(Chapter 14: Megaships Complete: Voyage Imbound)

The month of September would come and with it the completion of the Astro and Delta Megaships, as after nearly 5 months of being stranded on the planet of Karakinos would Ben and the Matriarchs be able to depart for their imminent voyage of the stars beyond. Wherein for Ben it would mean seeing how this version of the galaxy in 30,000 years to be has progressed and what this Imperium business was like, while for the Matriarchs it was there long-awaited return to Terra and the rejoining of their Legions.

(September 8th, 950. M30, Karakinos, Ben's Safehouse,7:25 Pm)

It would be with on this night as the imminent voyage off of the planet in question, wherein the Ultimatrrix wielder sat beside Furiosa in wake of the Megaships recently being completed.

"So how do you feel about you guys returning to home soon?" Ben asked the World Eaters Matriarch

"It feels strange, after almost 5 months of being away from the Great Crusade, we will be able to return to the fold…More than that, I will be able to face my Legion without the damnation of the Butchers' Nails hanging above me." Furiosa answered back

"The experience will be…outstanding to say the least." Furiosa further spoke

"Is there something eating at you with your Legion? It's not like you left on a bad note with them, or something like that…right?" Ben questioned the towering woman beside him

"No…No it is nothing like that. It is simply that there is going to be so much work ahead of me, regarding the changing of not only my Legions' combat doctrine to something more sustainable. But it is also leading them to be better after having been a poor leader to them beforehand. Even now, I find myself struggling on how I will be able to lead them now that my mind is no longer clouded by endless rage." Furiosa answered back pensive over how things would shape up in the reunion with her Legion

"The way I see it, I'd say your odds are pretty good. You have myself, Lorna, Sekhmet, and even the Kahn to back you up. So I'm sure that with us and even your sisters that didn't get put here; that you will have plenty support in whatever you do going forward. We're all in ths weird crusade business together aren't we?" Ben said putting a comforting hand on her shoulder

"Your endless reserves of support and kindness are astonishing. It truly has made the difference and more during these few months we have spent together." Furiosa replied

"It doesn't really cost anything to be kind to anyone. If anything I don't see why I wouldn't be nice to you guys, other than Leona who needs to learn how to take a chill-pill. You guys are pretty alright." Ben said back in not seeing a problem in simple being kind when it was needed

"If anything, this galaxy could do with a bit more good to others from what you've told me. Especially, since Konstance is massively touch-starved…seriously I did not expect for her to get so excited when she gets hugs from me." Ben further spoke regarding Konstance's joy when being hugged

"The Imperium overall while it has afforded good fortune and privilege to others. It is also a cruel, bloated, and remorseless thing that will grind you into the dirt if you do not steel yourself at all times…This is a harsh reality that even for all of Fulgrim and Sekhmet's convincing that it is something wondrous and near-utopic to behold. You should also be vastly aware of the fact that even within the gilden halls of Terra itself, that within are nothing but treacherous vipers that will tear you apart at their earliest convenience. That is why with all due disrespect, do not trust the nobility or the Inquisitors…they are a rotten sort that rarely are anything beyond corrupt bastards." Furiosa spoke with heavy disdain of nobles and the like from her gladiatorial days on Nuceria

"Trust me, I will keep my distance and then some from nobles or the upper-class. I have had my fair share of run ins with their kind over the years…rarely has it been pleasant. But how bad are these Inquisitor guys if I need to stay away from them?" Ben replied in thinking upon his experiences with the Incurseans, Tetramands and even the Kryptonians that were enough to give him a migraine headache

"Bad enough that one wrong move or one misstep, and they will try to have you executed on false charges, made into a Servitor, or tortured into insanity because they think your hiding Xenos tech…Luckily, with our protection we can make sure that the risks of it will be little if any." Furiosa told the Ultimatrix wielder

"Good to know…I will definitely make a note to avoid those jerks in the future. But other than that, I can't wait to meet your guys's Legions. I know we're gonna meet Fulgrim's Legion first, and that alone is going to be a trip, but I know that its going to be something awesome when I get to meet your guys's Legions and the rest of your family." Ben said to the World Eaters Matriarch

"As am I, although I am not too keen on seeing Sanguinius…Minerva surprisingly enough I will be happier to see than her." Furiosa said back

"What do you have against Sanguinius? From what I hear; just about everyone except for Konstance likes her." Ben questioned

"Sanguinius much like Sekhmet is beloved by many if not all in both the Imperium as well as the Matriarchs as a whole. Yet one of the most frustrating things is that I as the Red Angel am constantly compared to them, the Angel of the Imperium who is regarded as the Emperor's living light. Where she is cheered in the streets of Terra and the planets beyond in the Sol System, with adoration and praise abound for that fey mutant in blithering displays of almost worship .Meanwhile, to no fault of my own I am seen as the Red Angel, a raving monster that brings nothing but obliteration, carnage, and blood-soaked terror in her wake; who has everyone from children to their mothers and fathers shrinking her fear…It is the constant comparisons to her that are the one thing that made me so furious that even without the Nails, I still feel rage towards her for always being made lesser, always in her shadow, and always seen as the monster by comparison." Furiosa answered back

With there being one of the few thing that could rouse her anger and hate without the Nails pounding in her skull, it would be her constantly being compared to Sanguinius, always compared to the beloved daughter of the Imperium; while she was cursed as its raging beast that brought oceans of carnage in her wake. For even her Legion and those of other Legions knew better than to make light of her as the Red Angel, or risk suffering her brutal wrath that would have her punching through walls of reinforced ceramite as though they were made of cardboard.

"Have you ever brought this up to her? Since this seems like something you two need to squash before it gets worse." Ben asked the towering beast of a woman

"Until now I could not properly articulate my thoughts beyond rage and wrath to others. But now that I am able to do so, and far more effectively than what I could whilst on Nuceria...Even still, I do not know how I could approach the subject without wanting to break her jaw. Being 'raised' as a slave and having the Butcher's Nails for so many years, it has left me unequipped to be able to social with others…the fact that I am friendly toward Lorna by itself is a miracle." Furiosa spoke in full unashamed admission that she was very much socially inept when it did not come to combat or the leading of her legion

"Then its a good thing that you have me around…Because, I know that no one starts out being a social butterfly, but I can definitely help you out with that if you want?" Ben offered to the wrathful Matriarch

"Once things settle down when we return to Terra, then we can focus on improving my social skills. However, our return to the frontlines and doing what is needed when we rejoin our Legions; is far more important." Furiosa replied

"Fair point, but even still…if you ever need my support on anything after we leave the planet. Then I am hear for you in a heartbeat. You are the first friend I made since getting sent here, and I wouldn't have it any other way if I can do something to give you an assist." Ben said back in earnest toward the Amazon of a woman

"You're assistance and help will always be appreciated. You have done more for me than any in the Emperor's circle, you have helped not only I but Konstance, Lorna and even Fulgrim and Perturabo to grow during our time with you…So if that does not speak volumes to the changes you are capable of creating in others, I do not know what will." Furiosa said regarding the effects he had had on said Matriarchs so far

"And with my luck, I'm sure that there's gonna be more craziness ahead. So with all that said, Great Crusade or not; I have a good feeling that things can only go up from here." Ben replied with a hopeful grin that was met by Furiosa

"As do I Ben Tennyson, as do I. The voyage back to not only to Holy Terra, but to our Legions as well will be eventful, if nothing else." Furiosa said back with a hope that had not been had in years for the wrathful Matriarch

'Perhaps, once the Great Crusade ends. I can begin to explore what life can be like beyond battle and bloodshed…if that is possible for someone such as myself. It seems as though I should talk to that preening bitch I call a sister on what can be done in that regard.' Furiosa wondered to herself as to what could be when it would come time to be allowed peace

(The next afternoon, Matriarch Base, 2:12 Pm, September 9th, 950. M30)

It would be the following day later as the Matriarchs were stowing things away to be put upon the Megaships in their imminent departure to the stars beyond, and yet as this was done was Lorna Aurellian conversing with Morganna in regards to the formers' latent potential and her being further mentored in it.

"I will say that our time on this planet has been incredibly eventful. Especially, when it comes to the fact that it has brought the two of us closer together…Who would have thought that pious Lorna would have such a strength as a Psyker, a strength that I can help nurture into something magnificent!" Morganna the Red spoke in excitement of being able to mentor one of her sisters in the ways of psionic majesty

"I would have never thought it myself; that I would wield strength in the Warp strong enough to warrant your attention. However, it is thanks to both yours and Ben's belief in my ability to wield my faith and convictions as a weapon against the foul daemons of the Warp and the forces of those blasted Gods of chaos; that i can stand strong. That now more than ever can I stand tall alongside my sisters at long last." Lorna Aurellian said back proud that she was able to manifest a strength great enough to stand strong alongside the others

"Finally, my faith can be used as a weapon against all things foul and corrupt in the stars beyond…Once we rejoin our Legions in the Great Crusade once more, I can dedicate myself to finding the greater truth of what I am. At long last i can delve into what I am beyond a conqueror and warlord in our fathers' name." Lorna Aurellian further spoke with pride that from hereon she would be able to fight alongside her sons with far greater effect

"And I am joyous to see what your talents will bring. However, in regards to these Gods of the Warp, do you truly believe they can be vanquished, Lorna? These are beings of vast psychic power that may even outstrip the Emperor himself, in their terrifying strength…So I hope you understand my reservations when and if we encounter them in full, especially given that there is still so much we do not know about what we face." Morganna the Red spoke with a pensive look upon her face

"I hold faith that we can and will overcome them and all of their wretched hordes, sister. It may be difficult, and it will even push us to our utmost when we are to fight against them. Yet and still, I will hold hope and strength of heart that we will one day defeat them when the day comes to do so…We are to be heroes and champions for the Imperium, and it is time that we act as such." Lorna Aurellian replied with a conviction in her voice that could rival a point-blank Volcanno Cannon shot

"It is also nice to see that you are almost overflowing with confidence in what is to come. Ever since Ben has convinced you to believe in the power that resides in your piety, you have been much more sure of yourself recently." Morganna the Red remarked in seeing Lorna become bolder since Ben convinced her to use the strength of her faith

"I truly do have him to thank for my newfound resolve. Not only has he helped me to awaken my psychic strength, but it is thanks to him that I can now see a pathway higher, a purpose beyond conquest and crusades…Now, now I can truly commit to something greater than myself other than the Emperor, and it feels wonderful." Lorna Aurellian replied happily at this notion

"Which I am all too happy to see from you, Lorna. Now we both can pursue our greater purposes, mine in creating a safe-haven for Psykers and yours in creating future heroes to better guard the Imperium…Truly the future looks to shine bright on all us, all that is needed is the time and patience to make it so." Morganna the Red said back in seeing nothing if not an incredibly bright future ahead despite the Ruinous Powers being known to them

"I agree…Speaking of mine and Ben's plan to create future heroes and vanguards of the Imperium. Perhaps you could spare the aid of your Legion or your time to help. We could use your aid in training Psykers to be a part of what we are trying to build." Lorna Aurellian spoke knowing that the Thousand Sons Matriarch would be incredibly helpful in their cause

After all, having trained Psykers/Librarians to be trained as heroes and vanguards of the Imperium would work greatly, given that in the wake of knowing of the Ruinous Powers that Lorna knew that they needed to have all hands on deck to make it become even more feasible. What better way than Psykers who were to be trained to not only protect the Imperium and its people, but also those who would be trained to fight tooth and nail against the forces of the blasphemous deities that now resided in the Warp.

"I would be more than happy to help train a new generation of Psykers with you and Ben. It will take more than an immense amount of time, but it is nonetheless something I will do my utmost to aid in. All I would need to do is search for which of my sons would be most qualified to aid me in doing so." Morganna the Red said happily

"Thank you, Morganna! With your help, everyone in the Imperium can come together and become great heroes and vanguards to further protect the Imperium and her people. Even moreso from these blasphemous deities that wish to corrupt and destroy what we are fighting for." Lorna Aurellian replied almost ecstatic with glee

"Once the Crusade is over, we can enact our vanguards to spread across the galaxy, in support of those who fight to spread the goodwill of the Emperor…Finally, we will have heroes who can inspire something greater in those across the countless worlds we have and will continue to conquer. There is only so much that we and our Legions can do when the worlds in our reach are so vast and numerous." The Word Bearers Matriarch further spoke

That is a sentiment I agree with as well, Lorna. Even though I know that what we are doing is for the good of the Imperium. Even I have to question if our father can recognize that there will be a point where this Crusade will have to end. Not because we are too weak to continue it, but for the fact that there is only so much ground that we and our Legions can cover before we are spread too thin to conquer or assist when needed." The one-eyed Psyker spoke knowing that with the more they conquered that eventually that problem would become more and more apparent

"...Then that is why we must put this into action all the swifter, Morganna. I want to ensure that we have heroes to help everyone, from the lowliest of the Imperial Guard to the strongest of our sons. The Imperium must have its heroes to aid it, regardless of who they must be or where they stand." Lorna Aurellian spoke in knowing that what she and Ben were striving to create would aid all in what was to come in not only the Great Crusade but the inevitable fight against the Ruinous Powers

"Know that you will have my backing in whatever needs to be done. If it means that I can not only help Psykers across the galaxy find a truly safe haven, but put their talents to used in a more positive manner, than their delving into powers they are unprepared for. Then I will be more then glad to help you." Morganna the Red replied much to the happiness of the Urizen

"Thank you, thank you so much for this, Morganna! I promise that you will not regret this!" Lorna Aurellian swore to her sister who chuckled

"I know I won't. With all that this entails on top of being able to help you further unlock the strength of your psychic potential. I am more than content to help you as needed." The one-eyed Psyker said with a smile that made the pious Matriarch grin as her plans for future heroes of the Imperium became all the more clearer

'Yes! I am one step closer toward realizing my greater purpose, and I have Ben to thank for opening my eyes to doing so…Now all I have to do is figure out how I will repay him for this in the future.' Lorna Aurellian pondered to herself as she and Morganna began to further discuss details

(3 days later, 10:00 Am, Ben's Safehouse, 950. M30, September 12th)

That being said, it would be days later as the Megaships were soon finished and ready to go as everyone had loaded themselves aboard whilst Bahamut had transferred himself into the Delta Megaship to fly alongside in their preparations to soon take-off.

"Now that everyone is loaded on, are we good to go you guys?" Ben asked as Perturabo finished strapping herself into the cockpit

"We are cleared for take-off, Ben. Everything is operating as normal so far." Perturabo answered back as she continued to do a final systems check

"Alright, and what about you, Bahamut. Is everything cleared on your end?" Ben asked his A.I companion through the com-link

"Yes, the Delta Megaship is operating at full capacity, Benjamin. I await your call to engage in lift-off." Bahamut replied

"Then let's get this started!" Ben said with a grin

From thereon it would be 10 short seconds before both the Astro and Delta Megaship engaged their thrusters and began to take off into the sunny skies above at breath-taking speeds, the sudden jump from being stilled to suddenly accelerating to re-entry level speeds and increasing to sub-relativistic ones; made for quite the jarring experience. With it being once they broke atmosphere as the skies and landscape below faded from view did they soon approach 50% light speed, as they hurtled out of the atmosphere of Karakinos and into the star and sun filled void of space itself.

Wherein Ben had to take a moment to himself as they propelled themselves fast and far from Karakinos, and away from its star system at great speeds; before it was after a solid 2 hours of flying at such swiftness that Ben soon put the Astro Megaship on auto-pilot and as such; were able to slow their initial high-speed flight through the stars to a modest cruising…At least once Ben, Perturabo, and Bahamut had cleared themselves to not be at risk of being near potential hostels or enemy ships, and as such were able to take a moment to breathe a moments' relief at being able to make it freely off-planet and begin their trek toward Eidolon's flagship.

"We did it, we finally did it, Perturabo. We're off-planet and one step closer toward getting everyone back to your Imperium." Ben said as he took in the view of the star and sun-filled void around him

"There was never any doubt that we could accomplish this, between our combined technical prowess and genius. It was only a matter of time before we could accomplish this feat." Perturabo replied with an underlying smugness in her voice

"I swear, once things start to settle down we're gonna have to celebrate. Since you've been a great person to be around, and a a fantastic work partner Perturabo. Which is why, anywhere or way you want to celebrate you guys returning to Terra, I'm here for." Ben told the Iron Warriors Matriarch who smiled at the appreciation and thanks

"There is something that I have in mind, but it can wait until after all the details associated with our return have been settled. Once that is taken care of, alongside the reacquainting of our Legions. I would not mind sharing a celebration of sorts with you." Perturabo said back

"You have become a worthwhile colleague and even friend to me in these recent months. For that, I will be more than proud to build and fight alongside you in whatever may come." Perturabo further spoke

"If there's anything that you want to build with me, all you have to do is say something and I will be more than happy to build it with you. I already have a couple of things that I'd like to build with you if you don't mind." Ben said to her as they continued to fly throughout the starry void of space alongside the accompanying megaship

"Actually, there is one thing that has recently come to mind that I would like to build with you. One that has been of consistent interest to me." Perturabo responded

"Really?! Alright, shoot, what do you want me to help you build?" Ben questioned

"I would like your aid to build my very own Megazord. After seeing what they are capable of in both this S.P.D and Lightspeed Rescue series. I wish to create one of my own, not only to use to further crush the enemies of the Imperium. But to also do so as a creation of my own personal design, something that I can look at as a labor of my own free-will and let it stand as one of greater creations." Perturabo answered back to the Ultimatrix bearer

'That and I truly wish to see Rogal's face when I create something that not even her precious barricades and fortifications can stand against.' Were the underlying reasonings of the Matriarch in question

"Hey, if you want to do it, then I will be more than happy to help you build one. Even better with all the tech you guys probably have we can make it look absolutely incredible!..The only real limit is how we want it to be done and any additional zords you want to make; in case you wanna make an Ultrazord?" Ben said to Perturabo who looked both confused yet intrigued

"What is an Ultrazord? I do not know what this is, but I am intrigued all the same." Perturabo inquired

"Oh it is what happens when 2 or more Megazords combine to form and even bigger, stronger Megazord. If I had to ballpark it on what the firepower on these could be, I'd say they would be strong enough to glass multiple continents or even small planets in one go and make it look easy." Ben told her as Perturabo's eyes lit up at the implications of such a mechanical marvel

"You have given me much to think about…The idea of not only multiple Megazords, but my very own Ultrazord appeals to me greatly. Truly what we will accomplish together will be nothing short of awe-inspiring!" Perturabo said with a level of wonder and bravado that bordered on cheerfulness

"If we can pull this off, I won't know what to do. But as long as we can pull it off, I know that everything we make will be awesome! I just know it!" Ben said back excited to build kickass machines again with a work-partner

"Too bad Gwen and Grandpa aren't here, they would lose it if they could see me with a set of giant warrior women. Especially, with someone like you who gets me on how amazing it is to build things into awesome machines." Ben further spoke

"I am sure that your cousin and grandfather would look favorably on you still. From what you have told me and the others, they would be happy to see you having not only helped us, but encouraged some of us to become better…I still can't believe what you have managed with Furiosa and Konstance, that by itself is nothing short of miraculous." Perturabo spoke as she put a hand on his shoulder in her best efforts at comfort toward the shorter man

"Thank you, that…that actually means a lot. I just hope that with everything that I have helped you guys do; that its the right thing. The one thing that I've always ever wanted was just to do the right thing for people, no matter what it takes." Ben replied his eyes continuing to look into the stars and sun-filled void with hopeful eyes

"With a will as indomitable as yours, a mind as inventively equal as my very own, and a strength of will that cannot be swayed from whatever path you choose to set upon. I know that your choices will lead towards the right one." Perturabo said back in as comforting and encouraging a tone as she could muster despite how awkward it felt to do so

"I appreciate it…But that being said, since we have nothing but time, now that I've set the Megaship to auto-pilot. Do you wanna swap more ideas on how to beef up your Legion? Because, I have tons for new siege weapons and stuff to help out, since that's your thing." Ben asked the towering woman beside him

"I would be delighted too, you have never failed to intrigue and impress me thus far. So by all means share with me whatever you have in mind." Perturabo answered back as the two spent the next few hours sharing their ideas on warfare and future ideas for war machines and engineering

(Universe 10, May 28th, 2028, 1:45 Pm, Bellwood, Pennsylvania)

That being said, on the other side of the omniverse was Gwen who was visiting with her Grandpa Max who despite being in his golden years; that thanks to the advanced prosthetics of tomorrow was able to keep pushing forward; as the nearly 40 year old sorceress was taking comfort in being with one of the few family members she had left.

"Thanks again for letting me visit, Grandpa. It has been a lot these past few years, especially with Devlin hitting puberty and his powers getting stronger." Gwen said to the cybernetic senior citizen

"Hey, you don't have to thank me for anything. I am always happy to spend time with you. Besides, now that I am officially retired, and for good this time. I can spend more than enough time with Devlin; he takes after you and Kevin you know." Grandpa Max replied simply happy to see his granddaughter in good spirits once again

"Is it in a good way or a bad way? If he is anything like Kevin was when we were teenagers, I feel that that should be a cause for concern." Gwen questioned

"In the best of ways, he has his father's grit and smart-mouth and your intelligence. That kid is going to be something special when he gets older, and if he decides to be a Plumber. Then the galaxy is going to have its hands full; that's for certain." Grandpa Max answered back

"As long as he doesn't cause another Las Vegas incident like Kevin and Ben did, then I will be happy with whatever he chooses. I still can't believe they wrecked a quarter of the Vegas strip, because they had a few too many tequila shots…That's what I get for leaving those two alone on a guys' night." Gwen said

"In their defense, they were just celebrating you two getting married, and they just so happen to get carried away." Grandpa Max said in defense of his wayward grandson

"Grandpa, thanks to them the Las Vegas Strip, and several museums, almost destroying the Hoover Dam, and the welcome to Las Vegas sign got destroyed…After that, you can't really blame me for holding that over them." Gwen retorted still angry that even after all these years later that her family was still permanently banned from Las Vegas

"Fair enough. But other than that, I know my great-grandson is going to have a good head on his shoulders. He has you as his mother, Kevin as his father, and the rest of the Plumbers to watch out for him. So take it from someone who had to balance being a Plumber and raising a family, on top of watching over you and Ben…Everything will be fine, you just have to take it one day at a time." Grandpa Max told Gwen who sighed before smiling slightly

"How did you get so good at giving advice? I swear it is almost like you know exactly what to say." Gwen wondered as a soft laugh escaped the elder Tennyson

"When you live for as long as I have and have seen the things that I have, the wisdom that comes from it gives you more than enough a perspective on life to know a thing or two. Trust me, when you get to be a Grandma Gwen to your own set of grandchildren, you'll understand." Grandpa Max told her as a eye-roll ensued

"Grandpa, it is 30 years too soon for me to be Granny Gwen to any grandchildren…Contrary to the grays in my hair, I am not at my golden years just yet." Gwen told her grandfather as her hand absentmindedly brushed over the graying parts of her vibrantly fiery red hair

"Doesn't mean it won't happen sooner than you think. If you thought being a parent was hard, then good luck when you become a grandmother, those back-pains will get you one way or the other." Grandpa Max responded with a chuckle that made the sorceress smile

"Luckily for both of us, we don't have to worry about any of that happening. Thanks to your cybernetics you can still keep with Plumber recruits if you really wanted to. Not to menton, I still have my magic plus being an Anodite…So I think that I will be just fine once I start to hit my twilight years…that is if I even hit them with how strong my magic is." Gwen said in seeing neither of the maladies of old age coming for her for a very, very long time

"Which I am more than grateful for, it still feel weird having prosthetic legs. But with what the alternative was during the Chimera War, I won't complain about it." Grandpa Max said as he tapped at his now robotic lower legs

"Look, I'm just glad you made it here to see your 80's. After how bad things went once the war ended, we were all worried you wouldn't make it." Gwen replied in memory of her grandfathers' recovery

"Hey, I may be old, but I still have some gas in the tank left. I may not have the get-up-and-go that I used too when I was a spring chicken, but I won't be going anywhere for a few more decades at least." Grandpa Max assured his granddaughter

"And I am all the happier for it. I don't think I could have made it through these past few years if you weren't here. You have been with me through just about everything, Grandpa. From my college graduation, to getting my P.H.D, my being married to Kevin and having Devlin, and being recognized as Earth's Sorceress Supreme…You have been with me through every major event in my life, that not having you with me in it doesn't feel real." Gwen spoke

Since the one thing that Gwendolyn Tennyson knew for a fact that her life was defined by the presence of her family, and that the sheer thought of no longer having her grandfather in it; was one that she simply couldn't imagine. Especially with his having been her rock and lace of solace from her times as a teenager all the way to current day as she balanced being a sorceress, a mother, a wife, a teacher, and war-hero; that she could always, ALWAYS count on her Grandpa Max to be their as her constant source of support.

"I will still be here when and if my time comes. Even when that day will come and even with the most advanced tech out there, I will have to go one day. Just remember that I will always be with…even if you can't see me, I will still be there for you, Gwen." Grandpa Max told her with a smile that always brought a sense of comfort and solace to the nearly 40-something redhead

"Thanks…I needed to hear that with how much has been going on lately." Gwen told him

"But before I forget, I wanted to ask are you still going on that getaway vacation to Planet Vegeta. I know that you planned to do that with Grandma Verdona next month. I made sure that you were able to get a 1st class trip there." Gwen asked

"I am, and after I made my recovery. Verdona and I can finally commit to restarting our relationship again…It's been on and off these past 20 years, but after the Chimera Wars; I think that it gave her enough of a scare that she realized that even being an immortal energy being; doesn't mean you can't spend more time with your loved ones." Grandpa Max answered back regarding their on-again-off-again relationship over the years after the Highbreed Invasion

"You would think that by now she would have a watch or something to help her tell time better. Energy being my ass, it is not an excuse to pick and choose when you get to spend time with your family. Now I finally get why Sunny is still pissed at her." Gwen said in admonishment toward Verdona's almost lackadaisical sense of time-keeping

"I don't really blame her, I'm still human or what's left of me still is and she's well your grandmother. But I choose not to get too hung up on it, I have my wonderful family, a great community I've built over the years, and my health. Which is why I choose to make the most of what time I have left, as you never know when your time will be up." Grandpa Max replied as his watch beeped

"Speaking of time, its time for me to go pick up Devlin. He wanted to help me fix up the Rust Bucket for a little road trip for the summer, and I couldn't really say no to my great-grandson." Grandpa Max further spoke with a wistful smile

"If you really are going to take my son on a road trip over the summer, please be careful. He's become a bit of a handful and the last thing we need is to put too much stress on your heart. You may have the best cybernetics in the Andromeda Galaxy, but you are still pushing 90, Grandpa." Gwen said still with worry as her grandfather climbed into the armored R.V that had changed seldom in the many decades

"We'll be fine, Gwen. I've still got it, even if I've lost a few steps. The only thing you need to worry about is what you and Kevin are going to do for your anniversary in a few months." Grandpa Max reminded her as Gwen's eyes widened

"Crapbaskets, I almost forgot! Thanks for the reminder Grandpa and be safe getting Devlin, he should be at Ken's!" Gwen told the elder Tennyson who started up the heavily armored R.V

"Don't worry, I'll be fine, and glad to see you have been doing better…Lastly, don't worry about a thing, I will keep you and Kevin both posted when Devlin and I go on our road trip in 2 weeks." Grandpa Max said before the Rustbucket sped offf with surprising speed

'Somethings never change.' Gwen said to herself as she watched the Rustbucket speed off

"Hopefully, Devlin's summer will be less chaotic than Ben and I's were when we were his age." Gwen hoped to herself as for a brief moment her mind flashed to that legendary summer where Ben 1st found the Omnitrix

And so with Ben and the Matriarch's finally leaving the mystery planet of Karakinos and into the stars of the 31st Millenium to reunite with the other Matriarchs and their Legions in the vastness of the Imperium, we also see Gwen continuing to soldier on in her life without Ben in the aftermath of the Chimera Wars. As such how will things go for both parties as they continue their lives in two separate 'worlds'? Find out in the all-new installments of, Ultimate Alien: Primarch Force!

Alright, everybody we have finally left Karakinos and are making our way toward the Matriarchs returning to Terra and all the shenanigans that come along with it; which should be a barrel of fun all on it's own. Something that couldn't have been done without the great amount of support that everyone has shown thus far towards the story, as I want to genuinely thank you all for the support and reviews of what you've liked thus far, as they have been pretty helpful and motivating towards the continuing of the story.

That being said, this is Pravus666 signing off until next time. Wherein the next chapter should be their meeting up with Eidolon and Ben's first encounter with a Space Marine Legion; so stay tuned for that.

Now then onto some of the reviews from the last Chapter.

Skull Flame: Yeah as Ben is going to be helping make sure that Morganna and the 1k Sons approach their studies into the Warp and magic overall, as more of an added science because, the way Ben sees it in helping her prevent the forming of the rubrics is that they have to put in a lot more contengiences and redundancies in place to make further studies of psychic might and arcana plausible; given that with the existence of the Ruinous Powers in play...from here on everything is operating on a far different and science based approach as the best way I can describe it. Also, the best idea I have for Branwen's armor is looking at Iron Man's stealth armors from the comics and Black Panther's super-suits and going from there on how to upgrade Branwen's armor and wings, for the next stage of what she could do. Also, yeah Ben has some history with the Kryptonians and it did not end well too where with how them being led by their own General Zod that Ben did have to get his hands pretty dirty...so much so that they're one of the reasons why Ben won't be too adverse to having to kill Xenos down the line.

Kourtney Uzu Yato: Trust me, Ben's being stubborn as a mule will have him both butting heads with a good chunk of people as well as getting pretty far overall. And trust me, the way I see it if Ben caved and became a Champion of Khorne is that well now you have a constantly Khorne roided out Ben who is making it not only the Imperium's problem but also the Eldar's problem as well because there's a lot a Ben 10K with the Ultimatrix can do when all of his aliens and their Ultimate forms get a boost from Khorne himself s just imagine Leona and the Dark Angels for examples having to deal with a Ultimate Echo Echo who is getting a direct power boost from Khorne and just will not stop. Also Eldrad's shift being stranded in the middle of nowhere could have been worse, since at least he didn't wind up in Ork space.

ex555: It has been a while since I have played Fallout, so I will have to brush up on that and Warframe for what your pitching but, if I dig it I will definitely put it in as best I can.

barbosacountinhogabriel: That actually sounds pretty reasonable all things considered, as I have been wondering what the apex for an Ork would be and having it be a Prime-ork sounds about right given that it would be the closest thing that the apex of a modern Ork would become.
