We're back with this story! This is set before 'Glee Reunion' so going back seeing that Kara does know about Imra we're going to leave off of them asking Kara to marry them.

Chapter Nine: Yes...or no?

Kara was sitting at her desk at CatCo, it had been a few days since both Barry and Oliver had asked her to marry them. That night replaying in her head.

"Marry us!"

Kara's eyes widened at Olivier's words, she then looked to Barry who sighed and muttered.

"Here you thought I was going to mess things up," Barry said reaching into his pocket "Not exactly how either of us expected the night to go."

He said as he got on his knee "Kara Zor-El Danvers, will you do both of us the favor of marrying both of us?" he held up a dark blue ring box and opened revealing a gorgeous ring with a pear cut diamond, and little matching ones around the diamond.

She let out a small gasp tears threatening her eyes.

"And our boyfriend here," Barry elbowed Oliver's leg snapping the man back into reality "Has the other piece.

"What?" He looked down and saw Barry on his knees "Your doing it now?" Olivia asked quickly pulling the red ring box out of his pocket getting down on one knee and opening revealing another gold ring with a gap in the middle were the other ring was supposed to go, it had little green pear shaped diamond on the top and bottom of it.

"You asked her when you were caught up that trance thing she has on us," Barry whispered in Oliver's ear.

She smiled at the memory remembering how both began to bicker but stopped once they noticed she hadn't answered, but when she was finally ready to answer both got pulled away to go back to their cities.

They had left the ring on her table to give her time to think about it, she placed it on her finger the next morning and headed to work surprisingly no one noticed.

There was soon a knock on her door "Come in." She said her door opening revealing James.

It's been a while since she's seen James, "James," her eyes widened "What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to tell you something," James walked into her office shutting her office door "I'm not giving up."

"What?" Kara was confused.

"On you," James said "I don't care about Oliver beating me to death I'll just sue him," he moved closer to her desk where she still sat "I'm not giving up on you, I will be your lover."

"James..." Kara let out a desperate sigh "I'm never going to date you, I'm engaged, Oliver and Barry proposed last week," she showed him the ring.

"What?" James eyes widened "and you said yes?"

"Not directly to them, they got called away before I could answer and I haven't seen them since but I am going to say yes."

"You could have had me," James told her firmly "Instead you go off with a playboy and a speedster?"

"You and I tried to remember? I don't want you James get over it and get out my office!"
