Midnight strikes and Ricardo smiles, kissing Alicia as she wraps her arms around his neck, leaning into him. "Happy New Year," he murmurs to her.

"Happy New Year," she beams. Fireworks flash in the distance and she hums, turning to look over at the lights flashing over the skyline. "Can you believe we've made it through another one?"

He chuckles against her jaw and shakes his head. "No, not really," he admits. "I'm really happy we did though."

"Me too." She kisses him again. "Three happy, healthy children, me finding my place in wrestling again, you being so successful with 3 Roses. I'm so pleased. And I'm sure we'll go even further with it all in the coming year."

"I hope so," he says, trailing his fingers against her lips with a smile. "So any plans you have for tonight?"

She smirks at him. "Oh, I think I have a few ideas," she muses, running her fingers through his hair before drawing him into the house with a giggle.

He follows eagerly, tripping a little over the doorway as she laughs and turns only long enough to lock the door behind them before guiding him into the bedroom, pressing him into the door with a deep kiss.

"I love you," she tells him, smoothing her fingers down his face as he teases at the zipper in the back of her satin-y dress.

"Love you too," he murmurs, eyes gleaming in the dim lighting. "Forever and always."

"Forever and always," she agrees, curling an arm around him and drawing him over towards the bed.
