A construction team knocked down the apartment with a wrecking ball outside an abandoned building, "Gettin' paid to smash stuff! Haha! You gotta love this job!," The man said as he went for another whip into the building. It creates a big hole from which a man silently appears. The operator's coworker sees him and panickingly yells at him to stop.
"Get out of our home," He told them calmly.
He was a strange-looking man with bluish-green skin, a goatee, and black hair kept long and messy with purple highlights. Additionally, he had overgrown, blackened fingernails and fanged teeth. He wore a black hooded shirt with a grey beetle symbol on the front, a pair of blue-grey pants with the knees torn out and covered in dirt on the ankles, a brown leather coat torn at the shoulders, and black shoes. Bugs were crawling over his body as he looked down at the workmen.
"Leave our home," He repeated as he looked down at them.
The driver of the wreaking ball walked out and scoffed at him. "Well, I hate to tell you this, buddy, but this building is both condemned and has been ordered to be pulled down by Councilwoman Liang," he told the man.
The head construction worker walked up, "He's right, buddy, so beat it, this place is coming down," He said as the man.
The man held his hands as a swarm of bugs flowed out of his coat and down at the two men.
Over the construction equipment, pill bugs started eating away at the metal while bees and wasps held the two men in the air.
He looked at one man before he flicked his fingers as the bugs devoured everything that was part of the man, "Now then, can you tell me again what you are doing to our home? And who ordere this?" The bug crontroler asked with a dark smile.
Highland
The Rustbucket was chasing after a sports car with Lucy in the front passenger seat, "Why can't cant we just harpoon the car?" Tetrax asked as he looked at the car.
Behind the car wheel was a man with short brown hair and a brown chin patch of eyes behind a pair of shades, and he had metal hands.
"The car was stolen along with around thirty thousand," Gwen said as she looked out the window before she saw Izuku, who had turned into Upgread and was controlling a motorbike drive past, "He's here," She called out.
And Izuku zoomed down the road. "X, this is V. You're going to need to take out his front left wheel," Zennith said as Izuku speeded up the bike.
"Look out! One side! Coming through!" Izuku called out as he turned onto the pavement and passed a guy with a green jacket, "That looked cool," He thought as he drove along before he turned back onto the road. He noticed a car-carrying semi behind the car. Izuku pulls a wheelie and aligns with the truck's back ramp, using it to launch himself in front of it. The robber sees him and steps harder on the gas. A light from green to yellow to red is coming up for both. The robber runs it and makes it just before an RV starts driving in front. Upgrade slides underneath the RV and catches up.
"What the hell type of bike is that?" the robber asked as Izuku picked up speed again and burst the car ties.
Izuku then started to drive around the car slowly, but the other tyres and the Rustbucket were getting closer. "L, you up," Izuku said as he slowed down.
"Got it X," Lucy told him as a golem formed in front of the sports car and stopped it.
The police soon showed up as Izuku drove back to the Rustbucket and parked in a small compartment that lifted Izuku's body up. The door on the inside opened, and Izuku walked out as Upgread pressed the symbol, turning back into a human.
"That was a good job sport," Max said as Izuku nodded at him before he sneezed.
Max led Izuku over to a bed. "It seems that you're running a fever," he said as he put his hand on Izuku's head.
Gwen walked over to a counter, pulled out a thermometer, and gave it to her grandfather. Max put it in Izuku's mouth, and after a few minutes, he looked sicker. Max took a thermometer out of Izuku's mouth.
"Well, 101," Max said as Gwen, who had put on gloves, took the thermometer to wash it. "Sorry, Izuku, it's official: you have a summer cold," he told his grandson.
Zennith sighed, "And I told you that having them train in the rain was a bad idea," She said as she looked at Max.
"I know, but how come Gwen and Lucy are not ill? " he asked as the girls looked at each other and turned to their grandfather.
"Could it be our alien DNA fighting off the illness?" Lucy asked as Zennith walked over and performed a test on both girls.
When the results came back, Zennith nodded. "It seems that you are right, Lucy, " she told the girl who nodded.
"Then how come Izuku is affected as he has the Omnitrix#?" Tetrax asked, and Zennith just shook her head.
"No," Zennith said as everyone looked at her. "You see, this illness is suited for humans, and both aliens within Gwen and Lucy fought it off. Still, there is something else both of them have that Izuku does not have in his base form," she said as Izuku looked at her.
"Is it because I don't have a Qurik?" He asked as he used a handkerchief to wipe his runny nose.
"Correct, and because of that, you, as someone who is Qurikless, are a, to alien life, a true human," Zennith said as Luhley looked amazed.
"Do you think I can have some cold medicine," Izuku asked as his grandfather smiled.
"You don't need that stuff; all you need is a dose of my famous "San Ju Yen Pien" cold remedy," Max said as everyone looked at him. Let's go! Chinatown's just down the block," he said as he returned to the driving seat.
"I am suddenly fightend," Luhley said as Ship nodded at her.
One Hour Later, China Town
Max and Izuku walked out of a drug store as Tetrax, and the others walked over holding some things, "Did you get the potaikadon root?" Max asked them as they handed over something.
"Can I get a smoothy or something?" Izuku asked after he let out a few coughs. Ugh, my throat is killing me," he said as he rubbed his throat.
Gwen handed her cousin a cup. "It's a mango and orange with honey," she told him. Izuku nodded and started to drink, and he let out some sighs.
"While that will help, the San Ju Yen Pien stinkweed honey coats your entire esophageal area, and it kills the cold within the first few hours," Max told them as they nodded at him.
"So, where did you learn to make this stuff, Grandpa?" Lucy asked him.
"Oh, I had a plumber mission that was in China, and I needed to help with an incident that Felupkie was on Earth, so I went to handle the situation and learned it from a monk in Guangdong, China," Max told her as they walked down the road.
But she stopped when someone started speaking. "Ladies and gentlemen, I want to thank all of you for your support of my downtown redevelopment program," the woman said as everyone looked at her as wasps started to show up. "It's truly a dream come true! " she told them.
She looked like an Asian-American woman wearing a blue executive outfit with a pencil skirt, heels, gold earrings, and a gold necklace.
She looked to the side and saw the man from the abandoned building standing on an insect platform. "So, your Councilwoman Liang," he said as he looked at her.

The bugs started to scare people away, as Lucy and Tetrax formed shields to prevent the bugs from getting to them.
People ran away, frightened by the swarms of bugs flying around. "You're NOT tearing down our apartment building," the man said, his eyes seeming to glow. We won't let you!" He roared at her.
The councilwoman looked at him in shock, "You're the nutjob who wouldn't leave!" Liang said as she backed up, "Clancy Guest," She said.

Clancy smiled at her, "Nice to know we've made an impression," He said as thousands of bugs instantly swarmed Liang from her legs to her neck, lifting her to Clancy.
"What are you doing?" Liang asked, freaking out.
"Just bringing you home for dinner...You're the MAIN COURSE!" He told her with a grazed grin on his face.
Izuku activated the Omnitrix before wiping some snot from his nose and pressing the core.
But he did not turn into the right alien as he turned into Buzzshock, laying flat on the ground, "X?" Zennitrh asked.
"I have power," He said as Zennith looked shocked.
"Right, so your summer flue will act as illnesses of the other aliens within the Omnitix," she said as Gwen rolled him over so he could look at her. And currently, you have the Nosedeenian illness of discharge; it's so that you can not take in power," Zennith said as Izuku sighed.
"Is there an alien that I can turn into to help then?" Izuku asked her.
"Yes, and I hope I am doing this right," She said as she moved to the Omnitrix symbol on his head and started to turn it some ways before an icon appeared on the emblem,
She pressed it as Izuku changed his form; he turned into a humanoid, plant-like alien that had an overall green and black coloured body encrusted with muck, mainly with a red flame-patterned head and root-like feet, seemingly holding black rocks. His eyes are oval-shaped with points at each end, with pupils copying the shape but smaller. Also, his shoulders and head have red petals, and his elbows and legs have green frills that stick out. He looked like Heatblast, so he was taller than an average human and had a distinct rotten stench. And he had the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
"I see, so you picked a Methanosian," Tetrax nodded. "Smart, they have no known ailments, and so with him as one, he can heal his body," he said as Izuku got up.
Then all the bugs started to swarm him, "I'll lead the creepy crawlies away; you guys save the councilwoman," Izuku said as he began to run with the swarm of bugs following him.
"Magi Magika Tonitru," Gwen called out as she sent bolts of lightning from her hand at Clancy, who moved out of the way, and some bug flew in the way of the lightning, zapping them.
And when Clancy saw what happened, he turned furious, "You foolish little-" He was saying before a golem that looked like a bird flew over and took the councilwoman away from him.
When the woman was back on the ground, she hid behind Tetrax, who was getting ready to shoot some crystals.
"You all are foolish to try and win!" Clancy yelled out before a shadow overtook him, and he looked up to see Izuku over him.
"No, you are the foolish one," he told the man before punching Clancy off his flying carpet of bugs.
And while in the air, he spun around, letting out flamethrowers and burying the bugs to ash. Clancy looked at him as Izuku landed on the ground.
He looked saddened by the dead insects around him before he scowled at Izuku as golems formed next to Izuku, "Clancy give up," Izuku said as he got ready to fight the man if he would not stand down.
Clancy looked around as police sirens could be heard before two police cars pulled up as the councilwoman and Max explained what was happening.
"Clancy Guest, stand down right now and come quietly," A policeman who looked like a snake said as he raised a stun gun.
"I will not, and I will rid the world of you all," Clancy called out as the swam of bugs that Izuku led away returned and formed a cyclone around him, lifting him away. And thus, I bring extinction to this city," he said before the cyclone removed him from the city.
Izuku lapped the Omnitrix symbol on his chest as he rushed over to his grandfather, who had not felt the cold from earlier. "Grampa, this city uses a nuclear power station," Izuku said as the police's eyes widened, and Max's did the same.
He turned to the police, "My family and I will deal with Clancy. Can you get the people out?" He asked them, and the officer nodded. The Plumber team ran towards the Rustbucket.
"How are we going to face him?" Tetrax asked as Max started to drive.
"Well, bugs don't like the cold," Gwen said as the others nodded.
"And as Izuku is no longer ill, we can have him turn into Heatblast," Luley said as the others looked at her. Pyronites have an illness called the chill; it makes it so that they do not generate heat but cold," she told them.
Zennith gained an idea. "Then I might have an idea," she said as she walked over to Izuku'd Omnitreix and started to turn the dial; before she was done, a hologram showed above the Omnitrix. "I've unlocked a new transformation for you," Zennith said as the others looked at her.
"How did you do that?" Lucy asked her as this was the second time.
She smiled at the girl. "Both codes that were used were important to me, and it seemed that Azmuth remembered," Zennith said as the others looked at her.
They soon arrived at the power plant and saw a large swarm of bugs in the air outside.
"Well, this seems like the place," Lucy said as the others changed into uniforms. And I have to ask, Zennith, can you change the white of my suit to purple?" She asked Zennith, nodding as everyone got ready.
Even Ship got ready as he put himself into an RC car with lasers on top.
They all rushed in, and as they walked down an empty hallway, an alarm suddenly went off, and red lights started flashing.
"Well, that's not good," Lucy said as she pulled out some stones.
'Core temperature rising. Approaching critical.' a speaker said as they all looked at it.
"That's worse," Luley said as they all rushed down the hall fast before entering the control room.
But there was smoke, and electricity billowed out of broken control panels.
'Core temperature critical. Meltdown imminent.' the system told them.
"We need to cool down the reactor," Max said as Izuku lifted the fully charged Omnitrix and got ready, but Clancy walked out.

"Came for a front row seat?" He asked them as they looked at him.
"If this place goes nuclear, you're gonna wind up blowing along with the rest of us!" Lucy said as she raised her Chrono Blaster at Clancy.
"We don't think so," he told her as Clancy held out his hands. Cockroaches came out of his sleeves and surrounded them. They went out of his pant legs and travelled up his body. Wasps, cockroaches, and others swarm his entire body and grinning face, forming a giant bug-filled figure. "When the reactor goes supercritical, we'll be snug as bugs in a rug!" he informed them.
"So it seems that Human scientists are right," Lucy said as Ship let out a growl. They have found that.
"What do you mean?" Tentax asked her.
"Cockroaches are the only things that would survive the blast!" Gwen said as she got ready to form a spell.
"So, the guy's gonna wear a bug suit to protect himself from the meltdown?" Lucy asked.
"So it seems," Izuku said as he looked at the others. I'll deal with him, stop the meltdown," he told them as they ran.
Clancy looked at Izuku before he let out a laugh. "What can you do?" he asked. Izuku raised the Omnitrix and turned to his new alien.
"I can do this," He told Glancy as he pressed the core in.
The Omnitrix dug into Izuku's arm, and his skin turned black with blue patches. His legs became longer, his feet became three-toed, and cyan patches formed that resembled ice chunks on his legs and arms.
Four blue wings formed out of his back and folded around him, creating a poncho-esque robe with a hood that gave him the appearance of a phantom.
His bead became insectoid and hidden beneath the wings of the Omnitrix symbol.
Izuku, in his new form, looked at Clancy and let out a laugh. "Oh, you fool, you're doing something that I can control," he told Izuku as he tried to use his powers on Izuku.
"I don't think so," Izuku said, releasing a cloud of cold air as he spoke. I'm going to have to stop you cold," he told Clancy as he phased through the floor.
"What the," Clancy asked as Izuku appeared behind Clancy, who turned around to see Izuku breathe out a blast of super cold air from his mouth that froze some of Clancy's bugs.
"What how?!" Clancy asked as he looked at Izuku.
"That's for me to know and for you to never find out," Izuku told him as he sent out another super cold air blast.
With The Rest of the Team
"It seems that Clancy did not want to leave us out of this," Lucy said as she saw a swarm of hornets chasing them.
Gwen turned around and held out her hand. "Magi Magika Glacies," she called out as she released white air from her hand; once the hornets flew through the air, they turned into small frozen chunks of ice on the ground.
"Come on, it's not going to last long," Gwen told them as they all rushed in, with Luley and Zennith getting to work.
"We got bugs," Tetrax said as he started to fire shards out of his hands at the insects.
The sound of glass shattering made them all look up as Clancy, in his bug armour, fell out of the window. Izuku followed him down, his wings unfolded, making it look like he had two antennae. "Dame it, it's not working," Zennith said as she worked.
Izuku saw them, looked at the reactor, and breathed his super-cold air. Soon, the levels started dropping, and Zennith and Luley controlled it.
"NO WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" Clancy screamed at them as they looked at him, "THIS WORLD NEED TO BE PURGED OF THE ONES IMPURE, LIKE HUMANITY!" He told them as Izuku looked at him.
"I think you need to cool off," he said as he flew down repeatedly through Clancy, and all the bugs on the man started to freeze.
After a while, Izuku did it again and grabbed Clancy, who he froze.
"Well, that's one way to give someone a cold shoulder," Izuku said as Lucy groaned. What?" he asked her.
"Why with the ice puns? " she asked as they took Clancy outside. The police were waiting, and they started to cheer for the team.
Councilwoman Liang was with them as she walked up to the group. "Thank you all for the work you have done here today and for you three," she told them as she walked up to Izuku, Gwen, and Lucy and handed them a certificate. "This certificate can be used to get into all Hero Schools in the world, even the prestigious U.A." She told them before she shook their hands, and the police took Clancy away.
Japan, Kyoto Prefecture, Kyoto, Ousei Academy, Staff Room
Hundreds of teachers watched the screen, and Izuku was shown on the screen after he had stopped Clancy. "It seems that these young ones is fit to join our school," a teacher said.
He had spiky silver hair often oriented to his left side, dark grey eyes, a relaxed and lazy expression, and a scar down his left eye. He wore a mask that prevented most of his face from being visible, along with a full-body blue suit and a fest with pouches over it.
"You're right, Kakashi," A woman said as she looked at the screen.
She was a grown woman with a slender yet well-toned and curvy figure and a tall height. She has fair skin, sharp dark eyes, and upper back-length black hair often worn in box braids tied in a ponytail. Above her left breast is a Flamel tattoo. She wore a long white-collared, button-up blouse that revealed her cleavage of flowing backside, form-fitting grey pants reaching her ankles, and opened-toed sandals with the letters "W.C." on them.

They all started to discuss sending the young man a letter, and the headmaster looked at Izuku with narrowed eyes. "Could he be the one my granddaughter told me about?" he asked himself as he looked at the screen.
The Next Day, USA, New York State, Bellwood, Undertown, Plumber Base
Inko watched Vilgax's ship at the computers when her younger sisters entered the base. "Sorry we're late," Fuyumi said as she approached Inko, and the two hugged.
"It's alright, Frank and Joel are on their way with their wives," Inko told her sisters as they nodded.
"So what is that squid-faced fuck up to?" Tatsumaki asked as she looked at the screen.
"That is unknown at the moment, but from what we managed to get, his ship is suffering from a battle," a mole alien said as he looked at the screen.
"Is this A Plumber vessel or a normal one?" Fubuki asked as she started to type on the controls.
"Neither, it seemed to be long to your second mother," Padalidy said as Tatsumaki and Fubuki smiled.
Before they frowned.
"Where is Xylene?" Inko asked as she was close to the woman—not as close as her sisters, but close.
"We are tracking for anything that has entered Earth's orbit within the last month," A plumber, Tetramand, said as he looked at the screen.
"Keep looking. I want everything that entered the Sol System on screen within the last months now," Inko called out as a list formed on the screen.
As the three sisters read from the screen, their two brothers and wives entered.

The first was an average-looking man with a good build. He was relatively young, had black crew-cut hair, and had Tennyson green eyes. He wore a short-sleeved dark green T-shirt, blue pants, and a brown belt.
His fiancée had his red hair tied in a single bun. She has blue eyes and wears a light pink tank top, khaki pants, a silver necklace, and pink flats.
The other man, who has thin brown hair and glasses over his green eyes, wears a smart polo shirt with a burgundy sweatshirt over it and tan trousers.
His wife resembles her daughter, Gwen. They both have red hair, similar faces, and physiques, but she has dark blue eyes, black eyebrows, thick eyelashes, and bags under her eyes. She has her mid-length hair combed back and wears a white blouse with a green drape jacket and a dark grey skirt with high-heeled shoes of the same colour. She has golden earrings and a necklace with a golden buckle.
"Hey, Inko," the black-haired man said as he hugged his older sister.
"Hey, Jole," Inko said back.

Inko pulled out a communicator. "This is Plummber officer 665-987 Inko Midoriya. Prepare the as we are joining my father," she said before she and her family rushed to the elevator.
Deep in space, the camera moved past the clouds to the Rustbucket diving.

Quirks: Rifle - Kaina's Quirk allows her to extend a rifle from her right elbow. She loads bullets into the gun through a hole in her palm. Her firing range is 3 kilometres. Additionally, she can increase the velocity of her shots by dramatically increasing the rifle's power output, causing the gun barrel to expand and bulge out. However, this does risk the gun jamming. She can also extend a tendril from her rifle that she can curl up to form a scope. The rifle also allows her to pluck strands of her bi-coloured hair, which she can twist and mould like Epoxy putty and harden to create various types of bullets (such as hollow-point and curving bullets) that are as strong as any ammo. These hair bullets can record her voice and replay the message after they hit.
Air Walk - Kaina's second Quirk allows her to levitate and jump mid-air. She primarily uses this Quirk in tandem with her Rifle Quirk, allowing her to quickly change sniping positions and chase after her target, greatly expanding the range of her shots.
"I see, so both of them were there as well," Nezu said as he sipped some tea.
"That's right, and it seemed that their nephew was becoming a Hero as he was working in America at the moment," Kaina said as Nezu looked interested.
"I see, and Tatsumaki Tennyson said that you two were their illigaly?" Nezu asked as both women nodded.
"That was true, but then an alien, and they are all aliens, mistook us for half-aliens and said that humans are allowed; it's just some people are not," Kaina said before she looked at her boss. And can I ask a stupid question that's been on my mind for a while?" she asked him as Nezu nodded at her.
"Go right a head," He told her.
"Are Quirk surgery a thing?" She asked as Nezu narrowed his eyes.
"No, why?" Nezu said as he looked at his newest staff member.
"Because the commission gives its assassins, me and a few others, and we awoke with two new Quriks," Kaina said as Nemuri looked at her, "We all got a the Self-Destruct Quirk that had a metal trigger that only a word would break it, and thanks to the Devil's Right Hand, she gave me something from I-island that kind of both disabled that Quirk and then merged it with my original Quirk so I can now shoot explosive rounds," She told them as Nezu did not like this news.
"Who preformed this surgery?" He asked as Kaina shrugged.
"I don't know, we are all knocked out before the surgery takes place," She told him as Nezu narrowed his eyes.
"It seems that I can start looking into the commission now as they are possibly working with an S-Rank Villain who killed the former Number 5 Hero, Numbus," Nezu said as the women scowled.
Nimbus was a hero who inspired girls to grow up and become heroes.
And to find out that the Public Safety Commission was working with the person that killed her.
"What would you like us to do?" Both of them asked him.
"Nothing at the moment, as I will be making sure that I hack into them first so that I can get everything before we go charging in," Nezu said before he looked at the women. And I think there is another person who would like to take them out first, as he was the student of Nimbus," he told the two women.
"Who was that sir?" Nemuri asked him.
"Why it was All Might," Nezu said with a smile, "And I am in the debt of Numbus as she was the one who saved me all thous years ago, so I think that when the time comes, we all will take out the commission together," He told the two.
"All I need is a clear shot an I can take out her legs so the president can be held her her crimes," Kaina told her boss.
"And I can knock her out," Nemuri said as the three began planning.
