A/N: Please review and tell me what you'd like to see next! I don't own anything and all rights go to Rick Riordan. This one was written right before I went to bed so excuse me if it sucks :) My fingers were so sore after 4 hours of violin and piano but nevertheless I still wrote this for you all 3

(the next day)

Percy wasn't sure how long he could hold out. As soon as he'd woken up with Annabeth lying next to him, a suspicious puddle of what looked like drool next to his mouth and an extremely horrible case of bedhead, Aphrodite's curse gripped him with its cold bony fingers.

He thought he should've been congratulated on his excellent composure throughout the morning-he'd managed to resist until after breakfast and all without even getting a boner-which was quite hard considering Annabeth looked like a goddess, as always.

"Do you want to spar?" Annabeth asked him. "I have some free time after my archery class, meet me in the arena?"

"Sure," Percy said, trying to make his grimace look more like a smirk. "I'll beat you this time."

Annabeth laughed. "Sure you will. You may be the best swordsman in 300 years, but you're no match for my wits and charm."

The teasing lilt in her voice was almost too much for him and he refrained from slamming their lips together at once.

"Owl Head," he retorted, doing his best to ignore the fiery sensation coursing through his veins.

"Seaweed Brain."

"Wise Girl."

"Love you."

"Love you too."

He (with incredible difficulty) planted a tender kiss on her forehead (he was struggling not to attack her lips for fear he'd lose himself in the moment) and jogged off towards the lake, where he was planning to sit at the bottom for several hours in a desperate attempt to cool the molten lust-induced lava thundering through his veins.

Gods help me.

As an afterthought, he added,

actually, don't, you'll just make it worse.

Thunder rumbled overhead.

"Yeah, yeah," Percy grumbled to the skies.

Annabeth wasn't sure how long she could take it. As she walked to the archery range, where the Apollo and Athena cabins were waiting expectantly, their arrows notched but bows not yet drawn taut, she couldn't help thinking about how delightfully hot Percy's lips had been on her forehead. A tingly, blazing sensation rushed from her head all the way down to her toes, making her feel dizzy with heat.

Stupid Aphrodite's curse.

She wasn't sure when it had started-possibly when she'd walked over to Percy during breakfast and suddenly felt unusually giddy. Or maybe it was when she'd woken up and noticed how toned his arms were...Anyways, she'd managed to keep her cool throughout the day so far. What more was a couple of hours struggling with the insane amount of lust assaulting her usually quick and witty brain?

A couple of hours surrounded by the newbies of two cabins constantly bombarding her with questions-but she was sure she could handle it. Right?

She felt almost sluggish, as if she was walking through a thick fog with quicksand clinging to her shoes. Everything about archery or blueprints or being a demigod slowed down until it was barely moving, but the part of her fantasizing about Percy seemed to be going lightning fast, sending jolts of electricity down her spine and making her face heat up abnormally.

Ugh! Stupid Aphrodite's curse!

"Hey, Malcolm," she called. Her half-brother jogged up to her.

"Yeah Annabeth?"

"Can you take over the class for today, I have a headache. Not feeling so great."

Annabeth was quite proud of herself for managing to make up a valid excuse-usually as easy as breathing for a child of Athena, but her lust ridden thoughts acted like an override command for everything else. It was near impossible to focus. Her mind just kept drifting to Percy's sea-green eyes, his wind-tousled black hair, his lean, toned figure, his barely-there-but-you-just-can't-not-notice them abs, and lower and lower until all she could think about was a specific certain part...

No. Bad Annabeth. Get your mind out of the gutter!

"Sure," Malcolm replied. "Do you need nectar or ambrosia? I have some in my pocket."

Annabeth shook her head vigorously, eager to get out of there.

"No thanks! I'm just going to relax in the shade by the lake."

Worried that she might've come off as too eager, Annabeth slowed down her pace a little and gave a lazy wave to Malcolm regardless of her pumping heartbeat.

She collapsed under a tree, heaving and panting with not exertion, but the amount of pleasure that was coursing through her body that made it difficult to stand.

Annabeth couldn't help but let out a small moan as she thought of Percy...and immediately clapped her hand over her mouth. What if someone had heard her? The idea was both terrifying...and thrilling. She shook her head to try and frantically clear her thoughts and splashed some cool lake water on her face.

"Ugh..."

The water was NOT helping. Heck, it seemed to make it worse! It invigorated him, heightened his senses, increased his stamina-Nope, not going to think about that.

The especially problematic part was that he could sense Annabeth right above the surface, her hands brushing the surface of the lake as she splashed some on her face, the ripples sending tingles down his spine. Oh, those hands...

Percy pinched himself forcefully. Did that antidote from Chiron not work? Or was this spell just so strong...

He couldn't distinguish between what was his delirious fantasy or reality anymore. Thank the gods the water was there. It was his only anchor, the cool current that brought him back to the real world if his imagination got too vivid.

Percy was pretty sure that he looked almost feral to the naiads, growling lowly and clutching his head every so often.

Annabeth...

Oh, how he wished this horrible curse would end! He wanted genuine, loving moments with Annabeth, he wanted to feel these feelings for real, not just because of some spell! Still, the curse was still tugging at his senses, telling him to go against his better judgement (no matter how tangled up in kelp it was) and swim to the surface and pull Annabeth down with him, where they'd spend hours in a secluded air bubble doing who knows what...

"Curse you Aphrodite," he muttered.

A/N: Yup, that's it! It's my cat's birthday today :) he is 4 years old so if you could review then that would make him very happy 3
