Dimensional Location: Abandoned Council of Ricks Headquarters

The Entire Space Station was still trashed.

Major Francis Monogram and Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz glanced around in horror.

"What happened here?" Major Francis Monogram asked.

"Bill Cipher betrayed us and left Dead Bodies everywhere." The Guard Rick explained.

"Somebody provoked Bill Cipher into a war with the Time Baby to soften our dimension up for an invasion." Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz explained.

All the Guard Ricks looked at each other fearfully.

"We're doomed, all our resources have been put into making repairs around here!" The Guard Ricks declared frantically.

"Bill Cipher really trashed your Headquarters, everything looks broken, the Dead Bodies don't help Team Morale either. Rick and Morty Slaughterhouse, I'm having nightmares about this place tomorrow." Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz rambled on.

"Why is he here?" Rick Prime asked suspiciously.

"Phineas and Ferb were killed saving the Planet Earth from an Evil Warlock, Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the only Scientist that we have left." Major Francis Monogram explained.

"Your entire dimension is being protected by Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz? Has nobody thought of Cloning Phineas and Ferb yet?" Rick Prime questioned.

"The Phineas and Ferb Clones are still Newborns, a few weeks old at best. The Original Phineas and Ferb were Eleven Year Old Children. We don't want anybody noticing them until they grow up enough to defend themselves this time." Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz explained.

"So you basically restarted the lives of Phineas and Ferb with another family?" Rick Prime asked knowingly.

"It was the only plan that the Time Baby gave us when Bill Cipher started coming after us." Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz explained.

"The Time Baby wanted to Train Phineas and Ferb against Bill Cipher, obviously the Original Phineas and Ferb being dead delayed his plans." Rick Prime realized instantly.

"Unfortunately, the Time Baby will need another 11 Years to Train Phineas and Ferb against Bill Cipher now." Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz stated knowingly while all the Guard Ricks just frowned at him.
