11 - A New Dragon
The remainder of the year flew by, signaling the time skip between the Cell and Buu Arcs.
Chichi had Goten on November 20th, and everyone celebrated...even Goku. I created a college fund for him since I was fairly wealthy from the donation from King Furry, and gave the account to Chichi, who absolutely loved it. The woman was in tears and hugged me fiercely. She also had the money from Goku's work against Cell, so the Son Family was doing well.
Speaking of Cell, it was clear that I had fully changed the timeline as what was originally named Satan City was now called City 21. This was done in honor of me, who had officially slain the worldwide threat. It was weird and honestly didn't sound as good as Satan City, but apparently, it was a popular place.
People moved there in Droves as they had seen the rapid growth. There was plenty of land to grab up and build on, but that wasn't so bad to get in on. The strange part happened because the greater population had seen me in my true form.
Statues, art, and even a ridiculous amount of cosplays of me started popping up in the last six months. All of the images of me in my human form didn't exist as I was out of shot until their camera was destroyed and Bulma blurred me until I transformed with the Capsule Corp camera.
I went through City 21 at one point and it was just as ridiculous as seeing all the Satan Statues in the original timeline. It was...well to be honest it was a bit much and I am I know for a fact that they made my boobs bigger in 90% of the examples.
Bulma officially offered me a job at Capsule Corp and I accepted with the caveat that I would be leaving within the next year to pursue interests in the galaxy. Android 16 made his wishes known, and he wanted to follow me around when the time came to leave. It seemed like he wanted the comfort of being near me, and I was fine with that.
The big guy might not be human, but he had a wide range of emotions that impacted him deeply, regardless of whether or not he showed them. I could only respect that. I felt he cared about me and the other androids greatly, but he also enjoyed nature and wanted to enjoy what Earth had to offer in the meantime. He had a communicator that he used as he traveled all over Earth to view the beautiful natural scenes. He even ran into 17 at some point and they became closer friends.
In December, Bulma and Vegeta got married, and 18 and I were bridesmaids while Goku and Gohan were Vegeta's Groomsmen...not that they knew or even acted like that. Vegeta certainly didn't like it, but it was for Bulma and she was probably the only thing he cared about besides getting stronger. The wedding was amazing though, and despite Vegeta's frustration at dealing with so many people, it was clear how much he cared about his new wife. Her feisty personality was immutable in the face of Vegeta's anger, which is probably why he liked her so much.
That and her great ass.
It was a fun wedding and I got to know 18 better. At some point, she started sleeping with Krillin, which happened on Yardrat at some point. I was surprised by how open she was about the details and I admit I shared plenty of intimate details about Trunks and me. We had formed a close friendship by the end of the week, and we promised to start hanging out as the time moved along.

Age 768, May
The Dragon Balls were ready and collected, it was time for my first set of wishes. I had to convince others of the importance of my plans, but no one had a problem with it. Bulma made me promise to let her get one in the next few years. I told her she was crazy since her ass looked fantastic as is...hopefully, that would buy me a few years. Honestly though, if things worked out then Shenron's Dragon Balls wouldn't solely be needed anymore.
I took the Dragon Balls to the Lookout and left them in the Capsule as I talked with Dende and Mr. Bobo. The Lookout was so beautiful and the anime didn't do it justice. The expansive views above the clouds let us look far off into the distance. Rolling green fields and sparkling blue waters made everything look like some sort of paradise, which it was.
Everything felt more vibrant and full of life, like the contrast was turned up so the colors bloomed in my vision. The puffy white clouds cruising across the sky looked like balls of perfectly soft cotton waiting to be pounced in. I took some pictures.
"You want to create your own set of Dragon Balls?" Dende asked.
I nodded happily, "Why not? I am a Majin and I will only use them for good, as they should be."
The little guy looked over to his divine attendant who rubbed his chin thoughtfully, "I don't see why we can't. She did defeat Cell, preventing the Destruction of Earth, after all."
I subconsciously pulled up a part of my status screen.
Absorption Slots - 4 Slots Remaining
_
I had completely absorbed Cell and had successfully diffused his Karmic debt. It took about 7 months but after mastering Spirit Control. After returning to Earth, I spent a lot of time strengthening my spirit and meditating, finally allowing the total absorption of Cell to disappear from my status screen. I had fully absorbed his strength, effectively eliminating him from existence while growing in power.
"To begin then, we will see if the first stages work, and go from there," Dende said. "You have to create a proper dragon statue, one that can be linked to the direct shape of the dragon. Come with me, and I will show you Shenron's."
The three of us walked down into a room within the Lookout, somewhere I had never been before. We found the statue of Shenron in a glass case, looking menacing and powerful.
"This is Shenron's Soul anchor. Without it, he will not answer any call and the Dragon Balls will remain as stone. When Kami created and bound this statue, the great dragon Shenron was also created. While he lives within the dragon realm, he is also bound to this Universe, and now me... since I have taken over for Kami through the statue. If it is ever broken, the Dragon Balls will also break," Dende explained.
"I would have to create one of these then?"
Dende nodded, "But it's more than that. It has to be put on a proper cradle, imbued with your power, and you have to let the flow of the magic let the statue take shape. When Mr. Popo fixed Shenron, the dragon already existed and I was taking on Kami's work. It will be different for you since you need to create a new dragon, as well as the summoning orbs, and the statue within the Cradle."
"So, I start with the Cradle, then create the Statue," I stated in confirmation.
Dende nodded, "Though it does have to be made from purified Katchin..."
"I can summon some purified Katchin...though I might have to borrow some of your strength to complete the ritual, 21," Mr. Popo said.
"That is no problem, what would you need me to do?"
"Would you be able to maintain a constant flow of magic and ki into me once I create a summoning ritual?"
Knowing that since I learned Spirit Control, this would be the perfect application of reverse Forced Spirit Fusion, I answered in the affirmative, "That should be quite easy!"
Mr. Popo and Dende led me down into the strange bowl-shaped building of the Lookout. We walked by a few interesting rooms that I had no idea about, and even possibly a library of sorts, finally making it to a fairly large room with interesting circles carved into the white marble. Mr. Popo immediately went to work, laying out strange powders and even a silvery liquid that flowed into a set of rings on the floor. It seemed like he didn't have access to the powers of a Kai, who could just will something into existence.
Mr. Popo finished setting up and turned to me, "Are you ready, 21?"
"I am, just let me know when to send you energy."
He nodded and began chanting in some language I had never heard of before. I began the process of gathering my magic and ki while preparing to send it to Mr. Bobo.
"Now 21!"
Sending the energy to him he jolted, perhaps not expecting so much and so well attuned.
"Amazing! This is perfect!"
Light flashed and something began to form in the center of the circle. It was spherical, yet it kept growing in size. It started at around the diameter of a basketball, then a beachball as it continued to grow. Eventually, it began to turn from light to a dark metal with iridescent swirls all through it.
"Well, it seems as though you have much more magical power than I first assumed, Ms. 21!" Mr. Popo said.
"Is that why the orb was so large?"
"Indeed."
"What is the next step? Creating this cradle?"
Mr. Popo nodded, "I can do that, but you will have to form the dragon on your own or it won't be tied to you."
"Alright, thank you again for your help."
He smiled, "Of course, Miss 21."
Holding out his hands, magic once again encompassed the huge sphere of Katchin and it sliced into different sections. He took one about the size of a large dinner platter that came from the top half of the sphere, maybe an inch thick. The disc spun and strange symbols that I had no idea about began to form on what I took to be the underside.
It took maybe 15 minutes for him to finish and he was exhausted after. When he was done, the disc had changed to a darker black, almost obsidian. It still had the beautiful iridescence that was on the normal Katchin but was polished. The strange runes on the bottom were slightly glowing and he still wasn't finished chanting.
I was surprised that it remained black as it was supposed to be purified Katchin, and the stuff Shenron's statue was made of was white. I didn't question it though.
A golden ring appeared next, and it had simple swirls like water flowing all along the edge. It lined up perfectly with the nearly beveled or curved edge of the disc and he somehow bound it together. A large dome of glass was next, with a golden top for lifting it. The glass dome sat perfectly into the embedded golden ring, a tray so that it didn't fall when moved. He worked fast but it still took something like 30 minutes.
Mr. Popo looked exhausted, so I gathered some more energy and sent it over to him.
"Oh! My goodness, I almost forgot you could do that, thank you."
I smiled at him, "Of course. We are going to save a lot of lives with this. I can only try my best to help."
It was Dende's turn to smile, "So, 21, what will be your first wish?"
"I have to get a spaceship and the knowledge of where a few people are. If I don't stop one of them an entire timeline can be wiped out."
Dende's eyes went wide, "A t-timeline?"
"Yes. There is someone named Zuno who unknowingly gives information to a disgraced Kai. That Kai goes on to...well, he sets in motion a series of events to wipe all mortal life from a timeline. He mostly succeeds until the timeline is erased, killing an uncountable number of beings... It's the Future Timeline that Trunks is from."
The two were stunned by this information and a look of determination crossed Mr. Popo's face. He then went immediately into the description of how I had to form the dragon, maybe trying to get off of the topic of timeline erasure.
He would provide the connection to the 'Dragon Realm' but I would have to do the creation process on my own. Somehow, by pushing my will into creating a statue out of a chunk of whatever material I chose, while connected to the Dragon Realm, a dragon would manifest.
It seemed farfetched to me, but I went ahead and did just that.
The section of the conjured Katchin sphere I was using to create the dragon statue was the cut-away 'dome' of Katchin above the disc used for the cradle. We had the glass top off and Mr. Popo levitated the dome over.
"This is more than we will need so let me..." His voice trailed off as his powers cut off chunks, making the chosen piece fit on the cradle.
We set up for the next part of the creation process and Mr. Popo somehow connected to this so-called 'Dragon Realm' while I went into meditation. We sat there for hours and hours as I cast my senses everywhere I could.
It was strange holding a heavy piece of Katchin metal that felt heavier than lead in my lap. I couldn't tell how long it took but eventually, my mind went blank and a vision began to play across my mind's eye.
Scales flowed past me, as dark black as obsidian. A molten gold eye split with a vertical reptilian pupil appeared. It was looking at me not with hostility, but curiosity. I pushed my will out and connected to it, a length of magic touching the strange being. My vision changed as black draconic coils wrapped around me, not holding me but just circling me in the wake of a huge draconic head. I felt the presence of a feminine dragon, no less imperious and demanding than Shenron, yet she was much different.
She had the same sort of body type as Shenron, like that of a long dragon, with 2 arms and a huge tail. Her horns were more aggressive however, being golden and spiked, they appeared ready to gore something if they wished. She was beautiful and terrifying.
Our eyes connected and I felt a flow of magic between us. I focused on our connection and it grew as time slowly passed. After a time that felt around a few hours or so, the dragon and I disconnected.
In front of me, Mr. Popo was lowering the glass on a beautiful Katchin version of the dragon I had met. Dende was holding a single golden tag, big enough for a name.
"It's beautiful 21, does it have a name?"
I smiled, "Her name is Kali."
The process wasn't finished yet though, we had to make the orbs and connect them to the cradle. It was probably the easiest part of the process so far as Mr. Popo easily shaped the seven orbs and I once again pushed my power into them and they began to change.
Golden light met my eyes as the orbs turned into their glassy smooth surface, looking like the dark and sinister version of a good-aligned Dragon Ball. They were pure black with metallic-gold stars on the inside. It was beautiful, the light reflecting off of the orbs was breathtaking. They were about the size of grapefruits and they sat there in a circle of 6 with one in the middle.
Mr. Popo reached out and tapped the closest one and the golden star ignited for a second as it connected to the cradle. He then went around the circle, just touching each one with a finger and the stars began to glow together.
After he finished pressing the seventh orb, I felt the flash of magic as they were officially activated. I had my own set of dragon balls. Now what to do with them...
~o*o~
"Kali, by your name I summon you, arise!"
The black and gold dragon balls ignited and flashed with beautiful golden-pink light, like some sort of fantastical sunrise. A feminine and powerful roar echoed through the sky, which turned as dark as night. Pink lightning flashed across the dark sky and I smiled as I finally got to see the beautiful dragon I helped create in person.
"Ahhhhh, creator! It is an honor to be summoned by you," Kali said, her voice echoing through the sky. The beautiful black scales gleamed in the light cast by her golden horns and eyes.
"The honor is mine, Kali," I said.
The dragon almost seemed to preen in satisfaction as I spoke her name.
"Do you have any wishes for me? I can give you three a year!"
"3? That is amazing!"
"It's because of your power that the maximum number was reached! You must be very strong!"
I nodded in thanks for being complimented by an actual wish dragon, "Hmmm, I do have three wishes. The first is that I need a spaceship capable of traveling the entire Universe within a day!"
"I see, how large would you like it?" Kali asked.
"Hmmm, the size of a cruise ship I guess? But make it strong, like out of Katchin or something!"
"Of course! Your wish is granted." Her molten gold eyes flashed and a huge and futuristic-looking spaceship appeared in the air near the Lookout, just casually floating by some magical means. I could see the name on the rear, 'Majin Throne' in golden letters. The displaced wind almost gave it a sense of majesty in our
Dende gasped, "Whoa, that's beautiful!"
"Thank you, Kali! My second wish would be to know the exact location of Zuno, Broly, Majin Buu, and Moro."
Kali's eyes flashed and the information appeared in my mind like points on a map, "Perfect." I could almost look at them, deep into space, as I gazed out. Majin Buu was obviously the closest, followed by Zuno and Moro.
Brolly was so distant that I couldn't exactly place it. I returned my attention to the dragon in front of me.
"My final wish is that I would like to have the ability to summon your Dragon Balls wherever they are!"
"Hmmm, I could formulate a magical ability to accomplish that," Kali said thoughtfully.
Her eyes flashed and a screen appeared in front of me.

"That is all I can do for now, Creator."
"Please, call me 21. I am very proud to be linked to you, Kali."
If dragons could blush...
"T-thank you, 21. It means much. Until next time!" She flashed and disappeared into her realm as the orbs turned to black Katchin from the smooth obsidian form from when they were active. They flew up into the air and split into seven different directions. I let them fly away for now as they looked to be extremely hot. I would let them cool for a day or so.
It was time to check out my new spaceship! I invited Dende and Mr. Popo, but they seemed nervous to accept so I Instant Transmissioned over to Capsule Corp where Bulma was working on stuff.
"21! How ya doin' girl?" Bulma said with a huge smile on her face.
"Good! I have a spaceship! Want to check it out?"
"You have what?"
"Yeah...a spaceship...among other things?"
Bulma raised an eyebrow, "And what does that mean?"
"Well, I may have created a new set of Dragon Balls, and with that, I made my first wishes so far," I said.
Bulma stared at me, "Hence the spaceship?"
I nodded, "It's incredible, you interested?"
She sighed, "I suppose so."
"Great!"
I disappeared quickly to go grab 16, who was out in the wilderness on another continent, but Instant Transmission made that irrelevant. I brought all of us back to the Lookout.
"It's just floating?" Bulma asked.
I shrugged, "I think it's on? Can't be sure. Anyways, let's board!"
There was a side hatch in the front starboard side of the ship which was the closest face to the Lookout. When I approached, the hatch opened up and let us in, I had to carry Bulma across.
As we explored the ship, a few words came to mind. Lavish, ostentatious, maybe even a bit ridiculous. It honestly felt like a cruise ship, with luxurious architecture that was made to impress.
Kali went all out for me it seems. Hidden light sources illuminated gold and black walls that all were decorated. The ceilings had tiny pricks of starlight all over, which were broken up by the actual lighting systems.
The most interesting room on the ship we had discovered, was the throne room. An actual throne room, with a golden throne and everything, accessible through two massive doors. The doors had a picture of me in my true Majin form smiling regally with a giant black dragon circling protectively.
"Is that the dragon you...made?" Bulma asked.
"Yes. Kali really did great work here, wouldn't you agree?"
Bulma laughed, but it was clear that this was a bit much, even for the princess of the Capsule Corporation.
The throne was more than just a piece of furniture to look down on people from and could control the entire ship while lounging like a queen. It was a golden throne on a dais with flowing waterfalls behind it.
"The waterfalls are a bit much...isn't it?" Bulma said.
"I just wished for the ship, I didn't design it...but yeah, it is a bit much."
The entire room looked like some fantastical throne room that belonged to a medieval empire. Gold lined the walls with beautiful lights that enhanced the golden room. The water was illuminated in green and blue lights as it flowed around the hovering dais.
All along the walls were huge planters with beautiful foliage, all illuminated in beautiful yellow-gold lights.
"I enjoy the plants," 16 said. He was always very quiet, but he seemed to appreciate the...natural beauty.
We inspected the entire ship and found everything that I thought would be in a standard spaceship...a bridge, engine room, galley, many rooms luxurious in nature, a transportation room, a medical bay, and more. The transportation room looked more like a series of pods that would launch someone out, but they were open and were based on magical teleportation. It seems I could both teleport people on and off. I couldn't be sure of the distance though.
Even more, rooms had things like a gravity chamber for training and even a sparring arena that was about the size of a small martial arts venue. There was enough room for an entire crew of up to 200 people with rooms for guests and more on top of that.
"I guess it's time to take this lady on her maiden voyage!" I said.
"Sure, but let's not go too far, just in case," Bulma replied.
We headed back to the throne room and I took up my position on the golden monstrosity. To my surprise, it was extremely comfortable with room for my rather large and long tail to sneak out the back. There was a hidden set of controls and one of them said 'Flight Control' and I pressed it.
Blue transparent screens appeared all around me, along with a floating sphere that controlled the movement of the ship. I put my left hand on the glowing orb over the left armrest and pulled up on it. In just a second we were in space. The ship gave no detectible force on us either, like we were encompassed in a shield that negated all of the stress from moving.
"Okay, that is serious speed!" Bulma said.
"I wished to be able to travel across the universe in a day. It seems that I will be testing that little feature."
"Oh? Why is that?"
"I know it's hard to believe, but the trials we face in the future are way beyond what we have faced so far. They make Cell look like a child."
Bulma's brow furrowed and 16's stoic demeanor grew uncomfortable.
"I have plans to change that grim fate. I have already taken steps to do so."
"Well, you have my trust 21. You just let me know what I can do to help, and you have it."
"Thank you, Bulma."
16 nodded at me as well and I returned it with a smile. For now, I would enjoy my new ship!
