The Journey of Chaos Chapter 2 part 8 Blood in the Water part 6
Zack looked around carefully as he reached the area where Nightingale was spotted. As he did, he spotted areas where her quirk was used. 'She's definitely here. The question is where?' Thought Zack. As he continued his search, he finally spotted her on a construction railing where she was waving with a green neon smile on her mask. 'Oh fuck.' Zack then moved quickly as rain hit the ground, but it wasn't rain, it was acid.
"Oh this is as fun as I thought it would be." Said Nightingale with a giggle. "Just like old times… huh?" As soon as Nightingale was done giggling at Zack's expense she couldn't see him. 'The hell did he…' Was all she could think to say as she saw Zack's reflection from a window as he fired A Shadow Blast as her making her dodge. "Well you certainly got quicker!" She then waved her hand starightly and made a line of acid fire toward Zack.
Zack dodged it and used a Shadow Wall to block it from hitting a building to prevent more damage. He then activated Astral hope and made blades of light surrounding his arms and hands as he swung them at Nightingale.
"Oh? I figured you'd respond to me at least." Said Nightingale as she dodged and created blades made from her venom and held them together with the psychic half of her quirk. "To be honest, I didn't think you'd come and just go straight for Victor."
"You're more of a threat than him." Said Zack as their blades clashed. "I've seen the damage you can do and the bodies you left in your path!"
"Oh that?" She asked with a giggle as her mask had a red psychotic grin on her face and as the yellow eyes glew with malice. "It's just a hobby."
"A hobby? …A HOBBY!?" Exclaimed Zack as he used "Bullet Hell Barrage." "YOUR PLAYING WITH LIVES OF INNOCENT PEOPLE!"
Nightingale laughed as she gracefully dodged the incoming bullets of light. "Well, now they know how I feel."
"Do you think this is a game!" Shouted Zack as he pulled his arm pack and the steel beams behind her were instantly cut into pieces making Nightingale fly upwards.
"Oh, is this the attack you used on Splice's baby?" Asked Nightingale as more steel beams kept getting sliced in the process. "This may work on some who fight on the ground, but in the air." She then did a twirl in the air as the sun shined on her and the sliced steel beams fell around her. "I'm a goddess of grace." She then saw the shine from the sun disappear around her and looked up to only be hit by Zack who had switched back to his demonic form. The attack was made from pieces of the broken steel beams held by his shadows using it as a bat.
"And I'm the fallen angel who got corrupted and abused by you sick fucks, but you don't see me taking my anger out on innocent people, do you?" Questioned Zack as he fired a straight slash of darkness at Nightingale which made her descend faster toward the invincible wires of light.
Nightingale's body then became surrounded by her venom as it collided with invincible wires slicing her body into pieces only for it to reconnect. The venom disappeared and she was back in her armor as a neon violet face of rage was on her face. "I hate doing that trick. It makes me feel so lifeless, but when dealing with you it's perfect."
"Why are you even here!?" Asked Zack as he made pillars of shadow with sharp points rise from the ground as Nightingale chuckled and dodged.
"Oh you know why." Said Nightingale as she gently landed on the tip of a shadow pillar. "To get recruits."
"And ruin people's lives in the process?!" He exclaimed as he fired another Shadow Blast at her.
Nightingale then used her psychic abilities to grab an intact steel beam and block the attack. "A necessary sacrifice." She said as she grinned behind her mask. "It isn't my fault that Ackerman's step son has daddy issues."
"The hell are you talking about?" Questioned Zack as he increased the blast making
Nightingale stumbled a little.
"Oh you don't know? Ackermon adopted the kid after Maxwell kicked him out of his home for having an animal quirk. Victor then created a plan that would not only "help" other animal and mutant quirk users so he could get revenge on his biological father." Explained Nightingale as she giggled. "It's kinda ironic if you think about it."
"How exactly?" Asked Zack as he fired another Shadow Blast to try to break the steel beam.
"Well how do I put this gently? …Maxwell is a hypocrite." She said as fired some acid from her fingertips making it go through the steam beam and Shadow Blasts which grazed Zack made him grunt in pain.
"I highly… 'Grunts in pain.' doubt that." Said Zack as he held his arm and made a bandage out of light as he switched back to the other half of his quirk and charged at Nightingale with a blade of light again.
"Oh but it is." Said Nightingale as she danced around Zack's attacks. "You see, Victor gets his Hummingbird quirk from his father's side of his family."
"But that would make Maxwell a Mutation Quirk user. Why would he abandon his son if that was the case!" Exclaimed Zack.
"Because he didn't know." She said as she twirled and landed on a corner of a building as she sent arcs of acid at Zack making him use his blade of light to block the attacks. "He only found out after he killed his wife for "cheating" on him."
"So this hate is him hiding from his actions!?" Asked Zack as he grabbed a steel beam and threw it at Nightingale.
"Pretty much." Said Nightingale as she dodged the steel beam as it slid on the roof. "In a way, I sympathize with him."
"You… sympathetic?" Questioned Zack as he charged at her again with his blade of light with a scoff. "Where was that when I asked you to stop during my "training" sessions?"
"Oh you know that was just business." She said with a chuckle as she blocked Zack's attacks with her venom blade attack. "But yes, I can have a heart when I choose to."
"Oh please you have no heart!" Shouted Zack as his attack struck her, sending her backwards. "None of you do!"

Nightingale was motionless for a moment until she giggled with malice. "You sound just like my father… I FUCKING HATE THAT MAN!" She screamed as she released a wave of acid at Zack making a dome of light around himself to block it. "I was perfect the way I was without his "help" and yet, he thought he knew better than me!"
"Hate to break it to you, but that's a parents job!" He exclaimed as he held his ground and kep blocking the acid with the dome.
"Not like this, it wasn't the kind and caring touch you'd expect from a normal family. No, it was pure hell!" Shouted Nightingale. "When my quirk came in, I felt like a queen with how pretty I was and proud with how happy my father was… until my fifteenth birthday. My father had made an arranged marriage with a business partner of his and like a good girl I listened to him and accepted it. I met with their son and we connected so well that I'd even let him touch me… but on my birthday he wanted to take it further and I was all for it. When the initial moment came I bit my lip expecting pain but he was the one screaming as he held his privates. I looked and saw that they were… well lets just say he's a woman now. This caused my father trouble with his business partner and took that rage out on me trying to make me into his "perfect" version of a proper girl. I did everything he said, but everything always went bad when I touch and melted something by mistake. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and lashed out at him which was also the day I figured out I had a psychic aspect to my quirk. A few years later, in a private school for "delinquents," I met The Emperor and showed me I was truly a woman of my own accord… and I haven't regretted becoming a Devil ever since that day."
"You're insane!" Shouted Zack. "I knew you were insane before I escaped, but this just freaking proves it!"
"Oh Zack, I'm not insane." She said with glee in her voice. "I'm me." As she said a burst of light flashed in front of her and the next thing she knew Zack was holding her by throat with a shadow hand.
"You're under arrest." Said Zack with a glare.
"Oh am I?" Asked Nightingale as her mask showed a light blue smirk face with an eyebrow raised. "What about your students?"
"They're safe with Nejire and even if you planned an ambushed with The Wild Ones they'd be safe." Said Zack with a stern look.
"Are they?" She said with a smirk under her mask. "Don't you think it was odd that I waited for you to just fight and not leave after I helped Victor get what he needed?"
"I knew this was a trap when I came here." Said Zack as his eyes shifted from to a grey color and back to his own.
"Yes, but what kind of trap?" Asked Nightingale. "You know the whole reason behind Victor's plan. So why leave them all alone without air support?"
"What are…" Was all Zack got to say when his ear piece rang. He presses the button on it and answers it. "Is everything alright, Nejire?"

"Zack, there was a prison break where that villain with the cockroach quirk was held! I think… Oh god." Said Nejire as her earpiece stopped working.
Zack's eyes went wide with horror as realized the situation. "You didn't…"
"I'd hurry if I was you." Said Nightingale tauntingly as Zack let her go and flew back to the students quickly. She then rubbed her throat and pressed a button on her mask. "I'm on my way back and I got some interesting news… Yeah you might want to get Trickster here. I have a feeling this won't go they way Victor thought it would." After ending the call, she flew off with a smirk. 'So Grimm is alive. I wonder how this will affect our plans?'

An hour before the fight with Zack and Nightingale…
Kan and the group stood horrified as they watched The Wild One grunts die in front of them as Smog stood there with a haunting grin.
"You… you killed them." Said Mina with a horrified look.
"Oh what gave it away?" Asked Smog mockingly. "Was it the fact they were foaming at the mouth or them coughing up blood?"
"You monster!" Shouted Elecplant. "Do you have no shame!"
"For what?" Asked Smog. "My abusive aunt who thought I should hide myself because I wasn't normal? Or the amount of people who listen to the garbage that Maxwell spews?"
"Look, I'm sorry you went through that." Said Ojiro as he gripped his fists. "But that doesn't change the fact that all this is the way to change everyone's minds!"
"I used to think like that too, but Victor opened my eyes!" Exclaimed Smog. "He showed us that Simon's old ways were not going to work anymore and that a new change was in order!"
"But that only causes everyone to fear you!" Shouted Kan. "Does that sound like the existence you wanted in the first place?"
"...If fear is what it takes for people to finally listen to us… Then I'll show them that fear!" HE exclaimed with a sick grin as he charged towards them.
"Not so fast!" Shouted Tetsutetsu as he blocked Smog's attack with his quirk. "You're not taking any more lives! We will… ACK!" Was all Testutetsu got to say as he felt something sink into his arm. As he looked to see what Smog was using, he saw that Smog's right hand was covered in a thick, solid gas cloud in the shape of a claw.
[Danny /Redacted\: Quirk update: With the Devil Gene in his system, Danny is able to breathe in his quirk without a mask and can create attacks with gas turning them into a solid shape.]
"What's the matter?" Asked Smog tauntingly as Tetsutetsu felt woozy. "Feeling dizzy?"
"I… how did…" Was all Tetsutetsu could say as he fell over unconscious.
"Tetsutetsu!" Shouted Pony.
'What is this?' Thought Kan. 'How can he do that? I thought his quirk was just Honeybadger?'
"So?" Asked Smog as his foot was pressed on Tetsutetsu's mask. "Whose next?"
"I won't allow you to hurt anyone else!" Exclaimed Elecplant as he used his quirk to shoot electricity at Smog.
As the attack was coming towards Smog, he dodged it in time with a grin. "You're lucky that it wasn't hot enough to ignite my gas, hero. This would have ended a lot quicker if it had."
"What's he talking about?" Asked Elecplant.
"He's talking about his fight with Bakugo." Said Kan. "If we use or hit anything strong enough to trigger the chemical compounds in his gas, we will all die."
"I definitely don't want to be an overcooked meal." Said Mina shivering in fear at the thought.
"Now lets… Wait." Said Smog as he examined the group. "Where did… ACK!" Was all he got to say as Jurota activated his Beast Form and sent him flying to the other side of the street.
"Nice!" Shouted Ojiro.
"Horn Cannon!" Shouted Pony as her horns flew toward were Smog was as the sound of them colliding with something was heard.
"He has to be done after that." Said Mina.
A haunting laugh was heard as the dust dissipated. "Did anyone not to tell you about Honeybadgers?" Questioned Smog with a grin as he was holding Pony's horns with his quirk. "You really shouldn't fuck around with them," He then threw the horns back at the heroes making everyone dodge trying not to get hit by them.
"Look out!" Shouted Elecplant as he pointed to a car that was about to be hit be hit by one Pony's horns.
As it hit, an explosion happened causing it to ignite the gas sending flames everywhere. As soon as the explosion finished, burnt bodies of fallen officers and grunts remained along with incinerated objects.
"Told you shouldn't mess with a Honerybadger." Said Smog as he stood up from the rubble and brushed off the soot. "Now you're all… well I'll be damned." As Smog stood there, he saw Jurota had blocked the income flames and explosions protecting his friends, his teacher, and Elecplant. "Now that's what I call a dedicated hero. Someone who protects other regardless of quirks… A shame he's probably dead now." He said with a flashy grin.
"J, Jurota?" Stuttered Pony as she called out her friend's name.
"He isn't…" Said Ojiro not wanting to finish his sentence.
"You bastard!" Shouted Kan as he fired off his blood quirk at Smog only for him to dodge it. "If he's dead, I swear I'll end you myself!"
"I'd like to see you try, hero!" Exclaimed Smog as he charged towards Kan. As he did, he felt something hit him in the face, causing him to scream in pain. "You bitch!"
Kan turned to see Mina who fired off her acid at Smog as she danced around him firing off more acid.
"What's the matter?" She asked tauntingly with a glare. "I thought Honeybadgers were supposed to be tough!?" As she fired off more acid at Smog, Ojiro came slammed his tail into Smog's back, sending him to the ground.
"...You honestly think… this is the end?" Asked Smog as he panted in pain. He looked directly at Mina showing that his face had only mild burns and his were just bloodshot. "With the Devil gene in my veins… I'm more of a threat then you realize!" After he said that, Kan used his blood quirk to hold him down.
"Maybe, but you're not going anywhere." Said Kan with a glare.
"Jurota, p, please say something!" Exclaimed Pony as tears went down her face.
"...I'm… in so much pain." He said with a grunt as he fell unconscious to the ground.
Elecplant checked his pulse to feel it was still going. "He's alive, but needs medical attention stat!" Elecplant then looked at Jurota's back making his eyes widen to see massive burns on his skin as clumps of his hair and small amounts of blood drip from his back. 'To think he was able to tank that and still stand for as long as he did. He'll make a great hero if doctors can help him.'
Kan then pressed his earpiece activating it to talk to the rest of the groups. "Smog is down, I need medical treatment at Rockefeller Center now!"
"What happened!?" Exclaimed Midnight
"Tetsutetsu has a wound on his arm and is unconscious… Jurota is unconscious after tanking a explosion caused by Smog."
"Dear god." Said Higari over the channel.
"Cow Lady is not in a great position either." Said Midnight. "Ameila did heavy damage to her and is currently in a chopper heading to the nearest hospital."
Kan then looked at Pony who was being held by Mina as she tried to comfort her from the events that happened. "Tell me once you hear back from them. I'd rather not leave Pony in the dark about her aunt."
"I'll make sure The Wild Ones pay for what they have done." Said Nezu coldly making Kan and the teachers shiver. "No one hurts my students and gets away with it."
As everything seemed to calm down, a loud buzzing was heard.
"What is that?" Asked Mina.
"I, it couldn't be back up for Smog would it?" Questioned Pony.
"No, from what Smog said earlier, Victor wanted him to weed out what he thought were weak links to their group." Explained Ojiro.
"Then what could…" Was all Pony got to say as a giant cockroach landed onto the ground as it roared shaking debris and making everyone cover their ears.
"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING!?" Screamed Mina.
"About time you got here Frank." Said Smog as he took a deep breath and broke through Kan's ristrants.
"Not so fa…" Was all Kan got to say as Smog threw debris at him taking the wind out of his system.
Smog then climbed onto Frank's back as he flew upwards. "See you later, Heroes! I got a package to deliver!" After he said that, Frank had flown off towards the direction of the limo.
"He's going after Maxwell!" Exclaimed Elecplant.
"Sensei!" Exclaimed Pony as she ran to her teacher.
"I'm fine…" Said Kan as he got off the ground. He then went to his earpiece to find it gone, likely dislodged from being hit. "Damn, Elecplant, is your earpiece working?"
Elecplant went for his earpiece to find it missing. "Dammit, I think I lost it during the explosion."
Kan looked into the direction were the limo was and prayed that everyone was alright.

"DIE!" Shouted Bakugou as he blasted away the final Wild Ones member.
"F, fuck." Grunted the gang member in pain. "No one said, t, there be a fucking tank quirk." The gang member then collapsed unconscious along with the rest who were also unconscious or groaning in pain.
"We did it!" Exclaimed Kinoko.
"That was… really tough." Said Sato.
"But we did magnific!" Exclaimed Aoyoma as he did a pose.
"Yeah, but does anyone else feel like this was all too easy?" Questioned Awase.
"Are you kidding me, Awase?" Asked Shoda. "We just survived a mob of villains!"
"G, gang members." Said grunt as he fell unconscious.
"...Ignoring that, do you think Chaos-Sensei is alright?" Asked Tokoyami.
"Don't worry about Zack." Said Nejire. "He'll be fine." 'I hope.'
"Yeah, Zack-Sensei is a badass!" Exclaimed Himiko as she stuck her head out from the roof of the limo.
"Uh, Himiko, aren't you supposed to be pretending to be Eric?" Asked Momo.
"Pretty sure that was only just for the video, correct?" Asked Rin.
"Either way you should stay inside the limo, Himiko." Replied Nejire. "We don't know if things will go sideways or not."
"Yes, Nejire-Senpai." She said with a grin as she went back into the limo and the window closed.
"...Do you hear a buzzing?" Asked Yui.
"Now that you mention it." Said Shoto as he looked around. As he did, he looked into the distance and saw Frank flying towards them. "Senpai, isn't that the cockroach villain that Eric fought!?"
"I, it is!" Exclaimed Nejire.
"How did he get so fucking huge!?" Exclaimed Kosei.
"Hmph, it doesn't matter." Said Monoma. "The bigger they are the harder they fall!"
"That's easy for you to say!" Exclaimed Sen. "He hasn't landed yet!"
"Actually… from what it looks like he doesn't plan to land." Said Kosei.
"He is getting closer to the ground though." Said Manga "...Wait, I think he's aiming for the limo!"
Nejire then went to her earpiece. "Nezu, I thought Frank was in prison?!"
"I just found out that he escaped from Rikers, Miss. Hado." Replied Nezu. "Do not go on a full assault against him. Just defend the limo without as many injuries as possible."
Nejire nodded and looked toward the students. "Okay everyone, block Frank from grabbing the limo! Do not do anything risky!"
Everyone nodded and got ready as Frank flew towards the limo. As he did, he was hit from various attacks from Shoto's ice, Manga's Comic quirk, and Bakugou's explosions as Kosei used his Solid Air to block Frank's legs along with the help of Rin's Scale quirk and Monoma's Copy quirk as he also used Solid Air to block the legs.
"Koda, do you think you talk to…" Was all Toru said as Kudo shook in fear. "Guess not…"
"I can land a hit on him with Naval Laser!" Exclaimed Aoyoma as he prepared his quirk.
"Wait, where's Shihai?" Asked Yui.
As everyone focused on blocking and attacking Frank, Shihai had used his quirk to sneak into the shadows of Frank's wings and appeared on his back. 'Damn, this is a lot harder to balance on then I thought, but if I can just land a hit directly on his head with this bat I took from one of the Wild Ones, I might be able to knock him out.' He thought as he walked carefully to Frank's head. Suddenly he heard a click and turned to see Smog grinning at him.
"In the words of my friend here… Hello guv." He said as he pulled the trigger on his revolver.
On the ground, everyone could hear the gunshot and took cover.
"That was a gun!" Shouted Awada.
"No shit, sherlock!" Screamed Bakugou.
"Is there a sniper somewhere!?" Exclaimed Kinoko.
As Nejire looked around, she saw Shihai pop out of the shadows as he slammed into the limo while holding his shoulder. "Shihai! Where were you!?"
"I tried to knock out Frank by going through his shadows and using a weapon I took from the Wild Ones to knock him out." He said as he grunted in pain. "But once I got to his head, I got shot by Smog!"
"Gas Freak is here!" Exclaimed Bakugou as he stood up and saw Smog standing on Frank's back. "You and I have business to settle, asshole!"
"Don't even think about it Bakugou!" Shouted Nejire. "He will shoot you once you get close!"
"Uh, Senpai, they're circling around." Said Toru as Nejire pressed her earpiece.
"Zack, there was a prison break where the villain with cockroach quirk was. I think…" Was all she got to say as Smog released his quirk behind Frank making a wave of deadly gas come their way. "Oh god…"
"We don't have masks!" Shouted Momo.
"Is this how it's going to end!?" Exclaimed Sen.
Shoto then started to make a dome of ice only to be stopped by Awase.
"That's just going to pass through it after a few seconds!" Said Awase. "Koseit!
Could you and Monoma create a dome!?
"Not in time!" Shouted Kosei. "Yui could you," Was all he said as she shook her head with fearful eyes.
"It's getting closer!" Exclaimed Sato.
As the gas reached, domes of light surrounded each of them as Frank grabbed the limo with his legs and flew off.
"Sorry, I'm late." Said Zack as he held Nejire close to him in a dome.
"No worries, Sensei." Said Tokoyamit with a small grin. "Just glad you got to us in time."
"They got the limo!" Exclaimed Momo.
"Crap, how long do you… AAH!" Screamed Kinoko as she interrupted Sen.
Everyone looked toward her scream and saw a Wild One member press their body against the dome Kinoko was in as blood dripped from his eyes and foam came from his mouth. Soon after more screams were heard and it came from the other Wild One members.
"Don't look!" Shouted Zack as everyone closed their eyes and tried to ignore the screams.
As soon as the gas dissipated, Zack released everyone from the domes.
"...He killed them." Said Toru in fear and horror. "He had to know they were here, right?"
"I don't think his allies were on his mind when he released his quirk." Said Koda as he looked away from their bodies.
"Wait… Where's Kamakiri?" Asked Nejire as she did a head count.
"H, he went down the street after some fleeing Wild One members." Said Yui.
"Dear god! Do you think that the gas… Sensei!" Shouted Kamakiri interrupting Zack. "Kamakiri, you running after those gang members alone was foolish to do!"
"I'm sorry Sensei, I was just trying to make sure they wouldn't hurt anyone else." He explained. "When I saw the gas, I was so scared and froze. The next thing I knew, I was on a rooftop with a vigilante."
"Vigilante?" Asked Zack.
"It is the United States, Zack, they have different rules then ours." Replied Nejire.
Zack let out a sigh as he held his head. "Nevertheless, I'm glad you're safe, Kamakiri, but don't do it again." Kamakiri gives a nod as Zack looks toward the direction where Frank and Smog went. "Nejire, notify all heroes and air traffic about Frank, the rest of you are going to the hospital for injuries."
"But Sensei! Himiko and the principal are still in the limo!" Exclaimed Momo.
"Don't worry, I'm going after them." Said Zack. "Now Bakugou, don't you…" Was all Zack said as he looked around and didn't see him. "...Son of a bitch."

Hours before the kidnapping…
"Angela, kill them." Said Victor as Angela charged at them.
As Angela charged at them, Shoko made an ice barrier to block her attack, but her fist went through it making Shoko fly through the air.
"Shoko!" Shouted Ochako and Izuku as Shinso caught her.
"She's okay!" He shouted back as he dragged her to safety.
'Izuku, I know this is not…' Was all Xavi got through as Izuku charged towards Angela. '...Oh god he's just like me when I was starting out.'
Angela roared and kept thrashing about as Ochako used any rubble as a shield.
"Angela stop! Were your friends!" She shouted as she dodged and blocked. "I know the your in there somewhere!"
"Please, do you honestly think with my mind control and the Devil gene that I injected into her, that she's going to listen?" Asked Victor with a grin as he aimed his gun at her.
"No!" Shouted Izuku as he went to use Flow to only be held down in place. 'W, what's happening!?'
'I was trying to tell you to use Flow around yourself before charging off so this didn't happen!' Said Xavi. 'His quirk along with this Devil gene of his is making him stronger! And that fact he's had years to practice with it puts you at a disadvantage."
'But, I wasn't going towards him!' Exclaimed Izuku.
'At first, but when you saw him with the…' Was all Xavi got out as a bang was heard.
"N, no!" Shouted Izuku in horror as the bullet went toward Ochako… only for it to be stopped by…
"How are you still alive!?" Shouted Victor.
"What can I say?" Asked Eric with a grin as blood dripped from his lip where the bullet was held back with his quirk. "It's hard to kill a rubber man." Eric then spat out the bullet into Victor's wrist making him grip it and drop the gun. "What's the matter, Victor? I thought with that psychic quirk for yours you'd be able to dodge that?"
"Fuck you!" Shouted Victor as he went toward the gun only for Eric to send it flying away.
"Nope, no guns, no puppets, just quirks and muscle." Said Eric as he walked forward. "Or are you to afraid to fight a fair fight?"
Victor let out a chuckle as he starred at Eric with malice. "Oh, I can fight you without a gun, you little rat." Victor then used his quirk to make rubble float and shape them into blades. "But, do you honestly think you'll win?"
"I won't know until I try." Said Eric as he got into a combat stance.
"Eric!" Shouted Izuku.
"Focus on helping Angela, Izuku. I know you can snap her out of it." He said with a grin. "After all, I listened to you about my quirk and how to make it better."
"Better how?" Asked Victor with a look of amusement.
Eric then took a deep breath and focused on what Izuku told him.
(Flashback)
"I'm sorry, you're telling me I can do what?" Asked Eric as he sat there eating fries.
"Well your bones and muscles are rubber, Eric. If you focus hard enough, you could make an armor around your arms and legs!" Exclaimed Izuku.
"I understood that part, but how do I do that?" Questioned Eric with an eyebrow raised. "Call the power of god and anime?"
"No! Your bones have extra calcium in them and you have more blood flowing through you because of how your quirk works." Izuku then showed Eric a diagram he drew. "If you increased the blood flow around your arms and legs, you'll make your bones and muscles expand into a rough skin able to take blows and deliver heavier hits!" He explained as he pointed to the diagram.
"So I'd have temporary invincibility like All Might or Godzillo, but still take damage like a normal person?" Asked Eric.
"Exactly!" Shouted Izuku.
(Flashback end)
'This is for you Angela, Simon, and for the rest of the people Victor has hurt.' Thought Eric as his arms and legs turned black.
"The hell is this?" Asked Victor. "Are you giving me a handicap? Because if you are…" Victor then swings one of the stone blades at Eric. "It's foolish." As the blade hits Eric's arm, it shatters, shocking Victor as he holds his head in pain from the sudden disconnection from the object he was controlling.
"What's wrong, Victor?" Asked Eric with a wide smile. "Got a headache?"
"How are you…" Was all Victor got off as Eric stretched his arms backwards and shot Victor square in the chest making him fly a good few feet.
"Ooh, I think I'm going to call that move "Bazooka Blastoff." Eric then pushed his legs into the ground and pushed himself off the ground towards Victor.
"Wow." Said Izuku with stars in his eyes.
'Focus!' Shouted Xavi.
'R, right.' Said Izuku as he looked at Angela who was still attacking Ochako. 'I'm listening Xavi, what do I do?'
'Okay, first you activate One For All up to what you can handle.' He said to Izuku as he did what Xavi said. 'Good, now activate Flow around your body.'
As Izuku did that, he could feel a sudden spark of energy go throughout his body. 'This feeling! It's like… Using One For All a full max?' Asked Xavi as he finished Izuku's sentence. 'Exactly that! Except there's no pain!'
'It's a neat little trick I learned with El Matador.' Said Xavi with a grin. 'Now, let's help your friend, shall we?'
Izuku nodded and jumped in front of Angela taking a blow for Ochako.
"Izuku!" Shouted Ochako in horror.
"I'm okay, Ochako!" Shouted Izuku as he grabbed Angela's hands feeling the weight of her quirk against the armor he created. 'She's strong! But, I can hold it back!' Izuku takes a deep breath and looks straight into Angela's eyes. "Angela! I know you're in there!"
Angela only growled and pushed against Izuku's hands as blood dripped from her wrist.
"Izuku! She's hurting herself against your quirk!" Exclaimed Ochako.
'Then I better make this quick.' Thought Izuku. "Angela, we are here for you! We know the pain and suffering you went through! All the horror of what Victor did to you! What he made you do!"
Angela kept forcing herself onto Izuku as he felt some pain in his arms but kept pressing on.
"But you're not alone anymore! You have friends like me and Ochako! You got people who care about you like your mom and Eric! People who care about your safety like Wick and Aizawa Sensei!" Shouted Izuku
"M, m, mon, ster." Stuttered Angela as tears began to form.
"You're not a monster, Angela! You were used and abused by a horrible man who played with your heart! But I know you're not like that! Your mom and dad know you're not like that! Even Eric knows that you're not like because he treats you as his sister!" He shouted as he felt his wrists strain. "I may not know you that well, but the one thing I know about you Angela is that you want to help people! Now tell us!" Izuku takes a deep breath and shouts, "Do you want to live in a world of fear for the rest of your life?! Or do what you always wanted to do from day one!?"
"I, I… Scream it Angela!" Exclaimed Izuku as he could feel her strength lessen. With tears down her face and a wide smile, she says, "I want to be a hero!" After she said that her hair turned back to her normal color as she could feel Victor's chains break around her, setting her free as she hugged and cried into Izuku's arms.
'No! No way in hell did that brat just break my hold on Angela!' Thought Victor as blood dripped from his cheek as he continued to fight Eric.
"Looks like you lost your ace, Victor." Said Eric as he slammed a fist into Victor's face. "Not that I'm sorry about your loss, you bastard."
Victor pants as scowls at Eric. "I haven't lost yet!" Victor then sends one of the remaining swords he has at Izuku and Angela, making Eric stretch an arm to catch it.
"I'm not going to let you get away with a cheap trick lik…" Was all Eric said as he heard and felt arm get pierced by a scrap of metal that Victor had torn off a shed.
"Like I said…" Victor then pulled on the scrap of metal with his quirk as it sliced into Eric's arm slowly making him scream in pain. "I haven't lost yet."
"Eric!" Exclaimed Ochako, Shinso, Izuku and Angela.
"As for you lot, I think it's time I end you." Said Victor as he went to pull them to the ground only to feel someone grab him from behind. "Oh right, I forgot about you squid arms." Holding Victor in a grip from behind was Shoji who was struggling as Victor was using his quirk to push Shoji off.
"As long 'grunts' as there are people 'grunts' like you out there. I won't 'grunts' stop protecting others and my friends!" Shouted Shoji as he struggled.
"Yes, because your grunts are helping your case." Said Victor with an annoyed look as he kept trying to push him. As he did, Shoji could feel his arms tense and break from the pressure. "So this is your plan? Hold me as I slice Eric's arm off and then squish your friends with my mind?"
"No, I'm just buying time!" Shouted Shoji as he let go out Victor.
"Buying time?" He asked as he felt a hand on his foot. Victor looked down to see Wick with a grin. "Oh what are you going to do? Read me my rights?"
"Actually… 'grunts in pain' I'm giving you my Crude De Grade as a hero." He said with pain as he snapped his fingers placing fire on Victor's foot making him grunt in pain.
"Your going to burn me?" Asked Victor with a chuckle. "And what is…" Was all he got to say when he noticed Wick's arm light up. "W, wait, your not actually…!"
"Wick!" Screamed Eric in horror as he realized what Wick was going to do.
"Don't worry, Eric… 'grunts' You got yourself a family here… and I have my Dernier Eclat." Said Wick as his arm blew up into flames.
"...Wick." Said Eric in a somber tone as he watched the fire consume Wick and Victor.
"I tried to talk him out of it, Eric, but… I know." Said Eric with a sad smile as he interrupted Shoji. "He was always focused on the job getting done. That's what made him a great detective." Eric then tried to move his arm but was stopped by Angela.
"Don't you dare!" She shouted with a stern look. "If you remove your arm from that, your bleeding will accelerate!"
"I don't think that will happen with all the muscle and bone there." Said Eric with a chuckle as Angela hugged him.
"I missed you." Said Angela with tears going down her face.
"I missed you too, sis." Said Eric as he hugged her back.
"Aw." Said Ochaco, adoring the sight.
"Ochako could you use your quirk on the metal to make it float and Izuku, could you use your strength to turn it into a bandage?" Asked Angela as they nodded.
After that was done, Angela checked on the others. "Well given the injuries, I can say that your all okay."
"Where's Wick?" Asked Aizawa as Angela was bandaging his eyes.
"He…" Said Izuku as he looked over to the fire.
"I see… and Victor?" He asked with a somber tone.
Before anyone could say anything a loud buzzing was heard.
"Is that a helicopter?" Asked Shinso.
"No…" Said Eric with horror in voice. "That's the… sound of giant cockroach wings?" Asked Victor as he finished Eric's sentence with a burnt up leg.
"How are you..ACK!" Was all Eric got to say as he and the group were pushed against the airport… all except Izuku.
"Well, this is interesting." Said Victor with a grin. "Guess it's just you and me, Green Blur"
