"Terra! It's time to wake up!" Julia called, but Terra just groaned and didn't feel like moving at all.

"Already? With Davis' snoring, I feel like I can sleep all day." Terra groaned. Regardless, she got up and had to get ready for the day. When she went downstairs, she met with Cletus cooking and Davis and Imperialdramon already eating. "Morning."

"Good morning, Terra. Sleep well?" Davis asked.

"I would have if it weren't for the machine in the next room." Terra said with her glaring right at Davis.

After everything that happened in Atlas City, our heroes have returned to Olympia Town. They parted ways with all of the rivals Davis met with all of them heading on home. Now that Team Twilight is no more and the Grecko League has been defeated, our heroes have yet to decide where their journey goes from here? Will they continue on traveling together or might this be the time where they will have to part ways soon?

(Davis' voice) A Futuristic Style

"Thank you for letting us stay the night, Julia." Cletus said as he helped out Julia with the chores.

"Of course. It's the least I could have done." Julia said. "So, what are your plans to for today?"

"Well... The Grecko League is over, and there's not much reason to stay. I think once we pay a visit to Professor Sassafras, Davis and I might be heading home." Cletus said. Terra overheard them talk and was a little upset to hear that.

'Davis and Cletus might be leaving soon. It's hard to believe it's really all over.' Terra thought. 'They'll both be going off doing their own thing, but I have no idea what I'm going to do. I'm no closer to figuring out what it is that I want to do.' It's hard for Terra to imagine that their journey is really coming to an end, and that she and her friends will have to part ways soon. Without them, what is Terra going to do?

Professor Sassafras' Lab

"Fascinating." Professor Sassafras claimed as she looked over some samples with a microscope. "I'm starting to see why the scales of a Gabite can be used in medicine."

"Professor Sassafras, Davis and his friends are here." A fellow assistant claimed.

"Great. Bring them in." Professor Sassafras claimed. Davis and the others were allowed to come in and they all walked in. "How nice of all of you to be here."

"Hi, Professor Sassafras." Davis said.

"I hope you don't mind us coming by." Cletus said.

"Of course not." Professor Sassafras claimed. "I wish I would have been at the Grecko League myself, but I had too much work to do here. Although, I did hear what happened there. I wish I could have seen you battle in the finals, Davis, but is everything else I'm hearing true? Did this Team Twilight really show themselves? Did the legendary pokemon really appear?"

"They sure did. We saw it all with our own eyes." Terra said.

"And of course we kicked Team Twilight's butts. They're not going to be a problem anymore." Davis boasted.

"That's nice to hear. I just wish I could have been there." Professor Sassafras claimed. "So, what's next for everyone here?"

"Well, I think I'm going to go back to Kanto and see how all my other pokemon are doing back at Professor Oak's lab." Davis claimed. "After that, I've got to figure out where to go from there."

"Yeah. We need to figure out where our next adventure is going to take place." Imperialdramon claimed.

"And I think I'm going to head home myself. I've gained a lot of experience in my travels with Davis." Cletus said. "I think I want to see if I can use what I've learned back at my own gym in Centros."

"So you two will be heading home. Well, it was nice to meet all of you." Professor Sassafras claimed. "Terra, what about you? When you first started out as a trainer, you wanted to see what the world has to offer and find what was best for you. Have you found that?"

"Uh... Well..." Terra really had no answer to that. She was having so much fun traveling with Davis and the others that she never really put much thought into what was right for her.

"Professor Sassafras, there's someone else here." An assistant claimed.

"Someone else? I'm not expecting and visitors." Professor Sassafras claimed. Curious as to who that could be, they all went to see who. When they got there, Davis and the others were surprised to see that it was none other than Gabriel, Adrien's father.

"Gabriel?!" Davis said.

"What's he doing here?!" Terra said.

"Hello? Can I help you?" Professor Sassafras asked.

"You must be Professor Sassafras." Gabriel said. "A pleasure to meet you." He said with him shaking her hand. "I originally came here to ask for your assistance, but I see now it's not needed. The one I want to speak with is currently here." He looked right at Terra to show it was her he wanted to speak with. "Terra, is it? I was hoping we could talk."

"You? With me?" Terra said. This was unexpected. What could Gabriel want with Terra? All of them moved this conversation inside so they could talk. "You came looking for me?"

"I heard you lived here. I was going to ask Professor Sassafras about you, but you being here saves me some trouble." Gabriel said. "You see, I wish to see if you might be interested in studying under me."

"Study under you?" Terra asked.

"Study fashion of course. I remember the piece you entered with your Misdreavous back in Bacu City when I hosted that fashion competition. I think you have potential and I might be able to take you to the next level."

"Really?!" Terra said thinking that was amazing. "Well, I should tell you that I had some help from Marinette, a friend and classmate of your son."

"Yes, I'm aware. However, I know it had to have been your doing because it was your pokemon, your style, and I wouldn't have selected you as the winner if someone else did most of the work." Gabriel said. "If you don't mind, may I see the rest of your pokemon."

"Sure." Terra said with her reaching for her pokeballs. "Come on out, everyone!" She let out all of her pokemon and Gabriel met all of them.

"Lovely, especially this one." Gabriel said as he petted Beaucock under the beak. "My wife once had a Beaucock herself. They were her favorite. Your other pokemon look quite well as well. Your Bearcicle looks strong and powerful, I'm already familiar with your Misdreavous, and your Slowpoke is a lovely shade of pink."

"Even Slowpoke impresses this guy?" Terra said with this looking all kinds of weird, and the others certainly thought so.

"So, what do you say, Terra? Would you like to study fashion and pokemon under me?" Gabriel asked.

"Hold on just a moment, Gabriel. You're acting a little different than you did the last time we saw you." Davis said. "I thought you had problems with us, thinking we were a "bad influence" on Adrien. What's with the change in personality?"

"Not your friends, just you." Gabriel cleared. "However, it was actually what you did that had me thinking. Perhaps I have been too protective of Adrien, sheltered him too much from the world. When I saw him battle you in the Grecko League, I saw him happier than he's ever been. It has me thinking that maybe... Maybe I have been doing too well of a job protecting him. Regardless of what you think of me, I love my son and only wanted what I believe was best for him. Everything I did, I did because I viewed my son as the embodiment of perfection and wanted him to live up to the potential he had. Seeing him so happy has me think that maybe I should change my ways. I figured this would be a good way to start. So, what do you say, Terra? Would you like to have a chance to study under me?"

"Uh... Can I have some time to think about this?" Terra questioned.

"I suppose, but my time is valuable, so I do not want to be kept waiting for very long." Gabriel said. Sounds like Terra has a big decision to make.

Terra's Home

"Are you going to take the offer?" Cletus asked.

"I don't know." Terra said.

"I wouldn't really trust the guy, but what he said before... I think he really means what he's offering, but I doubt he's going to make it easy on you." Davis said. This was a big decision for Terra to make. She has a chance to study fashion under one of the best designers there is. True, Gabriel seems to have a few issues, but if he really thinks Terra has talent, she isn't sure if she can refuse. Still, as much as she loves fashion, she isn't sure about making a career around it.

"Terra, it's a great opportunity. May you should take it." Cletus said. "It's a chance to pursue something you would love. You might be young, but learning under Gabriel now could be a great help to you in the future."

"And we get to say we know someone personally when you make big in fashion." Imperialdramon said.

"But I'm not sure if fashion is something I want to pursue." Terra said.

"Why not? You love it, so why not try something with it?" Davis said. Terra just isn't sure if this is something she really wants.

"Terra, turn on the television. That friend you mentioned, Leni, is on it right now trying to take on the Champion League." Julia claimed.

"Leni?!" Davis said. He had to see this. All of them hurried to the television and tried to find the channel that Leni was on. They eventually found it and found that Leni was battling against Specter right now in a battle, but it looks like she's losing.

The Battle

Leni is trying to win the Champion League, a competition that allows the winners of Pokemon Leagues to challenge the Elite Four, and defeating them means a chance to battle the champion themself. Leni is trying that right now, but Specter appears to be winning this battle. Leni had her Kissip while Specter was using Wispflame.

"Kissip, Kiss Blast!" Leni called.

"Wispflame, Fire Spin." Specter claimed. Both of their pokemon used their attacks and ended up cancelling each other out. "Now use Psychic." Wispflame used the power of its mind and blew Kissip right into a wall. "Finish this with Overheat."

"Wispflame!" Wispflame unleashed an intense blast of fire and Kissip got caught in it. Leni tried to resist the flames, but Kissip wasn't as strong. When the flames cleared away, Kissip was knocked out of the battle.

"Kissip is unable to battle! Victory goes to Specter!"

"It's over! Leni lost all the pokemon eligible to battle, and has sadly been eliminated." Leni was upset that she lost, but she made the most of it and kept her head up proudly.

Terra's Home

"That's it? It's over?" Terra questioned.

"I'm afraid so. In the Champion League, you have to defeat all four members of the Elite Four first, but one lost means that it's over." Cletus said. "Poor Leni. She fought hard to make it that far, but it's all over now."

"Leni, please share us with your thoughts. What was going on in your head? Were you scared or nervous?"

"A little, but I couldn't let that stop me. Battling is something I love." Leni claimed. "I'll admit that when I first started as a trainer, I wasn't sure if it was right for me, but once I gave it a try, I loved it and knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life." How fitting that those words came out of Leni's mouth when Terra needed to hear that. Those were just the words that Terra needed to hear.

"Got to give it a try. That's what I need to do." Terra claimed.

"What was that?" Davis asked.

"I need to do what Leni said she did. Even though I'm a little nervous, I can't let that stop me." Terra said. "Maybe if I give it a try, I might find I like it more than I think and will learn if it's really what I want to do. If it's not, at least I gave it a try. That's why I'm going to take Gabriel's offer. I'll study fashion under him and see if I really do have what it takes."

"That sounds great, Terra." Davis said.

"It's certainly a step in the right direction." Cletus said.

"Davis, Cletus, I want to thank the both of you." Terra said. "When I first started out as a trainer, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, and I don't think I would have made it this far in these travels without the help of you two. I know you two are going back home, but I'm really glad I got to meet the two of you."

"Same here." Cletus said.

"Yeah. It was fun while it lasted, and I'm sure we'll have more fun times to tell the next time we see each other." Davis said.

"So make sure you save us the top designs that you create, Terra." Imperialdramon said. The three of them have had a fun time together. They traveled together and they helped each other pursue their own goals. Terra has one of her own now, and it was thanks to this journey and her friends that she found it.

Terra finally has a goal of her own now. Our heroes have had one great adventure, but it's ending is about to come. So, the time to part ways is soon upon them, but they will never forget what they did for each other. Stay tuned to see how it all ends.
