During the night of when Yuno had to deliver a letter, a drunk man attacks him for his amulet, but when Asta came out to stop the drunk man, something in Yuno snapped as he felt a power that felt like it laid dormant come out to save Asta from him. Follow Yuno and Asta's journey of their road to become the Wizard King, as both of them realize their full potential of their powers.

Guest: Thanks for the kind words! Yuno definitely gave it his all in his bout against the Eye Of The Midnight Sun with using his Magic other than exploding shit up. I thought about adding Gravity Manipulation to his Star Magic, and how pretty much Stars have their own gravitational pull, not to mention how hot they are, so I added them into the fic. Yup! Jamo brought out his Plus Ultra! And quoted the main character from Food Wars, but I haven't watched that show so… Eh. Thanks and will do!

"RUN! EVERYONE! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!"

"WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO US!?"

"FIRST ZOMBIES, AND NOW HER!?"

"I CAN FEEL MY SKIN AGING IN YEARS!"

"KASSIDY!" yelled a noble man as he saw his fiancee drop with her skin aging in years, "NO!"

"VINCENT! YOU HAVE TO MAKE A RUN FOR IT!" a noble man took his brother as Vincent yelled for his fiance, who didn't move a finger once she dropped.

"I AM SCARED, MOMMY!" yelled a boy as he ran towards his mother, who was shaking as she could feel her body drop from fatigue as her husband joined with her. "MOMMY! DADDY!"

In the current situation that the Central District were people that managed to run away once Yuno saved them previously, were now at the tail end of a Curse that spread around the entire district, or one street in the district. The people, regardless of status, gender, age or even religion, all fell down with a Curse that caused everyone to rapidly age until they were old, their bones weaker than they had imagined and their skin being at its worst alongside their mana being taken out second by second.

Above them was the one that caused this entire sickness, floating above them as a malevolent witch.

"Hohoho, oh how much I enjoy watching them drop dead like flies, losing their wills and strength to go on fills me with enormous joy. Their mana… small for me, but enough for my eternal beauty. And it is all thanks to my Ash Curse Magic: Ash Absorbing Formation." said the witch as she was a rather beautiful woman. She had fair skin, beige coloured hair that were wrapped around each other as she had magenta coloured eyes, red lipstick, wore a long fuzzy black fur hat and a dress that was fuzzy with key designs around her hips, zipper and shoulder. She was sitting on a broom.

"Now, now, Catherine, I think you had your fun, wouldn't you say," the witch, now known as Catherine, turned her head to see Howard Agrippa sitting politely on a broom while drinking tea, "I don't suppose I have to remind you that we have to follow the others for potential escapees." Howard took a sip from his tea, "So I would suggest we should stop your tirade and help them out."

"Oh please, like they need help." Catherine dismissed it, "So what if some Magic Knight Schmuck escapes? Even if they have a partner, they would still be outnumbered 2 to 10, so I wouldn't worry about that."

"I will concede to that. Not many Magic Knights can handle Mito's regenerative abilities or Sally's interest in magic for long enough." Howard said as Catherine smirked as she saw Vincent and his brother fall down as they have aged and had their skin dry out like they were prunes.

"A shame. That young man looked rather fun to play with." said Catherine as Howard sighed.

"You are always like this for no reason." Howard said as he took a sip of his tea. As then, they heard someone yell, disturbing their small talk.

"HEY!" both Catherine and Howard turned their heads to see the beaten Yuno flying at them, "I will not allow you to hurt the citizens! I will stop you! Both of you!" yelled Yuno as he then arrived near them, floating in the air.

Catherine looked at Yuno, and despite looking like he went into a street brawl with the blood coming out of his mouth and ridiculously long ears, found him quite attractive, "Oooo~ My, oh my, you are quite the dashing young man."

"Catherine, I would suggest that now is not the time to be interested in a young man." said Howard as he turned to Yuno, "Excuse my subordinate. She is normally like this towards younger, more attractive men. In her words… she wants someone that is as youthfully beautiful as her."

"I." Yuno took a deep breath, "Don't." he closed his eyes and then re opened them, "Care."

"My goodness gracious, what happened to you?" asked Howard as he showed genuine concern for him despite being a potential enemy as he wore the Golden Dawn Robe.

"I fought… 10 mages of the… Eye of The Midnight Sun… I almost died… several times there," said Yuno to which they were taken aback as that implied that he went there alone and survived, "And after… I managed to beat them by a hair… I heard screaming and I see you two…"

"He beat all of them? Alone?" Catherine muttered to herself as even they would have trouble beating all ten of them at the same time.

"Yes," Yuno heard her, "I beat all of them… using a method I haven't tried before in my life… called Mana Zone." their eyes were widened as soon as they heard that.

Howard then smiled, "Well, I should give you props for that. Not many mages can perform that feat, not even some Captain-"

"Spare me the pleasantries." Yuno cut him, "I see what you have done down there. Taking people's mana, their age and even their own families. How sick of you two. For that you will pay," Yuno then casted his Wind Blade as his Arcus Lucens would take up all of his remaining mana. "Both of you."

Howard frowned, "I understand, but if you want to battle us, I think it would be fair if you knew our names. My subordinate's name is Catherine and my name is Howard Agrippa."

Yuno's eyes widened for a moment. "Agrippa?" he then thought to himself, "Wasn't that the last name of one of the Black Bulls when Asta joined the Magic Knights?" Yuno did recall a mage by the name of Gordon Agrippa and if he remembered correctly, the man in front of him bared a resemblance that would make anyone think that they are related.

"So you know my last name, huh…" Howard's manner and tone changed for a moment as Catherine turned to her comrade as she saw a regular occurrence when he was reminded of his family, or more specifically, the Head Of The House Of Agrippa, Nathan Agrippa, his older brother. Even for a moment when he is reminded of his family made him go mad, but he kept it under control.

"Now you have done it." said Catherine as Yuno looked at her for a moment, "He hates being reminded of his older brother, even when he mentions his own full name."

Before Yuno could even ask, Howard calmed himself down, "If you must know, the House Of Agrippa was led by my father, Marcus, before his passing, so my older brother, Nathan led the House when he was only 18, the same age he met his wife, Jonna. And, shortly after, we began to work together in our research, looking and finding new types of Curses that would help out the world of new magic that we would learn to rule. Even while researching and studying various methods of death, all of it was coming together."

Yuno noticed that his tone and shaking were becoming more and more angered as he went on, "Then… At the same time his oldest son, my nephew, Gordon, joined the Magic Knight Brigade, Nathan found out about my methods of researching curses. A way that was inhumane that disgusted him to his stomach and banished me from my own home!" Howard yelled as he glared at Yuno, "All because I used the curses, sicknesses and all types of diseases… on people."

Yuno, at that moment, didn't see a human.

Yuno saw a Devil wearing human clothing and skin, acting as though he was one of them as it was almost indistinguishable. In his eyes, he saw two Devils, two monsters right at him. One was sucking out the lives and stealing the young lives that humans only have one life at experiencing and the other using them as scapegoats for their own disgusting desires.

"How childish… Am I correct? How moronic is that? With my own way, he would have understood the nature of curses, how they came from or even the progenitor of all curses!" Howard yelled, "If he didn't simply-"

"Be quiet…" Yuno cut him off as well, "I do not care for what you say. The fact that you would take someone's life, torturing them and making them wish for death… it is inexcusable!" Yuno yelled as his heart flared up, "I will bring both of you down!"

Howard sighed, "I see… we could have had a good chat with tea beforehand."

"Hpmh, I really don't mind about what you said, but I just want to say that, you are gorgeous," said Catherine as she placed a hand on one of her cheeks, "Say, how about we play together?"

"I don't care, you old hag. I would rather drop dead." said Yuno as he looked at her with disgust with the way she is treating human lives.

"Old… Hag…" Catherine then exploded in rage as several bullets made out of Curse Magic appeared around her, "YOU ARE DEAD!"

"Hey now, you must stay calm during our mission," said Howard as he then flew towards her on his broom, "Here, have this te-"

Yuno then shot the tea cup with one of his Sagittas, breaking the cup.

Howard blinked as he then turned to Yuno with a furious expression, "Young man… YOU ARE DEAD!"

As then, the bullets that Catherine created were then shot straight towards Yuno, "I WILL MAKE YOU REGRET SAYING THAT, YOU BRAT! Ash Curse Magic: Joyful Destructive Ash!" Catherine roared as the bullets made out of ash were flying towards Yuno as he held his Wind Blade in hand and created three stars.

"Star Magic: Tercian Scutum!" yelled Yuno as the three stars formed a triangle that was supposed to stop the Joyful Destructive Ash. Howard smirked as Tercian Scutum shrunk in half much to Yuno's surprise. "What the-" the few bullets that weren't stopped hit the Dual Mage around his shoulder.

It wasn't a strong blow, though he did feel a bit worse than before.

"You might be thinking, how did that happen? How did your shield manage to shrink in size?" Howard asked as he floated around Catherine, "I will tell you. It's because of me and my Amplify Magic."

"Amplify… Magic?" asked Yuno as he felt his sense of sight slowly getting worse by the minute, though it wasn't noticeable for now.

"It is a rare type of magic that only ran through the Agrippa Family for several years, how else would you assume I did my research? My Magic allows me to amplify the effects of anything, or even decrease anything I want for exchange my magic reserve." said Howard as he grinned, "Here is an example: I have a cold and I decided to take a drink of lemon tea. Normally, lemon tea would help with a cold due to it having Vitamin C, but it won't stop it, but with my Amplify Magic? I can increase the effects of Vitamin C to a degree that it makes me feel like a new man."

"In short," Catherine grinned as she then created more Joyful Destructive Ashes around her and her comrade, "anything that he chooses would either get a better or worse usage, which is why we have been named "The Wicked Duo" of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun. With my Ash Curse Magic and his Amplify Magic, all of our enemies have dropped dead."

Yuno gritted his teeth as he then felt his Wind Blade appear tinier, almost to a degree of a dagger.

"Your little shield and now your blade have been decreased to only half of their normal sizes. I have used my Amplify Magic: Verringern Sie Die Leistung to decrease your spells' output." Howard grinned as he turned to Catherine, "Would you be a dear and go ahead with your rampage?"

"It would be my pleasure!" yelled Catherine as she sent out her Joyful Destructive Ashes in a rapid fury with Yuno preparing his dagger with him.

"Amplify Magic: Doppelte Geschwindigkeit!" Howard roared as then the Joyful Destructive Ashes flew faster than Yuno could react as he went on to try to parry them.

Yuno stopped the first three bullets with his dagger as he then used the flat side of his wind dagger to block one of the bullets. Then after a few seconds of stopping the attack, Yuno was hit at the back by a bullet as he gritted his teeth as he wasn't able to hear that, which was now affected to his shock. Yuno saw several more bullets coming at him at all angles as he then conjured an Obice, which was now acting as a small orb around him.

Despite holding up well against the first few bullets, after the fifth bullet, he heard a crack happening to which Yuno knew that he had to stop so he doesn't get hit by it. He saw one coming at him at high speeds as he then ducked under it as more bullets came around Catherine as they were shot at increased speeds.

Yuno gritted his teeth as he flew backwards as he threw the dagger at one of Catherine's bullets, both stopping each other dead on as he then began to fly around them to get around them and to hit them as best as he could.

The Wicked Duo were watching Yuno so that they would understand his tactic as he flew around them with the ash bullets being near him at all times as Yuno performed two spells at the same time, Sagitta as they were shot towards the Joyful Destructive Ashes and a Crescent Moon Sickle that was sent straight towards them.

"Idiot. Amplify Magic: Halbe Geschwindigkeit." said Howard as the Crescent Moon Sickle was not only half its size, but also half of its speed as they ducked with ease.

"Damn it." mumbled Yuno as he turned around to see him flying pass the bullets at the best that he could and with the limited stamina that he had, knew that he has to find a way for them to get away from this as he doesn't have enough for mana for Conjunction as he flew away.

Then he had an idea, though with how fast he was going and the bullets, it might not be the best idea. With the limited mana that he has? It was his best shot.

Yuno quickly turned around and performed his Gale Palm, which was still as strong as ever as the winds were only half as strong, which made them fly away a few meters before pursuing Yuno again. That was enough for Yuno to fly straight towards both Catherine and Howard with a determined look on his face. The Joyful Destructive Ashes followed him at that direction.

The idea behind this was that he would fly straight towards the Wicked Duo and before they would know it, he would either fly upwards or downwards and before they could react, with the increased speed of the Joyful Destructive Ashes, they would have gotten hit and he would perform a counter attack with either a Wind or Star spell.

Though, to his unfortune…

"The hell is he doing?" asked Catherine as they saw Yuno flying towards them with Howard looking at him with a confused look, as then he understood what he was planning to do.

"Oh you are trying to trick us? Clever boy." Howard then raised his hand upward with Yuno flying at them with the speed of a bull, "Not clever enough, though." He snapped his fingers as he was incredibly close to them as then Yuno flew slower at half of his speed, "Amplify Magic: Entschleunigung."

Yuno realized too late as he was bombarded with several Joyful Destructive Ashes hitting his body as he could barely hear his own screams of pain as he saw a blur for a moment with Catherine showing up near at his face as she stood on top of her broom, with a different broom at her hand that was made of the same material of her spells with a wicked grin on her face.

"This is for calling me old, you brat! Ash Magic: Witch's Broom Slam!" yelled Catherine as she lifted up her new broom and slammed Yuno to the ground before he could even dodge it.

Yuno registered that he was falling even if he couldn't feel the air going upwards as he was falling downwards, as he used the surrounding wind around him to save him at the last second as he flew to an alleyway so he would try to find an escape plan as Catherine laughed like a maniac.

"Oh no, you are not getting out that easy! Ash Curse Magic: Joyful Destructive Ash!" yelled Catherine as she sent her barrage of spells right towards the Golden Dawn Mage as he flew in an alleyway, while at the same time dismissing her witch broom made out of ash.

"Her attacks just keep on going on and from the looks of it, she isn't getting any slower. The damage I am taking isn't much, but the effect of them hold up well. That is not even mentioning the other one's magic that makes it difficult for me to dodge anything or get a good situation on things." Yuno thought to himself as he kept on flying, still being in the pursuit of Catherine's spells.

While he was flying he noticed two things: his senses were going flickering almost as if she was targeting his five senses: Sight, Smell, Hearing, Taste and Touch with every one of her bullets, not to mention, he spotted a blur upon at the end of the alley, knowing that his sense of sight was worsening by the minute.

Until he barely heard someone's voice.

"Amplify Magic: Innere Stärke."

Yuno tried to turn around or at the very least equip a dagger, but he was too late as Howard uppercutted Yuno to the jaw, making the young Magic Knight being sent into the air, not by his magic, by the sheer force of the punch, that almost created a shockwave, as Howard's inner strength was boosted by 4 times than it should have been.

Howard jumped upwards as he smirked seeing Yuno being struck by Catherine's spells as he could see the irises in his eyes nearly fade away as he prepared himself for a powerful kick as he saw Yuno not giving up as he performed a Tornado Fang that missed him and was at half strength as he then dropkick, sending himself and Yuno to the ground, creating a massive crater, sending most of the citizens away from the impact alone.

Yuno was on the ground, bones nearly broken from the impact and overall damage that he has taken from the rest of the day as Howard was standing up right with a smirk on his face.

Yuno coughed up as he could barely even feel the flow of his mana inside of him, he could barely even move a finger on his own free will nor he could feel the damage that he has took at the current moment by the ex-Agrippa Family member alongside a Witch.

There were moments that he felt that he could have died in this one day, from now to the moments he laid contact with the Eye Of The Midnight Sun and here was his resting point.

"It is over, boy." said Howard as he then picked up Yuno by his head so that his barely functioning eyes could meet with Howard's, "This is the end of the line. You may have been chosen by the Four Leaf Grimoire, however, there are limits that not even the likes of you could get pass by. Those are that of human limits, that are in your blood, and yet, you still decide to fight back only for it to backfire. So listen to me… give up."

Yuno felt the adrenaline in his blood pour itself into his heart with how quickly he grabbed Howard's wrist, much to the latter's shock. "Give… up?..." he breathed in and out as he spat blood from his mouth which landed onto Howard's face, "I… will never… give up… as… Asta would say… My Magic is… never giving up!"

"He has guts for a charming young man, I would give that to him." commented Catherine as she hovered around to see if she could stop anything.

"Really? You still won't give up after all that we put you through?" asked Howard as Yuno began to manifest 3 stars around him.

"If I give up…" Yuno breathed in and out as Catherine looked at it with shock, "I wouldn't…. become the… Wizard King… would I?!" Yuno grinned as even he knew that half of its strength would be enough to butcher any normal mage as the three stars collided with each other as they began to create a new shape.

"You are insane!" yelled Howard as he dropped Yuno to which he landed onto the ground.

"Coming from you?! That is a compliment!" yelled Yuno as then the three colliding stars then began to form the sharpest spear that anyone has created as he yelled, "STAR MAGIC: TERCIAN HASTA! GO!" he roared as the spear shot straight towards the cult member as he crossed his arms as the spear was shot.

Despite being half as weak as it could have been, Howard was pushed backwards by the speed and precision of the spear as it was breaking through his clothes, skin and even his own bones as he gritted his teeth, knowing that he could not last longer with his Innere Stärke around his entire body and active as of the moment he activated that spell.

"HOW ON EARTH IS THIS KID DOING THIS!? Even when I doubled my strength and halved his power input, the spear is still piercing through my body as if I was made out of paper!" Howard thought to himself as he saw Catherine sending her bullets at Yuno, who was weakly moving aside, still being hit by them, but not as much as before, "There has to be something that I could do to survive this! Or else… I am going to die! Wait a minute… what if I…?" Howard sighed as he knew what he had to do "It is the best choice I have anyway."

Yuno grinned once he saw the ex-Agrippa unfold his arms as Catherine dropped her jaw at the thought of that stupidity as Tercian Hasta pierced through his stomach and took him to a different building, with the tip of the spear being imputed into his own flesh, creating a massive dust pile.

Yuno smiled as he could briefly see and hear citizens grabbing and running away with their loved ones to get away at the situation at hand, knowing that he saved as many people that he could.

Catherine was in shock as well as even at at half of its strength and double of Howard's original strength, the young man was still able to turn the tables with a single spell that would have killed Howard if he wasn't prepared. Catherine prepared herself with her Witch's Broom in her hands, ready to take him down.

Yuno breathed in and out as he took a step forward with the 3 stars disappearing from the smoke as he turned his head towards the Witch with a small grin, "Go ahead, I can still take you on even while like this."

"You are going to regret those words, brat." snarled Catherine as the dust settled as they didn't pay attention to it.

"I wouldn't be so sure!" Yuno said as his stars then began to form that into the three stared colourful powerful axe that was known as his Tercian Tauros as they all formed together, raising to the skies, almost separating the clouds themselves to deliver a powerful finisher to the witch. "Checkmate."

Yuno swung his hand downwards.

To then meet a sucker punch to the nose, sending him flying to a wall. Breaking almost all of his bones with a single punch.

Catherine looked down at the man that pulled off that insane punch and then she grinned. "Oh~ Looks like you didn't kick the bucket after all, huh?" asked Catherine as she looked at her partner in crime.

Howard Agrippa was standing while shaking as if every cell in his body was screaming in pain. His hair was now blood red from the results of his blood spilling all over his body, his eyes were bloodshot with every strain accompanying his irises, every moment he spat out blood just by breathing from his mouth, and his clothes were dirtied up from the aftermath. There was a gaping hole in his body as she could see his organs almost spilling out with bones appearing at the end of his skin.

Howard Agrippa, by any human, should be dead.

"If I didn't amplify my durability eightfold while simultaneously lowering that boy's spell and my strength by half of the amount I would have been one, but now… I am alive in a body that is close to death, so in essence, I am," Howard took a deep breath as he and Catherine went closer to Yuno (whom he could barely hear or sense from the punch), "a dead man."

"I see, it is a good thing though, that brat was going to fight me and I didn't want to scratch my beautiful face." said Catherine as Howard nearly dropped to the ground, "Are you alright? Do you need to take a break?"

"I am fine… my dear…" Howard sucked his breath as he tried to get up to his feet as then Catherine conjured two crutches made out of ash as Howard held onto them, "Thank you."

"You're welcome, think of it as a fair trade of taking the kid out for me." said Catherine as she looked at his injuries, "...I doubt even Sally's Mending Iguana can handle this."

"I trust her abilities quite fine that I know that right now it won't matter, but let's focus on one matter. The boy." said Howard as Catherine nodded as they were a few meters away from Yuno.

"Right… my god, has a youthful gorgeous boy turned into an ugly bastard." said Catherine as they saw Yuno breathing despite all injuries, "and yet he is still breathing. Resilient bastard."

"It doesn't matter in the end, this day is where his young life will come to an end and I could possibly use his body as a source of curses," Howard chuckled at the thought of using Yuno's corpse, but coughed blood after that, "Or… Rades could add another one in his arsenal."

"Regardless, listen up boy, or if pay attention to us since it might be the last thing that you will hear." said Catherine as Yuno opened up his eyes as much as he could, but could only see a blur, "I have to tell you something while you are in the slums, or at the very most, how my magic works since I am quite proud of my spell."

Yuno's breathing slowed down for a second before inhaling a bit.

"You see my Joyful Destructive Ash have a really interesting thing to them that makes them so threatening. They don't deal that much damage, despite their name," Catherine began as she chuckled for a few moments, "Instead, the effects of them are what makes them destructive. Your 5 senses is what they could destroy. All that you would touch would feel like you touched nothing, your hearing would be static, your sight would be that of looking into a void, your sense of smell would be like if you breathed through a wall and your taste would be the only thing helpful in which you wouldn't feel the blood around you."

Yuno, with the limited hearing that he has, gasped hearing that as Howard chuckled.

"That's… right… Her spells are effective, but they do require a large number of attacks to deal long lasting… damage to your senses…" Howard grinned as he looked at his partner in crime, "That is where I come in…. with my Amplify Magic, I accelerated her effects… that even a Captain would fall to their effects…. in a couple of attacks."

"That is the reason why we are called the Wicked Duo in the Eye Of The Midnight Sun, as our combination of Curse Magic allows us to take out any of our opponents long enough to kill them." Catherine laughed as she saw her parts of the spells take in almost full effect as she could see the light inside of Yuno's eyes fade.

"The name of our spell… is what makes us… the Wicked…. Duo…" Howard talked in a couple of breaths as he then smiled with his partner in crime, "It is called… Ash and Amplify Combination Curse Magic: Lutzelfrau's Hex! The perfect name… that will… be the one… to end your… life and become… a living curse!"

Both Catherine and Howard howled in laughter, though, it was drowned by the ringing inside of Yuno's ears.

Yuno was senseless at this very moment.

His sense of hearing was drowned by the long ringing sound that was constantly ringing inside of his ears, his sense of smell was unable to smell the blood coming from his nose as he couldn't even sense the air coming in and out of his nostrils as he felt his fingers move through the ground as he couldn't feel anything, as the blood coming out of his mouth didn't taste anything, not sour, not sweet, not bitter, nothing, with his eyes not seeing an endless void of white or the pitch black world, he only saw nothing.

Yuno felt as though he was in a nightmare.

A nightmare that he couldn't escape.

A nightmare he couldn't run from.

A nightmare he couldn't hide from.

It was pitiful.

The one that was born with a rarity, two natural born Magic Attributes, the one that was chosen by a 4 Leaf Grimoire, a rare sight that not even Captains could get their hands onto, was failing to try and saving his own life from two terrorists. The ones that will soon end his life in an inhumane manner.

"The 4 Leaf Grimoire… Dual Attributes… they have chosen me… I have joined the Golden Dawn to achieve the expectations that came with them…" Yuno thought inside of his head as he began to remember his previous fights, his experiences with how he held up against strong opponents and how he… didn't live up to expectations.

Yuno remembered the words from the Golden Dawn mages, as he could hear the twisted forms of them.

"So much for a 4 Leaf."

"Wasted potential, even with Dual Attributes."

"No matter what you achieve, you will be a commoner from an outback village."

"A member like you joining the Golden Dawn? How cute."

"Soon… you will fade away, like the wind."

Yuno gripped his hands until they bled, none noticing it. "I… ignored them. I ignored all of them and kept pushing myself through my limits, worked myself until I could be unbeatable. Except… I couldn't win…" Yuno remembered them, Luth and Mars, how they have managed to decimate their opponents in a way it seemed as if it were a joke. "I couldn't beat Luth on my own… I couldn't beat Mars, no one could, it was a power that was buried inside of that Dungeon…. that I happen to stumble across."

"A power that I can't control, a power that won't listen to me. And even when I beat them… It wasn't by own power… it was something that I couldn't control or I could use it before." Yuno thought with gritted teeth as they continued to laugh. "It frustrates me."

"His work may be subpar, but he is nothing compared to the Golden Dawn."

"No… that is not what frustrates me, I don't care what they think about me… I don't want to… I don't want to lose." Yuno thought as in a limbless state he found mana. Not the external mana alike before, no, it was the internal mana residing inside of him and his Grimoire, "I don't want to lose. Not to him… Anyone, but him! I don't want to lose!"

Verdant coloured birds then flew past him through the limbless state of Limbo as then they began to fly around him once he noticed them. "Is this… the mana stream of my magic?" Yuno asked himself as he felt a strong being made out of pure mana, a presence that no human would come to.

He was a Wind Mage, and those who are affiliated with the Magic Attribute have keen sense of mana sense, managing to spot even the tiniest sense of mana inside of someone or something. With all of his senses gone, his sensitivity to mana heightened to a new high, pushing all boundaries of magic.

His Grimoire shined brightly as a page began to write itself. Taking Catherine and Howard by shock.

"Shut up…" mumbled Yuno as he stood up, ignoring the pain of his entire body so that he would be able to take down the two terrorists right in front of him, "Just shut up already… I don't care about you… I don't care about your curses…" they looked at him in horror, "All I care about… is that I can't lose… not to him! NOT TO ASTA!"

From sheer might, his Grimoire opened up to show a new spell, creating a tempest in the district, destroying the ground itself to turn them into dust, knocking everyone down from the powerful gale of hurricanes happening in all directions, almost tearing out every part of the city just unleashing his power. His new spell. Yuno grinned as he saw the small girl from the Dungeon appearing in front of him.

"IS THAT-"

"THE WIND SPIRIT?!" both Catherine and Howard screamed in horror as the newly announced Wind Spirit yawned as she blinked, seeing all of the surrounding mana being absorbed into a ball, collecting every shred of mana around the area to the point of them almost being unable to use spells.

"IS HE CONTROLLING THE MANA AROUND US!?" they thought in fear as Yuno looked at the Wind Spirit.

"I see now… She has been sending me mana signals the entire time, however I was too used to my other senses that I ignored it so I wasn't able to sense her." Yuno thought as with the new sense of power, smirked. "I have surpassed you, Asta!"

"There is one important thing that I want you to know!" Yuno began as he then roared to the heavens, "I WOULD RATHER GIVE MY LIFE THAN LOSE! WIND SPIRIT MAGIC: SYLPH'S BREATH!"

The Wind Spirit then glared at the two mages as she then blew and from it, a massive hurricane the size of a massive sphere blew towards them, shredding through buildings around them, destroying the pavement alongside with it as the Wind Spirit's Wind and Gale blew away any chances of a comeback.

"SPIRIT MAGIC!?" Catherine screamed in horror as Howard dropped the two crutches.

"I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE! I WILL USE ALL OF MY MANA TO MINIMIZE THE DAMAGE!" roared Howard as he placed his arms forward to the Sylph's Breath, yelling "Amplify Magic: Leistung Verringern – Maximale Nutzung!" Thanks to Howard's Magic, the power of Sylph's Breath was able to get to the size of a small human, enough to hospitalize someone, but not enough to kill them.

Yuno, with the new found powerboost that he now has in his fingertips, refused to allow them to interfere with his comeback. He will end this battle once and for all! While the small girl kept breathing so hard that she created a horizontal hurricane, Yuno combined it with his own magic to make it stronger. "Maybe you didn't hear me before!" Yuno grinned ear to ear, "CHECKMATE! WIND SPIRIT AND STAR COMBINATION MAGIC: STARBURST BREATH!"

Yuno combined the power of his Sylph's Breath with the overwhelming might of his stars so that the previous hurricane increased in size and power as the Wind Spirit now fully controlled the Wind as stars were flowing around the hurricane, changing the colour to that of a colourful hurricane as several stars continued to fly around as to create a magnificent coloured galaxy with stars flying around each other in harmony.

Contrasting with the state of Howard Agrippa as he was at the center of the hurricane, as he felt as though his entire flesh was being torn apart as his screams of agony were drowned at the sounds of the environment being shredded into pieces, luckily not affecting anyone in the crossfire of Yuno's new advanced spell.

Catherine gawked at the power as she knew that it was targeting her as the Starburst Breath flew towards her at light speed, almost matching that of Licht's speed.

"OH NO! HOWARD! AHHH! I HAVE TO MAKE A RUN FOR IT! THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO SAVE ME! AND THAT I HAVE TO USE MY MAGIC!" Catherine thought in horror as she reinforced her entire being with her magic, using all of the spells that she could've to survive the destructive spell around her.

Catherine was sent flying to a building in a flash and as soon as she was sent flying, Yuno stopped using his Starburst Breath from killing everyone around him.

The Wind Spirit looked at him with a confused expression as Yuno looked at her, his senses slowly recovering as the Joyful Destructive Ashes were losing their effects.

Yuno looked at the civilians that ran away looking at their beloved and he knew that, even with a brutalized body like his, he has to keep going, for everyone's sake.

Yuno and the Wind Spirit flew where Catherine landed.

Where did Catherine land?

Well, a minute or so before…

"OH! MY! GOSH! THIS IS THE MOST DELISH THING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!" Charmy Pappitson yelled with the enthusiasm as a kid during Christmas as she was bouncing left and right on her seat as she saw one of the most delicious things in her entire life with Jamo looking at it with a proud grin, Teru and Fernando were staring at him in bewilderment.

What Charmy was eating could only be described as a Glutton's Dream, as the entire dish, or more specifically several dishes in one massive plate, both looked absolutely appetizing to eat and was overloaded with food.

On one side of the dish, was what Yami would call 'sushi', as it was salmon wrapped around seaweed and rice, accompanied with soy sauce as around it was cooked rice, as beside it were small cooked ground beef in the shape of fingers, cooked up till it was black, accompanied with a special wrapped bread that was cooked with the meat, which Jamo called "ćevapi" for the meat and "lepinja" for the bread from where he comes from with red sauce that was made from papricas, eggplants and several spices, and despite it being of weird combinations, the sauce, which Jamo said it was a normality in his home village as it was named "ajvar", was absolutely delicious in all kinds of words.

The other side of the dish was a teak dish, made out of fillet steak coated with pâté (which was forcemeat that was made out of meat, fish, vegetables or seafood) and duxelles (a mince of onions, mushrooms, black herbs and pepper), wrapped in shortcrust pastry, then baked. It even included wrapping the coated meat in prosciutto. Fernando told Charmy the dish is named Beef Wellington, as while it didn't look good, the taste was that of a God's. It was accompanied by tomatoes, onions, celery and even broccoli.

The front was something that Charmy could only dream of. The front were several ribcages from the biggest magical boar that was killed for the specific reason to be made into food, as the ribs were thin and the meat was cooked to absolute perfection as it was smooth, yet rough at the same time. The skin looked as though it was calling Charmy to dig into it, as there was a sauce that covered the entire rib cage, gravy that was made with the purest of love, crafted by the hands of a man whose soul burned with love and passion for cooking. The rib cages were presented as if it was a massive cake, which Charmy thanked all Gods for making it true to her eyes, as beside were several cooked lobsters as the insides were squishy and yet perfect for consumption.

Jamo practically cooked an entire feast that would feed an entire village of people for 2 weeks for one girl.

"HAHAHAHAHAHHAH! EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT, SHORTCAKE! SAVOUR EVERY SINGLE BITE! LOVE IT! ENJOY IT! TASTE IT UNTIL YOUR TEETH FALL OUT!" Jamo yelled with enthusiasm as he readied his supplies to make another bowl, "IF YOU WANT SECONDS, JUST TELL ME! IF YOU WANT THIRDS, I WILL GLADLY MAKE IT FOR YOU!"

"My god…"

"This is insane!" yelled Fernando as Teru gaped looking at the head chef.

"ALRIGHT!" yelled Charmy as she continued to eat like she had no tomorrow…

…until Catherine bursted through the walls, looking like she went through hell itself.

"What the heck?" Charmy casually asked as she took some sushi.

"A witch?!" yelled Jamo in surprise as Fernando took his hand and ran away from him.

"I FUCKING TOLD YOU WE WERE UNDER ATTACK!" Fernando yelled as Teru gave his two yul at him.

"BUT NOOOOO, YOU DID NOT LISTEN!"

"But… my masterpiece of a meal…"

"SCREW THAT!"

"WE WANT TO LIVE!"

Catherine then looked at her hand and then she saw something from her nightmares.

A wrinkle.

"NO! I USED ALL OF MY MANA ON THAT BRAT?! I DON'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE THIS! I WANT TO BE BEAUTIFUL! I NEED TO FIND MANA! AND QUICK!" Catherine thought to herself as she then saw what appeared to be a beacon of mana and youthfulness. Charmy Pappitson and her rather large forehead, "A child? In a place like this? I don't care! She is glistening mana! I need it!"

"Ma'am, are you okay? Do you need a snack to replenish your broken bones?" asked Charmy as then Catherine stood up, with rage fueled in her eyes.

"Give… me… it." she said, slowly.

"Excuse me?" asked Charmy as Catherine slowly walked towards her.

"Give… me… it." she said, slowly building up anger.

"Give you what?" asked Charmy, confused on what she needs from her.

"Give… me… it!" Catherine glew with dark ominous aura around her.

"It?... no… you couldn't possibly be talking about-"

"Give me it!" yelled Catherine as she was ready to pounce on Charmy.

"NO! You are not touching my food!" yelled Charmy as she protected her massive meal, misunderstanding that her need of mana was on her food.

"GIVE ME IT!"

"NO! I SAID NO! AND NO MEANS NO!"

"GIVE ME IT OR YOU ARE GOING TO PERISH!"

"I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN GIVE YOU MY FOOD!"

Catherine created several balls of energy as a way to scare her off, "GIVE ME YOUR MANA!"

"I… I…." Then suddenly Charmy closed her eyes and grew a few centimeters taller. Rather being an ankle high glutton, she grew to a size of a young petite girl that had her clothes grow alongside her as her previously closed eyes were now open, to reveal an emerald coloured ore, showing off more mana than most humans have in a life time, all to protect her food.

Yuno, who was flying towards the source, felt pressure from it. "What is that? It feels almost inhuman. Almost as if it was something else entirely and… familiar to me…" said Yuno as he shook his head as he continued to fly towards the source of the mana signature with the Wind Spirit following his lead, albeit, being confused.

"I told you no." said Charmy, no longer sounding cheerful as she did before and with a serious tone, "And when I say no, I mean it. You will not touch my food no matter what! And you are going to pay dearly for this! Cotton Creation Magic!" Beneath the meal that Jamo has prepared, a massive sheep came out of it, towering over everyone present, taking Catherine in horror, as it used the meal as a hat.

What horrified her even further, was that she heard the sheep growling. Snarling like a different, more dangerous animal.

Catherine realized her fate.

"STRIKE OF THE SLEEPING SHEEP!" Charmy roared with the power different to that of a normal human as the towering sheep looked down towards Catherine, its presence overwhelming the bullets that Catherine created to the point of evaporation as with one single strike of the massive sheep was powerful enough for Catherine to be sent flying across the sky, nearly breaking apart clouds.

There was another upside to that.

Catherine's Curse Magic works while the user is active, so when she is put under commission, her two Curse Spells, Joyful Destructive Ash and Ash Absorbing Formation, are no longer in active and in response, their effects go out instantly without a second notice.

Charmy unknowingly saved hundreds of lives while defending her food.

The sheep 'baa'ed after sending Catherine flying across like a rocket with Charmy looking at it with serious eyes. Jamo, Fernando and Teru looked at her in horror.

Well, Fernando and Teru were, Jamo was beyond words excited about what the Magic Knight did to save his meal and their lives.

"Nobody, and I mean nobody, touches my food." said Charmy as her eyes showed determination unlike any other, eyes that were that of a warrior's, the same that she has alike as her relatively short father has.

Charmy turned around to see her massive sheep disappear into actual cotton with a smile on her face, but there was one thing that horrified her at what she did.

Her food began to fall.

"Wait… WAIT! WAIT! NO!" yelled Charmy, going back to her shorter form from earlier as she clapped her ears together as the food fell towards the massive hole that Catherine created as she ran, "MY FOOD! NO!"

No matter how much she ran, she knew that it will fall faster than she coild run, and that fact horrified her.

"NOT MY LUNCH! I AM STARVING! NO!" yelled Charmy as she could feel tears coming down her face as she saw her food go down faster than before and her own legs couldn't keep up, "NO!"

Charmy then saw her food fall down to the hole, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO- oh?"

Only for the food to hover above it.

Then, it began to fly upwards and it then revealed a snack, oh and the food that the head chef made for her.

Yuno floated above with the meal as he used the remaining mana to control it so it didn't fall. Yuno looked down to see Charmy, who was agape at what she saw, "A girl? Wait… she has the Black Bulls robe… that means that she is in Asta's squad. And that burst of mana… it was incredible."

"Uhh…" Yuno looked at the meal and then back to Charmy, who looked at him with sparkles and tears in her eyes.

"Yo… You saved my food!" cried Charmy as she walked up to him in a form that showed both disbelief and great relief.

"Is… is this yours?" Yuno saw her nodding away as he then looked at her and made the food float towards her, "I don't really get it, but here." he said as he gave it towards her as she grabbed it with her two hands.

"Thank you so much!" said Charmy as she then took a good look at Yuno and that is when she met a flash of her life.

Yuno responded with a smile on his face, a polite and caring smile that it made Charmy almost drop her plate of food if it weren't for Yuno making it float just in case, "You're welcome." he said in a tone that made her almost feel like she had her heart skip a beat.

Charmy saw Yuno with his golden amber eyes piercing through her soul, his wavy black hair that practically begged her to run her hands through, his smile that made her almost swoon and with a look that showed genuine gratitude towards someone that he helped without asking for anything in return. Even when he was bloodied from a battle, his ears ringing, bones almost that of mush and with stamina that would make him fall at a slight breeze, he looked divine, almost as that of a Prince.

"My… Prince! My Savior Of Sustenance!" Charmy thought with a massive blush on her face with the Wind Spirit floating around him with a confused look, "He is so handsome, so nice… he is just so… ahh!"

"Oh… you don't have to say anything, I am glad that you have done so much for me, I mean, you didn't have to, but I am so eternally in debt to you- I mean, forget what I said, what I wanted to tell you was that… uhm…" Charmy looked at her Prince with a blush on her face as he looked at her with a confused face. "I am happy you helped me!"

"It is…" Yuno almost fell down, "of no issue, really miss."

Charmy almost dropped her food at what he just called her, "M-miss, oh come now, you don't have to go fancy on me, not that I don't mind you calling me that, it is really just that…" Charmy stopped herself from making a fool out of herself right in front of her new crush, "You can call me Charmy."

"Charmy?" Yuno smiled hearing that, "It is a cute name."

"Cu-Cute?!" Charmy gawked hearing that.

"Did I say anything wrong?" asked Yuno as Charmy quickly shook her head.

"NO! Of course not, I just… never really heard that from someone else…" said Charmy as she then looked at her meal and at Yuno, "...hey, do you want some food? As a part of thankfulness?"

"Thank you, but I don't really need it. I am not hungry." said Yuno as he felt his stamina dropping as he felt as though he was going to fall.

"Wait, are you sure? Because you look so beaten up and I wanted to know so that I could fill you up so you could go on and fight, so that you could-"

"I am sorry… but I am going to fall." Yuno cut her off as Charmy saw him falling as she then threw her arms into the air so that nothing would fall on her or him as they both fell down as she created a cushion or a bed made out of wool, which she managed to catch her meal without an issue.

Now, Charmy was in a position where her Prince Of Provision, her Savior Of Sustenance, was next to her, asleep after a hard fought battle, on the same bed as her, his right arm practically wrapped around her and her food in her arms.

To her, this was heaven.

"God… if you are listening… thank you for this wonderful day." Charmy thought to herself as she was in eternal bliss with her face being pure of joy as she couldn't imagine anything better than this situation.

Charmy looked at her Prince Of Provisions and saw that he was beaten up horribly wrong to the point that he was bleeding from everywhere around him, his pointy ears (of which she thought were adorable) were slightly crooked and looked as though he went through unexplainable pain. "I can't let my Prince rest like that, I have to help him!"

Charmy opened up her Grimoire and flipped through the pages and found the perfect spell. Charmy activated it instantly while whispering, "Cotton Recovery Magic: Comfortable Cotton Bed." as the entire cotton cushion turned that into the most comfortable bed that one could imagine as every spot of Yuno would feel like bliss to him.

Charmy then created two copies of Cotton Creation Magic: Sheep Cooks to grab Jamo's newest masterpiece of a meal as one of them held the food and the other took the food to give it to her.

Charmy was now in the most comfortable bed imaginable, right next to her Prince Of Provisions who was asleep next to her, one arm practically wrapped around her, being fed by one of her Sheep Cooks and she could relax as much as she wants to as she could look at him all she wants to.

"This is the best day of my life." Charmy concluded.

INTRO!

We begin by seeing 2 of Asta's swords the Demon-Slayer Sword and the Demon-Dweller Sword as then we see at first a 5 Leaf Grimoire as it then changed into an amulet by Yuno as the Grimoire turned into a 4 Leaf Grimoire, as then both Grimoires appeared as we get a close up shot of both Yuno and Asta as Asta's side showed more of a demonic look while Yuno was more angelic. Then, several Grimoires began flying around the scenery. A couple got into the front row as we see the Black Bulls with as then it changed into the Golden Dawn the next shot.

I would always close my eyes

And cower at reality

We first see the Black Bulls standing in one shot with Yami smoking a cigarette, Gordon at the end, mumbling to himself as right next to him was Charmy eating a cupcake as at the opposite end was Grey. Luck stared at the sky with his happy go lucky smile on his face as on his left was Magna waving the Black Bulls flag while on his right was Midori nose deep in her book. Finral was smiling as Vanessa wrapped her hands on his shoulders with a bottle of wine in her hands as right next to him was Gauche looking at a picture of Marie with Asta and Noelle standing on the front.

I can't stand the idea

Next we cut to The Golden Dawn as William looking at the front of everyone as beside him was Langris with his cocky smile on his face. On the left we had Letoile sighing as David was talking to her with his arm wrapped around her shoulders in a friendly manner. On the right we see 3 Golden Dawn mages walking to get to their awards with Alecdora having a serious look on his face, Hamon a carefree and Siren with a stoic face as at the background we see Yuno walking beside Mimosa and Klaus as the last 2 were having a conversation with Yuno smiling behind them.

Of just making excuses to give up

Then we get to see Rades Spirito looking downwards with a pissed off look on his face as at the corner of his eyes, he saw a flashback of when he became a Magic Knight as a Purple Orca as once that memory faded, he grabbed onto his thin Grimoire with a pissed off look on his face.

Stand right there

Any minute now

We then cut to all of the Magic Knight Captains, as Nozel and Fuegoleon were at opposite sides of one another, even looking at different directions, with Dorothy on the ground snoozing, Rill painting a picture of his fellow Magic Knights, Gueldre smiling as he counted his money, Jack sharpening his blades, Charlotte ready for battle as she glanced at Yami who was still smoking with William on the line.

Just wait right there

When we got to William, we see a calm looking man with sharp ears and braids as he had a wide grin on his face with a stone tablet. In the foreground, we see several hooded mages with on the background we see 3 powerful mages.

The decisive battle is still a long way off

As then we get to see Julius looking on the front desk as he looks at a piece of paper with Marx grinning as he finally sees that man do his job for once.

Black and blue

We then see Yuno, Asta, Noelle, Leopold and finally, but not least, Fuegoleon Vermillion looking at the screen as they were ready for another battle against the hooded mages. .

I'll give up on giving up

Rades smirked maliciously as he let out a loud roar as then several corpses appeared from the ground with 6 of them looking different from another as only one of them was recognizable which was Heath.

And get the world on my side

Then we see Asta battling against Number 5 Heath and Number 4 Jimmy with his two Anti Magic Swords in action, as Leopold and Noelle were battling 2 different corpses with Fuegoleon burning the last one in quick succession. With Yuno quickly turning the camera towards him as he is getting ambushed by the same hooded mages.

I'm looking for the reason I'm alive

Now, we get to see Fuegoleon standing on the front lines with his back turned to the camera as a raging inferno was burning the environment around him as then he turned around with a smile on his face.

Every time somewhere under this sky

Now several mages appear. With the first being the Silver Eagles, being that of Nozel, Nebra and Solid, next is The Blue Rose Knights, which showed Charlotte Roselie and Sol beside her, The Green Praying Mantises, being that of Jack, Sekke, En and Rook, the Crimson Lion Kings, with Fuegoleon, Leopold and Randall, the Golden Dawn, which included Alecdora, Siren, Hamon, Mimosa, Klaus and Yuno. As then we see The Black Bulls which were Asta, Noelle and to everyone's shock, Charmy as she was sitting on a table.

Breakthrough the tearful nights

Yuno looked as though he couldn't even take a single breath, as all 5 of his senses were being turned off to an immense degree as his eyes became dead as he then closed his eyes.

And head where the light shines

Once the eyes reopened, we see Yuno looking at a small green fairy with a shocked expression on his face.

I want to keep my promise

We see Yuno and Asta fistbumping each other with grins on their faces once they did.

I'll deliver it to you

Both Yuno and Asta's Grimoires opened up as they threw their hands at each other, ready for a new battle.

"YOU BASTARD!" yelled Leopold as he glared at Rades, still keeping his foot under Heath's neck. "What have you done to my older brother?!"

Rades laughed, still binded by Fuegoleon's Leo Palma, "Me? Why would you assume that I did that? All I am doing is being chained up by your elder brother's Binding Magic so that I don't do anything, so why are you assuming that I did something?" asked Rades as he brought up a good point.

"I don't know… but I know it has to do something about you and your group! So tell me, you freak!" yelled Lepold as he was close to use one of his spells on the necromancer.

"Leopold, you have to remain calm about this! He couldn't have done it as his affinity isn't Spatial Magic! It is Soul Corpse Magic!" yelled Noelle as she and Asta looked around each other.

"Looks like the girl is the smart one of the group, hahaha!" Rades laughed as Leopold gritted his teeth.

"Leo! You keep an eye on him, we have to look where his subordinate is!" yelled Asta as the Vermillion nodded.

"Sure thing, my rival, I will keep a good eye on him and this corpse." said Leopold, glaring at Rades' eyes to which the necromancer grinned at, knowing that their fight was about to be pointless.

Noelle looked around the North District as the land was filled with corpses, alongside the defeated body of the previous battled corpses that were used by Rades, "That super accurate Spatial Magic… The User couldn't have successfully used it against a Captain without being nearby." Noelle didn't notice Asta looking at the pile of zombies that were stacked on top of each other.

While she wasn't good at controlling her mana or her magic reserve, she could reasonably detect mana from other people that were near her so she tried to detect mana from around the district. There was a problem. She couldn't detect anyone from the buildings in the slightest, which only proves that the user is incredibly close to them, but they can not see them.

"So the user must be near us! So where the hell are they!? Unless they are using Magic Items that can make someone invisible or undetectable, it doesn't make any sense!" Noelle sweatdropped as Asta continued to look at the pile of zombies with narrowed eyes.

"I can't sense mana like everyone else, however, I feel as though I can sense someone there… like it is calling to me…" Asta thought to himself as he then ran towards the pile of zombies, catching most of them off guard, and before Noelle could say anything, he took out his Demon-Slayer Sword and slashed across the pile of corpses.

Then they saw one of the corpses jump out of the way and into a portal.

"There he is!" yelled Asta with a grin as Rades clicked his tongue.

"How did you-" Noelle was cut off as they then saw the man that jumped into a portal appear on top of a building.

"Good job, Magic Knight, you managed to find me before anyone else." said the zombie as he then took off his mask that showed his rotten face into more of a scarred face, revealing Valtos. "I must say, I thought that wearing this disgusting mask and conceling my magic would make me undetectable, but alas, you found me."

"Enough with the chit chat! What have you done with Captain Fuegoleon?!" yelled Asta as Valtos sighed.

"What have I done to him? Nothing, only transporting his body to meet his doom, but nothing else." said Valtos as he then opened a portal next to them, "As a reward for finding me, I will retrieve the Magic Knight Captain."

Fuegoleon's head came out of the portal first as Leopold sighed.

"Brother! I knew that you weren't going to kick the bucket! You are the toughest man out th-" Leopold cut himself as he then saw the rest of his body fall down to the ground.

Fuegoleon was not the same man he was before. The man they saw was a brave, noble and respectful man that brought fire into everyone around them, however this man… this man showed the opposite.

His eyes that were once burning with passion were soulless as if his soul was ripped from his body. His skin, clothes and hair were now covered in his own blood, tarnishing him. From his mouth came out a never ending river. His clothes, particularly around his shoulder and neck, were ripped apart as if a wild beast ripped an amulet around him along side his own skin around those parts were burning as though the actual light burned his skin. The part that shocked and horrified all of them was that the proud Crimson Lion King Captain had an arm ripped out of his body. His right arm was nowhere to be seen as if though was ripped from his body alongside his shoulder as there was nothing left of the right side of the body as they could even see bones coming out of the empty hole that was in Fuegoleon's right shoulder as blood was spewing out of it, rapidly decreasing his life. His life was, for the first time, in danger from dying.

"FUEGOLEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOON!" Leopold screamed out for his older brother to hear him, though there was no way for him to wake up.

Noelle let out an ear piercing scream from seeing someone that was a rival even to her older brother in a comatose state.

Asta looked at him in shock and in disbelief. "N-no way! Someone as strong as him… was defeated… and… and…" Asta began to shake in fury at what happened.

Rades laughed triumph fully as the bindings of Leo Palma were finally gone as he let out a roar, "HAHAHAHA! FINALLY! WE DID IT! WE WON THIS WAR!" yelled Rades as even Valtos shared a small smirk at seeing him in a winning position, "WE GOT HIS PRECIOUS STONE AROUND HIS NECK AND WE GOT HIS ASS! How do you like that, assholes?! This is our perfect victory! That's right! WE WON!"

Then Rades walked over to Fuegoleon's defeated body and sneered at it with everyone trying to process what happened, "A monster you say? That I had great potential!? Well look what happened to you, asshole! You were fooled by the very monster that you reprimanded, groveling at my feet like a dog! I hope you can find your speeches and yap to them into your next life, Fuegoleon Vermillion!" yelled Rades.

"If you are done, then we have to go. We've done what we came here to do, before any other Magic Knights show up." said Valtos as he created a portal beneath his feet.

"...fine. I have gotten my revenge against these assholes anyway." said Rades as he looked at Leopold, distraught at what happened to his brother, Noelle, who cupped her hands to her mouth as she couldn't say anything, and Asta who was shaking out of fury. "Hope ya enjoy this. Because this will happen to your King-"

"You are not leaving here." said Asta shocking the two Eye Of The Midnight Sun members, as he placed his foot upwards, taking out his Demon-Dweller Sword and throwing it towards Rades' feet, dispelling the portal in a matter of seconds.

"WHAT THE!?" Rades yelled in shock.

"Anti-Magic? I see. So he was the one that managed to beat Heath." Valtos thought to himself as he saw the corpse of his former comrade being used as a soldier.

Before Rades could attack, Asta ran up to him and punched him straight at the face. "OW! YOU HIT ME!"

"YOU THINK THAT HURTS!? After all that you have done?!" Asta then punched him at his side, "HOW DARE YOU!? THIS IS PAIN! You laughed and inflicted it on people who hadn't done anything wrong! Compared to what happened to them, this is mercy!" Asta threw another punch at his face and when he was about to swing another punch, Rades caught it.

"Getting hurt is the proof that you are weak! Someone that deserves to get kicked down to the ground by people that are stronger than you! People with weak magic should let themselves be kicked by those who are strong!" Rades then shot a strong Mana Bullet straight towards Asta and due to him being close, he couldn't have reacted in time, "ESPECIALLY TO SNOT NOSED BRATS WITH ZERO MAGIC!"

Asta was then sent flying to a wall and Valtos kept an eye on what is happening.

Noelle snapped out of her daze as she turned to her comrade, "ASTA!"

"Forget about me! I got this!" the mage with zero magic yelled, "You two focus on Fuegoleon's body! I will focus on this jerk!" he then charged forward at him.

"Right!" yelled Noelle as she then ran towards Fuegoleon's body and saw that despite his horrible condition, his grimoire was still intact. "His Grimoire is fine! He isn't dead!" That was a sign of hope as Grimoires won't fade if the owner of it is still alive. It was the best way to show if someone was still alive as it helped others to know the condition of one mage.

Noelle gulped as she saw him bleed, knowing that if she doesn't do anything, he will perish. "I need to stop the bleeding and quick!" She then places her hands onto his wound and used her Water Magic to stop the bleeding, "I wish that Mimosa was here! She would have been able to stop this from happening!" she thought to herself as she didn't have a single Recovery Spell.

Noelle then turned to Leopold, who was still shaking at the body of his older brother, "LEOPOLD! He is alive, so come here and help me stop the bleeding!"

Leo didn't answer, or the more accurate assessment was that he couldn't answer due to the shock of seeing his older brother, the one that basically raised him ever since his father and mother, Leon and Feuer Vermillion, tragically passed away at a young age.

He remembered times when he learned how to cast a spell when he gained his Grimoire with his help, how he learned how to fight from his older brother and how to assess the situation at hand, how he learned the basics of magic, math, science and even the language he knew how to speak in, he even remembered the times where his older sister was involved at times and how they clashed several times, and yet, they had tremendous respect for each other at the end of the day.

To Leopold, Fuegoleon was a role model for him as well as any other Crimson Lion King.

He was more than his Captain, he was his brother, his role model, his teacher and someone that he deeply respects as a result.

To see him in a fragile position broke Leo.

"Fuego… Fuegoleon… he can't be… he couldn't be… There is no way… there isn't a way… no… no…" Leopold was shaking now at a combination of fear and fury on what would happen to his brother.

Noelle instantly got what was happening to Leopold and cursed herself for not being strong enough to help him at his time of need.

On the other side of the district, "VALTOS! COME HERE AND DO SOMETHING!" yelled Rades as he shot several Mana Bullets towards the Anti-Magic Mage.

"I wish I could, but his ability to negate magic would make all of my efforts moot." Valtos said.

"DAMN IT!" yelled Rades as he saw him slowing down as he smirked to himself, "Well, there is one thing I can do." He saw that Heath was still under Leopold's foot, so he was rendered useless as he couldn't use his magic, "There are two more Corpses I could use before I use the big guns."

Rades then shot a decent amount of mana towards the two corpses that were down, Alfred and Alfred floated upwards, looking down at the mages that were trying to save Fuegoleon's life while David moved even without the usage of his head.

Asta turned his head to see the two floating beside his two comrades as he gritted his teeth, trying to think if he should either fight the necromancer or save his friends.

Noelle turned to see the two corpses flying around them and sweatdropped. Then she turned off her Water Magic and got her wand. "Dorksta! Focus on Rades! We will focus on these two!"

Asta looked at her and Leopold and then he grinned, knowing full well that they can handle these two, "Right! COME HERE YA JERK!" Asta charged at him as he dispelled the first two bullets with his Anti-Magic Sword.

"Leo! We need to work together to stop them from killing us!" yelled Noelle as she shot several bullets of mana towards Alfred, but due to him sending streams of electricity, they were turned to mist, thankfully David was walking slow due to not having a head.

Leo was silent as he kept looking at his brother's body and his slowly fading Grimoire.

"Leo! His Grimoire is fading!" yelled Noelle as she tried to cast her Sea Dragon's Lair, but Alfred fried it and turned it to mist once more.

Leo was silent as he saw the blood go further down the road and dirty up his own Grimoire.

"LEO! I NEED YOUR HELP!" Noelle screamed as saw mud floating beside David and the ground, ready to use his Mire Drowning spell once more.

Leopold felt as though his own soul began to cool down from seeing this happen with even Heath slowly getting out of his position and ready to cut him down.

"LEO-"

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Leopold screamed to the heavens as his entire soul burned with the power of a thousand Suns as his Grimoire floated beside him as it began to describe a new spell for him to use, "I WILL NOT ALLOW MY BROTHER TO DIE! NOT HERE! NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!" Leopold created a tempest of flames that surrounded him and Heath, almost burning him to a crisp.

"THIS IS FOR ATTACKING THE CAPITAL! THIS IS FOR ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF EVERYONE! THIS IS FOR ALL THE LIVES YOU HAVE TAKEN! AND THIS IS FOR MY BROTHER!" Leopold screamed as his mana could have been sensed in the King's room as Marx Francois turned to the direction in shock. Leopold then looked at his Grimoire and its pages as he roared, "FLAME SUMMON MAGIC!"

"Summon Magic?!" Valtos widened his eyes in shock as several tornados of fire appeared out of nowhere to cram into each other, creating a small orb around them that quickly turned into a size of Lepold himself.

Summon Magic was a rare type of a sub-type of spells that every mage has them in their soul, but unlocking them requires them at a high emotional level, high levels of training or at a moment where a mage needs to unlock to survive and in return, creates a powerful monster that will be on their side for the rest of their lives. Only a select few mages have unlocked this sub-type of spells, and yet there is a small drawback.

You can only have one spell of Summon Magic for summoning a piece of your soul onto the battlefield. There is a sole exception to that rule and that was the Golden Dawn Magic Knight, the future head of a noble family, David Swallow. As thanks to his Dice Magic, has a total of 6 spells for this sub-type.

"CALOR LEO!" from the ball of flames, appeared Leopold's monster. It was a bipedal lion with purple coloured fur that had sharp claws on its feet. It had orange coloured armour around its chest, knees and arms with even it wearing a helmet with horns at its head. It had two massive orange coloured metallic wings on it back and two smaller wings around its tail. It had lion heads for arms. Calor Leo let out a fierce roar that shook them, surprising everyone.

"THAT! IS! AWESOME!" yelled Asta as he briefly shook his head as he turned to the necromancer with a calm head.

The rest were either in awe or in fear. Even the corpses were at shock.

"This is… my own Spell?" asked Leopold as Calor Leo turned to its master, eyes glowing, ready for his calls. "Oh… you want revenge too, huh?" asked Leopold as Calor Leo nodded, to which he smirked.

"OH HELL NO! YOU ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING! ALFRED, FRY THIS ASSHOLE! DAVID! DROWN THE GIRL! AND AS FOR YOU!" Rades then snapped his fingers as a whole army of corpses came out of the ground, charging at Asta, "I WILL MAKE MY CORPSES RIP YOU LIMB FROM LIMB FOR PUNCHING ME!"

"Oh you want some?! FINE!" yelled Asta as he then charged forward, knowing full well what he must do.

Noelle turned to see David readying up one of his effective spells as she glanced at Alfred readying one of his strongest spells.

"Leopold, are you ready to take them down?" asked Noelle as she was readying her strongest spell for the corpse that dirtied her up as Leopold grinned.

"You betcha. We will take these assholes down for what they have done to my brother!" yelled Leopold as he readied his favourite spell alongside his new spell, with Calor Leo sniffling fire from its nostrils.

"Then let them have it when they attack first so they have no where to run!"

"Roger." both of them took their stances as they saw the two corpses readying their spells as they then commanded the spells.

"[Lightning Magic: Disaster Discharge]!" Alfred sent out a shockwave out of pure electricity towards Leopold.

"[Mud Magic: Sludge Wave]!" David sent out a tidal wave of pure mud straight towards Noelle's direction.

The two then smirked as both ran straight towards their target, both with a different strategy in mind.

"Calor Leo! Resounding Roar!" yelled Leopold as his new summon sent out a massive roar that sent shockwaves that were made out of pure fire almost akin to a fire spirit that didn't simply stop the electricity, no it overwhelmed the voltage and landed on the corpse, burning parts of the body and hair.

Leopold then ran towards the burning corpse and spread out his palm, "Flame Magic: Spiral Flames!" the Crimson Lion King roared as he then sent out a massive spiral made out of fire that consumed the corpse in a matter of seconds and burnt it to a crisp. "Oh hell yeah! I can work with this!"

Noelle straight up ran towards her target with focus in her mind as she only has to make the spell work out for a few seconds before turning it out as she pointed her wand towards her opponent as she began to form the head of her strongest spell, a dragon head that covered for the baseline as Sludge Wave came closer and closer to her. Noelle smirked as she knew that this would end in her victory.

"Water Creation Magic: Sea Dragon's Roar!" Noelle yelled out as she sent out her strongest spell, creating a massive dragon made out of water from her wand as it pierced through Sludge Wave and went straight towards David as no matter how much he struggled against the dragon he was ultimately eaten by the Sea Dragon, turned into tiny bits. "Take… that." She said as she then stopped her spell from going any further.

Rades, upon seeing his Number 3 and 2 being decimated in a mere moments apart from each other, gawked at seeing that, not even knowing if Heath was intact thanks to the brat's Summon Magic, sent a barrage of zombies flying at Asta, who easily manages to take down by swing his sword around as he then takes out his Demon-Dweller Sword that he threw.

"OH SHIT THE BRAT IS AFTER ME! VALTOS SAVE MY ASS!" Rades screamed for help as Valtos created a small portal for a short distance as it takes him large concentration to go from a place to a different place if the distance is long enough.

"Don't worry, I've got you." said Valtos as then he created a second portal that was at the opposite side of the district.

"Thanks, you couldn't have gone worse?!" yelled Rades as Valtos sighed.

"I would've if it weren't for someone's Anti-Magic." said Valtos as he then thought about an idea. "Didn't you and Sally had an idea of combining two corpses together?" asked Valtos as he briefly remembered Mito carrying a corpse with a Coral Peacock robe and George dragging a man with an Aqua Deer robe with Rades and Sally laughing together as they had an idea.

"The hell are you talking abou-" Rades then widens his eyes as he grins maniacally, "Oh Valtos, you goddamn genius."

"You forgot about them?" asked Valtos as Asta, Leopold and Noelle turned to Rades.

"No, I just didn't think I would need to use him for today." said Rades, "I didn't want to run out of my corpses, but seeing as though they were eaten or turned to dust, alongside not knowing where the hell Heath is, I think it is time to bust open this can."

"Uhh…. I might not be a mathematician, but I think no number can go below 1." said Asta.

"There isn't. Unless he is counting the number 0…" Noelle widened her eyes, "Oh no."

"We just opened a new stage?!" yelled Leopold as Rades laughed like a maniac with his head on fire.

"THAT'S RIGHT! And I want you to meet my strongest corpse in my army!" a portal came out of the ground as another corpse got out of it and it carried the presence of a strong being. The monster wore a white mask that had a comedy mask on its face, having scruffy white hat. His skin was an amalgamation of a monster's green skin and a human's dead skin. His clothing was stitched together by two different people, as from one side it was a simple brown shirt and the other was a long blue robe. "HERE HE IS! Number 0! Michael Caesal!"

Noelle held her mouth from puking at the sight of the disgusting looking corpse as Calor Leo growled at it. "Ah! What the heck is that thing?!" yelled Asta.

Leopold glared at it, "I don't know, but I know it isn't good at all."

"HA! You two are right! This guy was a real work and a half to get it to work and he isn't some schmuck that I found at the street! No!" Rades smirked while Valtos looked at it with a small smile on his face, "These were the bodies of the previous Magic Knight Captains! Michael Guildenstern and Caesal Rosencrantz, and the best part!? It doesn't have one attribute, rather, he is a Dual Mage!"

"WHAT!?" yelled all of them at the same time.

"He is like Yuno!" Asta thought to himself as he readied his two swords together even though it was taking a toll on him. "Leo has a cool new guy around him and Noelle is strong, but with Captain Fuegoleon… we can't take chances."

"Noelle." The Water Mage turned to see the boy with no magic, "Take care of Captain Fuegoleon while Leo and I deal with him."

Noelle turned to him and Fuegoleon and nodded, "Right! You make sure that you don't get killed!" yelled Noelle as she then ran over to Fuegoleon and used her Water Magic to keep him alive.

"So…" Leopold cracked his knuckles as Calor Leo growled at Michael and at Rades. "Are you ready to kick this man's ass, rival?"

Asta grinned, "You betcha!" as they got into position with Valtos looking through a Magic Item to see if Sally would call as they were quiet the entire time. Something must have gone wrong for her not to say anything. Neither Howard nor Catherine answered as well.

"LET'S GO!" they both yelled as they, along with Leo's new Spell, charged at Rades.

"Have at thee, ya shits!" yelled Rades as he looked at his strongest corpse, "Michael! Kill them!"

"[Wind Magic: Upcoming Storm] + [Spike Magic: Whip Trail]." Michael declared as one side sent out a strong gale that was like Yuno's Tornado Fang, but focused more on the destructiveness rather than precision, while the other side sent out several whips that were filled with spikes.

"Rival! You take on the spikes, and I take on the winds!" yelled Leopold as Asta nodded as he readied his two swords.

"Alright! I got it!" yelled Asta as he went to the spike part of the spell and performed a downwards slash with his Slayer Sword, dispelling the Whip Trail with ease as he then used a part of his Dweller Sword as it began to glow a dark green colouring, "Alright, Midori, I felt something happening in my Grimoire when I spoke to you, so I hope this works out!" "Anti-Magic: Grass Slash!"

Once he performed a vertical slash, 4 separate, smaller slashes came out of his Dweller Sword that were coloured dark green so they would be harder to dodge, to which Michael countered it by using one spell, "[Spike Magic: Ivy Wall]" which managed to actually stop the slashes with the spikes protruding and thanks to the sharpness, it managed to stop the slashes.

"Damn it!" yelled Asta as he then saw from the Ivy Wall that a whip was being formed from it, which made him widened his eyes as a second Whip Trail was shot out of the wall, quickly evading the slash from the broadsword and wrapped itself around his foot as he was then flung to a wall.

"ASTA!" yelled Noelle as she had to refocus on Fuegoleon's shoulder and missing arm, briefly seeing a corner of his Grimoire slowly fading.

Michael then grabbed onto the whip and slammed him once more to the ground. Then, around the left hand that used Spike Magic, several needles appeared around him, covering his entire being. Asta looked at it with wide eyes, as the spikes were metallic in a way that wasn't normal and could kill any normal man, "[Spike Magic: Thousand Needles.]" Michael sent the barrage of needles at Asta's way.

Asta quickly reacted much to Valtos and Rades' shock as he used his Demon-Dweller Sword to cut the Whip Trail around his feet so he could move better, and used his Demon-Slayer Sword to block and negate all of the needles from coming his way. Asta gave out a cheeky grin, "Is that all that you can do?!" He stood up and charged at the necromancer and his puppet.

Michael then placed his arm towards the swordsman's direction, concentrating his magic inside of him to create a single massive needle that will pierce through all of his enemies, as the mage with no magic charged forward.

At the same time, Leopold threw his hand out as Calor Leo charged with him, "Alright, counter that with Resounding Roar!" yelled Leo as then the newly summoned monster let out a fierce roar that matched the intensity of the Upcoming Storm on his way which was enough for Leopold to charge in to create an opening.

Leopold opened his palms open as he then created a massive ball that he threw towards Michael's direction as several balls of fire appeared around him as Rades yelled, "OH SHIT! VALTOS!" he was quickly teleported a few meters behind Leopold and his new summon as he then saw the young Vermillion cast his Spell.

"Flame Magic: Wild Bursting Flames!" he yelled as he then created a mirage of balls, as they exploded around the corpse of two captains.

"OH NO! MICHAEL! SHIELD YOURSELF!" roared Rades as he was on his butt, looking at his strongest corpse about to be attacked by two mages with Noelle having a small smile on her face, as the corpse shined his eyes.

"[Wind Magic: Sudden Gust.]" Michael declared as around his entire body with the sole exception of the needle in his palm, was covered by a strong surge of wind that managed to save the corpse from destruction as the flames were then being zoned around the whirlwinds, making them unable to be burst like explosives, but rather into regular fireballs.

The corpse now placed the several balls of flames around its right arm as it sent it out towards the Crimson Lion King faster than he could react to as not even his Spiral Flames would be enough to stop it as Calor Leo tried to use itself as a shield, but was too late.

Leo was hit by a barrage of fireballs, directly towards his head and chest as Rades smirked, "You know what they say kid. What comes around, goes around."

"Shut up, as-"

Leopold was shut off by a barrage of unpredictable darts of wind shotting straight towards him at mach speeds, making him on his knees as he had to take a deep breath, making Calor Leo look at his master in worry, as he tried to shake it off, as Michael looked completely still for a moment. "[Wind Magic: Unpredictable Cyclone - Darts]"

"Damn!" he yelled as Rades laughed with Valtos looking at his Magic Item. Leo then saw the look of Calor Leo and he smiled, "Don't worry, bud. We got this… You got this… I…" he then looked at his brother and his smile dropped. "I…"

Calor Leo noticed his expression fell, but he knew that it won't stop if they talked it out as he let out a small growl, making Leo react to it and then back at the corpse.

"Right… well, you got this! Knock that bastard out for me, alright!?" yelled Leopold as Calor Leo let out a roar, "THAT IS THE SPIRIT! NOW GO!" his new summon turned around as he then pointed both of his lion head arms at Michael's head as it then began to charge at him, as Asta was getting closer and closer towards the Number 0. "FLAME MAGIC: HEAT SOUL!"

Now, Michael's left arm fully rendered a powerful needle that seemed to combine all 1 thousand needles into massive needle that would obliterate any foe against it, as it then sent out possibly his strongest Spike Magic spell. "[Spike Magic: Thousand Needles - Onefold.]" as like a cannon, the massive needle was then shot at high speeds, aiming to kill the magicless mage.

Asta, grinning with full confidence, quickly placed the smaller sword into the ground and took out his broadsword. He turned his massive sword into the sides and then swung it at the massive needle like he did against Magna, sending it back at him, "LIKE YOU SAID! WHAT COMES AROUND, GOES AROUND!"

Rades looked in horror as the needle was sent back at Michael, piercing through his chest and leaving a massive hole in it, as then Calor Leo shot two massive balls of fire from his lion hands, which were also in the shape of a lion's head, landing at the corpse, practically burning it as neither its Wind nor Spike Magic could protect it from the pain. "DAMN IT! FUCK IT! GO FULL FORCE AT THOSE PRICKS! COMBINE YOUR ATTRIBUTES!"

"Okay, I think I am starting to see a trend with Dual Mag-"

"Rival! I don't think it is the time." said Leopold as he managed to get all of the darts from his body. They both saw Michael Caesal twitching out completely as his body parts began to rotate that was inhuman to see and it made all of them sick to their stomachs as they saw two captain corpses acting as if they weren't even registered as humans.

The corpse then placed its two deformed hands together and began to activate its combined spell, "[Wind and Spike Combination Magic: Barbed Whirlwind!]" a heavy styled storm came out of its two hands that wanted to decimate its two opponents so that their corpses wouldn't be able to be recognized in the slightest. From there, several spikes came out of the whirlwind.

Asta and Leopold looked at each other, "You thinking what I am thinking?" asked Leo.

"Nope, but I think I can make a guess." Asta grinned as he charged forward towards the powerful whirlwind of power. Leopold ran after his new Rival with Calor Leo following his lead.

"GOOD LUCK, LOSERS! YOU AIN'T GETTING PASS THIS!" Rades boasted with a maniacal laugh as Valtos heard a beep from Sally's side.

"WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT!" yelled Asta as he then slashed through the Barbed Whirlwind in half, splitting it into two different parts, the intensity still in motion as it went from two sides at the same time making the necromancer nearly bulge out of his eyes from shock, "LEO! AND HIS NEW COOL LION PET! YOUR MOVE!" he shouted as he backed away.

Leopold and Calor Leo jumped to the sides, "I HEAR YOU RIVAL, AND HIS NAME IS CALOR LEO!" both of them burned their hands with high intensity, ready to let out an immense amount of mana inside of them, "FLAME MAGIC: SPIRAL FLAME! CALOR! YOU USE HEAT SOUL!" the lion nodded as it combined its two hands together and shot out a massive ball of fire, in the shape of a lion's head, as Leo lent out a powerful roar as he used his signature spell.

The two fire blasts connected at the splitted Barbed Whirlwind and instead of melting it or stopping it, it burned and turned into an inferno, making the spikes deadlier as it went, not to the direction of the Magic Knights, but rather at the opposite direction to Michael as it was then stabbed through all directions and almost began to melt as it fell down to the floor.

Rades' strongest corpse was left defeated.

With its own spell used against him at high velocity as it was an impossible feat to deflect a spell at such a powerful way.

"Th- They did it!" Noelle yelled as she happily looked at them and took her hands off of Fuegoleon as then a second later, she returned to the Crimson Lion King Captain, "Oops."

"Yeah! We did it!" yelled Asta as once he took a step, he felt dizzy for a moment, which he tried to shake it off.

"Hell yeah we did! You were great, but that was to be expected of my rival." said Leo as he smacked Asta's back while laughing, feeling better once he let lots of his steam out of his system with Calor Leo smiling at his master.

"Thanks man, and you too!" said Asta as he then looked at the necromancer, who was in disbelief at the sight of his strongest corpse burning. "But we have to deal with him," they looked up to Valtos, who was silent for a while. "And that guy."

"Right. They have to pay." said Leopold as he and his summon nearly breathed fire out of their mouths.

"No… no… no… no… no… no… no… No. No. No. No. No! No! No! No! No! NO! NO! NOO!" screamed Rades as he stood up, "I WON'T ACCEPT THIS! I WILL NEVER ACCEPT THIS FACT! THERE IS NO WAY YOU WERE GOING TO WIN! THIS IS BULLSHIT! I WON'T GO WITH THIS STUPID ANSWER!"

"If you are done throwing a temper tantrum, Rades," Valtos' calm voice spoke as several portals appeared, "We have late guests that are willing to help, so please be on your best behaviour. Spatial Magic: Dark Portals."

"Oh come on!" yelled Noelle as she saw that there were 10 portals appearing around them, "Why are you all so persistent?!" Asta side stepped to grab onto his sword that he planted on the ground.

"We were given orders to eliminate any threats that would oppose us, even after getting Fuegoleon's amulet. Why they came so late is anyone's guess at that moment," said Valtos.

Asta then began to think about the implications, "Wait… they went after Fuegoleon's amulet for unknown reasons. There was a stone that was in Saussy Village and the only other person that has an amulet that looks similar to Captain Fuegoleon is…" His rival, Yuno, "Yuno! Oh shit! What have they done to you?! Please tell me that you are alright!" "What have you done…"

Then, the other members of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun appeared through Valtos' magic. Sally, Mito, George, Fluss, Toike, Zuta, Shidan, Zarick, Ivan and Abari. Then they heard the Black Bull yell.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO YUNO!?"

"...Yuno?" asked Fluss as then they all saw the expression on their faces.

However, it wasn't that of a proud sadistic grin that some expected, no, it was more of a furious, terrified or both expression.

"You mean… that prick with Dual Attributes?!" yelled Ivan as his entire body was shaking.

"That monster?!" yelled Shidan as his eyes were shaking more than if he had to fight the Third Eye.

"That Devil that is disguised as a human?!" Zuta's expression was that of pure fear.

"The guy that almost killed us on several occasions?!" Zarick almost exploded with fear.

Asta looked at Leo in confusion as they then saw Toike covering his entire face, whom was looking at the ground.

"You should ask what that monster did to us!" Abari yelled as they saw the several scars on their bodies that were either that from being slashed or having an explosion happen in front of them. Or both.

Mito tried to control himself from exploding, "We jumped that bastard, 10 against 1, and we expected it to be easy since he wasn't even a Junior Class Magic Knight… Apparently, that goddamn kid was as strong as a goddamn Captain and wrecked our shit more than we could have expected it!"

"It wouldn't even be fair to say that he was a wolf in sheep's clothing, no, that fucker was a demon wearing human skin!" George, who usually was the calmest of the entire squad, exploded remembering the Golden Dawn Magic Knight, "I would rather kiss the devil himself than ever meet that monster ever in my life! Lord Licht couldn't pay me the country's entire money reserve for me to get near him!"

Sally who was surprisingly the most composed one, "Now, he was really interesting you know? 4 Leaf Grimoire, a rare attribute with Star, 2 Attributes even and massive mana… but…" Sally was almost breaking down just remembering the pain he caused them, "He pulled out… a… a Mana Zone."

Rades, Valtos, Noelle, Calor Leo and Leopold gawked at hearing that while Asta was confused. "A what zone?"

"What the hell did he do to them?" asked Noelle as she saw most of them covering in fear. Trying to process how bad it could have been for him to pull out a Captain-tier technique like that.

Valtos noted to himself that he should notify Lord Licht to this once this is over as he couldn't see any Magic Knights coming closer.

"A Mana Zone?! Only my big sister could pull that off! Man, am I so glad that he is my rival!" Leopold said as Calor Leo wanted to help out his master in battling him one day.

"...so that explains why all of you aren't wearing your robes." commented Rades as he noticed all of them not wearing their robes, which calmed them down.

"Yeah, that bastard tore our robes… and I feel almost naked," said Zarick as he was the only one that was just in his underwear.

"I don't really mind it, never really cared about clothing to be honest." replied Sally as she was wearing in which most people would find… provocative to say the least.

"I am not complaining," said Shidan with a perverted look on his face as Mito walked over and hit him hard on his head. "OWW!"

"You deserve that." said pretty much everyone.

"Well anyways, I think it is enough time for chit cha- What is that burning?" asked Sally as she pointed to one of Rades' burning corpses.

"...Michael." Valtos answered.

"MICHAEL CAESAL IS BURNING!? NO! MY BABY NO!" yelled Sally as she ran over to Fluss and pointed towards the burning corpse, "TAKE IT OUT! TAKE IT OUT!"

"ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT, JEEZ!" Fluss then casted his Aqua Curtain on it as quickly washed out.

Sally then smacked Fluss out of the way as she grabbed Michael as if he was dying in front of her. She then checked his mana flow and sighed, "Oh thank goodness, you still work. Rest well… ALRIGHT, WHO HURT MY BABY!"

"That prick over there." said Rades as he pointed towards Leo and Calor Leo, the later still confused on what was even going on.

"Oh… I see." Sally stood up as she conjured some of her remaining mana into Mending Iguanas to cover Michael, "Then, I guess we are going to attack them!" Noelle, Asta and Leopold all got into their positions as their Grimoires were floating beside them.

"Yeah!" Mito said as his entire body was now covered into muscle fibers, using Full Body Layered to get ready for a fight. The rest of them got into positions.

Once George conjured his Tornado Needles to send at their directions, Noelle conjured her Sea Dragon's Lair on Fuegoleon's body so that it won't be damaged and Asta ran towards it as he spun around and knocked them back at it full force, only for it to be intercepted by Zarick's Reflection Snake.

Leopold grinned, "Oh so it reflects magic, huh?! Well let's see about this! Resounding Roar!" Calor Leo roared with the intercity of a wild beast, knocking a few of them off their guard with it then charging forward at Zarick, only for Mito to intercept the new summon with one of his Fiber Fists, sending him flying to a wall. "CALOR LEO!" yelled Leopold as Asta pushed him out of the way of an Aqua Javelin coming from Fluss.

"Since my magic is a better match up against yours, I will be your opponent!" yelled Fluss as with the help from George, they created their signature Typhoon Tridents on each of their hands, with Zarick being behind them. "Mito! You handle that massive lion, we will handle them!"

"That sounds fine with me!" yelled Mito as he then ducked under one of Calor Leo's Heat Souls and uppercuted the lion, creating a small shockwave. That only managed to briefly stop the new summon, as then it glared as then created a massive flaming sword from one of the heads and swung it hard onto the Muscle Mage, cutting his fibers with ease, only for his Restitch to come into play.

"HA! You can cut me all that you want," Mito then got hit by a massive ball of fire from the summon, as he felt his muscles sting and being burned, only for them to regenerate, "Burn me," Mito managed to miss a punch to the face, as the monster ducked and bit into his shoulder, stinging his fibers, "bite me, and the results will always be the same!" Mito grabbed its head and then threw him to the side, delivering a side step kick.

He ducked under one of the sword and moved one of the hands to the side so that it could miss a shot as he grabbed both of the hands and headbutted the summon, making it stammer for a moment right before getting gut punched. The eyes flared up on Calor Leo as it sucker punched to the face as he shot his Heat Soul directly towards him, burning most of his muscles in the process.

Mito, instead of being furious for the amount of damage that he was taking, grinned as he saw a being that could give him a good fight, "Oh this is fun!" yelled Mito as he gripped his hand and delivered a haymaker on the being's face, continuing the fight with the newly summoned beast.

Noelle rolled out of her way from Toike's Insect Swarm, trying to get some mana from her like he did against Yuno, only for Leopold to set them on fire with a single fireball. Said Royal was being pursuited by both George and Fluss with their combined Typhoon Tridents, not to mention their Tornado Needles and Aqua Javelin.

Noelle saw the three weapons being thrown at his way and casted her Sea Dragon's Lair on him, stopping all three of the attacks at once.

"Thanks for the assist!" yelled Leopold as he then flared up his entire body with heat, as he can finally use one of his strongest spells, Flare Blitz, covering his entire body with an orange fiery aura, charging at high speeds, dodging the three spells at once and casted his Leonis Finitor, creating an afterimage of a lion charging at them.

"Shit! Shit! Water Magic: Aqua Curtain!" yelled Fluss as he sent out a massive tidal wave towards the young Vermillion, however, once it hit contact, they saw that the sheer hotness of the Flare Blitz evaporated the water into mist with the boy laughing with pride.

"You have to do better than that!" yelled Leopold as he charged further, only to be intercepted by Zarick.

"AND I WILL!" yelled Zarick as he opened his Reflection Snake to then suck out the entire firepower of Leo's two spells together, sucking them off as Leo was no longer in his own state. Zarick grinned as he then slammed his Reflection Snake downwards, opening the mouth up as it then shot the combined effort of the two spells. "DODGE THIS!"

"AND HE WON'T!" yelled Asta, who was currently ducking under Shidan's new spell Plant Magic: Gatling Pellets as it took inspiration from Ivan's spell, Turret Seed, as it was shooting at him as well at the same time, as he then took out his massive broadsword and planted it into the ground, splitting the beam into two, targeting instead Abari and Zuta, which they couldn't have defended against.

"Thanks, Rival!" Leo thanked him.

"Anytime!" yelled Asta as he then readied his two swords as he saw Shidan, Ivan, George, Sally and Fluss all readying their long range spells, "Noelle!"

"Got it!" yelled Noelle as she shot several water bullets directed towards Toike, who was in hot pursuit of her, as she casted her Sea Dragon's Lair on Leopold far too late for the Eye Of The Midnight Sun to react to.

They all shot their bullets and projectiles at Asta, who grinned ear to ear, "Sit tight, buddy! Cause you don't want to be caught in the crossfire!" Leo nodded as he stood still as Asta, who was a few meters away from him, began to spin around like crazy, creating himself into a living tornado, and instead of dispelling all of them, he instead shot them towards different people, making it difficult for any of them to dodge.

All of them who were hit were now on their knees, trying to take a breath, but for Leo and Asta? They were just getting ready.

They turned to Mito using his palms to stop Calor Leo from using one of his spells and while he did succeed in that part, he was ultimately stabbed by the sword in his lower thigh. They knew that they can take them down as if Yuno can do it alone, they can do it as well. They grinned as Leopold jumped out of Noelle's spells with Asta readying his Demon-Slayer Sword.

"BATTER UP!" yelled Asta as he then swung Leo like a baseball, sending him flying towards Sally and Zarick.

"THIS IS TEAMWORK! FROM ME AND MY RIVAL!" yelled Leopold as he then his foot was then encased with fire, readying to strike them with a kick, "FLAME MAGIC: BLAZING UNIVERSE!"

Sally tried to cast her Sticky Salamander to stop this kid from going anywhere and so that Zarick could cast a new spell, that instead only slowed him down a tiny bit, "I heard from Sister Theresa that Gel can turn into liquid if it is connected with fire, so that is what I am going to do!" Leopold thought to himself as then his foot, no, his leg was burning with the sensation of a burning train.

It melted the salamander into liquid, as he then drop kicked Sally to the ground, as once he landed onto the ground, he casted his signature Spiral Flame, nearly burning Zarick.

Asta then charged fully towards George and Fluss, as while they were giving him a hard time with their combined weaponry, it wasn't enough to stop him as he continued to slash them all up until they were nothing more than specs of mana flying around as he then charged forward as he continued to slash.

Fluss and George tried to stop him from going any further, as one casted a massive tidal wave at his way and one tried to use the strong winds against him to push backwards, however Asta continued to grin like crazy, "YOU THINK THIS WILL STOP ME! I WON'T GIVE UP LIKE THIS!"

They then saw that his Demon-Dweller Sword began to glow yellow as he then sent out a yellow coloured slash at their way, "Anti-Magic: Stun Slash!" he yelled as it then went through both the tidal wave and the gale as it struck them both, making them unable to move for a few seconds, though those few seconds were all worth for the mage with no magic to run at both of them as he then struck them with intense might as Rades gawked at that.

Noelle stopped running as she pointed at Toike, who was close to her with his Mana-Sucker on him, as before he could make a hit on her, she casted one of her Sea Dragon's Lair, so he only struck the lair, sucking only a small portion of her mana as she then casted a massive mana bullet to his head.

He fell down as then she noticed that her hand was then taken aback by a whip, to which she turned around to see Shidan using his Frondal Whip, "You won't go anywhere now, girlie!"

Noelle simply throws her wand to a different hand as she then pointed her wand, "Begone! Insect! Sea Dragon's Roar!" yelled Noelle as she casted her massive water dragon to appear as it then flew towards Shidan, almost eating him alive as it towered over him.

While Rades gawked at the sight of all of this happening, Valtos narrowed his eyes, "These three… They say that beasts are at their deadliest when they are wounded. These three… are dangerous!"

Once Ivan stood up and was a good distance away from all of them, he eyed at Noelle with disdain, "You use Water Magic, right? And from your appearance," Noelle turned her head towards Ivan, "With your silver coloured hair and your attire, you are from the house of Silva. In that case, I will oppose your magic with my Magic! Tree Creation Magic: Magic Draining Roots!"

Several roots of a massive tree underneath began to grow, breaking the ground into pieces and burying a couple of Rades' zombies into the ground as they all surrounded Noelle's Sea Dragon's Lair, both near her and at the comatosed Magic Knight Captain, with his Grimoire being half destroyed, meaning he has only a few moments before he is dead.

"Now… to end you for good! Tree Magic: Turret Seeds!" yelled Ivan as from the roots that surrounded Noelle came out turrets that were filled with seeds to kill her on the spot.

Once they began to shoot, Noelle couldn't even open her Grimoire or dodge.

"Noelle! Look out!" yelled Asta as he charged forward with his Demon-Dweller and Slayer Swords in his hands as he got in front of Noelle and managed to block most of the bullets coming their way.

"Are you kid-"

Ivan was cut off as he then saw his Magic Draining Roots being burnt to a crisp as Leopold laughed like crazy. "You think that little garden of yours can stop the likes of us?! I burn that amount to keep my squad warm!" roared Leopold as he charged forward with Ivan trying his best to keep that man away from him, but nothing kept him down as his fist was covered with fire.

"STEP AWAY FROM MY COMRADES!" yelled Leopold as he punched Ivan with enough force to send him flying down to the ground.

"Nice job, man!" yelled Asta as he showed a thumbs up to his new rival.

"It is expected of a Royal, of course." said Noelle as she flipped her hair as they turned to last three guys that they have to fight: Rades, who was looking at them in shock the entire time, maybe trying to create a horde of zombies, Valtos, who was analysizing all of their moves, and Mito who was battling toe to toe with Calor Leo, and to their shock, was winning.

They saw that Mito was covered in burned muscle fibers around his entire body, sliced up parts of his fibers that were somehow still connected to his skin, they even saw blood coming out of his head with his eye being red. Compared to Calor Leo who was filled with bruises around its entire body. And despite how it looked like in terms of damage to their bodies, Mito was shown to be the one in control.

Leopold and Noelle did briefly remember a man that destroyed his master's dojo due to anger he was bottling up that all ended once, during a sparing match against one of his fellow student broke his arm on accident and all of it resulted into a man that became a Devil, destroying the remaining students and his master in one night. A man that had the rare Muscle Magic and was rumored when he is frustrated beyond all comprehension, all swelling of rage and aggression came out into a Berserk Devil.

Valtos saw how the man acted and with those types of injuries, it should be alarming and should send him to Master Licht as he was the only one that is able to calm him down, and yet, with the way he was acting, it was different from the usual rampaging, raging behemoth of a man that would go through hell and back to kill someone, this Mito Muay was a man that loved to fight the lion with all of the powers that he could muster, someone that wanted the thrill of a fight. "Interesting progress."

Mito ducked under several Heat Souls coming towards him from the hands as well as the massive blazing sword that came out of the hands, Mito elbowed both of the arms at the same time to make Calor Leo roar in anguish as it couldn't use them for a good while as it tried to shoot a ball of fire straight from his mouth, only for Mito to punch the monster in his jaw, making them realize what was about to happen.

With the force of fire coming out of the lion, and with a dead end that won't allow any more fire to come out, there was only one result that could happen.

Calor Leo exploded, creating a decently sized explosion.

"CALOR LEO!" Leopold roared out for his spell as he couldn't even get a second to think about him as from the dust Mito charged forward.

"HERE I COME!" yelled Mito as he reinforced his fist into a Fiber Fist with a maniacal grin.

Asta stepped forward as he planted his foot to the ground as he sent his shorter sword to his Grimoire. He gripped onto his broadsword, lifting the entire massive sword into the air and then slashed downwards into stopping him, but then Mito dodged it with a grin, shocking all of them.

Mito grabbed onto the broadsword with immense strength that he built up, got the sword out of his hands, the sword landing and knocking off rocks once it fell down. "Your attack was great. You would've hit me at the perfect moment, knocking me out, but you didn't. Do you know why?" asked Mito as he grabbed Asta's wrist.

"BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO SLOW!" Mito then thrusted Asta to the ground, screaming in pain once his body hit the floor, "You are out of my league!" he then thrusted him to the ground once more, this time with enough force to crack the ground, "Simple!" He then grabbed onto Asta's head, drowning Noelle's screams as he dragged him to the ground. "Very Simple!"

He picked up his head with ease as Rades enjoyed every moment of this with Valtos noticing something appearing behind Leopold.

"Understand?" Mito's voice breached to Asta, with his fading eye sight and conscious, "You can't win…" He threw him into the air, planting his feet to the pavement, focusing all of his energy into his fist and the punch to deliver the strongest punch he can muster, "WHEN YOU ARE DEAD!" Mito piledrived Asta to the ground, knocking the pavement, rocks and even the ground out of the earth.

Mito stood up to see the beaten Black Bull, defeated, bruised up, bones broken, breathing hitched. Mito knew that he wasn't dead, but he was the closest thing to a dead man.

"As… Asta.." Noelle covered her mouth out of fear as Leopold screamed in fury.

"HOW DARE YOU! YOU FIRST TARGET MY BROTHER AND THEN MY RIVAL!?" Leopold screamed at them, his fire burned with every moment of his life, even melting the very ground he stands on, "ALL OF YOU ARE DISGRACES TO THE CLOVER KINGDOM! ALL OF YOU DESERVE PUNISHMENT! JUSTICE! JUDGEMENT ON ALL OF YOU! FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE, WHAT I AM DOING TO ALL OF YOU IS MERCY! FLAME MAGI-"

He was cut off…

…by a sword stabbing him through the chest.

With the sole culprit being the ice corpse - Heath Graice.

"You… again?" Leo spat out blood from his mouth.

"Holy shit!" Rades whistled at what he saw, "You even survived being burned alive?! You don't deserve being Number 5, you deserve being Number 1!" Rades promoted Heath as he slid out his katana out of his chest.

Leopold fell down to the ground as Noelle ran up to him as right in front of her, two of her friends were down out of the fight.

"LEO! ASTA! WAKE UP!" Noelle screamed out of desperation as she ran towards Leo to use her Water Magic to stop the bleeding.

"Oh they won't wake up, missy." Rades mocked as several zombies stood up, "Maybe they will, maybe before I make them into my own corpses." Rades grinned evily, "But hey, maybe you can join them, your magic is on par with a Captain's, so why not?"

The zombies all surrounded her with Mito looking down at her, "Sorry, but he is right. The end is here. Your friends are almost dead, you can't do anything, but watch." said Mito as his body was being recovered.

"For once, I agree with them." said Valtos as he looked down at them, "There is no one to save you, and even if you had someone to save you, that won't happen."

Noelle looked at her wand and she knew that she can't use another Sea Dragon's Roar since she is low on mana for the current moment.

Noelle looked around herself and saw that no one is there to do anything.

Her mana is weakened.

She is surrounded.

Fuegoleon, Asta and Leopold are defeated.

And worst of all, she can tell that the rest are getting back up.

"Leopold…"

"Too late for calling for help." Rades mocked.

"Asta…"

"Even if you did… nobody will come." Rades laughed as Mito jumped towards her.

"ANYONE!"

"TOO LATE! YOU ARE DE-"

"Mercury Magic."

They all felt their blood drop dead once they heard that type of spell as a massive line of condensed gray liquid appeared above them with the edges being sharper than any weapon. "Silver Shining Regal Spear." from the palm of one who casted the spell, he performed a downwards slash, cutting through all of the muscle fibers in Mito's body and slicing through his own skin as the man stopped once it came close to Noelle. She looked up to see the man that casted the spell and it was him.

Nozel Silva, the Captain Of The Silver Eagles.

With the coldest eyes she has seen of him.

"The way you would perform such an act, you disgusting insect." Nozel said with enough venom that it would make his own poisonous mercury look like something safe to drink.

"Br- BROTHER?!" Noelle yelled as she saw her saver and not just him, but mages from The Silver Eagles, The Golden Dawn, Blue Rose Knights, The Green Praying Mantises and The Crimson Lion King.

All of them were flying at the Sekke's Flying Fleet.

Alecdora landed on one of the rooftops, "Did you really think that little distance would stop us?" asked Alecdora as Valtos looked at him in shock.

"How… how did you all come here so quickly?" asked Valtos in pure shock.

"Teamwork, idiot. We worked together to perfect our return as quickly as possible." said Alecdora as the rest of the Magic Knights all jumped down to meet with the rest of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun, "Though coordination does not come naturally to us, they were hiccups here and there, but in the end, it worked. If we would give it a name, I would call it a Super Combination Magic."

Hamon laughed, "Merging all of our talents was a novel idea, won't you say?" he asked as Siren nodded.

"I guess men aren't completely useless, right Char?" asked Sol as Charlotte sighed.

"I suppose so, but call me Captain." Charlotte said.

"Working with commoners put a sour taste in my mouth." said Solid as Nebra chuckled.

"We Silver Eagles aren't known for working together." commented Nebra.

"And yet, we will work together for the protection of the Clover Kingdom." said Nozel as he stepped forward.

Before Klaus could say something, he noticed three bodies on the ground, alongside Randall and Mimosa, "Is that… ASTA?! What happened to him!?" yelled Klaus as he ran towards Asta and grabbed him.

"Leopold!" Randall ran towards the young Vermillion as he covered his mouth seeing a small chest hole, "What happened?!"

"OH MY GOSH! CAPTAIN FUEGOLEON!" Mimosa ran towards the Crimson Lion King Captain, "His arm is missing and he is losing a lot of blood!" She then noticed the state of Asta and Leopold, "What happened to them!? They are in critical states!"

Noelle, who was taking a breath, answered, "Captain Fuegoleon was ambushed by a Spatial Mage and fought an opponent that took his arm off, Asta was took by surprise and was slammed to the ground several times, and Leopold was stabbed through the chest by that corpse." said Noelle as she pointed at Heath, who was casting Healing Hail on Mito's injured skeleton as Rades ran behind them.

En's irises were shrunken, "H-He was am-ambushed?" he spoke in disbelief.

"Such a fierce Captain was… taken away?" asked Rook as he couldn't even think of someone on par with his own captain nearly losing his life in a battle.

"Fuegoleon…" said Nozel as he gritted his teeth, swearing to himself that he will take down the man that is responsible for this.

"A formidable man taken… it hurts to see it." said Charlotte as she then readied her Piercing Hunting Spear, "for that, we will fight on!"

"That's right! We will fight on!" yelled Rook as he looked around for the rest of his squad, only to see En. He knew that Sekke wanted to be at the flying fleet due to the fact that he sadi he has a plan for it, but his Captain? What could it possibly be-

"Severing Magic!"

Rook facepalmed, "Why didn't I see this sooner?"

"Ripping Frenzy!" Jack The Ripper roared powerfully as he ascended down from Sekke's Flying Fleet with his Death Scythe both in his forearms ready, as once he landed on the ground, he ran around the arena, slashing through every single zombie in his line of sight, cutting them in half. While he was running he saw a few zombies coming out of the ground, as he then jumped upwards, turning himself into a ball of some sorts with blades sticking out as he sliced all of them alike a ball would.

Once he was done, he slammed his foot into the ground, "OH THIS IS FUN! KEH KEH KEH! YOU REALLY THOUGHT YOU WILL BLUE BALL ME JUST LIKE THAT!? HOW STUPID ARE YOU LOTS?!"

"Oh no… not him." said Shidan as he stood up.

"We can't catch a break, can we?" Zarick nearly cried seeing this.

"No… but we can go on with a fight!" Mito yelled with defiance, "We will fight!" Valtos was quiet as he was readying another one of his Dark Portals so that they could escape, but that will take a long time.

Before any of them could move to fight, Jack dashed in, "DIBS ON THE BIG GUY!" he yelled as he turned into a spinning ball of blades towards Mito, as the man had to quickly grab onto the spinning ball of blades only for the force to be so great that he was pushed backwards.

All of the Magic Knights that were present all were having their own battles. Charlotte readied her spear against Zuta's bombs, Sol's massive golem towered over Zarick, Nozel created several blades made out of mercury against Heath, Solid was smirking when Fluss created his javelin, Nebra had a wicked smirk as Toike created an insect swarm, Rook had small ashes around his feet as Ivan gulped near his presence, En was on top of a Mushroom with several well built mushrooms covered him with Shidan sweating crazy, Alecdora glared at Valtos, Hamon was staring down at Abari and Siren looked at George.

The only ones that weren't battling yet were Rades, who was ordering one of his remaining corpses to fight, Sally as she was scheming, and 3 Magic Knights.

Klaus and Randall were around Mimosa, protecting her from any upcoming attacks that might happen against her, as she was in her Princess-Healing Flower Robe healing Fuegoleon while Leopold and Asta were in the Dream Healing Flower Basket, as they were less injured than the Captain.

"By the words of the 4th Wizard King, Rose Dominique," Mimosa thought to herself from the words of the 4th Wizard King that was taught to every doctor and recovery mage for generations, even after her passing, "A medic should never give up on their patients until their last breath. A medic should always remain calm even under pressure! A medic should focus their patients, even if they need a miracle to save them! So with that, I have to save them all!"

Once the spinning ball of blades stopped moving and Jack was steady for a few seconds, Mito grinned as he grasped his entire body around Jack's, shocking the Green Praying Mantis Captain, "Hey dickwad, let go off me before I-"

Then, all of a sudden, all of Mito's muscles wrapped around the two opponents as it was reinforced with powered up fibers that weren't easy to slash through or get out of, "Oh, I don't think that would be easy, Captain, especially since my Muscle Binding Magic: Tending Body Mass traps my enemies into my muscles that suffocates them and breaks their bones apart."

"You piece of shit, let go of me- Wait, muscle?" asked Jack as he did remember something from his father that muscle fibers continue to heal themselves to get stronger. "So… if I cut your muscles, you would get stronger, right?" asked Jack.

Mito scoffed, "Of course, but that would be unlikely since my muscles are stronger than even most materials! Why do you ask?"

Jack darkly grinned, "Oh nothing… just, thank you…" Mito widened his eyes as he saw a Death Scythe coming out of his binding spell, "I never had someone I can cut down continuously…" a second Death Scythe came out of the binding spell as he then furiously and savagely began to cut down all of them, destroying the spell and even some of Mito's internal organs, only for them to instantly recharge, "ONLY FOR THEM TO STILL BE STANDING!"

"YOU PIECE OF SHIT!" Mito punched Jack straight at the jaw, only for him to quickly recover and moved aside and slashed him through his face. "AH! YOU BASTARD!"

"What?! Can't take what you dish out pussy?!" Jack ran up to him and kicked him straight at the face, knocking him out, "Are you one of those pathetic idiots that think that they are hot shit only for them to be actually shit at what they are doing?! You think that just because you can attack well for a loser that you can take an attack!? Well, here is an idea for you!"

His Death Scythes then grew larger and sharper, as he had a spell that combined the action of his X-Scissor and the spreading attack like his Lunatic Slash, to deal an insane amount of damage, "SEVERING MAGIC: CROSS SLASH!" Jack ran around Mito Muay as he sent out a flurry of quick and damaging slashes that were at a style of an X, making it harder for Mito to continue using his Restitch on himself.

For the other Magic Knights…

"Alright, buddy, since you are my opponent and we have taken others for our opponents, how about we make this quick and easy and you surrender?" asked Rook as his arms flaring for a moment as Ivan laughed.

"For the loyalty of my Master, I will never surrender to your Kingdom! Tree Magic: Forest of Hiding!" yelled Ivan as he created an insane sized forest that covered the entire district in a matter of seconds, which would be good for Valtos to be hidden from Alecdora, who casted his Sand-Armoured Heavy Guards at him.

Rook sighed, "And this is what I get for being nice. Oh well," several specs of fire appeared around the Vice Captain of the Green Praying Mantis as he stood there, being calm, "Magma Magic: Meteoric Grenades." Rook then snapped his fingers as then around the entire arena, several explosions made out pure magma, not only destroying the trees into splinters, but burning them as well, shocking Ivan, "What? You thought you could hide? Sorry, buddy," Rook then appeared right next to Ivan, "I don't play like that." he delivered a punch to the face.

En Ringard was staring at Shidan with a calculating look as the latter tried to escape, "Th-That won't be possible." said En as he commanded his Mr. Running Mushroom to run around him and due to how fast he stated it was, it quickly caught up to Shidan in a mere seconds.

"Just leave me alone, jerk!" yelled Shidan as he casted his Frondal Whip straight towards En.

To which Mr. Punching Mushroom caught with ease as Shidan gulped as he was pulled back with an intense pressure and the mushroom, living up to its name, punched Shidan to the stomach with enough force to make him fall down to the ground, almost remaining immobile.

George knew that he didn't have a way of getting out of here, especially since he was up against a Golden Dawn Magic Knight, the squad with the highest proficiency, so he had to make a move and quickly, as he casted one of his strongest spells, "Wind Magic: Pin Verdant Missile!" yelled George as he quickly shot a verdant coloured missile at Siren.

Siren narrowed his eyes, "I am afraid that won't be an issue. Stone Magic: Monolithic Tower." right at Siren's feet, a massive, 5 meter diameter, building size monolith came out of the ground that was made out the purest of rocks as it shined once it was created, with it not even budging once it was hit straight on. Then, Siren casted a spell as from the monolith, holes appeared.

And from them, spears came out of it as well, Stalactite Spears to be exact and once George saw them, he tried to run away, however that wasn't a possibility. Due to the reason that he created a bastion of the same size as the buildings behind him as George was forced on the offensive and used his Tornado Needles to combat the situation at hand until he could move out of the way.

Abari was having a difficult time. At the surface, Hamon's Glass Magic should not be an issue as he could have easily trapped him into one of his binding spells, and even if he couldn't, his magic was destructive enough for him to simply tear apart the magic without any complications in the matter. However, the mage was more crafty with his magic than he would have liked to admit.

At first he casted his Sarcophagus Square on him, only for him to appear behind him because there were several shards of glass around him as it was the effect of his Glass Magic: Panneaux de Verre as he kept appearing around the arena no matter how he tried to kill him, as he kept him brave bravado enough to make him mad.

The other part was that he was actively trying different methods at the same time to battle him. At first it was the same appearing due to how many glass panels there were, but then he sent out several panels of Glass to counter his Different Dimension Shootings, and then thanks to his Beau Reflet, he was managing to either burn the rest of his clothing that he had left, burn his skin or worse, burn his Grimoire into ashes.

"ONCE I AM DONE WITH YOU, I AM GOING TO SEND THE REST OF YOUR SQUADRONS TO THE GROUND!" roared Alecdora as to Valtos, he was an unexpectedly difficult opponent to deal with.

Valtos was jumping from Dark Portal to another, and yet, he hasn't left the eyes of Alecdora since as he kept on his fight on with his Sand-Armoured Heavy Guards and Sand-Armoured Knights were coming at him at disturbingly close calls, with him only losing a portion of his hair. Then he noticed that sand was coming around him to the point that it shouldn't be this much- He realized what he had done, "Sand Binding Magic: Sand Box!" a box made out of pressured sand which covered the entire body of Valtos.

Alecdora stood still as he then noticed a Dark Portal being opened, "You are not going to die?" he asked as Valtos came out of the portal with several specs of his magic.

"No as I have a duty that I must fulfill for my Master. So I can't die just yet. Spatial Magic: Myriad Black!" Valtos sent the bullets towards Alecdora.

Alecdora kicked one of the rooftop tiles which correctly hit and stopped the specs of black from going any further. "Then if that is the case," Valtos saw that Alecdora casted a mace made out of sand, "then you will fail your master!"

"How you are performing is disappointing, even for a man like you." Charlotte calmly said as she was using her spear, which wasn't even her preferred weapon to use, as more of a stick that has a pointy end as she was easily been able to parry most of if not all of Zuta's attacks as he was trying to bind her or she threw one of Zuta's bombs back at him.

Zuta gritted his teeth, "Oh come, spare me the details and the trash talk! I came out of a fight barely alive! So give me some slack!" yelled Zuta as he conjured a dart with vines around it as he threw it at her at full force, which she easily managed to dodge as she used the sides of her spear to attack his sides.

"I will not, a warrior shouldn't be screaming like a child in a battlefield." said Charlotte as from her spear she shot out several briars at his way as they successfully wrapped around his entire body as she pulled him back to deliver a kick to the jaw, sending him back as she didn't give him a few seconds to recover as she used her spear to attack the down man, as he had to quickly evade.

Sol cheekily laughed as she saw Zarick swinging his Reflection Snake around, "I am sorry, but is that really all that you would do against me?" asked Sol as Zarick glared at her.

"Yeah! And so what?! What are you going to do about it!?" yelled Zarick as then Sol commanded her golem.

Raging Mother Earth grabbed Reflection Snake and tore off its head from the body, taking the chain out of the head. The massive golem then threw at Zarick, who jumped to the side to avoid being hit. Sol crossed her arms with a smirk as her favourite spell charged forward.

"This corpse… fights how a human would." said Nozel as he used his Mercury Magic: Silver Blades to parry all of the attacks that Heath used with his Ice Ring in his hands, briefly reminding him of Yami's katana for a moment, before he created a small silver bullet to stop the Heavenly Ice Fang from going any further.

Heath stabbed the Silver Blades right through it as then it tried to cast an Ice Spell so that it would have been liquified and it could stop Nozel from going any further, but Nozel simply used more of his Mercury Magic to conjure Silver Spears stabbing the new number 1 corpse several times to the point it had to drop his blade. The corpse quickly got it back.

"[Ice Magic: Vacuum Ice Wall]." Heath casted a spell as from his katana came out a small blizzard right next to the Silver Eagles Captain in which he tried run around to confuse him and to strike him at any moment, but once he did perform that trick, Nozel created his Silver Shields and shot him dead on with a Silver Bullet.

"Your tactics are uncommonly brilliant in many regards, however, the execution of it all leads to less impressive results." said Nozel as he created several weapons in mercury, going from his blades, spears to even a shield. "I would put you down for good. Your swordsmanship won't compare that to my versatility." said Nozel as he continued the onslaught against the corpse.

"Oh come on, don't tell me that is all that you can perform." said Solid with a smirk as he casted his Sea Serpent's Slash towards his opponent, with Fluss casting his Aqua Curtain as it was simply not enough for the Sea Serpent to burst through the massive tidal wave and bite Fluss, making him yell in pain. "Your Water Magic is even more pathetic than my younger sister's. I hope you know that you simply aren't even at a commoner's level."

"Be quiet already!" Fluss flipped through his Grimoire as he found one of his favourite spells, "I will make you regret those words! Water Magic: Aqua Javelin!" He then casted a water javelin at his side as he then threw the javelin at him.

"Oh no, whatever shall I do? Oh wait…" a second sea serpent appeared around Solid as it then opened its mouth to eat the water javelin, much to Fluss' horror, as then the mouth of the sea serpent was opened to the size of an actual adult with the insides growing wider and wider each second, "How about I do this?! Water Magic: Sea Serpent's Hydro Shot!" Solid then shot out a massive ball of water with the strength of a cannon ball at Fluss.

Toike ran around as his entire field of vision was obscured as he had to dodge around the monsters from Nebra's Ghostly Illusions, which was was getting difficult for him since that woman casted one of her favourite spells, Mist Magic: Bewildering Forest of Mist, that made the entire arena of his filled to the brim of mist.

"You can run, you filthy criminal," said Nebra as she then casted another one of her spells, which was her Mist Magic: Solid Mist Clones, of which they then began to shot several Magic Bullets towards him at high speeds as they continued to surround him, as well as the monsters of mist, "But you can't hide! Mist Binding Magic: Mist Spider's Thread!"

"Oh hell no!" yelled Toike as he rolled out of the way from Nebra's threads, dodging an attack from one of the monsters from one of her illusions and ducking under one of the bullets. "I hate this day!"

Rades, who was surprisingly the only one that wasn't fighting anyone, looked around, leaning on a wall, arms crossed as his Michael floated towards his Grimoire. "Huh… they are getting their asses kicked to the ground. I mean… this is not a fair fight." he admitted. He tried to look for an opponent, but the only one that was fighting, healing, protecting or almost dead, was Noelle, who was being protected by Klaus and Randall as she got in a Dream Healing Flower Basket.

"Wait, where is Sal-"

To answer his question, Sally laughed, "HAHAHA! This is incredible, all the new types of magic, all the interesting combinations! All of the incredible movepools and the way they used, it is incredible and I will dissect all of them!" a humongous, blue gel coated axolotl appeared in the central district, almost covering the entire arena as the only thing that was above it was the Sekke's Flying Fleet, "Meet my most durable spell! Gel Magic: Amazing Axolotl! Nothing you do will penetrate or destroy it! Try as you-"

Then from the flying fleet itself, a bronze coloured cannon ball was shot from above and hit the ground, creating a decently sized explosion that managed to blow off 60% of the axolotl's body.

"You've got to be kidding me." Sally said as she saw several more bombs of the same nature coming down.

Jack, who stopped using his Cross Slash, allowing Mito to regenerate, looked up to see the bombs and smirked, "Heh… looks like proved to be useful for a bit."

"HAVE ALL OF YOU FORGOTTEN ABOUT ME!? WELL I WILL SHOW YOU WHO THE REAL HERO IS! BAH-HA!" Sekke yelled as he continuously shot several of his Sekke Cannon Balls towards the cannons of the Sekke's Flying Fleet, raining bombardment down towards his enemies, creating several explosions after another with Sekke laughing like a maniac.

Valtos saw the immense firepower from Sekke of all people and decided to do the right thing. "Oh fuck this. We are leaving," a massive Dark Portal appeared around the ground, taking all of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun members, and one below in one of Mimosa's spells, shocking the ones that were around her.

"Wait a minute!" Klaus yelled as he instantly noticed who was taken.

"Don't tell me." Randall said as he didn't see Leopold, Fuegoleon nor Noelle being taken.

Mimosa couldn't let her attention go away from Fuegoleon as she still had to heal him since he was on the verge of dying.

Noelle turned to see the one being taken. "ASTA!"

In Valtos' hands was Asta of the Black Bulls, slowly opening his eyes as he looked around shocked to see the rest of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun, "This was an eventful moment for everyone involved. Everyone," the Magic Knights all turned to Valtos' voice as they saw their opponents being sunk into his portals. "Remember the name of whom took the life of a Magic Knight Captain, the group that took several lives, the ones that you will soon fear… The Eye Of The Midnight Sun."

Valtos then sunk into his own Dark Portal, with a struggling Asta in his grasp.

"Goodbye."

"ASTA!" yelled Noelle, but she was too slow.

They left.

The Magic Knights, despite having the advantage throughout the end of the battle, knew that they have lost too much for this victory to matter.

In a way, this was a Pyrrhic Victory.

With The Eye Of The Midnight Sun

The Eye Of The Midnight Sun all appeared in one of their bases that was surprisingly well designed. There were stone pillars supporting the roof tops as the tops looked that of an actual castle. The sides were made sure to look like a castle's windows as the entrance was big enough for anyone to go in and led down to the basement.

Their joys of escape was not heard once they landed on the ground though, as all that they would hear were heavy panting.

"I am never…" Toike landed on his feet as he took several deep breaths. "doing that shit… ever again!"

"Amen." said Shidan, who was trying his best not to throw up.

"Couldn't have said it better." said Zarick as he had to relocate Zuta's shoulders.

"Damn Captain…" he muttered.

"Man… today sucked balls!" everyone turned to Rades as his loud voice pierced through their ear drums, "Not only did I lose 4 of my 6 favourite corpses that I loved to use to some assholes, I had to get ridiculed by a dumb as bricks Captains and then I got punched on the face by a loud ass hell shortie!" he said as those who experienced true hell on Earth glared at the necromancer.

"Rades… shut the hell up before I beat the shit out of you." said Mito as everyone else agreed with him.

"Yeah, shut up, dick!"

"Quiet down for once!"

"I will smack you if you yell once more."

"WADYA SAY TO M-" Mito slapped Rades across the face, which was enough for him to quiet down.

"Thank you." said everyone.

"You're welcome." said Mito as he stretched his muscles as they continued to walk, "You know, I am going to be honest with all of you. Despite having my muscles being burned on several occassions by a living fire breathing lion on legs and I had to get cut several times by a sociopathic sadistic Captain that is more violent than us, I gotta say… I still perfer that over the devil in human clothing that is Yuno."

They turned to each other as they began to agree what Mito said, "True, true, at least I knew that I won't die brutally against the other Magic Knights." agreed Abari.

"We were at least given time to breathe." replied George with Fluss and Ivan nodding with the man.

"Not to mention, they were more merciful than that demon." said Fluss with Ivan turning to him.

"Wild animals are more merciful than him." Ivan told his friend, which they agreed to.

Asta, not going to ask what the ever lasting fuck did his rival do to these people, tried to sneakily get away from these criminals, but instead, he got lifted upwards by a ball of gel. "Oh shoot!"

"Oh no, no, no, no, you aren't going anywhere!" said Sally as she instantly saw what he was trying to do.

"You caught him before I could cast another one of my spells? Well done on the reflexes." Valtos complimented his subordinate.

"Thank you." said Sally as Mito turned to him.

"Uh… why is he here? He isn't a member of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun." Mito pointed out as the rest turned to them.

"Oh that is simple to answer." they turned to Valtos, "Once I heard from Fluss that after Heath was defeated by a mage with no magic, I informed Master Licht of the news and he hypothesized that he might have created swords that negate magic in itself. He gave me an order that should I see him, I should capture him." Valtos explained his motive which while simple, made sense.

"Gotcha, gotcha. Well, for a second I thought we would have to kill the poor bastard since he isn't a member." said Mito which Asta shrunk his eyes out of fear while Sally reacted in an offended way.

"No! You can't do that! I haven't even dissected him first!" Sally fought back as she turned to Valtos, "Wait… can I?"

"If Master Licht has no other uses out of him, then I would see no reason for you to not continue dissecting him." said Valtos as Sally grinned ear to ear.

"REALLY!? Oh yes! Thank you! I always wanted to see someone without magic, I mean there were mages without an Attribute like the 4th Wizard King, but to see someone without a drop of mana?! Now that is Special!" Sally continued to ramble on as they walked towards their base, "Y'know, Anti-Magic is completely different compared to those Magic that can weaken someone, this is on a whole 'nother level!"

"Yeah, he isn't too shabby for a little runt." said Rades as he eyed the scientist, "Oi, if you are done disecting your new boy toy, can I use his body as a member of my new army?" some turned to him the way he said that.

"Sure! We can even see if he would work well with Heath!" Sally began to giggle like a mad woman possessed as Asta looked at her to see what she really meant by that.

"Dissect me? The heck does she mean with those words? Would this be safe?" He thought to himself as he turned towards Sally, but then he saw the insane look in her eyes.

"Oh, what is it? Do you want me to investigate every last inch of you and your Grimoire? Running all sorts of experiments on you, right?! You want to be useful to my research, right?!" Sally's eyes then began to shake like mad, almost estatic to see the sheer scope of possibly her magnum opus. "I promise that I will make every cell count, nothing would go to waste, that is a promise I can keep! Doesn't that sound like fun?! RIGHT?!"

"OH HELL NO! SHE IS COMPLETELY INSANE!" Asta thought to himself.

The group then continued their walk near an ancient tablet that they have been keeping for several years now.

"Hello there." said a strong voice. A mixture of respect, calmness, fury and power.

Everyone froze once they saw him.

The strongest mage in the entire Kingdom.

The only known Time Magic user in the history of their planet.

The 28th Wizard King.

Julius Novachrono.

"You've kept me waiting." said Julius with a hint of aggression in his voice masked by a cheery tone.

"Is that… THE FUCKING WIZARD KING!?" yelled Rades in fear as he stepped back by a few feet.

"We can't catch a break can we!?" yelled Fluss in anger.

"What are you doing here?!" yelled Mito as he pointed towards Julius.

"I was just walking around as I stumbled on here." said Julius as he looked at everyone here and spotted a Magic Knight, "I see you enjoyed your visit to the Capital and took a souvenir?"

"OH SHUT IT!" yelled Mito as he wrapped his entire body with his musclour body type, showing off his physicality that almost no human could bare to match. He activated his Full Body Layered. Mito then charged forward towards Julius with the intent to kill and with the power of a meteorite.

Julius stood tall as he didn't move a single muscle in his entire body. Once Mito came to him, only a few centimeter distance between his fist and his head, they then saw the difference between the two. Mito's entire muscular body was rendered moot, as his muscle fibers disappeared into the air and the rest of his muscular body was rendered useless as they saw his body being flesh and bones.

Mito fell onto the ground and Julius didn't move a finger.

Ivan and Sally casted their strongest spells, as several trees began to grow around the Wizard King to try and suck out the mana that resides in his body as Sally shot several turrets of gel at him, as they were coated in poison that would numb all senses of the human body.

Julius smirked, "That's good coordination, I would give you that," Ivan then dropped his jaw as then all of the trees that he gathered in a span of a few seconds all began to rapidly age until the insides were weak enough to fall down and Sally was shocked as the bullets were then repeated back towards heras if he used his magic to reverse the motion of the bullets coming at him.

"Damn you!" yelled Toike as he equipped his Mana-Sucker in his palm while Zarick charged forward with him.

"You will pay for that!" yelled Zarick as Julius kept his composure as the two terrorists charged forward at him.

Only for him to appear right beside the two as they were taken aback at how quickly he appeared in front of them. They couldn't say a word after he teleported because he finally revealed his hands and shot two Mana Bullets straight at Toike and Zarick, and much to everyone's horror, they began to rapidly age until they were old men as then a second later they were turned to dust.

"TOIKE! ZARICK!" yelled Zuta in fury at what happened to his comrades.

The rest were either recovering from their injuries or they were at shock at the Wizard King's power and how easily he defeated them.

"Sorry about that. With your numbers, it would have been difficult for me to restrain all of you so killing a few of your friends was easier." Julius said honestly with a smile still on his face.

Abari was shaking out of fury as he looked at the Wizard King in fury. "How could you kill them!?"

"My apologizes, I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to do that," Julius faux apologized to him as he looked at him in the eyes, a smile still on his face, "But there is something that I can't wrap my mind about. You can't possibly have gone to kill… without being prepared to be killed, right?"

Valtos then began to sweat bullets as he can't even imagine damaging him, let alone killing him, "This is the power of the Wizard King?! It surpasses even that of Lord Licht's power! This is bad, I have my magic drained throughout the day so that I can't use my magic to escape him! There is only one way we can survive, however, it will be impossible to pull off!"

"Now, like I said, it will be harder for me to restrain all of you right here and right now, so how about I propose a deal with all of you?" asked Julius as he lended both of his hands towards them, "The first one that surrenders right now will be spared. So what do you say? It is a first come, first serve type of deal. Don't be shy with that request."

Rades growled, "LIKE HELL WE WOULD! DON'T UNDERESTIMATE US!"

"That's right! We won't betray Lord Licht!" yelled George as he began to cast his Tornado Needles, with Sally conjuring her Artillery Octopus, Abari sending several of his Different Dimension Shootings, Zuta throwing his signatures Thorn Bombs, Shidan and Ivan used their Gatling Pellets and Turret Seeds at Julius with Rades and Valtos pitching with their Mana Bullets that all targeted one man in particular.

Though to their collective horrors, their combined efforts weren't doing anything.

In fact, they weren't even connecting.

Julius was rapidly appearing to different places at once it almost seems that he was teleporting from one place to another in milliseconds, not feeling that any one spell connected to his body as they could briefly see him for a few milliseconds before right disappearing in the cave. They doubt that if they fired in every direction imaginable that it would connect.

"This speed!" Valtos gasped as he saw all of those attacks miss while Julius smiling like this wasn't even a challenge for him.

"COME ON! JUST GET HIT ALREADY!" Rades roared.

"Get hit already? Now, isn't that strange?" all of the mages then turned their heads to see Julius standing proud, not even a sweat on his forehead, "Why would I allow myself to get by you? It wouldn't be interesting if I allowed myself to be a punching bag, now would it?" Julius spoke with enough casualty in his voice that it could be interpreted that this wasn't even a fight for him.

"How did you-"

"My magic allowed me to perform all of these tasks." Julius answered simply. "Now, it is a shame that none of you accepted my deal. It could've been easier on me for restraining all of you, but I think I might have overestimated all of you. Oh well." The Wizard King shrugged his shoulders, "Let's see if I can pull this off. Time Binding Magic: Chrono Stasis!" yelled Julius.

Around every member of The Eye Of The Midnight Sun they were covered in massive balls of light blue light. Around the orbs was a dark blue ring as on them were the Clover Numerals. What was terrifying about the spell were the prisoners inside of Chrono Stasis as it appears that they aren't moving, or more specifically, they were trapped in time itself.

Asta was the only one not targeted by the spell, as he was now free of Sally's gel.

"I… I can't move!" Mito yelled in his thoughts, "What the hell is this?!"

"Oh. That was easier than I expected. Guess I underestimated myself or I may have overestimated you. Maybe both." said Julius as he began walking towards the down Black Bull, "Hope you enjoyed your experience getting to battle the Wizard King as you will be stuck like that for a while, so get comfortable everyone."

Julius saw Asta slowly standing up, "Oh, Asta! I didn't see you there, we keep bumping into each other, isn't that weird?"

"Uh, yeah." said Asta as he looked around everyone that were trapped in the Chrono Stasises, "This many powerful mages in one room, and he managed to catch them all. It… it shouldn't be possible, but he pulled it off! This is… This is…"

Julius walked towards him as he handed his hand towards the magicless boy with a warm smile on his face.

"The power of the Wizard King!"

"Ama… Amazing."

"You want to be the Wizard King, right? I have heard that both you and Yuno want to be from Yami and William, so I would suggest learning everything that you saw here." said Julius as he continued to stare at the young lad, "This was the smallest example of what you have to surpass."

"Right." Asta said as he tried to stand up, even though he was shaking from every part of his body, but couldn't even move.

"Can you stand? Do you need help?" asked Julius.

"NO! Even after I saw his power, even though I can't stop shaking, I can't show weakness towards him!" he slammed his hand onto the ground, "YOU IDIOT! STAND UP!" Asta managed to lift one foot upwards as he was kneeled over, "YOU CAN'T LOSE HERE!" he yelled inside of himself as he placed his hands to the ground, helping him stand up to the ground, which resulted in him breathing in and out. "I… did it…"

"I guess… you didn't need my help?" said Julius both confused and happy to see his determination, "You didn't really need to do that."

"No… I didn't…" he said as he breathed in and out.

"Alright then," said Julius as he then turned around to the rest of the frozen Magic Knights, "Now, I would hate to admit this, but you folks have interesting magic. Soul Corpse, Gel, Muscle are all new types of magic that I haven't seen in a while, and even the old magic of Water, Wind, Vine and Spatial were greatly used, I will give you guys that." Julius praised them for that and that alone.

"However, I do have an important question for all of you to answer." said Julius as he then walked towards the massive tablet that was his height and pointed at them, "This tablet, and these jewels, what are they for? The patterns are nothing of that of Spirit nor that of this young man's writing. I can't read them no matter how much I try, nor I have seen these patterns."

None answered, even though they all were staring at the Wizard King.

"Oh right, you can't do anything when you are trapped in my Chrono Stasis, my bad." said Julius as he breathed in and out, "Still, you will talk about your experiences of this so-called Eye Of The Midnight Sun, more about your plans, why did you attack the Capital and about your leader since none of you are strong enough to lead this cult. We will take a long walk towards the Clover Kingdom."

While most of them were internally screaming for their lives on how they are going to be treated, or judged by Damnatio Kira, or worse…

Julius looked at all of them with Asta trying to catch his breath.

Until…

Julius sensed a tiny drop of mana.

"Something's coming." Julius warned with narrowed eyes, "Get ready."

From the tablet shined an immense bright light that obscured everyone's vision, even those who were trapped in time itself, a light so bright that anyone could see outside of the castle as Asta had to cover his eyes with Julius being the only one to not cover his eyes.

"What… the hell… is this… LIGHT?!" yelled Asta as Julius felt an immense mana as the bright light grew stronger and brighter, as if he was looking into the Sun.

"This glow… this mana… this presence…" Julius wondered at the source of the mana as he remembered mage in the Grey Deer, the previous name of the Aqua Deers, "It is like Morgen's Light Magic, but more refined! This is that of a powerful mage."

From the light came out a presence, a figure.

A bright luminous figure came out of the light, floating towards them as he landed onto the tablet.

His gold eyes shining brighter than his own light, piercing through everyone as the Eye Of The Midnight Sun felt at ease at his presence.

"Where… Is… This… Light… COMING FROM?!" yelled Asta as he thought he was going to be blind after being at contact with this figure.

Julius kept staring at the figure with narrowed eyes as did the figure back at him.

They were then covered by the mage of light.

With the light shining through all of the limitations that should be possible.

As it covered all of the castle until…

…the light subdued.

Allowing Asta to blink repeatedly as he looked around. "Huh?... is it gone?"

"It is, don't worry," said Julius with a hint of disappointment in his voice, "And it seems that it took his pals with them." said Julius as they looked around to see no one in their line of vision, "It seems as though the mage uses Light Magic, how interesting…" he then noticed a look of confusion from the Black Bull, "Interesting and formidable."

"Can a mage really have that type of magic? Because that is so busted!" yelled Asta as Julius nodded.

"Of course one can have that type. I mean, if I can have Time Magic, a house of nobles having the ability to warp space, then I see no reason why one shouldn't wield Light Magic." said Julius as he then smiled, remembering one mage that could've been a Magic Knight Captain if… his untimely demise and tragedy happened. "In fact, I knew a mage that wielded Light Magic."

"Really?" asked Asta, curious.

"Of course. His name was Morg-"

"JULIUS!" both of them were taken aback as a spatial portal appeared between the two, "FINALLY WE GOT THROUGH!"

"Oh Marx! Sorry about that." Julius apologized about what happened, "I have been busy for a moment, so I had to cancel out any communication magic."

"Never mind that… you are needed for the medical ward." said Marx as Julius looked at him and nodded.

"Right… I understand." said Julius as then a Portable Door appeared beside them. "Let's go, Asta."

Asta looked at him and nodded, "Right." they then both walked through Cob's most useful spell.

At The Capital

After the Eye Of The Midnight Sun escaped from their grasps, the Magic Knights didn't stop to rest with the only exception to that rule was Noelle, whom was distraught after one of her friends being kidnapped.

They were all split up into groups to fulfill their role.

The Green Praying Mantises all searched around the Capital to find if they are any members of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun that weren't with them when they escaped so that they could be interrogated.

Rook was floating around the air with his Lava Platform with narrowed eyes of a skilled Magic Knight, En was on top of his Mr. Running Mushroom as they ran around the capital, Sekke was riding his Sekke's Shooting Star at high speeds and Jack outdid all of them by simply running at high speeds due to the fact that out of all the Magic Knight Captains, Jack was the fastest in combat and on foot.

The Blue Rose Knights, alongside Randall who volunteered to go with them due to their lack of numbers, looked around to the Capital to clear out the collateral damages so it could be repaired in a faster rate and possibly save some that were buried, including clearing out the zombies from the necromancer. They didn't see much to their shock, but at the Central District they saw that the ground was destroyed, with tattered clothes, robes, some spills of blood and even shards of magic.

The Silver Eagles were on their Eagle spells so that they could repair the communication devices and strengthen the magic barrier around the Capital, as Solid went to the west on his Sea Serpent's Eagle, Nebra went to the east with her Vapour Eagle and Nozel went to the north with his Silver Soaring Eagle.

The Golden Dawn went around the Capital to heal anyone that was injured during the riot or even after they were transferred away from the Capital as Mimosa taught all of them basic First Aid to deal with injuries with Alecdora, surprisingly, having the easiest time as he pressed his sand around the injuries to wrap around the bandages. He doubts he could learn Recovery Spells, but this was an interesting way of using his magic. Not to mention, the Black Bull's anti-bird Nero flew towards Klaus, tried to sit on his head, but found it uncomfortable.

After they were mostly done, they were located at the Capital's Resting Center where most of the Capital Mages that were experienced in Recovery Magic to heal the injured.

The Golden Dawn were the first to make it, with Noelle sitting on one of the sets, looking better than previously.

They didn't say a word due to how Noelle looked, so they decided to wait the others, with Klaus walking around the entire area, unable to even sit down.

They then heard chunks of the earth walking towards them and they saw Sol, Charlotte and Randall, with Raging Mother Earth holding all of the rubble and zombies that were littered out. "Hi," said Sol, a bit tired due to how much mana it takes for her to contain her signature spells.

"We have cleared out most of the collateral damage throughout all of the districts and including the streets," informed Charlotte as she continued walking with Randall continuing for her.

"That's not all, we have managed to clear out most of, if not all of the zombies that were involved in the riot… including identifying the deceased's next of kin." said Randall in a bitter tone, unable to comprehend the loss of a lot of people in one day. He tried to shake it off, "How about you?"

Alecdora pitched in since even he knew that most of them couldn't handle the situation, "We were able to find the injured and we managed to heal most of their injuries before the Capital Mages found us and located those who were gravely injured compared to the rest."

"I see, good to hear." said Charlotte as Randall briefly looked at the building with saddened eyes.

"Eh, at least they are able to walk." said Jack The Ripper as they turned to see his squad carrying two bodies with them. "If they are breathing, it shouldn't be so difficult to move on."

"It seems as you are uncaring as ever." said Charlotte harshly towards Jack.

"Yeah, yeah, piss off as well." said Jack as they saw that he was carrying a rather old looking woman, as she appeared to be in her mid 50-ies with gray hair, "By the way, I found this old hag when I searched through the city with a destroyed looking castle wall, so I picked her up and found the rest of my squad."

"And I found one more member as well," said Rook as he was robe-less and they saw that the body was that of a middle aged man, most likely in his 40-ies, "I found one in a rather destroyed street, with a damaged front, and I am just going to say it, I think it is a miracle that he is even alive. It was so gruesome that I had to cover it with my robe."

"How bad was it?" asked Siren, admittedly curious about his status.

Rook almost threw up just thinking about it, "Trust me, you don't want to see it. I almost threw up when I saw it, but I held it together." He shook his head violently as he looked at them, "I did hear from the citizens and bystanders that it was from an aftermath of a Golden Dawn Magic Knight," Klaus, Mimosa and Noelle's ears perked up hearing that, "but seeing as though all of you are here, I would think it was… Juno? Is that his name?"

Faster than what Rook ever experienced, Klaus ran towards him, almost knocking out Howard's unconscious body from his hands, "Yuno?! He fought him in one district!? Did you ask where he went?! Tell me! Where is he?!"

"I don't know, man, I am sorry." said Rook as Klaus dropped his head and started pulling his head, "I forgot to ask about that, sorry."

Klaus moved his hands from his hair to his face, "It is fine, I'm sorry for overacting." said Klaus as he then began to move around the district once more.

Noelle then thought about how everyone there reacted once Asta mentioned Yuno's name to them and how they looked like they went through a decade long war in a span of a few minutes, and since there were 10 of them, and 2 bodies were found that weren't from that group…

"Did he fight 12 mages at once?" asked Noelle which caught the attention of everyone there, as they couldn't comprehend such an insane idea that someone as him could achieve a feat as impressive as that.

"I am… starting to regret insulting that runt in my exams." Sekke commented as he almost thought about using his Bronze Curse Magic: Sekke's Poison Lizard for making him lose the Entrance Exam.

Alecdora gritted his teeth as then promised himself that he would surpass that man as if he was able to fight them on his own, then he would surpass that one day.

One day, he will beat him.

"Status report," said Nozel as he, along with his siblings Solid and Nebra, arrived at near the building, "We've strengthen the Magic Barrier around the Capital and repaired most of the Communication Devices. All of this should be cleared."

"Good, as long as the defenses are up, we shouldn't worry as much as before." said Charlotte which the rest did take some breathers hearing that.

Mimosa was still in distraught seeing her two cousins at almost death's door when she got there and after they were taken care by the Capital Mages and brought there, it wasn't unreasonable for her to be upset at the current predicaments.

Klaus was…

Circling around the district.

"Where are they? Where are they? Where are they? Are they hurt? Are they torturing them? Are they hurting them? Are they going to kill him? Are they going to use them as hostages? Will they have an arm left? Will they have a body left? Please tell me they are going to be fine, oh dear gosh." Klaus panicked as he walked around the entire district with them looking him in confusion or concern.

"What is that moron doing?" asked Solid.

"Why do you care so much about them?" asked Jack, "What are you, their mom?"

The Common Answer to the Golden Dawn members, including Noelle, was:

Yes.

Then they all felt it.

A large influx of magic.

Suddenly a door appeared beside them.

And from it, came out two figures.

Julius Novachrono and Asta.

"Hello, everyone." said Julius as almost everyone bowed seeing him

"ASTA?!" yelled Noelle in shock and in happiness.

"You are okay?!" said Mimosa in shock as Klaus nearly jumped towards them.

"Are you safe?!"

"I am fine… a bit wonky, but fine." said Asta as he wobbled for a few seconds before giving a thumbs up.

"Hmmph, good, it is not like I was worried or anything." said Noelle, and in her head, she said, "Thank goodness!"

Then, when she thought she could give him some help because he looked extremely tired…

"MOVE, WOMAN!" said Klaus as he ran forward, pushing Noelle away, and towards his chil- friend.

"ARE YOU ALRIGHT?! WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO YOU!? HAVE THEY HURT YOU!? DO YOU NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO?! ARE YOU ALRIGHT!? IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU NEED, JUST TELL ME AND I WILL PROVIDE IT FOR YOU!" yelled Klaus as he looked around Asta's entire body to see if there were any more injuries.

"I am fine…. uh…" Asta gulped, not knowing how to respond to this, "Thanks for worrying about me…. I guess?"

Klaus then hugged Asta nearly suffocating him, "You… you came back after they took you? I am so glad that you returned! You worried me sick!"

"...Okay, so he is their mom." said Jack.

Everyone silently agreed with that.

"I… AM… FINE!" yelled Asta as he pushed off Klaus, whose hug was stronger than anything he has been hit by, as the Steel Mage cried tears of joy with Mimosa patting his back, as then he saw Nero flying towards him, "Oh, hey Nero! I almost forgot you were there! So, how was the little gir- AAHHH!"

Asta was then pecked relentlessly by Nero as he began to run around as the anti-bird continued to peck him out.

Everyone sweatdropped at that.

"Status report, everyone." said Julius, trying to get the attention back despite the rather childish predicament. With the three Captains looking at the Wizard King.

Charlotte sighed, "I will start. After you left the Capital for undisclosed reasons, we heard about the news about the Capital being under attack by undead beings that were classified as zombies, breaching through our defenses and the Barrier Magic that would have detected intruders. We divided our numbers to deal with the zombies in all of the districts. In the North District, the one that was the cause of this mass riot was a former Purple Orca Magic Knight by the name of Rades Spirito." explained Charlotte, seeing as that Noelle explained everything that transpired when they were away.

"Rades?" Julius raised a brow as he remembered dealing with him a few moments ago. "The Soul Corpse user, yes?"

"That's the one, yup." said Jack as he scratched his head in a dismissive tone, "That one rumoured loser with a one page Grimoire that was kicked out because he was a monstrous psychopath." They all turned to him, with the exception of the Wizard King, "Piss off."

Julius nodded as Charlotte continued, "We didn't get this information, willingly, as when we thought we were finished with the zombie outbreak, we let our guards down and we were sucked in by a Spatial Magic user," she gritted her teeth, "Making though that almost all of us couldn't intervene with their assault on not the Capital, but rather their target."

"The target was none other Fuegoleon," said Nozel with his voice filled with enough venom to murder a man, "Not only that, but his arm was missing and his pendant around his neck was gone. If it weren't for the the instance of all of us working together to accomplish getting here as quickly as possible, the damages would have been done even worse." said Nozel as Julius, even though he was devastated losing someone as formidable and respectable as Fuegoleon, kept a stoic expression on his face.

"What about his status? Is he alive?" asked Julius as they all had looks that would concern anyone.

"Hardly. His Grimoire is still intact, meaning that he is alive, but with the damages to his body and how it may appear, it is unlikely he would wake up soon." explained Charlotte.

"And what about the casualties?" asked Julius with Nozel narrowing his eyes.

"241 people lost their lives, 510 people were gravely injured, but were able to walk, some claimed that they were aged until they were old, though it only lasted for a moment as they were returned back to their normal ages, out of the Magic Knights, 1 Captain is in a coma, 1 isn't specified and the other is in the same room as his brother," explained Nozel.

"I see." Julius sighed, "Were you able to identify those who have passed on?"

"We did," Randall answered as he pulled out a list from his pocket and gave it to the Wizard King.

"Much appreciated." Julius thanked the Crimson Lion King Vice Captain as he frowned looking at the list of names, some were even the names of a few nobles. "And those who have attacked the Capital?"

"We got two suspects, this old hag," Jack said as he threw Catherine's defeated body as Julius used his Chrono Stasis to put her in a trapped state, as the Captain pointed at his Vice Captain, "And an old brutally beaten up man."

"Got it." said Julius as he walked towards Rook as even he cringed upon seeing the body, wondering how he was even alive. "Allow me to take him in. Time Recovery Magic: Protótypo Entypo." Howard's body was entrapped by a time bubble akin to his partner, though the state of his body returned to its original look, taking many by the surprise of it being of the banished Agrippa.

Julius took the bloodied rope from Howard's side and gave it to Rook, "It seems as though you are missing this."

Rook took it, "Thank you." he said, even though it slightly disgusted him.

Julius took a deep breath, "It seems as though all of this went out of control once I left the Capital, my deepest apologizes."

"No, it was due to our inexperience that this happened." Said Charlotte, gritting her teeth, "Wizard King, we-"

"Don't trouble yourselves," said Julius, a small smile on his lips, "If it weren't for you showing up and defending the kingdom, the casualties could've been higher than right now. Please, don't blame yourselves for what happened."

They were silent as they looked away, knowing that while he was right, it didn't rub out the salt out of the wound.

Julius then began to think to himself, "All of this death and destruction, all to get Fuegoleon's pendant. If Kenneth weren't on a mission right now, he could've minimize all of this, but I shouldn't think of 'What ifs', I have to focus on the current predicament." Julius narrowed his brows, "The jewels embedded in that stone slab… there were open spaces, not including Fuegoleon's pendant, there were 4 of them that weren't filled in. I wonder what will happen if they are all in one place. A disaster, I would assume."

"They would've gone after Fuegoleon because of his pendant that was passed from his late father and not only that, it could've been a way to shorten our power by taking out one of our strongest Magic Knights. Someone as strong as Fuegoleon, along with his intellect, I'm afraid that they made the right choice," Julius bit his tongue, "I've been investigating several dissidents while Kenneth was doing the same. This is the first time something like this happened. If they're planning something extraordinary with power that enormous, it…"

Julius stayed silent as he opened his eyes, "We'll look after the captives later for their schemes. In any case, I would suggest resting after this. A busy day such as this would deplete anyone, and once well rested, you train hard as you possibly can, after all the people look to the Magic Knights for one thing, peace."

"In order to preserve that peace and even strengthen their hopes, then we'll keep fighting with everything we have." said Julius as everyone stood up straight looking at the Wizard King, "So, I would suggest-"

Nozel then walked out.

"Oh."

"Sheesh! Read the room, man." thought Asta before getting pecked again by Nero, as they all saw Nozel walk out with a determined look on his face.

"Brother?" asked Nebra as she looked at her older brother.

"If you'll excuse me," said Nozel to Julius as he turned to his siblings, "We are leaving now."

"R-Right." said Nebra and Solid as they then began to walk towards their elder brother.

"There's a saying that goes: Don't wake up the sleeping lion, but I guess that the enemies have woken up a sleeping eagle," said Julius with a smirk on his face, knowing full well what Nozel was about to accomplish and set out to do.

"Inexcusable, what a spectacular failure, to think that someone as him was taken out in that fashion," Nozel began to think to himself with a harden glare married to his face, "Fuegoleon Vermillion, Captain of the Crimson Lion Kings, someone of that high power, taken out…. I will never allow that to happen, I swear to that. Fuegoleon, I will bury the scum that did this to you if that is the last thing I will do."

Then, his expression changed that from a hard glare to a soft, almost disheartened look, "And… Noelle. Have I been treating you horribly? Is the way I have been treating you disheartening? I just wanted to…" Nozel slightly shook his head, "I will talk about this towards Dorothy. Hopefully, she could help me."

Hamon sighed, "I've never felt more useless in my life. I hope that never happens again."

"Same here," Sol grimaced, still unable to think of anything other than the body of the Magic Knight Captain.

"I promise," began Charlotte as they looked at the Magic Knight Captains, "We will get stronger. We won't allow another catastrophe happen again."

"I'll whip up all of my losers into shape and if they don't succeed, they will get gutted down! Keh Keh!" Jack laughed as his subodinates felt shivers down their spines.

"AND I WILL SURPASS ALL OF THEM!" Everyone, including Nero, turned to see Leopold, breathing steadily, sweat coming down his brow, eyes burning a new fire that won't be extinguished, "AND I WILL BECOME THE STRONGEST THERE IS!"

"Leo?! You're okay?" Mimosa gasped.

"Leo, you should rest." warned Randall as he walked towards his Captain's younger brother.

"SCREW THAT! I am not going to let those pieces of dirt get away from attacking the Capital, wrecking my body and almost killing me, and almost killed my brother! ASTA! You have dodged death and became the one that you are right now through training, and as your rival, I should do that as well!" Leopold then threw his hand out with his thumb burning through, "I will work every day until I surpassed my older brother! My older sister! And even the Wizard King himself if I have to! I WILL WORK UNTIL I AM THE WIZARD KING! AND BEAT ALL OF THEM!"

"Wait, is he trying to do what I am thinking he is doing?" asked Noelle, noticing his thumb on fire.

"The Vermillion Crest?" asked Klaus as Noelle nodded.

"The What?" asked Asta as he wasn't aware of the traditions of the House of Vermillion.

"The Vermillion Crest is an ancient crest a tradition that all members of the family must go through to create an oath that they will stick to until their dying breath," explained Randall with a grin on his face, knowing the traditions of his Captain, "It is a symbol of an oath to one's self. The words of my Captain." he chuckled as he looked at his comrade, "Are you sure you want to do it?"

"Of course I am! I won't be a man if I break my promises, now would I?! I am going to leave a mark on this Kingdom and surpass all of them!" Leopold then placed his thumb on his forehead, lighting it as they could see a vermillion coloured diamond crest being formed, "And how else would I show them my resolute! My wishes! My burning soul! This mark… is my oath!"

Asta, noticing the burning confidence in his voice made him grin ear to ear, "That's great to hear, man! I am happy for you! Let's hope that we both train hard!"

"Of course! I won't let anything bring me down!" yelled Leopold as he then felt a weakness.

In his legs to be exact.

"Except for fatigue." he said as Randall caught him.

"Rest well, you deserve it." said Randall as he then brought him over his shoulder, "I am going to my base to tell them what happened. It was good seeing you back Rook, hope you have a good time training. Goodbye everyone."

"Goodbye to you too, man!" said Rook as they saw Randall walk off.

"It seems as though I share the same thoughts, Sol, we are leaving." said Charlotte as she then began to walk off with Sol following her.

"Men can be so extra, right Char?"

"Call me Captain, Sol."

"Right, sorry Char!"

Charlotte briefly wondered why she even bothers anymore.

Alecdora turned to his fellow men, "We must go and notify what happened to Lord Vangeance. We mustn't be a second late."

"I hear you, I'm rather famished." said Hamon.

"This will be quite hectic to explain all of this," said Siren as the two followed Alecdora's lead.

"Welp! You see them walking away, so up and ettem you slugs! The first thing we do is going to train, so while I am chasing you down like you were rabbit dogs, you are not allowed to use Magic, got that?! You will learn how to run and dodge!" Jack heard them groan, "THAT'S IT! NO MAGIC HERE AS WELL! YOU ARE WALKING ON FOOT!"

"But that is 10 kilometers away from the Capital." En sighed as he began to walk with his Captain.

"Kill me."

"Sorry, bud, you're already in hell." Rook patted Sekke on the back for moral support.

The only ones that were left were Klaus, Mimosa, Noelle, Asta and Julius.

"Well, it seems as though everyone is leaving, what about you 4?" asked Julius with an interested look on his face.

Klaus fixed his glasses, "I'm sorry, but we can't do that, we still haven't found the location of Yuno, which we tried to find relentlessly, so we can't leave."

"Ah I see. Give me a moment." Julius closes his eyes as he stood silently for a few moments as he then looked at his left, "There he is." he said, pointing to a part of the castle that had a destroyed wall.

They were taken aback what Julius did in a matter of seconds, "WHAT?!"

"HE IS HERE!?" yelled Klaus as he almost exploded into a running sprint.

"That's right."

"How… How did you even do that?" asked Mimosa as Julius chuckled.

"In the most simple way I could do, I closed my eyes and used my Time Magic: Zoí tou Atómou to pinpoint Yuno in one area, since he was in the Capital, I could look into where he went, and simply put, I found his location." Julius answered as there were setbacks of his Spell and he could only do it when he knows the location of the target and he has to get a full grasp on his appearance.

"OKAY! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!" yelled Asta as he then began to sprint.

"You sure you don't want me to help?" asked Julius.

"NOPE! I GOT THIS!" he yelled as he continued to run where he was pointing at.

Julius turned to the cousins, "He is quite stubborn, isn't he?"

"You don't know the half of it." said Noelle.

Klaus tried to run towards him, but Julius stopped him, "Let him go after him, I feel like he won't be happy if you did it." He, reluctantly, agrees.

Asta, despite everything, continued to run, pushing past his limits as he could feel his legs screaming to rest as he ignored them.

He won't allow himself to rest until he sees where is Yuno.

He doesn't know what he went through and from what he heard from them, he might've been wrecked in all ways.

"Alright, Yuno! I will get there! Even if it is the last thing I do! I will see through that you will be safe. THAT I SWEAR!" Asta thought to himself as he ran across the stairs, running past Jamo (Who was crying after seeing how much someone loves his cooking), Fernando and Teru (Who were giving him napkins).

Asta then felt two signatures, which was weird due to him not being able to feel Magic. One of them was Yuno, who seemed to be in a calm aura while the other was extremely happy.

That cleared things up, but that won't be enough for him to quit.

As he was only a few steps away from seeing him.

He ran past the kitchen and found his rival.

And then he stopped at the sight.

Yuno was peacefully sleeping like he didn't have a care in the world, all of his injuries were cleared up, he was on a cotton bed that looked disgustingly comfortable, had his arm wrapped around Charmy's body (which he is almost sure that he didn't even do and felt like he did that when he fell asleep), who had the most happy look he has ever seen on her while being fed by Sheep Cooks, and had a small fairy sitting on the top of his hair.

If there were any signs of him being in danger, they were now destroyed as while this bastard was asleep, they were in Hell.

Charmy then looked up from her cotton bed, "Hmm? Oh hi Asta! Didn't even see you there."

"H-Hi, Miz Charmy, uhm… I have a question."

"Shoot."

"Why is Yuno here, in the same cotton bed as you?" Asta asked as he wanted to deck Yuno for numerous reasons.

"Oh, my Prince of Provisions?" asked Charmy as she blushed harder than a tomato as Asta, confused as all hell by the nickname, nodded, "Oh nothing much. While I was eating this delish food, some mean old grandma came crashing in, wanting my food despite all of my protests, so I sent her flying and then I saw him," she almost squealed remembering it,

"My Saviour of Sustenance. He saved my food from my falling and when he did, he fell asleep as he looked to be extremely tired."

"I see." he said as while he knew his rival would never be like one of those people, he was relieved that he was just someone that helped her out and only feel down because he was tired.

Then they heard grumbling, as they then saw Yuno opening his eyes (with Charmy giggling to herself seeing his amber eyes). Then he slowly stood up from the bed, scratching his eyes, "What… happened?" he then looked at his rival, "Oh hey Asta."

"Hi. Looks like you have been resting well." said Asta.

"What? What do you mean by th-" Yuno then noticed Charmy that was under his arm. He cursed to himself and brought his hand up, "Shit, I'm so sorry."

"Oh no, no, don't apologize, I should thank you." said Charmy with a blush on her face.

"Are you sure?" he asked, as he almost felt as though he did something wrong.

"Of course! I get to be with my Prince." she then placed her hands under her chin, smiling at him.

Yuno, admittingly thinking she was rather adorable, nodded.

"By the way, what is that on your head?" asked Asta as he then pointed at Yuno's head as he looked upwards.

"Oh. I think that is the Wind Spirit that the Wizard King talked about." said Yuno as Asta placed his hands on his hips.

"The Sylph? I thought it would be bigger." said Asta as he then looked at his rival, "Are you going to give," he looked closely to see her more clearly, "her a name?"

"A name? Why would I do that?" asked Yuno as his rival shrugged.

"No real reason, I just think it would be weird to just calling her Sylph, right?" said Asta as he nodded.

"I guess," Yuno sighed as he thought about for a name as he then remembered a fairy tale that Sister Lily used to read to them when they were younger. "How about Bell?"

The Wind Spirit, Sylph, then looked confused as then began to giggle about it. Yuno smiled as he saw Bell enjoy the name.

"Aww that is adorable, right Be-" Asta was then shot by a strong gust of condensed wind at his forehead, making him cover it, "okay… only Yuno can call you that. Got it."

Yuno looked behind him and saw dusk, meaning that it was getting darker, "Well, it is getting late and I'm still tired after all of this. We should go," said Yuno as he then stood up and jumped from the cotton bed. He turned to Charmy and gave her a hand.

Charmy almost fainted from that alone as she then absentmindedly took his hand and jumped out of her cotton bed, dissipating it. Then, despite her not wanting to, she let go of his hand.

"Yeah, let's go," said Asta as the three then began to walk down the castle, "Oh and we have to talk."

"About what?" asked Yuno as they walked past the three chefs and the kitchen.

"About Old Man Zell." answered Asta as Yuno's eyes widened before narrowing, remembering the man that taught them how to swordfight.

"Wait," Charmy said as she noticed his eyes changing once hearing that name, "How do you know him?" as she was one of the few people that knew about him after helping him.

"Simple. He taught both of us how to sword fight," answered Yuno as he had a small smile remembering Fanzell Kruger, "Not to mention, he taught me how to properly use my Wind Magic and it later taught me how to control my Star Magic."

Charmy then nodded as then she looked bewildered that he was a Dual Mage, possibly the only one in the Clover Kingdom.

"Anyway, what happened to him?" asked Yuno as the two Black Bulls explained what happened to the former Diamond Kingdom General to the Golden Dawn Magic Knight.

After the Black Bulls beat the everlasting shit out of Fanzell and were either about to arrest him or murder him, Asta came in to save his bacon with Midori healing almost all of his wounds that they inflicted on him. They then learned that he learned how to swordfight because of him and that Fanzell really wanted to see the wand that Noelle had, which they realize that Code was actually Fanzell's fiancee Dominante Code.

Unfortunately for them, Mariella was with several troops from the Diamond Kingdom alongside a general by the name of Galleo. The Black Bulls then decide to help out the man and to reunite with his fiancee, as they then battled them. Luck and Magna fried their asses, Midori either put them to sleep with her Leaf Magic or cut them with razor sharp leaves, Gauche used his Mirror Magic to strike them down, Yami fought them with his katana and Grey turned into Fanzell.

With Finral intoe, they teleported to the Capital where they met up with Domina, who did two things: punch Fanzell several times in the face for making her worry so much and for so long and then she kissed his rather bruised up face several times for finally seeing her fiancee after so long. It was a nice thing to see, albeit a bit weird, until they heard the voice of Mariella who to their shock, and Yuno's when he heard it, didn't want to hurt them, but rather join them after seeing how much they are willing to fight and that over the years as an assassin, she realized one thing: Life was precious, something you can't take back no matter what. In her life, she would rather fight for her life, reconcile with her past and fight until the end as she didn't want living in the Diamond Kingdom, she wanted to stop her life as an assassin before it spirals out of control.

While they were hesitant at first, they did accept her as was able to stop several soldiers from attacking them, which would have been neat if Galleo didn't found out where they were and sent them to a different place with his Spatial Magic, though after a few minutes of battling, Fanzell, Asta and Mariella came out on top and beat him.

They then arrested Galleo and let Fanzell, Domina and Mariella fly out, trying to get a nice life away from the Diamond Kingdom and not get arrested.

"I see, so Mariella isn't after Fanzell anymore." said Yuno as he then sighed, "It will be trouble if they get caught though."

"I wouldn't be so sure, they were pretty tough. You should've seen them!" yelled Asta as he remembered seeing Fanzell pull out a new sword that was dubbed as Strength of Intense Wind - Tempest, which looked more of a claymore sword and Mariella had a cool looking dagger that was as sharp as a sword.

"I'm not saying for them, I mean for the Magic Knights that wanted to catch them." said Yuno as the two Black Bulls thought about it as they nodded.

"Yeah…" they agreed with him.

After a few more minutes, they walked out of the castle…

…only to meet Klaus hugging Yuno so hard that his head turned blue, "THERE YOU ARE! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH! NEVER LEAVE EVER AGAIN! YOU WORRIED ME SO MUCH! YOU ALMOST GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK! PLEASE NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!"

"I… Won't… I…" Yuno couldn't even speak.

"Klaus! Let go of him! He is going to faint!" yelled Mimosa in worry that he might actually die.

Bell then floated from Yuno's head to glare at Klaus. Almost as if she wanted to murder Klaus and bury his body somewhere.

Julius then ran towards the Wind Spirit, "Is that the Wind Spirit?! Oh my god! She is smaller than I expected! To think that someone so small is so powerful! I always wanted to meet a Spirit, and she is here!" yelled Julius with stars in his eyes as he looked around Bell in an excited way.

Noelle seeing The Wizard King be more of a child than an actual child, Klaus almost killing Yuno with his hug, she concluded that she is the only sane person here.

Then she noticed someone, "CHARMY?! What are you doing here?!"

"Hiii." Charmy waved at Noelle.

"Actually… that is a good point, how did you get here? We went through Finral's portal." said Asta as no matter how he looked at it, there was no way she could've sneaked out.

"That's your question? That is a simple one!" said Charmy as she pulled out her Grimoire, "Cotton Magic: Fluffy Puff Ball!" then cotton began to surround the small girl and to their absolute shock, she, along with the cotton ball, managed to shrink to the size of an actual cotton ball and then float towards Asta's hoodie.

"..."

"..."

"WHAT?!" they exclaimed in shock at the sheer ridiculousness of that one spell.

"That is an amazing spell!" exclaimed Julius as then he was back at studying Bell.

"Okay, that is busted." said Asta.

"Agreed." Noelle nodded.

After a few minutes of Klaus hugging and crying on Yuno, they finally separated from each other as Julius sighed seeing Bell float towards Yuno and landed on his shoulders.

"Well… it was nice seeing all of you. I hope that you train hard during the next few months so that something like the Capital Riot doesn't happen." said Julius as they then Clover Saluted the Wizard King. He smiled as he began to walk towards Marx, who he saw was a few feet away.

Klaus fixed his glasses, "I think we should be going now. Today was more than we expected, but we managed to pull through in the end."

Mimosa nodded, "That's right, we will make sure that nothing like this ever happens to us, again." said Mimosa.

Noelle looked at her dirty clothing from all of the fighting, "I am going to ask Vanessa if she could make another one." she said as she couldn't wait to go take a bath.

Asta moved his muscles to make sure that he doesn't get sore from all of this, "I am going to call Finral if he can create a portal."

Charmy then appeared out of Asta's hoodie, almost making him fall off, "Bye, everyone! And especially to you, Yuno!"

Yuno smiled, which Klaus noticed almost instantly, "You too, Charmy. Let's go everyone." said Yuno as he then conjured his Celestial Wind Ark which Mimosa and Klaus got up on.

When they took off, Klaus and Mimosa then turned to each other.

Not even talking to each other as they made a non verbal agreement.

They turned to Yuno.

"Who was that girl you were talking to?"

Yuno sighed.

This was going to be a long trip back to the base.

[Omake: My Baby]

"Well anyways, I think it is enough time for chit cha- What is that burning?" asked Sally as she pointed to one of Rades' burning corpses.

"...Michael." Valtos answered.

"MICHAEL CAESAL IS BURNING!? NO! MY BABY NO!" yelled Sally as she ran over to Fluss and pointed towards the burning corpse, "TAKE IT OUT! TAKE IT OUT!"

"ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT, JEEZ!" Fluss then casted his Aqua Curtain on it as quickly washed out.

Sally then smacked Fluss out of the way as she grabbed Michael as if he was dying in front of her. She then checked his mana flow and sighed, "Oh thank goodness, you still work. Rest well… ALRIGHT, WHO HURT MY BABY!"

"YOUR BABY!? THAT IS MY CORPSE!" yelled Rades.

"That we worked on!"

"That sounds so wrong out of context." commented Noelle as she was using Water Magic when they are not looking on Fuegoleon.

"Yeah?! Well, I can use it as much as I want to as well as when YOU want to!" yelled Sally.

"Oh yeah! Bring up that fact that you can use it as well, not like that matters! He is in my Grimoire!" argued Rades as Sally gritted her teeth.

"That I helped to modify to make those armies of yours!"

"Oh my god, shut up woman! That thing is mine."

"Don't call him a thing! He is a small working experiment that has feelings!"

"Yeah?! The same can be said about that salamander of yours, but I never talk shit about him, huh?!"

"OOH! YOU DID NOT JUST GO THERE!"

"OH YES I DID!"

"Are we watching a divorce?" Leopold whispered to everyone.

His Summon nodded, Noelle was dumbfounded and Asta whispered, "I think so."

Toike shared popcorn with the rest of his squad.

"THAT'S IT! I'M DONE! I'M DONE WITH THIS RELATIONSHIP!" yelled Rades as Zuta gasped of the drama.

"BACK AT YOU! I SHOULD'VE LISTEN TO MY MOTHER! BUT NO! I JUST HAD TO WORK WITH A GRAVEDIGGER!"

"VALTOS! BRING US TO COURT! I WILL HAVE CUSTODY OF HIM!"

"YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE HORRIBLY!"

Valtos, admittedly very interested in what will happen next, casted a spell that took everyone from the Eye Of The Midnight Sun to a courtroom.

Leaving the others behind.

"What the fuck did I just watch?" asked Noelle as everyone around her, including the new fire lion, shrugged.

Authors Note:

FINALLY DONE! 35 FUCKING THOUSAND WORDS! Easily the longest chapter for this fic, and the third longest chapter of my life. Note to self, never have 4 episodes worth in one chapter, or 6 Chapters of the manga. Hope you enjoyed this massive fucking climax of an arc, this took way more than I would like to, and added everything that I wanted to add. … I am not looking forward to the Zagred/Lucifero/Zenon/Lucius Chapters. BTW, writing this while midterms sucks balls.

The first scene is a mostly canon episode/chapter with some changes and the massive one is Howard Agrippa. I had the idea of Amplify Magic for a while now and how it could honestly break the world of Black Clover if used by a mage with a decent mana pool. He was an almost fully original character idea, with the design being that of Gentle Criminal, and making him Nathan Agrippa's younger brother works due to it being a reason why he changed his profession like in the Canon. Catherine for the most part was… fine? She wasn't the most interesting character, but for what she did in the anime and manga, it was alright. Now we get to the thing that I wanted to write. Sylph, the Wind Spirit, Bell is into the picture as I thought she was fine as well, and I wanted to write a Spirit Sister for Star Magic, but I scrapped it. Now for the main ship of the Story: Yuno X Charmy. I am going to be honest, I am a sucker for this ship and I am always happy to see it in fics, even if small. And I want to write it more than just Charmy having a crush on Yuno like in the Canon, I just want to write it as Yuno getting to like her as a result over time.

The Second scene is a good mix of a couple of anime and manga scenes smacked together. I wanted to give everyone a good shot of fighting, with even Rades pulling out something that he used in Canon against Gauche, Gordon and Grey, Michael Caesal. Not to mention, I wanted to give pretty much everyone in the arc a decent fight with some of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun's library. The way they have been handled is kinda… weak, I will admit, but I wanted to give everyone a fair shot, and don't worry. Licht and The Third Eye will be treated as massive threats as they should. Oh and new Sub-Type of Spells.

Summon Magic was inspired by LoneTaker's Invocation Magic from his Black Clover Fic, but slightly different. It is also based around Yugioh, or any Monster Summoning Franchise, at how they work and Familiars in Welcome To Demon School Iruma-Kun. Only a few number of Mages have this type of spell, but only one spell so I can make it fair, except for David. Leopold's Summon Magic is Calor Leo and is based around Salamangreat Heatleo, Soulburner's Ace Monster in Yugioh VRAINS, and his way of using it is like that of a Pokemon. Oh and Rose Dominique is an OC 4th Wizard King as she was inspired by Rose from The Wrong Way To Use Healing Magic and Dominique Jean Larrey. If I would give her a design, I would give her Sakura Haruno's base design with Unohana's hair and Rose's uniform.

Then we get to see almost everything about Julius and I wanted to freshen up his arsenal a bit. Time Magic is ridiculously OP, so I wanted to grow into something powerful. BTW, Clover Numerals are Roman Numerals in our world, while the Arabic Numerals are the Heart Numerals. And yes, I referenced Juno with Yuno's name from the fan translations. I do have an idea on what I want to do with Alecdora Sandler as while starting this fic, I hated him, but the more I wrote, the sillier he became for me, and now I love this idiot. So I want to write more of him and I want to write a small redemption story, if I could pull it off. About Nozel and his thoughts, I will go into his character a little earlier than in Canon, so the next chapter will go into that, and hey. We get to see Awake Dorothy early. I kinda had to explain what happened to Fanzell with Asta and Yuno (Alongside Charmy) because in one chapter, Yuno and Fanzell are going to reunite and I don't want him to fight Mariella.

When writing this chapter, Chapter 377 and 378 came out and I wanted to give my thoughts on it: I really liked them! I love how Asta and Yuno got to shine when they finally fought the real Lucius Zogratis, and despite being the polar opposites in almost every way, they were jumping the hell out of him, doing everything they will to beat the shit out of him and Lucius' face is just priceless in my opinion. Lucius also used Bone, Body and Blood Magic, which I will give to Zenon, Dante and Vanica since he did take their Magic. Yuno's new [Saint Spirit of Boreas] is cool, but I think I will combine that with his Star Magic to be even more powerful. I can't wait to see more of Yuno and Asta vs Lucius. And I want to give Lucius, Fukuchi Ouchi's Amenogozen.

I am on Chapter 144 of Bleach, Chapter 164 of Dragon Ball Manga, Chapter 244 of Black Clover, almost done with BSD Beast, finished watching The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic and Frieren, caught up to Kagurabachi and started Welcome To Demon School Iruma-Kun. Any more Anime suggestions?

"The Wicked Duo" is kinda a reference to the musical of the "The Wicked" that features a witch. Lutzelfrau is a Witch in German Folklore. Howard quoted Izuru Kira's "A Dead Man" in Bleach when he went to confront Lille Barro and his body was loosely based on that. Yuno quoted Joker in "Joker VS Giorno - DEATH BATTLE" before killing off Giorno with Satanael aka the "Checkmate." line and Howard's defeat is closely alike to Giorno's death in the episode. The last names of Michael Caesal was a reference to the two 'buddies' of Hamlet in the Tragedy of the same name. Sally calling Michael her "baby" is a reference to Mei Hatsume from My Hero Academia and how the said character calls her inventions. Calor Leo's usage is mostly inspired by the Salamangreat Equip Spells. Mito dodging Asta's slash is inspired when Renji dodged Ichigo's Downwards Slash during Soul Society. The way Heath defeated Leopold was how Sasakibe stabbed Yhwach in the Thousand Year Blood War. Jack turning into a spinning ball of blades is akin to Sonic The Hedgehog.
