The season starts with a series of flashbacks. Several months after the mission, Jack packs up the stuff for the next mission.
"You ready?" asked Kamela.
"Almost." said Jack.
"Hammond is not here and we have a problem." said Kamela.
"Ferrel sacrificed his life to save the city." said Jack.
"I see…" said Kamela.
At the briefing room, Kamela takes Hammond's place. Alex now has afro hair and Ferrel's allies speak about the leader. Afterwards, they talk about the new mission.
"The truth is, we don't know when Hammond comes back. Sorry." said Kamela.
Miss May speaks to Kamela an hour after the briefing.
"Come in." said Kamela.
"I'm saying that the mission is a go." said Miss May.
At the lab, Jack shows up with Alex, Sam, Pete and Miss May.
"If we want to get Ferrel back, we must first find the Asgard." said Shoutmon.
At the ship, despite Kamela's orders not to go on a mission, Miss May and her allies are able to infiltrate the area.
"We're here to stop the Ghost Game and save Ferrel." said Alex. "I mean to resurrect him."
"Raya and Sisu are working on the mission." said Shoutmon. "Miss May, we need a plan."
"The plan is to infiltrate the house, grab the stuff and resurrect Ferrel without being seen." said Miss May.
At the headquarters, Kamela visits Jack. They hear the sirens.
"Unauthorized mission alert." said the technician.
They see Japanese words.
"It means 'the Goa'uld wants us there'." said Jack.
The ship arrives at the point. Back at the briefing room, Kamela reads Japanese words relating to Goa'ulds.
"They want us to meet Miss May and Alex at the temple." said Jack.
"I dunno." said Kamela.
The ship is approaching the black hole. Shoutmon orders Miss May to summon Hagurumon for the job.
"The president as authorized me to pursue negotiation with the Goa'uld." said Kamela.
"I see…" said Jack. "Why thanks."
"I need help with the mission." said Kamela.
"I assume that we cannot activate the gate and let the Goa'uld through." said Jack. "Send a message."
The ship is almost at the black hole. Hagurumon solves puzzles to stop the ship from approaching the black hole. Before the ship blows up, Ukkomon and Meicoomon stop Miss May, Shoutmon and Alex from getting sucked in from a black hole. They are then transported to their home.
"Welcome…" said Ukkomon.
"How's Meicoomon?" asked Hagurumon.
"He's doing fine, he's adjusting to living with me." said Ukkomon.
"Where's Ferrel?" asked Alex.
"In the temple, surrounded by the Ghost Game." said Ukkomon. "Be careful, we mustn't let your guard down."
They see the solar system. The screen zooms in to Earth.
"It must be the Ghost Game." said Meicoomon.
At the entrance to the gate, Jack suits up to help SG1. They see several villagers from Ikebukuro along with SG9. At the ship, Alex, Miss May and Shoutmon convince Ukkomon and Meicoomon to join the battle.
"Ukkomon, we must help stop the Ghost Game that attacked the ship." said Shoutmon. "Take Meicoomon and Hagurumon so that we can defeat the Ghost Game."
"Yes, Shoutmon. Mei-mei, come with me." said Ukkomon.
At the briefing room, Jack is with Kamela and several villagers. Meanwhile, Miss May summons Palmon and accompany Ukkomon and Meicoomon. They see bloodstains on the ship. Miss May suddenly gets transported to the ship. Back at the briefing room, the briefing continues with Kamela. Alex and Shoutmon find Miss May via a map.
"Miss May, Ukkomon, Meicoomon and Palmon are transported to the Ghost Game ship." said Shoutmon.
At the enclosed room, Miss May is imprisoned. Gammamon sees Miss May.
"You betrayed me and the Ghost Game crew!" cried Gammamon. "I will kill you!"
Before Gammamon gouges Miss May's eye, the screen cuts to the briefing room where several villagers are eating dinner while Jack speaks to Kamela. Back at the ship, Alex speaks to Shoutmon.
"How are we save Miss May?" asked Alex.
"First we need to stop the Ghost Game, then save her." said Shoutmon.
Gammamon receives the phone call from Angoramon, before Miss May loses her eye. At the briefing room, the briefing continues. Alex and Shoutmon are almost at the Ghost Game's ship.
"We're almost at the destination." said Shoutmon.
The ship slows down. Kamela continues the briefing.
"How many ships do we have?" asked Jack.
"The discussion is over." said Kamela. "And thanks to you, we are going all out."
"Thank you very much." said Jack. "We will do the mission. In exchange for fleets, we want possession."
"Take it or leave it." said Kamela. "The choice is yours. Dismissed."
Jack speaks to Kamela in private.
"I found the way to resurrect Ferrel." said Kamela.
"Kamela, we found the USB drive containing the video." said the technician.
"Suit up, Jack." said Kamela.
Shoutmon takes over the ship. The torturing of Miss May continues.
"Gammamon, stop!" cried Miss May. "Where's Meicoomon?!"
"Meicoomon is getting tortured by Angoramon." replied Gammamon.
At the lab, Kamela sees the screen.
"Any progress?" asked Kamela.
Before Jack could answer the question, the alarm goes off.
"Suit up." said Kamela.
The ship is destroyed by the fleet only to discover it is a decoy.
"That ship is a set up." said Shoutmon. "Wow…"
At the entrance. The technician shuts down the gate shortly after activating it. Before they engage in a fight, a series of flashbacks occur.
"Sending a ship is an act of war!" cried Kamela. "You are under arrest!"
Jack summons Gaomon only for him to be stopped by Kamela. The villagers are then arrested for their crimes. Meanwhile, Shoutmon and Alex speak to Meicoomon, who is covered in blood from a brutal beating.
"What happened to you?" asked Alex.
"I was beaten…" replied Meicoomon.
At the U.S.S. Sulaco, Captain Hank sees a ship.
"Unidentified ship…" said Captain Hank. "Come in."
"Alex, here!" said Alex. "Shoutmon is with me."
At the briefing room, Jack is teleported to Alex's ship.
"Jack, welcome." said Shoutmon. "Summon Lalamon and Gaomon."
Before he could summon Lalamon and Gaomon, they see Ferrel's body. Miss May wakes up from bed.
"Hello?!" cried Miss May.
A farmer shows up.
"Welcome stranger." said the farmer.
"Why am I here?!" cried Miss May. "And where's my D-Gun?!"
"Ma'am, you are in deep danger." said the farmer.
Miss May is having a hallucination attack. Meanwhile, Alex and Jack try to defrost Ferrel. Koji and Takuya show up with Sam and Pete.
"Welcome, guys." said Shoutmon.
"We're here to revive Ferrel." said Koji.
"So, we need help with the revival." said Pete.
Kamela shows up inside one of the cells.
"I want to go home." said the villager.
"You are not going anywhere." said Kamela.
"Free us to fight or die!" cried the villager.
At the ship, Ferrel's voice is heard. The holographic Ferrel appears.
"Don't worry, the real one is in a coma at the moment." said Jack.
"Can you help with the replicators?" asked Shoutmon.
"Miss May is working with the Ghost Game. You must bring her alive." said Alex.
At the room, Kamela shows up.
"Listen, I'm sorry about all of this." said Kamela. "I must release you."
"I have nothing left." said one villager.
At the home, Miss May discovers that the farmer is actually Gammamon.
"I knew it!" cried Miss May. "You're the one who's behind the hallucination! What have you done with Ukkomon?!"
At the ship, Ferrel is finally revived.
"Ferrel, you're alive!" cried Shoutmon.
"Alex, what's with your hair?" asked Ferrel.
"New look." replied Alex. "An afro hair, so what?"
"Koji, how did you revive me?" asked Ferrel.
"I uploaded the Appleseed data contained in a USB plug." said Koji. "Afterwards, I injected you in the neck."
Shoutmon speaks to the crew.
"Sam and Pete are on their way to stop Ghost Game." said Shoutmon.
At the home, Miss May fights off Gammamon without Palmon or Hagurumon. She then sprays Gammamon's eyes, stinging him. Afterwards, she flees the scene. At the entrance, Kamela escorts the villagers off the headquarters.
"Tell them you will be sorry." said the villager.
At the ship, Sam and Pete are able to stop Angoramon and Jellymon, and rescue Meicoomon and Ukkomon. The fake Gammamon is inside the chamber.
"Gammamon is…" said Alex.
"I know." said Shoutmon. "When he wakes up, kill him."
The real Miss May is tied up in a chair by Jellymon.
"Sh*t, this must be Jellymon's doing." said Pete.
The fake Gammamon wakes up. The allies then kill him, only to discover he is bulletproof.
"Sh*t, it's bulletproof!" cried Sam.
Pete finishes him off with the device, killing the fake Gammamon and turning the body into dust.
At the forest, Jack, Sam, Pete and Ferrel are told to rescue Miss May with a new device. Koji and Takuya summon Gabumon and Agumon and then digivolve them to Garurumon and Greymon. Gammamon shows up and takes the real Miss May hostage.
"Kill the spiders and she dies." said Gammamon.
He hears static.
"Run!" cried Jack.
The spiders retreat, despite their orders.
Miss May leaves the house.
"Let me out of here!" cried Miss May.
"We must leave." said Gammamon. "For the sake of the Ghost Game, we must stop them."
"No!" cried Miss May.
Ferrel's allies discover that the spiders retreat to make a big robot.
"It's a big ship." said Pete.
"Ferrel, the weapons have worked on the ship." said Shoutmon.
"Miss May must be rescued." said Alex.
The real Miss May wakes up. At the briefing room, Kamela sees Ferrel.
"The mission was a success." said Ferrel,
"The president said we supervise Ukkomon and Meicoomon for future missions." said Kamela. "Ukkomon and Meicoomon are recovering from injuries from a torture."
"Where are they?" asked Ferrel.
"In the infirmary." replied Kamela.
At the room, Ferrel's allies are talking.
"For the records, you have a DVD." said Shoutmon.
"A DVD containing the data?" said Alex. "Unbelievable."
"I'm not sure I'm ready to take Hammond's place." said Ferrel. "We can reason guys."
At the entrance, Kamela announces that Ferrel becomes the new SGC commander while he is a tamer.
"At ease." said Ferrel. "The truth is that I am the new commander. The reason why I take Hammond's place is that Calumon is working with the president until he recovers from a traumatizing event."
"The President of the United States, has placed special patriotism of Miss May. She is now promoted to Colonel." said the technician. "Thank you."
"I would like to dedicate this prize to the memory of… Karas Hammond." said Miss May. "Older brother of General Hammond, who was killed in action by the Ghost Game prior to the recent mission."
At the ship, the Ghost Game sees a new enemy: Jojo, who is a young woman determined to stop Ferrel and his allies.
