Seeing that The United Force's Battalion would take days to assemble before arriving at Republic City, General Iroh sends an emergency call to his cousin to assist in Republic City's troubles with the Equalists until The United Forces can arrive. Strong!Naruto/FireBending!Naruto!/NarutoxAsami

"Ramennn..."
A person seemingly dreaming about ramen, face first into his pillow and drool slipping out of his mouth. Twisting and turning in bed until he ends up laying on his back, snoring and blissful ignorant of anything happening around him.
Ring Ring Ring
"Ughhh..." The person groans, his cerulean eyes showing itself and abruptly sits up. His blanket falling off his upper torso, his shirtless form visible to anyone who walks into his room. Broad shoulders along with toned arms, pectorals, and abdomen exposed for anyone to see. Most, or if not all young women would blush if they were to see him now yet he seems oblivious to any signs females give him that they are attracted to him.
He opens his arms wide, stretching his body and glances at the clock sitting on nightstand and yawns loudly before turning back to the telephone thats still ringing loudly. The sunlight peeking in his windows, giving his body a golden glow.
"Who the hell is calling me this early in the morning?" He yawns again, removing the blanket from his body and stands up, showing his gray sweatpants and walks towards the telephone.
The young adult looks at the phone and narrows his eyes and raises his eyebrows, confused and now serious, drowsiness fading away quickly. 'Iroh? Why are you calling me at this time? Usually he doesn't call when he's on duty, something must've happened.' The blonde ponders, wondering what his cousins wants from him at this time of day.
"Iroh, what's happening? You don't call during these times." He picks up the phone and gets straight to the point.
"Naruto. I've received a distress signal from Republic City. You've been listening to the news recently right? About the Equalists and the rebellion within Republic City?" General Iroh asks. Usually he would greet his little cousin but knows that there is no time for greeting nor personal business.
"Yeah, It's been all over the news here. Quite frankly almost everyone here knows about it." Naruto states, thinking about whats happening in Republic City and all the chaos revolving around it right now.
"Good thing you are caught up, this will save me time explaining. I've called you asking to assistance. The Republic City has asked for support from the United Forces but it will take 2 days for us to assemble and reach Republic City. I need you to do me a favor and go to Republic City and help in any way you can until we arrive."
Naruto goes silent for a minute before nodding, "Alright, I'll go to Republic City. But you owe me Ramen once this is over you hear me!" Naruto shouts, still kinda grumpy he's losing his beauty sleep and about to skip breakfast with his family to go to Republic City. God knows how much trouble they are in right now.
"Yes. Yes. I'll buy you how much you want after Republic City is safe and sound. See you soon, Goodbye." Iroh agrees, knowing that his wallet was all but empty after paying for Naruto's ramen.
Naruto sighs and puts the telephone away, brushing his hand over the blonde hair framing his eyes before heading towards the bathroom to get ready and grumbles.
"Today is gonna be troublesome, I just know it."
Naruto takes ten minutes to prepare and exits his room and enters the main room of his home. He quickly spots red hair in the kitchen, his mother up and making breakfast which he will have to sadly skip while at the dining room table is another person many consider he got his looks from. His father, the same blonde hair and blue eyes traits he received from.
His mother Kushina is a native-born to the Fire Nation and a non-bender. Standing 5'4, just reaching his shoulders, and with waist length beautiful red hair that many women would kill for and gleaming violet-purple eyes. A very caring and loving mother, but can be quite a hot-head when she gets into one of her moods that even puts his father in his place when facing her wraith.
His father Minato, on the other hand, is also a native-born but is one of the Fire Nation's best warriors and a master at Fire Bending. Standing at exactly 6 foot blonde hair and blue eyes that Naruto has inherited from him. A very calm and composed man and a perfect father to look up to, a complete opposite to his mother. Like a Yin to her Yang so to speak, both balance each other out perfectly with their personalities.
An aroma of various spiced and foods as he enters the kitchen to greet his loving mother. Kushina hears Naruto close his door and spins around, a beautiful smile escaping her as she sees his son walking towards her.
"Morning Mom!" Naruto smiles and quickly brings his head down and give her a kiss on the cheek.
Kushina just smiles and stares up at Naruto, noticing how tall he's gotten in the years. At age 21 and standing at a 6'2 frame, Naruto is the tallest in the family, even taller than her husband's 6'0 height. She notices he's wearing his formal prince attire. Royalty red robes with the Fire Nation Insignia in the center, along with gold flames outlining the bottom and middle of the robe.
"Good morning my Prince, what's got you so happy hmm? Got a date with a pretty girl today?" She asks cheekily, jabbing his stomach with her elbow, knowing her son is famous throughout the Fire Nation and has many fans who would die to be with him. Alas he seems to be oblivious to every girl around him, she mentally blames her husband for also is dense as a rock.
"Sorry mom, still single hahaha..." He answers awkwardly laughing when he mother pouts at him still being single.
"Actually Iroh just called me right now." He says, causing his parents eyes to widen and gain their attention.
"Iroh? Why would he call you right now, isn't he on duty?" Minato butts in the conversation, both Minato and Kushina knowing Iroh's professionalism as the General of the United Forces that he wouldn't make a casual call on the job.
"Apparently Republic City is having trouble with the Equalists and require support from the United Nations so he called me for assistance until he arrives." Naruto explains to his parents, going towards his shoes near the front entrance.
"I agreed to help Iroh and need to leave as soon as possible. Which means I am leaving right now, sorry I can't stay for breakfeast this time."
"Be careful now, those Equalists are no joke and their leader Amon is dangerous. You sure you want to travel all the way to Rebulic City and head towards chaos that you have little information about?" Minato asks, wanting Naruto to think about his decision rationally as he would quite easily be captured and killed if anything on the news is to go by.
"C'mon don't doubt me now. I learned from the best y'know. Tell Grandma, I'm sorry I can't make it to breakfast and not to worry about me." Minato and Kushina rush towards their son and envelopes him a long and loving hug. Both of them reluctantly let go of Naruto and once more gives him their best wishes.
Opening the front door to the house is a huge grassy plain, rivers and a waterfall can be seen with small animals running around everywhere. The house is surrounded by tree's essentially hiding the house from the outside world. His parents deciding to build a home away from the population, wanting to have their own little world to themselves and their family.
Naruto heads to the front of the porch and his fingers to his mouth, making a loud whistle sounds that can be heard all throughout the forest. After ten seconds, a large, blue, Eastern-style dragon appears dancing in the air before swiftly landing in front of Naruto and leans his head down.
"Hey there, Kurama." Naruto greets his dragon, moving his hand towards his snout, gently rubbing it back and forth. Kurama closes his eyes and relaxes in his master's touch and lets out warm smoke out of his snout.
Covered with countless shades of blue scales around his body, two long horns protruding out his head, white fur running his back and tail, and two fangs sticking out on both sides of his jaws. A majestic mythical creature that were once hunted by his ancestors, now back to being honored and revered by all.
"We need to travel to Republic City, and fast, there is no time for delay. Lets go Kurama!" Naruto exclaims, hopping on Kurama's head and mentally prepares himself of what he's about to face heading to Republic City. Kurama lets out smoke from his snout, signaling his approval and lets out a thunderous roar as he spreads his wings and takes off into the air heading towards Republic City.
Republic City, 12 Hours Later
Smoke and ashes can be seen all throughout Republic City. All types of Benders being cornered and restrained by Equalists and weapons created by Hiroshi Sato, a man filled with grief and pain of losing his beloved wife to benders, creating a dark and twisted view for all benders alike. He stands above Republic City, watching all the carnage happen inside a metal blimp, plotting his vendetta against all benders.
'Soon enough, this world shall be free of benders, free of all the chaos and destruction.' Hiroshi thinks, before he freezes and spots a large blue dragon dash straight across the blimp. "The Fire Nation!" Hiroshi rages aloud clinching his fists as they turn red, thinking about his wife and his hatred for the Fire Nation worsens as he watches the dragon fly away.
"So much destruction... It seems we've arrived too late." Naruto mutters to himself, looking down at the city. Equalists seizing control of the city, breaking into buildings and hunting all benders. Bendering of all types rallying together, but alas are getting outnumber by the sheer amount of Equalists and machinery being too much to handle.
'So many blimps heading this way, there must so something about to happen right now. Shit! That's Air Temple Island, I needa get my ass there now!' Naruto determines, seeing multiple blimps stationed at an island separated from Republic City.
"Get ready Kurama, were about to head straight into the action! C'mon, over there!" Naruto points at to Air Temple Island. Rain starting to pour as Kurama expands his wings, drastically increasing their speed. Nearing Air Temple Island, he see's Equalists gathering and bunching up together around a single figure who's desperately struggling equalists but was eventually outnumbered and rendered defenseless.
The day is finally coming to an end, Air Temple Island has been taken over by Equalists lead by Amon personally. The last airbenders and their family having just escaped but not at a price. Members of the White Lotus futily defending themselves against the Equalists before being taken down and captured. At the end of the day, Lin beaten and battered from bravely sacrificing herself to impede the Equalists from capturing the air benders, is brought to her knees in the middle of Equalists and infront on Amon. The rain getting more and more violent, symbolizing the defeat of Lin Beifong, daughter of the Hero, Toph Beifong
"Tell me where the Avatar is, and I'll let you keep your bending." Amon offers Lin, allowing her to keep her bending for the price of the Avatar's location and whereabouts.
"I won't tell you anything you monster!" She claims, glaring at their leader, still having her pride and dignity as the protecter of Republic City.
"Very Well." Amon says stoically, his offer being rejected, starts walking behind her. She closes her eyes in defeat as Amon approaches behind her and places his arm on her elbow, preparing to take away her bending.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Explosions rapidly fire off behind Amon, blasting him away from Lin and skidding on the concrete. Small bolts of lightning fizzling out can be seen where Amon was previously.
'What the hell was that?' Amon groans, having been sent skidding across the ground, wincing at the skin burn caused by the hard stone concrete.
Everyone looks up and see's a blonde man dressed in Fire Nation attire riding on top of a large blue dragon, in a stance and his fingers pointing directly at the sky and at Amon, indicating he was lightning bending.
Everything is quiet as they stare at him, Amon finally getting back up with the help of the Lieutenant.
ROAAAAR
Kurama letting out a deafening roar, causing the Equalists to subconsciously take a step back in fear, before spiraling down into a landing next to Lin. Naruto eyes everybody, surveying the area before his eyes land on Amon, who stares right back at him. Naruto gracefully jumps off Kurama and lands in a crouch, landing next to Lin and briefly checks her for significant injuries.
'She is heavily exhausted and is in no position to fight, but definitely alright, her bendings seems intact. That's good.' Naruto analyzed before turning his attention back at the Equalists who now have circles around them.
"Look's like we came right on time." Naruto smirks, his eyes narrow, seeing the Lieutenant. Two black rods, pulsating with electricity within his hands ready for combat at a moments notice.
'I need to be careful right now. Such advanced technology, it will be too dangerous fighting them all right now. Especially with Amon with them, I have little to no experience fighting them, I need to get her and get out as fast as possible…'
The Lieutenant seemingly having had enough sitting around, commands his subordinates to attack with him leading the charge. Glancing at the dragon, who lets out smoke from his snout, signaling his understanding. Having come to a decision, Naruto all in one swift movement, closes his eyes and takes a deep breathe as he places one leg in front of the other and bends his knees in a traditional fire bending stance. Gathering Chi into his arm, Naruto's eyes snap open and snaps his right hand out in a fist, with the speed and confidence of a Fire Bending master, catches the Equalists off guard. Immediately large waves of blue flames is fired directly at the Lieutenant and his subordinates, causing him to hastily stop his charge and retreat backwards as the heat coming off the flames were hotter than any firebender that he has ever faced.
Sweat instantly started pouring as he stares at the charred and burning concrete in front of him, even the rain having trouble putting it out. Multiple chi-blockers have not been able to avoid the fire and are on the ground, heavily burned and charred, completely out of the commission.
'This man is dangerous, with just a single strike and able to cause this much damage, who is this guy…' The Lieutenant ponders, staring at the blonde firebender with shock and minute fear in his eyes.
Lin Beifong is stunned as her brains racks her brain, this person seemingly on the tip of her tongue. Believing she should know this young man in front of her.
'Blue flames? The only person to use it was Princess Azula. No... thats not true, it's only a rumor but her grandson also possesses her same blue fire.' Lin thinks, shocked and in awe as she remembers who this person is. Remembering a time where she met Naruto when he was just a little boy.
"Prince Naruto? Is that you?" She questions, Naruto just looks at her smiling and nods.
"Yes, I am. It really is an honor to be working alongside you Auntie. It's been some time since we last met, hasn't it?" He states, turning his attention back to the Equalists, who have recovered and have strategized to use long range instead. Spinning ropes in their wrist, waiting for the perfect opportunity to restrain him while distracted with the next wave of chi-blockers rushing at Naruto.
Naruto offers another quick glance towards Kurama, who subtlety nods his head. Naruto this time gathers Chi into his lungs, at the same time Kurama stands on his hind legs, smoke and a blue hue emitting from his jaw. Simultaneously both of them release their firebending attacks. Naruto with a loud shout, blue and white fire shoots out of his mouth at the same time as Kurama lets out a thunderous roar, pure blue fire aimed at the feet of the Equalists. Instantly, both attacks merge together and forms an enormous blue ring of flames, illuminating Air Temple Island with an intense blue glow and causing the temperature to shoot up rapidly. The wall of flames burn tens of feet into the sky, the heat too strong for anyone to pass through, allowing for the perfect opportunity to escape with Lin.
"C'mon Auntie Lin, we need to escape now!" Naruto hurriedly helps Lin on board on Kurama, putting her arm around his neck, he jumps ontop of Kurama with her attached to his hip. Kurama without any instructions needed, spreading his wings and begins flying away from Air Temple Island. Naruto looks back and stares right into Amon who also does the same, promising to end Amon himself before turning his attention to the city.
'Looks like i'm not too late after all, and it seems like it's just getting started.' Naruto remarks, knowing the battle isn't close to being over.
First chapter completed! I decided to move away from my first fanfic for now, I just now realize how much bigger the plot it is than what I intentionally thought it would be. I'm deciding to drop it for now, until I get more experience at writing these type of things. So for now I'm start something new with this. Hope y'all enjoyed reading! Please Review!
