Facing Morty part 1

Everyone enters the gym and get the creepy vibes except for Lucy.

"This place is creepy," Leni said."

"I know isn't amazing?" Lucy asked."

"Of course you think that," Lola said."

"I'm glad you like it," Morty said." So, who's my opponent?"

"That's me," Lincoln replied."

"Alright then," Morty said."

They enter the arena as the others sit in the stands.

"Has Lincoln fought a ghost type, besides Ronnie Anne's?" Lauren asked."

"Not really," Lori replied."

At the loud house, Albert, Myrtle, Gale, and the louds friends and watch the match.

"I agree with Lucy, the creepiness of the gym is amazing," Haiku said."

The mortician club and Rocky nod in agreement. Everyone else looked creeped out.

Back at the gym,

"Ghastly, go!" Morty said."

He sends out Ghastly.

"Noctowl go!" Lincoln said."

Back at the loud house,

"What can that owl Pokémon do against living gas?" Rusty asked."

"Besides blowing it away," Giggles replied.

Everyone snickers.

"He probably has a plan," Stella said."

Back at the gym.

"Ghastly, disappear," Morty said."

Ghastly disappears.

"Great, how can he attack it if its hiding?" Lynn asked."

"No idea," Brandon replied."

"Noctowl, use foresight," Lincoln said."

Noctowl uses foresight and finds Ghastly.

"Wow, that works," Luna said."

"What?!" Morty said."

"Psybeam!" Lincoln said."

Noctowl fires psybeam at Ghatsly defeating it.

"Alright, Lincoln 1, Morty nothing," Lana said."

Back at the loud house,

"Looks like he's found an ace," Becky said."

"Yeah, as long as Noctowl's in play, the ghost can't hide," Dana said."

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves," Gale said."

"Gale's right, Morty shouldn't be underestimated," Myrtle said."

Back at the gym,

"Haunter go!" Morty said."

He sends out Haunter.

"It looks creepy," Lola said."

"I know, ghost Pokémon are fascinating creatures," Lucy said."

"Of course you think that," Lola said."

Back at the loud house,

The morticians club were amazed seeing Haunter.

"Boris likes Haunter," Boris said."

"I wonder if it can eat," Zach said."

"Maybe," Mollie said."

Back at the gym,

Lincoln recalls Noctowl.

"Why would he recall Noctowl?" Lulu asked."

"No idea," Lauren replied."

"He probably felt like it was too easy," Rita said."

"Alright, Asamythest go!" Lincoln said."

He sends out Asamythest.

"Alright, he's using the reaper one!" Lucy said."

"Let's see how it fights," Bobby said as he rubs the egg."

"You're really taking care of our Pokémon baby boo boo bear," Lori said."

"Yup, I can't wait for it to hatch," Bobby said."

Back at the loud house,

"Wow, that Pokémon looks like a game character," Liam said."

"Yeah, and it looks like the grim reaper," Bertrant said."

Back at the gym,

"Shadow ball!" Morty said."

Haunter fires a shadow ball.

"Slice it!" Lincoln said."

Asamythest uses it scythe to slice the shadow ball.

"Use curse!" Morty said."

Haunter uses curse.

"Guess that did nothing, use night slash!" Lincoln said."

Asamythest uses night slash on Haunter defeating it.

"Round two to Lincoln!" Lynn said."

Suddenly, Asamythest falls.

"What the heck?!" Lana said."

"It's the power of curse, half my Pokémon's health is cut in half and if it goes down, the opponent goes down with it," Morty said."

"A marvelous technique," Lucy said."

Everyone looks at Lucy.

Back at the loud house,

"A very clever move," Haiku said."

"Dang," Margo said."

Back at the gym,

"Gangar go!" Morty said."

He sends out Gangar.

"His last Pokémon," Lynn sr. said."

"Noctowl go!" Lincoln said."

"This we'll be easy now that Noctowl's back," Carl said."

"Confusion!" Lincoln said."

"Dodge and use hypnosis!" Morty said."

Gangar dodges the attack and uses hypnosis.

"Now dream eater!" Morty said."

Gangar uses dream eater and defeats Noctowl.

"Like you said Carl, easy," CJ said."

"Shut up!" Carl said."

Back at the loud house,

"Talk about fast," Miguel said."

"Now it's one on one," Fiona said."

"I wonder what he'll use," Roger said."

"Me too," Joey said."

Back at the gym,

"Nephmancer go!" Lincoln said."

He sends out Nephmancer.

"Ah, our dark wizard Pokémon," Lucy said."

Back at the loud house,

The morticians club look amazed at Nephmancer.

"Definitely a dark wizard character," Girl Jordan said."

"Yup," Stella said."

"You got this Lincoln!" Albert said."

Back at the gym,

"Use curse!" Morty said."

"Quick dodge and use night shade!" Lincoln said."

Nephmancer quickly gets closer to Gangar and uses night shade.

"Now rock blast!" Lincoln said."

Nephmancer fires rock blast at Gangar five times.

"Now, shadow claw!" Lincoln said."

Nephmancer uses shadow claw and defeats Gangar.

"No way," Morty said."

"Alright, he won!" Lynn said."

"Sigh, a shame that the ghost Pokémon lost but I'm glad Lincoln won," Lucy said."

(recalls Gengar)" nice work, as proof of your victory, here's your badge," Morty said."

He gave Lincoln his fourth badge.

"Thanks," Lincoln said." Ronnie Anne, you're up."

Back at the loud house,

"I'm glad he won, now its Ronnie Anne's turn," Fransico said."

"Yeah, and I bet that guy has more ghost types," Paula said."

"I wonder what she'll use," Margo said."

"Me too," Stella said."
