Scene: Living room of Mr. Wolf and Diane's home. Mr. Wolf is babysitting a human child, causing Askel to feel left out. Askel, the golden white tiger cub with bright Prussian blue eyes, is sitting on the couch, looking a bit sad. Mr. Wolf notices and approaches him. Diane's fox kit brother Tobio support Askel.
Mr. Wolf: (sitting next to Askel) Hey there, buddy. What's wrong?
Askel: (sighing) I just feel a little left out. You're spending a lot of time with the human kid, and it's making me feel... forgotten.
Mr. Wolf: (putting an arm around Askel) Oh, Askel. I'm sorry you feel that way. You know you're very important to me, right?
Askel: (nodding) I know. It's just... with my history and all, I sometimes worry.
Mr. Wolf: (sighing) Is this about Shere Khan? I know tigers like him have left a bad impression, but you're nothing like that, Askel. You're kind, caring, and you have a big heart.
Diane walks in, noticing the conversation and joins them.
Diane: (sitting on the other side of Askel) What's going on here?
Askel: (looking up) I just... I feel like I'm not as important because of all the time Mr. Wolf spends with the human kid.
Diane: (smiling warmly) Oh, Askel. You are incredibly important to us. Babysitting the human child doesn't change that.
Mr. Wolf: (nodding) Exactly. Sometimes people need help, and we offer it. But that doesn't mean you're any less important to me.
Askel: (hesitating) Do you really trust me? Even with the history of tigers like Shere Khan?
Mr. Wolf: (gently lifting Askel's chin) I trust you completely, Askel. You're part of our family, and nothing will ever change that.
Diane: (rubbing Askel's back) You're unique and special, and we love you for who you are.
Askel: (smiling slightly) Thanks, Mr. Wolf. Thanks, Diane. I just needed to hear that.
Mr. Wolf: (smiling) Anytime, buddy. Now, how about we all watch a movie together? Your choice.
Askel: (brightening up) Really? Can we watch "Planet of the Apes"?
Diane: (laughing) Sounds like a plan. Let's grab some popcorn and get comfortable.
Later, as they're watching the movie, Diane's kid brother Toby arrives and joins them.
Tobio: (smiling) Hey, everyone! What's on?
Askel: (excitedly) "Planet of the Apes"! Want to join us, Uncle Toby?
Toby: (chuckling) Absolutely! Scoot over.
The living room is filled with laughter and chatter as they watch the movie together, the earlier feelings of being left out forgotten as Askel feels the love and warmth of his family surrounding him.
After the movie, Mr. Wolf and Diane tuck Askel into bed.
Mr. Wolf: (tucking Askel in) Sleep tight, Askel. Remember, you're always important to us.
Diane: (kissing Askel's forehead) Sweet dreams, darling. We love you very much.
Askel: (smiling, feeling reassured) I love you too. Goodnight.
As Mr. Wolf and Diane leave the room, Askel drifts off to sleep, comforted by the knowledge that he is cherished and loved by his family, no matter what.
Scene: Next day Living room of Mr. Wolf and Diane's home. Askel, the golden white tiger cub with bright Prussian blue eyes, is sitting on the couch, feeling a bit down. Mr. Wolf is still busy babysitting some human children, and Askel feels left out. Louis, the male red deer from Beastars, notices and comes over to talk to Askel.
Louis: (sitting down next to Askel) Hey, Askel. You seem a bit down. What's going on?
Askel: (sighing) It's just… Mr. Wolf is always so busy with the human kids. I feel like I'm being left out.
Louis: (nodding) I understand how you feel. It can be tough when you don't get the attention you need. But you know Mr. Wolf cares about you a lot, right?
Askel: (looking down) I know he does, but sometimes it feels like I don't matter as much. Especially because of all the history between tigers and wolves... like Shere Khan.
Louis: (gently) Askel, you're not Shere Khan. You're a unique and wonderful cub. You can't let the past define you or your relationships. Mr. Wolf trusts you and cares about you deeply.
Askel: (softly) I guess so. But it's hard not to feel like I'm different, you know?
Louis: (smiling) Being different isn't a bad thing. It's what makes you special. And trust me, Mr. Wolf sees that in you.
Meanwhile, Mr. Wolf, noticing the conversation, walks over and kneels down next to Askel and Louis.
Mr. Wolf: (gently) Hey, Askel. I overheard a bit of your conversation. I'm sorry if I've made you feel left out. That was never my intention.
Askel: (looking up) It's okay, Mr. Wolf. I know you're busy. It's just… sometimes I feel like I don't belong.
Mr. Wolf: (placing a hand on Askel's shoulder) You do belong, Askel. You're a part of this family, and nothing will ever change that. I know the history with Shere Khan makes things complicated, but you're not him. You're you, and that's what matters.
Askel: (tearing up) Thanks, Mr. Wolf. That means a lot.
Mr. Wolf: (smiling) How about we spend some time together after I finish babysitting? We can do anything you want.
Askel: (brightening up) Really? Can we go to the park and play?
Mr. Wolf: (nodding) Absolutely. It's a date.
Louis: (smiling) See, Askel? You're important to all of us. And if you ever need to talk, I'm always here.
Askel: (smiling) Thanks, Louis. You're a great friend.
Later that afternoon, Mr. Wolf finishes babysitting and takes Askel to the park. They play together, laughing and bonding. Askel feels more secure and loved, knowing he has a place in Mr. Wolf's heart and the family.
Askel: (panting after a game of tag) This was so much fun, Mr. Wolf. Thanks for spending time with me.
Mr. Wolf: (smiling warmly) Anytime, Askel. You're my little cub, and I'll always make time for you.
Askel: (hugging Mr. Wolf) I love you, Mr. Wolf.
Mr. Wolf: (hugging back) I love you too, Askel. Always.
They walk back home, hand in paw, ready to face any challenges together as a family. As they arrive, Diane and the rest of the family greet them with smiles, and Askel feels a deep sense of belonging and happiness.
Diane: (hugging Askel) Welcome back, you two. Did you have fun?
Askel: (grinning) The best! Mr. Wolf and I had a great time at the park.
Diane: (smiling) I'm glad to hear that. Remember, Askel, you're always a part of this family.
Askel: (nodding) I know, Diane. And I'm so grateful for all of you.
The family gathers for dinner, enjoying their meal and each other's company. Askel looks around the table, feeling loved and accepted, knowing he truly belongs.
