In a suburban town, close by a great city, a duo of brothers were relaxing in a back yard with a tree. One is shorter than the other, wearing blue shorts, having a white and orange stripe shirt, a short set of orange hair and a pointed nose that makes him resemble something of a triangle. The taller brother had green hair, was in a white shirt and pulled up purple pants, his looked a little like a downward rectangle. They were reading from a prehistoric magazine that had an article about a particular, long snout, aquatic lizard with a bent sail on his back. The shorter Brother was impressed. "Cool, they changed Spino again."
The taller brother had an humble, if quiet agreement. "They found more fossils to uncover the real specimen over the years." Stomp! Stomp! They heard stomping and the sound of high pitch screams close by the front door.
The brothers hurried through the fence gate and found an orange haired, teenage girl in a red blouse and white skirt. Along with a teenage girl with long black hair, a green blouse and blue skirt. The girls were startled by an elephant sized, tire like elephant with great tusks and a dinosaur like tail. The beast was guarding a pretty surprised, pink egg like creature, a greatly injured blue frog with bubbles at the collar. By them was grumpy looking blue amphibian with pointed ears and a splitting of palm leaves on his back, sprouting a small tree trunk with a budding pink flower, as well as chirping orange mandrill with a pale belly and a fire a the end of his tail. The monkey gave a dance as a great, brown bird with a cream colored plumage and what looked to be a long blonde crest with red feathers at the side, swooped down to let the pack know about something.
The bird wearing a strange necklace and the elephant looked like they had a dire battle and were failing to make themselves look less intimidating. The shorter brother whistled and had something planned. "I think I know what we're going to do today, Ferb." He approached the beasts and waved. "Hey, you guys look like you'd had a rough time. Want to get checked up?"
The orange haired girl cringed. "Phineas, these are wild animals!" The brother corrected his sister. "Cool looking animals, Candace! They look smarter too." The bird had something of a smile and chirped to his companions. (There's the boys I told you about!) The egg creature waddled and waved. (Hi!)
The bird chirped to the boys. (We escaped a dark fight with our lives and we need a place to rest before we hide in the town. Can you help us?)
Phineas didn't get what was said, but he had an idea on what to do. "You all need a wash, a rest stop and the clinic." Ferb opened the gate for the smaller ones as Candace folded her arms and was about to take off to the house with her friend. "Oh you two are so going to be busted when Mom sees this!"
That part was confusing enough and the Great Tusk had too many stinging wounds to care otherwise. The bird offered to carry the frog over, so the elephant can jump over the fence, seeing the boys give the creatures a tour of the back yard and of a teal platypus with an orange bill. Giving a blank expression as it gave off a light chatter of a growl. The Great Tusk growled back more mellow.
The boys quickly set up a clinic tent and had the creatures lined up for a rather professional examination, having disinfectant and bandages applied. Ferb set up a medical pool and shot out a hose, waking the frog up to the sound and startling him to where he thought he was in a water park. Only to find out this station is mostly for him, while the monkey settled for drier sprays. The Great Tusk had a few growls of protest and felt like he was in a spa once it was his turn, all the while the platypus was rolling in the water.
At the end of the montage, the creatures were relaxing from their ordeal, at least until the bird saw a car driving into the neighborhood. It had a familiar looking woman with orange hair, as the driver. The bird flapped his wings and cawed as Candice went over to tell the woman about something, the creatures knew what that meant and the bird lowered himself to let the pink egg creature on his back before flying off. The monkey helped the plant reptile get over a fence and jumped over with the frog, while the Great Tusk gave the boys a growl of thanks and hurried to jump over, taking the tent with him as he did so. Phineas and Ferb waved the pack goodbye as Candace opened the gate to show something. "There they are, they're making a whole hospital for a zoo!"
The woman, who is clearly the mother, had a look at a simple backyard and a clean looking platypus. "Nice job washing Perry, boys!" Candace turned and grew frantic. "Wait, what?!" She tried to find tracks to no avail, only a fence that was slightly kicked.
In the present times.
Kairi woke up to a slight change in lighting and saw the tunnel was having holes in the ceiling, showing more details outer space. The timer for the lane just crossed twenty minutes and the Princess took charge of manually piloting the rest of the way.
Pop!
Out of a ball came Azu, who was astonished by the otherworldly scene. "Woah! How long have we've been in here?" Kairi yawned bored. "I think well over the night." Mmm. The ladies looked to find Leon waking up, feeling a change in scenery and crawling himself up. "Are we there yet? Zzz!" Kairi looked on confidently. "Not yet, but it's a pretty good time to be waking up."
Leon stretched and woke up to the remaining time, he let Kilokilo out. "Does this happen often?" The Princess shook her head. "It's rare that we have a lane as long as this one. My Lil' Bro had actually crossed past a threshold by accident when he was trying to keep a Star Shard secure from an attack. It took Sora a whole day to pick him up, once we got the signal." That name caused a chirp to be heard and oddly, snoring. "Zzz, where are we...zzzz, this time."
Roll!
Sora rolled off his seat and Kilokilo used her psychic power to help him on his feet. The Comfey used the scent of her flowers to get Sora's brain waking up and watched the teenager stretch for a yawn. "Mmm. Are we almost there?" Kairi giggled. "We're almost through the lane, these guys are quite the alarm clocks." Leon agreed with that. "When you're a busy coordinator, a fresh champion or an adventurer, your pokemon are good at reminding you to be up and early. We were just about to be told of some trip you had that's like this one."
Sora was definitely awake. "I heard, I heard. That did take a while, so we had to install Light Speed since. Ken came up with that idea from these movies he watches. We got lead back there and ended up visiting places that definitely weren't usual." Flowers went through using her flowers, to get Riku and Terra waking up. Leon perked. "They might be unusual, but new experiences and learning new things can expand that horizon further and further. It's like surfing or riding through an Ultra Wormhole to explore Ultra Space wilds or paying a visit to Eclipse. A nickname given to the source of Alola's Light, of Z Power."
The older of the band sat up and were slowly feeling their brains working in gear. Riku guessed. "Eclipse? You're saying Solgaleo and Lunala aren't those pokemon?" Leon shook his head. "No, but they are connected."
He showed his Z Power Ring and gave it a shine as Rotom turned on and plugged in a screen of a black, rough looking monster. With a face of many triangles, each having a distinct color. His feet looked like talons and he had large black claws with a white prism on the front wrist. "Necrozma: the Prism Pokemon: A long time ago, he was the source of all Light in Ultra Space, but people of his world grew greedy and caused an injury that made that light spill out. Turning him into this state for a while, desperate to get that light back he turned into a feared entity that pillages light."
That was a story that was relatively common place as Leon continued. "A long time ago, he tracked down a beacon of light all the way into Alola and caused quite a ruckus." The dex showed the image of a blue Lunala that was more transparent, with the black armor on her chest, claws attacked to it, gems on her wings, tail and the cranium sticking out of the Lunala's back. A triangle prism covered the Lunala's head, showing red eyes and a triangle of many colors. "It took the effort of the Tapus and a strong pokemon wielder to knock him off of Lunala and send him crashing into hill. Where he rested for centuries until someone triggered so much energy to open wormholes. That was when my Daddy encountered him for the first time and tried to figure out what he is."
Riku raised a hand. "Okay, why was he that desperate to take that light back? Besides the obvious?" Leon cringed. "Because without that light, Necrozma would grow sluggish and dormant from the constant pain he was in. Daddy figured that part out when Eclipse goes into bursts and fires lasers wildly. Daddy tried to have Nebby give a check up, but that didn't go well and Eclipse ended up finding a route back to Ultra Space. Until he was eventually founded by the descendants of his home world."
The Dex showed a city of black prisms. "This was before a certain point. Those guys had to try and contain that problem until they have a means to mend the wound. Because Lunala or Solgaleo aren't really wearing Necrozma." Terra cringed. "He's latched onto them like a parasite? Because they're an infinite light source?"
Leon sighed. "Yep and Necrozma was... not well in the head. Between the pain and the constant need for the Light, very bad things happening to him while he was back in Ultra Space and having to be contained. He needed help and it was hard to do without endangering everyone. Even if he ended up listening, he translates that into wanting to do things his way. You can say Mommy had to get him to knock it off and ended up catching him all over again for some actual rehab." He added. "That incident happened when Mommy was pregnant with me and my sister. At the least, Necrozma was working through that rehab for a while and learned that we help one another to get things done. Time and time sense then, he proved to have embraced his role as Alola's Guardian. Bringing about that form he was once and is capable of becoming again."
The Dex showed a third picture unlike the others. A dragon of golden light, having prismatic eyes, the black gems being golden yellow. The chest, four wings, his talons, his head and chin were of the stone. The rest is pure light, resembling an angelic star."
Terra asked. "What's the catch for him to become this?" Leon was glad he asked. "Mostly, it's saved for emergencies, when he and a willing Lunala, Crepu, fuse and are bestowed power from his Z Crysal, an Ultranecrozium z. Becoming this mighty being." The grown up guessed. "Those emergencies have something to do with evil people proving themselves the worst and throwing dangerous, powerful pokemon upon Alola?" Leon nodded. "The kind of thing we're dealing with now. It escalated until it went out of those monsters control and nearly destroyed Alola. But when all seemed lost, the people of Alola gave it's light to Necrozma and he pushed back against the Shadow as a Light that Burns the Sky. It is through that, did Necrozma's wound finally heal. The Light doesn't leak out of him anymore and he can stay in this form a lot longer. Even though he still needs to be recharged every few months and sometimes needs to speed that up by merging with Crepu. Since then, he's been giving the Light back to Ultra Space and to the people who suffered long enough with out it." The screen showed that prism city under a more colorful sky and having life back in it's streets. "It wasn't until a couple months ago, that evil people tried to go after him yet again. But the People of Alola defended that Light, it's a big family if you believe in that. You mess with one member, you mess with all of us."
Riku felt a connection in time. "A couple months ago?"
Leon recalled. "A master mind behind this syndicate that introduced the you know what, was allowed to break free and go at an attempt of World Domination. Right around the time me and Daphne became trainers. He sowed chaos across Alola, using a Shadow Celebi, which you should have read in the log and the Tapus got caught up in that things power." Sora remembered. "Celebi's the pokemon who can turn a Shadow Pokemon back to normal?" He realized. "Ah man, so a Shadow one can cause the reverse?"
Leon continued. "Celebi was caught in a paradox against that future and brought a Type:Null from the time Daddy was a kid, who became my Sisters partner. They managed to rescue Celebi, which caused that man to try and make a rush to Ultra Megaopolis. Our whole family put a stop to him, but he tried to unleash something that caused a tide of darkness to endanger the multiverse. A darkness that kind of looks like all the Heartless we've been dealing with."
Kairi felt a chill. "That thing, does it involve an eight pointed star?" Leon felt that more chilling. "The symbol of chaos. We were in for it until Arceus showed up with a duo of heroes from Galar, one of them being a champion who has Eternatus with her. Those two and Necrozma dived into the chaotic rift and closed it up. The Light of Alola and the Bringer of the Darkest Day." He paused and felt something connecting. "That symbol caused a lot trouble for the worlds, did it?"
The keybearers nodded and Azu shivered. (Believe me, they have!) Kairi didn't wish to terrify the youngster with the details. "It was tied with forces that wanted the source of Light in this part of the nexus and they unleashed Hell. Still, it's nice to hear that Necrozma finally risen back to the Light. But how do those bands use that power?"
Leon answered humbly. "Because the Z Power Rings use to be a part of Necrozma." He clapped and had Rotom turn the screen off, noticing a glimmer of light behind him. The story took just enough time for the ship to reach a gate way. They found themselves in a cosmos that has a world on the horizon. The territory is unfamiliar to the keybearers, the youngster could tell by the look. "This is a new solar system, is it?" Kairi had a sense in her instinct. "It could be, I still say they-" She put her thumb to the young men. "have been to enough worlds that I'm the last person you should ask for that."
Sora second her voice. "I haven't been here before. Riku, Terra, you know this place?" Riku shook his head. "Nope, I've been to all the sort of places you've been." Terra looked ahead to see a metropolis, interconnected to three areas going nowhere in particular. The things of notice is a suburban area in the world, along with an ocean and wilderness. "Never been here."
Sora guessed. "But it looks like another city!" Leon knew that as well. "And it looks like one I'm familiar with." Kairi pressed her head to the glass. "The last one we've been to is pretty high tech. So it's a modern city with modern norms." Leon recommended. "Bring pokemon that can blend in with that, we have options." Riku let out Raz and Darter, to let them have a look. "We're heading towards another world, check it out!"
Raz was shaking himself awake and was having a look as Darter was half asleep and drooling. (Those are pretty flowers, mom-) He woke up and jumped to a ledge to have a look with his brother. Riku imagined by the simplicity. "The last world like this was pretty simple, with all of us putting the work, we should be done with this in a couple hours." Sora let Quill out and had him perch to his shoulder, smiling wide at the potential of a new experience.
A few minutes later, between two buildings.
Quill and the Sneasel brothers were peaking out of the alley way, looking upon a town that was early in the morning and looks easy to get lost in. Sora tracked down a glowing chest, popped his blade on the lid and found a map that Azu took for him. She read it and pointed to the two sides of the road. (There's only two ways from the road. Think we should split up?)
Kairi had a peak, on the left was a neighborhood and to the right is a long road to a city. "If we want to be thorough, one group can search the neighborhood while another searches the city." Terra had the Cadet out and saw nothing really out of place as Riku contemplated letting Slowking out, Sora asked. "Maybe if we find who ever is out of place here, we can ask for directions secretly?"
The older boy decided to let King out, who stretched and gave the world a good morning. "One pokemon ought to lead us to more if we ask. Leon, you've been hanging around with Terra last time and his team catapulted, how about you go with Sora and Kairi while the two of us handle the city?"
Kairi put her hands to her hips, wondering. "How come?" Riku answered bluntly. "Because Azu's the only one of your pokemon who can walk on land. You and Leon can get Sora caught up while we figure out if the City has anything worth noticing."
Leon huffed out loud. "You're not a pokemon expert either and Terra's evolved really quickly." The adult agreed with that. "I still think we should split up, we can get finished that much sooner." He asked the silver haired boy. "Riku, there's something I want to talk with you about." Slowking wondered. (There's something you both been thinking about since the adventure yesterday?)
The King's partner nodded. "Yeah, can you pick up on a trail for us?" The psychic tapped the side of his head and closed his eyes, finding a vision of something hovering over a building, with a gray bird and a singing, tan cat with a purple fur at the ears, collar and the tip of the tail. The vision shifted to show a light alien like humanoid with black lines, green eyes and fingers glowing red, green and yellow. The alien waved hello, Slowking changed his vision to his location and pointed over to Riku, Terra and their partners. (We've come to help ya out. Can you give us a direction?) The alien was more than pleased. (Of course, try to keep this in secrecy.) The Slowking took off and his squad followed. Leaving the others to take off to the neighborhood.
The town itself is relatively quiet, small and to the local, nothing too special, blending in the modern with nature. Quill perched on top of Sora's head and took a nap as the boy was allowed to read from the map. "Where's anywhere around here?"
Kairi tried not to tease him and noticed something going on at the side of the road. A black haired girl and her band of girl scouts were tending to a family of black footed ferrets that had a freak out somewhere. Assisting the girls was a round, pink, egg shaped creature with locks of darker pink hair and a tail. The scouts were using a giant egg from the creatures pouch and divide it up among the family. Azu gaped her mouth at a convenient encounter. (It's good to know a Chansey's around to calm the locals down.) She realize. (Wait, a Chansey's the first pokemon we've found around here?)
Kairi imagined. "This pokemon isn't common at all, isn't she?" Leon shook his head. "Nope. Let's see what Chansey knows." The ferrets spotted the group and took off with some new found confidence, bringing the girl scouts to turn and see who's approaching.
The black haired girl could tell that she's about to meet someone unusual and asked. "Hey, who you got there?" Kairi answered professionally. "The same kind of creature that you look to be making friends with." She and her squad looked to the turning Chansey. "What's you doing?"
The girl scout was willing to let that phrase go if for this one time. "We're seeing all kinds of animals getting into a bunch of trouble lately and we got the chance to earn our Wild Life Assistance patch!" Leon noticed the badges as the girl explained. "This big girl grew from a small Happiny right before our eyes and has started helping as soon as she spotted us!"
Leon found his chance. "That's a handy coincidence, we've just got here from a ways over, looking for those like Chansey." He coughed and showed a quick ball. "She and a few others ended up in this town through an incident and we're trying to relocate them for the safety of them and the locals around here. They're all pretty obvious and catching them is the real challenge. Before we do that, we need to ask Chansey a few questions."
The Chansey approached and asked. (You're here to make sure me and the others don't get hurt again?) Flowers flew off of Sora and nodded. (Yep!) She looked back to her partner. (We just need to know if you were with others before we try catching you in a ball.) Chansey was thinking about it. (We did take off after we gotten help from these humans. I know three are close by.) She gasped to something genius and hurried to make a distance, before turning in preparation. (Actually, if you can catch them, we might get a reason to meet those humans again and see if they can help us find Pokemon that are more stuck than we were.)
She waved wide as Sora's understood. "If we're close to one, then we'll find them fast." He looked to the girl scouts and let out a curious Dreepy that was getting excited over the new scenery. "Hey, before we do this, have you all seen newts that look like this?" Chansey shook no as the girl scouts looked to each other in confusion. "Haven't seen a flying newt around here, so what's ya about to do?" Sora gave Quill a poke and showed an ultra ball. "We're going to need to catch Chansey, just so no one tries to kidnap her behind our backs. These guys like to fight."
Chansey blushed and explained. (I kind of don't, but I can hold my own pretty well.) She braced herself as the girl scouts took a step back and had note books out. Leon put his ball away and let out Kilokilo. "Alright, this ought to be pretty simple. Chansey's are tricky to catch, but it's good experience."
Sora had a bit of a plan and asked the Dreepy. "I think we can do this easily, just go for a thunder wave and we just need a few good hits!" The ghost nodded as the Chansey had an awkward smile, Dreepy sprinted after her to apply a thunder wave and stunned her to where she couldn't use her charm. The newt flew off as the waking Dartrix flapped to battle, Chansey gave off a melody that the bird covered his ears from. Sora pointed at the chance. "Try dual wing beat and see how well that works."
The owl hooted and rushed in for a one two blow, Chansey grabbed him by the shoulders and hurled him for a seismic toss. Quill landed on the pavement and shook off the damage as Sora gave a fast toss with an ultra ball, it brought her in and landed.
Shake...shake...shake... click!
That was relatively easy and Sora went to pick up the ball. Letting out the Chansey that was stunned to say the least.
Pulse!
A fast heal eased any injuries and the egg pokemon was quite impressed. (Not bad, not bad.) The leader of the girl scouts found that impressive. "Didn't know she had a throwing arm like that." Leon was just as surprised. "Seismic toss is a handy ability that helps compensate for the lack of offense a Chansey normally has. Sometimes people train one to use this special stone and make her into a very sturdy pokemon who can shrug a lot of hits and always find a way to support when needed. We're going to need help tracking these pokemon, so we'll need to know each others names." He addressed himself and his partner. "Name's Leon and this is Kilokilo, my Hatterene." The fairy waved charmingly as the boy addressed the Princess. "This is Kairi and Azu the Azumarril." Then the spikey haired teenager. "And this is Sora, Dreepy, Flowers the Comfey and Quill the Dartrix. We have more pokemon kept in their balls at the moment."
The girl scout was charmed. "Please to meet you all, names Isabella and these are the Fire Side Scouts!" The girls waved for a hearty hello as a black haired girl with tan skin realize something. "Say, there's a weird dog that my sister has taken in yesterday. Think you would know about it?"
The youngster imagined. "Maybe, if you can let me see them then I'll be able to tell." Kairi felt that was a solid enough plan and she asked her boyfriend. "Sora, go with Chansey and see if she has a lead." The Chansey recalled one spot. (Frogadier took off over at the Cul-de-sac, you can't miss it if you know what that means.) Azu has her experience with towns. (That spot in a village where it's nothing but buildings and a dead end otherwise?) She remembered from the map and lead. (I think we'll spot one.) Kairi hurried behind Azu as Sora and his partners followed along with Chansey, letting Leon do his investigation.
It was further in the neighborhood and a segment of woods over a road, the Chansey stepped into the bushes and waved. Sora and his companions followed into a small clearing that goes down a ways. The boy felt it would get a handy spot for any critter to hide in. "I think I'm getting it. Thanks for the help."
The Chansey turned chipper as an egg popped out into her pounce, she had some concern. (Just be careful, it's early and some of us could still be grumpy.) Quill, Flowers and Dreepy had that caution noted. The owl looked around and squinted his eyes as he and Sora spotted something in sync, a large, fat, brown squirrel that have a collection of fruits rolled up in his tail. He was checking a pawpaw fruit to see if it's ripe and looked a bit too distinct to be an ordinary squirrel. With it's back well exposed, Sora took the chance to toss an ultra ball and watch the squirrel let go in shock. Shake! Click!
Sora had a check on the dex. "That's a Greedant!"
Flo! Flo!
By a flowery bush to the right was a humming melody, Dreepy flew in and startled a white fairy with a green abdomen going down to a spade shaped tail. She was holding onto a orange flower and twirled to see the group that flushed her out. Sora didn't have the heart to mindlessly chuck a ball at her as Flowers floated over to explain what is going on. Sora had a read on the specimen, Floette, a fairy type that comes in five variants. The conversation caused the Floette to give a rather friendly smile and she faced Sora in a battle pose. Flowers nodded and floated to Sora, to prepare for a match. The boy gave his flower fairy the honor. "Toss a leech seed and go for draining kiss. A couple times ought to do it." The Comfey spun to bring about a seed that wrapped it's roots upon the small fairy and started to drain.
Floette conjured a safe guard and took a drain kiss before making a wish. In another, the fairy gave a counter of a dazzling gleam and felt a wish coming true. Healing herself and causing Sora to realize this is a match that's going to take a while and settled for tossing a great ball. Securing a fast capture and leaving Comfey a bit annoyed. (Man, why does it have to take so long to learn that one move.) Chansey felt it a pity. (Because it's that good?) The posey picker pointed a thumb to Sora as he picked the ball up. (It is if you're working with this guy.)
As the boy grabbed the ball, he and his party were given a swift toss of razor leaves from something by a tree, it didn't cut too much and Sora was too eager to care too much. Rustle! Quill spotted a tiny flower like creature that resembles a pink mantis. The creature hopped and hissed. (Would you all keep it down, I'm trying to sleep!)
The Dartrix showed an angry glare as Sora checked a log. "Fomantis; The Sickle Grass pokemon. Grass type. Fomantis hates having its naps interrupted. It fires off beams using energy it gathers by bathing in the sun. Many Trainers give their Fomantis their own flowerpots so they can sunbathe in peace and quiet." The boy had an ignorantly happy grin. "You like sleeping in too?"
The Fomantis half dropped her eye lids, looking ready to wipe that smile off the human's face. (Yes, yes I do! Now kindly leave so I can get back to that?) Quill sighed and flapped for battle. (Sorry, but you got to come with us.) He gave a battle pose as Sora thought carefully. (Use confuse ray and go for razor leaf and shadow sneak!) The Dartrix flapped a confusing ray that caused Fomantis to stumble as she gave the Dartrix a slash.
Woosh!
A toss of razor leaves hit a weak spot and the grass type tripped, a shadow sneak sent her back on her feet and she dashed for another slash. Fling! A pokeball handled the rest.
Click!
Sora was left thinking about the log and the kind of mood Fomantis was in. (The flowery grass types like the sun a lot, maybe if we can't find a strong enough sun for the Ranch...) He picked up the ball, heard rustling and more attention. "Ivy?" This time from an amphibian with a budding pink flower on his back and palm leaves. "Ivysaur. The Seed Pokemon; Grass-Poison. The more sunlight Ivysaur bathes in, the more strength wells up within it, allowing the bud on its back to grow larger. It gives off a pleasant aroma when it blooms." That log gave Sora certainty to an idea. "Sunlight. We need to ask if it's okay to have you sent to a place with the real stuff."
The Ivysaur looked to the kind face and smirked slyly. (You're what Donphan was grunting about?) He took a stance as a timer ball popped open, letting out Biven. The sight of the Iron Treads spooked the Ivysaur out of focus. (What?!) Biven beeped. (Did you say a Donphan?)
The Ivysaur grunted. (Yeah, a big one with Great Tusks. Showed up when this stick thing was raising a bunch of chaos. He smashed it to bits while Pidgeot and Zygarde were rescuing us.) Biven gasped and squeed. (It's the guy Donphan told us about!)
Sora realized. "Hey, you didn't happen to meet a big Donphan, did you?" Ivysaur knew Sora didn't understood what was already said and nodded, he looked over to the rather cheerful Chansey and took a few steps back. (If you want me to lead you to him, you're going to have to catch me! So bring it!)
Biven groaned. (Are you sure about that?) He asked the others. (You guys had your fights already?) Quill cringed as Comfey sighed. (Just be careful not to hurt him.) Sora knew Biven was asking. "Quill, Flowers and Dreepy had a go and I think Snowball might just knock Ivysaur out. Try to hit him lightly and I'll do the rest."
Biven grunted and marched forward, the Ivysaur smirked and shook his flower, Sora knew that was a trick of some kind and opened his mouth to give an order. The Iron Treads stomped to let loose an electric terrain and brought a voltage through his system, right as Ivysaur tossed a green powder that caused Biven to doze off and wake up from the electricity. Biven rolled into a rapid spin and sent the Ivysaur in a flight, exposed to a swift iron head flinch that sent the grass type rolling into the dirt. Sora remembered being warned about a grass types usual strategy. "I was going to say that."
He tossed a heal ball that made quick work in capturing the amphibian. The boy picked up the ball as Biven had a pleased smile. (He figured out that I was part steel, so what ever he was about to throw was meant to stop me from attacking. The electric terrain keeps me up along with enhancing my speed. You can tell by seeing that plant twitch.) Something about that caused Sora to blush. "I've looked up what that terrain move can do and if someone looks bigger or faster than you, slowing them down always works."
Flowers marveled at the strange genius as the boy let out the four pokemon, Sora gave them an apology. "Sorry about that, but now we can get you elsewhere." He crouched to give Ivysaur the job of an escort. The grass type blushed in respect, lead the band and turned right. Getting deeper in the forest and finding a small creek with some blue flowers, butterflies and a mound covered in blanketing leaves. A set of great tusks stood out from the leaves. Ivysaur barked. (Hey, we got visitors.)
A set of reptilian eyes slowly opened and the blanket rustled, surprising Sora and his team with how gargantuan the Great Tusk actually is. "Woah, Terra wasn't kidding!" The beast recognized the name, looked over to Sora and grunted in a way that even Ivysaur couldn't understand. (This human and his companions, came to guide us out of this town and are what I'd expected from a human and a pokemon. They're coordinated and have that breeze in their hearts. Is he the reason you trusted this town?) Great Tusk laughed and approached, shaking his head while having a toothy smile.
Pop!
Out of a ball came Snowball, who was wanting to see where the noise was coming from. Quill backed away. (You're giving me the creeps, what are you doing here?)
The Great Tusk had a distinct growl that Sora understood. "You were just going where the worlds guide you to and now that we're here, you're wanting to test yourself? Maybe-" He clapped to the Darmanitan. "Snowball, this isn't going to be easy!"
The ice type grunted in agreement and rushed forward as the Great Tusk stepped back. The bystanders stepped back as the opponents stomped to display their might, Snowball hopped left and right as the Great Tusk kicked the dirt back. The giant sprinted with his truck raised for a down side swipe, the boy ordered. "Jump and punch down the ice!"
Snowball leaped and kicked down a icicle crash, dealing quite the damage and landing back. The Great Tusk gave a fast rapid spin to push the ape away and send Snowball in a hop. "Fire punch!" Pow! The ape gave the Great Tusk a swift punch and Sora ordered. "Back flip!"
The ape did so, only realizing the Great Tusk wasn't lashing out on the instinct, the beast sprinted and with a single blow from his trunk, knocked Snowball to the ground. The beast stepped aside to let Sora call his partner back, he pointed to his Comfey. "Flowers, I think we got him!"
The Comfey nodded flew to battle. "Draining kiss!" The fairy type glided forward to apply a kiss and was knocked back by a bull doze shock wave, another sent the beast on his rear. His eyes gave a glimmer and he closed them in, he shook and stomped. Roaring at Sora before sprinting to the other side of the forest and locking eyes, there's one more challenger the beast wishes to know.
Sora felt a tension in his heart and stepped forward. Quill and Flowers kept by Sora's side as he and the Great Tusk circled the arena. Determination, adrenaline and joy blended together into a melody of a worthy match. The Great Tusk rolled up into a rapid spin and rushed after the boy that rolled to the left with his duo. Quill tossed a razor leaf as Flowers cheered, Sora waited for the Great Tusk to stop his roll and glided to the back left leg. He struck to times and saw the tail swing. Leap! He and Flowers made a leap while Quill was knocked back. Sora flowed to the other leg for a combo finisher as Flowers applied a drain kiss. The beast spun backwards with his tusks, forcing a roll before he followed with an over head bull doze slam. Sora rolled to avoid the shock wave as Quill returned for a confuse ray dazzle, the Great Tusk was shaking his head and stepped away in a cautious guard.
Sora glided to get on the beasts tail and hurried to climb on the Great Tusks back. Flowers cringed. (Um, are you sure this is a safe spot?) The boy didn't mind. "It's okay, I was taught to get on the big guys back!" He gave a single blow that told the Great Tusk where the boy is, the beast spun like a top and flung Sora away with a rapid spin. The beast regained his balance and charged.
"RWAAAAR!"
Quill and Dreepy worked together to push the two out of the way and flew to safety as the Great Tusk turned in a slide. Sora flowed to a tree with Flowers to escape a charge and charged beams of ragnarok, hitting the Great Tusk on the side. The beast rolled and readied another rapid spin as Biven rolled into battle and applied a bull doze shock wave. The Great Tusk took that and stomped in a laugh, he jumped to get a distance as the machine let loose an electric terrain and rolled up for a charge.
BASH!
The Iron Treads collided his head with the Great Tusk and was sent flying, Sora rolled out of the way and performed a sonic dash, getting to the side and striking swiftly. The blade struck against what looked to be tensing skin and Sora took that as a que to roll back, Great Tusk followed with a sprint and the boy glided to the side and charged his blade in ice. He flung it like a boomerang and caused a frosty explosion, the Great Tusk rolled a rapid spin to send it flying and made a break neck charge.
Clash! Biven intercepted with an iron head bash and Quill applied a critical razor leaf blow as Sora called his blade back, glided back to the side and fired a ragnarok barrage that sent the Great Tusk to the side. Sora glided with a glow of light and let loose multiple blows of an ars arcanum. Shoving the beast to a tree, the Great Tusk broke from the stun lock and leaped out of the way, rolling and giving a few light stomps. Calling off the battle and declaring the winners. Sora let Snowball out and give him a heal, having a realization that something this mighty, if it is the same one Terra and Leon encountered, might be traveling the worlds for a purpose. "Nice fight, but I'm not the one you'd fight alongside with. Terra is on this world, he's with one of us right now. They might use the help if you can find them."
Great Tusk grunted, looked over to the Ivysaur at a request and nodded to the eager Iron Treads that was more than thrilled. (You're as strong as they come! Do you request a guide to find Terra and the one called Riku?) The Great Tusk shook his head, went close to Sora and took a sniff. Picking up distinct scents, he stopped to think about it and smelled two scents he wasn't familiar with. He hurried and sprinted to where the boy traveled, backtracking. The group knew that could be a disaster if someone sees a giant dinosaur like elephant like this one.
Over in the neighborhood.
Leon and the Fire Side Scouts were given an inspection on their way to a particular house, finding a fight going on between a thuggish boy with short brown hair and a black t-shirt with a skull, clearly getting what is coming to him for bullying a smaller dark skin boy in blue overalls. An orange monkey with a long tail and a flame at the tip gave the bully a toss away and hopped mad. Kilokilo caught the thug with her psychic power and listened to complaints. "Hey, hey! Put me down, Buford Ball is not on the schedule!" The smaller boy gave off a high pitch. "Eek! A witch!"
Isabella tried calming the younger one down. "Baljeet, you're getting the wrong idea."
Leon agreed and called to the hoping monkey. "Monferno, I think it's clear who started that fight. But that behavior isn't the way to go." Monferno folded his arms and made his tail spark. (I couldn't stand watching that. Has this happened every day?) Kilokilo guessed. (Likely.)
Buford has an appreciation for Leon's command of authority and asked. "So, new kid, what's bringing you over?" Leon has a few gripes with typical school bullies and kept it brief. "Any pokemon we could find. Monferno's part of a rare set that trainers take in as a starter for the journey. If they're not gathered soon, there's a good chance someone will try and hurt them for their own gain."
Baljeet gasped. "Oh my goodness!" Buford pulled up his sleeve in justified anger. "Hey, no does the bullying except for me! You know what any of them pocket guys look like? They're not just one kind right?"
Leon saw an observant set of eyes. "You are correct, from the Monferno, to a Hatterene. Some are relatively mundane to our eyes and might have skipped pass yours."
Buford gasped. "Like a dog that's acting smarter than the others? Stacey has one over at her place," He hurried over to a green roof house with a yellow color and a basketball hoop over the garage. The Fireside Girl who is familiar with the house tried to stop him. "Hey, what if that isn't what the guys are looking for? How can you tell it from a regular dog?" Buford gently pushed her out of the way. "That poodle you brought in looked a little too classy. That's why!"
Baljeet realized something in surprise. "It was from a warp hole the whole time!" Leon closed his eyes. "Unfortunately and we can't afford to let anymore incidents like this slide." That girl sighed, understood the scope and hurried to the door, taping on the bell and waited. The door opened to show a teenage girl with long black hair, a green dress and a green bow tie. "Hey Ginger, what are you doing here early?"
Woof!
Following by her was a white fur poodle with a smooth trim and black skin. Leon was quite impressed. "So smooth." The poodle was quite charmed as the teenager asked. "How's your patch going, anyways?" "We're all going to be getting our Aid the Extradimensional Patch pretty soon, Stacy." Leon had a moment of confusion and explained. "You got a Furfrou and it's important we have one thing made clear." He brought out a luxury ball and presented it to her. "If you can get her in this, we can forget this ever happen."
Stacy was skeptical about the size comparison. "How am I suppose to get a dog that big in a ball that small?" Leon was glad the teenager asked, he took a step behind the Monferno and tapped him in the back of the head with an ultra ball, capturing him as a demonstration and causing a click. He opened the ball to show a confused monkey as the Furfrou considered it. Shes sat with her tail wagging and barked, tempting Stacy to give it a try.
Tap! Shake...shake...shake... click!
The capture was near flawless and Leon clapped amused. "Excellent. Now, if someone tries anything, you have some security for her. Will you keep the details about this to the relatives? No one else has to know that's a pokemon." Buford crossed his arms and called the youngster out. "What did you said a block ago?"
The trainer raised his hand to admit his follow. "I know what I said. But if a pokemon like Furfrou has already made herself at home, then there isn't a point in saying gimme."
Stacy took the vow of silence and let Furfrou back out. "This is feeling awkward." Furfrou, Monferno and Kilokilo felt a vibration coming from somewhere as the humans didn't notice. Leon was more focused on giving instructions to notice that his partner notice. "Now, she should be easy to handle like what ever you thought she was. But know that food for that creature is not the same kind of food you should be feeding a Furfrou. Think what might be acceptable and work with that."
Stacy had an idea of what could work and Furfrou noticed a dinosaur like elephant with Great Tusks coming by. She turned to give a growl, Kilokilo and Monferno turned to see the strange beast. Baljeet and the girls screamed at the top of their lungs and Burford shielded his usual playmate. Leon readied a pokeball and crossed eyes with the Great Tusk. "You again?"
He let out his Decidueye, who recognizes the beast. "Pueo, let's show him what we're able to do now that I got hands." The Archer readied a quill and the beast stomped in an argument. The Great Tusk wasn't looking for a fight and the name, Pueo, was more than enough to help him recognize the two. Leon kept a stand as the Great Tusk got a little closer and smelled them, picking up familiar scents and a particular one that is fresher. He growled deeply and closed his eyes in thought, differentiating one smell from the other. He opened his eyes and grunted in thanks, feeling there was one more scent to uncover before he finds the trial.
He hurried down the road and the band waited until the Great Tusk was far from hearing range. Leon knew who the Great Tusk was looking for. "I think he's looking for someone that might be in the city. He won't be showing up again. Hopefully."
Stacy was tempted to bring a phone and took a deep breath. "No, no! Got to be the straighter head for Candace." Leon doesn't know any Candace and explained. "I've only heard of this pokemon from a book. Now, there's got to be a way to account for every pokemon around here so no one gets surprised like that."
Stacy gasped. "I think I know the boys who can help you out." Isabella blushed and took the lead. "I know the way, Stacy, stay over here." She blew a whistle. "Come on ladies and gentlemen, let's go visit those brothers!"
At the edge of a Cul-de-sac
Kairi and Azu sneaked around a house, to avoid trespassing and felt a chill guiding them to a what felt like a small lake. It was shrouded by a cold fog that emited from an innert statue. By it was a Frogadier that was laying on his back and relaxing, in the lake was a black, blue eyed spider with a bubble around the head and green limbs, four were holding the bubble over it's head for breathing as it snored away. Kairi readied a net ball and tossed it at the spider, catching it perfectly while she readied another for the frog. The statue shined blue eyes and a blue device at it's rear as the Princess tossed at the Frogadier, startled him and caused a perfect capture. The statue sprang to life and stood up, the chill was sucked into the device on it's rear. Kairi realized she made a blunder at a shape that was oddly of a familiar shape and size. "Sorry, we thought you were a lost ornament for a-" On a second look, she saw the robot to be shaped more like a penguin, it's color resembling that of a Delibird. An Iron Bundle that panicked in fear and aimed the hose like device, beeping in a demand. (Get back! Get back!)
He fired a hydro pump at where the ladies were going, making it clear he wasn't going to let them across. The ladies jumped back and Azu barked. "Hey, we got to do this for them!" She was surprised on the second look. "Wait, are you a Delibird?" Kairi felt her heart racing. "Azu, that's an Iron Bundle! She raised her hand and slowly approached the Frogadier's ball. "We don't want any trouble, we're on a rescue mission and we need them in the balls for us to sneak them out of here." She had her hand at the ball as the Iron Bundle commanded, in hesitation to fire. (Stop! Stop!)
Azu used an aqua jet to jump over the robot and dive for the Dewpider's ball, she picked it up and bounced to the girl whole used the distraction to pick the other ball up and put it in a bag. Azu tossed the other in and the Bundle unleashed a blow of an icy wind, the robot beeped a final warning. (Get them out of that bag and let them go!) He charged up a freeze drying wind at Azu and fired upward for a gust, Kairi called upon her blade and blew the cold away. "Hey, hey! That's enough firing for one-" The Iron Bundle froze stiff at the sight of the blade and silently aimed at the girl.
WOOSH!
He fired a hydro pump with little warning save for an instinct. Kairi flowed out of the blast as Azu rushed for an aqua jet shove, the Iron Bundle flew off and fired a hydro pump once more. Kairi glided left and saw the device had an opening, Iron Bundle charged up as the Princess conjured a flower of light and threw it at the hose.
Tink! Blink!
The shine of light caused the force of the pump to reflect back to the hose and cause the Bundle to be jetted to the sky, going completely out of his control as he was sent flying south of the neighborhood. The ladies gasped and tried to follow, going back to an intersection and finding the Bundle flying over buildings. Going out of sight in the southern woods. Azu felt a vessel pulsing. "What is his malfunction?!"
Kairi checked the dex and saw an image clearing in. "Iron Bundle: The Chilly Hydrant Pokemon: Ice/Water: Its shape is similar to a robot featured in a paranormal magazine article. The robot was said to have been created by an ancient civilization. There are only two reported sightings of this Pokémon." She grew worried. "Something must have gotten damaged, we can't let that pokemon wander over here!" Azu agreed with that. "If it runs into Sora and makes him defend himself, he'll just get sent flying again." The Princess agreed back. "That's the worse part, he got set off when I brought my blade out." Her brain connected something. "Wait, the Keyblade set him off. How?" Azu shrugged. "Heck if I know." Rumble!
The ladies felt someone approaching and turned to find the Great Tusk having his eyes set to the sky, finding what passed by to be a concern. Kairi and Azu nearly screamed at the sight of the beast, the Azumarril braced for the worst. "You're here too?!"
The Great Tusk looked down to the two, grunted and had a sniff of their scent. With those scents recognized, he realized where his quarry is at and looked over to the city, he gave a wordless thanks and took off. Kairi's thousand yard stare at the confusion wasn't helping and Azu sighed. "This is looking be that kind of day." She tugged at her partner. "Come on, that Great Tusk isn't our problem right now." Kairi agreed. "He's looking for someone-" she realized. "he's looking for Terra and he's trying to figure out who else he brought with him."
At a backyard with a tree.
Phineas, Ferb were watching Perry and noticed a robot jetting across the sky in a inaudible scream. Phineas looked upon it like it was nothing new. "Hey look at that, he's using the water as a jet. I think I know what we're going to do today!"
Ferb went to get a blank blue print as Isabella opened the gate and entered. "Hey Phineas, whatcha doing?"
Phineas waved hello to the neighbor girl. "Hey, Isabella, we're just about to make a blue print for a water rocket! We ought to have it ready in an hour." Isabella smiled nervously. "Yeah, about that."
Following in came Buford, Baljeet, the Fireside girls, a spikey haired, teenager boy that is keeping a teenager girl calm, a blonde boy around the brother's age and a band of familiar misfits. The youngster noticed the blue print and asked. "I was told that you two made a hospital for some creatures that came by." He gestured to the Chansey as he and the teenagers let out the Monferno, Ivysaur and a Frogadier that looked around timidly. Phineas waved to the creatures. "Oh, hey guys. Hey, where did that bird and elephant go?"
The spikey haired boy had to be blunt as a robotic elephant had a look at a plan in the making. "The Great Tusk is looking for a friend of ours at the city. But that's not important right now, we got to think of a way so any of the guys we're missing would know where to go." He asked. "Think if we all work together, we can build that in an hour?"
Flap!
"Chirp!" (If ya can, then you got someone to give the word.) Chansey and an Aquatic Rabbit turned to find a great bird perching on a roof top. The rabbit gasped. (Pidgeot!) The bird recognized the behavior and hopped down. (Wait, you're Azumarril!) He looked around confused. (Where are the others?! Where they go?)
The red head teenager knew what was asked, smiled and prepared three balls. "I'm not sure how much these guys can help. But I think we were looking for you too!" She tossed them high. "Do they ring any bells." Pop! Out came a green sea plant that was flabbergasted bby the town, a blue pistol shrimp who was waking up from a nap, and a missile shaped shark that flopped, barked and recognized a necklace worn by the bird. (Mega stone! Pidgeot!)
He laughed and rushed for a tackle that the bird flew above. (Hey, hey, easy! You're definitely Sharpedo.) He landed by the sea lily that was relaxed. (Ain't you a sight for these eyes. So a lot more were looking for us after all?) The pistol shrimp was teary eyed. (It appears so.) The bird lowered himself to the shrimps level and vowed. (We've been soaring across the world and back to try and open that wormhole. You stuck with these guys when you had the chance?) The shrimp nodded and looked to the teenage girl, first and foremost. (We would have been lost forever if Kairi didn't come on that stormy day. Once the wormholes got opened up again, we ended up on this big mission to rescue the rest of the lost pokemon.) He asked with a clear memory. (Flygon, Togekiss and Vikavolt got scrambled too?)
The bird nodded. (Yeah, along with the Nomads, the merchant and her kids. I've been trailing your buddies since they got here, I know they're not from this town.) He looked to the boy with the brown spikey hair. (Do you got an idea what's going on?) The teenager had the right idea and put a finger to his lips. "We can't talk about it out here. But we and our friends from across the world have seen Emboar, Vikavolt and a couple of the others. Riku has a Sneaslers kids with him right now." The bird gasped and was getting watery eyed. (Oh thank Rayquaza, Sneasler's going to be liking this one!) He was getting emotional as the shrimp used his small pincer to calm him down.
The youngster thought. "This is one of the rescue team members that need some rescuing." Phineas had an idea of what to do. "Maybe we just need to show that this is the spot for them to go. Something big and easy to find." He looked over to a distant bill board advertising something and pointed to it. "Like a huge sign that's easy to see from all angles."
The youngster gasped and showed a symbol of a pokeball. "Something like this?" Phineas was on it. "Say no more, how about we introduce ourselves and get started." He noticed someone was missing. "Hey, where's Perry?"
While the lot were talking.
The Platypus noticed no one was looking, stood upright and put on a brown fedora before pressing a piece of bark and causing a compartment on the tree to open. He slid in and descended into a high tech facility, he landed on a mattress and hurried to a chair by a monitor that displayed a white haired, general with a mustache. "Good morning Agent P. If you already figured it out-" He showed a picture of ultra wormholes that opened and a confused, yellow, sharp clawed, humanoid weasel climbing up a building in secret. "We've been having mysterious sightings on these animals all across Danville after the warp holes appeared the other day."
A picture of a brown haired scientist with his hands pressed together and smiling like he done nothing wrong. "We haven't had a report of Doofenshmirtz's usual activities until this morning, where he was spotted with a a strange dog."
He showed a video of Doofenshmirtz trying to pet a red dog with a white fluffy mane covering his eyes and chest. It was on a leash and was wagging his tail friendly, only to bark fire at the scientists face. The scientist stood in shock, no worse for wear. "We need you to find out what he's up to and put a stop to it before it gets out of hand. Don't fail us Agent P."
Perry saluted and went down a slide that connected to a roller coaster cart, going up a track to the surface world and accelerating at a certain point. It flew out of a hole somewhere near the town and pulled out jet wings for flight, setting course for the city.
Over by a pond.
CRASH! Rustle!
The Iron Bundle found himself breaking through small branches and crashed into a pond with a beaver dam. With his hose spraying all that water, he was panting a bubble and flipped to his back to stare at the sky. He was pushed to the shore by the combined effort of a giant beaver and a yellow duck that was fighting through a headache. Right to the coil of a brown ferret with cream colored patterns. The ferret rested his head to the Bundle's chest and helped him calm down. Some silence was felt and the Bundle started breathing normally. The Beaver crouched to the Bundle and asked. "So, where did you come from?"
The Bundle closed his eyes and remembered looking upon a light for the first time and finding a Scientist, looking at him from a chair and making a final inspection before petting him and placing him on the ground. "We'll begin some tests shortly before I assign you to your task, there is now one of you who needs to be brought back to the Light. The one who is going to be the most difficult of you all."
She went to get a canister as the Bundle noticed a play area resembling an ice skating rink. He waddled to it and begun sliding around, losing track of time until he tripped and fumbled over to a fogged light. "I played a lot while my creator was working. She was busy and I slipped into a bright light. Scary Key is around, taking friends away." The busy trio gasped as a chipper, robotic voice resembling a boy in his late teens, appeared. "That's not what was happening, the Chosen of the Almighty are here to help you all find a lasting home."
The group turned to find a silver warrior, resembling both Gardevoir and Gallade. The Ferret scurried close. "Hey, where did you come from?" The Valiant pointed back to a crystal cave. "From the Labyrinth, there was an accident that got Bundle off into these lands before he was ready and My Lady picked up enough distresses to pin point where he is. Just call me Valiant." The duck held his head. "Labyrinth?! How did that show up?"
Valiant sighed with his own questions. "My Lady set the coordinates and thought, since she can't interfere from out here, it would be better to send someone who can." He gasped to an idea. "Hey, maybe some of you guys can help once the Chosen find a way to bring the lost pokemon around here to safety. You mind following me to the Play Area? In case the Dark Forces that are looking for Pokemon for their plans, show up around here, they won't be able to warp to us easily."
The beaver looked to his dam. "But I just got through building that." The duck was feeling a head ache. "Erk! Is that really important right now?" He waddled over to Valiant, the ferret looked over to Bundle and made sure he followed him to the strange warrior, the beaver sighed in defeat and followed along to the crystal cave.
Entering through the light, into a rather cool if colorful facility with a skating rink. with a simple slide to a central block and a turn to the left, they arrived to a corridor with three paths. Ahead a stone wilderness and at it's right is pond going into a river. Directly to the bands left was a pit of play balls. Approaching from the right of the pokemon,, was a concerned human woman with short blonde hair, tied into a kind of pony tail. Her left eye was a striking red, her right was blue. She had a long, orange dress and a pair of black pants. Out of her uniform and relieved before she gave a scolding. "Palírroias, don't scare me like that! You weren't ready to go out there and now the whole plan has been smashed to where I have to salvage it."
The Bundle stiffen as the beaver asked. "Are you sure this is the lady?" Valiant nodded. "She's like this because she cares." The woman shifted her eyes to the side of the floor. "Lecturing anymore is pointless now." She clapped to call upon monitors, showing a band of humans and pokemon working together to build something and another showing a city with a floating ufo. "Just leave the worrying to me, you three, make yourselves at home for now and don't go into the rapids. It's less a ride and more of a trial." She held the Valiant by the hand, envisioning a test that would go smoothly. "Iron Bundle, you are to watch these humans, particularly the girl known as Kairi, help these pokemon. She and her friends are not like the so called Keybearers of the ancient times. They know what it means to bear this eternal task and what it is they protect. The Heart of All and the Hearts that make up All. Valiant, I will be returning to my project, I think I know how to piece together our final friend. A storm's brewing, but sometimes it brings kin closer together. Valiant, watch over these darlings and call if it's too much."
Valiant gave a salute and watched the Lady hurry to a door of glimmering power, to conduct her work in secrecy. The Duck relaxed. "She seems nice." He sat to watch with the Bundle. "Do you want to try that pond out once we're done watching?" The robot looked over to the inviting view and nodded before going to his task.
