Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or Oshi No Koi.

"That's all for today girls! Thank you for coming out!" Words they had all heard for more than a 100 times were spoken and a chorus of cheers echoed as the idol troupe was finally let go from their practice routine.

Of course the most relieved at the words was one Ai Hoshino who had been a bundle of nervous energy the entire time. She didn't engage with her fellow idols for once and moved to a quiet part of the set as she took out her phone.

'I hope they're feeling better now. It seemed they had a bad tummy ache from yesterday but I don't think they were feeling pain.' Ai couldn't describe how immensely guilty she felt leaving them this morning. It wasn't that she had wanted to go to the agency when they seemed so sick but surprisingly it wasn't her who made the decision to go but-

"Mama no, no, no, no! You can't take a day off, t-that's just insane! Insane! You'll disappoint me- all your fans! You have to go be the best idol mama okay?! Well be okay I promise, so please go to work mama! Please!" Ruby, who had been looking angry and glum since her little shopping day yesterday had unexpectedly panicked like doomsday was coming latching onto her leg like a koala bear.

It was an even greater surprise to her when Ruby…no Aqua, who Ai felt was a very calm and serious little toddler, had latched onto her other pants leg in a similar panic looking up at her.

"She's right, mama! You'll set a bad precedent if you begin to take days off! You're already doing so good, so please don't stop for us! If you take a break now, it'll be harder to get back on track. You'll make us sad!"

Ai had never felt anything but happiness for her childrens' intelligence despite it being so strange. In her mind that meant they would do so much better than her when they grew up and it made her giddy. She felt they were already smarter than her when she had them and it felt good.

Of course it was only then that she realized the drawback of having not just smart but somehow wise children because she hadn't even realized when she was outside the door and inside Sato san's car!

They made very compelling arguments! Aqua would just shut down any arguments she made with logic she wouldn't question then Ruby would come with boundless enthusiasm to wrap it up!

It was horrifyingly cute!

The phone dial had rung about 3 times before it was picked and and Ai was surprised to hear the loud music blasting over the phone-

It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight

Risin' up to the challenge of our rival!

"Sorry everyone! Just my new ringtone teehee!" A bit panicked at how loud it was, the idol quickly apologized with a smile as she turned down the volume, placing her ear to the phone with wide eyes when she heard a familiar voice screeching in a battle cry in the background.

What was going on with Ruby?

"Miyako san can you hear me? What's going on and why is the eye of the tiger playing?" It was easy to recognize the famous American song.

"Ai san…ahahaha it…it w-well Ruby seems to have had an idea on how to get better- please stop kicking that pillow! Wait what do you mean you're training- wait how did you fall already?! "

Ai blinked astonished hearing the commotion in the background, unable to distinguish what was going on.

"Miyako san-?"

"-Ah! Sorry Ai san, I was saying it seemed Ruby found a way to get better but-" There was a pause and Ai could imagine Miyako san glancing backwards in her mind.

"-I don't think it's going well and she seems to be sad about something now!"

Ai frowned sadly at that news, feeling her heart clench.

"And Aqua?"

"Oh him? He's fine, he even…played wrestling to help her cheer up?" Ai was oblivious to the nervous tinge in the woman's tone as she sighed relieved.

"Okay. Thank you Miyako san. I'll find a way to make things better. Just please keep it under control until I get back home!"

"Of course! Good luck Ai san- ow Ruby stop throwing knives-!"

The phone hung up and Ai looked at it a bit suspiciously wondering if she was being tricked before she smiled, deciding it was better to trust the woman. She hadn't been led astray yet after all.

'Now how am I going to help them get better? I don't even know what was wrong with them?' The woman pouted her lips feeling like she was groping around in the dark.

However her eyes widened when something occurred to her. She glanced at her phone feeling hesitant to bother someone who helped her so much already but like the thick faced person she was, she still did it.

Just about to message Uzumaki Sensei for the first time, Ai shivered when a hand dropped down onto her shoulder as if trying to keep her locked down.

"You weren't thinking about escaping again were you Ai?" The sinister voice of the president came and Ai gulped knowing the man had figured her out yesterday when they came back with way too many groceries.

"Ehehehe, no?"

"Good now get in the car."

"...yes sir."

Inside the quiet space of the spacious dojo, only the sound of labored breaths and a stern voice could be heard.

Naruto stood at the center of the high ceiling dojo, his posture perfect considering the many eyes on him. He made sure to never present anything less than 100% and it showed.

He observed his latest member, a girl who was struggling to find the right rhythm. He could see she was tense, overthinking everything. The hesitation plagued her every kick and punch and her form suffered for it.

"You're forcing yourself." Naruto said, after seeing her fail the Kata once more. "You need to relax. Let the energy flow naturally."

She nodded, sweating as she tried to follow his advice, but the tension in her body remained.

Naruto sighed and stepped forward. He raised his hand and with a light tap, touched the base of her neck.

There was a point near the cervical nerve, an area that could help regulate chakra flow throughout the body. For Naruto and his children, it would be a subtle point for calming their senses. helping them to relax and focus their spiritual energy more effectively but for someone in this world their posture would soften, and their energy would begin to move freely.

"Hai, Uzumaki sensei!" she said, breathing out the tension.

"Better, remember that feeling." Naruto stepped back. "Now, release the tension in your lower back. You're holding it there as well. Let it go."

She exhaled, trying to relax, but her body remained rigid. This time he didn't wait and tapped her lower back, just below her spine.

The gentle strike immediately decompressed her spine, allowing her to sink deeper into her stance. He could see the difference immediately, she moved more fluidly, no longer trapped by unnecessary movements.

It was a bit cheating but why would he not use something he was born and made with? Just because he was in a new world? Would you ask someone to stop seeing or smelling just because they went to another world?

Ludicrous.

"Hai, Uzumaki sensei!" She shouted, as she adjusted her stance.

Naruto smiled faintly, his eyes still sharp. "Good. Now, your arms, relax them. Feel the energy moving through your fingertips, not with force, but flowing."

Naruto moved behind her, tapping her forearms lightly with the back of his hand, a soft touch on the points where chakra pathways would have converged for precise control. These were areas that could be manipulated to help balance the amount of chakra flow in different limbs but of course for a human here-

At this touch, her arms loosened, becoming lighter, more responsive. Almost as if there was no delay between her brain and body. Soon Naruto couldn't help but smile seeing her move like water through a stream.

"Hai, sensei!"

"Perfect!" Naruto stepped back again and surveyed her. "Now remember, martial arts are not about forcing your energy, but guiding it with a clear mind. You need to consciously move with it, not against it. Be aware of everything and nothing all at the same time! The difference between a master and student of the mind is but a single second of action."

"Hai sensei!"

Just as Naruto was about to continue the lesson, 2 small voices and bodies interrupted him.

"Daddy!"

"Dad!"

Naruto turned, smiling as his daughter and son rushed from the back of the dojo. After waving away the sweating girl he kneeled and was nearly keeled over by the strong tykes.

"Woah there! What's the rush!?" He was far from angry though as he picked them up with a chuckle, moving over to the top middle of the dojo where he could sit and watch over everything.

"Daddy, you got a message! See!" Himawari brought the big phone out with her still chubby hands, placing it in front of her face so it covered it completely.

Naruto smiled at the cute sight, sitting on the tatami mat, resting them down on his lap as he took the phone. Just about to thank his considerate little girl, Naruto blinked as something settled on his head.

Taking it off, Naruto's eyes twitched.

"For the fiftieth time Boruto, I am not the Shredder from your cartoon! If I knew this is why you wanted me to buy you this-" Naruto was exasperated looking at the sleek, metallic helmet with spikes around the sides and back. Ever since the boy had gotten hooked on that turtle show, he seemed to not be able to understand that just because Naruto was far stronger than average and had a dojo-

"How can you say that dad?! You even have your own foot clan! Look! Loooook!" He pointed towards the numerous lines of students practicing Katas and Naruto sighed knowing he wasn't helping his case expanding his members.

"Boruto, the Shredder isn't a very good person or his foot clan you know? Do you think your dad is like that?" Hoping he could knock some sense into him while young Naruto was surprised by his response.

"Of course I know dad! That's why I can take over when you're old and stuff easily!"

'Huh?'

"Waaa! No, I'm taking over Daddy's dojo when he's old Boruto! Me!"

"Wah?! You're a girl! You can't be Shredder, he's a boy! I'm taking over!"

"No me!"

"No me!"

Looking up asking for patience, Naruto let the two toddlers hash it out as he opened his phone screen and glanced through the multitude of messages.

He stopped at the only one without a name.

Uzumaki sensei, I need your super dad knowledge ASAP!

Looking at the long string of expressive emojis, Naruto sweatdropped feeling like he knew exactly who this was.

Naruto: Is that you…strange girl from the supermarket in the mall who got defeated by diapers?

Waiting he wasn't surprised to see the quick response.

Ah ha! I knew you cared more than how you acted! How else would you remember me?! Also my name is Ai and stop teasing me!

'...I remember because my memory isn't awful?' Naruto almost typed trying to keep the struggling toddlers under control. Quickly naming the number, he went back and asked a question.

Naruto: Well good day to you too, now what did you message me for?

Diaper Girl: Good morning Uzumaki sensei, I need some more help with my kids! I hope you don't mind!

'Her kids? She's a very passionate big sister.' Naruto smiled at the display despite the two toddlers going through war on his lap.

"Kids."

"...sorry daddy!"

"S-sorry."

"You can go and play but don't disturb anyone...too much." Watching as the gremlins jumped off his lap with a cheer, Naruto sent apologetic eyes to the normal humans who were about to be bum rushed by abnormally strong toddlers. They did not actually know how to hold back yet so…

Ah well it wasn't like they weren't used to it.

Naruto: What is the problem? If you need more help with their nutrition I'm more than happy to help.

Considering the amount of research he had to do to make sure humans like them could survive off what they ate here…He didn't like to toot his own horn but he came a long way from his previous…lack of knowledge.

Diaper Girl: Ah no sensei. I was hoping you could help with something else. You see they've been down ever since yesterday but I just don't know what it's about. I thought it was their stomach at first but I don't know anymore.

Naruto raised an eyebrow in confusion.

Naruto: Shouldn't their mom be dealing with that?

Diaper Girl: SHE'S CONFUSED TOO SENSEI! SEND HELP!!!

Naruto held back a snorting laugh for all of 5 seconds at the panicked emojis the teen sent. Why did it seem being airheaded was a gene in this family?

Naruto: You know, if you have someone always solve problems when they're small, you won't be ready for the ones that are big. I understand it may seem hard now but if you push through you'll be better off in the long run. Both for yourself when you're older and your siblings when they are too.

Feeling pretty embarrassed at the genuine advice he sent, Naruto's eyes twitched at the cheeky reply.

Diaper Girl: Haaaah...sensei listen…can you please cut the philosophical crap and actually help me? What are you 50?

'This girl… you can't sigh through text!' Naruto wanted to be annoyed but she was a bit endearing albeit in a useless way.

Naruto: Just this one time okay? By the way, that philosophical crap may just help you one day! You should at least meditate on good advice when you're young you know!

Diaper Girl: Hai Hai Uzumaki ojiichan. Thank you, Uzumaki ojiichan. This Ai is infinitely grateful to Uzumaki ojiichan!

"Oi." Cheeky little-!

"Is there something wrong, Ai?" Ichigo Saitou asked, his interest peaking towards his main star, hearing her giggle herself up a storm. She had been absorbed into the phone the minute she got into the car and Ichigo was confused as she wasn't that much of a phone person.

"It's nothing President Saito, I just came across something p-pretty funny, it's a bit old though-" The star busted into laughter anew getting the man to send her a evaluating glance having no clue what she was talking about. Still he was surprised by the laughter and the smile as he liked to think he could tell a thing or two about her.

If you saw something 1000 times you were bound to remember it decently well. So was it any wonder he could tell the difference of her practiced smile from another one?

"It must be really funny." Ichigo mumbled trying to glance over when they stopped but-

"...President Saito, that's not polite." The woman held the phone to her chest glaring at him, getting the man to wince.

"My bad, my bad-" Coughing not wanting to get on her bad side, he focused on driving the car.

Whoever he still fidgeted hearing the snickers beside, flexing his fingers on the wheel. She really knew how to draw attention huh?

Before Ichigo could take another sneaky glance, Ai suddenly asked. "President, can we make a quick stop? I need to get something very important from the store."

The man sent her an incredulous glance. Did she really think he was stupid enough to fall for that twice-

"Thank you president Saito!"

"...just hurry up Ai!" The man groaned, resting his head on the wheel.

Ai: Are you sure this will work? I don't really think something like this will solve their problem.

Uzumaki Sensei: Hey, hey who's the one you came to for advice? Trust me, at this age, a full stomach always solves the problem. They go to sleep right after even!

Ai: You mean bribing and drugging them with food…

Uzumaki Sensei: Tomato, potato.

Ai: It's To-mato, to-mat-o!

Uzumaki Sensei: Right that! Either way you are prepared right?

Ai: Yes, but I don't know how to cook!

Uzumaki Sensei: Don't worry about that, just follow my instructions to the letter and I won't lead you astray.

Ai: I leave my children in your hands sensei!

Uzumaki Sensei: Don't leave your kids with strangers!

A wide smile blossomed on her lips as she was nearly able to hear that last comeback. Uzumaki sensei had a very distinct personality.

However soon Ai sent Sato san another bland look seeing him dragging his feet above her on the stairs, clearly trying to peek again.

"Sato san…."

"Ugh! Our Ai used to be so cute. Now she's hiding secrets from me!" The man shook his head while struggling with the bags of groceries.

"There, there president. I'm sure you'll be able to hover over any children you have with Miyako san. I think she likes kids a lot with how much she volunteers! You're very lucky neh?" Patting the now frozen man on the back as she moved ahead of him, Ai quickly found the door of her apartment.

"Ruby! Aqua! Mama's back!" Ai called as she opened the door wide, not even taking in the rumpled state of the house. Almost immediately, two sets of footsteps pounded across the floor, and before she could more than kneel down, Ruby launched herself at Ai, tackling her into a hug.

"Idol mama is back! Customary headpats please!" Ruby begged, her small arms wrapped around her and not knowing she had been programmed long ago to give instinctive head pats, Ai conceded.

"There you go Ruby." She ruffled her hair, making the little girl sigh in bliss before she looked over to her next reserved child.

Ai looked up at him, tilting her head. "What about you, Aqua? You don't need headpats too?"

She watched as he squirmed a bit. "I'm not a kid like her mom."

Ai raised an eyebrow playfully and without waiting for a response, she reached up and ruffled Aqua's hair too. "Our Aqua is very mature that's true but you're never too old for headpats!"

Aqua flushed slightly, but he tried to hide the smile that crept onto his face. "You're hopeless mama." he muttered, but the words lacked any real bite.

With a relieved smile knowing they were doing better just from that little chat, the woman drew the two twins closer together and squashed their cheeks together not minding them looking confused.

Ai allowed her face to set seriously.

"You two, Mama has to apologize for what she did today. I'm sorry for leaving you this morning. That wasn't right of me and it'll never happen again!"

The 2 toddler's eyes became wide and round.

"She shouldn't have left you here even if you had Miyako-san. Work is important but you are even more important than that to me. You have to promise you won't convince mama next time okay? Mama isn't very smart so she may fold just as quickly to superior logic and reasoning!"

Ai watched as both of them stared at her in a daze. Feeling a bit nervous at the lack of answer she shook them a little and asked again.

"Do you forgive me?"

Jolted out of their state, they quickly nodded, nearly ripping their heads off and Ai sagged feeling the tension leaving her body.

"Haha, I really got carried away huh? Now-" Ai glanced back seeing the president and Miyako san looking at her with wide eyes.

That wasn't what she was looking for though. Her eyes dropped to the bags he was holding and she felt a bit silly as she had gone quite off script.

What was she going to do with ingredients for ramen noodles now?!

"This is your fault Ruby."

"Mhmm."

"The situation with our father may be a bit…sticky but you didn't need to show her that face."

"Mhm."

"I'm glad you did though."

"Right?! Best idea ever!"

Both reincarnated toddlers watched with amazed eyes over the couch as their favorite idol of all time weaved around the kitchen like she had 2 left legs. Clearly her dance training didn't translate to cooking very well but that certainly didn't slow her down.

What was so amazing about the scene was neither baby could remember seeing their mother cook before. And certainly not making noodles from scratch!

It was-

"Amazing!" They both exclaimed with stars in their eyes.

The woman who was in the middle of cutting and separating the noodles heard them and sent them a beaming smile before she glanced at her phone again and continued.

"You can do it Mama!" Ruby bounced in the chair as Aqua watched her movements. Was she reading from a recipe site? But he could see the familiar text interface on her phone from here….

Was she getting help? Maybe from one of her fellow idol co-workers? That didn't sound right though because he knew they weren't that close and the president along with his wife were right here…

Who was she texting?

Either way she was soon done preparing and added the noodles to the boiling water.

"Ah~ So much work! Why do people do this when they can just buy food?" A sweaty Ai threw herself in the chair with an exasperated sigh looking very close to giving up.

Aqua and Ruby looked at each other and immediately knew what they had to do as born and bred Ai simps. That being anything to get a taste of her homemade cooking!

"Huh Ruby? Where did this towel come from? Wait wait wait! I can wipe myself-" Was the last thing Aqua heard as he dashed to get her something to drink.

Miyako leaned against the counter, watching as the family made a storm around the kitchen. It was a strange sight to see two, two year olds working together, preparing dinner for the first time.

"Garlic!" Ai called out.

"Garlic!" Ruby echoed!

"...garlic!" Aqua repeated, a little more slowly as he picked up the ingredient and handed it off to Ruby who ran to him.

"They're very... organized," Miyako muttered, a bemused smile on her face as she watched the unusual but surprisingly efficient kitchen procession. What a change from the chaos she barely survived today from those twins.

She shivered.

Ichigo, standing beside her, chuckled quietly. "It's like a well-rehearsed performance. Maybe they can try the industry when they grow up?"

Miyako's gaze shifted to Ai, who was directing the operation with surprising confidence for someone who had to stop and look at instructions every 30 seconds.

'Well it's pretty cute I guess.' She couldn't help but bring her phone out to record.

Miyako smiled, looking at her husband. "Dinner should be interesting, at least."

Ichigo chuckled. "Interesting is one word for it."

Of course they could never think that-

"He who does not work, shall not eat!" Was the response a two year old Ruby gave pushing the astonished President and wife out of the kitchen.

"Wait what?!"

"I saw you sitting there and watching us as we cooked! You didn't even offer mama help! This is our food! OUR FOO- Eeep!" The over excitable girl was yanked off her feet by her mother who planted a kiss on her head.

"She's probably hungry from all that work. Come, see the fruits of our labor!" Giving them a patented smile Ai turned and beckoned them forward.

Of course they were still glared at by the little hellion peering over her shoulder, so after looking at each a bit apprehensive they followed and were wowed by the table presentation.

"It's amazing isn't it?!" Ai said as she placed Ruby into her high chair.

And only God knew she was right as the couple gulped in unison. The table was filled with steaming bowls of ramen, rich amber broth, chashu pork, perfectly cooked noodles, topped off with soft-boiled eggs with a golden yolk, green onions, nori, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Even a hint of chili tickled their noses and Ichigo couldn't help but let slip-

"If you didn't become an idol, you surely would have made it as a chef! You did this by yourself for the first time?!" He truly felt that in his heart!

Everyone looked at him in surprise at the outburst before Ai's giggles lit up the room.

"Thank you Saito san, I'll keep that in mind if the company ever goes under! Also I had a lot of help!" Feeling a shiver at what she said, Saito glanced at her helpers who seemed quite impatient as they waited.

"That's great because I was starving- huh what's wrong?" Miyako, clearly more than willing to take the women's grace was stopped by a hand.

"...Ai I think we should leave. This should be your moment as a family without outsiders."

"Huh? You're not an outsider though?" Not even letting it settle for a moment, Ai rebutted him looking at him strangely.

"But…"

"I mean I can't think of anyone else who has been there for me when I was pregnant-"

Ai paused and everyone turned to Aqua who was sent into a fit of rough coughing.

"...I'm okay!"

He did not, in fact, sound okay.

"-expect for Dr. Gorou-"

"Hehe-"

"So I think it's safe to say you're the closest thing to well…you're not an outsider Saito san! Thank you and Miyako san for all your help! Now let's sit and eat!" She finally said after hesitating a bit.

"...are you crying?" Miyako asked after a minute.

"...no!"

"Itadakimasu!"

Separating her own chopsticks, Ai didn't eat just yet, instead she sneakily observed all the faces around the table, still a bit nervous. Uzumaki sensei said no one could resist his family's secret recipe but she still didn't think-

"Pwah~!" Ai's eyes darted towards Ruby who was eating out of her own smaller bowl (that lacked chili courtesy of Uzumaki sensei's strict guideline) and saw she was holding her cheek with her eyes closed.

"Ruby?"

"I-Its, i-its!" The toddler stuttered as if she couldn't even find a word to describe it out of the ten thousands available.

"-amazing mama. I didn't know you could cook so well." Aqua finished eating his own at a more sedated yet still frantic pace.

Ai felt relief and happiness bubbling over watching as they both simultaneously dug into their meal. In fact she was so relieved she didn't even question how they knew how to use chopsticks without being taught.

She looked over to the last two occupants and was surprised when two normal sized bowls slammed down and she was on the end of two pleading, desperate stares.

Was it really that good?

Naruto sat quietly, watching the final bits of the movie he had been forced to stay and witness.

His daughter slept beside him, curled into the blanket, thumb in her mouth while his son lay sprawled out on the other side, arms and legs tangled in the fabric, both children oblivious to the show they had begged him to put on.

He glanced at the TV remote feeling hands twitching to turn the movie to something more interesting to him but he knew the minute he did so that unnatural instinct of theirs would wake them up. So he simply settled with letting his hand rest on their head as his gaze flickered between the children and the movie.

Luckily his attention was taken by the vibrating phone….far away on the counter.

'Damn, how did that get there?'

Not wanting to disturb his kids, Naruto did what any lazy father would do.

"Did you really summon me for this?!" His clone whispered exasperated as Naruto took the phone dispelling him with a thought.

Diaper girl: Everything turned out great sensei, take a look! I saved these for you! Oh and please don't send these out okay!

She then proceeded to bombard Naruto with numerous pictures that he could only guess was of her family.

After admiring the well made ramen noodles with the eye of a seasoned professional, he proceeded to scold this airhead.

Naruto: I'm glad to hear it but don't send pictures of your family to strangers! I seriously worry about you!

Ai: You're really old fashioned sensei! Who doesn't take pictures in this day and age? Also I trust you!

Giggling softly as she sent the message, Ai stilled, realizing she had nearly woken a sleeping Ruby who was now mumbling in her sleep.

After struggling for a minute, the woman knew what she had to do.

Ai: Sorry sensei but I'm going to have to go to sleep now! I almost woke up Ruby, sorry!

About to put the phone down knowing she had to be mature, she was surprised at the speed of his reply. Was it possible to type that fast?

Uzumaki sensei: You did a good job today kid, I know it's hard taking care of kids. Stand proud.

Ai looked at the corny little thumbs up emoji he sent her a bit speechless.

Still it felt really nice to be praised…

'Ehm no, that's a bit too strong.' She thought, deleting the text that may have scared away the man. After going through numerous trial and error, Ai simply settled on a basic reply that did not fully convey her feelings.

Ai: Thank you Sensei!

This was well recieved? Weird.
