Dragon Ball Universe Four, the Time Baby's Empire

Alternate Timeline where the Council of Ricks poisoned the Time Baby.

Current Situation: Humanity Rebelling against the Time Baby's Dictatorship.

Dipper and Mabel were confused.

Gravity Falls had been conquered by the Council of Ricks.

The future had been changed and Bill Cipher was roaming around trying to return to the past before they did.

"Did you find anything?" Mabel asked.

"The Time Baby is risking rebellion to stop Bill Cipher; half the population is still caught in the crossfire already." Dipper explained.

"The Council of Ricks isn't much better than the Time Baby, they just scare away Alien Invasions while Bill Cipher looms over their heads." Mabel explained.

Bill Cipher vs the Time Baby with the Council of Ricks caught in the middle.

Advantage nobody.

The Council of Ricks going to war with the Time Baby was the only change to the timeline they discovered.

"The Time Baby's Empire needs better resources, they're fighting Bill Cipher across dimensions without knowing what's going on. The Council of Ricks are fighting more organized and more criminal outlaw tendencies." Dipper summarized thoughtfully.

"Basically, the Council of Ricks are looting resources and distracting the Time Baby while fighting Bill Cipher themselves. The problem is both sides are at war with each other while fighting Bill Cipher themselves." Mabel added curiously.

"They're competing with each other to defeat Bill Cipher before they turn on each other, it's crazy!" Dipper protested.

"We need to erase all memories of Gravity Falls from the Council of Ricks inside the past to correct this madness." Blendin Blandin explained.

"We also need to capture Bill Cipher before he makes the Time Paradox worse." Mabel adds worriedly reading through their History Books.

"I'm surprised how little the timeline has changed; the Council of Ricks are just more organized than the Time Baby's Army." Dipper summarized thoughtfully.

"It looks like Gravity Falls was the only thing effected, everything else is the same here. Weirdly unchanged." Mabel remarked suspiciously.

"Remember the Time Baby was frozen before he conquered the future, the only way this future would really change is if Bill Cipher Killed Time Baby inside the past." Dipper reminds her pointedly.

"Yeah, not happening on our watch. We need something to keep Bill Cipher distracted until we save Gravity Falls from the Council of Ricks." Mabel says back.

"I'm not sure what would distract Bill Cipher right now." Dipper ponders.

"What happened to Milo Murphy?" Mabel ponders back.

"According to these records, the Time Baby never recruited him because he got his Milk Bottle poisoned." Dipper answers back.

"So, Milo Murphy never went back to the past and we returned to the present where our mission to check on him never happened." Mabel realized.

"Why does Murphy's Law Complicate Time Travel every single time it gets involved with it?" Dipper asked himself.

"No idea, it's just confusing." Mabel says back.

"Rick G-755 Reporting, the Time Police are falling back."

"The Time Baby's Ground Forces are retreating!" Guard Rick 45 cheered.

"Don't celebrate so soon, we have looters incoming!" Another Guard Rick yelled.

"Civilian Looters, everybody maintains positions until the Snipers give all clear."

"Sure thing, Boss." The Guard Rick agreed.

"I think they're leaving." Boss Rick says confused why they turned around again.

"Maybe they were hiding from the Time Baby's Ground Forces." The Guard Rick speculated thoughtfully.

"Probably, not our problem unless they're spying on us." Boss Rick decided.

5 Guard Ricks were stationed outside an Abandoned Skyscraper watching the Time Baby's Troop Movements.

Binoculars and Rifles at the ready.

Their Snipers were above them covering from inside the Skyscraper.

Best Case Scenario, the Guard Ricks ran for the Skyscraper and the Snipers finished off the enemy chasing them.

Worst Case Scenario, they barricaded themselves inside until reinforcements arrived.

The Council of Ricks got resurrected by Cthulhu's Magic Mistake, they were basically reliving Evil Morty slaughtering them until Bill Cipher pulled them into another universe with Dragon Balls granting their wish to be resurrected by whoever remembered them.

It was ironic that Bill Cipher got merged with Rick and Morty's chaos, it even worked to counter-balance the Time Baby's death getting reversed and restored order to the new reality created to trap Bill Cipher within itself.

The only problem was Milo Murphy had been born to destroy Bill Cipher with his Murphy's Law.

Basically, Bill Cipher and Tad Strange were no longer the only threats to Gravity Falls that the Time Baby would be dealing with.

Bill Cipher was now working for Cthulhu and Tad Strange was helping the Time Baby keep the world from ending.

Tad Strange saw the timeline change, what he didn't see was Phineas and Ferb coming to Gravity Falls from the future to be instantly captured.

The Council of Ricks didn't know who Phineas and Ferb were, they just captured their Time Machine, and nobody had a plan afterwards.

The Child Prodigies sneak their Time Machine into Gravity Falls, the Council of Ricks capture them and suddenly nobody knows what's going on.

"Can someone explain how these Child Prodigies exist and why we didn't know about them?" Rick Prime asked.

"Phineas and Ferb never threatened the Council of Ricks, they were basically ignored until they did something useful." Quantum Rick explained.

"So, they're idealists seeking world peace." General Rick realized very quickly.

"Idealists don't scream threatening, they basically were unaware we existed until we captured them." Quantum Rick explained.

"So, we messed up." General Rick realized very quickly.

"Phineas and Ferb are technically harmless, even if they wanted to fight the Council of Ricks, they would be unable to avoid the Time Baby discovering them first." Quantum Rick explained the problem.

"Meaning it was Gravity Falls itself that caught their attention, and the Council of Ricks picked the worse hiding place to avoid attention." Rick Prime realized what happened to them.

"Somehow this dimension recycles chaos into random empires fighting against each other. The Time Baby just overpowered the rest into submission." Quantum Rick explained the problem.

"So, we got merged into this dimension by accident?" Rick Prime asked hopefully.

"No, the Time Baby reversed time to copy us into his dimension intentionally. He knew we would be resurrected here, it's why Bill Cipher started working for Cthulhu. The entire universe restarted itself and everybody just changed tactics." Quantum Rick explained the problem.

"You mean we're fighting blind against the Time Baby and Bill Cipher outsmarting us simultaneously?" Rick Prime demanded.

Quantum Rick cowered in fear.

Tad Strange sighed in bewilderment, the Council of Ricks had disrupted Bill Cipher's Plans and still managed to get the Time Baby mad at them regardless.

In a Dragon Ball Universe without Super Saiyans, Rick and Morty were on their own trying to protect themselves.

Paranoia hit the Council of Ricks once they realized all their Portal Guns stopped working.

The Time Paradox erased several timelines, leaving hundreds of their Homeless Ricks without dimensions to return back for resources.

Their Morty Population lost families; entire realities vanished and then the Council of Ricks invaded Gravity Falls seeking revenge on Bill Cipher.

Basically, the Citadel of Ricks landed inside Gravity Falls and then the Time Baby tried to stop them.

The Inner Doofenshmirtz smiled, everything was going according to plan.

Milo Murphy had been forgotten by the Council of Ricks.

The Time Baby was near death and the Council of Ricks were already sending troops to conquer the past from inside Gravity Falls.

The Time Baby had sent troops into the 19th Century hopeful to outsmart the Council of Ricks.

Unfortunately, the Council of Ricks didn't use their own Time Travel Technology.

They took Stolen Time Baby Technology that Bill Cipher had hidden inside Gravity Falls beforehand.

Another issue was that the Council of Ricks redesigned their Portal Guns to explore more dangerous dimensions.

The Council of Ricks were no longer unstoppable, the Inner Doofenshmirtz wanted to test how useful they became dealing with Murphy's Law on their own.

Thankfully, King Cold and Lord Frieza were fighting the Axolotl God.

The Axolotl God was a huge pink salamander breathing fire on them.

Three days fighting the Flying Space Salamander had King Cold upset.

Lord Frieza's Family had finally found something stronger than them.

The Axolotl God was making fools of them, it wanted to keep them away from Bill Cipher.

The only drawback was the Axolotl God being the only reason the Council of Ricks avoided Lord Frieza's Family slaughtering them.

Bill Cipher and the Time Baby were at war with each other.

The Inner Doofenshmirtz had begun his quest to replace Bill Cipher as the New Dream Demon ruling over the world.

Just like Doctor Doofenshmirtz, the Inner Doofenshmirtz was an underdog that nobody took seriously.

That was how he helped Milo Murphy and provoked the Council of Ricks into Conquering Gravity Falls simultaneously.

Nobody would see the Inner Doofenshmirtz as a joke hiding in the background anymore, today he was the Mastermind behind Milo Murphy defeating Bill Cipher!

So why was Dipper and Mabel Pines inside the future ruling Time Baby's Kingdom?

Obviously, his plan needed work if the Time Paradox created two versions of the Mystery Twins stranded within the Time Baby's Empire.

Otherwise, the Kromagg Invasion got reversed and Bill Cipher had been delayed.

Sadly, the end result wasn't perfect.

The Mystery Shack had been erased from the past, however, the Citadel of Ricks survived to keep Bill Cipher in check for him.

Soos Ramirez had been working for Plumber Rick.

Ironically the Citadel of Ricks had replaced the Mystery Shack within Gravity Falls.

The Drunken Wendy Corduroy was asleep next to his Boss.

"It looks like I'm in charge of you today." Plumber Morty told Soos tiredly.

"Who's the girl?" Soos asked curiously.

"Wendy Corduroy, Rick's New Girlfriend. Hopefully she's better than the last one he picked up." Plumber Morty told Soos tiredly.

"Bar Hopping again?" Soos asked more worriedly.

"It's Beth's Birthday, our dimension got erased during the Time Paradox that sent us here. He's grieving his daughter; nobody wanted to face their families being gone, so everyone got blackout drunk together. I'm just working overtime because I need to feel useful or I'm going to lose it." Plumber Morty told Soos pointedly.

"Should I call the Morty Support Network or are you going to be alright?" Soos asked more worriedly.

"We can get some Pharmacy Pills to calm me down along the way." Plumber Morty told Soos pointedly.

"Ok, Boss Morty, lead the way." Soos agreed.

The Citadel Elevators were directly ahead of them, the Doctor Ricks were checking on everyone passed out in the hallways.

"Morty P-76, where's your Rick today?" The Doctor Ricks asked.

"He's home drunk, here is our Apartment Key and he has another Girlfriend staying with him." Plumber Morty told them.

"She's not blackmailing him, it's not another Hostage Situation again?" The Doctor Ricks asked suspiciously.

"Not this time, they're both passed out inside." Plumber Morty told them.

"Check it out, I'll cover you." The Doctor Rick orders.

The Tranquilizer Guns were probably overkill, there wasn't any danger.

"All clear, get more Coffee Cups ready!" The Doctor Ricks proclaimed.

"We should take the stairs; the Medical Staff will be swarming the Citadel soon." Plumber Morty told Soos thoughtfully.

Antidepressants were being handed out by the Doctor Ricks, Soos watched Plumber Morty take some and reminded himself to check on him after work.
