Lady and the Tramp reversed

Chapter 1

It was Christmas time in New England. Jim Dear and his wife Darling were celebrating Christmas in their house.

Jim held out a present for Darling.

"What is it Jim?" asked Darling excitedly. "Is it a golden necklace or diamond earrings?"

"Oh, I think you'll like it even better then jewelry dear" declared Jim.

Darling opened the box in surprise and inside was a small gray schnauzer/terrier mix puppy.

"Oh Jim, he's such a handsome puppy" said Darling happily.

"Glad you like him Darling," said Jim chuckling. "Now there's just the fact of naming him."

Darling set the puppy down and they chuckled as he went around the room. They could tell he was the type of dog that would grow up to love adventures. So, they decided to call him Tramp.
