At the clock tower, Sky and his friends were done eating breakfast and picking up the table, then were getting ready to go to work.

"Come on, guys. Let's get started on the day." Jack said.

"RIC. Stay on guard and alert us through our morphers or watches if any danger is going on." Sky said, and RIC barked in agreement.

"Let's get going." Bridge said, as they all headed their way to work at the park picking up trash.

"Trash pickup, my least favorite thing to do." Syd said.

"At least it will make the day go by faster." Z said.

"By the way, Sky, we didn't get a chance to ask you yesterday since we all wanted to hear about your parents' story." Jack said.

"Ask me what?" Sky asked.

"About you and Megan enjoyed an ice cream just the two of you." Syd answered.

"You all said you didn't want any because you were all full." Sky said.

"We kind of didn't bother to tell you, you still had a bit of whip cream on your nose." Z said.

"Really? I didn't even notice. Let's go over there, it's a huge garbage mess to pick up." Sky said and walked away.

"You know he's really not doing a good job hiding his feelings." Bridge said.

"Obviously. Even Megan, too." Syd said.

"You guys, let those two take their time, they'll come around." Jack said.

"Agree with you on that, Jack." Z said.

"Are you guys just going to stand there or what?!" Sky shouted, and the rest walked over to where Sky was at and started to pick up the the other side of the park, Katie, Lucas, and Trip were walking around the park, enjoying themselves and remembering their times they were here in the present time."

It sure has changed here a bit." Katie said.

"Well, it has been years since the last time we were here." Lucas said.

"A lot of things had also been advanced now." Trip said.

"Yeah. Almost ahead of the future." Katie said.

"Even the cars look even cooler here." Lucas said.

"And the technology too has been in good use." Trip said.

"Were only here for who knows how long." Katie said.

"Might as well spend our time here as we can." Lucas said.

"It's only till this whole situation that's going here will be done and over with." Trip said.

"Hey, look, there are some youngsters picking up trash." Katie said, looking not too far where Sky and his friends are, not knowing it was them.

"Remembering those old times doing odd jobs." Trip said.

"Didn't Alex say that Sky and his friends are staying at the clock tower." Lucas said when they went closer to where Sky and his friends were picking up the trash.

"Looks like every single trash is picked up here." Sky said.

"You did a pretty good job there, kid." Lucas said, from behind, and Sky turned around hearing his voice.

"Hey. Surprise seeing you all here." Sky said.

"We were just walking around and remembering the good times we had here." Katie said.

"Especially while working on odd jobs." Trip said.

"So I've been told, I remember when I was a kid you all had to work almost every day, my mom stayed with me." Sky said.

"You know your mom did what was best for you trying to raise you on her own till you were five, and we all helped her out." Katie said.

"I understand that, and I do thank you all for being there for my mom and me." Sky said. "Anyway, where are you all staying?"

"Eric took us to us to the Silver Guardians HQ where they have rooms and bunk beds." Trip said.

"It's not bad, but we sort of miss the clock tower." Lucas said.

"Well, it was the first thing that came to my mind when I arrived here with my friends." Sky said when his friends came from behind, wondering who Sky was talking to.

"Hey, Sky. We're all done here." Jack said.

"Who are these people you're talking to?" Syd asked.

"These are your friends, Sky?" Katie asked.

"Yeah. This is Jack, Bridge, Z, and Syd." Sky answered. "Everyone, this is Katie, Lucas, and Trip. The Time Force Rangers." they were all surprised on what Sky said.

"You mean the Time Force Rangers. From the future." Bridge said.

"Wow. You're actually them." Z said.

"Three of us only, the other two were Sky's parents." Lucas said.

"Well, it's a pleasure meeting you all." Jack said.

"Same with you meeting another generation of power rangers." Trip said, and Sky's friends started to get nervous.

"Did he just say..." Syd said nervously.

"Guys. It's okay. They know." Sky responded, and they were relieved.

"Oh. Okay, you had us there." Bridge said.

"Hey. No worries, your secret is safe with us." Lucas said.

"Besides, Alex told us you are one." Katie said.

"And we see you have followed in your parents' footsteps." Trip said.

"Especially being the red ranger like your dad." Katie said.

"Actually, I was the red ranger first before Sky was, but now I'm retired." Jack said.

"Though we still consider him as part of the team if no longer a ranger." Z said.

"Sky was blue first, and I was green, then after Jack left, Sky was moved to red, then I became blue." Bridge said.

"It's sort of a long story to tell." Syd said.

"No worries, we got time." Katie said.

"We got nothing better to do anyway." Lucas said.

"We even have a long story tell too." Trip said.

"Awesome. Since we're done here, we might as well go somewhere to eat." Jack said.

"Glad you mentioned it, I was starting to get hungry here." Bridge said.

"Of course. Why wouldn't you be." Z said.

"Always the same with you, Bridge." Syd said.

"A break is what we need anyway. How about pizza?" Sky said.

"You read our minds there, kid." Lucas said.

"It still one of our favorite foods here." Trip said.

"Come on. Let's get going." Katie said, as they were all heading their way to go eat.

Meanwhile

At the Silver Guardian HQ, Eric was in his office doing some paperwork, then heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!" Eric said when the door opened, to see it was Alex who came in.

"Hey. Got a minute?" Alex asked.

"Hey and sure. I needed a break anyway." Eric responded.

"How has everything been going around here?" Alex asked.

"Same as usual. Not much. There is no sign of that criminal either." Eric answered. "How about you? Haven't heard anything from the future if they know about Michael?"

"Nothing at all. It's like he disappeared without a trace." Alex answered.

"Well, wherever he might be, he'll appear safely." Eric said.

"I hope so. Before, it's too late." Alex said.

"Yeah. I know what you mean." Eric said.

"I can tell what's bothering you, you don't know how to tell Sky even if you don't want to remember." Alex said.

"Believe me, when Sky asked about it, it just suddenly started to come back to me." Eric responded.

"Understood. How do you think I felt when I had to tell Sky about his parents story." Alex said.

"I don't know how he's going to take it or what he'll think." Eric said.

"He won't blame you if that's what you think, he's not like that." Alex said.

"Your right, I just want to put this all behind me after I tell Sky." Eric said.

"Like you said; no more keeping secrets, he has to know what happened." Alex said.

"If it's the the only way I will leave this all behind me and just now forget all about it." Eric said, when his phone started to ring and answered. "Hello. Hey Carter. I've been waiting for your call to know if you got information already on-. Okay great. When will you arrive? Great. See you then. Bye." Eric hung up.

"It sounds like you got some good news." Alex said.

"It is, hopefully it will be something that will be put behind me now." Eric responded.

"What do you mean by that?" Alex asked.

"Carter was here a week ago, and told me something that I would have never known" Eric explained.

"About what?" Alex asked.

"He showed me some blueprints of the building that caught fire years ago, and explained that there were no short circuits that would have caused the fire which meant someone started that fire." Eric explained and Alex was surprised.

"You don't say, so I guess you will finally know what actually happened and now be put in the past." Alex said.

"I hope so, to finally close this cycle in my life." Eric said.

"If you say so, I'll let you get back to work I got some things to do." Alex said, as he was about to leave out the door.

"Hey Alex. Glad I could talk to you and thanks for mentioning of no longer keeping secrets." Eric said.

"Yeah. Anytime. I'll see you much later." Alex said and walked out of Eric's office then walked towards the Silver Guardians HQ to the room he was staying in, he opened his backpack and took something out and it was a small box then opened it.

"I'm sorry I kept this a secret, not just from you Jennifer but to everyone else." Alex said to himself looking at the small box which had a ring inside, the same one which was lost in the fire and never found, he put it away in his backpack, then left out the room.
