag. She then returned downstairs with Rachel and Quinn. Cassie walk back in the house, and as the three girls said goodbye to their mother and sister, they walked out the door to their grandmother's house with Shelby.

At the grandmother's house, the girls were greeted with warm hugs and kisses. Shelby instructed them to listen to their Nana while her mother asked about her granddaughter's health.

"She was still throwing up liquid this morning," Shelby explained. "She mentioned feeling some pain, but if it gets worse, I'll take her to the doctor. Thank you for watching them," Shelby expressed her gratitude.

"Make her my homemade remedy, the one I used to make for you and your siblings when you were sick," Stacey, Shelby's mom, advised.

Shelby made a slight face, but Stacey reassured her, "It will make her feel better in no time. Take care of my little grandbaby, honey," Stacey said as she kissed Shelby on the cheek before she departed.

After Shelby left her mom house. The three Teenagers girls assist with her gardening. They joyfully sang as they watered the colorful, blooming flowers, bringing genuine smiles to their Nana's face. In a heartwarming gesture, Nana offered the trio refreshing glasses of lemonade and allowed them some time to catch up with friends on their phones.

As Shelby made her way home, she stopped by the store to gather the necessary ingredients for her mother's homemade remedy. While at the store, she took the opportunity to chat with a couple of her students at the cash register, exchanging farewells before heading home. Upon returning home, Shelby washed her hands and set about mixing the ingredients for the remedy. As she was in the midst of this, Cassie, her spouse, walked in, wrinkling her nose at the strong scent and inquiring about the unpleasant smell.

Shelby explained that it was her mother's remedy and that she intended to take it to Kit. Cassie expressed skepticism about Kit's willingness to drink it, to which Shelby agreed. Cassie then decided to prepare a comforting bowl of chicken broth and crackers for Kit. Together, they brought the concoctions upstairs to Kit's bedroom.

Upon entering the room, Kit noted the pungent odor of the remedy. Shelby lovingly encouraged her to drink half of it before she would be given her lunch. Despite grimacing at the taste, Kit took a few sips. Seeing her daughter's discomfort, Shelby passed her a cup of cold water, and Cassie offered the tray of chicken broth and crackers. The family stayed with Kit while she ate, providing support and comfort during her time of need.

After Kitty finishing her meal, Cassie, took the tray and her wife remedy medicine to the kitchen while Shelby checked Kitty's temperature and offered assistance with getting into the shower. Blushing, Kitty accepted the offer and Shelby helped her to the bathroom, assisting with undressing and ensuring she was comfortable. Meanwhile, Cassie swiftly changed the sheets. Following the shower, Cassie helped Kitty into her green pajamas, and she settled on the couch under her blankets with her head in Shelby's lap and her feet in Cassie's, enjoying a The Land Before Time marathon on TV, per Kitty's request.

While visiting their Nana's house, their Uncle Jeff arrived with his two boys, Jeff Jr. and Jared. The boys enthusiastically headed outside to play with their cousins, while Uncle Jeff stayed inside to catch up with his mom.

Santana agreed to play flag football with them, and Rachel rolled her eyes when Jeff Jr. said, "Girls can't flag football that well." Santana swiftly retorted, "You're biting off more than you can chew, Junior."

Jeff responded, "I'm just stating the fact, Tiger. Geez, lighten up, will you?"

Santana firmly stated, "Your 'facts' are wrong, Junior. I'm not going to waste my time arguing with you. Let's play."

As the sun began its slow set, a group of five excited teenagers assembled in the backyard, brimming with energy and zeal. Eager to commence their game of flag football, they eagerly positioned themselves and devised strategies. The air crackled with anticipation as they prepared for the spirited competition.

The game burst into action with an exhilarating start, as Rachel quickly found herself outmaneuvered, losing all of her flags to Jeff Jr and Jared. The competitive energy continued to intensify as Quinn was tagged out, followed by Jared when Santana skillfully snagged his final flag. With only Santana and Junior left, the tension rose to a fever pitch as they engaged in an enthralling one-on-one showdown.

Just as the excitement reached its peak, the friendly atmosphere took an unexpected turn. Both Santana and Junior lost their flags at the same time, sparking a heated argument that swiftly escalated into a physical confrontation. The commotion caught the attention of Nana and Uncle Jeff, who rushed outside to defuse the situation.

After diffusing the tense situation between the feuding teenagers, Nana attempted to restore peace by encouraging them to clarify the game they had been playing. Santana, with her arms folded, insisted that they were playing flag football and asserted that she had captured Junior's final flag before he could get hers. Conversely, Jeff Jr vehemently claimed that he was the one who snatched Santana's last flag.

Rachel and Quinn firmly insisted that Santana had taken Junior's last flag, while Jared sided with his brother.

"I can see where this is going," Jeff remarked. "All of you are taking your siblings' side, and my mom and I still don't know who truly won this game of flag football you were playing."

"In the future, if all of you want to play, make sure there's an adult present to prevent things from escalating, like they did today," Nana said sternly.

"We will, Nana," all five teenagers said at the same time, and they went inside to wash up and eat. Nana prepared a meal consisting of skinless Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken and green beans. For Rachel, she cooked a Vegan Chicken Piccata. As they ate and conversed, everyone helped themselves to a glass of water and juice.

After dinner, Cassie called to check on them, and they talked without mentioning the earlier conflict. Jeff and his sons departed while Rachel was on the phone, and the Rachel , Quinn and Santana put on their pajamas before watching TV once Quinn handed the phone over to their grandmother she join her sisters on the couch watching tv until it was midnight. Then they headed to bed.
