Shark Tale has always been one of my favorite animated films to watch ever since childhood and I still enjoy watching the movie so much, and since I love Shark Tale so much, I decided to do a whole twenty four-part miniseries version of the movie that serves as a whole retelling of the movie which is known as When A Little Fish Tells A Great White Lie that has brand new scenes, brand new characters, brand new locations, different dialogue. Episode 7: Family Estrangement
Chapter 1: Mourning A Loss
Three days has past already right after everything has turned out which is when Frankie has been killed by the anchor by accident when it dropped from a fishermen's boat in the surface of the Atlantic Ocean and it has resulted Lenny and Teresa to go missing in the process since Lenny began blaming himself for Frankie's death even though it wasn't his fault and Teresa even attempted to convince him that he wasn't actually responsible for their older brother's death since he would never do such a thing at all. As of right now, Lenny and Teresa are nowhere to be seen within the wastelands and Frankie's corpse continues to lay on the ground of sand just as the anchor is right near him in the distance of the wastelands.
Elsewhere in the wastelands, Luca, Yvette, and three members of the great white shark mafia are searching around the area for Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa under their father Don Lino's orders right after three days has past when Don Lino had ordered Frankie to teach Lenny on how to be a proper shark along with Teresa's help for the sake of himself and the rest of the mafia due to always questioning for being so different from the other sharks and always questioning Teresa for always taking Lenny's side as well as only committing the crime of theft rather than committing other crimes, and they are completely unaware of what actually happened three days ago as well as Don Lino, his wife Mildred, his parents Leonardo and Shelly, and the rest of the Lino crime family are completely unaware of it.
"Oh, my goodness, Luca, where could Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa be? It has been three days already and they didn't even show up back home." said Yvette.
"The Boss' three kids could be anywhere right now after three days, and I have no idea where those three went and even the Boss has sent us to find them," said Luca.
"Well, I have no idea whether they could be anywhere either. None of us know how they could suddenly go missing, and their father and everybody else is worried about them." said Yvette.
"They could probably go hide and side together." replied Luca.
"What did you just say?" asked Yvette.
"You know, they went hide and seek, and it suddenly took too long, which lasted for three days," said Luca.
"Do you really think that they did that kind of game for the past three days?" asked Yvette.
"Mmm-hmm, and I even remember those three did that game all day when they used to be young shark pups," said Luca.
"Luca, you're such an idiot. There's no way they could've played hide and seek for that long, and besides, they are way too old for the game anyway." replied Yvette in annoyance.
"Oh, right. Sorry about that, Yvette. I just thought that kind of thing could be possible, that's all." said Luca.
"Well, it isn't. Sometimes, you prove to be nothing but a complete moron. You really are and it's so exasperating." said Yvette.
"I'm sorry, but that's the way I am and I honestly don't need to be that smart to think what the answer could be or do what 's right." said Luca.
"Actuall, you do. Ugh, you really are a nincompoop, but you're right, it's just who you are, it will prove to be nothing but a nuisance." said Yvette just as she did a facepalm in annoyance while Luca chuckled sheepishly.
"Guys, we don't have time for all of that and we have an important to job to do right now under the Boss' orders." said great white shark mobster #1.
"The Boss' three children Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa have went missing and we must find them no matter what." said great white shark mobster #2.
"Those three must be anywhere in the wastelands and the Boss and everybody else is worried sick about them after it has been three days already." said great white shark mobster #3.
"You guys are right, there's no time to have a disagreement during all of this," said Yvette.
"We gotta find Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa and return them back home," said Luca.
"Right." said Yvette.
"Let's do this," said Luca.
Luca, Yvette, and the three members of Don Lino's great white shark mafia continued to search for Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa everywhere in the wastelands of the Atlantic Ocean right after they went missing for the past three days under Don Lino's orders, and just as they are, they hope that Don Lino's two sons and only daughter will be safe even after it has been three days already while they are completely unaware of what actually happened which caused the whole situation to go into motion in the first place. Soon, during the whole search for Don Lino's three children Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa in the wastelands under his orders, they all soon discover something very familiar in the distance which causes them to become filled with surprise.
"Who the heck is that out in the distance?" said Luca.
"Does it look familiar to anybody?" said Yvette.
"We should go check it out to see who it is and that they're alright." said great white shark mobster #3.
"Maybe it could be a member of the great white shark mafia." said great white shark mobster #2.
"Or maybe it could be a member of any other mafia in the Five Families." said great white shark mobster #1.
"Well, what are we waiting for, let's see it." said Luca.
"We don't have all day to do so, guys." said Yvette.
Don Lino's two faithful henchmen Luca and Yvette as well the members of his great white shark mafia swims up to the peculiar object in the distance of the wastelands during their continued search for his three children Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa, and once they check out what it was, it turns out to be not some kind of strange object but it turns out to be none other than Frankie who has been killed by the anchor which is completely unaware of them at that point. The group began wondering why Frankie is lying on the ground and is not moving at all, and they quickly figure out that Frankie has passed away which caused them to become completely devastated since they all loved Frankie so much as much as his own family has and began wondering what is actually responsible for his own death while they all didn't even notice what actually caused his own death which is being crushed by the falling anchor from the surface.
"Yvette, is that who I think it is?" asked Luca.
"Is that…Is that really really Frankie?" asked Yvette.
"Yes, it is, and it doesn't look like any stranger at all." said great white shark mobster #2.
"It's actually Frankie, the oldest son of the Boss." said great white shark mobster #3.
"And we've found him just in time." said great white shark mobster #1.
"True, but we still have to search for Lenny and Teresa," said Luca.
"We'll search for them soon and they must be anywhere," said Yvette.
"Uh…since we've just found Frankie, is there something wrong with him?" asked great white shark mobster #3.
"Yeah, it turns out that he isn't moving at all on the ground." said great white shark mobster #1.
"Maybe he's just sleeping." replied great white shark mobster #2.
"Are you sure? It doesn't look like he's fast asleep." said Luca.
"Also, it doesn't look like he isn't breathing either." said Yvette.
"What's wrong with Frankie anyway?" asked great white shark mobster #1.
"Yeah, what would happen to him if he's like that?" asked great white shark mobster #2.
"We'll check." asked great white shark mobster #3. She and the other great white shark mobsters got closer to Frankie and they all attempted to make him get up, but he didn't at all, and they all quickly realized that Frankie had died. "Oh, no…"
"What is it? Did you figure out what's going on with Frankie?" asked Yvette.
"Guys, Frankie…Frankie is…dead." said great white shark mobster #3.
"What? Frankie is dead?" asked Luca.
"He had died, and we are so sorry that we have to learn about what really happened to him after three days have passed." said great white shark mobster #2.
"That can't be!" exclaimed Luca.
"Frankie couldn't have passed away!" exclaimed Yvette.
"We're so sorry, but it's true." said great white shark mobster #1.
"If it's true, then he must've died from some cause." said Yvette.
"There has to be an answer to his own death," said Luca.
"Look, Luca and Yvette, we'll eventually figure out what kind of thing did this to Frankie after three days ago." said great white shark mobster #1.
"But first, we gotta get Frankie back to the RMS TItanic and inform his father the Boss about what happened to him." said great white shark mobster #2.
"Also, the Boss isn't gonna be very happy to learn that his oldest son has died which neither of us doesn't know how it happened." said great white shark mobster #3.
"But what about the Boss' two younger kids Lenny and Teresa? We still gotta find them somehow." said Luca.
"We'll continue to search for the Boss' two younger kids right after we deal with this situation. Let's go already." said Yvette.
Then, Luca, Yvette, and the three great white shark mobsters began working together to take Frankie's corpse right back to the RMS Titanic right after they have discovered that he has died right after three days has past already and they all became completely devastated over his death in the process, and one of the three great white shark mobsters began carrying the dead Frankie's body right back to the RMS Titanic. Also, once they have discovered Frankie has passed away right after they have found his corpse in the midst of the wastelands, they begin wondering what exactly caused his own death in the first place while they are completely unaware of what actually caused his own death and already know that Don Lino and the rest of the crime family will be devastated by the news of what just happened to him.
Also, just as Luca, Yvette, and the three members of the great white shark mafia work together to carry Frankie's corpse back to the RMS Titanic and inform Don Lino all about his death which will make him sink into deep depression along with the rest of the crime family since they all love him so much and always had, Don Lino's two younger children Lenny and Teresa have already watched the whole thing from right behind a mound of sand in the distance of the wastelands, and they are still mourning over the loss of Frankie after he has been killed by the anchor which is the true cause of his death which the members of their father's mafia are completely unaware of just as Lenny continued blaming himself for Frankie's death and Teresa continued to attempt to reassure to him that it wasn't his fault.
"Teresa, they found Frankie's dead body," said Lenny.
"And they're taking it back to the RMS Titanic," said Teresa.
"Maybe it isn't a good idea to return home at a time like this." replied Lenny.
"What? Why do you think we can't go back right now, Lenny?" asked Teresa.
"Because Pop is gonna blame me for everything that has happened." asked Lenny.
"No, he wouldn't. Daddy wouldn't blame you for what happened three days ago." replied Teresa.
"But it's all my fault, and I was the one who didn't have the chance to save Frankie from being crushed by the anchor." said Lenny.
"Lenny, Frankie getting killed by the anchor wasn't your fault, and you didn't have anything to do with it and neither I had anything to do with it." said Teresa.
"Once Pop finds out about Frankie has died, wait until what he's gonna say. He's gonna be devastated and I can't be there when he learns of his death." said Lenny.
"And if you're not gonna be there once Daddy finds out Frankie has passed away, I won't be there either to witness him learn the news," said Teresa.
"Why won't you go witness what's gonna happen once our dad finds out after three days has passed, Sis?" asked Lenny.
"'Cause I love you way too much to be by yourself, and I always stick with you no matter what and I've always stuck by your side ever since we used to be kids." said Teresa.
"Do you really mean that?" asked Lenny.
Teresa nodded. "Yes, I do, and I've always had."
"Teresa, you're the best sister that anybody could ever ask for, and since you went to face Pop once he finds out, we could at least check on how it would turn out," said Lenny.
"That's such a good idea, and while we're checking on how it would turn out, I hope that it wouldn't be that harsh while it would be emotional at the same time." said Teresa.
"Me too. Now let's go check it out and make sure it won't be that extreme." said Lenny.
Lenny and Teresa both suddenly began following their father Don Lino's two loyal minions Luca and Yvette as well as the members of his great white shark mafia right back to the RMS Titanic in order to witness how he will eventually react right towards Frankie's death and what he'll actually say towards it without being noticed by anybody once they witness the whole thing in secret, especially their own father. Also, while they do so together, Lenny continued to blame himself for Frankie's death even though he's not responsible it just as he began shedding tears, and Teresa continued to reassure to Lenny that Frankie getting killed by the anchor wasn't actually his fault just as she began holding fins with him and began shedding tears as well.
Meanwhile, back at the RMS Titanic, Don Lino is with his wife Mildred in their own bedroom together and they are expressing concern about their two sons Frankie and Lenny and their only daughter Teresa since they haven't came back home after three days has past already, and they began hoping that they would somehow be alright after Don Lino has sent them out for Frankie to teach Lenny on how to be a cold-blooded killer with Teresa's help while she would start committing more crimes rather than usual being theft, and Mildred still disapproved of her husband Don Lino of forcing Lenny to be something that he isn't and still think that having him and his two siblings go through with that kind of thing
"Edward, darling, where are our two sons and our daughter? I haven't heard from them lately and it has been three days already." said Mildred.
"I haven't heard from our three kids either after three days have passed already, Mildred, my love, and I hope they will be okay and will return safe and sound." said Don Lino.
"I hope they will alright too and come back home safely as well, and by the way, it's a good thing you sent Luca, Yvette, and some of the others to find those three." said Mildred.
"Luca, Yvette, and the other members of my mafia better find those three sooner or later, and it doesn't make any sense for them to be missing for that long." said Don Lino.
"That's true. Also, speaking about our three children going missing for three days straight, I still think it wasn't a good idea to do that kind of thing." said Mildred.
"Huh? What wasn't a good idea? You tell me what wasn't that good to pull off." said Don Lino.
"You know, to have Frankie teach Lenny to learn how to be a shark with Teresa's help, and it would've worked out if you would have approved." said Mildred.
"Mildred, I keep telling you this from before when I found out that what Lenny did is what a shark isn't supposed to do at all, and he should be a killer for once." said Don Lino.
"But he doesn't have to, and it's Lenny's choice if he would wanna be a killer or not, not yours, Edward." said Mildred.
"Besides Lenny needs to become a proper shark, Teresa should at least encourage him to do so as well as commit more crimes for once rather than being just theft." said Don Lino.
"It's Teresa's choice as well, and if she would rather just commit the crime of theft, then let her do it anyway." said Mildred.
"I'm so sorry, but that's how things have been going around here for our crime family for years, and I'm the one who's in charge around here and I'm the current crime boss." said Don Lino.
"I know that you're the current leader of the mafia, but you really need to understand that you should at least support the decisions our two younger children made," said Mildred.
"Oh, I wish you would see that I'm their father and I'm the one who decides what's best for our three kids, and I say they would do what I expect them to do." said Don Lino.
"Well, I wish you would see that they don't have to do it even though you want what's best for them as much as I do and it's our three children's choice." said Mildred.
"Look, let's just talk about this later, and let's hope that Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa will return home sooner or later once they are found by the members of my mafia," said Don Lino.
"Alright, and by the way, I hope that they could be found somehow as much as you do and I'm starting to miss them already and I'm really concerned about them too." said Mildred.
"I'm starting to miss them and feel deeply concerned about them as well, and don't worry, our love for each of our children will remain strong no matter what." said Don Lino.
"I know, and our deep love for each of our children grows stronger and stronger everyday, even when each of them has been brought into this world by us." said Mildred.
Suddenly, just as Don Lino and Mildred began warmly embracing each other and shared a very passionate and loving kiss in order to assure to themselves that their three children Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa would be found safe and sound by the members of Don Lino's mafia and will return home to the RMS Titanic, their moment together got interrupted when both Luca and Yvette who are Don Lino's two faithful minions arrive at their own bedroom and inform them that they have Frankie in the midst of the wastelands of the Atlantic Ocean, but they and the other members of the mafia discovered that he has passed away while his two younger siblings Lenny and Teresa are still missing which caused them to become filled with surprise and shock since they couldn't believe that their oldest son has died right after three days has passed.
"Don Lino." said Luca.
"Mildred," said Yvette.
"Luca," said Don Lino.
"Yvette." said Mildred.
"What brings you guys here?" asked Don Lino.
"There's something we gotta tell ya." said Luca.
"What is it? Did you two find our two sons and our daughter?" asked Mildred.
"Yes, but we've only managed to find one of them and it's Frankie," said Yvette.
"You only manage to find our oldest kid and that's it?" asked Don Lino.
"Mmm-hmm, and there's something else you must hear about," said Luca.
"What do you two wanna tell us all about anyway?" said Mildred.
"It's about Frankie, and he has just died in the wastelands." said Yvette.
"Wait a minute. Our son Frankie…is now dead?" asked Don Lino.
"Yes, and Yvette, the other guys, and I just found his dead body earlier today while we were on the search for your three children." said Luca.
"If he has died, then where is he?" asked Mildred.
"He's in the living room, and the other guys have laid his own corpse on the couch for you to see for yourselves," said Yvette.
Don Lino and Mildred suddenly leave their own bedroom together along with Luca and Yvette and began travelling throughout the hallways of the RMS Titanic right towards the living room in order to witness the corpse of their oldest child Frankie right after they learned from Luca and Yvette that they and some of the great white shark mobsters have discovered Frankie has died in the midst of the wastelands from three days ago while they were searching for him and his two siblings Lenny and Teresa, and the married great white shark couple couldn't believe that Frankie has passed away all of a sudden and began wondering what was actually responsible for his own death.
Soon, Don Lino, Mildred, Luca, and Yvette continue to swim throughout the hallways of the RMS Titanic for a moment, and then they have arrived at the living room where Don Lino's parents Leonardo and Shelly, most of the members of his great white shark mafia, and most of his crime family's servants which are the sawshark butlers and the nurse shark maids have all gathered together in order to witness the corpse of Frankie that is now right on the couch once the great white shark mobsters that have helped out Luca and Yvette to search for him, Lenny, and Teresa throughout the wastelands under Don Lino's orders, and everybody are completely devastated over Frankie's death just as they all couldn't believe what just happened to him.
Upon seeing Frankie's corpse on one of the couches of the living room which is being witnessed by most of the members of the great white shark mafia just as they all joined in the huge crowd being gathered in the living room, Don Lino and Mildred became filled with complete shock just as they both gasped, and then their shocked expressions soon became complete devastation just like everybody else are already devastated. The married shark couple began mourning the loss over Frankie along with everybody else, and they all began wondering what is the cause of him to be killed which they began believing that somebody must be responsible for his rather than something, but they don't know what actually caused his death which is the anchor that neither Luca, Yvette, or the great white shark mobsters noticed once they discovered his corpse in the midst of the wastelands from earlier on that day.
"Edward, son, something terrible has happened to Frankie," said Leonardo.
"Yes, our oldest grandchild just died during these past three days," said Shelly.
"We know, and Luca and Yvette have already told me and my wife," said Don Lino.
"Oh, this is such a tragedy for us to lose our own son at this point," said Mildred.
"True, and it was too soon for Frankie to die anyway." said Luca.
"He had many years to live, and he didn't deserve to die right now," said Yvette.
"Everybody in the mafia has always praised Frankie so much." said great white shark mobster #1.
"That's 'cause he's one of the best cold-blooded killers in the mafia ever." said great white shark mobster #2.
"He worked so hard to be such a skilled killer and he was so amazing each day." said great white shark mobster #3.
"'Cause of that, he has always made his family so proud of what he's capable of." said great white shark mobster #4.
"Also, he was such a good big brother to both Lenny and Teresa while they've been good little siblings to him." said great white shark mobster #5.
"It's really sad to learn that he has died," said Luca.
"Frankie shall be missed," said Yvette.
"That's right, and I've always been a good father to Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa and I've always loved them all as much as I've always loved the rest of the family." said Don Lino.
"I've always been a good movie and always loved Frankie, Lenny, and Teresa as much as the rest of the family too, and Don Lino and I have always loved them ever since." said Mildred.
"None of us honestly know how Frankie died like this in the first place." said Leonardo.
"There has to be some kind of answer that caused him to be killed," said Shelly.
"Maybe he must've died from some kind of illness." said great white shark mobster #6.
"No, that can't be, and he has been very healthy for years now." said great white shark mobster #7.
"Or maybe he must've died from an overdose of alcohol." said great white shark mobster #8.
"That can't be so either, and he has always been careful of drinking alcohol as much as anybody else would in the mafia." said great white shark mobster #9.
"Or maybe he had some kind of accident." said great white shark mobster #10.
"It could be, but there hasn't been any accident in the wastelands for months already." said great white shark mobster #11.
"Then what could've been responsible for killing Frankie anyway? There has to be an answer to all of this situation." said great white shark mobster #12.
"I know what the answer could be to my oldest son's death, everybody." said Don Lino.
"Well, what could be the answer, Edward? What is it?" asked Mildred.
"It could've been somebody who had killed him, not something." said Don Lino.
"You think somebody had killed Frankie? But who?" asked Mildred.
"I don't know, but it must've been anybody who has been against sharks for so many years, especially the fish since they are our main prey." said Don Lino.
"Then if that's so, then how are we all gonna find out who actually killed our son?" asked Mildred.
"I'll get some help from my best friends who are the other crime bosses of the Five Families, and they will help me learn from the person who took out our son," said Don Lino.
"Alright, that's a great idea. But maybe it has to be something that caused his death rather than somebody, especially since the Shark Hunters haven't been around for years." said Mildred.
"I'm absolutely sure that it must be somebody who is responsible for his death rather than something, and it's true, then they must be like the Shark Hunters." said Don Lino.
"I guess we're gonna figure out who really killed Frankie if you're insisting that it could've been somebody after three days has just passed," said Mildred.
"Also, while my best friends and I work together to figure out who did this to Frankie, I'm gonna make him pay."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"I mean, I wanna get revenge on the one who killed Frankie, and nobody does that to our kids and gets away with it. Ever."
"You really wanna get revenge on the one who killed Frankie? Do you really wanna do that?"
"Yes, and once I find out who did it to Frankie, I will send one of my best assassins to track him down and have him assassinated for what he just did."
"If you really wanna do it, then I support the idea as much as your parents and everybody else in the crime family would." said Mildred. "Besides, you're the current crime boss of the great white shark mafia, and you're the one who would always commit crimes along with the mobsters of the mafia while I would do other things to support the whole family along with the other members of our family."
"I know, and most sharks have different other jobs besides being dangerous criminals who are part of the Five Families along with the killer whales and the swordfish." said Don Lino. "So, my mafia and I as well as the rest of the Five Families will prepare to get more information about the one who killed our oldest kid Frankie, and if it was somebody, then I will have revenge on him somehow. I swear, I will have my revenge, MIldred, and it won't be just for me, it will be for the whole family since we all always loved each other very much."
"Alright, Edward, if you really want revenge on the one who could've killed Frankie, then go ahead since you're a crime boss who leads the mafia," said Mildred. "I still can't believe what happened to him, and I hope that Lenny and Teresa will be found safe and sound sooner or later and I'm starting to miss them already."
"I couldn't believe our oldest kid Frankie has been killed too, and I hope that our other two kids Lenny and Teresa will be found soon," said Don Lino. "So, we must begin preparing for the funeral so Frankie may rest in peace, and do a whole memorial of how he has always been loved by our whole family and everybody else in the Five Families ever since he was born as our first child. Don't worry, everything is gonna be alright. I hope so."
"I hope so as well," said Mildred.
Then, Don Lino and Mildred stared at each other just as they mourn the loss of their oldest child Frankie together along with everybody else who have gathered in the living room once his death has been discovered and began preparing for doing a funeral for Frankie as a memorial for him for a moment while Leonardo and Shelly held onto each other in sorrow and Luca and Yvette looked very sorrowful as well, and they quickly warmly embrace each other and began shedding tears just as they couldn't believe their own son had died so soon and Don Lino vowed to figure out who had been responsible for Frankie's death along with the other crime bosses of the Five Families who serve as his longtime best friends so he will be able to get revenge on him for his death by having him assassinated by one of his elite assassins of his great white shark mafia and he will stop at nothing to have his revenge on the person who had killed his son somehow.
Also, while Don Lino, Mildred, Leonardo Shelly, Luca, Yvette, and everybody else in the living room mourn the loss of Frankie just as they all began preparing for his own funeral so he may rest in peace and Don Lino began vowing to have revenge on the one who had killed him his and Mildred's oldest child the help of the other crime bosses of the Five Families by sending assassins to go search for him, Don Lino and Mildred's two younger children Lenny and Teresa have witnessed the whole thing from out of one of the windows of the living room and they are very relieved that Don Lino didn't blame Lenny for Frankie's death which he isn't actually to blame for, but they became very shocked to learn that he is now vowing to have revenge on the one who have killed Frankie which isn't true at all and began wondering if they could ever return to him at all, especially that their relationship hasn't been the best lately.
"Did you hear what Pop just said? I know I just did already." said Lenny.
"Oh, I just heard everything that Daddy just said about Frankie's death," said Teresa.
"He's now planning to have revenge on the one who was actually responsible for killing him in the wastelands." said Lenny.
"But we both know that nobody actually killed him and he just got crushed to death by the anchor when it fell into the ocean from the surface," said Teresa.
"Pop and everybody else must've not noticed the anchor when they first found Frankie's dead body out there," said Lenny.
"And since Daddy and everybody else didn't even notice what actually happened, I think we should tell them the truth," said Teresa.
"I don't know if we should tell them the truth about what just happened three days ago," said Lenny.
"Maybe we should tell him and everybody else in our family what happened after three days has passed and they deserve to know," said Teresa.
"I am still worried that Pop might get so angry at me for everything that has happened and it's all 'cause that I'm the blame for it." said Lenny.
"Well, you shouldn't be afraid if Pop will get angry for it and you're not responsible for Frankie's death like I've been saying ever since he died." said Teresa.
"He's still gonna be very furious if he finds out that I let Frankie be killed by the anchor and maybe it's for the best that we keep this between us." said Lenny.
"No, he won't, and you didn't even let Frankie get crushed to death by the anchor in the first place and I know I didn't let him be killed by the anchor either." said Teresa.
"Also, I don't even know if we're able to go back home to our family, especially Pop." said Lenny.
"Why not?" asked Teresa.
"'Cause of how he always questioned me for who I am and questioned you for always taking my side, and he can't expect us to do things 'cause it's family's traditions" said Lenny.
"Well, that does make a lot of sense, and like I've been saying from before like our mother always said, just give him a little time that you are your own person." said Teresa.
"I did give him a little time to understand that before, but it didn't work at all and he still expects me to be just like Frankie," said Lenny.
"But you should give him a little more time to understand it, and it's something else that I and Mom had always said to you, Lenny," said Teresa.
"I know, but I'm not sure if he will ever accept me for who I am, especially of how things have turned out lately. Teresa, I just don't know if it will ever happen." said Lenny.
"It will eventually work, and besides, I've always loved you just the way you are, just like our mother, our grandparents, and anybody else would, including Frankie." said Teresa.
"You're the best sister I ever have just like Frankie has always been the best brother ever." said Lenny.
"Thanks, and you're the best brother I could ask for while Frankie is the same thing for me as well." said Teresa.
"Also, I'm really gonna miss Frankie so much." said Lenny.
"Me too," said Teresa.
"I love you, Teresa," said Lenny.
"I love you too, Lenny," said Teresa.
Then, Lenny and Mildred warmly embrace each other and warmly nuzzle each other on the heads just as they express their deep sibling love for each other and mourn the loss of their other brother Frankie after he has been crushed to death by the falling anchor from the surface of the Atlantic Ocean which Lenny blames himself for even though it was never actually his own fault in the first place and Teresa is aware that he's not to blame for their brother's death, and Lenny isn't sure about returning back home due to his strained relationship with Don Lino and how he has always expected Lenny to be a killer just like Frankie and always expected Teresa to begin encouraging Lenny to become a killer.
However, while her own relationship with Don Lino is strained along with Lenny who doesn't know if he wants to go back home due to how things have turned out, Teresa reassured to Lenny that all he has to do is just give Don Lino a little time to understand that he is perfect just the way he is and that he should give him a little more time due to things have been turning out lately and Lenny hopes that Don Lino would just accept him for who he is as much as Teresa hopes for the same thing while he still blames himself for Frankie's death which isn't true at all.
