"Hōjō Saburō Ujinobu, do you swear to protect our clan and do everything in your power to protect our people?" Hōjō Yoshiie asked (Uncle of Ujinobu, the statesman)

"I swear." Ujinobu answered wearing his Hakama (Clothes) and his Eboshi (Hat).

"Glory to our new clan leader!" Ujinobu's brother, Ujikuni, called

"Hooray!" Ujinobu heard cheers erupt

"Thank you, thank you. Now! I ask all of you to swear your allegiances." Ujinobu demanded.

"I swear my allegiance to you, my lord!" Senior retainer Shichijo Nobushige said.

Many retainers and family members followed suit, like Adachi Shigesato, Daidoji Masashige, Hōjō Ujitaka, Hōjō Ujinori, Hōjō Ujikatsu and even Ujinao the former lord who came extra to see this.

"I thank you all, Ujinao, remember I'm doing this only because of your illness." Ujinobu said.

"If it's in the best interest of our clan, I'm okay with it." Ujinao said and coughed hard after this.

"I thank you all, my first order as Daimyo is for every soldier to march against Hachigata castle!" Ujinobu commanded.

Hachigata including Kozuke province was seized by the Sanada in the chaos of the Kampakus death. Now, it will be conquered back.

"I need 2 men to assist me with my armor." Ujinobu said to his servant while going to his private chambers.

"Naturaly, my lord." The Servant said.

Soon after 2 Servants helped Ujinobu put on his armor.

Ujinobus armor was black with white strings holding it together, on his helmet was a golden moon like the one worn by Date Masamune only difference is a golden Hōjō sign on it together with all that he wore a Jinbaori in black.

"You look good, my lord." Ujiteru said.

"Oh brother, don't call me that, I'm still your brother." Ujinobu answered.

"Sorry, brother." Ujiteru said.

Ujinobu, now in the soldier's yard of Odawara is holding a speech to his soldiers before marching to Hachigata with 20.000 men.

"My dear soldiers! Today we march against the treacherous Sanada! They may be strong but we will show them the might of the eastern warriors!"

Ujinobu heard cheers of the optimistic soldiers and felt alot of confidence for the future battles.

He and his soldiers marched to Hachigata.

Hachigata castle, Musashi, Castle lord: Sanada Nobushige (Yukimura).

"How do we plan on taking the castle?" Shichijo Nobushige asked.

"First of all, take no bait, Nobushige is the son of Masayuki, a great strategist. secondly cannons." Ujinobu said.

"I like how you're thinking, brother." Ujimasa said.

"We Hōjō, we are the masters of building castles and besieging them." Ujikuni said.

"I will go down to the castle and offer a surrender." Ujinobu said and went out of the tent.

"Get me my horse!" Ujinobu said and pulled his black mask off his face.

He went on his horse and went down the hill to the castle.

"Dear soldiers of Hachigata and Sanada Nobushige! I offer you a surrender! If you shoot me now we will bombard you sooner with our cannons! And you! Sanada Nobushige! I know you want to die but do you want to die here? In this hole?" Ujinobu taunted.

Soon there after the castle doors opened and he saw Sanada Nobushige holding a white banner.

"Do you accept my surrender? Sanada?" Ujinobu asked.

"We do. I want to seek death on a battlefield, not in a castle." Sanada Nobushige said.

"Good, good come with me to my camp." Ujinobu said.

Together they went to the Hōjō camp, looks of shock were on the soldiers faces.

"Brother? Why is the enemy general here?" Ujiteru asked and put his hand on his sword.

"Relax guys, he has come to surrender the castle to us." Ujinobu explained.

"What? How?" Ujikuni asked

"Well, I just told my plans. Bring down a castle with words my friends." Ujinobu said.

"Oh my." Ujimasa said.

"Nobushige come with me." Ujinobu said.

"Me, my lord?" Shichijo Nobushige asked.

"No, Nobushige. I mean Sanada Nobushige."

"I'm sorry my lord." Shichijo Nobushige said.

"It's no problem, now come Nobushige." Ujinobu said and went outside of the tent.

"What is it? Lord Ujinobu?" Nobushige asked.

"I offer you to serve me. As my vassal, do you accept?" Ujinobu asked.

"I accept, but isn't it confusing with your other vassal?" Nobushige asked.

"I heard you also go by Yukimura, right?" Ujinobu asked.

"Very well, I shall now be known as Sanada Yukimura." Yukimura said.

"Very good! Now, we march against Kozuke!" Ujinobu said.

After this glorious victory the next target would be Mayabashi castle, it's lord Sanada Nobuyuki, Yukimuras older brother.
