At the Agreste family's sparring grounds, Adrien and the girls were training with Marinette and Adrien having a mock battle against each other.

"That's it, keep your guard up!" said Adrien while attacking Marinette.

"Same to you!" said Marinette before dropping to dodge a swing at the same time she swiped his legs out from under him.

"Whoa!" said Adrien as he fell on his butt.

"That's my win," said Marinette while pointing her sword at him.

"Nicely done, Mari," said Kagami as she walked over while clapping her hands before hugging her girlfriend.

"You have come far in your training," said Adrien.

"Thanks but it's all because I had such great teachers to help me learn," said Marinette while helping him up.

"All you needed was to learn the basics since you already had your own style under your belt," said Adrien while getting to his feet.

"Oh yeah, I have an idea," said Kagami.

"Have you heard about the upcoming sword tournament?" she asked.

"Yeah, it's in three days but you two are unable to participate thanks to your statuses since it's only for commoners," said Marinette.

"I see what you're getting at, Kagami," said Adrien.

"You want Marinette to enter the tournament," he said.

"Exactly," said Kagami.

"Whoa, wait a minute, there's no way I could be in a tournament," said Marinette while holding her hands up.

"Why not?" asked Adrien and Kagami at the same time.

"Fighting the two of you is one thing but I'm nowhere near good enough to face others who have had much more time to train than me, I only originally took up sword training as a small hobby as a kid and just started really training," said Marinette.

"But how will you know how well your training has come if you don't challenge yourself?" asked Kagami. Before Marinette could speak, an explosion came from town.

"Looks like we will have to hold this conversion for now," said Adrien.
